Tout le personnel est vraiment sympathique, et un grand salutation à Achraf, le responsable du bar. La décoration de l'établissement est moderne et l'endroit est très calme. Un séjour exceptionnel au Be Live Collection Marrakech Nous avons passé un fantastique séjour au Be Live Collection Marrakech. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été très chaleureusement accueillis par l'équipe de la réception, et nous tenons à remercier tout particulièrement Ayoub pour son professionnalisme, sa gentillesse et son attention tout au long de notre séjour. L'ensemble des prestations proposées par l'établissement a largement dépassé nos attentes Restauration & bars du buffet principal riche et varié au snack idéal pour une pause gourmande, tout était délicieux. Mention spéciale pour le Lobby Bar, parfait pour se détendre, ainsi que le Sports Bar qui offre une super ambiance. Service d'étage un grand bravo à l'équipe du ménage leur travail est irréprochable. Ils font toujours le petit effort supplémentaire pour que la chambre reste d'une propreté impeccable jour après jour. Do not stay at this hotel! The service was unbelievably slow from start to finish. Housekeeping even made our beds without putting sheets on them. The food was disgusting and often undercooked. When we requested mosquito spray, we waited over two hours. We had to call multiple times and make repeated trips to reception before anyone finally brought it. This is, without a doubt, the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The entire experience was terrible, and I strongly urge others not to waste their time or money here. There are far better places to stay. I rarely leave reviews, but I felt I had to warn others so they don't have the same disappointing experience.

Ahmed and zizo were amazing from lobby bar in the night, oualid from the snack bar and all of the restaurant staff were great. We have had an amazing time here at Believe, lived it all, will be back.

Before reading, this hotel is predominately for young adults or young at heart adults - like us. Very rare in AI adults only hotels we feel in the minority - over 60. When checking in you have to pay the equivalent of £32 tax to enter Morocco and also £80 deposit for the room. This deposit will be returned if nothing in the room is damaged etc. First of all, you cannot check into your room before 3pm. So regardless of what time you arrive, be aware about this. We got here about 11am and thought we'd be by pool in 30 minutes - not so. We had to trudge around for 4 hours. We were able to check in, get our towel cards etc but not the room. So, if like us you have an early flight, pack some swimwear and sun cream in your hand luggage so at least you can relax by the pool until the room is ready. Many people complained about this, but it didn't change anything. A few weeks before arriving I emailed the hotel to request a ground floor room, this was granted, so thank you for that. The room, absolutely spot on. Very modern, very clean with just about everything you need. Separate toilet, bath and shower, although in the same room. Hair dryer in the bathroom that was very good. Lots of cupboard/drawer space, although do bring extra hangers. There is an excellent iron and ironing board as well as a safe. We had a double bed which was very comfy, a good sized wall mounted tv. A fridge that was only stocked with water daily. Also a good kettle in the room. Air conditioning was permanently running and it never let us down. Two pools, one to relax more without the games etc, this pool had the pool bar. We didn't use this pool after the first day as the other one suited us more. The second pool has constant music and something happening all through the day. The music was a wide genre but every day it was a great selection - hats off to the DJ. Plenty of available beds, you don't have to reserve one, but if you want that particular spot you may have to. There are also four poster ‘beds’ around the pool, no need to book, just plonk your towels on them. The entertainment staff worked extremely hard during the day. At least they didn’t have to perform of a night as the evening entertainment was probably all in all the best we have encountered on a holiday. A real party atmosphere every night although it can take time to build up. There was always a guitarist to start the night. Food is very good, very fresh and well presented. There is a small air conditioned area inside and this gets very packed in the first 30 minutes of each session. So either join the rush or wait 30-45 minutes after opening otherwise you sit in the outside part. Breakfast wasn't much to write home about, they did fresh omelettes but the queue was always long so never waited to try them. Afternoon and evening meals were very good. There are only two coffee making machines in the restaurant which means either waiting at the table or waiting in a queue at the machine. The wait and queues aren't long, but can get frustrating. The speciality restaurant on site was exceptional. You can only book this once during your stay, which is good and bad. Good because it gives everyone the chance to use it, and bad because once you tried it, you want to use it again. So if you do book this hotel, book the restaurant. Alcohol is OK, locally sourced both lager and spirits, although the speciality restaurant offers a couple of named lagers for around 6 Euros. We played ‘Glass Bingo’ when ordering a beer, as you never knew what glass your beer would be served in. It could be a straight tumbler, a whisky glass, a half-pint mug with a handle, something that resembled a small vase. We even had something that resembles a large champagne flute. Cocktails were also subject to this game. This was purely down to the staffing levels, as there was never enough staff to do basic bar work/waiting and cleaning tables/glasses. However, if you ask for a large drink, you will get a large glass. The Snack Bar provided various fresh food during the day. This was also the area for the evening entertainment. There were never enough tables set up here at the start of the evening, so you would wait around for one of the waiters to stop waiting on and bring a table and chairs from another part of the complex. Why those tables and chairs weren't available at the start of the evening as this happened every night we were there, is anyone's guess. Staff, I feel sorry for them. They are definitely overworked and understaffed. 4 people to look after 200 - 250 people of a night, they have to serve, collect glasses, clean tables etc. So many times people had to wait longer than necessary to be served either at the bar or at a table. This was also a feature in the restaurant, far too often tables were not cleaned after use and when they were, there was no cutlery etc. Twice I had to get the cutlery myself during sittings. I must emphasise this is not laziness on the staff, this is due to understaffing in my opinion. There were times they seemed to be talking to each other a bit much, but they were probably taking a rest and I cannot blame them for this. The Internet was a bit iffy, constant buffering by the pool. Pretty stable but slow elsewhere. Flies, now we read flies everywhere. Yes there are quite a few but around the outside bar areas, not at the tables though. Never saw one in the restaurant which was our main concern. In a nutshell, this is a lovely hotel, great staff, great food, great atmosphere but is let down by the staffing levels. If just a couple more were employed in the restaurant and bar areas it would be even better.

A great hotel! Positives- Just a small hotel but with loads of space and lovely grounds. No rush for sun loungers at all. Staff are brilliant- especially around the pool. Food was really tasty. Rooms are big and the beds are very comfortable. Drinks service is great, and staff are happy to change cocktail ingredients on request. Negatives- none really. Some people complaining about the honey bees (they aren't wasps), but they really aren't a problem unless you have a sugary drink uncovered by the swim up pool. Worth taking a cup with lid, which the staff are more than happy to keep full.

Ahmed and zizo are the best. Always looking after us. They are always passing around with very good cocktail and shots. Always making sure we had drinks on our table with a big smile ❤️. Good selection is wine, and alcohol. Food; Excellent food with a lot of options flavours. by the way they have very fresh meat and fresh fish. The service in à la carte restaurant is elegant. Exceptional service in buffet restaurant in the evening. Always making sure our glasses full. The glassware as well are clean tables clean, cutlery clean. Thanks to the restaurant manager in the evening Zina and Ashraf the bar manager you are doing very great work.

I have to say from start to finish the hotel has been fantastic this our first time in morocco 🇲🇦 and found the moroccan people so friendly and kind. the room was beautiful the food was great entertainment at night made it. at the large pool. plenty of sun beds clean fresh towels every day. but what really made the holiday was the staff at the snack bar Oualid ,Anas and the rest of the staff always had a warm welcome for you would go above and beyond to make sure your drink was perfect just the way you liked it. Mbappé. (Anas) was the cocktail king. made perfectly every time. Qualify also was so nice to everyone he met. both boys a credit to this hotel. Will definitely be back. paddy and debbie. scotland

The whole pool side team are amazing. Khakis at the pool snack bar was brilliant never had to move and nothing was too much trouble and really friendly and polite. Food/drink and service were top notch. Pool entertainment was also brilliant.

Although we only arrived on Thursday and flew home this morning, it genuinely felt like we’d been away for much longer. 🏨 The Hotel The rooms were spotless, and the staff were constantly cleaning the outside areas, pathways and steps throughout the day. We stayed in Pool Suite 4103, which was absolutely beautiful—so spacious and a lovely room to unwind in. ⭐ The Staff The staff really are a credit to the hotel. Every single member of the team worked incredibly hard and were always friendly and welcoming. A special mention to Asan at the snack bar, who made me a delicious margarita even though it wasn’t on the menu. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble. 🍴 Food & Drinks We found the food and drinks to be of a really good standard with plenty of choice. The Caesar salad, chicken panini and burgers from the snack bar were all delicious, and the pizzas looked amazing too. 🎉 Entertainment The pool party was great fun, and there was a good variety of entertainment each evening. 🚌 Exploring Marrakesh We used the hotel’s complimentary shuttle bus to the souk, booking it the day before at reception. We travelled on the 9:30am bus and returned on the 12:30pm shuttle. The buses leave promptly, so don’t be late for your return. Going earlier meant it was much quieter, although it became much busier later in the day. The souk is absolutely huge, so it’s easy to lose your bearings, and crossing the roads is probably the biggest challenge! My advice is to politely but confidently say “No, thank you” if anyone approaches you selling items or offering henna, and they’ll soon move on. 💡 A Few Handy Tips ✔️ On check-out, you’ll be asked to wait around 10 minutes before returning to reception to collect your room deposit before leaving for the airport. ✔️ The ATM in the hotel was easy to use, and reception were happy to change larger notes into smaller ones for tipping. ✔️ Don’t overlook the little shop on site—it was surprisingly well priced and had some lovely gifts and essentials. Overall, we had a fantastic stay, and I genuinely wouldn’t hesitate to return.

First of all would like to thank all the staff at the hotel couldn't fault anything about those beautiful people , so helpful. happy. caring and most of all professional, always happy to please wow wow wow...entertainment was ok too much dance showws am afraid for us need more singing groups or just a good moving singer would be amazing but wouldn't stop us booking again to stay..food was fabulous. only one negative comment is being pensioners with health issues after travelling from 02.30 am didn't get our room until 5 hours later after arriving.. thank you all at Be live collection for my birthday cake and song 🙏 ❤️ 💙

zizo, Ahamd, and Achraf are the best. good customer service. The Service in Buffet restaurant in the evening perfect. À la restaurant is wonderful as well. The menu is variety and all the food is fresh as well as the restaurant to be buffet the meat is fresh, fish fresh and everything there. in the lobby bar and the restaurant in the evening what I like they are always making sure your glasses is never empty and always checking if you need anything so they can Assist. as I mentioned that the food is great if you have any allergy or literary instructions just inform the chef or the seniors staff and they will be absolutely happy to make you everything you want. The restaurant manager Zena in the evening I saw her always making sure greeting all the guest running around checking everything Wishes when you find it in all inclusive hotels or clubs hotels I’m very satisfied this stay. and I will be absolutely be back. As well, I want to mention it Good selection of the cocktails just wonderful.

If Zizo and Ahmad are around you will absolutely be super happy and satisfied. The service in the restaurant beige is excellent. Food is great in the evening and lunch time. À la carte restaurant is perfect as well. Fresh meat and fish. Clean tables in the restaurants. And in the snack bar as well. Food in the snack is just good as the staff. The team always smiling. And friendly especially in the restaurant at dinner time, snack bar, lobby bar and pool bar.

