Wir waren als Familie in diesem Hotel. Hatten 2 Zimmer gebucht. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Klima funktioniert einwandfrei. Das Frühstück war sehr reichlich und lecker. Würden es jederzeit wieder buchen.

Das Service-Personal am Abend (Rezeption) war sehr Jung und unerfahren. Konnte keine richtige Auskunft geben und mir nicht weiterhelfen (nicht mal ein Taxi bestellen!!) obwohl ich die Landessprache beherrsche. Es herrscht gier SEHR großer Schulungsbedarf für die junge Belegschaft der Abend und Nachtschicht. Das war definitiv kein(!) 4 Sterne Niveau.

Burada yaklaşık 4 defa konakladım hepsi çok iyiydi temiz güler yüzlü çalışan otopark vale imkanı gibi. Fakat son konaklamamda yan oda inanılmaz derecede gürültülüydü. Sanki ünirveristeye yeni başlayan öğrenci topluluğu gibi bol kahkaha ve gürültüden gece 3 e kadar yatamadım. Resepsiyona söylememe rağmen gürültü kesilmedi. Yani kısacası yatamadım. Yarın ki toplantımda ve gün içinde yorgunluk beni çok etkiledi. Başka boş oda da yoktu. Bu yüzden yıldız puanı kırdım

Die Lautstärke im Hotel ist nur noch menschenunwürdig. Sie hören den gesamten Straßenverkehr. Die Fenster isolieren rein gar nichts. Die Zimmer sind so nah beieinander, dass sie alles von den Nachbarn hören, alles. Die Klimaanlage war defekt und so laut, dass wir mitten in der Nacht wach wurden. Als wir dies der Rezeption, nachts meldeten, erklärten die, dass am Folgetag alles repariert wird. In der nächsten Nacht ging mitten in der Nacht wieder die Klimaanlage so an, dass wir dachten, ein Flugzeug startet. Mitten in der Nacht wechselten wir das Zimmer mit gesamtem Gepäck. Die Nacht war hin. Die Leitung von Hotel oder Mitarbeiter, keiner hat sich für diesem Umstand entschuldigt. Wenn jemand Ruhe benötigt und angenehm schlafen möchte: Dieses Hotel dürfen Sie definitiv nicht buchen.

Prima hotel, schoon en netjes. Super vriendelijk personeel, ze helpen je de auto parkeren en halen die ook voor je op. Een minpuntje is dat er vloerkleed op de kamer ligt, dit vind ik een beetje onhygiënisch. Verder is er een probleem met de riolering, je ruikt de lucht uit de badkamer richting de kamer. Verder een perfecte locatie in het centrum

This hotel is a gem. A very short walk from the train station. It’s right next to a beautiful park . We took a train here from Denizli, because we had a plane to catch and were happily surprised at how nice the hotel and surrounding area was . We enjoyed the restaurant, we walked through the park, we went on the Ferris Wheel at Luna Park, walked to the port. We really enjoyed our day in Izmir.

A notre arrivé nous sommes monté seuls dans notre chambre pas d'accompagnement. Une fois dans la chambre il y avait beaucoup d'équipement cassé ou en mauvais état nous etions au 7eme etage la securite de la fenêtre était cassé !! Heureusement que nous avons pas d'enfants. L'abbattant des wc était sale. Les bords des douches plein de calcaire dans la chambre le papier se décollait a plusieurs endroit. De la poussieres était présente sur les interrupteurs .. La peinture du plafond de la douche commençait a se décoller. Le matin au petit dejeuner que nous avons payer en plus les produits netait pas frais le simit par exemple et le thé qui etait comme de l'eau pas de goût et peu de variété. Les gens paies en plus il pourraient faire un effort . Pour venir au parking ils ecrivent parking privé mais c'est un parking derriere l'hotel qui est ouvert a tout publique dont il y a une route circulante. Au vue du prix de l'hotel ils pourraient clairepent faire un effort.

Hotel staff don’t speak English, when I asked for a room upgrade they told me all rooms where the same and gave me a room next to a night club, couldn’t sleep because of the noise and had to ask for a room change, they gave me a new room in a smoking area and I don’t smoke

Ok, being a couple that travels a lot and we are staying in a lots of hotels I wish to say that I was expecting more from this one. The goods things are, that the location is good, and the beds were comfortable and the room was very big. On the other hand the carpet is dirty even without stains it looks dirty, the sheets looks not clean crispy, just clean but with a big suspicious how clean it is exactly. The worst part of the room are the towels. They look like been 20years old. Nothing to do with the rate of the hotel. So this hotel is around 7.2 max and not 9.2 how it looks in the pics. This hotel has the potential to improve, if carpet is changed with wood floor, new sheets and towels are bought and the main thing is the staff. Some of them were smelling sweat, and look really dressed bad with long and dirty nails. But the hotel has the option to turn really good if the management is changed. The breakfast was also very low level.

