The location of the property is great. It’s easy to find. The staff were so kind and helped with everything. The breakfast was almost the same everyday but served with a smile . The bed was comfortable, there is AC , so you could stay warm in the night. Felt very safe!

Cons: Voor de rest slechte bedden en de douche was niet al te warm. We hadden een privékamer geboekt en hier speciaal nog voor gebeld. Eens we aankwamen werden we in de 8 personen gemengde kamer gestoken en zei de host dat ze dit aan ons had laten weten op voorhand, wat niet het geval was. Ontbijt was ook maar sober.

Cons: I arrived when staff was on break and clearly made me feel I was bothering her. Didn’t get any info about anything, she didn’t show me the facility, I had to ask the girls in my room for the washroom. No toilet paper at 6am, clogged bathroom sink. Heather in the room at 30° was right in front of my bed so very hot very loud and bright light. No curtain on upper bed. I just got the wrong bed in the dorm Rooftop was out of service for winter I guess, toi bad.

He viajado sola y ha sido perfecto. Fai es muy majo y me ayudó en todo lo que necesitaba. Me alojé en una habitación de 4literas solo mujeres y las camas super buenas y la almohada sábanas limpias, baño siempre limpio ducha bien caliente y aire acondicionado...ha sido genial. Posizione davvero eccezionale, a pochi passi dalla piazza centrale di Marrakech e non lontana dai principali siti storici. Pulizia delle stanze e dei bagni quotidiana. Buona colazione, nulla di eccezionale ma buona! Possibilità di prenotare escursioni direttamente nella struttura. Lo staff è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Wi-fi gratuito. Rapporto qualità/prezzo molto interessante.
Cons: La camerata aveva 10 posti letto, mentre sul sito della prenotazione ne erano indicati 8 inoltre, sarebbe dovuta essere ad uso esclusivo maschile ma in realtà erano presenti anche delle donne. Gli armadietti sono davvero piccoli (circa 40x40 cm) e non sono molto pratici. Sono stato fortunato perchè me ne hanno assegnato uno ad altezza occhi...non oso immaginare la scomodità di quelli a livello del pavimento o quelli a 1,80 mt da terra. Ricordatevi che le prese di corrente non hanno la terra. Quindi solo spine a "2 vie". Ovviamente dimenticatevi la privacy ma questo è implicito quando si sceglie un ostello con camerate da 10 posti letto.

The Hostel is in superb location and it’s near to all shops and restaurants. The main attraction Jemaa el fenaa is with in minutes you will reach . The Hostel people Hiba and fysal are really great .Hiba helped me with my shopping also and give me proper guidance on my whole trip .

The only good thing about this hostel was the location.
Cons: I’ve stayed in almost eight hostels in Marrakesh, and this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional from the moment I arrived. When I first entered the property, I waited at the reception for nearly 10 minutes while Faisal was busy upselling oils to other guests. He didn’t acknowledge me once, even though I was clearly standing at the desk. The toilets were constantly dirty and messy. When I asked them to refill the soap, they argued with me in front of other guests. Another guest even confirmed there was no soap, yet Faisal still shouted at me and acted abusively — simply because I requested to modify my booking dates. The female staff member was equally rude. After three days, I politely asked for clean bed sheets, and she argued with me and even told me to leave the hostel. When I lifted the pillow, I found odd stains, markings, and actual bed bugs in the bed, which was completely unacceptable. The lockers were also dirty and clearly not maintained. At first, the staff claimed I couldn’t change my booking, but the moment I mentioned the hygiene issues, their story suddenly changed. They insisted I should leave immediately and adjust the booking myself to get a refund. They lied, and the owner tried to justify Faisal’s behaviour by saying he had been working nights — which doesn’t excuse abusive or unprofessional conduct. The rooms smelled bad, the AC does not work despite the owner claiming it works “at night,” and the breakfast is extremely poor: just three small pieces of bread with tea or coffee. For the price they charge, other hostels in Marrakesh offer far better value, cleanliness, and hospitality. Overall, the atmosphere was uncomfortable, with staff constantly giving rude looks and making me feel unwelcome — all because I asked for basic hygiene and respect. Avoid this hostel like the plague. There were bed bugs, dirty facilities, and the staff were openly rude. There are many better place.

