Nagyon elégedettek voltunk a szállással. Kiváló elhelyezkedésű, minden fontos látnivaló könnyen megközelíthető volt. A reggeli bőséges és változatos, minőségi alapanyagokkal. A szoba kényelmes, tiszta és komfortos, minden igényt kielégített. Külön pozitívum a gondosan bekészített pipereholmik és az igényesen kialakított, modern fürdőszoba. Összességében nagyon kellemes élmény volt, külön öröm volt a terasz megléte, illetve a személyzet kedvessége a bejelentkezésnél!
Cons: Ami kevésbé tetszett: a Booking.com felületén a foglalás során még szerepelt egy lehetőség, hogy +7 € felár ellenében vacsorát is kérhetünk. A foglalás véglegesítése után azonban jelezték, hogy ez már nem lehetséges, mert az éttermet átalakítják. Ez kissé félrevezető volt, mivel a rendszer még felkínálta az opciót. Továbbá kijelentkezéskor felmerült, hogy a minibárból fogyasztottunk vizet, és ezt fel is számolták volna. Jeleztük, hogy az italokat a repülőgépről hoztuk, és egy rövid egyeztetés után végül csak az idegenforgalmi adót kellett kifizetnünk. A helyzet megoldódott, de kellemetlen volt a félreértés.

Sono ormai alla mia quinta esperienza al The Hive Hotel e ogni volta resto pienamente soddisfatta. Le camere sono spaziose, il letto molto confortevole e la pulizia sempre impeccabile. Il personale dell’accoglienza si distingue per disponibilità, gentilezza e simpatia, contribuendo a rendere il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. La posizione è davvero strategica: a pochi minuti dalla Stazione Termini, dal Teatro dell’Opera di Roma e dalla Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore. Non posso esprimermi sulla colazione perché non ne ho usufruito, ma per il resto l’esperienza è sempre stata eccellente. Consigliatissimo!

I booked a 1 night stay. It was a short walk from Roma Termini train station, no need to get a taxi. My room was not available yet, as I arrived very early, but the staff was super friendly. They checked my bags and gave me suggestions and a map where to go visit. When I came back later in the day, it only took a couple minutes to check in and get to my room. The room was beautiful, modern, and very large. I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome.

Wij zijn toegekomen rond 13:30 en moesten een uur wachten voor ons kamer, er werd vermeld dat check in om 14uur was, terwijl er na ons nog 2 koppels langskwamen en direct een kamer kregen. Achter een uur terug gekomen voor een check in, deze keer hoor ik u krijgt een kamer upgrade en mag in een suite verblijven…. Dit terwijl ik een suite Geboekt had had dit ook gezegd en receptionist viel uit de lucht 400€ voor een standaard kamer zou wel net wat te veel zijn voor een doorsnee hotel, normaal zit er in een suite een arrangement (free drank) maar deze werd ons zelfs niet aangeboden, ik moest mijn kamer zelf zoeken geen begeleiding naar kamer (dit was ook niet nodig) ik vond het wat onprofessioneel je boekt een suite maar krijgt geen goede ontvangst geen duidelijke uitleg, beetje aan u lot over gelaten.

Hotel amplasat la 20 de min de Colosseum/Fontana di Trevi si majoritatea obiectivelor turistice. Faptul ca este pozitionat intre 2 statii de metrou, si astfel se poate evita zona garii. Camera mare, curata cu toate cele necesare, mai putin halat dar nu a fost o problema pentru mine.

Great place and wonderfull people working in it. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is near the termini station and very close to the Colloseum. Breakfast was very good with many food options.

It's fine - for the price is ok. It's a conference hotel and the decor is very corporate. The coffee in the rooms is terrible but there was plenty of space. The location isn't great and overall the hotel is kinda weird. The trapezoidal lifts are strange. I probably wouldn't stay here again but it was fine. The staff on reception were great - helpful and warm and friendly. I'm not sure if it was jsut the fabric but the sofas in the lobby looked pretty tired and kinda not super clean.

Me encantó el hotel, sobretodo el trato del personal, eran súper amables y atentos a todo. Las instalaciones del hotel maravillosas, la habitación amplia y muy muy cómoda la cama. La ubicación es genial, cerca de todo y a tan solo unos pasos de un alquiler de vespas, que hacen que la experiencia sea mucho más auténtica. El spa y los masajes que nos hicieron, fueron una auténtica pasada. No es barato este servicio, pero merece completamente la pena. También nos organizaron el transporte hacia el aeropuerto de vuelta. Fue una estancia maravillosa, sin duda, si volvemos a Roma, nos volveremos a hospedar aquí.

