Highly professional, well trained, extremely helpful staff. We arrived at approximately 8:30AM and once checked in, we were offered a temporary room for us to freshen up and stay in until our reserved room was ready that day after 3:00PM. The manager also invited us to attend breakfast. The service was just so exceptional. The breakfast during our stay was varied and of a very good quality. The garden view room was very comfortable and met our needs as we did not experience high levels of noise. The location was perfect for us as it was in close walking distance to the main shops, restaurants and bars. We would definitely return to this hotel. Highly recommend.

The best breakfast ever!! Exceptional. Hotel staff was very friendly, the cleaning personal respected our DND sign for our room, that is a first. They leave a written letter with the date and time and to call if and when you need the room cleaned or resupply the minibar.

The design and amenities were nice. 6 bottles of water a day. The staff was very polite and helpful. Our room was facing the garden, this was a huge advantage in that it was quieter than street facing rooms. The hotel is a very short walk to the beach. A prime location.
Cons: The roof swimming pool needs to be repaired. Many water jets don't work and there are many tiles falling off.

The room design is unique and whimsical. The room is very clean and comfortable w everything you need. The breakfast buffet is excellent with an egg chef, cheese and cold cut options, fresh juice, fresh coffee. Beautiful rooftop pool / bar and gym / shower facilities. Staff is wonderful and warm and very helpful.
Cons: Sound insulation from the outside roads not the best. Some floors have loud guests.

Had a lovely stay at Hotel Indigo. Arrived at the hotel at 12pm after travelling for nearly 24 hours. The staff immediately brought me and my son a cold flannel and a nice fruit drink. The check in was 3pm but the staff had my room ready by 12.30pm. Such a lovely gesture by the staff. The initial impression of the hotel is that the place is spotless. The cleanliness of the reception and foyet is absolutely amazing. My room was really bright and vibrant. The bed was super comfortable as well. Lots of thought has gone into the room with all the funky lights in the bathroom giving off a very homely vibe. The room service was also very good. The chicken burger was lovely. The rooftop pool and bar is also very scenic. The water wasn't cold and the bar staff were very friendly, even reminding me I still had a full pint of beer due to happy hour!!!! The location is also very good. All the bars, nightlife and shops are literally a few minutes away. Bangla road is about 10 minutes away, not to far to walk and just out of all the hustle and bustle of Patong. The 2 restaurants on the hotel premises are also amazing. The pizza was always fresh and the beers freezing cold. The staff are also super friendly. The best thing I liked about this hotel was all the members of staff. I cant remember any names but every single one made me feel extra welcome and always asked how i was. The lady on the excursions desk is also super helpful. A really nice and helpful person. Overall if I could give this hotel 6 stars I would. Everything about the hotel oozes charm and charisma. Please book this hotel if you can. You will not regret it.

The hotel is very clean and in great condition / modern set-up. Has an excellent gym and a nice rooftop pool. All staff were welcoming and pleasant. Had the breakfast, which was very good and offered lots of variety of cuisines. The only downside is the location- because it's "central" and on a one way street, it means you get stuck in traffic a lot. Also if your room faces the street, the noise level is very high, at all times!

A wonderful stay and a very friendly staff! Location: Walking distance to Patong beach and Bangla road. Rooms: very comfortable, we took 2 rooms one standard and one Suite, they both were very comfortable. Cleanliness: Good Noise level: Zero noise disturbance Amenities: Probably the best gym in any hotel of phuket. And a very good swimming pool bar. Overall experience: Very very good!

Amazing hotel with great service (Fight Mai and Tang - thank you!) who helped in everything. The only disadvantage- dont take a room that has a city view cause it can be noisy at night. But id u took donโt worry cause there is double windows. The breakfast is good. The location is 10 minutes away from the bangla street. The room is spacious and clean. We stayed 5 nights and love it.

Most amazing hotel Iโve ever stayed in. Iโve taken several solo trips this year and this one was my favorite by far. Staff are extremely helpful, polite, friendly, and supportive. They helped me plan daily excursions, transport, and cleaning services were very fast. My room also took my breath away: it was spacious and cozy with unique features such as a dial in the bathroom that you can turn to hear whatโs playing on the tv in the bathroom such as music or a tv show, an espresso machine, balcony, and the softest pillows Iโve ever slept on. Would definitely come back someday.