I have just returned from the most, magical experience at BeLive. I have so many positives that i will divide everything into categories. Arrival: We arrived at the hotel and was warmly greeted by a gentleman in traditional Moroccan attire, pouring us mint tea and offering us biscuits whilst we filled in forms. After experiencing this for the first time, can we please have this in ALL hotels. It made everything a strong, positive start. Well done to Be Live Marrakesh! After filling in our forms we were given our wrist bands immediately and told whilst we waited for our room to be finalised, we could use the pool facilities, have drinks or enjoy a lunch buffet straight away. We tucked into a buffet and had many options to choose from. Room: The room we had was immaculate. We were given a fresh 2 litre bottle of water , the mattress was super spongy and our first night's sleep was very comfortable. Sports Bar: The Sports Bar left a very positive, lasting impression on my partner and I. I had booked this hotel once i had seen they had a sports bar with a pool table (My partner plays for a team back home), and sky sports, enabling us to watch the world cup games. Mustafa the Barman at the Sports Bar greeted us very warmly and absolutely nothing was too much of an ask. He provided us with cocktails. ice cold beers, sometimes we were the only ones there and even if it was just us, he remained professional and friendly rather than skiving off and acting bored. Mustafa was a real gentleman and it is thanks to him, we had a very memorable and enjoyable time watching the World cup final, i have already begged my partner to let us book BeLive for 2030 because of this! Swim up bar/Pool Bar: Something i had never experienced before was the swim up bar. I absolutely loved this addition, it was a quiet bar and i am not known for being a quiet person, but i could absolutely appreciate the serenity and tranquillity of the swim up bar. The pool bar staff were brilliant. Moumou and Maryam in particular although, even the lovely gentleman collecting the glasses was someone i'd never seen so happy in their job. Moumou would let us have drinks off the menu and you never waited any longer than 2 minutes for a drink. I really appreciated how tight the teamwork was with the bar staff, other members from different areas came to help the busy areas and made it very manageable. Entertainment: I will combine entertainment, Activities and main pool into one because i think that's the best way to describe the main pool area. Entertaining! Everyone was welcome at the main pool area, the music wasn't too loud or too much bass. The activities were not only fun to watch but you didn't feel pressured into joining in. All pool side staff were extremely helpful. If you wanted a float, they would do their best to provide you with one, if you wanted a parasol open, they would help you. All areas were kept incredibly clean, the activities were a lot of fun and very engaging. I thoroughly enjoyed aqua aerobics most days. For the evening entertainment they had a fantastic programme that was very versatile and good for everyone. The entertainment was incredibly popular and bar staff would often have to provide extra seats but this was never a problem. We were thoroughly spoilt with live bands (The Reggae band were absolutely amazing!), Moroccan themed dance shows, karaoke (I especially loved that!), and a latin dance show that had everyone up. The Dj was fantastic at playing everyone's requests. The entertainment alone made this Hotel a cut above the rest. Snack Bar: The Snack bar is worth visiting for fresh omelettes every day. The food is tasty, all cooked fresh and they will do their best to accommodate! Anas and Oualid are efficent, friendly and very welcoming. As a self confessed caffeine addict their iced coffee's every morning went down a treat. I even nicknamed the snack bar "Starbucks" as from 10am till 12pm it was constant iced coffee. Every drink made in the snack bar was delicious, there was a wait at times but you honestly couldn't complain when Oualid and Anas spent time with every single guest giving them the best experience. A-La Carte Restaurant was a memorable experience.The food was delicious and made for a sophisticated experience, as opposed to the consistent buffet. I really enjoyed the fact that this was included in the all inclusive package and the staff did everything they could to make it very special and exquisite. The main restaurant had tasty, varied options every day. I enjoyed fresh fish every day, i loved the chocolate fountain and found every member of the staff at the buffet restaurant to be incredibly accomodating. Salma in the lobby bar was always very smiley and welcoming as well as the petite girl with the curly hair. The Shuttle Bus is incredibly efficient and easy to use, it takes you to the main part of marrakech where the souks are. You do not need a random guide as we found out, just cross the road from the Kabiba mosque and follow the hoards of tourists and you will soon find yourself in the lively plethora of Jem El Fna! Ensure you book the bus one day in advance though to avoid shortage of seats. Now for special mentions... Zinab: Zinab as a female boss absolutely smashes it! She is friendly and yet carries the most utmost of professionalism around her. I watched her glide effortlessly across the restaurant floor, welcoming everyone. She was so lovely to talk to and when she said "It is so lovely to have you here." It came across as genuine and sincere. She did not micromanage, but also got involved with any task. Zizou: Zizou is one of the most highly regarded members of the BeLive team for a good reason. I nicknamed him "Mr Happy" because he literally bounced between the lobby bar and the snack bar with a huge grin on his face. He remembered every order from every customer and his unique way of preparing drinks and distributing them was mesmerising! Osama- Last of all and absolutely not least, Osama. I did 6 months as a entertainer for Tui years ago and Osama is the type of entertainer i only wish i could have been. Osama was not just an entertainer, he carried out any task! We met him when watching the world cup in the sports bar and he quickly befriended me and my partner. My partner and him played pool and when i mentioned learning some basic Arabic (Darija) he sat with me one of the days,by the pool side and taught me Arabic for a good half an hour. It may have been a small gesture to him,but to me it was a lifelong skill i can now continue and he encouraged me to practice in the hotel. Not only that but Osama requested to join us for lunch twice which made us feel like a group of friends, rather than guests. I now feel like a member of the BeLive family thanks to Osama. Osama told us he had been with BeLive for 5 years and i sincerely hope the team realise how lucky they are to have him, because if he wants a career change, many Arabic schools in Cambridge would only be too happy to have him! I was disheartened by only one factor and that was the way some of the guests treated the hotel staff. I witnessed very little pleases and thank yous at times and yet the staff remained smiley and courteous, throughout. I applaud them and hope guests who have spoken rudely to the hard working members at BeLIve, are ashamed of themselves. I know i would be! To conclude, an honourable mention goes to the wonderful reception staff and hotel management who let us keep our deposit, despite me accidentally getting trapped in the shower door. Unfortunately some ledge was broken and this made me panic that we would lose our £80 deposit but it was not to be. I realise it might have been a small gesture but it meant a lot. Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno perfetto. Dopo qualche giorno ci è stato offerto gratuitamente un upgrade della camera e siamo stati trasferiti in una suite molto più grande e confortevole, un gesto davvero molto apprezzato. Inoltre, in occasione del mio compleanno, su nostra richiesta hanno preparato una splendida sorpresa in camera con champagne e una torta, rendendo la giornata ancora più speciale. Tutto il personale è stato estremamente gentile, professionale e sempre disponibile ad aiutarci, facendo il possibile per soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza. La struttura è moderna, pulitissima, ben curata e offre un’atmosfera rilassante. Ottima anche la qualità del cibo e dei servizi. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati dall’inizio alla fine.

Cons: Sinceramente nulla. Tutto è stato all’altezza delle aspettative e il soggiorno è stato eccellente.

We had an excellent stay at Be Live Adults Only Marrakech. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. The rooms are very comfortable. The food offered is excellent and varied, the facilities were well maintained, and the whole experience exceeded our expectations. There is a free shuttle bus several times a day into Marrakech, an outstanding spa and gym facilities. Tours can also be arranged at the hotel. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing break in Marrakech.

Lovely hotel. The food was amazing..rooms super clean but best of all were the staff at the hotel. From start to finish they were SO accommodating and helpful. Youness at reception went out of his way to make sure my room was comfortable for me and perfect for my needs. Him and Fatima actually went to great lengths to find me a suitable room and accommodate check out time. The public relations team- Fatima Zahra & Kouthar were SO kind and helpful. I enjoyed spending time with them. They really did take care of me whilst I was there. All the staff, including the dining, the animations team are great. A real credit to this hotel. I will definitely be back. Thank you 🩵

Väldigt nöjd med lokalen,personal och service. Hjälpsamma och väldigt vänliga personal speciellt Bar manager Ashraf som får 10 stjärnor för hans egen service samt hans personal och servitris Zizo som var väldigt glad och positiv, Väldigt fin lokal vårdade och renlighet 100/100 de städar hela hotellet dagligen WOW verkligen. Maten var 10/10 väldigt gott samt många olika rätter att välja mellan och alla var lika goda vill även tacka Majda som var glad alltid som sagt alla som jobbar i detta hotellet är stjärnor men man mins inte alla namn tyvärr men jag rekommenderar denna hotell starkt och kommer definitivt besöka den minst en gång till iaf Bs jag hade all inklusive.

Clean hotel, generally well maintained too. Previous comments have mentioned broken tiles around the pool etc. None of this is major and doesn’t detract from the hotel or the stay. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Service was excellent. They don’t stop working all day! The food was really good. Lots of options. The two pools were great and meant you had a couple of options, depending on the kind of stay you were after. Personally, I didn’t like Marrakech, so it was great to have a good hotel to enjoy instead.

Our special dietary requirements were handled with great care by the managers in the buffet restaurant. In the morning, Alami always made sure everything was prepared correctly, and in the evening, Zina or Achraf took over with the same level of professionalism and attention. We truly appreciated their kindness and dedication. The food was outstanding throughout our stay. The fish was always fresh and delicious, the tableware was spotless, and the live cooking station was simply top-notch. The lunch buffet offered an impressive variety of dishes, while the snack bar menu provided plenty of excellent options for light meals. The à la carte restaurant delivered a true fine dining experience, with locally sourced, freshly cooked meat prepared with authentic and flavorful Moroccan touches. The dining room itself was elegant, comfortable, and created a wonderful atmosphere for every meal. A special thank you to Zizo, Ahmad in the lobby bar and Mourad at the à la carte restaurant for their exceptional hospitality, professionalism, and attentive service. They made every dining experience feel special. The selection of alcoholic beverages was excellent, with a wide range of high-quality choices available throughout our stay. Been back 2 weeks now had a fantastic trip we had the swim up pool room which in reality is a plung pool with a seat in it and your own Sunbeds but well worth the extra we used the quiet pool with the bar in the pool lad MOMO was fantastic absolutely nothing was a problem from getting you sunbeds and parasols he couldn’t help you enough and he was on the go all day the pool bar staff MERIEM MOCHINE & STW-LAHGEN were absolutely amazing nothing was a problem always working always busy and ready to help only problem was the wasps around the pool bar I did give them some spray which helped reception staff always ready to help you with everything OUALID on the daytime food bar was great nothing was to much bother for him in fact all the staff daytime and nighttime staff were fantastic couldn’t fault anything this was our 2nd visit to the hotel and have booked again for this October but it’s more like a 4⭐️ than a 5⭐️ we had issues getting towels for the room toilet paper and water and unfortunately the cleaning staff wasn’t the best this time round One thing I will say is I don’t tip till the end off the holiday and the staff still went above and beyond like I say fantastic staff just a shame some customers don’t treat them with respect and talk to them like crap

Excellent stay, I would love to mention the good selection of the cocktails and food in the restaurant buffet and à la carte restaurant. The cleanilness of the restaurant is oustanding, the tables are always spotless and the table service is truly luxurious serving freshly ground coffee from bean to cup machines is a real added value. The selection of alcohol beverages is top notch. Food and beverage service is excellent and it contributes significantly to the overall quality abd sucess of the organization. The managers are so friendly and helpful, thanks, Achraf, zina, zizo and ahmad. Thank to RP Kaoutar as well. In shoret the food, cocktails, and service are exceptional.

We arrived about 8pm on Monday night, reception staff very welcoming, when we were informed what room we would be in I asked if it was near the “noisy pool” the guy on reception straight away upgraded us to a junior suite on the 1st floor ( still by the noisy pool but to be honest you cannot hear the evenings entertainment once the patio doors were closed). Fantastic room and thankyou to the reception guys!!! Very hot out there at the moment( (38+) , welcome pools inviting you to jump in and float about.! Excellent food( probably the best regional representation at any all inclusive hotel we have stayed at!) staff were amazing, very attentive with the drinks ( you ask for one you get two each!!) We will be back Marrakesh - winter holiday beckons! Overall a great little oasis in the middle of the Palmieres !

Very lovely stay, the cocktails are super good the service super fantastic, dinrks service in the bar, snack bar pool bar and of course the restaurant in a high level. The tables are always clean your glasses always full. The staff are fantastic and always attentive, thanks to the managers, Alami, Achraf, and zina. And of course Dino and Ahmad. I want to mention as well the Food the breakfast, they have all of options which rare when you found it in all inclusive hotels. And the service as well is great as i mentioned before. The most incredible week staying at Be Live Collection, the staff cannot do enough for you - they’re so polite and helpful at all times. Special shout out to Zizo who is just incredible, knew our drink order within one night and would bring more over to our table as soon as he saw our glasses were getting low - excellent barman! Loved the fact that it was never difficult to get a lounger, even when we arrived to the pool at 1pm - it was no issue. No sunbed wars which is a huge win!! We will definitely be coming back

J’ai particulièrement apprécié la qualité de l’accueil, la gentillesse et l’attention du personnel. Toute l’équipe montre une vraie volonté de rendre le séjour agréable, avec beaucoup de naturel, de sympathie et un véritable sens de l’hospitalité. Le concept adults only est également très appréciable. À mon arrivée, une erreur de date a été constatée dans ma réservation. Malgré le tarif non remboursable, le responsable a immédiatement trouvé une solution, annulé la réservation sans frais et m’a même accordé un surclassement en suite. La manière dont la situation a été gérée reflète parfaitement la qualité du service de cet établissement. Une expérience à refaire et un établissement que je recommande sans hésitation. Recently returned home following an amazing week at the Be Live Adults only hotel. Myself and my partner are relatively well travelled and prior to our visit we had an open mind and were keen to explore the local area from a nice base. The hotel was wonderful, not huge however this adds to its appeal, it felt intimate enough without being overbearing. Immediately upon arrival the first thing that we noticed was the cleanliness and welcoming front of house staff, a common theme throughout is this hotel is immaculate. Food was available in the main buffet restaurant, à la carte, and snack bar. No complaints at all regarding the food, nice blend of local dishes with more common options ensuring there is always something available. We thought the food was very good ! Staff are simply incredible, everyone from front of house, cleaners, kitchen / restaurant staff, it feels rude not to mention all of of the team, however a special shout out to the following; Entertainment team: Oussama Toufiq Ouadoud Emma Snack bar: Anas Oualid The hotel is located around 20 minutes from Marrakesh centre, however a free shuttle bus, Ubers and taxis are available from the hotel ensuring easy access to and from the centre. Marrakesh is an amazing city and must be explored Do not hesitate to book this hotel

Me and Megan had an amazing time at Be Live. The grounds, pool, rooms and building itself are beautiful. The staff are so nice and helpful. Food was 10/10, so many options of both Moroccan cuisine and international food at every meal. Really variable, clean and no problems at all. The lady who introduced us who was wearing a blue suit, akram, hamza and all of the waiters were so proactive! The bar staff are amazing - zizo, mustafa, ouilid and a couple of other guys who made mojitos at both the snack bar and inside bar were just such good chat. Really made us feel welcome. We used the spa facilities and got a great deal from the lovely gentleman who walks around. We got a full spa/hammam/massage package for £80pp. It was amazing Finally, the animation guys were genuinely some of the nicest guys we’ve ever met. Aziz and ousmane in particular, we will be back for boules, darts and golf soon. 10/10 hotel, highly recommend especially for such a good price. Matt and Meg :)

Our entertainer Oussama was very energetic and always fun coming up with lots of games. Many times we played table tennis, water polo and archery. Very fun guy getting everyone involved and having a great time.

