We had a wonderful experience. The tomahawk was unreal and highly recommend the clam pasta (it does have a kick to it though) Lek Lek, Zen and Alpha were our amazing waiters for the night. Thank you all for a fantastic evening :)

Location is close by to the beach & patong street . Just walking distance and you’ll reach to the most famous street that Never sleeps . I have explored more than 20 resorts in Phuket & this was the most dissapointing one because i couldnt use the balcony well . As a Girl I Can’t be going down everytime for a smoke & specially at night & I paid alot for my room but i couldnt really relax in . Not worth the money
Cons: Too noisy you cant really have a good night sleep my room was beside the bar that stays up till after midnight, even around breakfast area staff are noisy all day moving trays & very slow at service, at check in staff where careless & gave me a fake insurance paper that i paid for , & when i got sick i asked them to call a dr & help but they only said i can walk to the pharmacy but i was dead in bed that i had to call the hospital my self . Also the balcony barely got cleaned , i got the pool access room & u cant smoke anything in the balcony the fines are crazy & the pool is Super COLD i couldnt swim , u cant even sit there in peace cz there’s no shades & it was always raining so u will be soaked with rain . I found a cockroach in my toilet also . Room service food was burned it was disappointing for a 5 star hotel to have all these bad things .

Lo que más nos ha gustado es el trato tan amable y tan profesional que han tenido con nosotros los trabajadores de la recepción del hotel, especialmente Tang Oíl Alame, Aummi Chom, etc. Concretamente Tang nos ayudó inmediatamente a solucionar el arreglo de una de las maletas que nos habían roto en el aeropuerto. El bufete del desayuno también nos gustó mucho, la variedad de alimentos que había y todo delicioso. Un cordial saludo de Consuelo Gallego y Juan Rejano. Ha sido un placer pasar estos días en vuestro hotel.

As I stayed at this hotel many times, if we ignore some small problems that every hotel has, this is the best hotel to stay in Phuket. Suitable for solo travelers, couples, and families with children. Room cleaning, breakfast, soundproofing between the rooms, interior design, spacious rooms with high ceilings, and Harman Kardon sound system in the rooms are all great. If it fits your budget, you don’t need to look for any another hotel. Firstly thanks to Aumi who always helped me and resolved any issues I had, throughout my this and previous stayings. Also thanks to Poom and Matin, very helpfull and friendly guys.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! A special recognition to Poom and Mai as they went above and beyond to make our stay a lovely experience! The food is really good we do recommend the restaurant at night and breakfast is quick and tasty. The rooms are comfortable, clean and spacious with a quirky vibe. The gym was comfortable, the pool space was nice, and the service is excellent! The hotel is located close to shops, a mall about 10 minutes away, the party street (forgot the name) about 15 minutes away so no need to take a cab when going out, the beach is a 5 minutes walk and a couple of restaurants are close by. We will definitely be coming back!

We were a group of five friends and one couple at this hotel. We love Hotel Indigo’s because of their themes for every city they are in and this one did not disappoint with a Muay Thai theme. The rooms were clean and we saw maid service in the hall both day and night. It was impeccable! What really put this hotel over the top for us was the service. The couple in our group needed a room with colder air conditioning. Chom and Flight not only attempted to improve the air conditioning in that room, but they moved the couple into another and worked on the AC there as well! It is really simple to say that the service here is above and beyond a typical hotel.

My stay was absolutely amazing, and all the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I would especially like to thank Matin and Fight at the front desk. They always greeted guests with a smile and made us feel very welcome. There were also many great features in my room, especially the speakers, which were an awesome addition and a really great idea. I truly enjoyed having them. One small suggestion would be to include Smart TVs with features such as YouTube and screen mirroring. This would make the experience even better compared to having a regular TV. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend the hotel!

Good location and very friendly Reception and Restaurant teams. The swim up room we had on the 2nd floor was of a good size and the pool a major benefit. This wing quiet so we had most of the pool space to ourselves.
Cons: No effective air conditioning… literally anywhere other than the bedrooms. This made the lobby/ reception stiflingly hot as well as the room passageways which were Oppressively hot. The restaurant failed by hardly pumping any cold air which is a pity because their menus for lunch, high tea & dinner are great but it was just too warm with no air flow to sit.

