The location of the property is just near to some of the tourist spots in Marrakesh. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. If you book a shared tours, there’s a nearby pick up point. Despite the outside being busy, you cannot hear the noise from your room. Its quiet. The room is decent and clean. The cleaning lady, despite of the language barrier, she is trying her best to understand me. Sweet and lovely lady. When I arrived, she was the one who checked me in.

Cons: I only stayed for a night, nothing much to tell.

We had a great stay at Riad les RĂȘves d'AmĂ©lie, the breakfast every morning was a highlight! The staff were very friendly and helpful, it felt very cosy and quiet (we stayed in Oct). Overall great stay :)

Cons: Unfortunately, the wifi and service (mobile data) were quite bad, which caused some issues since we had to do work on our laptops - just something to keep in mind if you are a nomad. The location is pretty good, but around a 15 min walk into the centre of the medina (the souks/square).

Smooth check-in and easy check-out. Friendly, helpful staff. They assisted our last day (late flight) by storing our luggage, gave us extra towels for a pool day and spare keys to return at the end of day before our flight! Very welcoming from the start. Clean and peaceful overall. Simple but enjoyable rooftop breakfast (expect lots of bread!). Great location – right across from the Saadian Tombs and close to restaurants and tour pickup points. Good value for a short stay.

Cons: The rooms aren’t very big, and one thing to note is that the bathroom doesn’t have full walls from floor to ceiling — so if you’re a bit shy, it might feel awkward since you can literally hear the other person breathing while they’re in the toilet 😅. Rooftop area is small with limited views unless standing and sofas are hard and uncomfortable – not great for relaxing.

Great location, very flexible and accommodating staff, clean and peaceful once inside to escape the chaos of the streets of Marrakech. The breakfast was lovely and served up on the roof terrace at your leisure between a generous timeframe, however they can accommodate should you need an earlier or later breakfast! Staff are friendly and welcoming, and flexible. We were very kindly given our room until later in the day, meaning we could freshen up and shower before our evening flight home. This is obviously subject to availability, however the fact it was offered without the usual money grabbing techniques most hotels employ, was a very kind personal touch.

Cons: The A/C would regularly be turned off after going out for the day, and during 35-40 degree Celsius temperatures, it meant the rooms would really heat up, especially the bathroom which had no A/C unit. We did not ask them to leave the A/C on however
so it could be our mistake in not asking if the A/C could be left on during the day, so they may accommodate this, but just some generic feedback in general!

Excellent position in Kasbah district (clean, calm and close to everything). Accessible by car/taxi. Would recommend for families. Very good breakfast on the beautiful rooftop terrace.

Cons: To keep in mind the immediate proximity of the minaret. Since the sound isolation is not good light sleepers could use ear plugs ( first call for prayers is at 05:00 am ). Mrs Miriam was very easy to communicate with on wup, but it would be better to have someone who speaks English on site. The lovely lady who was there speaks only French and Arabian.

The riad is just like in the photos, beautiful, decorated to the last detail, impeccably clean and fragrant. There is air conditioning in the room but in the middle of February we had no need for heating! The terrace for breakfast and rest or lying in the sun is very beautiful, with a view of the mosque tower. The breakfast is truly excellent! The staff is extremely helpful, always available and helps with everything a traveler needs on their trip. You can choose several routes to the city center, the one lit up in the evening and full of locals across the street or the narrower paths full of craft shops. The riad is located directly next to the most important sights, which you can see in the late afternoon and right next to the taxi stop for tours, e.g. Jardin Majorelle. The mosque on the other side of the square is very loud, not even earplugs help, there is an early morning wake-up call, which amused us a lot.

The location is great being well reachable by car (both our tour pick-ups were just 100 metres away) and walking distance from the souqs but still the area is rather quiet. Also the staff is very nice, although English language is not among their strengths. The riad manager speaks great English, though, and was very helpful (and reachable over WhatsApp) with all the questions we had.

Cons: The room was a bit cold and moist as the AC didn't work in heating mode. All in all the room was very basic, without a TV and proper noise blocking wall between the bathroom and sleeping area.

It was a great experience staying in Riyad Les Reves d’Amilie. It was right next to the market and tourist spots. Most of the places were 5-20 min walk. I loved the included breakfast every morning. The Riad is located in a central location, at a walking distance from badi and Bahia palace, and not too far from the medina, it has a very nice terrace overlooking a small square, perfect for sipping a glass of Moroccan tea in the evenings. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and taken care of. I highly recommend it and will be returning when we visit Marrakech again.

It was located very near the Saadian Tombs and you don't have to walk through a maze to get there as it was in front of a plaza and the van can stop right in front of it. The rooms were very nicely decorated and the bathrooms had a lot of shelves, which was very helpful. Mr. Rachid was very nice and friendly, and the rooms were very clean.

