Petit Riad très beau, chambre sympa, accueil sympa de Mohamed, petit-déjeuner au top, situé au cœur de la médina dans un dédale de ruelles. Bouteilles d’eau mises à disposition. Lit fait sauf le week-end, changement de serviettes. Peu de chambres donc peu de monde ce qui est appréciable.
Cons: Chambre du rez de chaussée sentait humidité avec marques sur mur et dans salle de bain. Situé dans une ruelle non accessible en voiture, du coup le taxi nous a donné rendez-vous plus loin, Déconseillé pour personne âgée ou à mobilité réduite. Nous avons dû marcher chargé avec nos sacs.

We arranged airport transfers from and to the airport. We were greeted with tea and cake which was delicious. The riad was very clean and just like the pictures. The staff were amazing especially Mohammed. He was happy to help us with anything and some extra requests. The breakfast was amazing, so tasty and fresh thank you to the lady chef. The riad is located in a central location and is approximately 5 minutes away from Jenna el fnaa. All in all we loved staying here and would not hesitate in booking again.

Todo. Desde el momento que entramos fuimos atendidos genial. Las habitaciones son una maravilla y huelen genial. Está todo limpio. Por desgracia solo estuvimos una noche y hubieramos estado más. Disponen de gel, champú y crema corporal; agua caliente etc. Pedí si tenían secador y me lo ofrecieron sin problema. Al día siguiente nos teníamos que ir a las 07:00, muy temprano. Mohammed se levantó a las 06:00 para hacernos el desayuno. Es una persona encantadora. La verdad es que todo fue increíble. Lo recomendamos al 100%

Absolutnie rewelacyjne miejsce!!! Lokalizacja blisko głównego Placu, ale w bocznej uliczce. Jest cicho. Po dokonaniu rezerwacji otrzymałam szczegółowe wskazówki dotarcia do riadu oraz jego dodatkową ofertę. Zameldowanie w miłej atmosferze. Powitano nas herbatą i ciastkami. Pokój czysty, komfortowy, ciepły. Łóżko duże i wygodne. Łazienka obszerna i jasna, oddzielony prysznic. Zapewniono zestaw kosmetyków i suszarkę do włosów. Dobre obfite śniadanie w cenie pokoju.

Nos gusto todo en general, la hospitalidad y atenciones del personal, nos vino a recoger al sitio donde nos dejo el taxi, ya que esta en el centro de la Medina y son calles estrechas y tb nos enseño el primer dia como llegar al centro.. La struttura era super pulita e in centro, ma comunque silenziosa. Lo staff è stato impeccabile: per ogni richiesta ci sono venuti incontro. Abbiamo addirittura richiesto una colazione fuori orario (alle 7.00, perché dovevamo partire) e abbiamo trovato tutto quel che offrono nella colazione standard (che per inciso è strepitosa!). La stanza è grande il giusto, ed è dotata di tutti i comfort.
Cons: La coperta del letto è leggermente corta, ma c’è una seconda coperta nell’armadio da aggiungere. Le pareti tra le camere sono un po’ sottili, e si sentono un po’ le voci dei vicini.

We enjoyed our stay at Riad Dihya so much that we came back a second time! It’s beautiful, very central and the breakfast is delicious. As always Mohammed has been so great! We enjoyed chatting and spending time with him, he is lovely and always so helpful. He even went to print our boarding passes and got up early the morning we left to make us breakfast, he helped us with our luggages and walked with us to meet the taxi driver. Definitely recommend staying in this Riad, we’ll be back again!

We sliepen midden in de stad en toch rustig. Het personeel staat zelfs midden in de nacht voor je klaar en is altijd erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamer was erg schoon en de douche lekker.

Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos aquí. Todo siempre es perfecto, la habitación muy cómoda y el personal encantador. Sobretodo Mohamed, que siempre está para cualquier duda o lo que necesites, nos acompañó hasta el taxi las 2 veces y nos reservó uno de ellos. También si te vas pronto antes de la hora de empezar el desayuno te lo hacen antes. Si volviese a Marrakech me volvería a alojar aquí.