The Breakfast: The selection was not only diverse and abundant, but the presentation and arrangement of the food were incredibly chic and stylish, which truly elevated our mood every morning. Room Comfort: The comfort was unparalleled. The bed and pillows were so exceptional that I wished I could have the exact same set for my home. Facilities: The amenities, shower room, and the pool were all perfect! The male members of our family who enjoy fitness were thrilled with the well-equipped gym. Service: The service provided by all staff members was consistently outstanding. We were particularly touched when the woman at the tour desk waved and smiled goodbye as we left. While I may not be staying near Patong Beach again, I am determined to seek out and book hotels of the same brand in other locations. This was truly magnificent.

My sister and I were in Thailand for a biking tour from Chiang Mai to Chiang Rai. I fly from the US, she from Ireland and we met in Phuket for a few days to recover from jet lag and get ready for a week on the bikes. We stayed at Hotel Indigo and had a wonderful time; the rooms were spacious, comfortable and eclectic; the hotel facilities were amazing including the gym, which had a Muay Thai training ring. Breakfast was sumptuous; dinner in the formal restaurant was a delight; and casual dining over a cocktail was amazing with great people watching from the bar stools facing the street. The staff were so considerate and helpful, always with a smile, catering to our every need. As we checked in a cool towel and a fruit juice blend helped us relax and decompress from the long flights. All in all Hotel Indigo did an amazing job and we can't wait to return.

We loved the vibrant, modern design โ it felt trendy yet cozy at the same time. The location couldnโt be better โ just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops, but still peaceful once inside the hotel. The rooftop pool was a big hit for everyone, especially the kids, and we enjoyed spending our afternoons there watching the sunset. The breakfast was great-- a varied selection of eggs in 10 diff ways and a sumptuous tasty buffet along with it. What really stood out was the personal service โ the team went above and beyond to make our stay special. A special shouout to Ms Oil-- she was incredible and also Tang, Oscar, Mathew & Meyou (in dining at brkfast). Itโs not always easy to find a stylish hotel in the heart of Patong thatโs also genuinely family-friendly, but Indigo managed it perfectly. We left with such happy memories and would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Phuket!

Also the bed was very comfortable, and as someone that is very particular about pillows it was nice to be met with a selection of at least 7 pillows and cushions to choose from. Unfortunately I came down with food poisoning (not from the hotel) and couldn't leave the room for 2 days, however it was a pleasure to spend time in such a nice room. Our stay at Indigo Hotel Patong Beach was nothing short of amazing! The hotel, the rooms, and the location are absolutely fabulous. We were a large group of 30 people. The entire staff โ especially Tawisa โ went above and beyond to make our stay truly memorable. They even allowed us to use the lobby area for our personal event decorations and helped us connect with the right vendors. Even setup a television to play a personal video. And also setup some lights on demand. That level of support and flexibility meant a lot to us. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and very well equipped. Service is prompt โ whether itโs room service or housekeeping โ and every staff member we interacted with was warm, friendly, and courteous. The location is unbeatable โ right at Patong Beach and in the heart of all the action. Everything youโd want โ restaurants, shops, nightlife โ is just a short walk away. We thought we were just booking a nice hotel, but we ended up with an experience. The wonderful surprise started at check-in when the lovely staff informed us we had been upgraded! Walking into our upgraded room was a real "wow" moment. It felt so luxurious and had a real sense of place. What really stood out, though, was the people. The hospitality was genuine and personal. We also didn't expect to enjoy the hotel's restaurant as much as we did. We ended up having dinner there on our first night because the menu looked so good, and we were not disappointed. The breakfast spread was also one of the best we've seen. If you're looking for a hotel in Patong that combines style, incredible service, and fantastic food, look no further. Hotel Indigo is a gem.

