This kind of modern hotel is fairly expensive for the services they offer. It was clean and nice. There is no staff… this is the thing of the past. Breakfast is next to the entrance , the modern way, not my liking. No bar and no restaurant. Expensive for being basic.

When we made the reservation, the Hotel.com hotel's website insinuated it was walking distance to the airport. It was a 10 min walk to a tram that would eventually take you to the airport. That was impossible to do with luggage. I would never have booked this hotel if I knew that I had to take an uber to the airport.

À mon arrivée, après avoir passé une journée entière à travailler soir la pluie, quelle fut ma surprise en m’apercevant qu’il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude pour me laver… cependant après quelque minutes de recherche de la part des salariés de l’hôtel une solution a été trouvée. Je félicite donc la rapidité et l’efficacité de cette hôtel a solutionner un problème qui n’était en plus pas de leur faute. Les chambres sont propres l’accueil est parfaite et le petit déjeuner été à la hauteur de mes attentes. Je mets un 5/5 car c’est ce que j’attends d’un hôtel à ce prix. Ni plus ni moins. Le séjour fut agréable malgré le petit aléa rencontré à mon arrivé.

A/C is pre-setup as 'heating' instead of cooling. So got a surprise at night being too hot. You can not change it, only can be done centrally. Pillows are very uncomfortable. Apart of that it was pretty quiet and clean.

Pas très de l'aéroport mais un véhicule est indispensable. Je n'ai pas vu de transport en commun à proximité...mais sous réserve, comme j'étais véhiculé. L'hôtel est très bien, c'était la première fois chez Best Western ça ne sera pas la dernière fois...Je recommande.

Lovely rooms with great air conditioning, big bathrooms and comfy beds. Located in a great quiet spot near to the ring road motorway but also 5 mins walk from the Bordeaux tram for easy and cheap trips into the city (€5 all day). Staff were really kind, friendly and helpful and the parking is great and secured which is excellent. Could easily be 4* if it had an open bar/restaurant I'd say, there are several restaurants and breakfast spots walk or drive away too. A great stay, highly recommend and good value

Das Best Western St. Exupery ist ein neueres Hotel in einem Industriequartiert. Ein Mietwagen ist von Vorteil. Es hat aber ein paar Restaurants, die auch zu Fuss erreichbar sind. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück reichhaltig und sehr gut. Der einzige Wermutstropfen war, dass vom lokalen Netzwerk Whatsapp-Calls blockiert wurden.

A really nice hotel with friendly helpful staff. The car park is large and well lit. The Tram Line 'A' is only 400 metres from the hotel. The breakfast menu was excellent with a good choice. We did consider taking our evening meal at the hotel, but the menu was not really up to scratch. The room was small but adequate, with lots of hot water and a very comfortable bed. I really recommend the Gardenia, it delivers economical good accommodation without fuss and bother. Yes we will stay there again

Room was clean but bare. Breakfast was simple. Left our room late for a day of exploring and still ended up getting our room cleaned and towels replaced. Very quiet despite being under an airplane travel path although we could hear guests in the hallways in the morning through the door. Excellent AC. Great black out blinds. This room had enough space that they could have included a mini fridge or kettle.

Our stay was for one night as we were flying to the US the next morning. The hotel was convenient, comfortable and the breakfast was very good with lots of choices. We found a nearby Italian restaurant for dinner that we greatly enjoyed. All in all, it was an excellent choice.

Very bad stay! Terrible hotel in a terrible area of town with shady staff members. Called for a taxi to the train station, they sent one of their friends who tried to charge me $50 for a 15 minute taxi ride. Stay away from this hotel!

Modern looking, clean but basic set-up & rooms. Dining facilities with decent price of meals. Would stay here again when using Bordeaux Airport