It is in a very very good location. It’s got a fantastic rooftop swimming pool which allows you to see sunset sunrise. The mountains everything the rooms are well appointed. The air-conditioning is beyond good. I have never known an air-conditioning system that allows you to set it below 10 this is unbelievable. There was a generosity of spirit. The staff were incredibly accommodating even by Thai standards. I managed to get a two hour extension extension. No extra charge. People seems genuinely happy to greet you. Genuinely sad to see you go and nothing was too much trouble not that there was anything we needed. The Gym was excellent and he didn’t even has a muay Thai Gym ring inside it. The only thing I didn’t try was the buffet but it looked good too. Excellent bath, very hot water, very good water pressure.

Dada, Oil, and pleng are amazing and they served us really good throughout our stay in Phuket. Excellent service. The location of this hotel is unbeatable. It is perfectly situated right in the heart of Patong, just a short 3- to 5-minute walk from the beach and incredibly close to the mall, shops, restaurants and massage places. I just got here, and I was too excited to write them a review! Upon arrival, we were greeted by Aumi and Alan. Indigo has always been an affordable hotel choice for my family and I whenever we travel. And this is our first time trying Patong’s Indigo.. first impression - just like what everyone shared online - a beautiful boutique-concept hotel with excellent Thai service. As a Titanium Elite with other property groups, my family and I have high expectations to services and initiatives. But this time round, didn’t expect much as our IHG loyalty status yet to reach such levels, but Aumi and Alan upgraded us to a room with a better view, acknowledging our IHG loyalty - no matter the level. They efficiently made early check in possible, so that we can rest after a long journey. Can’t wait to experience more with Indigo Patong! RECOMMENDED, thus far.

Friendly staff and good value especially for the location. Restaurants and markets are less than 5 mins walk. Oskar from reception was always smiling and very welcoming everytime we walk into the hotel. We’re a couple, the room is a good size for the both of us. Room is similar online. Hotel lobby is very clean.

Had a great stay here from May 3 to 5. The rooms are excellent and the overall vibe is spot on, but the service is what really stands out. A huge thanks to Khun Tawisa and Khun Laddawan for their help. I’m planning an upcoming team meeting, and they were incredibly patient in walking me through the meeting rooms and all the technical equipment. They made the planning process much easier. Highly recommended for a holiday or for anyone needing to organize a professional event in Patong. Looking forward to arranging our meeting here

Bin zum 2mal dort gewesen. Hotel und Ausstattung ist wirklich super. Beim 2. Aufenthalt war mein Zimmer Straßenseitig. Das war wirklich laut. Besonders weil die Straße nie schläft und die Motorradfahrer warum auch immer immer auf Höhe vom Hotel Gas geben müssen.

Cons: No menus in the rooms to know what is served at the restaurant down stairs. Tv hardly worked and when it did it was glitchy with very limited channels. Only one pool accessible to all guests. No clear in for about how to contact reception. There was only one option for pillows. Just feather Pillows. It was quite uncomfortable. Our room smelt real bad from the street drains. I mean real bad. The staff did move us to a room off that street and it was a lot better. I also think the breakfast is overpriced.

Das beste am Hotel sind die Mitarbeiter. Alle toll, nett und zuvorkommend. Ganz speziell Oskar war sehr hilfbereit. Ich war krank und er hat sich immer wieder um meine Arztbesuche gekümmert. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und gut gelegen. Man ist in 7 Gehminuten am Strand und an der Bangla Road. Die Betten sind sehr gemütlich.
Cons: Die Strasse war sehr laut. Ohne Ohrstöpsel kann man dort nicht schlafen. Das ist sehr schade. Ich würde das Hotel aber trotzdem wieder buchen.

My stay in Phuket was very comfortable overall. There was an issue with the door of one of the cabinets which injured my finger. The hotel staff especially Oskar and Fight handled it very well and upgraded us to a beautiful, spacious suite, which we really appreciated. The breakfast was very elaborate. Overall, we had a great experience and enjoyed our stay.

It wasn't the first accommodation option but it was definitely the best. It was my first interaction with a hotel in this chain and I was pleasantly impressed. The interaction with the staff, the breakfast, the pool, the pre and post check-in services exceeded our expectations. We arrived at approximately 8:30AM and once checked in, we were offered a temporary room for us to freshen up and stay in until our reserved room was ready that day after 3:00PM. The manager also invited us to attend breakfast. The service was just so exceptional. The breakfast during our stay was varied and of a very good quality. The garden view room was very comfortable and met our needs as we did not experience high levels of noise. The location was perfect for us as it was in close walking distance to the main shops, restaurants and bars. We would definitely return to this hotel. Highly recommend.