My stay at Hotel Indigo in Pa Tong Beach, Phuket was amazing thanks to a super friendly staff and the hotel manager Chom going above and beyond upgrading my room to a suite and the delicious complimentary breakfast. The hotel gym was perfect and the locker room as a hot sauna I used daily. The hotel pool was also a nice spot to hangout. Once again the customer service was fantastic and friendly, making my stay even better. I will be back again

Had an amazing stay with Hotel Indigo for a group of 27 pax. The check-in was exceptionally smooth and rooms were ready by the time we arrived. We felt amazed to get 2 complimentary room upgrades as well which made our stay even more memorable. The hotel location is excellent, just next to beach, 7/11, indian restaurants, spa and just 5 minutes walk to bangla road. Amazing breakfast spread. Staff is friendly, cooperative, super responsive and always smiling. Special thanks to Ms Nann who went out of the way to be available 24/7 incase of any requirement for our group. Lastly, I loved the rooftop pool as well, and the small jacuzzi spots they have created are very relaxing indeed.

The room was very spacious and always cleaned well, and the rainfall shower was very nice with great water pressure. The buffet breakfast was great with plenty of variety to choose from, and the staff were always very attentive and friendly. The coffee was great here too The rooftop pool was a great place to spend the day, with some nice drinks and food available. The Butcherโs Garden restaurant was very nice for a steak dinner.

I had some issues during the day, which were barely addressed. The air conditioning was not working in my room very much. The hotel tried to fix it, but it was just OK. The shower had issues that was semi fixed. With the lack of air-conditioning in this hotel, and in the bar area, it made it very uncomfortable for relaxation. In the end, I decided to leave a day early because the hotel was really unbearable and uncomfortable for a vacation

The Indigo staff were amongst the most qualified and friendly I have encountered in my 40 years of international travel. So professional and well trained in hospitality. Everything was clean and in beautiful perfect condition. I will only stay at this hotel on future trips and the experience at Indigo was so pleasant, that in itself it is a reason to visit Phuket. I had a friend in town staying at another 5 star hotel in town. When they visited me, they changed to Indigo for the remainder of the trip based on the quality/value of Indigo vs the hotel were they were staying

Excellent hotel I have the king junior suite which was very spacious and the bed / pillows were so comfortable. Every night was a wonderful sleep. I had the opportunity to use the services at Pots Point and Tikkis. The staff offered food and drink recommendations as usual, but this staff member (James) was incredibly charming. Since Iโve been here, no staff member has ever asked me if the food was complete or if anything was missing. (Sheโs very attentive to her customers.) The point is that sheโs very diligent, asking every table and taking care of them better than any of the staff. Her charming manner and friendly demeanor make me want to come here again for a drink, and Iโll definitely be back. The bar is beautiful and elegant, and the music is great.

This hotel is beautiful! From the lobby all the way up to the rooftop pool, everything is designed with attention to detail and a subtle reference to the Thaibox tradition. The staff goes above and beyond to fulfill all your needs and wishes. They are so thoughtful and work their asses off just to give you the best experience. And all this with the biggest and most genuine smile ever! The breakfast has an incredible variety and features a pancake station, noodlebar, extensive egg menu, traditional Thai dishes, dimsum, a selection of Indian dishes, a salad bar, bread and charcuterie, oatmeal, cereal, yoghurt and fresh fruits, juices and even icecream. We didnโt like the way they cooked the eggs, but there were so many other options that were fantastic. The rooms are spacious and the beds fantastic! The only issue for us was that the wardrobe space is rather limited and was too small for us because we came for 2 weeks and had a lot of clothing to hang. But the staff had that problem fixed for us in no time rolling in a portable clothing rack with drawers. As we donโt remember all the names of the wonderful staff members that made us smile every day, we donโt want to name the ones we do remember, but we want to thank all staff members of the hotel for their kindness and hard work and for making our vacation memorable!

This hotel just seems to get it right for me. Itโs in the centre of Patong but offers a moment of calm if you want to escape the craziness of Patong. We booked just one night as a last minute trip. We were actually staying at a different hotel but didnโt really like the pool area. Having seen the Indigo online previously we thought we would give it a go. The food and drinks at the roof top were great and service was the most attentive weโve had in the Phuket hotels on this trip. We essentially used it for the rooftop pool and drinks with somewhere to shower before heading out for a few hours in Patong. We were so pleasantly surprised by the bedrooms. They are spacious, well designed and have a personality you would expect from Indigo. We also had drinks and a bite to eat at pints, pits and tikiโs. The drinks, food and service was all excellent. Itโs a great location for people watching and looking as the hustle and bustle from the comfort of a relaxing bar. Itโs a very open plan layout with lots of seating available outside. A great visit and I would return!

