Le personnel hyper dévoué (animateurs, serveurs, réception) merci à Abdellah d’avoir été réactif à mes demandes concernant la chambre , à Siham et Walid les animateurs pour leur énergie, leur professionnalisme et leur gentillesse !!! La navette à disposition pour aller au centre ville gratuitement est très pratique. Le restaurant à la carte (Patio Andalou, merci Ahmed) était excellent. Le fait d’avoir la possibilité de faire un petit déjeuner tardif de 10 à 12 au snack est un +. La variété de plats proposés au buffet, il y a du choix. Les cocktails sont très bons (merci à tous les barmans) Le snack est top et il y a beaucoup de choix salé franchement très bon pour un snack d’hôtel. Les soirées à thème chaque soir (surtout la pool party merci à Zag c’était vraiment trop trop bien) Le kids club est chouette pour les enfants et l’espace aménagé est très grand et bien agencé (pleins de jeux et d’activités top ma fille a fait de la poterie) L’hôtel est propre des agents d’entretien font le ménage toute la journée régulièrement.
Cons: La chambre au RDC pleine de moustiques malgré des prises et du produit mis par le personnel, mais nous avons pu avoir un changement de chambre. Le manque de transat/parasol à l’ombre. Il faut se lever TRÈS tôt pour espérer avoir une bonne place. La piscine (un peu petite et vite remplie de plus l’eau était trouble) Il faudrait prévoir une partie « goûter »pour les enfants par exemple des crêpes ou des beignets ou viennoiseries.. L’organisation du petit déjeuner est à revoir : > Les Msemens réchauffés, j’ai pu en avoir des neufs mais j’ai du en faire la demande à chaque fois > La queue pour les omelettes n’est pas bien définie et c’est vite le bazar sans compter l’attente qui est des fois un peu longue. Les serviettes dans la chambre sont récupérées tôt le matin mais les nouvelles n’arrivent qu’en fin d’aprem donc si on en a besoin en journée c’est embêtant.

Je suis très satisfaite de mon séjour. Le personnel était accueillant et professionnel, les chambres propres et confortables, et les installations très agréables. La nourriture était variée et de bonne qualité. L’ambiance générale de l’hôtel était excellente et nous avons passé un très bon moment en famille.

Currently part way through a 7 day stay and very impressed with everything. The rooms are spacious and clean. We have jack and jill style rooms with our two boys. Staff are friendly and can't do enough to make an enjoyable stay for all. Fun activities during the day and good entertainment at night. A good selection of food, and had a wonderful meal at the a la carte restaurant with Ahmed who once again was fabulous in making sure we had an excellent experience dining there, very impressed!

We have just came home from a week at the resort and had a great family holiday. Location was good as 20 mins shuttle to the centre. Atmosphere was good, family friendly so it was a safe environment. Our room was lovely however needed a little love and care as there were paint marks and stains around the room. The floor also needing a good mop, but over all cleanliness was a 8. Food was nice however, I am a fussy eater and so our my children so we ate out three times during our stay. This was great to see the city. I would like to see more chicken options and maybe more children’s options. The free shuttle into town was great and our family used this several times during our stay. Pool is a good size however has a few different levels. Myself, husband and daughter (8) fell in the same area of the baby pool. Even though the pool has mini bollards, we all still slipped. Suggestions would be to paint these a different colour. Noise levels were extreme during the day and evenings by the pool. My toddler struggled to sleep in the afternoon and evening as music was blasting until 23:30. We were situated at the very end of the resort and filmed it to show reception how loud it was with the door closed. They have two entertainment areas therefore there is no need to party round the pool which is where the rooms are located. My children and niece and nephew loved the kids club especially Rachida! She made all the children feel welcome and took time to get to know them. I would definitely return if them small issues were resolved. This holiday was value for money.

Booked Be Live Experience Marrakech and came away genuinely impressed. The rooms are the first thing worth mentioning — spacious, spotlessly clean every day, and quiet enough to actually sleep, which isn’t a given at a resort this size. The staff, though, are what lift it. They went out of their way more than once, and it never felt like performance. Requests were handled quickly and with minimal fuss. Would recommend.

We have just got back from a week here as a group of 5. For the price there is no complaints at all. The pools were clean, and great for our little one. The pool has loads of space for non swimmers and didn’t seem too busy. We always managed to get sunbeds and a brolly and if non available, staff would happily grab one. The rooms were lovely and clean, a few people were having problems with mosquitos on ground floors but we just kept lights off, blocked under doors with towels and had no issues. A slight issue with the bathroom towels as they collect early morn and return late afternoon so if you want a midday shower just refuse towel collection or ask reception for new ones and they will grab you some asap. Bar staff and restaurant staff were great. Food was really good for a buffet, always hot and replaced really promptly. Always something to eat for picky eaters and kiddies. We used the free shuttle into the markets too which was a great addition, even if we did forget the return place and need to get a taxi (no fault of the hotels). Kids disco and entertainment were all really good, for both kids and adults, not repetitive at all which is rare! Stayed in various all inclusive resorts and this is definitely one worth the money.

I had a wonderful stay at Be Live Experience Marrakech Palmeraie. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and exceptionally clean, with spacious rooms and excellent facilities. The pool area was relaxing, and there were always plenty of sun loungers available. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. The food offered a good variety, with something different each day, and the all-inclusive drinks were great. Although the hotel is a little outside the city centre, this made it peaceful and relaxing, and taxis into Marrakech were easy to arrange. Overall, it was the perfect place to unwind while still being close enough to explore the city's attractions. I would highly recommend Be Live Experience Marrakech Palmeraie to anyone looking for a relaxing all-inclusive holiday and would definitely return.

Nice hotel, very isolated, friendly staff,awful food apart from snack bar but be prepared to wait, we waited 1 hour and 40 minutes one day as there isn't enough staff and they would rather serve the people who tip them first, awful entertainment, Souks nearby just wanted to rip you off, hassling you all the while, I was spat at as I didn't want to pay £80 for a cheap metal bangles which I got for £4 elsewhere, couldn't wait to get home, glad we only went for a week

Very nice hotel. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Waiters at meal times were great, as were the bar staff and the cleaners. They seemed proud of their hotel, and kept it very clean. Time keeping was excellent - if something was due to start at 7pm, it started at 7pm. Room was beautiful - duplex room over 2 floors, with shady balcony (room 2137), and quiet as away from the pool. Pool itself was fine, with plenty of sunbeds. Pool staff were helpful with beds and table tennis equipment. Entertainment was ok, and excellent some nights. Highly recommend the pool party fire show. Free bus to the city was useful as the hotel isn't near anything. We also got ubers to places. The food was nice, and plenty of choice. It could be laid out better, and have show cooking to improve further, e.g. have a person cooking prawns for you. The bread was great - a bit more cheese/cold meat at lunch/dinner would be good. There were some flies at the pool bar, as you'd expect, but this is the first holiday I've been on where I never got bitten. It was very hot whilst we were there, and most customers seemed to get sunburnt - i'm happy to say we did not! All in all, a good holiday in a great hotel.

Han var veldig hyggelig og hjelpsum samy alle andre også men meste Yousef..nå har jeg anbefalt videre stedet andre familiemedlemmer, Yousef gjorde alt for at vi skulle få en flott opplevelse. A lovely hotel, the rooms were clean. A nice big pool, they had various activities on a daily basis. The food was very good especially breakfast which had a variety of choices. All staff were very helpful and accommodating. They also provide a free shuttle bus to take you into the city. Last but not least, the gardens of the hotel is truly amazing the gardeners truly work hard on the upkeep. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I had an amazing experience at Be Live! The atmosphere was vibrant, and the entertainment truly made the stay unforgettable. A special shoutout to Mimi, who is an excellent entertainer full of energy, charisma, and always making sure everyone is having a great time. Mourad was also fantastic and brought so much fun and excitement to every activity. Chinwi, Oualid and Rasha are very good as well, always with smiles. Mohamed from the entertainment box did a great job too, helping create memorable moments throughout the stay. I’d also like to recognize the bar staff “Ayman, Housseni, Youssef, and Ashraf” who were incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. They really enhanced the overall experience with their great service and positive attitude. Overall, Be Live exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and enjoyable getaway!

A great affordable family hotel. If you are travelling to this hotel looking for luxury or relaxation this hotel is not the one but for families, basic comfort and food it’s good. We travelled as a group of 10 and had a good time. The hotel is small so during our 7 night stay we did use the free shuttle provided by the hotel to travel to the medina a few times. Overall the hotel grounds are clean, the food is average could do with a few more meat options of an evening but for the price we paid we can’t complain and we did also eat out in Morocco which I would recommend because there are some amazing restaurants. There are a lot of wasps around the snack bar and pool area which are very off putting. Although they don’t bother you and are more interested in your drinks it’s hard to enjoy a beer on the sun lounger or at the snack bar without them harassing you, a member of our party also got stung by one and the hotel did provide a cream for this free of charge. The rooms are basic and clean but be aware a lot of mosquitoes. The cleaners leave the doors open whilst cleaning so that’s what the mosquitoes enter. Overall had a lovely time the staff are lovely and a credit to the hotel.

We arrived after a 3 hrs delay and check in couldn't have been better, gave us a band and sent us straight to dinner before it closed and said come back after to do paperwork. The hotel is great, clean and staff are very helpful, polite and very friendly. The food is good, great selection and very tasty plenty to chose from. The duplex rooms were great have is so much space and 2 bathrooms is a bonus when on holiday. Kettle and fridge in the room which is a bonus when needing to keep milk cold and reheat later. Pool areas were nice kids pool and splash pad were a good touch. Only advise is to take a keep cool water bottle or cup for drinks as temperature is do warm the ice melts fast

This my second time in this hotel but This time was one of the worst all-inclusive hotel experiences I’ve had, and I would not recommend this hotel.
Cons: The buffet was extremely disappointing. The food lacked variety, and it was obvious that many dishes were simply recycled from previous meals. The quality was poor, repetitive The evening entertainment was equally disappointing. with very limited activities and boring shows that failed to create any enjoyable atmosphere for guests. Entertainment staff need to be more welcoming and friendly our room wasn’t properly prepared. Towels were missing, pillow covers were not provided, and the complimentary water was never refilled as expected The most disappointing part of our stay was the customer service. When I called reception to report an issue ( lack of umbrellas at the pool ) the receptionist was rude and completely unprofessional. Rather than listening and trying to resolve the problems, he spoke in an impolite manner that made me feel like my concerns were an inconvenience.