The design and amenities were nice. 6 bottles of water a day. The staff was very polite and helpful. Our room was facing the garden, this was a huge advantage in that it was quieter than street facing rooms. The hotel is a very short walk to the beach. A prime location.

Cons: シャワー室から水が外に流れやすく、使用中はタオルで水をせき止めないと洗面所まで濡れてしまいました。 また、備え付けのシャンプーは香りはアロマ系でとても癒されるのですが、洗い上がりがかなりきしみます。普段使っているものを持参した方が安心かもしれません。

Had a lovely stay at Hotel Indigo. Arrived at the hotel at 12pm after travelling for nearly 24 hours. The staff immediately brought me and my son a cold flannel and a nice fruit drink. The check in was 3pm but the staff had my room ready by 12.30pm. Such a lovely gesture by the staff. The initial impression of the hotel is that the place is spotless. The cleanliness of the reception and foyet is absolutely amazing. My room was really bright and vibrant. The bed was super comfortable as well. Lots of thought has gone into the room with all the funky lights in the bathroom giving off a very homely vibe. The room service was also very good. The chicken burger was lovely. The rooftop pool and bar is also very scenic. The water wasn't cold and the bar staff were very friendly, even reminding me I still had a full pint of beer due to happy hour!!!! The location is also very good. All the bars, nightlife and shops are literally a few minutes away. Bangla road is about 10 minutes away, not to far to walk and just out of all the hustle and bustle of Patong. The 2 restaurants on the hotel premises are also amazing. The pizza was always fresh and the beers freezing cold. The staff are also super friendly. The best thing I liked about this hotel was all the members of staff. I cant remember any names but every single one made me feel extra welcome and always asked how i was. The lady on the excursions desk is also super helpful. A really nice and helpful person. Overall if I could give this hotel 6 stars I would. Everything about the hotel oozes charm and charisma. Please book this hotel if you can. You will not regret it.

The hotel is very clean and in great condition / modern set-up. Has an excellent gym and a nice rooftop pool. All staff were welcoming and pleasant. Had the breakfast, which was very good and offered lots of variety of cuisines. The only downside is the location- because it's "central" and on a one way street, it means you get stuck in traffic a lot. Also if your room faces the street, the noise level is very high, at all times!

The hotel is very beautiful, located in such a prime location. Also i love all the staff members here as they treat us like god. We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at Hotel Indigo Phuket Patong. The location is excellent, close to everything yet still quiet and relaxing. The room was clean, modern, and well designed. The staff were outstanding, especially Oskar, Oil, Pleng, and Mai — all were very friendly, helpful, and professional, making our stay even more pleasant. Highly recommended, and we would happily stay here again.

Amazing hotel with great service (Fight Mai and Tang - thank you!) who helped in everything. The only disadvantage- dont take a room that has a city view cause it can be noisy at night. But id u took don’t worry cause there is double windows. The breakfast is good. The location is 10 minutes away from the bangla street. The room is spacious and clean. We stayed 5 nights and love it.

I stayed at Indigo Patong Hotel and honestly had an amazing experience. The hotel is super clean, the vibe is great, and the location is perfect. But the real highlight was the Front Office team — Mutt, Uskuv, Yee and Dit. They were always friendly, helpful and genuinely made my stay smoother. Big thanks to them for the warm hospitality. Most amazing hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I’ve taken several solo trips this year and this one was my favorite by far. Staff are extremely helpful, polite, friendly, and supportive. They helped me plan daily excursions, transport, and cleaning services were very fast. My room also took my breath away: it was spacious and cozy with unique features such as a dial in the bathroom that you can turn to hear what’s playing on the tv in the bathroom such as music or a tv show, an espresso machine, balcony, and the softest pillows I’ve ever slept on. Would definitely come back someday.

Having stayed at numerous hotels, I can confidently say this property delivered a truly exceptional and highly satisfying experience. The Breakfast: The selection was not only diverse and abundant, but the presentation and arrangement of the food were incredibly chic and stylish, which truly elevated our mood every morning. Room Comfort: The comfort was unparalleled. The bed and pillows were so exceptional that I wished I could have the exact same set for my home. Facilities: The amenities, shower room, and the pool were all perfect! The male members of our family who enjoy fitness were thrilled with the well-equipped gym. Service: The service provided by all staff members was consistently outstanding. We were particularly touched when the woman at the tour desk waved and smiled goodbye as we left. While I may not be staying near Patong Beach again, I am determined to seek out and book hotels of the same brand in other locations. This was truly magnificent.