- La atención de Mohamed y América, nada más llegar nos ofrecieron té de bienvenida y unos aperitivos, estuvieron a nuestra disposición siempre que lo necesitábamos, siempre intentaban atentos. -Si teníamos alguna excursión que salía temprano nos preparaban el desayuno (espectacular el desayuno) antes de que nos fuéramos y súper bien. - La última noche nos íbamos a ir de madrugada al aeropuerto y Mohamed nos guardó las maletas y nos subió una manta a la azotea por si teníamos sueño y que nos acostáramos sin coger frío ya q no teníamos habitación y siempre a nuestra disposición hasta el último minuto que nos fuimos. - Súper bien! Mi pareja y yo volveríamos otra vez.
Cons: - Deberían de poner un panel más grande con el nombre del Riad, ya que a la hora de llegar fue de noche y no lo encontrábamos. - Que no supieran hablar en español, estuvimos con el traductor toda la estancia.

Le petit déjeuner était vraiment super ! Le personnel était à notre soin, Mohamed Malika et Fatima nous ont accompagné à nos taxis. Ils ont su répondre à toutes nos demandes (préparé un repas en dernière minute car nous étions en retard, prendre le petit dej en dehors des horaires). Lors d'un petit problème d'excursion les propriétaires (Aude et Saïd) ce sont déplacés en personne pour rendre de nos nouvelles et ont été à l'écoute. Nous félicitons leur service !

Mohamed fue un trabajador estupendo. Nos atendió con amabilidad y siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos en todo lo que podía. Estuvo muy pendiente de nosotros para asegurarse de que nos nos faltara de nada. Dès notre arrivée, Mohamed et Fatim zohra nous ont accueillies avec beaucoup de sympathie et d’attention. Fatim zohra a pris soin de ma fille dès le début, ce qui nous a beaucoup touchées. Car elle était blessée au front avant d'arriver et directement elle m'a aider à la soigner, elle à directement pris la trousse à pharmacie, Mohamed nous à ramener le thé et des ptit gâteaux de bienvenue j'oublierai jamais ce moment. Toute l’équipe, y compris Malika et Fatima, a été gentille, disponible et à l’écoute, rendant notre séjour vraiment agréable. Mohamed était disponible le matin comme du soir ou de la nuit, est au ptit soin avec toute la clientèle, il nous servait le ptit déj avec un sourire, et il nous demande régulièrement si nous ne manquions de rien. Walid le manager était au top superr sympa et nous as conseillé pas mal . L’endroit est propre, chambre confortable, piscine propre , bien situé près de la médina et de la place Je3 el fna. Le petit-déjeuner est délicieux et la présence du petit chat ajoute une touche adorable 🐾. Merci à toute l’équipe pour ce séjour inoubliable, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !je recommande vraiment.😊 Merci encore

Mohamed met us from our airtport transfer and walked us to the riad where he wecolmed us with water, mint tea and a selection of moroccon deserts. He made us very welcome and was always asking us if there was anything we need. The Riad was wonderful and relaxing by the plunge pool was a welcome break from the madness! The fabulous breakfast was served on the rooftop and was varied each day and certainly more than we could eat. On the last day, we didnt have to leave Marrakech until 5pm, he looked after our bags and let us relax on the roof when we had finished our shopping. Highly recommend, location perfect too. I have been to Marrakech 5 times and will be back, hopefully there will be a room available at this riad. Thank you Mohamed.

Une mention spéciale à Saad, gardien pendant une semaine lors de notre séjour, pour sa gentillesse, son efficacité sans faille et sa disponibilité qui nous a permis d'avoir les meilleurs plans à Marrakech ❤️.
Cons: Le respect du personnel semble manquer de la part de la direction. Le gardien, à qui aucune chambre n’était attribuée (alors que c’est une pratique habituelle dans les riads), a dû passer ses nuits sur la terrasse à la vue des clients. Il a ensuite été installé dans un local de peinture étouffant, sans climatisation, avant de finir par dormir sur un canapé près de l’entrée pour trouver un peu de fraîcheur. La patronne adresse régulièrement des remarques à ses employés, parfois si marquées que même les clients en sont témoins. L’atmosphère devient alors pesante et gâche l’expérience, pourtant rendue exceptionnelle par le travail acharné et la gentillesse du personnel.

Personál velmi vstřícný, vždy připravený pomoci. Ubytování bylo čisté, hezké, bylo znát, že Riad patří mezi novější. Líbila se mi kombinace tradičního marockého stylu s moderními prvky. Bazén na střeše byl krásnou třešničkou při našem ubytování. Snídaně byla velmi bohatá a také chutná. Vše bylo čerstvě připravené, při odjezdu poslední den jsme dostali snídani po požádání i o několik hodin dříve. Poloha Riadu je chvíli chůze od centra a i při noční cestě jsme se necítili nepříjemně.
Cons: Nefungující jedna část sprchy v jednom apartmánu. Zbylá část v pořádku fungovala, nešlo tedy o nic, co by bylo nepříjemné.

