L établissement est très bien placé en plein centre ville le personnel est très accueillant l immeuble où nous avons était installé était encore en rénovation de la peinture par terre de la poussière …

Biz 4 gece kaldık.Çok memnun kaldık. Her gün oda temizliği yapıldı.Her konuda yardımcı oldular.Erken gelmiştik oda müsait olunca 9 da giriş yapabildik. Çıkarken de eşyalarımızı bir süre bıraktık.Herhangi bir sıkıntı yaşamadık.İşlek caddeye yakındı ama gürültülü de değildi.Duraklara da hemen bikaç dk yürüme mesafesindeydi.

Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr sorgfältig bei der Reinigung, die Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt. Es hat unsere Erwartung übertroffen. Das Personal sowohl im Restaurant als auch im Hotel waren freundlich und fürsorglich. Wir mussten unsere Reservierung aus einem bestimmten Grund verlängern, Dank Herr Timur ist das geschehen, er hat uns nicht im Stich gelassen. Wir empfehlen das Hotel gerne weiter.

Продолжу отзыв о повторном проживании в том же месте. Номер и планировка. - Заселились в номер 603 отдельного здания для семейных номеров. По планировке он оказался лучше — отдельная спальня и гостиная. - В спальне был небольшой диван, в гостиной — балкон и такие же диван-кровати, как в предыдущем варианте проживания. Чистота и обслуживание. - Постельное бельё и тапочки меняли ежедневно. - Сквозной ежедневной уборки как таковой не заметили, но мусор выносили исправно. Комфорт и техника - Кондиционер общий на две комнаты, но справляется со своей задачей — охлаждает обе зоны удовлетворительно. Итог. - Номер 603 удобнее по планировке и подходит для семьи, отсутствие регулярной полной уборки. Если вас устраивает регулярная смена белья и вынос мусора, этот вариант приемлем.

Персонал действительно на высоте: вежливые, отзывчивые, всегда готовы помочь. Общаются по-английски, не отказывают в просьбах. При необходимости помогут с парковкой или лично подскажут, где припарковаться. На кухне персонал тоже дружелюбный и внимательный. Большое спасибо всей команде. Номер и размещение. Нас разместили в апартаментах 601 — удобный вариант для семейного отдыха. Комнаты раздельные: в одной — кресло‑кровати, в другой — большая кровать и комод с зеркалом, есть отдельная спальня, что обеспечивает уединение и хороший сон для взрослых или родителей с ребёнком. В здании есть лифт. Окна выходят на улицу и на основное здание отеля. Инфраструктура и питание. Апартаменты расположены в шаговой доступности от общепита и небольших магазинов. Внизу основного здания есть небольшой магазин Migros. В стоимость включён завтрак — для короткого пребывания его хватает, но для длительного периода питания может быть недостаточно. Состояние и рекомендации. Ремонт не очень свежий, есть небольшие недочёты; в целом приемлемо, но владельцу есть над чем поработать. Апартаменты почти идеальны для семьи на короткий период: комфортно, удобно расположены и с приятным обслуживанием.
Cons: Здание для семейных номеров находится напротив основного корпуса через дорогу, что нам показалось немного неудобным. До местных достопримечательностей придётся добираться на собственном или общественном транспорте — пешком идти примерно 5 км. Стандартной парковки на территории нет.

Onun disinda teknik servis iyi calisiyor. Herhangi bir ariza durumunda cabuk mudahele ediliyor. Kahvalti cesitliligi ve kalitesini cok begendim. Oda da tek klima mantikli gelmedi. Bir oda normale gore daha sicak oluyor. Banyo yeterince temiz ve dizayni hos. Oda da emanet kasasi olmasi iyi dusunulmus. Minibar daha iyi sogutmali bence. Televizyon kucukte olsa her iki odada da mevcut. Kahvalti salonu oldukca serin tutuluyor ve bu durum cok iyi yaz gunlerinde rahat rahat yeme icme imkani sagliyor. Canli bir caddeye cok yakin bir konumda, bu da Buca da alisveris ve restaurantlara kisa surede ulasmaniz demek oluyor. Otelin hemen altinda Migros Jet ve BiM marketler var. ihtiyaclar kisa surede alinabilir. Ucak ile gidersem tekrar kalmak isterim.

