1. Definitions

• “InsiderInns,” “we,” “our,” or “us” – Connective Insights SARL (Morocco) and Connective Insights Inc. (USA).
• “User,” “you,” or “customer” – anyone browsing, booking, or using InsiderInns’ services.
• “Partners” or “Suppliers” – hotels, riads, activity providers, and distributors offering services via InsiderInns.
• “Platform” – the InsiderInns website, mobile app, and affiliated digital tools.

2. Scope of Service

InsiderInns is an intermediary that enables users to book accommodation, activities, and travel packages online. When you make a booking, you enter a direct contractual relationship with the corresponding service provider. InsiderInns’ role is to transmit booking information and facilitate secure payment.

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide complete and accurate information during booking.
• Comply with all partner terms and local regulations.
• Avoid fraudulent or abusive activity on the platform.

4. Prices and Taxes

Prices shown include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Exchange rates or payment-processor conversions may cause small variations between quoted and charged amounts.

5. Payments

Moroccan users: transactions in MAD via Payzone.

International users: transactions processed by Connective Insights Inc. (USA) through Stripe in supported currencies.

All payments are encrypted and card details are never stored by InsiderInns.

A booking is confirmed once full payment or required pre-payment is received.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation, modification, and refund conditions are defined by each supplier and displayed before payment. Refunds—when eligible—follow those supplier policies and may involve processing times described in our Payment & Refund Policy.

7. Content Accuracy

Descriptions, photos, and amenities are provided by partners. While we strive for accuracy, InsiderInns cannot guarantee that all information is error-free or up-to-date at all times.

8. Limitation of Liability

InsiderInns acts solely as a booking intermediary and cannot be held liable for:

• Service failures or cancellations by suppliers;
• Delays, accidents, or force-majeure events;
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the affected booking.

9. Intellectual Property

All platform content (logos, text, graphics, designs) is the property of InsiderInns or its licensors and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• For Moroccan users: governed by Moroccan law, jurisdiction – Courts of Marrakech.
• For international users: governed by Delaware (USA) law, jurisdiction – Courts of Delaware.