The hotel is great and the staff is super friendly, rooms very elegant. Our room was facing the courtyard, but I assume rooms facing the street can be potentially noisy. The hotel is located about 200 meters from the beach, not too far but not too closed either. It feels like a real walk if the weather is really hot. We had more issues with the general area than with the hotel itself. We expected this neighborhood to be more elegant, we stayed at Indigo hotels in KL, Singapore, Rome and other places, but this location doesn't fit that profile. It is simply a more downmarket neighborhood.

A good option in Patong for a few days. Close to the crazy nightlife of patong although not a resort type vibe. Anything more than a couple of days will not be ideal. Not a place to stay for a week or longer. Quirky rooms and a great level of service from staff. The location is great. Itโs about 10-15 mins stroll to bangla road and a whole load of places to eat close by. One thing that let the hotel down is maintenance. The pool has broken tiles and loose slabs of concrete which are balanced on top of a concrete tube. Super dangerous. I actually slipped on these when getting in the pool. I was lucky to escape without a broken foot. This is not good enough. I highlighted it to a member of staff but it was ignored. I reported it again to the management on check out. I doubt they will do anything. I can imagine if a kid stands on this it will result in a serious injury. A shame as it is a solid hotel and does a great job.

It was the first time we stayed here and we loved it. The staff (both at reception desk and during breakfast) were amazing. The rooftop pool is nice, overlooking a part of Patong. We received an upgrade to a very nice and spacious room. The hotel is conveniently located near the beach and also near many restaurants and bars. The breakfast was just amazing with so much to chose from ... even ice cream!

I have stayed at the hotel twice before during covid but at that time the gym was closed. This time it was open and is well equipped. The hotel bar and restaurant Pots Pints and Tikis was comfortable and the staff there very nice and welcoming. Housekeeping staff were very good and very friendly. check in and out was very easy.
Cons: There was re-plastering and painting work going on on the 5th floor that I was staying on and was told that it would not affect the room but unfortunately any time I had to use the corridor my shoes and clothing picked up plaster dust. The room I was in was 537 right at the end of the corridor where the windows were open on the corridor and the room looked out to the street so was very noisy at night with loud music from Song Teaow taxis till early morning making it difficult to sleep. The Heineken was off one night in the bar.

Housekeeping was spot on and kept the room immaculate. Breakfast buffet was excellent with many selections and international meal options each day. By far the most wonderful, impressive and humbling experience ever. Not only was the hotel perfection but the staff were incredible! My favorite part of staying here was always being greeted and served with such delight by everyone here, especially Thas, Rainny, Alpha, Kim and of course Joker! These guys are the best! The buffet breakfast was next level, unreal selection of foods from all corners of the world. Rooms were serviced everyday and everything we needed was taken care of. She kept asking if the food was good, if there was anything to improve, and let us comment on whether the food and drinks were okay, which was very good. She was very attentive. Cons: Lacking any kind of wow factor I was expecting for the cost. I received an upgrade offer a few days before, when I enquired about taking up the offer I was advised it was sent in mistake and re-quoted full price for the upgrade. Itโs off season and to get there and also see the hotel was extremely quiet, it was rather disappointing they would not honour the upgrade offer they emailed to me. Staff in the pool area and restaurant was very hit and miss, often getting orders incorrect and quite a language barrier to overcome. Any hotel dining and drinking you were looking at Australian prices for a really sub par quality and service. Overall I would give this place a miss in hindsight unless they significantly drop their prices.

The reception staff were welcoming and dealt with arrival and departure efficiently. Everyone was very friendly. Our standard king room with a view was lovely with coffee making facilities, a fridge, complimentary water and mini bar. Bathrobes and slippers were provided too. The shower was nice and large.
Cons: There was a bar at forehead level across the stand where one makes coffee making it difficult to check water levels and get to the plugs in the wall . The English breakfast tea bag was not replenished, neither was the shower cap amenity kit. The hot water in the shower was temperamental. Whilst breakfast choice was varied I didn't enjoy the buffet and have had better, fresher pastries and warmer food elsewhere.