Beautiful hotel with generous size rooms and a large amount of outdoor space - never a problem getting a bed by the pool, any time of day; staff exceptional - friendly and attentive throughout; à la carte included for 4 night stay+ and pool bar cooking individual fresh lunch a real bonus but buffet also high quality. Wide range of drinks. Pool bar, snack bar, sports bar, buffet and à la carte. Great nighttime entertainment and also some in the day but easy to ignore if not your thing. Generally quiet resort. New air-con coach 4 x daily to medina and souks. We loved it!

We recently stayed at Be Live Collection Marrakech Adults Only and overall had a very enjoyable experience. The biggest positive is definitely the staff. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, attentive and worked incredibly hard to make guests feel welcome. The entertainment team were particularly excellent and there was always something going on throughout the day. The activities on offer were fantastic and really helped make the holiday enjoyable. There was a great variety including darts, aqua aerobics, archery, French bowls, Arabic lessons, Moroccan tea tasting and even a pool party on Saturdays. There was always something to get involved in if you wanted to. The food was generally very good with a decent selection available. However, if you're a particularly fussy eater or have allergies, it could be improved. The food labelling wasn't always clear and on a couple of occasions we were given incorrect information regarding ingredients. That said, the food itself was tasty and we always found something to enjoy. The rooms were very clean throughout our stay and were maintained to a good standard by housekeeping. The spa is also well worth a visit. We had massages during our stay and they were excellent. The hotel is not located in the centre of Marrakech, but this wasn't an issue for us as there is a free shuttle bus running to and from the city centre, which was reliable and very convenient. There is also a small shop on site, which is handy if you've forgotten anything, although the prices are noticeably higher than you would find elsewhere. One thing worth mentioning is that the hotel is advertised as a five-star property, but in our opinion it feels more like a very good four-star hotel. There's absolutely nothing wrong with that, and the price we paid reflected that, but expectations should be set accordingly.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Be Live Collection Marrakech Adults Only Review Stayed: 2nd–11th June 2026 (9 Nights) 🛏️ Rooms – 10/10 The rooms were a brilliant size. We had a double bed each to ourselves and they were so comfortable that we genuinely didn’t want to get out of them in the mornings! The bathroom was equally impressive, with a separate walk-in shower, separate bathtub, double sink, and the toilet behind its own door. We stayed in Room 4114. The room was cleaned every day and the housekeeping staff would often make little origami creations from your towels or clothes, which was a really nice touch. The rooms felt very spacious throughout our stay and the air conditioning worked perfectly. ⸻ 👨‍💼 Staff & Service – 10/10 We arrived around lunchtime and check-in was very smooth. We simply filled out a short form, took a seat, and waited to be called up to reception. Much better than standing around in a queue. The reception staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Standard check-out is at 12pm, but we paid around £50 to keep our room until 3pm, which was well worth it for a later flight. Throughout the hotel, the staff were fantastic and always greeted you with a smile. ⸻ 🍽️ Food & Drink – 8.5/10 Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice. You could have fresh omelettes made to order, poached eggs, and freshly squeezed juices. The orange juice was especially good. Lunch and dinner were also very impressive, with a wide variety of chicken, beef, fish, and other dishes available each day. The restaurant staff were incredibly attentive and would happily bring drinks to your table. The only negative was that the main food station felt a little small during busy periods, which could make things feel slightly chaotic. However, this wasn’t an issue all the time and depended on when you chose to eat. There is also an à la carte restaurant, which we visited once during our stay and would definitely recommend. The drinks selection was excellent, particularly the cocktails. They tasted great, although they could probably have done with a little more alcohol as they were fairly weak. The beer available was Stork (4.7%), which was very decent. A special mention has to go to Zizo, who was hands down the best waiter at the hotel. Always smiling, always happy, and constantly topping up our drinks—often bringing two at a time so we didn’t even need to leave our table. Thanks, Zizo! ⸻ 🏊 Facilities – 9/10 The hotel has three pools: * Activity Pool * Quiet Pool * Spa Pool We didn’t spend any time at the activity pool, but it looked great fun with music and activities running throughout the day. We spent all nine days at the quiet pool, mainly because of the swim-up bar! 😂 Top Tip: Don’t forget to put suncream on your back. It’s very easy to get stuck at the swim-up bar for a while and completely lose track of time. Unfortunately, I learned this the hard way and ended up with severe sunburn and blisters! The only downside around the pool area was the number of wasps near the swim-up bar. They aren’t aggressive and you get used to them after a while, but they can be a little annoying and occasionally require you to cover your drink. They seemed to be worse later in the afternoon. There were always plenty of sunbeds available, which was refreshing. No need to get up at the crack of dawn to reserve one. Even when we arrived at the pool around 9:30am one day, there were still beds available. Spa On our second day, my wife and I booked a two-hour spa package that included: * Steam room * Traditional Hammam scrub * 60-minute massage of your choice The total cost was approximately £150 for both of us, which felt like an absolute bargain. A complete no-brainer and definitely something I’d recommend to anyone staying here. Entertainment The entertainment was very enjoyable. Each evening there was a singer performing around dinner time, which created a great atmosphere while enjoying a drink before eating. Later in the evening, the main entertainment varied and included: * DJ nights * Belly dancing * Oriental dancing * Live bands (which were excellent) * Karaoke We didn’t spend much time around the animation team due to staying at the quiet pool, but whenever we saw them they were energetic, friendly, and seemed great with guests. ⸻ 📍 Location – 8/10 We arranged a private transfer from the airport, which took around 25 minutes. The hotel also provides a free shuttle service into Marrakech city centre and back again. You simply need to book your slot the day before. The journey takes approximately 20–25 minutes and was very convenient. There are also plenty of taxis available and Uber appeared to be operating in the area too. ⸻ ⭐ Overall Impression This is an amazing hotel that I would happily recommend to anyone looking for an adults-only all-inclusive stay in Marrakech. The weather was fantastic, the staff were exceptional, the facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable throughout our stay. ⸻ 👎 Anything That Could Be Better? * The main food station could be larger during busy periods. * The wasps around the swim-up bar can be a little annoying later in the day. Cons: Nous avions séjourné au Be Live Collection Marrakech l’année dernière et tout avait été irréprochable. C’est donc en toute confiance que nous avons choisi de revenir cette année. Malheureusement, depuis le changement de direction, l’établissement a connu une dégradation spectaculaire de la qualité de ses prestations, au point de ne plus être à la hauteur de sa réputation ni de son classement. La restauration est devenue particulièrement décevante. Le choix est très limité, les plats sont répétitifs et la qualité est largement inférieure à celle que nous avions connue lors de notre précédent séjour. L’expérience culinaire, qui faisait autrefois partie des points forts de l’hôtel, est aujourd’hui l’un de ses principaux points faibles. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été installés dans une chambre en rez-de-chaussée offrant une vue directe sur un amas de cartons stockés à la suite du remplacement des transats de la piscine. Une telle négligence est totalement incompatible avec les standards attendus dans un établissement de cette catégorie. L’organisation générale autour de la piscine est tout aussi préoccupante. Certains serveurs du bar de la piscine se montrent désagréables, voire impolis. Les agents d’entretien discutent bruyamment et crient régulièrement à proximité immédiate des vacanciers, sans le moindre souci du confort des clients. À 18h précises, les responsables ferment systématiquement les parasols, même lorsque des personnes sont encore installées dessous. Plus choquant encore, lors du remplacement des transats, les équipes ont commencé les travaux vers 17h en demandant aux vacanciers de quitter leurs places afin de pouvoir installer le nouveau mobilier. Faire passer les travaux avant le confort des clients est révélateur du manque de considération qui règne désormais dans cet établissement.

Zizo,Ahmed, zakaria and achraf and all of the bar staff have been so amazing the whole entire stay!! The drinks are unreal with a wide selection/variety and you never go without a drink. The staff have been so accommodating and made our stay so special including our own cocktails tailored to us and made us feel at home. My friend hurt her foot (not at the hotel) and they looked after her by providing ice packs and made sure she was comfortable. Tables are always clean/cleared once finishing a drink. The food again was amazing me and my friend are both picky eaters and we enjoyed everything. There truly is multiple options for everbody. We were spoilt for choice and have not seen an all inclusive provide the same level of quality for taste and appearance. Zina the restaurant manager was so lovely and always ensured we were happy with the service aswell as the food and always ensured we could come to her if we had any issues (which we didn’t have). The waiting staff again were so kind helpful and all tables cleared and never had to wait for a seat very fast service with such polite staff. There is a pool par to swim up to so you don’t have to travel from out of the pool if you wanted to stay cool, a sports bar, snack bar which offers food morning and mid day along side the all inclusive. The pool experience was also amazing the staff were kind, funny and made sure everybody was comfortable so many beds and if it was busy a bed would be put out for you and space made. There were so many activities such as water aerobics, basketball in the pool, golf, table tennis and many more. If your new to Marrakesh like me and my friend were the staff were really helpful suggesting where was good to go to and how to travel safely and what experiences outside of the hotel to make the most of our time in Marrakesh. The hotel was very clean and beautiful inside and out , the landscaping is to die for very relaxing and aesthetically pleasing amazing for pictures and walks as there is so much to see. On the night time there is a dj and they change all entertainment each night and everybody gets involved just making an amazing atmosphere as a whole. The hotel offers a shuttle service free of charge with drop off and pick up times to take you in the square. I wouldn’t want to stop anywhere else and I would truly recommend it to everybody I will a hundred percent be returning for the staff here aswell as the hotel itself.

We have just come back from a weeks holiday. The staff are very friendly and the hotel was nice. The downsider was lots of wasps and flies in the restaurant which were landing on the food. We unfortunately came down with sickness and diarrhoea for 4 days and were really ill. When I reported this to the hotel on the fourth day I was told then there was a nurse on site but nowhere this is advertised. They didn’t want to do anything about it and tbh this ruined our holiday. After speaking to ppl that have travelled to Marrakesh before we were advised never to go for all inclusive and it’s always best to eat out.

Had a wonderful time at this hotel. Hotel was kept very clean and tidy, all the staff including management work very hard. Bar and restaurant team are very attentative. 2 pools 1 busy with sports and entertainment the other was lovely and quiet with swim up bar. Food was very good a bit repetitive, but you will always find something. Drinks were of a fair quality, but low alcohol content. Varied entertainment in evenings, dj was good but played repetitive songs. Wish we had booked for longer, Marrakesh a great place, we will return.

If you visit this hotel the Sensoriel Thalasso & Spq is a must visit. My friend and I had a hamman with massage the first day we arrived and on our final day we decided to have a back massage the treatments were outstanding and the therapists Lombna, Aziza and Amina are quite frankly outstanding. I don’t think I’ve ever had a better back massage.

As always wonderful stay, especial thanks to Chef Achraf, Zine restaurant manager in the evening, Alami and habibi Ahmad and Zizo, Thr cocktails are amazing, as well as the food. All of choices, The service is amazing in the evening ( buffet restaurant) And today we had our best cocktail long Island ice tea. Without forgetting the shots party it's super nice love it. We will come backkkkkkk.

Momo at the pool was the hardest worker I have ever come across and a very kind person! He did such an amazing job and really helped us at the pool! The hotel was nice and had two pools. Generally quite clean although there were ants in our room and also the hot water wasn’t working at first although this was quickly solved. The food was decent although there could have been more options for vegetarians and definitely more ice cream options - it was slightly disappointing that there was no ice cream available outside of the buffet. Overall had a great time and would come back. Note: if you like vaping and drinking, this is the perfect hotel for you!

I have to start with saying the staff are amazing, so friendly and helpful. The hotel rooms are ok but we had lots of ants. The housekeeping wasn't great everyday having to ring to say we only had 1 towel got quite annoying quickly. the Food whilst the restaurant was clean was very small buffet for the size of the hotel all very samey samey each day. The pool areas are nice minus the flies and wasps. Drink choices not the best but just standard AI. on a whole we wouldn't return just because we have stayed in better AI in Marrakesh. This is more of a 4* than 5* however for the price we paid we didn't complain. But i would be annoyed if we had of paid a lot of money. If you get a good deal it is worth going for a few days of sunshine.

We stayed here for our belated honeymoon & this was our first experience in Marrakech. The hotel was kept clean and the grounds were well looked after. Shout out to a few staff members: Momo around the pool- couldn't do enough for us. Met with a smile each time you saw him, engaged in conversations, bought us bottles of water, checking we had everything we needed. Mouhsinne (hope I've remembered the spelling correctly) behind the pool bar - wow, what a guy! He did not stop from the moment he got behind the bar to the moment it closed in the evening. Was happy all of the time & attentive to all at the bar & even taught us some of his language. Zezu- he served at the lobby bar in the evening. Drinks were never left to go empty & he appeared to be here, there and everywhere but constantly laughing & smiling & engaging in conversations with everyone. Overall, a great first experience & we would happily return! Evening entertainment was varied which was nice and the band that played on a Saturday and monday were our favourite 😊 My only small gripes were that sometimes there was no water left in the room (but reception soon sent someone up to us with some) & at lunch time, the salads etc were empty & if it says its served 12-3, I would expect things to stay topped up. But equally, the food was delicious and there was lots to choose from- maybe I'm just being picky. Thankyou Be Live Marrakech- we hope to see you all again soon!

I stayed here with my three friends for a week, across two rooms. The rooms are huge, lovely facilities across the hotel, the resort itself is stunning. The staff are super friendly and accommodating, special thanks to Momo for always helping us by the pool. We spent most of our time in the pool with the bar, the drinks (non alcoholic) were lovely. The food is fresh, the selection isn’t huge but I am vegetarian and always found something to eat. The wifi was a bit weak at times but otherwise the resort is lovely, I would definitely come back!