Cons: We occupied 2 rooms across each other on the second floor. The room for 4 had a good layout and its bathroom had a door. The bathroom of the room for 2 had no door and it had a really bad smell coming from the drain. At times the stink was so bad we had to open all the windows (the room had airconditioning). This seems to be common in the Riads we stayed at in Morocco, but the problem was particularly bad here during our stay. Maybe a door between the bathroom and room would help. Also, a big discomfort for us, though probably not for others, was that the breakfast table on the rooftop terrace had no roof cover, so we were hurrying to finish the meal to get out of the sun. Still, we would not hesitate to stay here again and would recommend it to our friends.

During my recent visit to Morocco after many years, I spent two days with my friends at the riad. If I could rate it, I'd give it 10 stars. The riad is conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from the medina, impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. It's easily accessible by taxi, and at night, the street noise is minimal. The rooftop offers a stunning view of the city. Rachid, the host, is incredibly calm, warm, and friendly. He provided invaluable tips for navigating the markets. Breakfast was top-notch with fresh fruit, yogurt, and delicious breads. I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

Rachid’s kindness and generosity are amazing. He received us so well. The Riad is clean, beautiful and very well located near Saadien Tombs, Bahia Palace - we also made many tours and the guides always picked us up inside the medina with the car. The rooftop and the breakfast prepared by Rachid are also excellent. There is a restaurant near - Zeitoun Cafe - with delicious traditional food and fast service.

The interior was lovely, the upstairs terrace is beautiful especially when having breakfast. The riad is always nice and clean and very quiet. They always clean up your room and it was very nice to come back to fresh clean room every time. There is a mosque right outside the riad and so much city life too, I wished my stay was longer so I had more time to appreciate everything more.

Cons: It was difficult to communicate with the guy as he didn’t speak that much english. At the end we were asked to pay tax and I was rushing to get to the airport and had no cash left, tax I feel like should be paid in the beginning of the stay as people may run out of money towards the end of their stay. The breakfast also was nice but maybe could be something more.

This Riad was perfectly situated on the edge of the Medina, a short walk from the El Badi and BahĂa palaces and from the souks. It was in a slightly quieter part of the Medina which was really nice to return home to. The nearby restaurants were great and the staff at the Riad gave us some recommendations. The Riad itself is beautiful and well cared for. The rooftop terrace was a great place to read for an hour when the day got hot, and overlooked a mosque. The breakfast was also served on the terrace which was a wonderful way to start the day.

Cons: Honestly nothing - though I should note for others that the close proximity to the mosque means you’ll clearly hear the call to prayer even in you room, which may come after you’ve gone to bed. We didn’t mind, but some might.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The riad was very well located within walking distance to the main square. It was situated in a peaceful part of town. We thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop terrace. The views were amazing and the breakfast was served on the terrace every morning. The riad had a very authentic feel.

Cons: Nothing

Don't look further if you're looking for a riad that is nicely decorated, clean, and has an excellent breakfast. The staff was more than friendly and the riad is closely located to El Badii Palace, Bahia Palace, and Dar si Said. We stayed in the rabat double room and fell in love with it! So much details :) We definitely recommend this riad if you go to Marrakech. Kind regards, Anthonius & Kim

We were very warmly welcomed by Tatiana with the typical mint tea on the rooftop terrace. She gave us helpful tips what to visit, where to eat and how to get around. A private transfer from the airport to the riad and back (15€ each direction) and a driver for a day trip to Essaouira (110€) was organized for us. The authentic riad is located in a quiet part of the busy medina next to the Moulay el Yazid mosque, on which you have a beautiful view from the rooftop terrace. The tasty breakfast is also served on the rooftop terrace. In the neighborhood there are the Bab Agnaou Gate, the Saadian tombs, a supermarket, a currency exchange office and really nice restaurants, that serve very tasty moroccan food. Thank you Tatiana, Rachid and the rest of the team for a great stay!

The riad is EXCELLENT. Tatiana, the owner, welcomed us with a exquisite tea and tipical pastels. She is very reachable and makes sure you have a wonderful stay. Now comes Rachid, what a BEAUTIFUL person. Breakfast is excellent every morning and he is always willing to give you the best experience. The lady who cleans,(i think is Rachid’s wife) we didnt get to speak to her but the cleaning is PERFECT. Changes towels and makes bed everyday. Plus she helps Rachid all the time too.

Cons: There is nothing bad we can say. It has been better than what we thought.

It was really a great stay and we already miss the place. The riad located in Al Qasba area, which is highly recommended to stay in, if you are looking for a place away from the crowd, and if you want to avoid to stay in the alley for more safety, it’s the place. The riad also has easy access and taxis can drop you exactly in front of the riad. Very near from most of the city attractions, it is almost seven minutes walk to Jameaa Al Fana. The riad itself is a nice place, vintage with a touch of modern style, cozy and very clean, as designers we loved the place. Tatiana was very welcoming and kind :) She gave us an introduction about the city, they can arrange day trip tours if needed. Rashid and the team were very kind too :)  You will be welcomed with Moroccan tea and sweets which was our first tea experience, it was a lovely touch :)  The breakfast is homemade, it’s simple yet it covers all what you need. Definitely Highly recommended.