My sister and I were in Thailand for a biking tour from Chiang Mai to Chiang Rai. I fly from the US, she from Ireland and we met in Phuket for a few days to recover from jet lag and get ready for a week on the bikes. We stayed at Hotel Indigo and had a wonderful time; the rooms were spacious, comfortable and eclectic; the hotel facilities were amazing including the gym, which had a Muay Thai training ring. Breakfast was sumptuous; dinner in the formal restaurant was a delight; and casual dining over a cocktail was amazing with great people watching from the bar stools facing the street. The staff were so considerate and helpful, always with a smile, catering to our every need. As we checked in a cool towel and a fruit juice blend helped us relax and decompress from the long flights. All in all Hotel Indigo did an amazing job and we can't wait to return.

We had a great 3-night stay at the Hotel Indigo. The junior suite had everything we needed for an incredibly comfortable stay. I’d strongly suggest booking your rate with breakfast included - the buffet had many options and the food was great. Most importantly, the staff at the Hotel Indigo went above and beyond to meet all our needs. Cons: Can be a little noisy due to the bar/restaurant downstairs as they do karaoke but settles down at 12am once they close. Good buffet breakfast with good coffee and eggs to order, only down side is food in the buffet was always cold, heat lamps just need to be hotter.

The rooms were stylish, spotless, and very comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made it easy for our family to relax after exploring busy Patong. We loved the vibrant, modern design — it felt trendy yet cozy at the same time. The location couldn’t be better — just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops, but still peaceful once inside the hotel. The rooftop pool was a big hit for everyone, especially the kids, and we enjoyed spending our afternoons there watching the sunset. The breakfast was great-- a varied selection of eggs in 10 diff ways and a sumptuous tasty buffet along with it. What really stood out was the personal service — the team went above and beyond to make our stay special. A special shouout to Ms Oil-- she was incredible and also Tang, Oscar, Mathew & Meyou (in dining at brkfast). It’s not always easy to find a stylish hotel in the heart of Patong that’s also genuinely family-friendly, but Indigo managed it perfectly. We left with such happy memories and would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Phuket!

I called the room service to order a food and the stuff keep asking me to order through the apps.. 3- during the check in didn't get proper explanation about the hotel facilities, restaurant open / close timing , .... 4- the minibar dosent have a lot of snaks options.. Like the hotel but Unfortunately .. will not go back again...

The hotel is in perfect location. The room is clean and big with all the supplies. The pool and the gym are great. The staff is nice and pleasant, they always helped us and gave us the beat treatment. I want to mention Joker for his kindness.

The room was fantastic, exceptionally clean and spacious. The bathroom was particularly nice. Also the bed was very comfortable, and as someone that is very particular about pillows it was nice to be met with a selection of at least 7 pillows and cushions to choose from. Unfortunately I came down with food poisoning (not from the hotel) and couldn't leave the room for 2 days, however it was a pleasure to spend time in such a nice room. During my sickness the staff couldn't do enough for me. They called me regularly to make sure I was OK and to check if I needed anything

Our stay at Indigo Hotel Patong Beach was nothing short of amazing! The hotel, the rooms, and the location are absolutely fabulous. We were a large group of 30 people. The entire staff — especially Tawisa — went above and beyond to make our stay truly memorable. They even allowed us to use the lobby area for our personal event decorations and helped us connect with the right vendors. Even setup a television to play a personal video. And also setup some lights on demand. That level of support and flexibility meant a lot to us. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and very well equipped. Service is prompt — whether it’s room service or housekeeping — and every staff member we interacted with was warm, friendly, and courteous. The location is unbeatable — right at Patong Beach and in the heart of all the action. Everything you’d want — restaurants, shops, nightlife — is just a short walk away. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of good options to start the day right. Overall, a perfect stay from start to finish. We’ll definitely be staying here again whenever we’re in Phuket! 🌴✨

They Made Our Weekend Special My partner and I booked Hotel Indigo Phuket Patong for a quick weekend escape, and we are so glad we did. We thought we were just booking a nice hotel, but we ended up with an experience. The wonderful surprise started at check-in when the lovely staff informed us we had been upgraded! Walking into our upgraded room was a real "wow" moment. It felt so luxurious and had a real sense of place. What really stood out, though, was the people. The hospitality was genuine and personal. We also didn't expect to enjoy the hotel's restaurant as much as we did. We ended up having dinner there on our first night because the menu looked so good, and we were not disappointed. The breakfast spread was also one of the best we've seen. If you're looking for a hotel in Patong that combines style, incredible service, and fantastic food, look no further. Hotel Indigo is a gem.