This hotel is great! Great location within walking distance to most everything. Bed was very comfortable and the rooms are very nice. It has a rain shower head that is fantastic! We loved the shower and you'll take many with this heat. The water pressure gets harder and softer randomly which makes it feel like a real rain shower. Water pressure is great too! But the best thing is the staff. Cant say enough about them. They went out of their way to help us when my wife got sick the last evening. They allowed us to stay in the room until we had to leave for the airport at 6:30 PM at no extra charge so my wife could rest. Late check out is 2:00. That wouldn't happen in the US. I'd be charged another night. They are the nicest people here. Told us they hoped she got to feeling better and to call if we needed anything.

Prime location, cozy hotel room as well. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay much more enjoyable, including ringing the door bell to sing happy birthday which made my day. Will be staying here anytime i visit Patong. Highly recommend.

I got upgraded to a garden view suite and it was outstanding! Location, clean, staff, designโฆ all was really great. One of the best hotel i have been to.
Cons: The only thing was the hot water, it was not working properly so i had cold showers and couldnโt use the bathtub because of this.

I stayed in a pool access room which was GREAT! Very private and such a big pool and relaxation area for only limited rooms. The only downside was the room had no storage which was tough for an extended stay and all the shopping I did. Felt like my room was never tidy but Iโm OCD with neatness. The location was perfect, close enough to everything yet far enough from the loud party area. 711 and two chemists just downstairs was the best part of the hotel. Loved the buffet breakfast. Oh and room service was so quick and really good food too and not overpriced! Would 100% recommend and would love to go again.

I had a very pleasant experience at this hotel. The overall quality was excellent, with comfortable, spacious rooms and beds that made for a very relaxing stay. The room service was impressive, offering a variety of delicious dishes. Both the gym and the pool facilities were well-maintained and added to the overall enjoyment of the visit. The staff were welcoming and courteous throughout my stay, enhancing the warm atmosphere of the hotel. The location is also highly convenient โ just about a five-minute walk to Patong Beach and approximately ten minutes on foot to Jungceylon Mall. Additionally, having a pharmacy and 7/11 stores directly beneath the hotel was extremely convenient for quick necessities.
Cons: While my overall stay at the hotel had some positive aspects, there were several areas where improvements are necessary to meet the expectations of a five-star property. Firstly, the televisions in the rooms were not smart TVs, offering no entertainment apps or the ability to connect personal devices โ something that is typically standard in genuine five-star hotels today. Additionally, the room lacked basic amenities such as a set of plates for express in-room dining, which was inconvenient. The rooftop pool and deck also closed at 9:00 p.m., which I found quite disappointing, especially considering that extended access is often expected in hotels of this caliber. Moreover, there was an issue with the handling of my extended stay. The reception staff failed to clarify that the extension was non-refundable before finalizing it. Unfortunately, during my stay, I experienced symptoms of food poisoning and, not feeling well enough to question the terms, I agreed without realizing the implication. When I had to leave two days earlier than planned due to my illness, I was informed that a refund for the unused nights would not be possible, which was disappointing given the circumstances. Overall, while the hotel has potential, these issues significantly impacted my experience and reflect areas that could benefit from better service standards and clearer communication.

The rooftop pool and bar was very nice, and the gym was well-equipped and modern. Wide variety of food options for breakfast, nice and comfortable dining area. The staff was attentive and always ready to help. The rooms were well-equipped and clean. Overall Indigo Hotel was a very good choice!

The location was good and the place was nice and clean
Cons: The Breakfast was what i would classify non edible. Basic eggs and sausages didnt taste right. Like how can you get that wrong, if nothing else. The staff was alright to talk to but where other hotels were giving our friends decently timed late checkouts, Indigo barely even heard the request.

Everything was incredible. The room was fantastic. Slightly bigger than what we had booked, which was amazing. The location was great, with a tattoo studio connected. Buffet was amazing and staft were friendly. Would recommend any of the suite options with baths!
Cons: The lighting in the shower was quite dim.

Location is perfectly situated. Its location is not too close or too far to enjoy the nightlife while keeping an healthy distance enough to have restful sleep, tasty meals, and do a bit of shopping. The housekeeping staff were also very lovely and kind.
