He is extremely polite, well-mannered, and highly professional. From the very first moment, he greeted us with kindness and made us feel truly welcome and comfortable. Mustafa assisted us immediately with everything we needed during check-in and was incredibly helpful, attentive, and efficient. Cons: I have stayed in many high-class five-star hotels, and there are several points where this property could improve. The food was very basic and nothing special. Although we booked an all-inclusive package for our three-night stay, we were told that one of the restaurants required an additional payment because it is only included for stays of four nights or more. This does not make sense, as guests pay per night, not per stay. The hotel description stated that the rooms have air-conditioning, but during the winter it was switched off and only warm air was coming out. After we informed the staff, we were told that the air-conditioning is kept off in winter. Even in winter, daytime temperatures can reach 28 degrees or more, and of course guests may want to take a nap during the day, so the air-conditioning should be functional. If the hotel wants to save costs, then at the very least it should not state on Booking.com that the rooms have air-conditioning.

Cons: Im writing regarding a recent deduction from my deposit due to minor makeup stains found on a pillow and towel during my stay. As I explained at the time, these light stains could easily be removed with a standard wash, and I was told the charge would be cancelled if the stains came out. However, I have yet to receive a refund. While I understand the need to maintain cleanliness, I believe this situation could have been handled more professionally and with more understanding. Small matters like this can usually be resolved without making the guest feel uncomfortable or deducting from their deposit, especially without first giving them a fair opportunity to resolve the issue. The way this was communicated to me was upsetting and made me feel unnecessarily stressed. I was already nervous, and this approach only made things worse. As a result, I would not feel comfortable recommending this hotel to others, as charging guests for such minor, easily fixable issues creates a poor experience. I hope this matter can be resolved fairly and that my refund is processed as promised. Thank you for your attention.

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel, and everything exceeded our expectations. The entertainment team was absolutely outstanding and really made our stay special from beginning to end. Every evening was full of fun, good vibes, and great organization. The highlight was definitely the New Yearâs celebration. DJ Oussama and Mr. Salim did an exceptional job organizing the event in a very professional way. The music, atmosphere, shows, and energy were incredible a truly brilliant party that kept everyone entertained and happy all night long. The entertainment team knows exactly how to create unforgettable moments. A special thanks to Zizo and Ahmed at the lobby bar. They are true professionals: friendly, attentive, and always smiling. Their service during the New Year party was excellent. Big respect as well to their manager Achraf, who clearly leads his team with professionalism and care. Special recognition goes to Zina, the restaurant manager, who is truly top class. She is very friendly, welcoming, and always present to make sure guests are satisfied. Her professionalism and positive attitude make a real difference. Overall, this hotel offers amazing entertainment, excellent service, and a wonderful team who truly care about their guests. I highly recommend this hotel and would happily return again, especially for special events like New Yearâs Eve.

Comfortable and nice stay. Rooms were big and bathroom was nice. Slightly annoying that the bathroom has a massive window next to the bed and the blind is see through. Everything was clean and the rooms had lots of amenities. Water in the fridge too. Our hairdryer was unfortunately broken so i couldnât turn up the strength. Took ages to dry my hair. The food was great and there was so much of it. Lots of different options and delicious traditional moroccan food. The restaurant staff were so quick and efficient. Super friendly too. Drinks were okay, obviously you donât expect much with all inclusive, but the cocktails werenât that great. Mint tea was so tasty. My mum left her bag at the pool bar and went to reception to ask if it has been handed in. They barely even moved to look and said no straight away. We then went back to the pool bar and asked the kind waiter who told us he handed it in. We then had to go be the reception and then they decided to have a look in the cupboard. Everything was all still in the bag, but lots of effort could have been saved if they had just looked in the first place. Spa was lovely. We got a nice massage which was very relaxing. Slightly annoying that you have to pay 150 dirhams to use the heated inside pool and steam room. You also have to book a slot to use the steam room. Shuttle bus into the centre of town was super helpful and efficient. Always on time and easy to use. Donât think the hotel is 5 stars, more like 4. Still a comfortable stay and would stay again.

Lovely hotel with immaculately kept gardens. Big clean rooms, nice to have a big king size bed rather than 2 singles pushed together which we've had at other hotels. The food was great (particularly the lamb tagine) with a mix of different things to suit different tastes, plenty of food and drinks available throughout the day. Location wise it was ideal for what we wanted - quiet and peaceful and out of the way. However it is quite far out so if you were wanting to be more immersed in the culture or have things nearby I would choose a hotel closer to the medina. We chose excursions which offered pick up but otherwise the hotel offers a shuttle service. The only negatives were the reception staff who we found quite stand-offish. Not exactly rude but not particularly forthcoming either, they didnt even ask us how our stay was when we checked out. I know we visited in the low season when fatigue sets in but by contrast everyone else we met, bar, waiting and even housekeeping staff were friendly. A smile goes a long way! The other negative was a drainage smell coming from the fountain in the courtyard outside our room, this meant occasional drain smells wafting in when we opened the door, luckily we didnt notice when the door was shut and being colder we didnt have air-conditioning on, but I imagine that could be quite unpleasant when hot.

This is an exceptional hotel, which belies its address: Lot 6B! The buildings and grounds are immaculately kept, the food and beverage are plentiful and varied, and the levels of service are exceptional. Nothing is too much trouble for anyone, with the vast majority of staff being multilingual. Perhaps the only downside, if you want to spend time in the city, is the 30 min transfer by complimentary bus. If that is not an issue, this is a perfect resort in which to relax.

We had almost a full week of rain during our stay, but Emma and Reda from the entertainment team made a huge difference. Instead of feeling stuck inside, we spent a lot of time with them at the lobby bar, talking, laughing, and playing cards together. The atmosphere felt very cozy and friendly, like being with people we already knew. What we really appreciated is that they stayed present with the guests, checking if everyone was okay and trying their best to keep the mood positive. The yoga sessions were another highlight peaceful and very well guided, helping us relax and forget about the weather. Emma and Reda truly contributed to the good memories we have from this holiday.

We stayed at the hotel during a rainy week, but thanks to the entertainment team especially Emma, Red and osama we never felt bored. Most of the time we were at the lobby bar with them, chatting, playing cards, and enjoying the friendly atmosphere. Even when the weather was bad outside, they always found a way to keep everyone smiling. Emma and Osama were very kind, always taking time to sit with the guests and make us feel comfortable. The yoga sessions were also a lovely surprise calm, relaxing, and well organized a perfect way to start the morning despite the rain. They really turned a grey week into a warm and pleasant experience.