We had a great stay at Be Live Experience and was virtually stress free. On arrival the reception staff were lovely and helpful, I’d seen a couple reviews mentioning rude reception staff but I can’t say that was my experience. We didn’t utilise the free shuttle bus or have any room issues so other than checking in and out, we didn’t really use the front desk. Only time was to see if they could swap our large notes for small but unfortunately they couldn’t, which is something to note if you’re travelling as smaller notes are ideal for tips and haggling. The bar and restaurant staff were lovely - It was my birthday when we went to the onsite restaurant and a big fuss was made and it was such a nice way to end a really nice meal. The bar staff outdoors were always so friendly and helpful and the inside bar made really nice cocktails based on what I said I liked, rather than the ones just listed which was a nice touch. I thought the food was lovely, my partner who is a little pickier found some lunch / tea times a bit more difficult but they have a snack bar that provides all the beige foods you may want! There are also plenty of pastas, pizzas, salads etc on in the buffet too. Our room was lovely and clean, I do agree with some reviews about the towel system being slightly frustrating - if they clean your room you don’t get your fresh towels until later in the day so if you want a mid-day shower you’re a bit stuck! Only other downside was our drain did have a rather strong drain smell which was made worse when we used the shower but it did look like they were doing something with the drains and reception were lovely and apologetic about it and seemed to take it on board. The pool is fantastic, really spacious and different areas great for kids and the main section is deep enough to swim properly. Only thing I would say is, as fun as the water polo is, I would’ve liked to see different activities on different days. And perhaps a second pool table inside as it was often in use. Overall we had a great holiday and I would definitely go back. :)

We stayed at the Be Live Experience Marrakesh from 19th to 24th June as a family group of 7 adults. While the hotel itself looks really nice and the rooms were lovely, our stay was unfortunately let down by inconsistent service, poor communication, and logistical issues. Location & Shuttle Service: On a positive note, although the hotel is situated quite far out from the centre of Marrakesh, they do provide a free shuttle bus there and back. We found this incredibly helpful and convenient for getting around as a large group. Reception & Management Issues: The reception staff were very hit-and-miss. We had a particularly poor experience with a staff member named Mehdi. We were repeatedly told to return to reception at specific times for requests, only to be told on arrival that nobody had said that. When we inquired about a late checkout the day before departure—as previously instructed—Mehdi became argumentative and muttered something under his breath in his own language. This was raised with the manager. Furthermore, we paid 500 MAD for one late checkout room because we were told no others were available. When discussing Mehdi with the manager, she claimed she couldn't find the payment we made to her colleague the day before—yet, as a "goodwill gesture," she suddenly managed to find us a second late checkout room, despite previously claiming the hotel was fully booked. The lack of transparency and organisation was incredibly unprofessional. The Towel System: The hotel promotes a water-saving initiative, asking guests to leave towels on the bed if they need changing. This was completely ignored by housekeeping. Even when we deliberately left towels to dry on the balcony or kept them off the bed to reuse them, they were taken anyway. To make matters worse, towels were removed in the morning and not replaced until late afternoon or evening. In 37-degree heat when people want to shower throughout the day, this is completely unacceptable. Food & Mislabelled Allergens: The food itself was good, but the labelling was awful and highly risky. For example, a dish labelled "Tomato Salad" actually contained tuna or meat upon closer inspection. There was no mention of these ingredients on the labels. From an allergy and dietary requirement perspective, this is incredibly dangerous and needs immediate attention from management. Unexpected Deposits: Be aware that the hotel charges a deposit on arrival (around £40 per room, used for towel tokens) which was not clearly communicated on the TUI website. This is on top of the local city tax. They will not hand over the room keys without it, so it needs to be made explicit to guests beforehand. Room Security & Pests: When cleaning the rooms, the housekeeping staff leave the doors wide open. Because of this, we had to clear out mosquitoes and bugs from our rooms every single day, which is far from ideal. The hotel is also overrun by bugs.. it's impossible to eat and drink outside without being attacked by wasps. The Spa: We were promoted a spa service within the hotel, which actually takes place at their sister property, the Be Live Collection. The service and value for money were absolutely not worth it. When we highlighted our disappointment to our hotel, they simply tried to distance themselves, claiming they "aren't part of that hotel," despite promoting it to us in the first place. Summary: The property has great physical potential and the free shuttle is a great perk, but the management, staff training, and attention to detail are severely lacking. If you book here, be prepared to push hard for basic service and double-check all food labels.

Was not the best experience here. The reception staff are not the best and should have some more training in my opinion, We arrived with 14 in our party on separate dates and various countries to be told that they had transfered some of our party to the other hotel across the road and that if they wanted to visit this side of the hotel, it would have to be paid for. We even had an email stating that we could use both from the hotel saying it was allowed, but we were ignored. After that, we paid and left it at that - our other party was at another hotel so they had to pay also, again no problem. The food and beverages at this hotel were very substandard and left most of us having salads and ordering from fast food places, which is not what you want on an AI holiday. It was my mum's 70th, so we made the most of it - thankfully the entertainment staff and the bar staff made our stay at the hotel. A wonderful addition to this hotel is the gift shop inside, which is run by a wonderful family, and they have some amazing stuff, and we were all welcome into their store at all times. If you are travelling here, I would look around at other hotels; my brother stayed elsewhere for less, and their hotel was amazing. Also, make sure you check your deposit for the room and the towels, as I gave all my receipts, as I had 6 towel tickets on my card and was told it would be transferred. I decided to double-check, as I had not been given any receipts, and the lady decided to then process each one whilst I was there and gave me the receipts. Had I returned to the UK I doubt it would have been so easy.

Nice enough for a quick break! Am leaving today. A would rate it a good 3 star! Cheap and cheerful. Small hotel on small grounds. This is not a luxury hotel. It’s basic but nice. Overall clean but housekeeping below par! Had to call reception for loo roll’s - housekeeping promised to re-stock but 24 hours later didn’t! Towels were taken away and not replaced? Again called reception and got bath & hand towels about 5 hours later! Housekeeping has really let this hotel down! Grounds however are very clean and the staff are working hard. No water replaced in my room during stay but was able to go to bar and collect some so not a problem. Food not great in buffet. But in fairness it is not catered towards the English which is fair enough. We ate out 50% of stay. Snack bar is fine for lunch! I’ve had a nice time. Staff are very nice. But I wouldn’t return. Have stayed in much nicer hotels in area for same price. Do not be put off by this review if you have booked. It’s nice just not wow!

Une salle de sport pour les sportifs avec plusieurs appareils donc génial . L’hôtel est un peu loin du centre du coup top d’avoir une banque , un restaurant et une boutique au même endroit .

À notre arrivée, aucun véritable check-in ni explication sur le fonctionnement de l’hôtel ne nous a été donnée. L’établissement est également très bruyant. À noter aussi : une caution de 20 € est demandée par serviette (et non par chambre), et le distributeur de l’hôtel applique un taux de change très élevé.

Following a 10 night stay at this hotel, myself and my partner can't recommend it enough. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and maintained the hotel to a high standard. Positives: - Food was excellent, and although most meals were fairly similar (tagine dishes), the buffet offered a large number of options including child-friendly dishes. - Staff were always on-hand to help, including daily cleaning of the room (wasn't always required) and thorough maintenance of the grounds. - Sunbeds were always available regardless of the time that you arrived at the pool, and the pool itself was excellent, including areas to sit and shallow sections for children. - The bar catered to everyone, including alcohol free cocktails and beers. Downsides: - The A La Carte restaurant had excellent service, however, the food quality in the buffet felt just as good, if not better. - The hotel shop is very expensive, which I guess is expected. Sun cream will run you around £18 a bottle. Would I stay here again? Absolutely.

This review is based on 2 trips to this hotel - one in April 2025 time and the more recent one in May 2026. We came to here in April 2025 with low expectations and were largely very surprised. The food was good and the staff seemed very attentive. They came up to us and told us about everything happening and we felt very seen. It was because of this that i got to do archery twice during my stay and really enjoyed it. However, during our more recent trip during May 2026, we felt very much lost in the crowd and we weren't really seen or cared about when it came to the staff and this was up and down. We felt this across the board and it maybe highlights the difference a year can make or the difference between going slightly off peak vs on peak holiday time. I have to highlight that during both trips the medical staff/first aid office weren't very helpful. In 2025 my daughter got a bad splinter in her foot and was allowed to walk back from the children's club to the swimming pool by herself. We then had to take her to the first aid office and the splinter was eventually removed. During this 2026 trip I had some kind of bug and had thrown up one day. The first aid office was shut and I asked reception if they had medicine. They said no and I would have to be driven by taxi to a pharmacist and then come back. Overall, on both trips i also felt that the reception staff were not very friendly and did not care. You are immediately barracked with requests for tourist tax, room deposit and signing things. No hello, no welcome, no customer service really. In addition, make sure your room deposit is given in cash. During our stays the reception staff tried to claim they could not find our receipt on the system (after taking the paper copy off of us - so protect it when you check in) and eventually they backed down. It is a shame that they try to behave like merchants in Marrakech town, rather than professionals in a hotel - all to keep a room deposit fee and never return your money. If you had to rush out and expect it to be refunded to a bank card - they will never do it. Keep staying at the desk, asking for the deposit back and give them plenty of time - so this act does not work. There were also other instances that highlighted the lack of concern staff have for customers. On one occassion, a lady was found by my wife locked in the loos near the swimming pool. She told the bar staff who waved her off and told her to go to reception. Eventually some people came and fiddled around with the door and didn't get the lady out. Another man staying at the hotel had to come and KICK THE DOOR DOWN to get this poor lady out. Also the coach driving you in to town is lovely. However, they can sometimes make use of other branded buses to pick you up - as we found out one day when it was a black coach for another company. You really have to look to spot the tiny piece of board that has the Be Live logo on it. So keep your eyes open. The children's disco and other entertainment also seemed to start late or just be randomly switched around, with no communication to customers about what was going on. For instance, some days my Father in law wanted to do the aqua aerobics class and it just never happened - again with no explanation. In addition myself and my parents in law noticed cleaning staff tended to just walk in and not knock or announce themselves in any way. I am not trying to say the hotel is awful. It isn't. Only that the second visit let the positive impression from the first down. It is a good hotel for families. However, it by and large does not make you feel overly welcome.

Unfortunately, the hotel is undergoing pre-planned maintenance. Within hours of our arrival, the entire children's splash pool and slides were closed and placed under construction. I always book hotels ensuring there are slides and a safe area to play in the water. (I tried 🤣)! There is active noise and paint fumes right next to the sunbathing areas. Aside from this, the wasps around the pool and outdoor bar area are relentless, however I imagine there isn't much that could be done about this! Travel cups would be ideal (you'll understand when you get here). Breakfast is okay, but lunch, dinner, and the snack bar are poor and limited, especially for children. The a la carte was passable. Hotel rooms are modern, beds are comfortable, and daily cleaning / towel changes. Overall, great rooms and good outdoor space. A deposit is required on check in for each room booked and for beach towels (optional). They can be changed daily at the hut outside. The children's mini disco starts at 9pm. In the day the children's club wasnt busy, and therefore activities didn't always run. The hotel would be suitable for couples, groups of friends etc. but I would never consider returning with children, due to the lack of child friendly facilities available during our stay.

