Payment & Refund Policy

This Payment & Refund Policy explains how payments and refunds are processed for bookings made on
InsiderInns, operated by Connective Insights SARL (Morocco) and
Connective Insights Inc. (USA). By completing a booking, you agree to these terms.
1. Overview
This Policy outlines how payments and refunds are handled for all services on InsiderInns.
By confirming your booking, you acknowledge acceptance of these terms and agree to comply with applicable supplier and payment partner rules.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
- Moroccan users: Payzone (MAD)
- International users: Stripe (USD, EUR, GBP, and other supported currencies)
- All payments are encrypted end-to-end. InsiderInns never stores card or banking details.
3. Payment Flow
The full booking amount is charged upon confirmation.
- InsiderInns collects funds on behalf of the service supplier (hotel or activity partner).
- Reservation details are transmitted to our authorized partners for booking validation and fulfillment.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
a. Cancellation by User
- Each supplier defines its own cancellation policy, displayed before checkout.
- “Non-refundable” offers are final and cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
- Refunds (when eligible) are calculated based on supplier rules and may include processing fees.
b. Cancellation by Supplier
- If a supplier cancels a confirmed booking, InsiderInns will:
- Provide an equivalent alternative, or
- Issue a full refund via the original payment method.
5. Refund Timing
- Stripe: 5–10 business days (depending on your bank).
- Payzone: 7–14 business days (depending on card issuer).
- Processing delays may occur due to bank holidays or intermediary networks.
6. Non-Refundable Cases
- Bookings explicitly marked “non-refundable.”
- No-shows or unused bookings.
- Incorrect traveler or contact details provided by the user.
- Cancellations caused by events beyond InsiderInns’ control (e.g., natural disasters, political instability, strikes).
7. Disputes & Chargebacks
In the event of a payment dispute, InsiderInns may submit transaction documentation to payment processors or banks.
Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of your InsiderInns account.

- Include your booking ID, full name, and payment method.
- Our team typically responds within 3–5 business days.
9. Legal Notice
- All payment operations comply with Moroccan law (Payzone transactions) and Delaware law (Stripe transactions).
- InsiderInns acts as an intermediary and cannot be held responsible for delays caused by banks or suppliers.