Hiba et Faysal sont de très bons hôtes. L’espace est très agréable avec 3 pièces de vie qui comprennent la terrasse sur le toit. Même si l hôtel était plein, il y avait une atmosphère intime.
Cons: J’ai des difficultés à le trouver à mon arrivé à une heure du matin. Le plus simple aurait été de réserver un transfert depuis l’aéroport… des photos de l’accès à l hôtel pourraient aider ..

Great location, staff is super kind and correct, professional. Breakfasts are served within the price which is great for the value we pay. This hostel is cleaned very frequently, toilets and showers are clean as well and I can tell that it smells nicely, even with so many guests that come to visit and stay at this hostel. Big plus for the two rooftops.
Cons: The wifi in the rooms is a big less exciting, my own 4G didn’t work as well, but staff cannot do much about it, the sygnal is kind of bad in the rooms in general.

Cons: C’est clairement le mimimum qui est proposé: le dortoir est pour 8 personnes, un lit à étage sans manière de s’isoler si vous êtes en haut (pas de rideau), pas d’étagères pour poser le minimum à côté de vous (eau, téléphone), les lits sont peu confortables et c’est assez bruyant. Il y a une douche et un toilette, avec un lavabo dans un couloir, c’est pratique quand on est 16 dessus 😅

Cons: It is extremely loud. You could hear everything, my room was right next to the bathroom and it was beyond loud. Also, breakfast wasn’t until 8, but a few of us had to leave at 7 for excursions, and we asked if they could leave us small snacks (fruits bread etc) out for us so we could eat something light and they said NO.

Lo mejor es la ubicación, literal a 2 mins de la Plaza Jemaa El Fna. Muy cerca hay una casa de cambio y un local de comida rapida (platos tradicionales tambien) a muy buen precio y rica. Al principio cuesta algo encontrarlo ya que queda muy escondido...pero siempre hay trabajadores en la puerta del callejón, ya que hay un riad más costoso al fondo. El personal muy atento y amable. Desayuno correcto y suficiente. Muy limpio.
Cons: El lavabo se atascaba de vez en cuando. Camas algo duras y almohadas, por el contrario, muy blandas, pero para un par de días no hay problema...

I stayed for 4 nights in total and had a really lovely time. The staff will help you if you have any questions about tours, taxis, or anything else you might need. Breakfast is included, which is great, it’s pretty basic, but for me, it was more than enough. There’s also a nice rooftop area.
Cons: It’s not really a negative thing, more of an advice, just so you’re aware, if you’re coming with a big suitcase, it can be a bit tricky to get there due to the narrow streets and lots of people walking and riding motorbikes.

Position is perfect, 1 minute walking from jemaa el fna, the riad is beautiful and it's not my first time there. Hiba and Faisal are kind everytime. The terrace has a beautiful view, the accomodation is clean and well furnitured; rooms have a/c and are quiet. I arrived in the late night and Faisal came to pick me up, he has been so kind and helpful
Cons: Mind that if you have a tour in the first morning breakfast can't be served; maybe a little take away could help; but everything was great as always! See you soon darlings!

A characteristic feature of all the riads I have stayed in is the opportunity to meet and connect with new people in an analog way — directly and through conversation. The hostel is conveniently located along a commercial street in the medina. If you go left, you’ll reach the Bahia Palace. If you go right, passing through Jemaa el-Fna Square, you’ll reach the Secret Garden and the madrasa in about 15 minutes. I recommend this place for two important reasons: first, its proximity to public transport, and second, the fantastic view from the rooftop terrace. The sunset over the Koutoubia Mosque is magnificent. I highly recommend this place! Jaro

A well-run, safe, clean and easy-going hostel in a great location. A prefect place for the solo traveller. Staff will organise anything you want. A great base for Marrakech and beyond. Breakfast an added bonus, and was tasty and fresh.
Cons: Bathrooms could be upgraded a little as doors dont close properly, and maybe more showers and bathrooms as gets busy if hostel is full. Toilet paper frequently ran out. That is an issue in Morocco in general. A good idea to have a roll in bag.