What an absolute amazing holiday. We were a little worried after reading some reviews. But i have to say this hotel really does have it all. Rooms we stayed in a duplex as a family of 4 and it was perfect and very clean. Towels were replaced everyday and we never had any issues. Food i am very picky and so is my daughter but we always found something to eat. The service was incredible and after our first visit at lunch after we arrived tye waiter knew what drinks we wanted as soon as we arrived and didnt need to ask. ELBACHIR was amazing and gave the best service we have ever had and having had our own travel business and visiting many 5* hotels around the world this type of service and attention to detail is hard to find. Pools. The pool and pool bar where amazing tye staff work extremly hard and always provided fantastic service. The pool isnt to deep and is a lovely temp for a dip or to sit on the side and enjoy a drink. Entertainment. Again brilliant always something going on and they work very hard. We didnt watch much evening entertainment as we enjoyed sitting by tye pool in the evening after dinner . But the welcome pool party was fab. Around the pool in the day had a great vibe with music on but it wasnt to loud. Shop. My son wanted some trainers and we couldnt find them so we showes the manager of the shop a pic and he had them ready for the day we left. This holiday was amazing and we will be returning very soon. Over all we had a nice time and enjoyed the weather and cocktails but this hotel could do with some TLC. Front desk staff and entrance lovely. Good first impressions. Outside Bar area, drinks are ok, it says they do food but it’s difficult to get a food order, random times and takes ages. Also a lots of flys and wasps. Indoor bar staff- lovely and do a good espresso martini ( not on the list but they will make one if you ask) Main buffet- was over all ok, some days were really nice - we were in a big group and everyone seemed to find something they liked, even the kids. Desserts were lovely. They had the basic pastas, chips pizza, lovely salads etc and local more traditional food which we all enjoyed. Rooms - we had a family room split over 2 levels. The room itself was nice, but we did get strong smells of sewage at points in the day. But wasn’t constant. Beds were comfortable. Pool area- kids area is a good size but all looking tired and some bits broken, same with the main pool. Shuttle bus to town- great, proper coach with air con and it’s free. Entertainment - activities in the day and in the evening were all pretty good, our kids enjoyed them and that’s the main thing. Over all we had a nice time and enjoyed our stay, just a few areas could do with some TLC.

Having just returned from Belive Experience a few days ago i feel an honest review is needed. This is my 11th visit to Marrakech and my first stay in a Belive and certainly wont be returning here. We were a family of 14 nine adults and 5 children. The reception staff were lovely at checkin however after that i cant really give a positive. My daughters room was ant infested and had to be fumigated my sister in laws was full of moths and ants the reception brought a plug in. The childrens pool was filthy The surrounding area to the pool wasnt very clean. The food omg i cant begin to explain the smell of most of it. I was violently sick after 24hrs of arriving for 3 days and ate nothing for a week. I have stayed in numerous hotels in marrakech and i love the food and the tagines but this was a different level. Never again here.

I was worried after reading reviews… BUT it was a fantastic holiday. Rooms are a great size, modern, cleaned everyday, clean towels everyday - we had a duplex room. On arrival pool looked small… but it was absolutely fine and kids loved it! Kids also enjoyed kids club. Food - breakfast was great, mainly used the omelette station. Lunch - mainly had salads and meats from the bbq or pizza. Evening meal - always found something we all liked. Like with any all inclusive it got repetitive after 3-4 days - but the quality of the food was good. My kids also loved the snack bar cheese burgers/pannis etc. Shop on site - with good quality products from snacks to watches. It was recommended to us from people who stayed last year and they still use the products bought then. Two great friendly guys run it. So if I was you - go with an open mind and don’t listen to negative reviews - we had a fantastic week and the staff couldn’t do enough to make it fantastic.

We had the best week at the be live experience. All the staff were so friendly and went out of their way to make our stay so good. Especially Siham who looked after our two little ones at the kids club she was so kind and brought out such confidence from our little boy (he has never liked the kids clubs but he was asking to go back everyday!) The hotel is small but thats what made it feel so much more personal and looking at booking again next year already!

I have just arrived back to the UK after a lovely relaxing week at the Be Live hotel. This is my third time of visiting this hotel and yet again I am not disappointed. It was the busiest ive know this hotel and expectation did not drop, it remained clean,plenty of food and drink on offer and staff remained smiley and helpful. This hotel has some of the nicest members of staff I have known in a hotel. Considering ive not been to the hotel for 2 years they still recognised us, which I thought was lovely. This is just some amazing staff that served and supported us in our stay. El Bachir, one of the nicest, friendliest and helpful staff, as well as Ahmed, Youseff, Husseum, Mourad and Abdessadek. You all made this holiday even better by your smiles, hellos and nothing was too much like hard work. (I have definitely missed off some names, so im sorry about that) Over all this is a lovely location for a nice chilled week away and would highly recommend it.

Recently stayed at The Experience. Staff>Front Desk Mehdi and colleagues through out my stay were helpful and informative .Khadijah went above and beyond ensuring everything was going well.Yusuf(Collections) supported with transfers between the 2 sites for Spa facilities.Elbachir from main restaurant and Mohammed from pool bar were cheerful throughout our stay, always making sure we had everything we needed. Housekeeping ladies made sure my room had enough water and kept tidy , respecting my layout of personal items. We had a personal driver, however we chose the location of hotel has advised it had great access to most excursions like traveling to the Atlas Mountains. If accessing the Collection for the Spa, this was made seamless by Concierge as they arrange this for you. There are several options for food, as I was on the All inclusive package, I really appreciated that I could start using this as soon as we arrived at the hotel prior to check in for 3pm. Room experience- for a 4* I believe, the room experience offering can be enhanced by having room slippers, bath robe , more bathroom kit items like toiletteries. Overall- I would definately recommend for families.For solo/ group travellers I would suggest the Collections .Mainly because it has the Spa facilities and presented as having more green spaces to explore.

I’m surprised that this is marketed as a 4 star hotel and suspect some positive reviews may be fake. We liked the free shuttle bus service and found the bar staff friendly and helpful. The drinks were generally good, although the quality at the outside bar varied at times. There were only 3 cocktails on the menu, but bar staff were willing to make other drinks where possible. We had a pool-view room and really enjoyed having sun loungers directly outside the room. This worked out well, as the loungers around the main pool were often “reserved” with towels despite being empty for long periods. However, the room did have some downsides. The large doors and window into the bathroom meant the curtains had to be fully closed whenever someone used the bathroom to avoid being visible from the pool bar area or path next to it. This felt like an unusual design choice, especially as the room lighting was already quite poor without the curtains open. The buffet was repetitive and lacked variety. The labels were often missing or in the wrong place so most things were unidentifiable. Food service and entertainment also felt quite late in the evening. There was an outdoor snack bar for food like sandwiches and burgers, however this was covered with flies with no clear prevention methods. I had mixed feelings about the entertainment overall. The kids’ disco was scheduled from 9:00–9:30pm, followed by other entertainment from 9:30pm onwards. One evening, karaoke was scheduled, but staff were still setting up and organising it at 10pm, so we ended up leaving. On another evening, we arrived at 9pm for the kids’ disco and no one was there. I did really appreciate the live band night — the hotel would benefit from having that level of entertainment more regularly. Unfortunately, the cleaning staff let the hotel down at times. As others have mentioned, towels were collected early in the morning but often not replaced until much later. One day we had no towels or toilet roll until after 4pm and only after I reminded staff. There were also frequently glasses left outside overnight and still there when we went to breakfast the next morning. Check out is at 12pm and you are encouraged to ‘use the facilities’. Unfortunately, the only public showers had glass doors meaning we were unable to use the pool past checkout. There were also no unreserved sun loungers left, so we were left occupying ourselves in the reception until we left at 6pm. This felt like a huge waste of a day. We did try and occupy ourselves with activities , but things were often missing such as a few balls at the snooker table. At 4:30 on our day of departure, we tried to order some sandwiches from the snack bar. After an hour, I complained to reception and food came to us in tinfoil just in time for our transfer Overall, the hotel has a couple of good points, such as their bar and kids club staff, but it would benefit from major improvements in cleanliness, organisation, and a refresh in certain areas. It is clearly not a 4 star hotel and should not be advertised as one.

I'm giving this a 5 star review because of the entertainment team. We were two couples on holiday with no children, but the team encouraged us to get involved with everything. We did archery, darts and aqua zumba. We also had Arab language lessons. A huge thanks to Mimi, Siham and Mourad. They made our holiday for us and are assets to this hotel xx

Cons: Nous avons moins aimé la piscine enfant (nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour cela et le kids club) La piscine enfant n’est pas pratique et moins bien entretenu. Il n’y a jamais personne la bas d’ailleurs. Heureusement, la grande piscine permet aux enfants de jouer tout de même car il y a une grande « plage » où ils ont pieds. Les animatrices du club enfants sont GÉNIALES mais peu d’équipement et d’activités pour les petits

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Marrakesh. The atmosphere was beautiful and relaxing, with authentic Moroccan décor and excellent attention to detail throughout the property. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The entertainers staff was fantastic, special mention to Mimi ! What really made the experience special was the staff — everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The food was also excellent, especially the traditional Moroccan breakfast and fresh mint tea. The location was perfect, close to the main attractions while still feeling peaceful and quiet. After busy days exploring the city, it was the perfect place to come back and unwind. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations and made my trip to Marrakesh unforgettable. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city and would definitely stay here again.

We spent 2 nights at BeLive and had a spacious room with a large ensure and a nice private terrace. The all inclusive element was fine for a short stay, but you might find the buffet a bit repetitive if you were staying longer. It was a shame the weather was changeable so we only swam once. Both pools looked very nice. Staff were helpful and well trained. All in all it was a perfectly OK start to our holiday but truthfully we could have been anywhere.

Chambre remplie de moustiques, les femmes de ménage laissent les portes grande ouverte de votre chambre, aucun traitement de la part de l'hôtel évidemment les pelouses sont arrosées tous les jours mais par contre aucun insecticide comme dans certains pays, malgré nos demandes, bagarre tous les soirs contre les moustiques au moins une trentaine à détruire dans la chambre. Et ne parlons pas de la literie qui relève de la science-fiction, tellement que notre matelas était usé, que l'on avait l'impression de dormir sur une pente. Et surtout comme déjà dit précédemment sur d'autres commentaires un service d'animation inexistant qui ne pense qu'à se reposer et à draguer certains clients habitués à laisser des billets, alors autant dire que si vous ne vous montrez pas généreux vous n'attirerez aucune attention de leur part Et pour parler de la piscine en eau trouble, beaucoup de carrelage qui se décolle au fur et à mesure sans aucune action de l'hôtel, Et je pense que le gros souci c'est que la direction n'est pas du tout présente sur ce site, laissé à l'abandon