The property was well located and easy to make use of public transport. It was surrounded by some really good restaurants and overall was well situated for sightseeing. The breakfast was decent with good choice and the staff accommodating in keeping our bags until we could check-in.
Cons: The booking of a room does not come with the use of the gym or pool. This is very misleading as they mention it as one of their facilities but do not mention that it is at an additional cost. If we had known this we would have booked cheaper elsewhere as we were also looking at other properties without gyms that were cheaper and well located. The floors were dirty in the room when we arrived. Although it’s not a huge thing it doesn’t give a good first impression.

The hotel and room was modern, clean and the room was spacious. The beds were comfortable. The air conditioning was working so well. Nice and cold and was very refreshing coming in from the heat. Love that there were small supplies in the bathroom which included a toothbrush, toothpaste, Kleenex, needle and thread and other little urgent supplies was very nice. 10/10 for that. I would stay again. Thank you to Davide at the roof top bar who had a big smile and took pride in making the drinks so perfect! Plenty of ice! Which we love. Plus the complimentary snacks with the apparatif was so delightful. The bar was clean and Nice and cold. Made us want to stay longer. Overall this was our last hotel during our time in Italy and it left us with a wonderful impression. Great location close to the train station. Front desk staff and housekeeping staff friendly and helpful. Thank you and hope to return again soon.
Cons: I would have preferred breakfast included , didn’t know that was an option. Other than that, no complaints.

Siamo stati 3 notti. Albergo è moderno, nuovissimo, molto particolare di planimetria, pulito. Colazione è molto ricca, lo staff era gentile. Abbiamo sfruttato anche lo SPA (un percorso). La camera molto spaziosa, calda ( a noi hanno fatto anche upgrade), letto comodissimo. Posizione è strategica, 7 min a piedi dalla stazione Termini. Piaciuto tutto! Grazie!

Cons: A combination of a market near the hotel and no sound isolation promises you no rest in early morning. The staff provides no service to your when you arrive. No information regarding breakfast, check out time, wi-fi access, other services. Nothing. They just give you your key and say go right to the lift 😂 Awful breakfast, especially I “enjoyed” the fruit cut that was spoiled two days long. The staff was very nervous.

The design of the hotel and rooms is modern and comfortable and the room was very spacious. We got a free upgrade to a room with a living room and spacious bathroom with a soaking tub and really appreciated it. The location is convenient, and in a relatively quiet area.

The hotel was immaculately clean. Staff from the initial check in to check out were all excellent, professional and welcoming. The room was really nice, we had a suite. Very spacious. Location was good for all activities we had planned. Close to Hop on hop off buses. Walkable distance to the Collessium. We didnt eat in the hotel and missed out on using the Rooftop bar/restaurant.
Cons: No iron in the room. We got a steamer but could only have it for 30 minutes.

Für einen kurzen Städtetrip ist das Hotel absolut in ausreichend. Die Lage ist gut - alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in laufweite. Die Zimmer haben alles was man braucht und sind sehr sauber.
Cons: Obwohl das Hotel an einer Seitenstraße liegt ist es nachts doch eher laut. Wir waren zudem etwas überrascht dass man sowohl für das Fitnessstudio als auch für die Sauna extra zahlen musste. Das wird unserer Ansicht nach bei der Buchung nicht sofort ersichtlich.

Punti a favore: vicino alle fermate Termini e Repubblica, colazione abbondante, personale disponibile (il check out era alle 12 ma sono potuto rimanere più a lungo senza sovrapprezzo).
Cons: Punti a sfavore: sauna, palestra, piscina…sono tutte a pagamento e non sono incluse nel pernottamento. Il che è più o meno comprensibile per la sauna, ma la palestra è la prima volta che vedo un albergo proporla come extra da pagare a parte. E se la pago a parte, mi aspetto una palestra vera e propria, con vasto assortimento di macchinari. Invece se è vero che bon è la solita “palestra da albergo” che ha giusto qualche macchinario di cardio, una panca e qualche manubrio, non è comunque una palestra completissima e interamente sostitutiva di una palestra “esterna” e che quindi giustifichi il pagamento a parte rispetto alla stanza. Poco isolamento acustico.

Hotel molto bello, moderno, funzionale. Stanza ampia, ben accessoriata, silenziosa, confortevole anche dal punto di vista climatico. Ottima pulizia e personale molto accogliente. Ottima anche la colazione (per qualità della maggior parte delle proposte e per varietà), così come la posizione, vicina alla stazione ferroviaria e a molte fermate di mezzi pubblici (sia metro che bus): eccellente per girare Roma con i mezzi pubblici. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.
Cons: In bagno ho sentito la mancanza di un vero e proprio piano d'appoggio per oggetti personali. Succo d'arancia della colazione di qualità decisamente migliorabile.

Habitación muy amplia, camas muy cómodas y baño grande con ducha. Personal de limpieza de habitaciones muy agradable, en especial Wilmar. Desayuno buffet muy variado. Recomendable 100%. Situado a 5 minutos andando de la estación de Termini.