First time in Morocco and won’t be the last. This hotel has rewritten the book on service and staff attention. Every member of staff we met was just amazing; so friendly, helpful and wanted to nothing more than make sure we had a good holiday. Special shout to the ‘Snack Bar’ Team Oualid and Anas; who kept us supplied with drinks during the day and the non stoppable Rizio who made sure we were never without a drink of an evening. Impeccable service. Such attentive staff; additional seating and tables appeared out of nowhere on busy nights. The staff and management never stopped to make sure everyone was happy. The food choices were great; lovely mix of Moroccan and European. Bedrooms; functional - be honest; you don’t spend any time in them! We chose the ‘animation pool’. No “sunbed wars”. Loads of beds and cabanas and plenty of of parasols. We will be back. Thank you Be Live Team - you were amazing.

Went here as a couple and honestly had the best time. Very clean hotel with lots of activities and things to do during the day. Food was very nice with lots of options! Have to compliment all the staff as well. They all work so hard and are sooo friendly. Have to mention in particular the waiter Oualid and bar man Anas who looked after us so well and Achraf the bar manager and Hicham the kitchen manager who do an amazing job managing all the staff and taking care of all the guests.

Great hotel and great staff. Could not fault it in any way. Oualid who worked at the pool bar alongside Anas were 10/10. Nothing was ever an issue. Really fast service and they went above and beyond for the customers. Anas was throwing out great cocktails and Oualid's table waiting was excellent. Stayed for 6 nights. Would definitely recommend.

Cons: Au bar de la piscine plus tranquille les employés ne l'avaient pas les verres et ne faisait que les rincer à l'eau froide ce qui est un manque d'hygiène important. D'autre part l'hôtel ne propose pas un lunch box pour les personnes qui partent en excursion tôt le matin.

We have just returned from a week at this hotel, it was lovely! The rooms are spacious, modern and clean, you have a kettle and fridge so can make teas and coffees and the mugs they provide are big, not like the silly little ones you usually get (I love a cuppa!). The pools get busier in the afternoons but we were always able to get sun-beds. There is entertainment at the main pool, the staff are engaging and fun. The food in the restaurant was lovely, no complaints, we always found something to eat. You get one visit to the à la carte restaurant during your stay, definitely do that as again the food is great. I would recommend taking a water bottle, as around the pool you get given small glasses of water but where it’s so hot you want bigger glasses unless you want to walk back and forth every 5 mins! My only suggestion to the team would be to have a water machine that guests can access themselves as you have to queue at the bar just to get water, but honestly that is my only complaint (if it is one).

Our first all inclusive..... Fantastic facilities, both pools were relaxing. We loved the swim up option. Very calm and relaxed atmosphere. Accommodation comfortable and food was nice quality and plentiful. Staff were exceptional, all so helpful and seemed genuinely happy to help. Receptionists & front of house teams were honestly unbelievable. . My partner also loved the hotel cat!

Cons: Dès notre arrivée, car nous avons été accueilli avec 2 stylos et 2 feuillets à remplir.. pas une boisson d’accueil sous 38 degrés. Au restaurant principal (le buffet) personne n’accueille , pas un regard, pas un sourire. On doit demander pour avoir des verres et même de l’eau quand on ne vous oublie pas. Le personnel semble désorganisé. Pareil pour le matin, pas de proposition de thé ou d’eau, alors que des jus sont à disposition. Le ménage dans la chambre est moyen (saleté et poussière au niveau des meubles). Il faudrait penser à nettoyer également le plateau à service dans la chambre (voir photo). Au niveau de l’animation c’était plus que moyen. Séance d aquagym approximative à part lorsque Ousmane en était le coach. Beaucoup de guêpes dans la journée avec le sucre des boissons c’est normal et habituel mais ce qui nous a le plus étonné, c’est qu’avec le nombre de verres renversés auprès des transats, il n’y avait pas de nettoyage autour de la piscine (sols, transats, tables). A la fin du séjour, la seule personne qui vous demande si votre séjour s’est bien passé, est le bagagiste. Étant habitués des all inclusive, celui-ci nous a déçu. Bien plus cher pour rien. Nous ne recommandons pas cet hôtel.

Everything was just perfect, with nothing upsetting or unsatisfactory. The staff were nice and great. The hotel was spacious and clean. The food was very good and the entertainment was high-level. My room was quiet and big, with many amenities. This was my second stay here and it was even better than expected!

Our 2nd stay here - it is honestly amazing. From the moment you arrive, you are sincerely welcomed and looked after. Everyone is so kind and friendly. Our Swim-up rooms were stunning - it meant you could lie by your room (in the morning shaded or afternoon full sun) and dip your toes in your own little plunge bit. The 2 pools are great and very clean - one with music and activities and the other with a swim up bar. So many alchohol free cocktails which was a treat for me. The choice and quality of food is seriously impressive - we feasted like kings and there was plenty of choice for our Vegetarian son. We loved the guitarist playing in the evenings. We took the free shuttle into Marrakech - really recommend doing this to visit the Medina, Jardin Secret and Palaces. The PR team were so friendly and addressed any issues promply and with great care. Of course we would love to have stayed longer but we know that we'll be back again - hopefully with elderly in-laws who would have no difficulties accessing all the areas - no trip hazards! Thank you to everyone for making it a magical stay.

Facilities were great and spotlessly clean. Food and drink lovely with a lot of variety. Evening entertainment was fun. Staff were polite, friendly and professional. Second year here. We loved it.

Cons: Nothing

The rooms were really lovely, all very modern and clean looked newly renovated. Liked the two sinks in the bathroom and the good sized shower with separate bath and the toilet having a door to separate from bathroom. Bar staff in particular were brilliant in the lobby bar and back bar. Zizo gets special mention for always having a big smile on his face and making sure we always had a drink. The spa was great and some of our party used the gym and said it was good. The food in the buffet restaurant was excellent and it was replenished quickly, no big queues or people being greedy that we saw. The heated pool was great, lots of activities on during the day in and around the pool and grounds.

Cons: Window between bathroom and bedroom! Why? Possibly to allow natural light in but it does seem unnecessary as we mostly used the bathroom in the evening to get showered to go for dinner and the lights were needed anyway. There is a blind but it is pretty see-through so while it was better than nothing it's not the best for people sharing with friends. There was an issue with the air conditioning in one of our parties rooms which despite being reported didn't seem to be resolved. There was a shortage of towels one day which meant one room were left having showers with just a hand towel to dry them but fresh towels were delivered later in the evening. The entertainment was good but for an adults only hotel we felt the dj could have been on a bit later as could the bar, not looking for all night clubbing but the entertainment finished at 11.30pm and the snack bar next to where the entertainment is held closed at 11pm and the lobby bar closed at 12 midnight. Some indoor music in the lobby bar would have been good. The steps into the heated pool weren't easy to see and the metal railing was quite wobbly.

Overall, the experience was good. The food was nice, and the drinks and service were good, especially in the buffet area, lobby, and sports bar. The rooms and balconies were also nice.

Cons: The plastic glasses used around the swimming pool do not seem to be properly washed in a dishwasher, but only rinsed with tap water. I do not think this is the most hygienic approach. The room cleaning service was also a bit inconsistent, as we were often missing towels after the room had been cleaned.

Cons: Furniture and fittings are poor and not well maintained. Towels are coming apart. Hair dryer is pathetic- bring your own. Flies everywhere and no attempts to keep them at bay with fans or other tricks. Housekeeping walk in without knocking. Spa is nice but treatments are basic- indoor pool is extra charge.

I loved my room

Cons: I didn’t like the staff couldn’t help as much because they couldn’t speak English. The food was a hit & miss. The snack bar outside was horrible. The food took forever to come out in 3 different occasions. Once the food came out it was cold. The French fries were super hard. After I asked for them not to be cooked so long. The drinks aren’t good. The flies are overwhelming while you’re trying to eat in the area that the snack bar is at. The activities & nightlife is boring at the hotel. People at the buffet breakfast/lunch/dinner are nasty. They serve themselves with touching the food with their bare hands. My husband got so sick by eating this food. He had diarrhea & had a fever. I bought him here for his birthday. I feel so bad. I wish they had a jacuzzi on the premises. The cold water in my bath tub did not work. Overall I give this place a 6. If the food was better & if they had more restaurants on the premises it could easily be a 9/10. Also they do have a shuttle bus to take you into town. That was a help. However, the shuttle operates on TIME!!! So be there or be left behind.

The hotel, rooms and grounds were very clean and well kept. They have daily activities to keep you occupied if you decide to stay at the resort vs. going into the town. E.g. yoga, archery, water polo etc. The staff at the restaurant + pool/pool bar areas were very nice and helpful compared to the front of desk reception. Buffet food changed nightly so you had change and rotation so it didn't seem too boring if you're staying there for multiple days. Free large bus shuttle service that you have to pre-book to go to and from the Medina but make sure you book in advance as does get booked out.

Cons: Beware of front of house/taxi concierge helping you book taxis and giving you a lower quote only to find that when you get into the taxi or arrive at the destination the price will be higher than agreed. They will also try to say it's all a "fixed price" but it's not and we had managed to prebook transfers/taxis at a lower price and only when we challenged them on this did they end up going back on their word. It seems like a lot of the staff know the taxis drivers and are running a bit of a scam/inflated pricing service for those staying at the hotel so just a heads up to be careful. We only had a problem with a handful of the same reception staff who had terrible customer service skills, never smiled, when we needed help always made it seem like such a bother and that we were a nuisance to them. A lot of the time they had a very dismissive behaviour and couldnt answer a lot of our simple and direct questions such as "where to go to get the shuttle bus?". We saw this type of behaviour happen to other guests too, when someone had asked for change and the person at the desk just said "no we don't have" and went back on their mobile phone, no eye contact, just did not care for the guest. One evening we tried to book a taxi, again they tried to rush us out of the reception area and said it was confirmed and the next morning we checked and it hadn't been booked in. When we checked in the service was good but it's the customer service afterwards that needs attention especially if they are calling the hotel "5 stars" as the reception/front of house service is definitely not.

Cons: The (new) drinks machines at breakfast were a nightmare. There were horrendous queues every day and when you managed to get a drink it was pretty awful. Also the air conditioning did not seem to go up to high and it was very cold when I was there.

Overall, I wouldn’t say it’s 5* however, the single person that made it a 6* experience was Oussama… not only was he eye candy but he was so so friendly making sure we were okay the whole day! This guy needs to run a hotel one day😎

The atmosphere is the perfect mix of relaxing and fun, with energetic evening entertainment and plenty going on throughout the day. You genuinely cannot be bored here — the daytime activities are constant and run by amazing people. A special mention to Oussama (Snoopy) who made every activity even better. He’s great at cards (almost too good!) and honestly, they should set up a boxing class because practising with him was one of the highlights of our trip. He brings such good energy to the holiday! 🛏 Rooms The rooms were perfect — spotless, comfortable, and cleaned every single day. We couldn’t fault them at all. Beds are SUPER comfy too! 💰 Value for Money Incredible value. The staff treat you so well and genuinely care about your experience. You can see how hard they work, and it makes such a difference. 🍽 Food & Drinks The food was beautiful. I think some of the negative reviews come from very picky eaters, because there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. There’s a huge selection, and they cook things to your preference. Younis makes an amazing lamb chop! You have breakfast, lunch, dinner, plus a snack bar with paninis, chips, burgers, etc. There is truly something for everyone. Desserts are insane — the cooks are so talented. There’s also a pasta station at lunch and dinner where you choose your pasta, sauce, and meat, so even picky eaters are catered for. Zizo in the lobby bar will remember your drinks instantly and keep them flowing. He’s always smiling and brings such good energy. 🧼 Cleanliness Spotless. The cleaners do an amazing job and come in every day. Cleanliness was never an issue. 👥 Staff & Service The staff are what made this one of the best trips I’ve ever been on. They make you feel at home, safe, and genuinely cared for. A huge thank you to: • Yassin, the night reception manager — one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. He made us feel safe, comfortable, and gave us so much local knowledge. • The reception team, who catered to every need with patience and warmth. • The public relations lady, who was always so helpful and full of positivity. • Samil from entertainment — hardworking, respectful, welcoming, and great to talk to about local culture. • Abdel Jaouad, our hibibi, who went above and beyond. He made our stay even better with his kindness, fun energy, and constant effort to make sure we were happy. You can see how hard every single staff member works, and it’s honestly upsetting to see some guests be rude over the smallest things. Someone even had a meltdown over a chocolate milkshake completely unnecessary. If you’re a nice person, you will love this place just treat everyone with respect you can see how hard they work to make it perfect for you! We asked for the heaters in the evening to be turned on as it was a chilly evening, we had to ask twice but only because it was a super busy night but the second we asked again they apologised and came straight out. A lady was extremely rude because they brought out 1 because they had to it one by one as there’s a-lot of people to cater for and they were just changing the canisters and she was extremely rude. But again the public relations lady (who I wish I got her name) sorted this out instantly. I cannot understand how you can be rude to such amazing people. 💆 Spa & Wellness If you’re on the fence about booking a massage — do it. I had a lymphatic drainage massage which was beautiful, and my partner had a full body massage and said he felt “free” afterwards. The spa is lovely and so needed after a few days of holiday drinks. 🎯 Activities There is so much to do: • Archery (super fun!) •Ping pong tables (we used everyday) • Basketball • Golf • Yoga • Football • Gym • Indoor pool • Swim‑up bar • Evening entertainment • Daytime games and sports The sports bar is great too. 🌍 Local Tips & Excursions The hot air balloon ride is a must. The markets were no issue at all — just be respectful, avoid taking photos in certain areas, and dress appropriately to respect the culture. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the markets which you book the day before — super convenient. 🫖 Extras You get Moroccan tea on arrival, which is such a lovely touch. The music around the pool is great, and the whole vibe is just happy and welcoming. ❤️ Final Thoughts We made forever friends here. Treat the staff with respect and you will have one of the best holidays of your life. They work incredibly hard to make your stay perfect, and it truly shows. Golfers retreat, not for couples. Food was luke warm, especially in the snack bar. Grounds are lovely but you're miles from anywhere. Quiet during the day until the golfers returned and they could get quite rowdy, this was not the relaxing break we had hoped for. We Were not given towel tickets on arrival and the beach hut would not give me towels until I went back to reception to get them. With exception of the barmen restaurant staff and the cleaners, most other staff seemed uninterested. My husband is on medication and wanted an alcohol free beer, this apparently is only available at the sports bar which doesnt open until 5pm. Disappointing trip

Allthough we had some bad luck with the weather during our stay, we really had a great time in Marrakesh again thanks to the amazing staff of this hotel. I would like to pay special thanks to Zizou, Ahmed, Mounaim and Reda of the lobby bar, Anas, Abdeljaouad and omar of the snackbar, Moohsine in the poolbar. Ashraf, Murad, Mohammed and Zineb (managers for the bars and restaurant) and Mohktar, also the egg cooking chef, Rajaa, Laila, Akram and Nabil from the restaurant. All personnel in and arround the reception, as well as the guest relation and Abdelhaq. Oussama and Oumayma from the animation team. They all make us feel really welcome at each time and treat us as if we are family. On top of it the hotel really made a very big upgrade on their cocktails, on the alcohol that is used, but also the variaty between virgin and non-virgin cocktails and the way the cocktails are served. Coffee as well had a great upgrade. We can only be happy once again, allthough we missed DJ Oussama during our holiday.