During Check-in, I was told by Yassine that we had to pay a âŹ100 Security Deposit (1st time Ever) + âŹ50 Tourist/City Tax. When I returned with my Debit Card, there was an amount of âŹ795 on the Card Machine Screen. When I queried this Yassine just kept saying Booking Booking!! He already had our Passports & our Fully Paid Accommodation Voucher so I didn't understand why I was being charged this & I was not given any explanation. He became extremely rude & spoke to me in a very aggressive tone when I would not pay the âŹ795. Eventually he changed the amount on the Card Machine & I proceeded to pay for the Security Deposit and the Tourist/City Tax. During this time, he took a phone call from another guest and started to list out Fast food Options & offered to order a taxi to collect the food for 300dh, while I am standing there waiting to complete my Check-in. I have never before experienced such behaviour and still feel quite traumatised by the event. The next morning I went to Guest Relations to report the incident. The Reception Manager was called over & I was assured that they would investigate. I did not receive Any Communication in the 9days of our stay. This morning when I checked out @ 5:30am Yassine told me that I needed to pay Extra Tourist/City Tax because he said hadn't charged me enough when I arrived. I asked him to send me an email containing details of the Amount I had Paid & the Amount that was Due & that I would pay for any arrears online. He agreed! After I had departed for the airport, I checked my Banking App & he had charged me an additional âŹ10, Without My Card & Without My Permission! It's a shame really because Every Other Staff Member we met during our stay at this hotel were An Absolute Delight!

Amazing hotel. Hotel was clean and efficient. Staff friendly especially the bar men and roof cleaners. Had room 3101 and the cleaner I had was amazing. The room was always fresh and smelt nice. Hotel amenities had everything you needed from 3 different bars and 3 pools including inside heated pool. The heated pool you do need to pay for as it's in the spa area but is quite cheap. I am in this hotel for the fifth time now and want to point out the attention to a few staff members. Really special thanks to Zizou and Ahmed of the lobby bar, DJ Oussama, head of animation Salim, Chef Ashraf and Murad (managers for the bars and restaurant) and Rajaa and Akram from the restaurant. They make us feel really welcome at each time and are treathing us as if we are family. This was our fifth time staying at this amazing hotel in Marrakech, and once again everything was absolutely perfect. It truly feels less like a hotel and more like coming home to family. A special thank you to Zizou for the warm welcome, Ahmed for the fast and efficient service, and Achraf for leading the entire bar team so professionally and always making us feel like family. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The hotel itself is beautiful, very clean, and well maintained, with a relaxing atmosphere throughout. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, and the facilities were excellent. What really stood out, however, was the staff, everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. A special mention goes to one of the men working in the restaurant during breakfast and lunch (in white shirt). I canât remember his name, but he was tall and relatively slim, and I believe his name may have begun with an âSâ. His service was outstanding: attentive, kind, and was always engaging with us. He truly deserves recognition for his hard work. Overall, a wonderful experience and a 5-star stay thanks to the hotel and its amazing team.

This is an exceptional hotel, and well worth a visit, the staff are lovely the food is good with a variety to satisfy everyone with a good selection of foods with a section dedicated to the food of Morocco. The pool area though especially at the pool bar is a bit of a let down with missing tiles at the bar area definitely not a good look. We used the Spa and was worth the money. There is a free shuttle bus the Hotel runs into Marrakech you just book at reception, but be careful though when your dropped off at the Market you will be approached by old guys asking if you would like a tour, these guys are not part of the hotel just chancing their arm. over all enjoyed my time, although feel would stick to Agadir as more to walk round and see and lots of nice restaurants.

We came as a group to Be Live Collection Adults Only Marrakech and this stay was honestly our best one so far. Achraf, the bar manager, and his whole team took great care of us. The difference in the drink selection compared to our previous visits was easy to notice, much better variety and everything well prepared. We spent a lot of time at the bar, the snack bar, and the pool bar, and the service was always friendly and quick. The heated pool made the whole trip even more enjoyable, especially in the cooler parts of the day. Thanks to Achraf and his team for the great atmosphere. This has to be one of the worst hotels in the world I have ever stayed at. I checked in on the day of my birthday, there was no acknowledgement of my birthday despite hotels having a standard procedure to check passports and us having to fill out paperwork which includes our personal details. There was no card left in the room, no complimentary cake, nothing. The rooms were ok however the walls are very thin, for two nights we heard occasional banging from upstairs and we could hear pretty much everything from the room next door. There were also holes in the bedding. The food was absolutely DISGUSTING and very limited options, even the juices tasted bad. On arrival we had missed lunch so we ate at the snack bar by the pool, my partner and I both ordered beef burgers which were raw. The reception area is not nice, considering this is supposed to be a 5-star hotel. This hotel is more of a 3-star. On check out, they did not even ask us how our stay was. First and last time in Morocco, avoid this hotel at all costs.

Not a 5 star hotel -A disappointing experience. A disappointing experience. Belive Hotel - 5 star- This hotel is nowhere near a 5 star hotel. All inclusive was not all inclusive â local wine, local beer and very limited list of local spirits (Rum, Vodka, Gin) all of these were below standards of decent tasting alcohol. The menu for cocktails was also limited. No possibility of getting a Negroni, Old Fashioned, Strawberry Daiquiri, etc There should be transparent information on what âall inclusiveâ actually is, with a note to say that this is local wine, local beer, local and limited spirits. With a note to say you can pay extra for premium wines â which we did as the local wine was poor, to say the least. Other disappointing notes: Nescafe packets for coffee â we would expect a Nespresso machine to be in the room. No sports channels on tv in the room No table service at pool We needed to get coffee from the other bar if you wanted coffee after dinner. Breakfast was too busy-queues for toasting bread, getting an omelette. Queues for getting a table some evenings as not enough available tables for the peak time of dinner. Another disappointing part of staying at this hotel was only being allowed to use the alternative restaurant once in a 7 night stay. The alternative restaurant in the hotel was very good. On the positive side, the rooms were clean, all the hotel staff were friendly. The hotel staff worked hard but with the amount of people in the hotel, there were delays in getting the bought wine back to our table in good time. We ate dinner at The Sofitel Hotel one evening, which was excellent -that is a 5 star hotelâ fully stocked bar. Full waiter service with an extensive list of wines and drinks to choose from. Perhaps YGT should visit the Sofitel and see how first hand the difference in what is provided there and what the Belive Hotel provides. There is a world of difference. Having taken the complimentary shuttle for the Souk, when we were dropped off, there were no signage for the souk â a map would have been helpful.