The guest in the common room were very noisy even after 10 pm and the room had no sound isolation. The room also didn't have a separated bathroom or toilet. There are literally thousands of riads from which to choose in Marrakesh, and from my experiences here and in medinas elsewhere in North Africa (e.g., Tunisia), they are more similar than they are different: beautiful, tiny, but functional rooms, good and friendly service, historical, but typically with all the modern amenities. This one fit the bill, and I enjoyed the breakfast and the nice rooftop area, which includes a small plunge pool. This was also one of the better priced options, which means it's very good value. The air conditioner worked well (which I can't say the same for other riads I've stayed at here). Overall, I recommend this spot if you can find it!
Cons: They offer to send a taxi for you, which I appreciate, but what they really need to do is meet you at the taxi stand and walk with you back to the building because I was wandering around the medina at midnight completely lost (Google Maps does not work) and was consequently getting constantly pestered by street kids giving me false info for coins and drug dealers trying to sell me god knows what when I only wanted directions! Taxis can't enter the medina, so just sending you an address doesn't get you to the building. If you can find this place on your first try, you are a better navigator than me! I also don't like that they try to sell you tours online before you even arrive, but I guess this is par for the course here, and once you arrive in person, they actually don't try to sell you anything, which I appreciate.

The location of the Riad is excellent: close to the main tourist attractions, yet far enough to avoid the crowds. You can visit everything on foot, including arriving from the airport by taking a taxi to the main square and walking from there. The rooftop area was also a highlight — a great place to relax.
Cons: There was a lot of humidity in the room, which made things a bit uncomfortable. Also, there wasn’t much privacy in terms of noise — you could easily hear sounds from the hallways and neighboring rooms.

Everything was great! Right from the start there was a warm welcome with mint tea and a selection of small snacks. The room and the Riad as a whole were amazing, especially for the price. The aircon worked perfectly, the hot shower was better than the one in my house in the UK, and little touches such as the cold bottle of mineral water and good quality toilet paper showed that a lot of care has gone into everything. The breakfast was amazing too, and all the food was cooked within house. I ate it on the roof top terrace which was a nice relaxing environment. A big thanks to Simo who looked after me incredibly well. I have now stayed in 3 different Riad in Marrakech and this was by far the best, and great value too. I have no hesitation in recommending this Riad, and I would look to stay here again if I return to the city in the future 🙂

Like other Raid, a wonderful experience to stay in a traditional Moroccan family house. The decoration and the quietness in the house and the yard was very relaxing. There is a top roof with a small pool, chairs and tables to chill out and listen to the birds signing and the pray from the remote Mosque, which is amazing. Every single staff is kind and friendly. They offered a wrong room at the beginning so we needed to switch the room but it was right after our arrival and we have not unpacked anything so it was a easy switch but the owner offered a free dinner for that and the food we had was simply one of the best in Marrakesh. We did feel like it is our home and the staff is like our family members. We left our luggage on the hotel even after having checked out. The location is right in the city centre but quiet so very assessable to any other tourism place. Thanks for being so welcoming and warm.

What is there not to like. I will definitely stay here next time I will visit Marrakech The hostess is great: beautiful, polite and very very helpful. The apartment has a great modern decor and gives you a warm and cosy feeling. It is not located in the Old town, but in a more "local"/ residential area, surrounded by shops and restaurants, great if you want to explore a different vibe of the city. Approx 20 min away from the airport. The bed was probably more comfortable than the one I have at home.

We are very grateful to this Riad. We have stayed in three riads throughout the holidays in Marrakech and the staff at Riad Dihya are incredible, their kindness, courtesy, Taha is the perfect host, all the time smiling and wanting to help you, with great conversation. He offered us all the facilities and prepared a tremendous breakfast for us in 5 minutes. We are very grateful for the treatment received. We hope to return soon.

We had an amazing experience in this Riad. The Riad is very representative of Moroccan culture, so we highly recommend it if you are looking for an authentic experience. We also loved our host, Souliman. He was very kind, friendly and he made the best breakfast you could ever ask for! We experienced the authentic taste of the popular Moroccan bread (Mesmen) with peanut butter (the best one we tried so far!!!), the spiced coffee and the omelette made with a variety of Moroccan spices. We want to thank you our host for this unforgettable experience

The location is perfect for those wanting to explore the old town of Marrakech - around a 6 minute walk to the square. Don’t be alarmed when you are taken down back roads to get to the Riad as it’s well tucked away. The rooms are small but fine for 1/2 people and the bathroom is a good size despite the shower temperature being incredibly temperamental. The breakfast was great, a good mix of Moroccan breakfast delights alongside your choice of tea or coffee. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, answered all of our questions and helped us with organising taxis to different locations.