We stayed at a hotel called Buca in Izmir. Overall, everything was great. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast definitely added value beyond its cost. However, there was a management issue that could easily be resolved and would greatly enhance the guest experience. The hotel management should personally inspect the reserved room before the guest arrives. After a seven-hour journey, we were really tired when we arrived, and unfortunately, we were met with some issues. The bathroom sink was leaking, and the floor of the room was so dusty it felt like no one had opened the door in years. I’d like to thank Mr. Veli for his respectful and kind attitude. He promptly came, cleaned the room, and helped us switch to a better one. The hotel has a very good location, the room layout and cabinets are excellent. However, the TV was not connected to the internet, so we had to make do with a small screen showing only local antenna channels. In general, the stay was good and worth the price. The facilities are nice—just a little more attention to management would make it much better.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was comfortable, and well-equipped everything I needed for a relaxing . But what truly made the experience special was the breakfast team. Every morning, they greeted guests with genuine warmth and bright smiles. The food was fresh, delicious, and thoughtfully presented, and the team worked like a perfectly coordinated unit. Their attention to detail, friendliness, and professionalism really stood out. A big thank you to the breakfast staff you made my mornings feel like home. Highly recommended.

Genel olarak güzel. Iyi ve güler yüzlü çalışanlar. Park sıkıntı ama bir şekilde halloluyor. Odalar temiz ama yer biraz tozluydu, son dakika odamızı daha büyük bir oda ile değiştirdikleri için olsa gerek 😉. Kahvaltı fena değil ama soğuk içecekler neden yoktu anlamadım.

It was good. Service was good. Breakfast could be better, more options but overall ok. Room service was good. A lot of markets and restaurants nearby. But no parking. Have to find on the street and its not easy. Little loud inside. You can hear the street. Windows need to be more noise reductive.

Cons: the rooms smell of cigarettes, the drain in the shower doesn't work well because the water goes back. there's a construction site right outside the window and it's noisy, the room isn't very clean

Cons: To be fair, the facilities were reasonable. However, the 3 rooms we booked were not near to each other. The triple room was located at another building. That created a lot of inconvenience for us travelling as 1 big family, as we share many things in the different luggage.

Hotel bien situé dans un quartier très animé, avec un grand choix de restaurants. Situé à environ 4/5 km du centre d’Izmir Pas de parking mais le personnel fait son possible pour garer la voiture. Petit déjeuner moyen. Chambre très belle et spacieise

We rented two suites. Each had a comfortable double bed and two highly uncomfortable "sofa beds" which where unfolded from a kind of individual seats but had clear separations along your body. One in your back, one in your waste. The sheets they put did not covered entirely the top surface of the sofa beds. The rooms where cold and a mini split was available with a stream of air directed towards people slepping in the sofa beds. Bad planning. Breakfast was excellent.

Das Hotel ist ganz in Ordnung. Man hat viele Möglichkeiten zu feiern und zu essen *Kneipen, Bars, Restaurants, Konditorei, Supermarkt*, alles in der direkten Umgebung. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, Taxis, Banken sind direkt neben dem Hotel.

The personnel were very polite, responsible and had good attention on who enters hotel at day and night so it was a very safe and comfortable place. The nearby street had many, Coffee shops, local food restaurants, and small and big shops to buy from. Was a pleasant stay!

Her anlamda çok memnun kaldım. Dokuz Eylül Üniversitesinde yüksek lisans final sınavları için İzmir'de bir yada iki gece kalmak zorundayım. Hem kampuse yakınlığı, hem yakınındaki restoran, pub vb. olanaklar ve hem de odada bulunan çalışma masası gibi imkanlar benim için çok önemliydi. Beklentilerimin fazlası ile karşılığını buldum.