I'm just back from a fantastic relaxing holiday at the Belive Collection Adults only at Marrekesh. This is not our first visit, but each time, it becomes even more special. Abdullah and his staff were as always very helpful and tended to our every need. Thank you for that, Aceraf is just a wonderful guy. In my opinion, he is that good. If he could give you your money back, he would. And a big thankyou to his bar staff. Rajaa in the restaurant works tirelessly looking after everyone as they all do. Omar is a lovely guy. He was in the pool bar this year, and I can't write a review without a mention for my brother, Oussama, in the animation team. Although all the animation team are brilliant, he stands out for me. The bell boys in front of the house are an asset to the hotel as well as a brilliant housekeeping team. Overall , it's a wonderful hotel very clean with great accommodation and great staff. The highlight of the trip was Emma's banter, who we met when she hosted our first archery session. Oussama was also excellent, he gave great advice on the Archery and was always happy for a kickabout with the football if you have the energy after being drunk in the sun haha! Would 100% stay here again, brilliant value for money and close to marrakech (>30 minutes on the free shuttle) I could go on about each department and all the staff but they all worked together to ensure our stay was 5* By all means this is a 5* hotel without the price tag that usually come with it.

Hereâs an honest review and detailed review. I stayed at the Be Live Collection for 5 nights with my partner, and while the hotel has potential, my overall experience was disappointing. Hotel & Interior The interior of the hotel is genuinely stunning, and the property itself is beautiful. Visually, it makes a great first impression. Cleanliness & Dining Environment Another issue I noticed was the presence of stray cats walking around the restaurant while guests were eating. I understand some people may not mind, but for guests like myself who are uncomfortable around cats, it made the dining experience unpleasant. It also doesnât feel very hygienic to have animals wandering around the eating areas. Food Unfortunately, the food was one of the biggest letdowns. Breakfast options were extremely limitedâso much so that I ended up skipping it most days. Lunch and dinner didnât offer much improvement, as the same dishes were served every day with very little variety. The snack bar wasnât too bad, but it shouldnât be the highlight of the dining experience. Service Service was slow and inconsistent. Based on my personal experience, there seemed to be a noticeable difference in attentiveness depending on who the staff were serving. On multiple occasions, my partner and I (both Black) were left waiting significantly longer than guests who arrived after us. At the snack bar, we sat for around 15 minutes without being served, while two white couples who arrived later were attended to before us. Even when ordering drinks, staff often ignored us but immediately served white guests who approached after. It was uncomfortable and disheartening, and it definitely impacted our stay. But Zizo and Ahmed amazing at their service attentive and really friendly. Honestly couldnât fault them whatsoever. Shuttle Service Another disappointing experience was with the free shuttle. The hotel clearly states on the information sheet by the front desk that the FREE shuttle is included for guests with the Be Live wristband. However, when my partner and I arrived on time for the shuttle from the Souk, the driver tried to leave without us. Other passengers had to tell him to open the doors for us. On top of that, he still charged us 20 dirham, even though we were entitled to the free service. It felt unorganised, unfair, and rude. Entertainment Entertainment was quite underwhelmingâsmall, limited, and not very engaging. Also not having enough space which left guests fighting for seats or standing around. There was one evening I genuinely enjoyed, when they incorporated cultural elements that got everyone participating, but aside from that, it wasnât impressive. Overall While the hotel is beautiful, the lack of food variety, slow service, and my personal experience with inconsistent treatment overshadowed the positives.

Definitely not 5*! Staff are very friendly. Food disappointing, especially Ksar restaurant. Talking to staff, management cutting costs, cheaper ingredients. But could still be tastier if spices and herbs were used. Room spacious, beds and towels changed daily. Cleanliness ok. Minibar consisted of a bottle of water and milk portions. Nice touch have espresso machine in room, but bring your own capsules. Drinks, overall very poor quality. White wine passable with ice! Best coffee served in lobby bar, but only opens from noon. Free shuttle provided into Marrakesh, on a very swish bus! Overall, relaxing time, played golf and visited Atlas Mountains, very interesting with our hire car!

Das gilt fĂŒr das Rezeptionsteam, die Jungs an der LobbyBar, im Restaurant (Sonderlob fĂŒr Zina und unseren Moussa!), die Damen im Spa Bereich oder die Haustechniker und ZimmermĂ€dchen. Sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich! Auch Guestrelationmanager Ghizlane hat auf unsere WĂŒnsche sehr schnell und professionell reagiert. Generell gilt: soviel LĂ€cheln ist ansteckend! Weiters zu erwĂ€hnen: Die gesamte Anlage ist wunderschön angelegt und sehr gut beschildert. Die Zimmer sehr sauber. Auch das kulinarische Angebot ist ganztĂ€gig ausgezeichnet. Unglaubliche Auswahl - es gab auch grandiosen Thunfisch, tolles Sushi, eine eigene Nudelstation mit frisch zubereiteter Pasta, marokkanische SpezialitĂ€ten, leckeres Brot fĂŒr EU-EuropĂ€er! Es wird mehrfach tĂ€glich ein kostenloser Shuttle Bus in die City/Medina angeboten - ist ein toller Service. Der SWIM-UP Pool ist definitiv kein Swimmingpool, denn man kann bei nur 60 cm Tiefe und 1 Meter breite nicht wirklich schwimmen. ausserdem ist er nicht beheizt, was zumindest Ende November es zu einem Ding der Unsinnigkeit werden lĂ€sst. 2. Es gibt 2 Pools - einer davon ist nicht beheizt. Das ist der mit der Pool Bar. Somit bleibt die Poolbar leer! was vielleicht gar nicht so schlecht ist, denn damit ist der Pool ohne Party und diese kann getrost am zweiten âbeheiztenâ Pool stattfinden. Dort gibts halt keine Pool Bar. 3. Die Mitarbeiter in der Poolbar und in der Snackbar sind nicht wirklich motiviert, man wird zuerst 2 bis 3mal ignoriert, dann darf man groĂzĂŒgig etwas bestellen. Hier könnte öfter der Abteilungsleiter vorbeikommen und nach dem rechten sehen. 4. FĂŒr den Indoor Pool einen Eintritt zu verlangen ist schwach. da könnte man ein paar Leute motivieren in den âSpa Kellerâ zu gehen und dort Behandlungen zu buchen! 5. Sehr schwaches Internet - gerade jetzt wo das Hotel voll ist. 6. Eine Kaffeekapsel pro Tag pro Person sollten bei dem Preis inkludiert sein. Wir haben uns dann auf den löslichen Nescafe reduziert. Jedoch ist sollte man die Firma die die Nescafe-PĂ€ckchen, aber auch Senf, Ketchup und Mayonnaise herstellt, tauchen, denn es ist nicht möglich ohne den Einsatz der eigenen ZĂ€hne die PĂ€ckchen zu öffnen. 7. Vor allem ein GroĂteil der mĂ€nnlichen britischen GĂ€ste ignoriert die Vorgabe am Eingang der beiden Restaurants, dass weder kurze Hosen noch Badeschlapfen beim Abendessen erlaubt sind. Irgendwann gewöhnt man sich an diesen Umstand - aber zumindest im A la carte Restaurant sollte es eine Verpflichtung sein. Wir haben uns unter anderem fĂŒr dieses Hotel entschieden, weil es fĂŒr uns auch zum Urlaub dazugehört, dass man sich auch hin und wieder schön kleidet und nicht rumlĂ€uft wie frisch aus dem Swimmingpool. Und es wĂ€re ein leichtes, dies gleich zu Beginn des Urlaubs an alle GĂ€ste zu kommunizieren.