We are just home from 4 nights at Be Live Collection. The hotel was lovely. The room was clean and spacious (we just had a standard double room). Despite being married, I like a private bathroom and too often these days hotel bathrooms have a glass privacy screen rather than a lockable door, basically a bathroom in the bedroom, etc. But this bathroom was perfect for privacy and very spacious with double sink, separate bath, and rainfall shower which was lovely and powerful. The food was lovely. A wide selection at breakfast lunch and dinner. I am a bit of a fussy eater and don't eat a lot of meat but there was still plenty for me to choose from. We didnt try the ala carte restaurant, mainly because we felt it would just be a replica of what was avaialble in the main buffet restaurant but served to your table (could be wrong here though). As others have said, when the weather isn't great there isn't a lot to do and everyone is stuck indoors, but that's a great excuse to take full advantage of the AI! The hotel is in the middle of nowhere so you can't just go for a mooch with your brolley and a raincoat. Overall the staff were friendly and helpful, with the exception of one barman at the pool snack bar - didn't see him crack a smile once! The housekeeping team did a great job and the rooms were always spotless. As everyone mentions, Zizo in the lobby bar was great at keeping your drinks topped up before you were even half way through your first one! I had 2 massages whilst I was there. A hot stone massage and a deep tissue massage. Whilst the spa is very beautiful and serene, and smelled divine, the overall experience was not an enjoyable one for me. The massages were decent enough, but the practices of the therapists are very different to therapists in the UK. I was not left in privacy to undress and put myself under the towel before the therapist came in. The therapist stood in the room and watched and waited for me to undress. There was no towel method used when I changed from lying on my front to lying on my back. They just whipped the towel off me and asked me to turn over - exposing everything. At the end, despite my feet being massaged and oily, they did not place a towel on the floor for me to stand on to prevent me slipping. Fortunately, I anticipated this and got off the bed very gingerly. Again, at the end, instead of leaving me on my own to get off the bed in my own time and get dressed, she whipped the towel off me and stood and handed me my clothes off the hook. I am not a prude by any stretch, but I just think their practices differ very much to what we get in the UK. The receptionist in the spa was also not very friendly or welcoming. Despite decent massages, the whole "spa experience" would put me off having more treatments there if we were return to the hotel. We used the gym a couple of times and although it is small we managed to use the equipment we wanted. They could do with a couple more benches to use the free weights on, along with some more mirrors. As with most gym hotels abroad, there was no air con. As a runner who likes to do a least 10k air con is a must. Opening times were a bit hit and miss, the information the hotel gives you at check in says 7am, but we went there one morning and it was still closed, with the door saying it opened at 7.30am. We went back at 7.30am and there were already a few people in there so it must have opened before 7.30am. We booked a trip through the guy in reception, having been let down by the one we booked ourselves through trip advisor (the company just didn't show up to collect us, after waiting 1.5 hours in reception we gave up - we got a refund). The reception guy was very helpful and the trip was great. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for a 4 day fly and flop holiday if you could guarantee the weather, we were just unlucky.

I thought the room was ok and the gardens were well maintained but that was it.

Cons: The drinks were poor. The bar staff outside were not helpful. The pool bar was dull and uninviting with very minimal drinks. The food was the same every evening in the buffet and in part it was unedible. Evening entertainment was very poor and not enough seating.

Rather than just say how great all of the staff are (which they absolutely are), I thought I'd give an objective review to help others decide if this hote is for them. For context, we went in April 2026, as a family of 5 (with 3 x 17 year olds) Rooms - We had 2 x junior suites and they were huge. More than enough room for the 3 teens and very well appointed and kept clean. Location - The hotel is in the middle of nowhere and you cannot safely walk anywhere. So if you are a runner or like having an explore, this is not for you. There is a shuttle bus into Marrakesh, but it is not somewhere you could go for a walk on your own. Food - there is one buffet restaurant. Lunch & Dinner is excellent, loads of choice that changes by the day. Lots of healthy options as well as desserts and all very fresh and tasty. The kids were particularly delighted when it was sushi night. Breakfast wasn't nearly as good. The most annoying thing was that tea/coffee weren't served to the table. There are 3 machines that make drinks individually, so you can imagine the queues. All could easily be resolved with a big bowl of Greek yogurt, a smoked salmon platter and tea/coffee. The buffet was never overcrowded, no screaming kids running around and a nice relaxed experience A la carte restaurant was easy to get into as you can only book the day before and food was good. Nice having table service and you can upgrade and pay for different wines. Snack bar - handy to grab food outside of the normal hours but the service was always painfully slow. 30 mins wait minimum. Sports Bar - great option but pretty small. Good idea to have board/card games there but you had to wait a long time for pool/table football. Drinks - wine & cocktails were ok. No more than that but drinkable. The cocktails were all premixed which I guess is to be expected in an AI, but not very alcoholic. Gym - was tiny and always very busy with no air con. Yoga - you can do this 3 days a week and the teacher was excellent, would highly recommend. Pools - one quiet pool and one noisy pool. Both great - didn't need anything more and easy to get sunbeds. Trips - we had prebooked a hot air balloon ride and quad biking/camel riding through Get Your Guide. Both were excellent. We also booked trips via the guy at reception which were even better. More expensive but completely worth it especially as you were collected directly from the hotel. Weather - we were super unlucky with the weather. 4 days of hot weather and 3 days of really cold weather Spa - we had a treatment each and they were fine, but nothing I would want to repeat. Entertainment - there was something every night like a band etc. The first few nights as the weather was nice this was outside and v v loud. We like to catch up on sleep on holiday but you couldn't go to sleep before midnight as the sound carried so much. It was inside when it was colder which was such a relief! Marrakesh - it takes about 25 mins to get there from the hotel. We went for a tour of the markets one day and then in for a show dinner at Leopard restaurant another night. The restaurant was great fun but v expensive but worth it. Overall, this is a lovely little hotel with great food and excellent staff which is very good value. It's a good base if you want to explore Morocoo by car, but not if you want to walk anywhere. I wouldn't recommend it for teens - there isn't enough to keep them occupied (we took a chance for the first time with adults only) and wouldn't do it again.

It’s our second visit to Marrakech, and once again it didn’t disappoint. The warm, friendly welcome and genuine hospitality really reflect the city’s vibrant culture. The hotel itself, however, was a little hit and miss—especially considering it’s marketed as a 5-star experience. Our swim-up room was beautifully set within the gardens and was spotlessly clean, with fluffy towels, comfortable pillows, and crisp linen. The room amenities were good, including a fridge, kettle, and Nespresso machine. However, we were surprised to find there were no decaf pods available in the hotel. We ended up visiting a Nespresso store during one of our trips out to buy our own, which felt like something that should have been catered for at this level. The food was inconsistent. While I appreciate that catering on a large scale is challenging, there were times when dishes were noticeably dry. More concerning, though, was the lack of consideration for guests with food allergies. There were shared serving utensils across dishes—including those containing nuts—which is a serious issue. There also didn’t seem to be clearly separated or labelled options for gluten-free or other dietary requirements, which you would expect from a 5-star establishment. The restaurant could feel quite chaotic, particularly when it rained. On one occasion, the roof was leaking and water had pooled on the floor, creating a clear slipping hazard. While table service was available for water and cold drinks, hot drinks were self-service, and the three coffee machines often became overwhelmed, adding to the sense of overcrowding. There are several lovely spaces around the hotel for relaxing and enjoying a drink, but in the evening there is only one main bar. There is also a sports bar by the pool, although it felt more like a novelty than a premium offering. Poolside dining was limited to pizza and chips, which wasn’t particularly appealing. There is an additional restaurant that requires booking, but from looking at the menu, it seemed quite similar to the buffet. We chose to eat out on several evenings, which suited us, but if you were planning to stay within the hotel for your entire trip, the food options might start to feel repetitive. To truly meet a 5-star standard, the hotel’s restaurant infrastructure and entertainment areas need improvement. The staff were consistently lovely and clearly working hard, but management could benefit from stronger organisation and attention to detail. That said, this experience certainly hasn’t put us off—Marrakech remains a destination we’ll happily return to again and again.

We stayed at the Be Live Collection Marrakech Adults Only for a week over Easter as a couple, and overall had a fantastic experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, with very clean and well-maintained rooms that were serviced daily to a high standard. Despite visiting during a busy period, the hotel felt very well organised and efficiently run. The two pool areas were a great feature, helping to spread guests out, and we were pleased to find that even arriving at the pool around midday or later, there were still plenty of sun loungers available. What really stood out to us was the level of service from the staff. Even during busy times, the waiters and pool bar staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and worked incredibly hard to ensure everyone was looked after. They always did so with a smile, which made a big difference and really added to the overall experience. The food was another highlight. The buffet each evening offered a wide variety of well-cooked dishes, all in plentiful supply, and we really enjoyed the quality throughout our stay. The included à la carte dinner was also excellent and definitely worth making the most of. A special mention must go to Akram, who works in the evening buffet restaurant. He truly made our stay exceptional. His attention to detail, friendliness, and genuine care for guests stood out every evening. From making sure we always had drinks, to clearing plates promptly and checking in on how our day had been, he went above and beyond. He is a real credit to the hotel, and we hope this recognition reaches him. While tipping is not expected, it is certainly appreciated. We occasionally tipped around 20 MAD, which was always received gratefully, but at no point did we feel any pressure to do so. We had a wonderful stay and felt very well looked after throughout. Thank you to all the staff for making our holiday so enjoyable – and especially to Akram!

Le personnel est à l’écoute, accueillant et très attentif. Ils répondent rapidement à nos besoins et sont toujours souriants, ce qui rend le séjour très agréable. La nourriture ainsi que les cocktails sont excellents. L’hôtel est situé à environ 25 minutes du centre de Marrakech, ce qui est idéal pour se reposer au calme. Une navette est mise à disposition dans la journée, ce qui est vraiment pratique. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Un séjour parfait ! En grande partie grâce à tout le personnel qui était vraiment au petit soin, une super équipe souriante, professionnelle et super sympa ! La chambre bien au delà de nos attentes, les restaurants sont très bons et variés. Les 2 piscines sont vraiment top ! Une adresse que l'on a gardée et où on reviendra sans aucun doute !!!!

The hotel itself is very well presented and the staff are all very professional, polite, courteous and always smiling. The bar staff (Reda, Ahmed & Zizo), the boutique restaurant (Mourad) and reception (Moustafa & Said) have all been wonderful. The cleaning staff always do a fabulous job of keeping our suite pristine and stocked up well too. The kitchen team and chefs for the main buffets were extremely helpful and considerate. The food is lovely and the variety great too. Great to see both local and international cuisine & fabulous choices for starters, mains and desserts. The shuttle bus (coach) to take you to-&-from the hotel into Marrakech was a bonus too. Very well organised (make sure you book your tickets at reception and ensure you get back on the coach at the specified time you chose). We cannot fault anything at the hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Keep-up the excellent standards and well done to all the team & management👍

A good option for large groups on an all-inclusive basis. The staff in the lobby, in the dining room and pool bar are consistently pleasant and accommodating. The location is around a 25-minute drive from the centre of Marrakesh; however, we were aware of this in advance, so it wasn’t an issue for us. The food is good, with plenty of variety and options to choose from. The rooms and communal areas were clean, and the staff were generally polite.

Cons: I stayed at this hotel two years ago, and I must say there is noticeably more wear and tear now. The towels were not as soft or as white as they used to be, and the outdoor furniture cushions were stained, with sun loungers appearing quite dirty. The pool staff were not particularly helpful; we had to move the umbrellas ourselves, despite them being quite heavy. The food selection is good overall, but on Sunday, due to the number of guests dining, there was a shortage of food, and much of the hot food was already cold.