Cons: It’s very cheeky that put pictures of the triple room when advertising the double room, so it looks like it’s bigger and more spacious but then after you book We asked to get breakfast just 30 Min earlier (8 am) and said it’s not possible, finally agreed to leave us some food in the fridge that we could take with us but told us it won’t be a full breakfast, it seemed reasonable. In the morning when we went to the fridge there was nothing left for us. Why promise then? It was very disappointing. Rooms are very small.

Located just a few minutes walk from Jemaa El Fna, the main square in the Medina. Our host Souleyman was lovely and super helpful, and also cooked us a delicious dinner (highly recommended!). Our 19 month old absolutely adored him and still asks for him 🥲 Nice breakfasts and good coffee. Our room was cleaned and bed made every day which was a lovely touch.
Cons: Could use a night light in the room - as typical in the riads, the only window in the room looked out onto the patio so it was pitch black after dark. A night light might have been helpful! Something to be aware of, rather than a complaint - there was no door (only a curtain) between the bedroom and the bathroom. Personally, it didn't bother me at all but it might be a deal breaker for some.

The Riad was in a good location, fairly easy to find using Google maps. The breakfast was very big and tasty. The keeper gave us a choice between the two rooms he had available. We ended up choosing a smaller room on the first floor, because the initial bigger one was on the ground floor in front of the common area and main door.
Cons: There was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom that could only be disguised by a candle, which had to be on at all times. However, this was kindly provided by the keeper. The WiFi in the room or on the terrace was pretty poor. Overall, it was okay for a short stay as we needed a very central location.

Cons: It is quite tricky to find the location initially. Make sure you follow Karim's indications precisely, because it is really very easy to get lost.

The host Kareem was very sweet, nice and always helpful. He provided us with Tipps and tricks regarding Marrakesh and told us what we could do and offered us help whenever needed. The terrace was very sunny, spacious and nice and had even a little pool. The breakfast was simple but traditional and lovely. Overall we definitely recommend staying.
Cons: The Riad was very deep inside the souk and at night you might feel a bit spooked about it. The Wi-Fi was at certain places not working or working poorly but it was working decently in the terrace and ground floor.

Cons: Not possible to pay by card - meaning that if you stay more days you need to bring a pack of cash, since the riad is not among the cheapest ones. Not suitable for dynamic schedules - they refused to give me an "early" breakfast (7:30 on a wed ... I needed to catch a bus to Essaouira and I asked for it as a courtesy one day before ) with the reason that the shops for the food would not be open... I have seen more friendly accomodations in Kech to be honest.

Riad Dihya is well situated for the central square and many of Marrakech attractions. Karim was an excellent host - always available to advise and welcome you. Breakfast served on the roof terrace was excellent as was the swimming pool to occasionally cool off. We had an ensuite groundfloor room which was comfortable but would have benefitted from a repaint and more attractive decor and pictures

The breakfast was great! The location in the Medina, a bit tricky to find, but still doable, even with Google Maps. The staff was very helpful. The amenities of the room were simple but good / to the point.
Cons: There is no elevator. This is the case in many riads, so if you have problems with your legs/back/etc., try to find a place with such facility or rooms in the ground floor (we didn't need elevator, I am just mentioning this in case of relevance to other travellers). Also, the coffee could be stronger :)

Location was very good, right in the medina. For those who have never been to Morocco, the medina is indeed the best shopping spot. Our host Karim and the two ladies who helped him were helpful.
Cons: I should have done a better job checking what amenities were provided in the room. Being used to hotels, I expected the usual - hair dryer, iron and kettle; especially the kettle. I am used to drinking a lot of hot drinks and not having a kettle was debilitating for me.

Riad Dihya is very well located. The employees went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything that we needed and their breakfast is delicious. The airport transfer is worth it and especially as we had a delay at the airport and only came out at 3am and the driver was still waiting for us.

Riad is in the center of the Medina, short walk from the main square. The room we got was spacious, as well as bathroom. It was quiet at night which is a big plus staying in Medina. They have a cosy terrace with small pool. Breakfast was amazing! Friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: Our room had some mold on the walls, which was ok for one night, but for longer period it would bother me a lot. Floor was not very clean - you would not walk with white socks on it :) And towels could use some bleaching.