great stay but food letâs this place down. couldnât give a higher rating due to the fact me and my boyfriend struggled to eat each evening we stayed for 5 nights in november and had a relaxing stay. room is clean and maids are excellent. was spotless every day when we returned from the pool. minibar wasnât stocked which i havenât experienced in other 5*âs iâve visited around the world- but for the price you canât complain. no dressing gowns or slippers which would be nice but not a major issue. the poolside is lovely. activities always happening to keep guests entertained. defo recommend sitting round the heated pool located near the sports bar if you visit in the cooler months as the other one is too cold to get in. pool bar staff are lovely and thereâs always someone walking round clearing glasses to ensure the poolside is kept clean. lots of flies and wasps though but canât be helped by hotel. food was the biggest let down for us. breakfast buffet was tolerable due to the omlette station but everything else we tried had a strange taste to it. snack bar situated at the side of the pool was our saving grace as the food was actually decent there. weâd have lunch there and a late afternoon snack before returning to the room. evening buffet was dreadful, me nor my partner are picky eaters but we found ourselves stuck with what to eat each night. the food selection wouldnât be half bad if it had taste to it but majority was bland and a let down. Ă la carte was genuinely the worst meal we had on the trip, reception staff messed up our booking there and when we got a slot on the day she originally offered to us we were told 2 of the items we wanted were unavailable. after hearing from other guests to avoid certain things we were stuck with what to have as they were some of the only things available on the very limited menu. starter we had lettuce and avocado salad- which both were brown and looked like they were past their sell by date. main we had cous cous which youâd expect to me good as itâs a moroccan dish- complete let down. flavourless and bland. only course we both enjoyed was the dessert which was a pistachio ball which you covered in hot chocolate sauce. bar on an evening was good- took me a while to find a drink which i liked on the menu as the cocktails were a tad percuilar. Zizo and Ahmed in the lobby bar were excellent- another guy who would keep the tables clean was lovely too (didnât catch his name) and would always make sure you never had an empty glass. entertainment was decent but did get a tad overcrowded in there so wonder what itâs like in busier months. Spa facilities were great, ÂŁ70 approx pp for a hamman bath, facial and 30 min massage. both me and my partner enjoyed this. gym was a let down. 2 treadmills, 2 crosstrainers and a sporadic assortment of weight machines. not like other 5*âs iâve visited. overall we enjoyed our visit as it was a relaxing break we both needed but if it wasnât for the weather we wouldâve been greatly let down by this place. i have visited countless 5*âs in Dubai, Mexico, Greece etc and this place doesnât come close- for the price you pay itâs what you get compared to them but the food is really what lets it down

We had a lovely stay at this hotel and would definitely return. The room was really modern, clean, and comfortable, and the bed was especially cosy â perfect after long days in the sun. We spent most of our time by the main pool near the snack bar, which had a great atmosphere. The other pool was quite cold, so we didnât use it as much, but it didnât take away from the overall experience. The food was consistently tasty, with lots of fresh fish, meat, and delicious pastries available at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. While everything was enjoyable, we did feel that some evenings the options were a little similar, and a bit more variety would have been nice. A real highlight of our stay was the attentive and friendly staff. Mustafa in the sports bar was fantastic â always serving drinks with a smile and making sure we were comfortable. The waiters at lunchtime and in the lobby bar were also great, always checking in and keeping our drinks topped up without us even having to ask. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable stay with great service. Weâd happily return!

We have just spent 2 weeks at this lovely hotel and waiting in reception for our taxi pick up to the airport. We have had a lovely, relaxing holiday. We were slightly worried on if the weather would be good enough but other than heavy rain overnight during our first week itâs been hot and sunny since. We were shown to a lovely, spacious room (2017) and were looked after by the lovely Fatima who kept us supplied with water and individual cartons of milk each day. Also coffee sachets but surprisingly no teabags. So if you like a cup of tea in your room you need to take some with you. The bathroom is large with huge bath, shower and two sinks. A separate toilet is within the bathroom. There wasnât a huge amount of storage but it was adequate. Free safe to use and small fridge. The WiFi is good inside the hotel but a little hit and miss outside in the grounds. We sat by the âquiet poolâ each day and there were plenty of sunbeds to choose from as well as cabanas. There were no wasps that weâd read about but there were lots of flys which were a nuisance. Insect repellant sorted them out! There is a bar and a very efficient barman.The food here is good with lots of choice. The hotel obviously takes note of guests suggestions. I had read a couple of reviews where people had remarked that there wasnât labels on the food. There is now! Thereâs a pasta and pizza station as well as fish, beef and chicken dishes. Lots of vegetables too. The desserts were delicious as well as looking lovely. Always 4 different flavours of ice cream and lots of fresh fruit. There is an al a carte restaurant which we could have used but we were so happy with the buffet restaurant we didnât use it. We had lunch at the snack bar twice and this was freshly cooked and satisfied my husbands wish for a plate of chips! Towels are collected from the lively pool where the friendly animation team make everyone welcome. There is also a small library here as well as another we discovered accidentally on the first floor lobby. Each member of staff we have had dealings with have been great from Kaoutar the lovely Guest Relations young lady, to Zines the restaurant manager and Akbar one of the waiters to the so efficient reception staff we couldnât have asked for more. Not forgetting Yassim who always greeted us with a smile. All the staff seem happy in their work and with each other. Mustnât forget the gardens here, they are beautiful. The gardeners deserve accolades for the state of them. We have had hammamâs many times on our holidays but this was the best weâve had. A steam and scrub for two was 900 dirhams. We used the shuttle bus once and went to the market and this worked well. Due to mobility issues we didnât stay too long. Quite a revelation to see the masses of fruits and spices. We travelled with easyJet holidays and the rep at the hotel was friendly and went out of his way to help us regarding a wheelchair at the airport. Only two things we would have appreciated, one would have been bar service round pool and the other is hand rails at the quiet pool. My husband had to be helped from the water.