We arrived back home this morning after a lovely week holiday with our friends. I will do my best to write an honest review as this hotel certainly receives many mixed reviews and having read most of them, my wife says I love doing my due diligence!!!, I can see where the mixed reviews come from. I’ll start with positives, to be fair very positive positives. The entertainment staff are superb, there where water Zumba and aerobic activities daily, music by the pool, my friend and I played darts and did archery, which I really enjoyed and couldn’t help but screech like Taran Egerton in Apex when I fired the arrows which the lad leading us knew what it was and laughed his head off!!!! My wife Sarah and Rhonda did an Arabic class which they really enjoyed and made good friends with two girls doing the class. The staff are very attentive and friendly and nothing is ever too much trouble and always willing and are a credit to the hotel. The bar staff are amazing too, both indoor and outdoor bars can get very busy and they are all trying their best, they have a good laugh and joke and nightly we positioned ourselves on the table at the indoor bar as we like to play Catan and they even brought us some olives etc over without be asked, a little touch but memorable and going the extra mile. The reception staff where also great and if we had any issues, which we did, the got them sorted promptly. We had two duplex rooms which were very comfortable, bed was massive and very very comfortable. A special mention has to go to the life guard with the cool shades and bucket hat, one day there was a loud scream from a lady and her child had accidentally stepped off the shallow section into the deep and literally faster than a speeding bullet he was in the water and had rescued the child!!!! Absolutely amazing and take a bow that man, true life super hero!!!!!!! The hotel is on the whole clean and well kept. Now for negatives……. Unfortunately in our eyes the cleaning staff let the hotel down massively, it’s a strange arrangement where the towels are removed in the morning when the room is cleaned, even clean towels are taken, but aren’t replaced, they are replaced later by a different person who also replenishes the toilet rolls. You can go six hours without clean towels, any towels!!!!, and toilet rolls. We ended up having to ask the cleaning staff to replace them, which they didn’t!!! So we had to go to reception who to be fair sorted it very promptly!! But they shouldn’t have had to. Also on our arrival there was an old small bar of soap on the floor by the curtain so I left it there as a bit of a test and it was still there when we checked out. The cleaning staff really need to up their game. Also the food is ok but nothing to rave about, granted I am fussy but it’s a very sparse meat selection each meal so I very often ended with chicken nuggets and chips!!!! On the whole we really enjoyed our stay and were sorry to leave but felt it was slightly tarnished by the housekeeping and catering. One thing to note if you need a taxi speak to reception and they will order you one with a fixed price. We went to the medina on the free shuttle bus which was great and handy. Would we recommend the hotel, I would say definitely as the positives out way the negatives but please sort the negatives as we all agreed they really make it a 3 star hotel not a 4 star.

We stayed here on a lads golf break and it was amazing. Great food, vibe and the entertainment was so good. Siham made us so welcome and encouraged us to play darts which was great as we met a lot of new people. Can highly recommend this place and make sure you say hi to Siham in the entertainment!

Just leaving an absolutely wonderful destination. Been here at BeLive Marrakech for 2 weeks celebrating our 26th wedding anniversary. The staff work so hard to ensure your stay is perfect. Nothing is too much for them. The whole hotel is exceptionally clean. Pool area is lovely and again very clean. The room we stayed in was very well equipped with tv, fridge, safe, bed was really comfortable and everything was very clean, our room faced the gardens, next time I will choose a pool view. But that’s just because my love of sunbathing. We spoke with Khadija public relations managers about coming back and she was so helpful and kind. We found the food plentiful. Large variety of different foods, lovely fruit to choose from and array of desserts which kept my husband happy. It was extremely hot our second week. I think May is the best time for us personally as my hubby doesn’t like it too hot. But honestly we have loved it and can’t wait to come back next year

J’ai trouvé le séjour agréable La chambre était propre, confortable, spacieuse et bien équipée. La grande piscine ainsi que la salle de sport bien équipé sont appréciables. Les extérieurs sont jolis et bien entretenus, ce qui rend le cadre agréable. Le personnel était également sympathique et accueillant pendant le séjour. Le gros point positif : un snack est disponible durant les heures de fermeture du buffet ce qui permet de se restaurer tout au long de la journée
Cons: Ce que j’ai moins apprécié concerne surtout la restauration et l’organisation. Le buffet n’était pas vraiment à la hauteur : peu de choix, une qualité de nourriture assez moyenne et des plats peu savoureux. Le petit déjeuner relevait davantage le niveau et était plutôt bon. L’ambiance faisait plus penser à une cantine qu’à un véritable restaurant buffet. L’espace “snack” pouvait également vite devenir sale au cours de la journée. Les clients faisaient parfois tomber de la nourriture ou laissaient des déchets au sol, qui n’étaient pas toujours ramassés immédiatement. Même si un grand nettoyage était fait chaque matin, cela pouvait vite s’accumuler dans la journée et donner par moments une impression de manque d’entretien. Autre point dommage, les serviettes étaient récupérées assez tôt chaque matin mais remplacées seulement en début d’après-midi, le temps qu’elles soient lavées et séchées. Il semblait ne pas y en avoir suffisamment pour tous les clients, ce qui compliquait parfois l’organisation pour se doucher. Aucune des activités annoncées, comme l’aquagym, n’a eu lieu durant notre séjour. Enfin, l’hôtel est assez éloigné du centre de Marrakech. Cela ne nous a pas dérangés car nous le savions à l’avance, mais il vaut mieux prévoir une voiture ou des déplacements en taxi.

Hotel was quiet and small, generous sized bedrooms with modern bathrooms. Beds and pillows were the best I have ever had in a hotel, so soft and comfy slept very well. My daughter’s room next door to ours wasn’t very clean, the floor was very dirty and no hotel slippers provided- disappointing as I did complain but still no slippers were provided. Room deposits were also required for damages at £40 a room which was refundable plus £20 per towel as a deposit which also was refundable this was not made clear in the bookings description prior to arrival - so quite shocked and off putting. Restaurant wasn’t the best more like a canteen, plenty of salads but the hot food was limited and not always available to serve yourself always waiting for it to be cooked causing large queues like a school canteen, not very plentiful and the choice of food not the best. Breakfast was very poor choice, lunch was a lot better but dinner again was difficult. Desserts and fruit were very nice. Stayed for 31/2 days don’t think I could have lasted a full 7 days, staff were friendly. Pool bar snacks average, lots of drinks available but you had to go to bar yourself to collect no poolside waiter service like most all inclusive hotels. Pool well kept, nice quality sunbeds mostly new. All in all a nice hotel except for the food and the hidden costs upon arrival.
Cons: Hidden costs for the room deposit and towel deposit. Breakfast and dinner not a brilliant selection of food and meat was poor quality, fatty and boney.

Le personnel est adorable, mention spéciale à Abdallah à l’accueil, au top :) Le buffet est excellent et très qualitatif, ce qui est appréciable car il est difficile de satisfaire les goûts de chacun. La piscine est grande et agréable.
Cons: Petit bémol concernant le wifi, assez médiocre, mais ce n’est pas dramatique. Les excursions proposées par l’hôtel sont également très chères (par exemple 60€ par personne pour le désert d’Agafay), alors qu’il est possible de trouver les mêmes prestations bien moins cher ailleurs. Là encore, rien de rédhibitoire car il existe de nombreuses alternatives.

Cons: Naast het zwembad is er voor kinderen niets te beleven. De kidsclub was gesloten en er is geen speeltuin. De kaarten van de kamer werden dagelijks gedeactiveerd waardoor we iedere keer naar de receptie moesten om ze opnieuw te laten activeren.

Ce que j’ai le plus aimé dans cet hôtel, c’est clairement la gentillesse et le professionnalisme du personnel. Malgré une première impression mitigée, toute l’équipe a su rendre notre séjour vraiment agréable grâce à leur accueil et leur bienveillance. Les buffets étaient également bons et variés au fil des jours. Mention spéciale à Nadéra pour le ménage impeccable des chambres et sa gentillesse au quotidien.
Cons: Ce que j’ai le moins aimé dans cet hôtel, c’est la première impression en arrivant, car l’établissement ne correspondait pas vraiment aux photos vues sur Booking. Nous avons aussi été un peu déçus par le snack et l’organisation du premier jour. Heureusement, le reste du séjour s’est beaucoup mieux passé grâce au personnel, qui a été très gentil et professionnel.

Le cadre est superbe et adapté aux familles avec enfants, les animations en soirée sont de qualité, le kids club est très apprécié et le personnel est particulièrement attentionné. La soirée avec le live band était exceptionnelle. Le buffet est varié et bien proposé.
Cons: La literie gagnerait à être rénovée. L’attente au petit-déjeuner, notamment pour les œufs et les msemen, est beaucoup trop longue : le système est clairement à revoir.

Cons: There is one thing missing: a Big screen TV at the lobby café area. There is one by the pool table, but the area gets too cramed during football games. The world cup is in a few weeks, a big screen on the wall by the restroom will definetly be a big plus.

Cons: Service réservation pour trajet hotel aéroport NUL. Pas de coordination. On a failli raté notre vol ( 2 familles coincées car le chauffeur ne s'est pas réveillé, pas de solution plus d'une heure après). Le personnel du soir semblait perdu, a réussi à débrouiller une solution mais clairement mauvaise gestion. Restaurant: repas proposés souvent identiques. Pas suffisamment de personnel pour certains plats le matin (mssemen/ oeufs...). Literie pas terrible. inconfortable et probablement beaucoup de poussières/ acariens car les enfants ont toussé tout le long du séjour dès qu'ils se mettaient au lit. Problème en partie réglé en mettant des draps sur les oreillers.

Restaurant un peu haut de gamme: 1 diner compris. Ping pong. Eau bouteille offerte chaque jour en chambre. Navette gratuite pour le centre de Marrakech. Jolis jardins
Cons: La piscine est trop petite et beaucoup trop d'enfants qui n'étaient pas respectueux(plongeons, cris, etc). Les transats: gestion très difficile car les gens réservent dès tôt le matin. Pour les activités: malgré des efforts des animateurs, les emplacements ne sont pas adéquats. On a loupé le stretching car il n'y a pas de lieu reconnaissable. La salle de spectacle est en sous-sol. Les extérieurs ne sont pas bien exploités. Assez éloigné du centre, et il n'y a rien autour mais cela nous a convenu car on s'est reposé à l'hôtel.

Cons: Nous avons choisi La chambre duplex car nous étions avec notre fille de 17 ans cela permettait d’avoir un lit en bas et la chambre en haut . Dans les commentaires il était noté que c était un canapé lit mais en fait c’est juste un sofa qui ne se déplie pas . Le matelas du sofa était très dur mon mari et ma fille s’y sont relié et ce n’était pas confortable . Aucune solution à part des couettes pour assouplir un peu . Je conseille donc pour des grands enfants ou adultes de prendre une deuxième chambre . Autre point négatif les gens qui laissent leurs serviettes sur les transats à la piscine et qui ne reviennent parfois que plusieurs heures après !

Stayed here with my husband and two children age 7 and 4. Stayed before a few years ago. It’s a lovely hotel but I feel the food lets it down. I thought the choice and quality was poor. I also feel the amenities need a refresh. Sun Loungers were old and some were cracked, also the slides looked old and needed maintenance.