Mi paso por este hostel fue bueno en todos los sentidos. Las instalaciones están limpias, son cómodas y bien cuidadas, con espacios comunes que invitan a relajarse y conocer gente. Pero lo que realmente hace la diferencia es el equipo humano que trabaja allí. Desde el primer día me sentí muy bien recibida. La atención, hospitalidad y amabilidad fueron constantes durante toda mi estadía. Siempre dispuestos a ayudar, a recomendar lugares o simplemente a brindar una sonrisa. Tuve una emergencia personal luego de haber hecho el check-out, y sin dudarlo me ofrecieron un lugar para ducharme y recomponerme. Ese gesto habla mucho de las personas que están detrás de este lugar: gente generosa, empática y humana. Sin dudas, volvería a elegir este hostel. Lo recomiendo con los ojos cerrados a cualquier viajero que valore un ambiente cálido, seguro y respetuoso. ¡Gracias de corazón!

Cons: Breakfast had quite a small window compared to the other hostels I has stayed at in Morocco. They also charged €1 euro per piece of paper that you needed printing off for the airport. Location on booking.com isn’t accurate, I think they need to add better instructions to the page for people to find it as I struggled to find the place following the map provided but then when I left the hostel myself it was actually in a great location.

Recentemente me hospedei neste hostel e tive uma experiência extremamente positiva. Desde o momento da chegada, foi possível perceber o cuidado com a limpeza: os ambientes estavam sempre impecáveis, tanto nas áreas comuns quanto nos quartos. A troca diária da roupa de cama foi um diferencial que trouxe ainda mais conforto e sensação de bem-estar durante a estadia. O café da manhã também merece destaque — simples, mas bem servido e com opções frescas. Era um ótimo começo de dia, com o típico chá de menta marroquino, pães, sucos e itens preparados com capricho. Outro ponto alto foi a equipe. Os staffs foram sempre muito solícitos, simpáticos e prontos para ajudar com qualquer dúvida ou necessidade. Para os brasileiros que prezam por limpeza e organização, este hostel é uma excelente escolha. O padrão de higiene realmente impressiona e faz toda a diferença na experiência da estadia. Sem dúvida, recomendo este hostel para quem busca um ambiente acolhedor, bem cuidado e com atendimento de qualidade.

Das Hostel ist einfach nur wenige Meter vom "Marktplatz" entfernt. Was jeden Abend immer besonders fein ist, und auch wenn man Nachts ankommt, findet man es recht schnell. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, alles super angenehm. Habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt. Nachdem ich eine Nacht weg war, habe ich direkt wieder dort gebucht.
Cons: Die Dame am Check In wirkte sehr unmotiviert. Leute kann man nicht ändern, aber Kleinigkeiten würden schon viel ausmachen.

Cons: I didn't like the male receptionist, I wasn't aware that it wasn't paid through booking and he force me to get money that evening from ATM on main square, even when I asked him if I can pay next day because I'm so tired. so I went but my card was eaten by ATM and instead of being nice to me, he looked like he is bothered because he cannot pay straight away. Next day was public holiday so barely had some cash to buy food and day after I finally got my card from the bank. And no one cares about the noise, there were people talking till midnight, walls are thin so you cannot get proper sleep

Very nice staff.. they call the guests by name, family like....The service was very good, also the morrocan breakfast, the beds have curtains The rooftop terrasse is amazing, you get your breakfast there. The place is very close to Jjema el Fna, tourguides can pick you up there by car and the airport bus shuttle is only 5 minutes walking distance....very comfortable I will come again!!!

Location is just 5 minutes from jeema el fna sq and 10 minutes from the Jewish quarter. Perfect if you want to be close to everything. It is down a small alleyway, very difficult to find, so ask the hostel beforehand for directions, as I walked around in circles for an hour before I found it. Nice, small building, with lovelly terrace to enjoy the simple breakfast. Pancakes, bread, honey and jam, and lovelly cinnamon flavoured coffee. Would be better if it was a buffet though, as waiting to be served often meant rushing if you had a trip booked. Good wifi throughout. Female dorms are located off reception area so you can hear noise from other guests. Take earplugs. Lockers are available to hire for €5 and you need to pay €2 for a towel. A hairdryer was available, and you can use the fridge in the kitchen to store foods. Great value for a short stay.