Konum olarak merkezi bir yerde ve şehir içi ulaşım araçlarına yakın sayılır. Hotelin bulunduğu cadde ve civarı- anlam veremediğim bir şekilde - belli saatlerden sonra tekin değil ve tek başına dolaşılmaması gerekiyor. Hotel çalışanları olması gerektiği gibi saygılı ve işi bilen insanlar. Temizlik konusunda ise yataklar temizdi, banyoda fayanslarda lekeler vardı, duş bölümünde ise iyiydi ancak musluk kısımlarında su kaçırıuordu. Genel anlamda memnun kaldığımı söyleyebilirim. Hotel fiyatları bir önceki yıla göre aşırı yüksekti. Bu durum yabancılar için sorun değil ama biz yerli turistleri zorluyor.

Greymark hotel is extremely centrally located with a nice lobby and kind staff. Check in was quick and seamless, there was parking nearby with complimentary valet service. The room was clean with a very large and comfortable bed and fast internet, The restroom and shower were great with excellent water pressure. The only area for improvement would be the sound insulation - both between rooms and with the outside street for rooms facing outward.

I booked one night in this hotel. The room is very confortable maybe a bit noisy due to the fact that the hotel is in one of the avenues with a lot of traffic. The hotel is applying proper covid19 instructions except in the restaurant which is closed and has no ventilation. The breakfast is included but I was not allowed to have it in the small terrace as apparently is it only for smoking even if there are a few tables outside. I could not have my breakfast as I refused to have it inside with the rest of the customers and it was quite busy at this time. I did not understand the rules as I even told the waiter that I would bring my plates inside once finished but they refused to let me have it outside. A bit disappointed in terms of security and customer service.

The staff are professional. The moment we were standing outside the building the security personnel immediately took our luggages without asking if we were going in. The check in was smooth with no contact. Our room was always cleaned & tidy. The only "negative" thing we could bring it up is the breakfast. We stayed for 6 nites & its the same breakfast pre-wrapped for us.

We loved our 4 days & 3 nites - we wholeheartedly recommend this hotel when visiting Izmir. A 10 minute walk to the sea and 3 minute walk to the Basmane Metro. There are also trams that can take you all around. The Kulture Park was across the street and we took the train to Hilal Station and at Hilal changed to the metro to the hotel’s Basmane stop! No cabs necessary - Most economical transportation the the airport!!!

Otel 5 yıldızlı gibi cok temiz ve personeli cok ilgiliydi bu konuda içiniz rahat olsun sadece mahalle olarak biraz tedırgin etti basmahaneyi biliyorsanız izmirde ona göre secim yapın biz sorun yasamadık ama belli saatten sonra yurunebilinecek yerde degil bir cok merkezi yere yuruyerek gidilebilinecek konumda. Otelin sadece kapalı otoparkı mevcut, oda oldukca dar bi asansorle iniliyor. Onun dışında vale hizmeti alabiliyorsunuz. Fiyat performans olarak oldukca memnun kaldık.

The Hotel has a grest location with a few minutes wslk of the Railway/Metro station. 3 mins to the very large and well maintained Kulturpark. It's on the edge of the city centre, 10 mins to the sea and about the same to the Kemeralti Bazaar. The room I had 401 was at the frong of the hotel, it was clean, light and well equiped with lots of electrical sockets, a flat screen TV, mini fridge. Easy chairs and coffee table. The bathroom had a lovely powerful shower with Rain head and hand spray, complementary toiletries were provided and smelt lovely. Room service was dsily and always willing to change towels. 2 bottles of water were provided in the room each day. Breakfast is no longer buffet due to Covid19, but the provided plate of cheeses, meats, egg and salad was filling especially when consumed with the supplied bread. Covid19 is making life difficult for all of us individually and for those running a business, the hotel staff adhered to all the rules in place, and would often remind guests of the need to stivk to the rules. There are 2 minor points I have to mention. 1 the Double glazing does not eliminate all the traffic noise of the busy toad in front of the hotel, you soon get used to it. 2 the only place to sit outside is at the rear of thd dinning room essentially thd smoking area. It's rather soulless and the chairs aren't made for an afternoon of relaxing in the limited sun that the 'patio' gets.

Good value for money at this modern clean hotel. Breakfeast was not great. My girlfriend walked in on her own one afyernoon and the manager asked her what room she was staying in. Slightly intrusive and awkward.

Staff of the hotel were friendly and check in was 24hours which was great. Location of the hotel was very near Basmane train and metro station. Room was clean and spacious enough for 2 luggages. As it was winter season (but not super cold with day temperature about 14 degrees celcius) there was only heater mode available in the room/hotel and not air conditioning hence it got a little warm and stuffy in the room. We opened the window to cool the room but the down side was noise from traffic as the hotel is situated along the main road. Perhaps the bathroom could be improved by installing a door to the half shower screen so that water would not splash outside the shower area. Overall still a pleasant stay for us.

I had a very nice stay. The location was convenient, the staff was friendly, professional and very helpful. I also liked the room decor, the bed was comfortable, the wi-fi was very fast, the breakfast minus the lack of espresso. I would stay there again

Excellent, staff were great in particular the male receptionist in the evening (can't remember his name) he was very helpful and accommodating! After weeks of travelling, I could say the beds were one of the most comfortable I slept in.