Stayed at Be Live Experience Marrakech Palmeraie and honestly… proper 10/10 vibes from start to finish. From the moment I pulled up, the place just had that calm, luxury energy about it. The staff? Different level. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and actually cared, not that forced hotel politeness. You ask for something once and it’s sorted, no stress. The room was clean, spacious, and looked fresh every single day. Bed was comfy enough to knock you out instantly after a long day in the Marrakech heat. Air con was doing its job too, which is crucial out there. Food-wise, yeah I can’t complain. Loads of options, always something to pattern up whether you’re on a chill one or proper hungry. Breakfast especially set the tone for the day nicely. Drinks flowing, snacks on deck, all-inclusive doing what it’s meant to do. Pool area was a whole scene as well. Always something going on, but still calm enough if you just wanted to relax. Entertainment team kept the energy up without being annoying, which is a rare combo. One thing I proper enjoyed as well was the table tennis. They had tables set up and it became a bit of a daily ritual, just jumping on for a few games, getting competitive, having a laugh. Whether you’re nice with it or just there for vibes, it adds that extra bit of fun to the stay. Location is calm too. Slightly outside the madness of central Marrakech, so you get peace and quiet, but still easy to get into the city when you want that buzz.

I had a great stay at Be Live Experience Hotel in Morocco. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was fresh and delicious with plenty of variety. The entertainment was excellent, especially Chinwi always friendly, fun, and up for a laugh, which really made the experience even better. Overall, a fantastic holiday and I’d definitely return.

What a great stay! Really enjoyed it. Highly recommend. If you do All-inclusives in the Canaries, do this instead. One of the best hotels and a 30mins free shuttle to the Medina which is a whole new world. So interesting, exciting and worthwhile. Get a guide for your first trip, then go it alone, especially at night. Totally safe. Unforgettable. We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this hotel. The hotel location was good. Not too far from the airport and local amenities. The atmosphere was welcoming and friendly. Our room was already lovely, then the very kind and friendly manager Muhammad upgraded us to a beautiful suite. The hotel was very good value for money, clean and well maintained. The food and drink were delicious. So much choice. Something for everyone. The staff were great, particularly the omelette chef. The noise level was good. The nightlife was brilliant, especially the karaoke and belly dancing.

If you’re looking for hotel where you can sit and relax and not worry about anything this is the place for you! 🛏️We stayed in one of the suites in the main building and it was beautiful, it did get noisy if the entertainment was next to the pool on that evening but that only happened twice and we actually ended up watching it from our balcony. 💧Pools , a children’s one with slides and a bigger one with multilevel floors. The sunbed situation is a little annoying but that’s not the hotels fault. We got 2 beds for a family of four because we knew 2 of us would be in the pool majority of the day but a lot of families would reserve sunbeds and not use them. The pool staff would do there best to help others find a sunbed. 🎶Entertainment was brilliant - always something going throughout the day - water polo, aqua gym, belly dancing or pool games. A range of nightly entertainment too run by excellent friendly staff. 🍽️Food - the buffet restaurant offers a great selection - different dish being cooked nightly and then tagines, salads, rices, pizza, chips. A good selection. - We weren’t fans of the Al a carte restaurant and wished we’d stayed at the buffet restaurant. -The drink selection was good, a lot better than other AI hotels have to offer. -The pool side bar also offers food throughout the day. 💰 There are two cash machines in the lobby to get Dirhams. ✅ Pay the room deposit in cash, we had no trouble getting it back when we checked out. (Can’t remember how much it was but we paid in GBP) ✅ Take a lidded cup as there are a lot of honey bees that love sugary drinks! They don’t bother you they just want your drink. 📍There is no where to walk to outside the hotel apart from a garage and car showroom next door. We went outside just to have a look around and look at the dogs, who were just lying in the sun. I think a lot of people writing negative reviews are being unfair. We had a great week as a family of 4.

We stayed in a duplex room which was lovely. Immaculately clean, comfortable bed and the layout fantastic. The staff were so friendly. The shuttle bus into the medina was ideal and was one of the reasons we chose the hotel. We would recommend this to any of our friends and already talking about coming back.

Un petit mot pour décrire notre séjour… Dès le moment où nous sommes sortis de notre taxi pour entrer dans l’hôtel, nous avons été accueillis par un personnel d’une gentillesse sans égale ! Les personnes à la réception étaient extrêmement chaleureuses, toujours présentes pour répondre à la moindre question. Elles ont même remarqué que mon mari fêtait son anniversaire le jour de notre départ et lui ont organisé une magnifique surprise lors de notre passage au restaurant — une attention qui nous a énormément touchés. Notre chambre a été mise à disposition bien plus tôt que prévu, et cela sans aucun frais supplémentaire ! Les chambres sont magnifiques, une super literie, entretenues par un personnel de chambre très consciencieux et d’une propreté irréprochable. Chaque matin, la chambre était parfaitement nettoyée : serviettes propres, lit refait, tout était impeccable. De plus, elle était très bien insonorisée. L’infrastructure est très belle et très propre, et tout le personnel fait preuve d’une extrême gentillesse. Le buffet était très satisfaisant. Un séjour que nous notons 10/10 ! Le Maroc est un pays exceptionnel et votre hôtel nous a permis de vivre ce voyage de la plus belle des manières. Nous recommandons vraiment cet hôtel !
Cons: Si nous devions vraiment mentionner de tout petits points d’amélioration : Un peu plus d’animation ; Un peu plus de variété au niveau du buffet, même si ce qui était proposé était excellent ; Mon mari a simplement trouvé que les alcools n’étaient pas très présents lorsqu’un verre était commandé. Nous pensons toutefois que cela est peut-être lié aux différences entre les alcools au Maroc et en Belgique.

Cons: The hotel was quite small and as a result, the public areas like the pool and restaurant felt busy and full. (Granted it was the tail end of the half term holidays). I've had better food, I think average at best. Breakfast was OK, we didn't bother with lunch as we were out and about but the evening food was not great. They did ask about dietary requirements but I didn't see any alternative milks or breads out on the buffet, but I didn't ask for it either, but when I heard one lady asking about GF bread, no one seemed to have much of an idea.

L’accueil était très chaleureux, le personnel à la réception est au top et c’est très bien occupé de nous. Le manger était de bonne qualité et l’équipe d’animation était au top elle a rendu le voyage très agréable à travers les activités et l’accompagnement constant, c’est des personnes chaleureuses, respectueuses et attentionnées qui ont fait que notre expérience était mémorable (mention spéciale à pichou et Jihane). Nice pool, good food, and friendly people. We stayed here for over a week as a family and had a great time. Hasna and the Mohameds were very kind and helped us a lot.

Cons: Мы отдыхали в этом отеле с 3 января по 10 января 2026 года. Началось всё в момент нашего заселения; бронировали на букинге на двух взрослых и ребенка номер, возраст ребенка естественно указали 14 лет, цена нас устроила и мы поехали, но когда заселялись в отель девушка на ресепшене рассказала нам, что у них бронь на двух взрослых и ребенок 0 лет, то есть грудничок, с нас вежливо попросили ещё 500 ЕВРО, и вот за что????? Бронь на одну цену, а приезжаешь с тебя ещё просто так берут 500 евро НИ ЗА ЧТО, ПРОСТО ТАК, да ещё и 50 евро депозит. В итоге мы получили за 2149 ЕВРО НОМЕР 31 кв. с какой то мелкой машкарой на стенах, разбитый бильярд в фойе, остальные развлечения платные, полотенца тоже с депозитом 20 евро. Вот и думайте кто собирается ехать, стоит ли этот отель с таким отношением 2149 евро за 7 ночей 6 дней. И да, сотрудники отеля сказали что все претензии к Букинге, это их сайт что то напутал, хотя мы прямо в отеле смотрели такую же на трёх взрослых цена на сайте была 1617 евро, ВОТ ЗА ЧТО С НАС СОДРАЛИ СТОЛЬКО ДЕНЕГ?????Нам конечно больше ни кто ничего не объяснял. Мы бронировали отель этот на букинге видели оценку отеля не очень высокую но нас ничего не смутило и пожалели что выбрали этот отель.Очень не рекомендую данный отель, обман сплошной обман. И кто нам теперь эти деньги вернёт, потраченные нервы и испорченный отдых, не понятно будем писать претензию на Букинг и сайт отеля. Да, и вот еще один раз на ужине я взяла нарезанную дыню, она поняла хлоркой и был такой же привкус, с нами рядом сидела семейная пара которая так же как и мы попробовали и были в шоке, а там же дети маленькие отдыхают, ведь можно отравиться. Вот такой у нас отдых был.

We went to Marrakech for Christmas 2025, via Jet 2 from Birmingham, and this is what you need to know about this tirp. We were 3 adults, and 2 children (6 & 11). We had rooms 1002 & 1003 which were adjoining, but more about the room later. Marrakech Airport Arrivals - The airport is nice, air conditioned and clean, but you have to be prepared to wait before getting to your transfer (taxi or coach). Like all airports, once you are off the plane you need to go through Security, this was fine, but it does take a little time as they have to stamp every passport and hand write a entry code (needed later). Bag reclaim was very slow, but this could be the time of year. The other thing you have to do is a second full luggage scan. Morocco does not allow drones without a special permit, so every bag, from every traveller is scanned. Whilst very smooth, it did take time, all in all about 45 - 1h from getting off the plane. Transfer to the hotel was what you expect, and about 45 mins as we were the first ones off. The staff on the ground at the airport were really helpful. Check-In - OK so if I had an issue with the hotel it was this, that said, the staff are amazing, it just took too long, especially after a long flight and everything mentioned about the airport. Every passenger has to fill in an arrival form, which will need the written number next to the stamp in your passport. You now can check in. You have to pay the tourist tax which for us was about 450 Dirham (can be paid by card). In addition, you have to pay for a room and towel deposit. for us with 2 rooms and 5 towels that was 2,000 Dirham. I paid by card, but I wish I paid that bit by cash as I am still waiting for it back a week or so later. Please bare all these charges in mind as this could make the start of your trip a little off if you don't factor for it. Once the formalities (over an hour), were completed we were shown to our rooms. Rooms - As mentioned earlier we had rooms 1002 & 1003. The hotel has just over 160 rooms divided into 3 blocks so were were block 1, floor 0, rooms 02 & 03, hope that helps. The rooms were large, clean and well equipped, I just wish they had a light in the middle of the room, but this is common in most hotels I stay in, UK or abroad. It had a big shower area, with both hand shower a tropical shower head, large heated mirror and hair dryer, plus the WC. You get a 2L bottle of water every day, but you can always ask for more in the bar if needed. our beds were set up as a double and a converted sofa for 1002 and twin beds and converted sofa for 1003, even though only 2 people stayed in that room. You have a safe, fridge and the best thing, 100% black out curtains, which did make us sometimes miss breakfast :) Over all the rooms were great. Side note, we did visit a Duplex room, which had 2 sofa bed conversions downstairs with a Shower and a double bed with bath WC upstairs, plus lots more storage and 2 TV's. Food/Bar - We eat at the main restaurant and the special one on more that one occasion and all the food was good, with a good choice of food, but if you like a bacon roll in the morning, sorry that's a no go. All the staff were great and they make you feel so welcomed. Once they get to know you they even start mucking around with the kids which is so nice to see. This is the same with the bar and café area near the pool. Entertainment Team - There is an entertainment programme everyday, but due to the bad weather and their preparation for the Xmas show, we only saw this once, however they put on a show every night after the kids disco. Jiji your the best and the kids really miss you. As it was winter this was held in the conference centre on the lower ground floor of the main building. Normally this would be held in the amphitheatre near the sports ground. They also have a full gym and kids club, which was fun, once the kids got used to the place. Check-out - Simple as you like, but as I said I'm still waiting for my refunded deposit. Airport home - OK this was most probably the worst be of the holiday and over convoluted. So we checked in at desk 5 (left side of the airport), then you have to walk the length of the airport to international passport control and bag check. They are still using the older scanners, so empty everything from your bags. Once you've passed this it's boarding pass and passport control. They scanned my wife's first and told her to go through the gate. The second she did, she was asked to keep moving on. She explained that she is waiting for our kids (6 & 11), but she was told she couldn't, so when the kids where checked and asked to go through I told them not to and wait for me. This is stupid Marrakech Airport. Use common sense, these are kids in a foreign country, I wouldn't let them do that in the UK and they at least can speak the language. Once through there we then go through the airport to our gate. The airport has lots of food, but please be careful, you can only use Dirhams for local things, which apparently isn't water! everything else is Euro and card only. We sat by our gate and then asked to get up move behind a new cordoned off area and que to be allowed to sit on the same seat we were just sat in. In addition, some passengers were asked for a further security check, including bag, which I was, but not my family. The staff here felt like a jobs worth and were rude as they had a little power. So the million dollar (or Dirham) question, would I go back. Yes, both to Marrakech and this hotel. The staff were friendly, welcoming and kind (return airport staff excluded). Just keep note of what I've warned you and you'll be fine. Thanks to the team at Be Live Experience, you made an unusually wet (never rains in Marrakech), holiday that could have been bad, into a nice memory for my family, especially Jiji, the towel guy and the serving staff at the restaurants.