The riad is very clean and the rooftop is pretty nice. we got a room on the ground floor without sunlight but when we mentioned that we want to change we got a new room under the terrace… it was not as nice as the original one but it was the only available and the staff was kind to accommodate our needs and they also mentioned that the room will be a lower category one. so all good :)

The location of the Riad. The terrace. The host was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was tasty but not too much choice, especially if you'll stay more than one night.
Cons: There was a mild musty smell in the room. You could notice some moisture condensation stains even on the walls. Probably this was because there was no window in the room. The only window was in the bathroom and it was very close to the hall, so you could not leave it open when not there. One of the towels had a strong musty smell as well which was very unpleasant.

Great place! Adorable and close to the main square, clean rooms with AC, soft beds and they do a nice big breakfast. It also has a terrace and a pool. What more could you ask for? Above all, the service is FANTASTIC, Mohamed, Ousama and Karim are all so friendly, helpful and efficient. Special thanks to them. I highly recommend taking the taxi service with them because they pick you up directly from the Riad. 10/10 recommend!!

Momo and Khalid were very welcoming, even meeting us at the taxi and helping with bags. The Riad was clean and comfortable with good facilities. The plunge pool was so welcome in the heat of the summer. Momo amd Khalim went above and beyond advising and booking trips , providing refreshments, and providing bargaining advice about the Souks.

The Riad is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and has a lovely rooftop terrace with a swimming pool and seating areas which is a great place to have the excellent breakfast that it provides or to simply relax after sightseeing. The best feature is, however, Kylie the lady that manages the place. I have never felt so at home anywhere and it was all thanks to Kylie who goes out of her way to help all the guests in anything they might need. I will never stay anywhere else in Marrakech as you can’t beat the location, comfort and friendliness of this place.

Loved this property!! Heart of the Medina just a short walk to Jemaa El Fna main square. Easy to find off Derb Dabachi which has all the usual shops for food, clothing & souvenirs. The location is perfect & the property has all the amenities you need for your stay including a shaded pool on the terrace, given Marrakech temperatures it’s imperative. Great value for what you receive, clean, service plus, generous breakfast with lots of information how to enjoy your time in the city. The host is welcoming, warm & caring, nothing is too much trouble. The in-house menu for dinner & lunch is restaurant quality at affordable prices. The room is clean & comfortable with good bedding. Lots of sitting areas for relaxing inside. I highly recommend this Riad for a genuine authentic stay in Marrakech with a family feeling & typical Moroccan hospitality.

Stayed there for a few nights. Lachen and Mulay were so attentive. They gave us lots if information. Made me delicious teas without being asked. Staffs there are the best! Oh and also the breakfast were really generous!

Perfect for a nice, real Maroccan experience! During our stay we have been treated perfectly. The hosts are very nice and are always open for a conversation. The Maroccan people are very nice and friendly! I would recommend this riad to everyone who would like to stay in Marrakech!

Me and my friends went there for a few days and we really enjoyed. The staff was awesome. Special mention to Hamza and Lahcen for everything that the did for us, they make our experience something so special. Thanks guys! We will come back!

There are so many gorgeous riads in Marrakech, but as someone who travels solo often, the things I look for are affordability, location, and cleanliness. Riad Dihya has all of those things. The staff is very helpful, the rooms are spotless, and the place is located about a five-minute walk from the bustling main square. I highly recommend it for anyone who wants to experience a down-to-earth, but very enjoyable experience in this city!

This was a lovely Riyadh in the heart of the Marrakesh Medina. Comfortable beds and tasteful furnishings. Lovely rooftop Terrace with plunge pool and bar. The staff was very helpful and did all they could to make our stay more enjoyable. They even taught me how to cook tagine and make Moroccan tea!

Première nuit impeccable , deuxième nuit on m'annonce qu'on me change de Riad , je n'accepte pas et demande le remboursement de la nuit, le patron n'a jamais voulu me rembourser,aucune solution n'a pue être trouvée, j'ai du trouvé un autre riad par mes propres moyens. Je viens d'envoyé un mail à Expedia concernant ce problème, j'attends une réponse. Personnel du Riad très accueillant et professionnel.

A new hotel in quite a good position not far from markets and main square. The room was nice and the terrace was comfortable with nice small pool. Management friendly and helpful. Hard to find initially, strongly advise to get airport transfer!!