The staff are what made this holiday, hotel is situated a bit out of town so cant really go out for a dander which is a pity but made the most of a few excursions, if you want a relaxing break this is the hotel, 2 large pools 1 heated the other fresh water with swim up bar, every member of staff is so attentive and friendly shout out to Zizo and Oualid.... will defo be back and will most definitely recommend

Was a bit wary upon arrival having read previous reviews, nearly changed hotel a few days before but glad we stayed with it as our overall experience was enjoyable. The hotel and grounds are lovely, we didn't really notice any issues with maintenance, just fairly typical of a hotel of its age and is obviously busy most of the year. We liked our room, nice, clean and spacious. I would agree with previous reviews that it isn't comparable to other 5 star hotels but neither is the price we paid. The drinks were fine, again what do you expect for the cost. We bought a couple of bottles of prosecco at the airport (UK) which we kept in our mini fridge in the room but I actually found the Rose drinkable and enjoyed a couple of the cocktails. I suppose our main disappointment were the food options, buffet breakfast was fine, good choice and freshly cooked omelettes, pancakes etc. Bread choice not great especially if you prefer brown but again not a big problem. We didn't really enjoy the evening buffet selection and ended up eating there only twice in our 5 night stay. We booked in the onsite Moroccan restaurant but ended up walking out on the main course as it just didn't look or taste great, not something I have ever done before but it just wasn't for us. The pool bar pizzas are great, can recommend them. The biggest shout out goes to the staff, they were fabulous at the pool bar (Oulid - amazing!) and in the Lobby Bar. Entertainment was good too. Can't say we enjoyed the Medina experience, a bit too full on and edgy but glad to have visited, we ended up moving our restaurant time earlier (we booked DARDAR which was fab) and taxi back to the hotel earlier than expected. We also booked Nobu rooftop restaurant for our last night which was amazing - definitely recommend. The Spa is definitely worth booking for Hammam or massage, very reasonably priced.

Lovely hotel, lovely staff, great food. We really enjoyed our stay here - it was as good as the reviews suggested. We are always a bit wary of buffet food, but it was excellent and the Moroccan dishes in particular were very tasty. They have an "outer" bit in the buffet which we found particularly good - sunnier and quieter. We were very well served there by Moussa and Hamid, always helpful and smiling. Kaourta( I think that's right) was a welcoming hostess and Fatima cleaned our room beautifully. No problem getting loungers at the pools, lovely gardens, and a sports bar where we saw Scotland qualify for the World Cup! Criticisms? None really, the buffet could do with another toaster to avoid the inevitable queues and you need to know that the hotel is out of the way - I would have liked an area to be able to walk in but hey I knew that.

I stayed with my husband as we celebrated his birthday and our wedding anniversary. The hotel exceeded our expectations. All of the staff were very attentive and very welcoming. Any requests were managed well and efficiently. There were plenty of food options especially as we are vegetarians. The drinks were lovely (A wide selection). The bedrooms were very spacious and cleaned daily. The medina was about a half an hour drive and so were the souks. There are shuttle services provided all inclusive which were really efficient. The swimming pool indoor and outdoor was lovely. The live entertainment was spectacular and well organised. I'd like to specially thank Zine, Akram, Zizo, Ahmad and Kaotar for always going the extra mile and providing excellent service. They created a great atmosphere and we will surely return to stay again. Will miss the staff and their lovely smiles.

Generally positive about this hotel but a few shortfalls that would improve it substantially if they were corrected. Extremely clean in all areas especially bedrooms and food areas. The bedroom is great size with a large double bed. The shower is both rain and hand held with adequate water pressure. The water provided in the room is limited to 2L per day and varies at the bars whether they will provide additional - frankly, ridiculous, since they are dishing out free alcohol to the all-inclusive clientele. Breakfast is okay with a fair amount of choice, fruit, porridge, cereals - strange mix of hot food, no bacon, few egg varieties, strangely no chilled (or any) water - why? Plenty of more expensive fruit juice available! Evening buffet has fair amount of choice but the meat and fish can be disappointing, the meat often tough and the fish non-filleted. Salad choice is reasonable and well presented. Good choice of sweets. Wine served with meals is very palatable. The bars have variable service levels and all provide relatively weak/cheap spirit drinks and draft beer of the same standard. Drink glasses are small which inevitably leads to a busy bar area with everyone refilling. Really didnât see much abuse of the all-inclusive so think the balance is really wrong here. Both pool areas are well serviced with beds, although the pools a little too cold in November to get full benefit of. No mattresses on sun beds does make them a little uncomfortable. Staff assistance can be variable throughout although the room cleaners are invariably friendly - a little more variable on the front desk where smiling is clearly a chore at times. Compliments to Youssef on the concierge desk who appears to have a constant smile and is diligent in arranging taxis and trips. Enjoyed the 4-hour guided tour in a private taxi that was provided for just ÂŁ25/person, excellent value with a very knowledgeable guide. Sort the cheap skating out Be Live and you will provide a much better experience.

We had an absolutely fabulous time at this Hotel. The staff go up and beyond to meet your every needs. The restaurant staff especially Saad were brilliant and of course the bar staff Zuzo and Ahmed were out of this world keeping us stocked up with drinks every evening. This hotel is small but very relaxing and we would definitely recommend it.

The hamman is really good excellent service. But I have to give a massive shout out to the poolside snack bar the food is really good the guys on the bar are always busy working hard always got a smile on there face and always friendly đ But there is one special guy on the bar I have to say thankyou too everyday he greats me with a smile and says good morning nothing is to much trouble for him his name is OUALID he speaks really good English which also was nice this man is a credit to your hotel and I hope that when we return next year he is still here. We are here at the moment and have had an amazing time .room clean and maid service given has been excellent. The place is very clean ..grounds well maintained. The pool bar ...the young boys especially Oualid work non stop they are friendly whilst professional always pleasant and will be missed. The bar food comes out hot and is delicious . Nothing too much trouble for them We will be returning again in August for our 3rd visit the place really warrants a visit.