Le cadre est bien, verdoyant avec belle piscine le tout est très propre. Tout le personnel est très très gentil et très serviable. Grand MERCI à la petite jeune de l'accueil qui après avoir vu ma date de naissance sur mon passeport, a suggéré à mes enfants (en cachette), de réserver une table au restaurant de l'hôtel (le 2ème) pour le fêter ! Et en plus, ils m'ont fait un gâteau !!!
Cons: Le restaurant est grand et du coup assez bruyant aux heures de pointe ! Mais ça n'a gâché en rien notre séjour.

We could not fault this hotel and its staff it’s absolutely fantastic. They did so much for us over Christmas the shows they put on, Santa coming to visit, the food, cocktail afternoon and buffet. The staff were wonderful they could not do enough for us and are so friendly. The food was out of this world in the buffet and the al a carte. Myself and my hubby have been to over 50 different countries combined and we loved this hotel so much and we can’t wait to Come back (which we never do). Thanks so much for making our Christmas so special.

I would like to say thank you to Hasna the lovely receptionist who was so warm and welcoming each day I was there. Hasna took it upon herself and arranged for me to have a birthday cake at the hotels restaurant which was a kind gesture. I stayed here as a solo female traveller and felt safe my entire stay and would recommend any other women to stay here. The hotel is located about half and hour from the main area of Marrakesh which I preferred but there is a free daily shuttle bus. The rooms are very clean and housekeeping are very good, there is a laundry service available which is very cheap.

Few staff members named Elbachir, Zizzi and the bar staff worked long hours non stop with smiling face and helping attitude to make our trip memorable. The service is great, especially reception. I could not, at any point, find any fault with the service at this hotel. My room was cleaned everyday, the bed remade with a clean sheet, and a fresh bottle of water left for me everyday. The hotel looks good, is clean and has a good poolside atmosphere. The all inclusive buffet has a great range. Food is a matter of taste, for me, they try too hard, and a smaller range with more concentration on getting the basic really good would have been better, That said, the little cakes and treats for desert were loved by everybody, I swear I put a few pounds on just eating those. There's a free bus (large coach) from the hotel that stops about 5 mins walk from Jemaa El Fnaa. It runs there and back several times a day, book a ticket for it at reception. It takes about 30 mins each way. The hotel exceeded my expectations in several areas, so value for money, definitely.

Came here with 10month old daughter, partner and 2 friends. Had a lovely time. Hasna on the front desk was especially helpful with surprising my partner for her birthday and with a lot of other things too. The bar staff are extremely friendly and kind as were the waiter and waitresses at the buffet. The food was OK. The rooms are modern and cleaned everyday. The lounge area is a bit dated and requires an uplift and new furniture. The only thing that let the hotel down was the food choice on the evening buffet and entertainment. It was only on a couple of nights out of the week and lasted 1hr 15mins. Compared to the adults only Be Live we visited a couple of years ago, it needs improving. There is also minimal to no pool entertainment

Stayed here for 4 nights with my girlfriend to celebrate her birthday. We both had the most amazing time, the staff were so welcoming, friendly and helpful, always assisted us with booking taxis and recommendations on where to go. The room was spotlessly clean and made up fresh everyday, great choice of drinks and food with the all inclusive package, exceptional service too. Lovely hotel, all areas and room very clean. Very polite, respectful and helpful staff. Lobby bar always the perfect cappuccino. Nice size swimming pool and there is a free shuttle bus to marrakech center that has to be booked the day before. Food is alright, you will always find something even for fussy eaters. I booked three excursions within the hotel, day trip to Essaouira city and desert safari FANTASTIC!. The Chez Ali show I would not recommend it as very disorganised, though the equestrian show is great.

Staff were really helpful we found. Restaurant ALC was very good. Buffet restaurant food was ok. (Local cuisine) Good shuttle service to medina.(free) Room was nice and bathroom was lovely. Good shower. For me, I enjoyed my stay(4nights)But I wouldn’t be staying for a 2 week holiday.
Cons: Drinks aren’t the best but I feel that’s to be expected given the religion of the country. My particular bed had a sagging mattress which wasn’t comfiest. Pool table is a riot. Swimming Pool was fine although does need some TLC with some tiles etc.

No credit card, only cash. Very strange. Then they asked us if we want pool towels. I said yes and they asked us for 20e deposit per towel!!! In a 4 star hotel in the middle of the nowhere outside of Marrakech. So I thought it must be one hell of the towel probably with golden sewing or something. Instead we received an old, worn-out punk smelly towel that was loosing hair (so you were pink after trying)… i mean it was on not worth 2 Dirham… i suggest hotel to replace all towels or at least not take deposit as it is ridiculous.

Cons: Swimming pool tired and patched up. Garden furniture and loungers were old. Drinks were of really poor quality, especially the cafeteria items. The mattress in our great suite was awful. Super super soft, it swallowed you, you needed to hold on or sleep in the middle because the bed had a central hum and slipped off from there. We were there off season but the pool was ice cold notwithstanding the 32 degrees outside, the entertainment took place not in the common area but in a space at level -1 and was not advertised at all. We waited for the karaoke but ended up going to bed because we couldn't find it. The hotel has a very very busy motorway at the end of the garden, so expect lots of traffic noise 24/7

I stayed at Be Live Experience Marrakech with my family from the end of October to the beginning of November. We specifically chose this hotel because it advertised a heated pool, but unfortunately, it was freezing cold. There were plenty of adults sitting around the pool, but only children actually braving the water who could be seen shivering. We love swimming, but it was just too cold to enjoy. When I asked the staff about it, they didn’t seem to know why it wasn’t heated — I was told “we understand” but never given a clear answer. I was also told the pool is heated “in winter,” but when I visited, it was around 18°C at 10 a.m. — surely that counts as winter? Even when the air temperature rose later in the day, the pool never warmed up. Positives: * The free shuttle bus to and from the city centre was very convenient (we used it twice). * The snack bar served nice burgers, chips, and chicken strips. * The kids’ pool area is spacious and good for young children. * The bar serves decent coffee and drinks. What could be improved: The sofas around the lobby and bar were stained, often dirty looking. The leather type sofas had sunken in parts. Housekeeping is oddly managed. Towels are taken early in the morning (even with a “Do Not Disturb” sign up), leaving no hand towels until they return late afternoon. I had to ask for extra toilet roll daily. The bathroom had a persistent sewer smell; the staff tried to fix it, but it kept returning. The sink blocked up every day. Kids club was disappointing but we did make use of us — the staff member mostly sat there and didn’t engage with the children. I saw two cockroaches in the kids’ area, the air hockey table didn’t work properly (no air), and the foosball table was missing a few screws and handles. Late check-out was a hassle — I was sent back and forth multiple times (told to ask the day before, then the night before, then the morning of), making it hard to plan. Food is very basic but you won’t stay hungry. Don’t expect variety or high quality. Drinks are served in scratched plastic cups, and tables around the snack bar weren’t cleaned often. If you have food allergies, I’d strongly advise against this hotel. There’s no allergen information, cross-contamination everywhere, and no designated serving utensils. Only soya milk is available (from the bar only — no oat, almond, or coconut options). Overall, we made the best of our stay, but the cold pool, weak housekeeping, and poor food quality really let this hotel down. With a few improvements and better staff communication, it could be a great resort, but as it stands, it didn’t meet our expectations for the price we paid.

We spent 10 nights at this hotel - the rooms were comfortable and the grounds well kept. We spent our days taking part in darts, aqua aerobics and many other activities. The staff were all super friendly and there to help with anything we needed. The entertainment staff encouraged us to join in and were friendly throughout our stay. Highly recommend this hotel to base your holiday in marrakech :)

Sadly the pool didn’t look like it had been cleaned in a long time there was black mould all round the edges I did tell the reception and easy jet rep twice but they never cleaned it. Staff sadly came across as slow or not interested. Like we are paid to do this and that’s all we can do no more no less. No one thought of how they could make the hotel and peoples stay better. Who ever is running this hotel needs to take a long look at there self and think am I up for this job. There was many things that could have been done to make it a much better hotel. Food was the same every day for breakfast. Eggs eggs and more eggs. The omelette station was right in the middle of the help yourself buffet so while waiting for your omelettes to be made you have people pushing you out of the way to get to the buffet selection. It is only a small hotel and restaurant. There is a second restaurant this is very nice and the food is much better. I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again due to the condition and simple thing that could have been done to make it a better place to stay. It’s not a bad hotel but a clean pool and better organisation would go miles. The rooms are cleaned but it’s all done ass about face 3-4 times we had to go looking for clean towels at 6 in the evening as they would take them in the morning and not replace them until very late in the day.

Just spent 7 days there with my daughter and granddaughter and what a beautiful stay - hotel is alot smaller than what i have stayed in in marrakech but still beautiful - Rooms excellent super large with and upstairs - only negative i asked for stair gates most days i was there as my granddaughter 19months liked to climb but never got them - pool lovely first few days was very quiet but then school holidays kicked in and it got quite busy - Food array of choices - not sure i could do longer than a week there a 4 days break would probably be enough . All entertainment staff excellent so friendly and good at there jobs - nothing is too much - every waiter- bar staff - cleaner work super hard to make u feel welcome . All in all very much enjoyed my week here Only negative really was as FLIES - !!!