Cons: I have stayed in many high-class five-star hotels, and there are several points where this property could improve. The food was very basic and nothing special. Although we booked an all-inclusive package for our three-night stay, we were told that one of the restaurants required an additional payment because it is only included for stays of four nights or more. This does not make sense, as guests pay per night, not per stay. The hotel description stated that the rooms have air-conditioning, but during the winter it was switched off and only warm air was coming out. After we informed the staff, we were told that the air-conditioning is kept off in winter. Even in winter, daytime temperatures can reach 28 degrees or more, and of course guests may want to take a nap during the day, so the air-conditioning should be functional. If the hotel wants to save costs, then at the very least it should not state on Booking.com that the rooms have air-conditioning.

He is extremely polite, well-mannered, and highly professional. From the very first moment, he greeted us with kindness and made us feel truly welcome and comfortable. Cons: Im writing regarding a recent deduction from my deposit due to minor makeup stains found on a pillow and towel during my stay. As I explained at the time, these light stains could easily be removed with a standard wash, and I was told the charge would be cancelled if the stains came out. However, I have yet to receive a refund. While I understand the need to maintain cleanliness, I believe this situation could have been handled more professionally and with more understanding. Small matters like this can usually be resolved without making the guest feel uncomfortable or deducting from their deposit, especially without first giving them a fair opportunity to resolve the issue. The way this was communicated to me was upsetting and made me feel unnecessarily stressed. I was already nervous, and this approach only made things worse. As a result, I would not feel comfortable recommending this hotel to others, as charging guests for such minor, easily fixable issues creates a poor experience. I hope this matter can be resolved fairly and that my refund is processed as promised. Thank you for your attention.

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel, and everything exceeded our expectations. The entertainment team was absolutely outstanding and really made our stay special from beginning to end. Every evening was full of fun, good vibes, and great organization. The highlight was definitely the New Year’s celebration. DJ Oussama and Mr. Salim did an exceptional job organizing the event in a very professional way. The music, atmosphere, shows, and energy were incredible a truly brilliant party that kept everyone entertained and happy all night long. The entertainment team knows exactly how to create unforgettable moments. A special thanks to Zizo and Ahmed at the lobby bar. They are true professionals: friendly, attentive, and always smiling. Their service during the New Year party was excellent. Big respect as well to their manager Achraf, who clearly leads his team with professionalism and care. Special recognition goes to Zina, the restaurant manager, who is truly top class. She is very friendly, welcoming, and always present to make sure guests are satisfied. Her professionalism and positive attitude make a real difference. Overall, this hotel offers amazing entertainment, excellent service, and a wonderful team who truly care about their guests. I highly recommend this hotel and would happily return again, especially for special events like New Year’s Eve.

Comfortable and nice stay. Rooms were big and bathroom was nice. Slightly annoying that the bathroom has a massive window next to the bed and the blind is see through. Everything was clean and the rooms had lots of amenities. Water in the fridge too. Our hairdryer was unfortunately broken so i couldn’t turn up the strength. Took ages to dry my hair. The food was great and there was so much of it. Lots of different options and delicious traditional moroccan food. The restaurant staff were so quick and efficient. Super friendly too. Drinks were okay, obviously you don’t expect much with all inclusive, but the cocktails weren’t that great. Mint tea was so tasty. My mum left her bag at the pool bar and went to reception to ask if it has been handed in. They barely even moved to look and said no straight away. We then went back to the pool bar and asked the kind waiter who told us he handed it in. We then had to go be the reception and then they decided to have a look in the cupboard. Everything was all still in the bag, but lots of effort could have been saved if they had just looked in the first place. Spa was lovely. We got a nice massage which was very relaxing. Slightly annoying that you have to pay 150 dirhams to use the heated inside pool and steam room. You also have to book a slot to use the steam room. Shuttle bus into the centre of town was super helpful and efficient. Always on time and easy to use. Don’t think the hotel is 5 stars, more like 4. Still a comfortable stay and would stay again.

Lovely hotel with immaculately kept gardens. Big clean rooms, nice to have a big king size bed rather than 2 singles pushed together which we've had at other hotels. The food was great (particularly the lamb tagine) with a mix of different things to suit different tastes, plenty of food and drinks available throughout the day. Location wise it was ideal for what we wanted - quiet and peaceful and out of the way. However it is quite far out so if you were wanting to be more immersed in the culture or have things nearby I would choose a hotel closer to the medina. We chose excursions which offered pick up but otherwise the hotel offers a shuttle service. The only negatives were the reception staff who we found quite stand-offish. Not exactly rude but not particularly forthcoming either, they didnt even ask us how our stay was when we checked out. I know we visited in the low season when fatigue sets in but by contrast everyone else we met, bar, waiting and even housekeeping staff were friendly. A smile goes a long way! The other negative was a drainage smell coming from the fountain in the courtyard outside our room, this meant occasional drain smells wafting in when we opened the door, luckily we didnt notice when the door was shut and being colder we didnt have air-conditioning on, but I imagine that could be quite unpleasant when hot.

This is an exceptional hotel, which belies its address: Lot 6B! The buildings and grounds are immaculately kept, the food and beverage are plentiful and varied, and the levels of service are exceptional. Nothing is too much trouble for anyone, with the vast majority of staff being multilingual. Perhaps the only downside, if you want to spend time in the city, is the 30 min transfer by complimentary bus. If that is not an issue, this is a perfect resort in which to relax.

We had almost a full week of rain during our stay, but Emma and Reda from the entertainment team made a huge difference. Instead of feeling stuck inside, we spent a lot of time with them at the lobby bar, talking, laughing, and playing cards together. The atmosphere felt very cozy and friendly, like being with people we already knew. What we really appreciated is that they stayed present with the guests, checking if everyone was okay and trying their best to keep the mood positive. The yoga sessions were another highlight peaceful and very well guided, helping us relax and forget about the weather. Emma and Reda truly contributed to the good memories we have from this holiday.

We stayed at the hotel during a rainy week, but thanks to the entertainment team especially Emma, Red and osama we never felt bored. Most of the time we were at the lobby bar with them, chatting, playing cards, and enjoying the friendly atmosphere. Even when the weather was bad outside, they always found a way to keep everyone smiling. Emma and Osama were very kind, always taking time to sit with the guests and make us feel comfortable. The yoga sessions were also a lovely surprise calm, relaxing, and well organized a perfect way to start the morning despite the rain. They really turned a grey week into a warm and pleasant experience.

During Check-in, I was told by Yassine that we had to pay a €100 Security Deposit (1st time Ever) + €50 Tourist/City Tax. When I returned with my Debit Card, there was an amount of €795 on the Card Machine Screen. When I queried this Yassine just kept saying Booking Booking!! He already had our Passports & our Fully Paid Accommodation Voucher so I didn't understand why I was being charged this & I was not given any explanation. He became extremely rude & spoke to me in a very aggressive tone when I would not pay the €795. Eventually he changed the amount on the Card Machine & I proceeded to pay for the Security Deposit and the Tourist/City Tax. During this time, he took a phone call from another guest and started to list out Fast food Options & offered to order a taxi to collect the food for 300dh, while I am standing there waiting to complete my Check-in. I have never before experienced such behaviour and still feel quite traumatised by the event. The next morning I went to Guest Relations to report the incident. The Reception Manager was called over & I was assured that they would investigate. I did not receive Any Communication in the 9days of our stay. This morning when I checked out @ 5:30am Yassine told me that I needed to pay Extra Tourist/City Tax because he said hadn't charged me enough when I arrived. I asked him to send me an email containing details of the Amount I had Paid & the Amount that was Due & that I would pay for any arrears online. He agreed! After I had departed for the airport, I checked my Banking App & he had charged me an additional €10, Without My Card & Without My Permission! It's a shame really because Every Other Staff Member we met during our stay at this hotel were An Absolute Delight!

Amazing hotel. Hotel was clean and efficient. Staff friendly especially the bar men and roof cleaners. Had room 3101 and the cleaner I had was amazing. The room was always fresh and smelt nice. Hotel amenities had everything you needed from 3 different bars and 3 pools including inside heated pool. The heated pool you do need to pay for as it's in the spa area but is quite cheap. Only issue was that there was not much vegetarian options for the 3 meals of the day in any restaurant. Thanks to all staff for a wonderful stay. See you all again soon

They make us feel really welcome at each time and are treathing us as if we are family. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The hotel itself is beautiful, very clean, and well maintained, with a relaxing atmosphere throughout. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, and the facilities were excellent. What really stood out, however, was the staff, everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. A special mention goes to one of the men working in the restaurant during breakfast and lunch (in white shirt). I can’t remember his name, but he was tall and relatively slim, and I believe his name may have begun with an “S”. His service was outstanding: attentive, kind, and was always engaging with us. He truly deserves recognition for his hard work. Overall, a wonderful experience and a 5-star stay thanks to the hotel and its amazing team.

Because we were celebrating my 40th birthday After After that, we met one of the most important people who made our vacation so wonderful. He's not just a waiter he's become my friend, and I truly enjoy meeting new people like OUALID . He took care of us every moment we met with such love, sincerity, and efficiency. Everyone and Everything was amazing! The staff were extremely helpful. I cant go further without mentioning Mohammed (Food and beverage Director) and Kauser. They impressed me and my wife the very first time they met us. As days went by, we were even more impressed by their excellence. We think, they should be awarded a Gold medal for their performance of duty. Having stayed in various hotels around the world, with no shadow of doubt, this hotel was a great pleasurable experience. It’s absolutely gorgeous and provided varying activities for the young and active people. Equally, a secluded tranquil wading pool area to relax and enjoy the sun lying on the sunbeds sipping your favourite drinks. The rooms are spacious, facilities are incredible, service is impeccable The food was incredibly delicious and a large variety to spoil anyone. The food and beverage were at your beck and call whether you were at the Bar or swimming pool or the Sports center or the tranquil wading pool. I had an amazing stay at Be Live Adults Only Marrakech. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and taken care of. The atmosphere is peaceful, stylish, and truly designed for relaxation—exactly what you want from an adults-only resort. The rooms were modern, clean, and very comfortable, with all the amenities you could need. The pool area was a highlight: spacious, calm, and perfect for unwinding with a drink in the sun. The entertainment team kept a nice balance of fun activities without ever making the place feel loud or crowded. The food was great, with plenty of variety each day. Whether at the buffet or the à la carte options, everything was fresh and well-prepared. The bar staff also deserve a special mention—they were friendly, fast, and always happy to recommend a cocktail.

This is an exceptional hotel, and well worth a visit, the staff are lovely the food is good with a variety to satisfy everyone with a good selection of foods with a section dedicated to the food of Morocco. The pool area though especially at the pool bar is a bit of a let down with missing tiles at the bar area definitely not a good look. We used the Spa and was worth the money. There is a free shuttle bus the Hotel runs into Marrakech you just book at reception, but be careful though when your dropped off at the Market you will be approached by old guys asking if you would like a tour, these guys are not part of the hotel just chancing their arm. over all enjoyed my time, although feel would stick to Agadir as more to walk round and see and lots of nice restaurants.

Lovely Hotel, although a bit out of the way, Hotel provided free shuttle but into City. I have to say the Staff were first class and a credit to the Hotel, everyone had a smile for you and seemed to genuinely care. Hotel activities were abundant and gardens well kept and extremely clean. Rooms were clean and modern Food however was a bit of a let down - dished were frequently cold - personally i was ill twice due to food, first time I cannot say for sure it was in Hotel but second time id was definately due to the food. for that reason alone I would say this is a resonablt 4* hotel - there is no way it is 5*

We came as a group to Be Live Collection Adults Only Marrakech and this stay was honestly our best one so far. Achraf, the bar manager, and his whole team took great care of us. The difference in the drink selection compared to our previous visits was easy to notice, much better variety and everything well prepared. We spent a lot of time at the bar, the snack bar, and the pool bar, and the service was always friendly and quick. The heated pool made the whole trip even more enjoyable, especially in the cooler parts of the day. Thanks to Achraf and his team for the great atmosphere. We appreciated it and we’ll definitely come back.

This has to be one of the worst hotels in the world I have ever stayed at. I checked in on the day of my birthday, there was no acknowledgement of my birthday despite hotels having a standard procedure to check passports and us having to fill out paperwork which includes our personal details. There was no card left in the room, no complimentary cake, nothing. The rooms were ok however the walls are very thin, for two nights we heard occasional banging from upstairs and we could hear pretty much everything from the room next door. There were also holes in the bedding. The food was absolutely DISGUSTING and very limited options, even the juices tasted bad. On arrival we had missed lunch so we ate at the snack bar by the pool, my partner and I both ordered beef burgers which were raw. The reception area is not nice, considering this is supposed to be a 5-star hotel. This hotel is more of a 3-star. On check out, they did not even ask us how our stay was. First and last time in Morocco, avoid this hotel at all costs.