Once again an excellent and relaxing winter break, excellent swim up room, varied and tasty buffet food, free flowing local beer and wine and service is always a highlight. You do hear the odd whinge about the food, this is not a fine dining venue so if your desire is a Chateaubriand Steak and a bottle of Pauillac then this is not for you.. Look forward to returning next year..

The atmosphere is tranquil, perfect for a relaxing adults-only getaway. The cleanliness of the entire propertyâfrom the rooms to the pool areaâis always impeccable, which is something I deeply appreciate and rely on. The weather was perfect all week ⊠Rooms weâre fabulous, 2 huge twin beds great pillows and really comfy , fridge, kettle and large bottle water replenished daily, towels changed daily and were large and beds made up , Air con worked well, didnât really need it in the night, Restaurant- Food was lovely we found everything and anything to eat - donât got off other reviews it was lovely âŠ. Grounds were lovely 2 pools chill out with bar in water with seating , other pool where you get your towels daily with your towel card you get on arrival large towels perfect for sunbathing entertainment there in the day and can grab food in between the times⊠Pools were lovely but lots of work needed for the tiles a little tired and needs a good upgrade, but didnât bother us as we only paddled. Drinks - a tad hit and miss - red wine was drinkable and smooth - cocktails were at time a bit tasteless . I brought my own gin Mcr airport and got tonic water around pool perfect đđŒ From airport we have a private collection that we chose via easyJet holidays when booking well that was the best thing he became our driver all week in and out of Marrakesh to restaurants and to the Jardin gardens etc as there were 4 of us he charged us 500dirhams (ÂŁ40) ÂŁ10 pp for us - per trip perfect we could be hours and texted him 30 mins before and he collected us to take back to hotel which is 15/20 into Marrakesh.. huge large black car he was lovely called Ayuo We did hot air balloon with Atlas who were fab 6am collection and drop off around 10.30am amazing tripâŠ. Souks - ok dirty and smells round there but an experience. Nobu restaurant- amazing rooftop Kabana - restaurant rooftop all needed booking but lovely Jardin gardens - lovely Bahia palace - ok Would we go back to Marrakesh- definitely and would go back to Be Live Marrakesh also we had a fab week đ«¶đŒđČđŠ

Beautiful hotel with lovely gardens and very clean. The rooms were great and we had 2 double beds which were so comfy and nice cotton bedding. Staff were friendly and helpful and always cheerful. The pool areas were good with lots of sun beds and umbrellas. Both pools had a bar with a great selection of drinks all inclusive. The food in the snack bar was excellent. Now for the niggleâŠ..breakfast was fine but there wasnât enough staff on so tables were not cleared quickly and we had to wait a while for tea and coffee. The food at dinner was always only lukewarm and not in keeping with the standard of the hotel. Again the tables werenât cleared and reset quick enough and drinks took a while coming. If the food and restaurant service improved this would definitely be a 5* hotel

The hotel itself was lovely and the staff very friendly. My biggest issue was the food, I am not fussy at all but we found it difficult to find something to eat here everyday, the pool snack bar was nicer but I then got food positioning from there or at least a very bad belly ! The beer was warm most days unless it was early enough in the day for it to be out of the tap. Not a 5 star but we still had an ok week

Group of 4 friends and this was an amazing hotel & experience. Nothing but top quality. If staying 5 nights, You get a free dining reservation at the hotelâs restaurant (should you like a change). For our party, it was a nice change to the inclusive buffet style, but honestly the food and presentation in the main buffet area was as good if not better. The entertainment was super. Food, facilities, in-site offerings, shuttle service. And who could forget Zizo! Best Barman!!

The entertainment was definitely the highlight of this hotel, weâre usually in bed by 10pm but found ourselves up till 1am enjoying the evening which was easy to do with Zizo constantly having everyoneâs drink memorised and full!!!

First time with an all-inclusive experience and found it great. Admittedly I was inebriated most of the time. But do you blame me? Lovely food and the warm weather was a surprise for this time of year. Zizo and a lot of thebarmen were great! Shame the spa wasn't included. Short coach to the medina and different activities dotted around. I would definitely go again đ€© Just make sure to bring some small denominations of dirham to give some tips

My husband and I enjoyed a fantastically relaxing time at Be Live Marrakesh. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the food varied and delicious, we really enjoyed our meal at the a la carte restaurant. The hotel also smells wonderful and is spotlessly clean. We had a couples Spa package with hamam and full body massage, at first I thought maybe a little overpriced, but this was literally the best Spa experience I have ever had. Incredibly relaxing! Also, the waiting staff in the bar area are incredibly attentive and will clock what you have ordered and bring you follow up drinks. Canapes and cocktails served by the pool area at sunset gave a very sophisticated ambience!

The hotel was amazing. Fantastically large and clean rooms. Slept brilliantly all week. I use a CPAP machine and had no issues at all. The staff were so attentive, friendly and would go out of their way to help. Getting taxis, the shuttle bus or organising excursions from the hotel is really straightforward! This hotel and staff were fantastic. The good was faultless in my opinion, as were the range of drinks. Bottled water is left in the hotel rooms as well which you can have if you wish to avoid the local tap water at all costs. Whilst we were here, we had a trip to the Atlas Mountains, which included an argon oil tour, lunch by the river and a hike up the mountain. The walk is not for those with mobility issues or pregnant females Iâd suggest. Incredibly steep in parts. Wear sensible footwear, definitely not flip flops! Some parts on the decent I questioned whether Iâd make it back alive! Another trip we loved was the camel ride followed by quad biking in the desert and then an evening fire show! The quad biking was fantastic although wear old clothes or items gig donât mind getting covered in dirt/dust! Finally, we went into Marrakesh to the souks which was an experience like no other! Itâs completely mental to say the least. There are people and motorbikes everywhere! There are an array of shops and local handmade produce to purchase. Be prepared ti haggle down the price! They are very friendly but have a clear idea of what you intend to buy before going into a shop as once youâre in, there is no getting out without a purchase! Overall, our holiday was absolutely fantastic with great weather ranging from 24 - 28 degrees. The hotel is brilliant and highly recommended!!!