I was here from the 9/10/25 to the 16/10/25 on a family holiday. The hotel was always kept spotless as well as the gardens and facilities. All of the staff were very helpful especially Mourad and Omar who were always making sure we were happy (and never had an empty glass). Overall I would highly recommend this as a family holiday

Just returned from a 5 night stay. I read reviews before I went, and mostly, they are garbage. The hotel is a bit out the way, but that's fine. It's quiet. The staff on the whole were amazing, attentive, and so friendly. The hotel is very clean in all areas. The room we stayed in 1019, on the ground floor, was spacious with a huge comfy bed. Lovely big, powerful shower. Towels, yes, do not smell of bold liquid, but they dont smell off either. Buffet restaurant had more than enough variety for 5 nights, but beyond that, im unsure. Great salads and the tagines, but if you are fussy and prefer beige food, this is not the hotel for you. Kids would struggle if fussy. The snack bar is great for kids and has a good selection for adults. Pool little cold for me but I was slightly unwell. Bathing area is great. All in all its a lovely hotel and well worth a visit.

Estuvimos del 9 al 12 de octubre de 2025, viajando dos matrimonios. Por un lado: la decoración, piscinas y jardines están muy cuidados; las habitaciones duplex parecen pequeños apartamentos y, en infraestructura, el hotel cumple. Pagamos 880 € por pareja por la estancia. Por otro lado, el check-in fue muy negativo: a nuestra llegada la recepción sólo hablaba francés y nos dijeron que Booking había reservado una sola persona por habitación, por lo que querían cobrarnos otra vez la misma tarifa. La trabajadora que nos atendió inicialmente se llamó Hasna y estuvo muy insistente en que pagáramos. Nuestra reserva normal para dos parejas era la que habíamos pagado y coincide con las habitaciones y precios que el hotel publica en su web; no llego a entender por qué nos quisieron cobrar el doble de lo publicitado. Tras casi una hora de discusión y cuando llamé a Booking, el hotel llamó a alguien que hablaba español y finalmente se disculparon, admitiendo un error en la aplicación. Además, comunicamos en la reserva que uno de los huéspedes tiene alergias y no nos dieron solución. El buffet era escaso y repetitivo cada día. Nos exigieron fianzas: 50 € (depósito) y 10 € por toalla de piscina (reembolsables al final). También, el último día habíamos avisado que salíamos a las 6:30 y nos dijeron que nos prepararían algo para el desayuno; al final no nos tenían nada preparado. Conclusión: el hotel merece la pena por sus instalaciones, pero el servicio en recepción y la gestión de reservas necesita formación y controles claros. Comprueben y guarden las confirmaciones de Booking y, si tienen alergias o solicitudes especiales, confirmenlo por escrito con antelación. We stayed from October 9 to 12, 2025, as two couples. On the positive side: the decoration, pools and gardens are very well kept; the duplex rooms feel like small apartments and, in terms of infrastructure, the hotel meets expectations. We paid €880 per couple for the stay. On the negative side, the check-in was very poor: upon arrival reception only spoke French and told us Booking had reserved one person per room, so they wanted to charge us again the same rate. The staff member who initially served us was Hasna, and she was very insistent that we pay. Our normal booking for two couples was the one we had paid for and matches the rooms and prices published on the hotel website; I don’t understand why they tried to charge us double what is advertised. After almost an hour of discussion and when I called Booking, the hotel found someone who spoke Spanish and eventually apologized, admitting it was an application error. We also flagged that one guest has allergies and they offered no solution. The buffet was scarce and repetitive each day. They required deposits: €50 (security) and €10 per pool towel (refundable). Also, despite informing them we were leaving at 6:30 AM and being told they would prepare something for breakfast, nothing was prepared. Conclusion: the hotel is worth visiting for its facilities, but reception service and reservation handling need training and better controls. Everything here is adequate. Most of the staff were excellent. The food was good with a great selection of dishes. The pool area is OK. When it comes to drinks we were never sure what we were getting. Not sure they serve alcohol in many of the drinks apart from beer and wine. Location is OK but you cant walk anywhere. Taxis and shuttle buses are available and the city centre is only 25 minutes away. The room was adequate. Some iffy tiling and messy silicone but everything worked. Definitely 3 star not 4.

Me and my husband booked a last minute trip through TUI for some winter sun. We got a very good deal for 10 days visit. Zero complaints. The food is great quality. We dined in the buffet most nights and then had 2 visits to the on site Restaurant. Both superb. Staff can’t to enough for you. There’s a shuttle bus daily to take you into Marrakesh and various activities throughout the day. Lovely pool. Clean facilities. Daily cleaner. Great value for money

Just spent a 3 night mini break here and absolutely loved it ! It's fairly small complex which is so easy to find your way around, our room 2111 was of very high standard, spilt on two levels with 2 full bathrooms, and partial pool view balcony. The restaurant is a nice size with the usual kind of all inclusive buffet options, food was of decent enough quality. Pool was a good size with plenty of sunbeds around, we had no problems getting beds every morning (this may not be so easy in high season) if you prefer quiet there Is an adult only area a few feet away from the pool, we were the only 2 using it so had total peace and relaxation time. The entertainment team were brilliant, full of energy, lots of smiles, Chinwi is so full of fun, shout out to the girls too, I'm unsure of their names but I think maybe Nada and Chinwi for doing an extra dance for me to learn and bring back to the UK for my own classes! Also girl I think might me Mimi ? Beautiful smile and always so friendly with everyone ! Yalla Habibi! Evening entertainment was pretty standard all inclusive style, they did a good job, Moroccan party was so noisy but fun to get involved in! Gift shop is nice to have a little browse and maybe pick up souvenirs, Mohammed was lovely to chat to. Overall the customer service was excellent, from reception to the cleaners, every single staff member meets you with a warm smile. Special mention for our waiter Elbachir, this guy was excellent at his job, so attentive and friendly and also fun! One thing I would say is if you're cat lover, the cats in the grounds of the hotel are desperate for water, please please get some water in a paper cup from the bar and offer it to the cats & kittens. Marrakech airport has lots of shops but also has lots of stray cats & kittens and this really heartbreaking. I wouldn't return for this reason only, otherwise the Palmeraie is definitely a great choice ! Ignore the negative reviews, people will always find something to grumble about..

Our stay here was amazing !!! I came with my husband and 2 year old daughter . The entertainment team was amazing . Special shout out to Jiji, Chinwi, Hiba, Nada and Waleed. They are very welcoming but work hard to bring different shows and activities throughout the day . Also amazing with kids . The restaurant staff are also amazing and the snack bar. Special shout out to Fatima. We felt very welcomed and would definitely book again . I think good holiday for families with kids. Can also book their restaurant on site which is amazing

Stayed here on a Tui all inclusive package holiday. Early flight which meant room wasn’t ready when arrived. Told to come back at 3. Deposit of £20 per person for room which would be refunded on checkout if everything ok. Problem was no list of what should be there to compare upon checking out. Food was ok, always found something to eat, even if was pizza . Separate kids section with plain pasta, chicken nuggets etc. Pools - children’s pool area, separate pool which had shallow areas for children which didn’t leave a lot of space for swimming. Pool entertainment and music daily. For me personally the music was too loud even away from the pool. Evening entertainment started at approx 9pm with the kids club. Again music exceptionally loud irrespective of the age range of their customers. Sunbeds weren’t an issue as we chose not to lie by the pool. Rooms clean. Bath towels taken away every morning and clean ones replenished around 4.30. Our room certainly had a bad smell when taking a shower. Drain smell . Staff were very friendly and helpful. Small shop in the hotel for souvenirs. ATM also in the hotel. Daily shuttle into Marrakesh which leaves on time, not waiting for anyone so make sure if you go out you have enough money for a taxi back.

Just returned from 4 nights at this hotel and I thought it was fabulous for the money we paid. Check in was efficient and friendly - we arrived late morning so room wasn’t ready but we were able to start making full use of facilities straight away. Our checkout was late afternoon and again, no issues with using facilities until the minute we were picked up by our taxi to airport. Pool area is kept lovely and clean - previous reviews mention some broken tiles in the pool but it doesn’t affect the use or the look of the pool. Area around the pool for sunbeds is quite limited but there was no issue with pulling beds onto the grass area and there were always free beds to be found throughout the day. They don’t remove towels from reserved beds but staff regularly helping people get beds together by re arranging them. There is a quiet adult only area 1 minute walk away which was never busy during the days we were there. May be a lot different during high season when there is greater demand for beds. You can use hotel pool towels for a small deposit which is returned at end of holiday. These can be changed as many times as you wish throughout your stay. We had a duplex apartment which slept 4. Massive queen size bed on the mezzanine with a bathroom off it and downstairs had 2 sofa beds and a large shower room. Plenty of storage in both areas and the shower had good power. Small balcony which looked onto neighbouring farm land and towards mountains. Great view of sunset from our balcony and the area for the room (2103) was very quiet at night time. Staff kept the room absolutely spotless, towels were changed daily and beds were changed once during our stay. Hairdryers in both bathrooms and soap and shower gel were supplied. Fridge and safe box supplied at no extra charge and cleaner put fresh water in our fridge every day. The food in the hotel was great, lots of different Moroccan dishes and lovely salads to try. We also enjoyed the large selection of desserts on offer. We had one visit to the al a carte restaurant which was nice but we enjoyed the buffet restaurant better - mainly down to the many choices on offer. Would definitely return to this hotel - all the staff were friendly and went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience. The hotel runs a courtesy bus into Marrakech numerous times a day which is a great way to see the city.

After booking the all-inclusive holiday via EasyJet I looked through reviews on trip advisor and had a view concerns in regard to some of the comments that were printed., however after arriving at the hotel and being greeted by the lovely Manan at reception, any misgivings we had were quickly forgotten. I can not praise the professionalism and kindness of all hotel staff as we found everyone of them, even down to the gardeners, to be so friendly and always willing to engage. We gave some gratuities to a number of staff who we felt went out of their way to make our holiday such an enjoyable experience. As for the food at the buffet restaurant, we found the choice to be extensive and well cooked and presented. Special mention to the soups of the day (excellent) and to the dessert table (scrumptious). We tried the speciality restaurant but were disappointed and wished we had stayed with the buffet at dinner, Strange Amuse-Bouche consisting of some lovely olives, a strange wedge of quiche and a shell on prawn where a wet wipe or small water bowl would have been a good idea but this was not offered. Tenderloin of beef was anything but tender and monkfish in a tagline was over cooked. We skipped dessert and headed back to the buffet restaurant to complete our dinner. The hotel itself is a bit remote with a Mad 300:- (about £27.00) return private car trip to the Medina or to the new part of town which is not a great price to pay for a quality private car ride. This was a great relaxing holiday in a beautiful. And extremely clean and well serviced hotel. our duplex room was excellent and as we were located a distance from the pool and bar area we had absolute peace and quiet. Would definitely recommend a holiday at this property.

Les points forts : une literie très confortable, une chambre spacieuse et un accueil vraiment chaleureux, avec un personnel attentionné et aux petits soins. Côté animation, belle surprise pour une fin septembre, l’équipe est toujours souriante, dynamique et de bonne humeur. Mention spéciale pour le spectacle avec la danseuse du ventre ! Concernant la restauration, il y a beaucoup de choix et chacun peut y trouver son bonheur, même si ce n’est pas l’endroit idéal pour découvrir la gastronomie marocaine traditionnelle.