My stay at Hotel Indigo in Pa Tong Beach, Phuket was amazing thanks to a super friendly staff and the hotel manager Chom going above and beyond upgrading my room to a suite and the delicious complimentary breakfast. The hotel gym was perfect and the locker room as a hot sauna I used daily. The hotel pool was also a nice spot to hangout. Once again the customer service was fantastic and friendly, making my stay even better. I will be back again

Had an amazing stay with Hotel Indigo for a group of 27 pax. The check-in was exceptionally smooth and rooms were ready by the time we arrived. We felt amazed to get 2 complimentary room upgrades as well which made our stay even more memorable. The hotel location is excellent, just next to beach, 7/11, indian restaurants, spa and just 5 minutes walk to bangla road. Amazing breakfast spread. Staff is friendly, cooperative, super responsive and always smiling. Special thanks to Ms Nann who went out of the way to be available 24/7 incase of any requirement for our group. Lastly, I loved the rooftop pool as well, and the small jacuzzi spots they have created are very relaxing indeed.

The buffet breakfast was great with plenty of variety to choose from, and the staff were always very attentive and friendly. The coffee was great here too The rooftop pool was a great place to spend the day, with some nice drinks and food available. The Butcher’s Garden restaurant was very nice for a steak dinner.

I had some issues during the day, which were barely addressed. The air conditioning was not working in my room very much. The hotel tried to fix it, but it was just OK. The shower had issues that was semi fixed. With the lack of air-conditioning in this hotel, and in the bar area, it made it very uncomfortable for relaxation. In the end, I decided to leave a day early because the hotel was really unbearable and uncomfortable for a vacation

The Indigo staff were amongst the most qualified and friendly I have encountered in my 40 years of international travel. So professional and well trained in hospitality. Everything was clean and in beautiful perfect condition. I will only stay at this hotel on future trips and the experience at Indigo was so pleasant, that in itself it is a reason to visit Phuket. I had a friend in town staying at another 5 star hotel in town. When they visited me, they changed to Indigo for the remainder of the trip based on the quality/value of Indigo vs the hotel were they were staying

Excellent hotel I have the king junior suite which was very spacious and the bed / pillows were so comfortable. Every night was a wonderful sleep. The food selection at breakfast was plentiful and the staff were amazing. Ducky, Salmon and all the food and beverage staff Jane, Hunzee and Jane. Thank you for making the trip very enjoyable.

I had the opportunity to use the services at Pots Point and Tikkis. The staff offered food and drink recommendations as usual, but this staff member (James) was incredibly charming. Since I’ve been here, no staff member has ever asked me if the food was complete or if anything was missing. (She‘s very attentive to her customers.) The point is that she’s very diligent, asking every table and taking care of them better than any of the staff. Her charming manner and friendly demeanor make me want to come here again for a drink, and I‘ll definitely be back. The bar is beautiful and elegant, and the music is great.

I had an amazing stay at Hotel Indigo in Phuket, Thailand. I stayed for about nine nights, and honestly, it was fantastic. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the reception staff ( Mai and Pleng and Mon and Salmon) were incredibly friendly and welcoming ( many thanks for them ). And the staff of house keeping they were amazing. Their warmth really made my experience special. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Phuket!

This hotel is beautiful! From the lobby all the way up to the rooftop pool, everything is designed with attention to detail and a subtle reference to the Thaibox tradition. The staff goes above and beyond to fulfill all your needs and wishes. They are so thoughtful and work their asses off just to give you the best experience. And all this with the biggest and most genuine smile ever! The breakfast has an incredible variety and features a pancake station, noodlebar, extensive egg menu, traditional Thai dishes, dimsum, a selection of Indian dishes, a salad bar, bread and charcuterie, oatmeal, cereal, yoghurt and fresh fruits, juices and even icecream. We didn’t like the way they cooked the eggs, but there were so many other options that were fantastic. The rooms are spacious and the beds fantastic! The only issue for us was that the wardrobe space is rather limited and was too small for us because we came for 2 weeks and had a lot of clothing to hang. But the staff had that problem fixed for us in no time rolling in a portable clothing rack with drawers. As we don’t remember all the names of the wonderful staff members that made us smile every day, we don’t want to name the ones we do remember, but we want to thank all staff members of the hotel for their kindness and hard work and for making our vacation memorable!