We had a wonderful time at Be Live Collection Marrakech! The hotel is beautiful with great facilities. The main pool is full of life and fun during the day, while the quiet pool is perfect if you just want to relax and enjoy the sun in peace. The food was very good with lots of choices every day â fresh, tasty, and always something new to try. The cakes and desserts were amazing! A special mention to Zizzo and Ahmed at the lobby bar â they are simply the best! Always smiling, friendly, and they make great drinks. The evening entertainment was fantastic, especially the nights with DJ Oussama â great atmosphere, great music, and positive energy all around. Overall, everything was perfect â beautiful hotel, kind staff, good food, and great vibes. Highly recommend this place!

Absolutely fantastic experience. The rooms are immaculate and turned around daily. The staff are incredible! Zizio kept our drinks full all week. The service is first class. I genuinely couldnât pick fault with a single thing. Location was good for us. We could take the free shuttle bus and immerse ourselves in the atmosphere and culture of Marrakesh. Then come back to peace and tranquility. All the excursions we booked for our time, we were collected and dropped off at the hotel. The Spa is well worth it too. Just a fantastic experience all round. If you are a couple, looking for an escape and a place to recharge. This is the place for you. I will definitely be coming back! 10/10

We stayed at this hotel as part of a large group of friends (24) to celebrate a 60th birthday. We were only there for 4 nights and this was long enough for me personally. I like to explore my surroundings rather than sit by a pool everyday but this being in the heart of Morocco there is no where to go other than the free shuttle bus into the busy city of Marrakech (30 mins) Itâs certainly a very busy place and be warned the amount of mopeds can be overwhelming. I tended to follow the locals when trying to brave crossing roads! The market place is immense and once you enter the covered part you can easily become lost and disoriented. Itâs huge and there are left and right branches that show no signs of an exit. I tried to just go straight and it took around 40 minutes to actually get out and then the buildings are so close together itâs like a maze to find your way back to the starting point. So just be wary and maybe make sure you have either a guide or mobile roaming on. The market itself is fantastic, Iâve never seen to many stalls/shop fronts, if you are looking for a gift youâll be spoilt for choice. One visit was enough for me though. We did return to the city on our third day but to visit the Bahia palace & grounds and then into The Kasbah which was also a nice district to explore. The hotel itself was very clean, the rooms very comfortable and the staff attentive. They were happy to sort out an area in the dining room so our large group could eat together. The food was a bit hit & miss, it would have become quite boring if staying longer than our 4 days. The pasta was stone cold one evening which was disappointing as it looked steaming hot when they were cooking it. There is only one other restaurant included at the hotel which you could book for one night only unless you were staying for longer. The food there was a little better. A few of us did get stomach problems by the end of the stay, not sure if it was the ice or the salad being washed under tap water or simply something we ate. But I donât remember the last time I have ever been on holiday and been worried about making the flight home and getting caught short! The two pools were nice, few of the mosaic tiles could do with replacing though. Nightly entertainment wasnât too bad, karaoke with pub singers thinking they are the next big thing always makes me laugh. All in all not a bad place to stay but I prefer somewhere I can walk out the gates and explore the area.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, which was a significant positive throughout our stay. âHowever, the experience was significantly marred by pest control issues. Despite pre-arrival rumors, we found that ants and cockroaches were a problem from the first day. While we were eventually relocated, other guests reported similar persistent issues. âIn addition to the pest problem, the hotel facilities are tired in places and require updating. The quality of the beverages was disappointing; specifically, the cocktails were substandard, and the beer tasted cheap. Finally, the buffet restaurant, which served all three meals, was consistently inconsistent in quality.

I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience at Be Live Adults Only Marrakech, as it fell far below the standard expected of a five-star hotel. From arrival, the customer service was appalling. It began at reception, where the staff were unwelcoming, inflexible and dismissive. The waiting staff were no better, often walking away mid-conversation, failing to greet guests with a smile and avoiding eye contact. The bar staff were equally disengaged and unhelpful. Overall, the attitude across the hotel was consistently poor. At times, I felt so uncomfortable that, had I not been with friends, I would have felt genuinely vulnerable. What was most surprising for a supposed five-star property was that almost everything required an additional charge. If you wanted a different wine, which still was not premium, you had to pay extra. Room service was extra. Anything beyond the very limited standard offering came at a cost. In every five-star all-inclusive hotel I have stayed in, there is usually a good selection of drinks included, but that was not the case here. The food and drinks were another major disappointment. There was only one type of wine and one option for gin, neither of which were premium. The buffet offered some variety but lacked authenticity and flavour. The Moroccan restaurant, which we were excited to try, turned out to be the worst meal of the trip. The food arrived late and tasted poorly prepared. Even the rooms, though spacious and comfortable, showed signs of poor maintenance. There were marks on the mirrors, and the bottom of the bathroom door was peeling. These details may seem small, but they are not what one expects in a five-star hotel. The only positive experience was with a lovely woman from guest relations who showed genuine care and professionalism. She stood out in an otherwise disappointing stay. Overall, this hotel does not meet the standard of a five-star, all-inclusive experience. Compared with other resorts worldwide, it falls far short, particularly in service, food quality, maintenance and overall value. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone seeking real hospitality and quality in Marrakech.

I recently stayed at Be Live Collection Adults Only Marrakech, and unfortunately, the experience did not live up to the 5-star rating it claims. We were there for a birthday celebration, and sadly, the experience almost ruined it. What should have been a joyful and memorable occasion was overshadowed by poor service, missing amenities, and a general lack of hospitality. The hotelâs website states that it offers business meeting rooms with catering services and caters for weddings. However, when we asked about using private spaces, we were told there were none available. Even when we identified suitable areas ourselves, we were informed that guests were not allowed to use them. This was incredibly disappointing and misleading. Basic amenities like ironing boards, robes, and slippers were only available if you booked a suite or swim-up pool room. I had to request an iron and board three times, even went down to reception, only to be told it had been left outside my roomâit wasnât. In the end, I had to go to someone elseâs room just to use their iron. The food was mediocre, and the drinks were consistently watered down. Reception staff regularly forgot our requests or simply said no, which was incredibly frustrating. The staff at the snack bar were also rude and unapproachable, which made grabbing a quick bite feel more like a chore than a treat. To make matters worse, I left my fan in one of the outside seating areas and tried to retrieve it. Reception told me to check with the bar, the bar sent me to the snack bar, and the snack bar sent me back to reception. No one took ownership or made any effort to help, which was incredibly frustrating. That said, there were a few standout staff members who made a real effort. Mustafa at reception was always smiling and helpful. The spa salesman was friendly, and I appreciated the kindness of the tall, dark-skinned man from the south of Marrakech, as well as the gentleman in traditional attire. Kaoutar from Public Relations was absolutely amazingâher warmth and professionalism made the stay bearable. Sadly, most of the staff didnât reflect that same hospitality. The woman serving breakfast was especially rude. You had to ask for tea or coffee, and when it arrived, it was slammed onto the table without a word. Cups and teaspoons werenât provided unless you asked. Also worth noting: Be Live Collection and Be Live Experience are part of the same hotel group, yet guests staying at Be Live Experience are charged to use the facilities at Be Live Collection. This felt unnecessarily restrictive and not in line with the spirit of hospitalityâespecially when both hotels are steps away from each other. Regardless of star rating, guests should feel welcomed and valued. Apart from a handful of staffâespecially Kaoutarâthat simply wasnât the case. For a trip meant to celebrate a special occasion, the lack of care and attention was deeply disappointing.