We were supplied with a great first impression from reception. This is a lovely four star hotel, which surpassed its excellent reviews. The food is fresh and varied food at all times. Do not listen to fast food lover reviews unless you are one! Restaurant staff are attentive and polite, offering a five-star service. Rooms are comfortable and clean with lovely showers and the housekeeping staff friendly. Inviting pool with comfortable clean outdoor areas. Entertainment varied and good. The complimentary bus is invaluable and very reliable. We would definitely recommend.

We arrived early morning, room not available until 3pm so we had packed lighter clothing to change in to and sat at the pool bar. The pool bar is open 10am to 6pm and has a snack menu. They also serve breakfast items here 10am to 12. There is a bar in the lobby open 12 to 10pm. We paid 350 dirhams hotel tax. You have to leave £40 breakages deposit, which is returned to you on your last day. Think there is also a pool towel deposit if about £10 per towel but we had brought our own towels. Our room was ground floor away from the pool. We had a small outside area that did not get the sun and just 2 chairs (there were 3 of us). The ground floor rooms facing the pool had 2 chairs and 2 sunbeds each. The rooms are basic with a small fridge, with a bottle of water left inside for us, and a kettle (although this had to be carried across the room to a plug socket next to the bed to use). There is a tv but only one English speaking channel. The aircon was good and there was no extra charge for this or the safe. The bathroom was spacious with a good size walk-in shower. The only problem we encountered was a nasty smell from the bathroom which the cleaners tried to address but it just kept coming back. Our room was cleaned and our towels were changed every day. The cleaners leave a bottle of water in the room whenever needed. The main restaurant had a good selection of food every day, yes some dishes were repeated but there was always something different to try. It was warm in the restaurant most days. The staff in the restaurant were always helpful, bringing water to your table. Wine and beer are available and there are self-serve machines for soft drinks, teas and fruit juices. There is only one pool which is not that good if you wish to swim as it is used for activities such as aqua-aerobics and water football. The pool does has a good child area, very shallow and there is a small splash zone with a couple if slides next to the main pool. The pool was lovely to get into as the weather was between 28 and 37 degrees! Lovely for September. We never had a problem getting a sunbed but I imagine when the hotel is full it will be a struggle to find one. The entertainment staff work hard trying to get people involved in games etc but they are not pushy. Entertainment in the evening was in different areas of the hotel which is not made clear so people had to keep being directed each night by the Reception staff. Maybe a few signs or locations on the entertainment board would be useful. There is a large tv just off the reception area which showed sports events. Overall we had a good stay, we were looking for a week of sunshine and relaxation and this was achieved. However we do not think we will return, definitely not even consider in high season, as there is not enough space in the one pool and not enough sunbeds. There were often long queues for drinks and the two bars would not be enough if the hotel was full. A lot of people were using there own cups which meant they didn't have to keep going up to the bar.

Amazing stay - stayed with group of friends as adults. Food great, but what makes this hotel is the staff. They are so lovely and work so hard. Big shout out to Jini, Petchu and Chinwe and Zake - work so hard and made out holiday! brilliant and so much fun!

This was our second stay at Be Live Experience Hotel Marrakech—and the first time we've ever chosen to return to the same hotel. That alone says a lot about how much we enjoyed our previous visit. We booked for 11 nights and 12 days, and were delighted to be greeted by some familiar faces—Fatima at the pool bar and Houssni in the lobby bar were just as lovely as we remembered. We did miss Omar from the pool bar this time, but were informed he’d been reallocated to the sister hotel, Be Live Collection. His presence was definitely missed! The reception staff were very accommodating when we requested to be housed in a particular block, which made a real difference to our comfort and experience. It’s those thoughtful touches that help guests feel truly looked after. The hotel remains very clean and well-kept, which we really appreciated. However, it did feel a little more dated than we remembered, and some of the sparkle from last year seemed to have dimmed. The food choices were more limited this time, and while we still found plenty to enjoy, the variety wasn’t quite what it was before. Entertainment was noticeably more subdued. Last year, the team made daily conversation and created a lively, welcoming atmosphere. This year, interactions felt more strained, and at times the team seemed a little unhappy or disengaged. It’s a shame, as their energy was a highlight of our previous stay. That said, we still had a lovely time overall. The staff across the hotel were kind and professional, and the setting remains a beautiful escape. We hope to see Be Live Marrakech bounce back to its full vibrancy soon, it’s a place with so much potential and heart.

The hotel offers multiple shuttle service to the main city at a fixed time. Without that shuttle it's not possible to go to the main city. The people working there very supportive and helpful. They have a wide range of food and good range of activities.
Cons: Wi-Fi was awful. There's literally no internet was in the room. Only lounge area has the good Wi-Fi signals. We complained several times but the hotel couldn't fix it. The hotel is quite far from the main city and it's in the middle of nowhere. So if you want to go and visit the city it's very difficult as you won't see any taxi outside the hotel. Also being a Muslim country I was expecting a bidet facility in the toilet and a prayer mat in the room. But the hotel don't have it. This hotel is targeting mainly European people who likes alcohol. We were staying 3 people and were provided 2 single bed along with a sofa bed. It's the same size if 2 people were staying in that room. Considering the amount of money they charged they could have given a large room with 3 actual beds.

Cons: La comida deja mucho que desear, no hay variedad y tampoco es de mucha calidad. Avisamos 2 veces desde el primer día que el desagüe de la ducha estaba atascado hasta el punto de desbordarse y no se solucionó en ningún momento. También, en el diseño del baño, no hay intimidad ya que desde la zona de dormitorio se puede ver a quien está sentado en el váter. Se podría poner aunque sea un vinilo traslúcido para que no se le vea tan expuesto.

Nuestra experiencia en este hotel fue maravillosa. La ubicación es excelente, el ambiente es auténtico y acogedor perfecto para sentirse en la esencia marroquí. L'équipe de l'animation est super professionnelle. Un des chef pâtissier est excellent. Et un maître d'hôtel (qui travaillaient au Be live adult only) est super, charisme aimable et il gère son équipe d'une manière fluide, c'est un exemple. Et si tout le monde pouvait être comme le réceptionniste Mr Farisi, les clients éviterai beaucoup de tracas, car il y a des personnes qui ne veulent vraiment pas travailler dans cet hôtel.

Un grand merci aux équipes de l’accueil (gentillesse exceptionnelle arrivé et départ) , équipe de restauration ( professionnelle et bienveillante, très réactive , un merci particulier à Tarek), à l’équipe de bar ( une qualité des cocktails de 5 étoiles ! Les serveurs sont très attentifs et gentils , c’est bien appreci !)

Pros; The hotel is clean and lovely well kept gardens, the reception staff are good and will help sort out issues. Most of the bar staff are happy and pleasant except 2 that are rude and clearly favour French & local over the English ( i won't name & shame). Duplex rooms are good the 2 bathrooms are great for family's. Cleaned daily with fresh towels/water. Food hit & miss for us as we have a couple of fussy eaters but there is always the snack bar. The entertainment is not the best they do try and are very enthusiastic. picco ( not sure of his name) steals the show he's so talented and clearly males up the entertainment. There is nothing for kids out of the pool, the park area is only accessible via the kids club and is in direct sunlight so unable to use it as its only open a few hours a day and it's not the best. Could really do with some children play area in the shade small park for the kids to play. The gym is small but good equipment and it was never overcrowded. We have had 2 good days of music around the pool DJ one day and another day it was English mix from 70s /80s to modern but just 1 day 🙄.Aqua gym is hit & miss the guys are great. We are still here are having a good time the hotel would be perfect if they addressed a few issues. Cons; The sunbed situation is a nightmare, 6am I was up today and there was about 15 beds free I don't blame people as if one does all will otherwise you will be on the grass. There is plenty of area for more beds and considering there is nothing outside the hotel they need to sort this, same in the evening there is clearly not enough tables & chairs but there is room for more. There is nowhere to have a little walk to nothing for miles the supermarket is about 1 hour round trip ( not woth it ) hence why the hotel shop is very expensive. £16 - £24 for suncream so bring plenty. We booked the restaurant last night and have our 2nd visit booked for tomorrow we will be cancelling the food was shocking and my family said the worse they have had since we came 😬. Would i come back - not until the sort sunbed & seating. I wouldn't come for our main family holiday as not enough to keep the kids entertained for ourselves, and 10 days here to long without good entertainment. Overall we have had a lovely family holiday and made happy memories.. Tips: Bring insulated cups with lids ( staff happy to fill ) If you can't get q bed borrow the ones from the adult section as its hardly used 😊 oh and the tent up there has not been cleaned since we got here vodka bottles and litter been there over a week now..

This was our first family holiday and made all the more special by this beautiful hotel and it's fantastic staff, from the house keeping staff who tirelessly cleaned our room, changed towels and provided fresh water every day to the reception, catering and bar staff who were all so attentive and accomodating and made my daughter smile every day, to finally the entertainment team, who were so fun and engaging, particularly Picho who was infectious and really got everyone involved. Thank you for making our first family holiday magical and memorable.❤️❤️❤️

The service from arrival was great. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful especially Hasana. You do need to pay a room deposit which was about £40 plus deposits for beach towels. We paid these in cash and we got the refund back when we checked out. ROOM - we had a ground floor pool view room which was spacious and cleaned everyday. Big bathroom comfy big bed and air con was good. There was a safe and fridge and you get a bottle of water each day. We had a patio which had 2 sunbeds which became very useful. RESTAURANT - The buffet restaurant was spacious. There was always a variety of food including fish ,salads,pasta and traditional food. Some food was cooked in front of you. There was also a kids food area. The waiters were very friendly especially Mourad. They always found us a table, and our glasses were never empty. Food was always hot and tasty. We did visit the a la carte restaurant (which you need to book) and although there was not a lot of choice the food was delicious and plentiful . ENTERTAINMENT - the entertainment staff were very good and friendly with plenty to do during the day. Evening entertainment was also very good. There is a small shop in the hotel but can be a bit expensive. The hotel dose offer a shuttle bus into the centre but you need to book it in advance. We did a couple of trips using a taxi which was about about £12 as the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. The only complaint is that if you wanted sunbeds and umbrellas you need to get up early. The hotel could do with more sunbeds and umbrellas. On the whole we had a great holiday. The hotel was great , the staff were all friendly and I thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Just returned from a lovely week spent here, the entertainment staff are brilliant and do their best to entertain everyone, the sunbed situation has to be looked at by management as the reserving of beds is a major problem, the food in the restaurants is pretty good we always managed to find something to our taste, the lady doing the eggs in the morning is not at all friendly she refused to make an omelette at 7.45 am saying she was too busy 🤔 this is unacceptable as breakfast started at 7, the rest of the waiting staff in the restaurants are all lovely and friendly, if you want to do any excursions then I would use Mohammed who has a desk in reception we used his services and they were excellent. I think we would return to this hotel if they got the sunbed situation under some sort of control.