El personal me ayudó a solucionar los problemas y es lo que más valoro de este hostal.
Cons: Las camas están muy estrechas, no hay ningún apoyo para los objetos personales, espacio mínimo vital insistente, ruido débito a que las habitaciones están abiertas a los espacios comunes y sobre todo la de las mujeres a la planta baja. Horarios de utilización de la cocina muy limitantes, de las 12 a las 20 horas y además casi nada de utensilios y nada de básico como la sal. El precio es demasiado caro por la calidad de la oferta. El desayuno son 2 panes, zumo de naranja en botella, te o café, y en la mesa mermelada, miel y mantequilla. Fumo en la terraza y falta de una buena aeración en las habitaciones. Las puertas de los baños son muy finas. Faltan reglas escritas para ayudar a los huéspedes a ser mas educados.

Fayssal is the best host! I lost my phone in the hostel and he helped me find it. I had to check out before breakfast, so he gave me crepes and bread upon my checkout at 7:30. 5-star service from him, always. Thanks to Jamal, who approved a last-minute change to my reservation so I would not lose it. Quiet location, clean bathrooms, good water pressure, breakfast included. Short walk to 19 bus for airport or 66 bus for main bus or train station. 100% satisfaction.

La struttura si trova in pieno centro della medina, comodo a tutto. Nella stessa traversa c'è anche un noto ristorante italiano e non molto famoso e bello. Gli host (fratello e sorella) sono super disponibili e aiutano in caso di qualsiasi esigenza e informazione. La pulizia del Riad è sempre garantita sia negli spazi comuni che nelle camere. Belli i terrazzi su cui fare colazione o su cui rilassarsi al rientro da un escursione. Malgrado la posizione supercentrale, si dorme tranquillamente e non si ha nessun tipo di problema. Ho soggiornato li per una intera settimana e non potevo fare scelta migliore e strategica per tutte le escursioni e cose che avevo in programma di fare. Super consigliato.

However, it's possible to visit the cities on your own using public transportation at a much lower cost. The location is central, but it’s important to note that it is close to two mosques, so there is regular prayer time with calls to prayer five times a day. This could be something to consider if you're sensitive to noise. In terms of cleanliness, the owner is very particular about maintaining the property, which some guests might appreciate, but it also extended to my own belongings in the room, which felt intrusive. While I didn’t mind the presence of people smoking hashish on the property, I did find that the smell sometimes lingered in the building. Great location, its in the medina but not the complicated part. ~Great breakfast, safe and clean. I always c.ome here if I am visiting Marakech. Faisal and Hiba will make sure that you are looked after.

The location, steps from Jemaa el-Fnaa was amazing; the staff, especially Hima were lovely, the roof terrace was awesome, the showers hot, the WiFi solid, the curtained-bunks comfy and private, and the kitchen was great for those on a budget. I will absolutely stay here again when I’m in Marrakech 😁
Cons: Not their fault, but the copy-able location on Booking.com takes you to the wrong place: type in the *name* and it’s very easy to find: go to Jemaa el-Fnaa and go from there.

In the ity center , outside the hostel there is restaurants and shops everywhere, 3 minutes walk anywhere you can get what you want Hospitality 10/10 Location 100/10
Cons: If have large baggages ,it's hard to walk inside these roads , no car can enter there

Établissement très propre et bien situé à côté de la place djam el fna.Tres bon gerant en la personne de Faycal
Cons: Le petit déjeuné a 2 euros a améliorer. Devrait le faire a 3 euros avec :Beurre et pas margarine, jus d'orange frais, café sans cannelle si possible...et personne n'y trouverait rien a dire.

The staff were really helpful. I hope they maintain their friendliness towards guest and helping them not get scammed in Marrakech. The breakfast was also good, although a small buffet would be better like other hostels since you have to wait for the bread. Frequent cleaning of toilet is also advised. The beds were comfortable and there is a curtain for privacy. Very central location and easy to find with google maps.

Location and staff
Cons: Dump in my bathroom, was very bad and I need to move to the share room. Also I was told they don't have any beds for us to swap and they can't do nothing about that. People smoke and nothing been done about that...

Truly amazing staff !! They were excellent so helpful and friendly. They work hard to keep the place clean and breakfast is always served with a smile. The location is excellent right in the hub of the city, plus next to a Jazz bar. The roof top terrace was great. I can't wait to go back.
Cons: Put all the people who snore in the same room !