Cons: Le spa , 35 euros par personne pour avoir un spa qui n’est pas digne de détente, enfant qui joue au ballons dans la piscine, personne qui parle fort dans le salon de relaxation, qui font des vidéo instagram, on peut pas appeler cela un spa d’un hotel 4 étoiles, déçu ! Et pas détendu , interdire les mineurs serai un bon point. Le petit déjeuner à 20 euros par personnes ne le mérite pas , pas de jus frais, jus insipide, petit déjeuner 4 étoiles a revoir , ou alors trop cher pour la qualité.

Cons: When you pay a premium price for a room, at least basic expectations should be met. Window looked out into the street with garbage dumps. Staff has no sense of Customer interaction or service - they're extremely rude and full of attitude, And have absolutely no interest in ensuring that you have a good stay. Reached on time for checkin at 2pm as per hotel policy and the room was not ready , we were asked to wait for 30 mins as if it was not an issue at all. We had to go ask again after 30 mins regarding the room status - they didn't bother informing us that the room was ready though we were sitting in the lobby right in front of them. After long travel, this is not something that is okay. We had called for a food delivery on the first night and stepped out to buy some medicine, the delivery arrived while we were not in the room and they refused to take it. Apparently they have a policy to not accept food deliveries but don't bother mentioning it anywhere. I asked why they didn't call my number as it is on file with the booking, Luciano curtly replied that he had done enough by trying to call the hotel room. When I was trying to have a conversation with him, he didn't let me speak and was laughing mockingly, stating that there are 200 guests in the hotel and its not his job to call guests. I am wondering what exactly his job is if its not managing hotel guests. My room was on thw 4th level facing an alley where for the whole night there were trucks going in and out. The narrow space in the buildings amplifies sound as if you're in a heavy machine factory and it is impossible to sleep a wink. At 6 am, shopkeepers will start setting up and you can hear even hear them talking. Sound proofing level is 0 on windows.

Tágas, mindennel felszerelt, jól hangszigetelt szobát kaptunk. 7 perc sétára található a Termini vasútállomástól, ami nagyon megkönnyítette az utazásunkat. Ezen felül 30 perc sétára vannak a főbb látványosságok, ami azért jó, mert különleges kincsekre lelhetünk random módon séta közben. A vízmelegítő nem működött a szobánkban, de azonnal kicserélték. A reggeli 20EUR/fő volt, ami szerintem korrekt a bőséges kínálat miatt. December közepén is lehetett a tetőteraszon reggelizni, ami szuper meglepetés volt számomra. A személyzet nagyon kedves volt.

A localização é excelente, perto da estação de termini, é com fácil acesso 2/3km de todas as atrações da cidade. O Coliseu fica a 10/15 min a pé. A limpeza do quarto excelente O pequeno almoço muito bom e variado
Cons: Os quartos exteriores são um pouco barulhentos , principalmente aqueles que estão virados para o hotel do lado. A recolha do lixo durante a noite pode ser desagradável

Cons: Warme Frühstücksspeisen wie Rührei, Bohnen, Würstchen waren nur lauwarm. Dies war auch unabhängig der Uhrzeit. Spa für Hotelgäste kostet leider, auch für nur kurze Besuche (max 1-2h), das ist leider schade. Lage zum Hauptbahnhof top!

The breakfast and the restaurant with the guest discount were the only positives
Cons: We had one our worst experiences at this hotel. Started with the first night where there was an issue in the room that we couldn’t turn off the ligth, the only solution the staff provided is to turn off all electricity (with heating as well) in the room. Next day when we got back in the evening, they didnt even know about our issue the prev night. Then they gave us a significantly smaller room with a pull-out bed for the second night. The third night they finally moved us to a similar room where the ligths were working. The staff were really rude and unhelpful. Also you have to pay 35 EUR per person for the spa, where half of the jets are not working. They also gave no discount for this terrible experience.

The staff were all very accommodating and friendly. You can leave your bags before checkin and after checkout, and they have a nice lobby to stay in while waiting for my flight.
Cons: The doors in the hotel room were paper thin. It moves when the cleaning cart passes by, and it barely muffles the sound so around the time that they are cleaning, it can be a bit disturbing if you are a light sleeper. The lock for the main door is flimsy in my opinion, where it is hard to gauge whether it is locked or not. There was also a connecting door to the adjacent room. I wasnt informed of this beforehand, so it came as a surprise when I noticed after a day. They said it is locked, but with the flimsy door, there is a tiny gap and also a hole below the doorknob so I was able to hear whatever was happening in the other room clearly.

The hotel was extra clean, very quiet , comfy bed's and great room service with excellent location. Breakfast was also great with kind people all around.
Cons: I ordered and paid for a taxi from uber after check out to the airport. However, the hotel address I entered was incorrect. I asked the men at the reception to help me giving the taxi driver the correct address from my phone as i don’t speak Italian but they said they don’t know how to deal with uber drivers and application. Thankfully, i managed to send the driver the correct address and he showed after 10 minutes.