Not a 5 star hotel -A disappointing experience. A disappointing experience. Belive Hotel - 5 star- This hotel is nowhere near a 5 star hotel. All inclusive was not all inclusive – local wine, local beer and very limited list of local spirits (Rum, Vodka, Gin) all of these were below standards of decent tasting alcohol. The menu for cocktails was also limited. No possibility of getting a Negroni, Old Fashioned, Strawberry Daiquiri, etc There should be transparent information on what “all inclusive” actually is, with a note to say that this is local wine, local beer, local and limited spirits. With a note to say you can pay extra for premium wines – which we did as the local wine was poor, to say the least. Other disappointing notes: Nescafe packets for coffee – we would expect a Nespresso machine to be in the room. No sports channels on tv in the room No table service at pool We needed to get coffee from the other bar if you wanted coffee after dinner. Breakfast was too busy-queues for toasting bread, getting an omelette. Queues for getting a table some evenings as not enough available tables for the peak time of dinner. Another disappointing part of staying at this hotel was only being allowed to use the alternative restaurant once in a 7 night stay. The alternative restaurant in the hotel was very good. On the positive side, the rooms were clean, all the hotel staff were friendly. The hotel staff worked hard but with the amount of people in the hotel, there were delays in getting the bought wine back to our table in good time. We ate dinner at The Sofitel Hotel one evening, which was excellent -that is a 5 star hotel– fully stocked bar. Full waiter service with an extensive list of wines and drinks to choose from. Perhaps YGT should visit the Sofitel and see how first hand the difference in what is provided there and what the Belive Hotel provides. There is a world of difference. Having taken the complimentary shuttle for the Souk, when we were dropped off, there were no signage for the souk – a map would have been helpful.

I'm just back from a fantastic relaxing holiday at the Belive Collection Adults only at Marrekesh. This is not our first visit, but each time, it becomes even more special. Abdullah and his staff were as always very helpful and tended to our every need. Thank you for that, Aceraf is just a wonderful guy. In my opinion, he is that good. If he could give you your money back, he would. And a big thankyou to his bar staff. Rajaa in the restaurant works tirelessly looking after everyone as they all do. Omar is a lovely guy. He was in the pool bar this year, and I can't write a review without a mention for my brother, Oussama, in the animation team. Although all the animation team are brilliant, he stands out for me. The bell boys in front of the house are an asset to the hotel as well as a brilliant housekeeping team. Overall , it's a wonderful hotel very clean with great accommodation and great staff. We will be back

Such a fabulous hotel, location great, close to the airport and complimentary shuttle bus to the centre runs all through the day, food is lovely especially the snack bar at lunch by the pool, all the staff were lovely especially the service we experienced by OUALID was outstanding at the pool / snack bar and zizo at the lobby bar.

Me (21) and my mum (60) had such a great time here, friendly entertainment team during the day and wonderful service at the buffet and bar. The highlight of the trip was Emma's banter, who we met when she hosted our first archery session. Oussama was also excellent, he gave great advice on the Archery and was always happy for a kickabout with the football if you have the energy after being drunk in the sun haha! Would 100% stay here again, brilliant value for money and close to marrakech (>30 minutes on the free shuttle) I could go on about each department and all the staff but they all worked together to ensure our stay was 5* By all means this is a 5* hotel without the price tag that usually come with it.

We had a holiday in this hotel, I read lot of reviews and it was right. Everything is awesome, food in the both restaurants specially KSAR. Lobby bar staff are great zizzo, Ahmed and dj Oussama. They are the best staff in the evenings. And the managers Achraf and Salim they look after everyone, they are professional. I recommend everyone to visit this big palace.

Here’s an honest review and detailed review. I stayed at the Be Live Collection for 5 nights with my partner, and while the hotel has potential, my overall experience was disappointing. Hotel & Interior The interior of the hotel is genuinely stunning, and the property itself is beautiful. Visually, it makes a great first impression. Cleanliness & Dining Environment Another issue I noticed was the presence of stray cats walking around the restaurant while guests were eating. I understand some people may not mind, but for guests like myself who are uncomfortable around cats, it made the dining experience unpleasant. It also doesn’t feel very hygienic to have animals wandering around the eating areas. Food Unfortunately, the food was one of the biggest letdowns. Breakfast options were extremely limited—so much so that I ended up skipping it most days. Lunch and dinner didn’t offer much improvement, as the same dishes were served every day with very little variety. The snack bar wasn’t too bad, but it shouldn’t be the highlight of the dining experience. Service Service was slow and inconsistent. Based on my personal experience, there seemed to be a noticeable difference in attentiveness depending on who the staff were serving. On multiple occasions, my partner and I (both Black) were left waiting significantly longer than guests who arrived after us. At the snack bar, we sat for around 15 minutes without being served, while two white couples who arrived later were attended to before us. Even when ordering drinks, staff often ignored us but immediately served white guests who approached after. It was uncomfortable and disheartening, and it definitely impacted our stay. But Zizo and Ahmed amazing at their service attentive and really friendly. Honestly couldn’t fault them whatsoever. Shuttle Service Another disappointing experience was with the free shuttle. The hotel clearly states on the information sheet by the front desk that the FREE shuttle is included for guests with the Be Live wristband. However, when my partner and I arrived on time for the shuttle from the Souk, the driver tried to leave without us. Other passengers had to tell him to open the doors for us. On top of that, he still charged us 20 dirham, even though we were entitled to the free service. It felt unorganised, unfair, and rude. Entertainment Entertainment was quite underwhelming—small, limited, and not very engaging. Also not having enough space which left guests fighting for seats or standing around. There was one evening I genuinely enjoyed, when they incorporated cultural elements that got everyone participating, but aside from that, it wasn’t impressive. Overall While the hotel is beautiful, the lack of food variety, slow service, and my personal experience with inconsistent treatment overshadowed the positives.

Definitely not 5*! Staff are very friendly. Food disappointing, especially Ksar restaurant. Talking to staff, management cutting costs, cheaper ingredients. But could still be tastier if spices and herbs were used. Room spacious, beds and towels changed daily. Cleanliness ok. Minibar consisted of a bottle of water and milk portions. Nice touch have espresso machine in room, but bring your own capsules. Drinks, overall very poor quality. White wine passable with ice! Best coffee served in lobby bar, but only opens from noon. Free shuttle provided into Marrakesh, on a very swish bus! Overall, relaxing time, played golf and visited Atlas Mountains, very interesting with our hire car!

The property is in a good location that’s not too fat away from the airport and local amenities and services which makes it very convenient and comfortable for visitors.

Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich! Wir haben bis auf ganz wenige Ausnahmen nur sehr freundliche, professionelle und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter getroffen. Das gilt für das Rezeptionsteam, die Jungs an der LobbyBar, im Restaurant (Sonderlob für Zina und unseren Moussa!), die Damen im Spa Bereich oder die Haustechniker und Zimmermädchen. Sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich! Auch Guestrelationmanager Ghizlane hat auf unsere Wünsche sehr schnell und professionell reagiert. Generell gilt: soviel Lächeln ist ansteckend! Weiters zu erwähnen: Die gesamte Anlage ist wunderschön angelegt und sehr gut beschildert. Die Zimmer sehr sauber. Auch das kulinarische Angebot ist ganztägig ausgezeichnet. Unglaubliche Auswahl - es gab auch grandiosen Thunfisch, tolles Sushi, eine eigene Nudelstation mit frisch zubereiteter Pasta, marokkanische Spezialitäten, leckeres Brot für EU-Europäer! Es wird mehrfach täglich ein kostenloser Shuttle Bus in die City/Medina angeboten - ist ein toller Service. Und auch das Fitnessstudio ist mit modernen Geräten ausgestattet - hat genau für uns gepasst.

Cons: 1. Der SWIM-UP Pool ist definitiv kein Swimmingpool, denn man kann bei nur 60 cm Tiefe und 1 Meter breite nicht wirklich schwimmen. ausserdem ist er nicht beheizt, was zumindest Ende November es zu einem Ding der Unsinnigkeit werden lässt. 2. Es gibt 2 Pools - einer davon ist nicht beheizt. Das ist der mit der Pool Bar. Somit bleibt die Poolbar leer! was vielleicht gar nicht so schlecht ist, denn damit ist der Pool ohne Party und diese kann getrost am zweiten „beheizten“ Pool stattfinden. Dort gibts halt keine Pool Bar. 3. Die Mitarbeiter in der Poolbar und in der Snackbar sind nicht wirklich motiviert, man wird zuerst 2 bis 3mal ignoriert, dann darf man großzügig etwas bestellen. Hier könnte öfter der Abteilungsleiter vorbeikommen und nach dem rechten sehen. 4. Für den Indoor Pool einen Eintritt zu verlangen ist schwach. da könnte man ein paar Leute motivieren in den „Spa Keller“ zu gehen und dort Behandlungen zu buchen! 5. Sehr schwaches Internet - gerade jetzt wo das Hotel voll ist. 6. Eine Kaffeekapsel pro Tag pro Person sollten bei dem Preis inkludiert sein. Wir haben uns dann auf den löslichen Nescafe reduziert. Jedoch ist sollte man die Firma die die Nescafe-Päckchen, aber auch Senf, Ketchup und Mayonnaise herstellt, tauchen, denn es ist nicht möglich ohne den Einsatz der eigenen Zähne die Päckchen zu öffnen. 7. Vor allem ein Großteil der männlichen britischen Gäste ignoriert die Vorgabe am Eingang der beiden Restaurants, dass weder kurze Hosen noch Badeschlapfen beim Abendessen erlaubt sind. Irgendwann gewöhnt man sich an diesen Umstand - aber zumindest im A la carte Restaurant sollte es eine Verpflichtung sein. Wir haben uns unter anderem für dieses Hotel entschieden, weil es für uns auch zum Urlaub dazugehört, dass man sich auch hin und wieder schön kleidet und nicht rumläuft wie frisch aus dem Swimmingpool. Und es wäre ein leichtes, dies gleich zu Beginn des Urlaubs an alle Gäste zu kommunizieren.

great stay but food let’s this place down. couldn’t give a higher rating due to the fact me and my boyfriend struggled to eat each evening we stayed for 5 nights in november and had a relaxing stay. room is clean and maids are excellent. was spotless every day when we returned from the pool. minibar wasn’t stocked which i haven’t experienced in other 5*’s i’ve visited around the world- but for the price you can’t complain. no dressing gowns or slippers which would be nice but not a major issue. the poolside is lovely. activities always happening to keep guests entertained. defo recommend sitting round the heated pool located near the sports bar if you visit in the cooler months as the other one is too cold to get in. pool bar staff are lovely and there’s always someone walking round clearing glasses to ensure the poolside is kept clean. lots of flies and wasps though but can’t be helped by hotel. food was the biggest let down for us. breakfast buffet was tolerable due to the omlette station but everything else we tried had a strange taste to it. snack bar situated at the side of the pool was our saving grace as the food was actually decent there. we’d have lunch there and a late afternoon snack before returning to the room. evening buffet was dreadful, me nor my partner are picky eaters but we found ourselves stuck with what to eat each night. the food selection wouldn’t be half bad if it had taste to it but majority was bland and a let down. à la carte was genuinely the worst meal we had on the trip, reception staff messed up our booking there and when we got a slot on the day she originally offered to us we were told 2 of the items we wanted were unavailable. after hearing from other guests to avoid certain things we were stuck with what to have as they were some of the only things available on the very limited menu. starter we had lettuce and avocado salad- which both were brown and looked like they were past their sell by date. main we had cous cous which you’d expect to me good as it’s a moroccan dish- complete let down. flavourless and bland. only course we both enjoyed was the dessert which was a pistachio ball which you covered in hot chocolate sauce. bar on an evening was good- took me a while to find a drink which i liked on the menu as the cocktails were a tad percuilar. Zizo and Ahmed in the lobby bar were excellent- another guy who would keep the tables clean was lovely too (didn’t catch his name) and would always make sure you never had an empty glass. entertainment was decent but did get a tad overcrowded in there so wonder what it’s like in busier months. Spa facilities were great, £70 approx pp for a hamman bath, facial and 30 min massage. both me and my partner enjoyed this. gym was a let down. 2 treadmills, 2 crosstrainers and a sporadic assortment of weight machines. not like other 5*’s i’ve visited. overall we enjoyed our visit as it was a relaxing break we both needed but if it wasn’t for the weather we would’ve been greatly let down by this place. i have visited countless 5*’s in Dubai, Mexico, Greece etc and this place doesn’t come close- for the price you pay it’s what you get compared to them but the food is really what lets it down

We had a lovely stay at this hotel and would definitely return. The room was really modern, clean, and comfortable, and the bed was especially cosy — perfect after long days in the sun. We spent most of our time by the main pool near the snack bar, which had a great atmosphere. The other pool was quite cold, so we didn’t use it as much, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. The food was consistently tasty, with lots of fresh fish, meat, and delicious pastries available at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. While everything was enjoyable, we did feel that some evenings the options were a little similar, and a bit more variety would have been nice. A real highlight of our stay was the attentive and friendly staff. Mustafa in the sports bar was fantastic — always serving drinks with a smile and making sure we were comfortable. The waiters at lunchtime and in the lobby bar were also great, always checking in and keeping our drinks topped up without us even having to ask. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable stay with great service. We’d happily return!

We have just spent 2 weeks at this lovely hotel and waiting in reception for our taxi pick up to the airport. We have had a lovely, relaxing holiday. We were slightly worried on if the weather would be good enough but other than heavy rain overnight during our first week it’s been hot and sunny since. We were shown to a lovely, spacious room (2017) and were looked after by the lovely Fatima who kept us supplied with water and individual cartons of milk each day. Also coffee sachets but surprisingly no teabags. So if you like a cup of tea in your room you need to take some with you. The bathroom is large with huge bath, shower and two sinks. A separate toilet is within the bathroom. There wasn’t a huge amount of storage but it was adequate. Free safe to use and small fridge. The WiFi is good inside the hotel but a little hit and miss outside in the grounds. We sat by the ‘quiet pool’ each day and there were plenty of sunbeds to choose from as well as cabanas. There were no wasps that we’d read about but there were lots of flys which were a nuisance. Insect repellant sorted them out! There is a bar and a very efficient barman.The food here is good with lots of choice. The hotel obviously takes note of guests suggestions. I had read a couple of reviews where people had remarked that there wasn’t labels on the food. There is now! There’s a pasta and pizza station as well as fish, beef and chicken dishes. Lots of vegetables too. The desserts were delicious as well as looking lovely. Always 4 different flavours of ice cream and lots of fresh fruit. There is an al a carte restaurant which we could have used but we were so happy with the buffet restaurant we didn’t use it. We had lunch at the snack bar twice and this was freshly cooked and satisfied my husbands wish for a plate of chips! Towels are collected from the lively pool where the friendly animation team make everyone welcome. There is also a small library here as well as another we discovered accidentally on the first floor lobby. Each member of staff we have had dealings with have been great from Kaoutar the lovely Guest Relations young lady, to Zines the restaurant manager and Akbar one of the waiters to the so efficient reception staff we couldn’t have asked for more. Not forgetting Yassim who always greeted us with a smile. All the staff seem happy in their work and with each other. Mustn’t forget the gardens here, they are beautiful. The gardeners deserve accolades for the state of them. We have had hammam’s many times on our holidays but this was the best we’ve had. A steam and scrub for two was 900 dirhams. We used the shuttle bus once and went to the market and this worked well. Due to mobility issues we didn’t stay too long. Quite a revelation to see the masses of fruits and spices. We travelled with easyJet holidays and the rep at the hotel was friendly and went out of his way to help us regarding a wheelchair at the airport. Only two things we would have appreciated, one would have been bar service round pool and the other is hand rails at the quiet pool. My husband had to be helped from the water.

We had the most fabulous weeks holiday our 1st time to Morrocco, so glad we picked this hotel! The staff are what made this holiday, hotel is situated a bit out of town so cant really go out for a dander which is a pity but made the most of a few excursions, if you want a relaxing break this is the hotel, 2 large pools 1 heated the other fresh water with swim up bar, every member of staff is so attentive and friendly shout out to Zizo and Oualid.... will defo be back and will most definitely recommend

Was a bit wary upon arrival having read previous reviews, nearly changed hotel a few days before but glad we stayed with it as our overall experience was enjoyable. The hotel and grounds are lovely, we didn't really notice any issues with maintenance, just fairly typical of a hotel of its age and is obviously busy most of the year. We liked our room, nice, clean and spacious. I would agree with previous reviews that it isn't comparable to other 5 star hotels but neither is the price we paid. The drinks were fine, again what do you expect for the cost. We bought a couple of bottles of prosecco at the airport (UK) which we kept in our mini fridge in the room but I actually found the Rose drinkable and enjoyed a couple of the cocktails. I suppose our main disappointment were the food options, buffet breakfast was fine, good choice and freshly cooked omelettes, pancakes etc. Bread choice not great especially if you prefer brown but again not a big problem. We didn't really enjoy the evening buffet selection and ended up eating there only twice in our 5 night stay. We booked in the onsite Moroccan restaurant but ended up walking out on the main course as it just didn't look or taste great, not something I have ever done before but it just wasn't for us. The pool bar pizzas are great, can recommend them. The biggest shout out goes to the staff, they were fabulous at the pool bar (Oulid - amazing!) and in the Lobby Bar. Entertainment was good too. Can't say we enjoyed the Medina experience, a bit too full on and edgy but glad to have visited, we ended up moving our restaurant time earlier (we booked DARDAR which was fab) and taxi back to the hotel earlier than expected. We also booked Nobu rooftop restaurant for our last night which was amazing - definitely recommend. The Spa is definitely worth booking for Hammam or massage, very reasonably priced.

Lovely hotel, lovely staff, great food. We really enjoyed our stay here - it was as good as the reviews suggested. We are always a bit wary of buffet food, but it was excellent and the Moroccan dishes in particular were very tasty. They have an "outer" bit in the buffet which we found particularly good - sunnier and quieter. We were very well served there by Moussa and Hamid, always helpful and smiling. Kaourta( I think that's right) was a welcoming hostess and Fatima cleaned our room beautifully. No problem getting loungers at the pools, lovely gardens, and a sports bar where we saw Scotland qualify for the World Cup! Criticisms? None really, the buffet could do with another toaster to avoid the inevitable queues and you need to know that the hotel is out of the way - I would have liked an area to be able to walk in but hey I knew that.

I stayed with my husband as we celebrated his birthday and our wedding anniversary. The hotel exceeded our expectations. All of the staff were very attentive and very welcoming. Any requests were managed well and efficiently. There were plenty of food options especially as we are vegetarians. The drinks were lovely (A wide selection). The bedrooms were very spacious and cleaned daily. The medina was about a half an hour drive and so were the souks. There are shuttle services provided all inclusive which were really efficient. The swimming pool indoor and outdoor was lovely. The live entertainment was spectacular and well organised. I'd like to specially thank Zine, Akram, Zizo, Ahmad and Kaotar for always going the extra mile and providing excellent service. They created a great atmosphere and we will surely return to stay again. Will miss the staff and their lovely smiles.

Generally positive about this hotel but a few shortfalls that would improve it substantially if they were corrected. Extremely clean in all areas especially bedrooms and food areas. The bedroom is great size with a large double bed. The shower is both rain and hand held with adequate water pressure. The water provided in the room is limited to 2L per day and varies at the bars whether they will provide additional - frankly, ridiculous, since they are dishing out free alcohol to the all-inclusive clientele. Breakfast is okay with a fair amount of choice, fruit, porridge, cereals - strange mix of hot food, no bacon, few egg varieties, strangely no chilled (or any) water - why? Plenty of more expensive fruit juice available! Evening buffet has fair amount of choice but the meat and fish can be disappointing, the meat often tough and the fish non-filleted. Salad choice is reasonable and well presented. Good choice of sweets. Wine served with meals is very palatable. The bars have variable service levels and all provide relatively weak/cheap spirit drinks and draft beer of the same standard. Drink glasses are small which inevitably leads to a busy bar area with everyone refilling. Really didn’t see much abuse of the all-inclusive so think the balance is really wrong here. Both pool areas are well serviced with beds, although the pools a little too cold in November to get full benefit of. No mattresses on sun beds does make them a little uncomfortable. Staff assistance can be variable throughout although the room cleaners are invariably friendly - a little more variable on the front desk where smiling is clearly a chore at times. Compliments to Youssef on the concierge desk who appears to have a constant smile and is diligent in arranging taxis and trips. Enjoyed the 4-hour guided tour in a private taxi that was provided for just £25/person, excellent value with a very knowledgeable guide. Sort the cheap skating out Be Live and you will provide a much better experience.

We had an absolutely fabulous time at this Hotel. The staff go up and beyond to meet your every needs. The restaurant staff especially Saad were brilliant and of course the bar staff Zuzo and Ahmed were out of this world keeping us stocked up with drinks every evening. This hotel is small but very relaxing and we would definitely recommend it.

We had no place for an after dinner drink without the chaos of youngsters drinking loudly

The staff were very friendly and helpful from reception to waiters. We were only there a short time and found the restaurant excellent it may get samey after a few more nights. Pools and facilities were excellent.

Just had a 2 week stay at this hotel excellent hotel rooms very nice and cleaned to a very high standard everyday . All the staff throughout the hotel are polite and really friendly. The hamman is really good excellent service. But I have to give a massive shout out to the poolside snack bar the food is really good the guys on the bar are always busy working hard always got a smile on there face and always friendly 😀 But there is one special guy on the bar I have to say thankyou too everyday he greats me with a smile and says good morning nothing is to much trouble for him his name is OUALID he speaks really good English which also was nice this man is a credit to your hotel and I hope that when we return next year he is still here. We are here at the moment and have had an amazing time .room clean and maid service given has been excellent. The place is very clean ..grounds well maintained. The pool bar ...the young boys especially Oualid work non stop they are friendly whilst professional always pleasant and will be missed. The bar food comes out hot and is delicious . Nothing too much trouble for them We will be returning again in August for our 3rd visit the place really warrants a visit.

Our 4th visit to this hotel. Once again an excellent and relaxing winter break, excellent swim up room, varied and tasty buffet food, free flowing local beer and wine and service is always a highlight. You do hear the odd whinge about the food, this is not a fine dining venue so if your desire is a Chateaubriand Steak and a bottle of Pauillac then this is not for you.. Look forward to returning next year..

I always choose this hotel whenever I am in Marrakech, and it consistently delivers an exceptional experience. My stay this August was, as usual, absolutely amazing. The atmosphere is tranquil, perfect for a relaxing adults-only getaway. The cleanliness of the entire property—from the rooms to the pool area—is always impeccable, which is something I deeply appreciate and rely on. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the staff. They are genuinely friendly, warm, and go out of their way to ensure every guest feels welcomed and well taken care of. I want to extend a special, heartfelt thank you to Ayoub. His service and hospitality were outstanding. He is a shining example of the dedication and professionalism that the BL C Marrakech staff embodies, and he truly made my stay even more memorable. Brilliant Hotel …. Adults only …. Amazing Staff… Great Food….. fabulous weather….lovely rooms…. Very clean grounds.. So clean hotel the staff worked well and so friendly in all areas…. The weather was perfect all week … Rooms we’re fabulous, 2 huge twin beds great pillows and really comfy , fridge, kettle and large bottle water replenished daily, towels changed daily and were large and beds made up , Air con worked well, didn’t really need it in the night, Restaurant- Food was lovely we found everything and anything to eat - don’t got off other reviews it was lovely …. Grounds were lovely 2 pools chill out with bar in water with seating , other pool where you get your towels daily with your towel card you get on arrival large towels perfect for sunbathing entertainment there in the day and can grab food in between the times… Pools were lovely but lots of work needed for the tiles a little tired and needs a good upgrade, but didn’t bother us as we only paddled. Drinks - a tad hit and miss - red wine was drinkable and smooth - cocktails were at time a bit tasteless . I brought my own gin Mcr airport and got tonic water around pool perfect 👌🏼 From airport we have a private collection that we chose via easyJet holidays when booking well that was the best thing he became our driver all week in and out of Marrakesh to restaurants and to the Jardin gardens etc as there were 4 of us he charged us 500dirhams (£40) £10 pp for us - per trip perfect we could be hours and texted him 30 mins before and he collected us to take back to hotel which is 15/20 into Marrakesh.. huge large black car he was lovely called Ayuo We did hot air balloon with Atlas who were fab 6am collection and drop off around 10.30am amazing trip…. Souks - ok dirty and smells round there but an experience. Nobu restaurant- amazing rooftop Kabana - restaurant rooftop all needed booking but lovely Jardin gardens - lovely Bahia palace - ok Would we go back to Marrakesh- definitely and would go back to Be Live Marrakesh also we had a fab week 🫶🏼🇲🇦

Zizzo and Ahmed were absolutely fantastic hosts and brilliant barmen — they really made our stay unforgettable. Osma the DJ was banging out the tunes every night and brought the whole place to life. They genuinely made the trip!

Beautiful hotel with lovely gardens and very clean. The rooms were great and we had 2 double beds which were so comfy and nice cotton bedding. Staff were friendly and helpful and always cheerful. The pool areas were good with lots of sun beds and umbrellas. Both pools had a bar with a great selection of drinks all inclusive. The food in the snack bar was excellent. Now for the niggle…..breakfast was fine but there wasn’t enough staff on so tables were not cleared quickly and we had to wait a while for tea and coffee. The food at dinner was always only lukewarm and not in keeping with the standard of the hotel. Again the tables weren’t cleared and reset quick enough and drinks took a while coming. If the food and restaurant service improved this would definitely be a 5* hotel

We book in the hotel for a week, it was fantastic. Everything is amazing in the hotel specially Zizzo, Ahmed and Dj Oussama. Food is great and the weather is perfect for all the holiday. Everyone look after us.

The hotel itself was lovely and the staff very friendly. My biggest issue was the food, I am not fussy at all but we found it difficult to find something to eat here everyday, the pool snack bar was nicer but I then got food positioning from there or at least a very bad belly ! The beer was warm most days unless it was early enough in the day for it to be out of the tap. Not a 5 star but we still had an ok week

Group of 4 friends and this was an amazing hotel & experience. Nothing but top quality. If staying 5 nights, You get a free dining reservation at the hotel’s restaurant (should you like a change). For our party, it was a nice change to the inclusive buffet style, but honestly the food and presentation in the main buffet area was as good if not better. The entertainment was super. Food, facilities, in-site offerings, shuttle service. And who could forget Zizo! Best Barman!!

Had an amazing time here, the staff are friendly, everything was clean, and the food was the best i’ve had for an all inclusive. The entertainment was definitely the highlight of this hotel, we’re usually in bed by 10pm but found ourselves up till 1am enjoying the evening which was easy to do with Zizo constantly having everyone’s drink memorised and full!!!

First time with an all-inclusive experience and found it great. Admittedly I was inebriated most of the time. But do you blame me? Lovely food and the warm weather was a surprise for this time of year. Zizo and a lot of thebarmen were great! Shame the spa wasn't included. Short coach to the medina and different activities dotted around. I would definitely go again 🤩 Just make sure to bring some small denominations of dirham to give some tips

Zizzo,Ahmed best barmans in the hotel, you can really drink a wonderful cocktails with very big welcome. dj Oussama was fantastic whole the nights, he mad everyone in the dance floor. And big thanks to the managers Achraf and Salim, they look after all the guests and they have solutions for anything. Mr moukhtar too he can show you all the buffet...