If you want a relaxing stay out of the hustle and bustle of Marrakech, then this hotel is ideal. Plus points - Great staff, super clean rooms, free shuttle bus to Marrakesh, great a la carte restaurant, good pools and not bad entertainment. Negatives - Some of the food in the buffet restaurant is not the best (but always managed to find something to eat), wine and some of the cocktails are not the best. Due to its remote location, 10K from Marrakech, there is no where to walk to (but this is not the hotels fault, its just an observation).

Great hotel albeit not central but a taxi into centre is not expensive and easy to get, great food and entertainment however would have been nice to get a meal when we arrived only got a sandwich as the restaurant was closed. Below is an honest review of this hotel, This hotel is not 5 star in my opinion, it is however a great place to holiday, and we would 100% go back tomorrow! Its very clean and well presented, the staff are very helpful and the bar staff work hard, I never waited more than 5 mins for a drink, the drinks are as strong or weak as you want them just ask nicely, the draft beer is fine the bottled not as much. the food was fine and this is the bit where I would say its not 5 star level (and the fact the alcohol is local) it was all ok but limited choice in the buffet, the snack bar food though was actually pretty good. the entertainment at night was we thought really very good and got everyone involved, the live band on Saturdays and Mondays especially good, we also enjoyed the Gnawa night. sports bar very average. and pools did as described require a little maintenance in parts to replace missing small mosaic tiles. rooms good and clean, cleaning staff do a great job, shuttle into city is great and free, little shop was ok for essentials, had no issues with deposits or towel cards or anything like that, in fact couldn't have been simpler. The management of this hotel was great and we spoke to the team everyday as they walked round checking on us and really couldn't do enough to make sure you were ok.

We had a great time in Marrakech, we enjoyed the wonderful weather, the sun is beautiful, we also enjoyed swimming and the participation of the entertainment team in many fun activities such as Archery, PĂ©tanque, Ping-pong, Darts, Aquagym, Poker.. Overall a nice stay. I have stayed in far nicer places for far less money but it definitely wasn't an unpleasant stay. A couple of points I think would be interesting for potential travellers... The positives: + Comfy rooms + Two options of pool (one quiet, one with music) + Good range at buffet restaurant + The hammam and spa were nice, just know that you'll be topless for the scrub and massage (I don't care, but other travellers might!) + A reasonable selection of alcohol given Morocco is a mostly dry country (so don't expect a full range like the UK) Many of the cocktails are their own version given which often leads to some interesting flavours! + The shuttle to the centre of Marrakech is great and very convenient. The negatives: - Many of the sun loungers are broken. One lady fell though hers as the plastic frame cracked in half. I often had to look through 5 or 6 to find one that hadn't been snapped on both sides. This is really poor for a supposedly 5* hotel. - The rooms are a little tired. My overhead shower didn't work, my friend had intermittent hot water, broken sinks, cracked tiles, and what appeared to be blood on my net window curtain! - Whilst most of the staff were delightful to deal with, the staff at the outside Snack Bar were incredibly rude, never said hello, and often chatted amongst themselves whilst several of us waited. - This is very much a hotel for Brits. Everywhere you look, Brits. Don't expect any multiculturalism in the clientelle!

I would like to compliment Mustafa, the barman from the Sports Bar at the hotel. This man must be the friendliest, most experienced barman on the planet. Nothing is too much trouble for him and he is truly a really nice, genuine, pleasant person. He gives your hotel the reputation it deserves and I would recommend a visit to the Sports Bar on the complex to have the honour of being served by such a lovely person. I hope the management recognise what a fabulous employee they have working for them.

Stayed here for some winter sunshine & much needed break. We arrived at the hotel 15 minutes before dinner was due to finish and the luggage handler kindly advised us to head to the buffet for some food and we could continue checking in after which was a great welcome. Location: Hotel is situated about 35 minutes from the airport although that can increase depending on traffic and 20 - 25 minutes from the centre so youâre not too far from either which is handy. The hotel offers a free shuttle transfer to the centre which is really handy - it is best to book what times you wish to leave and return in the morning. Youâre given a ticket to keep which you have to present when getting on the coach. Private taxis will cost around 200 Moroccan dirhams per journey which isnât too costly either. Service: The lobby, pool & sports bar staff are all very nice - the lobby bar in particular are great at refilling your drinks before you finish them! It can be difficult getting drinks in the buffet restaurant during busy dining hours so itâs wise to take your drinks from the lobby bar into there. Bar & restaurant staff are really friendly and attentive. Food/Drinks: I was immediately devastated on our first evening when I was told Prosecco isnât on the all inclusive offering and would have to be purchased separately. I donât consider it to be a premium drink and itâs included in every other all inc. Iâve been to so I really missed my morning mimosas! For whatever reason, my husbandâs beers would instantly go flat! They were poured straight from the bottle into either glass (evening) or the plastic cups during the day. Not sure why this was (maybe dishwasher effect). Cocktails seemed very sugary so we didnât consume many which isnât normal practice for us on holiday! I didnât find breakfast to be great, I struggled for options - no changes during the 7 days. You have to get the attention of staff to get a hot drink, If there was a hot drinks station this would make things a lot easier as breakfast can be hectic with lots of guests at peak times. Lunch and dinners at the buffet were ok, some nice dishes but again because of no theme nights it was quite samey. The food is often not labelled either so you donât know what stuff is a lot of the timeâŠI nearly had a tuna pizza which I thought was chicken so I think there needs to be some clear labelling here! The pool snack bar is pretty good, you order off a menu. Itâs simplistic food which you need sometimes. You can book the Ksar restaurant once during your visit. It is traditional Moroccan food. Itâs nicely set out in there, the food wasnât to my preference which is nothing on them. Cleanliness: Our room was really clean and the surrounding grounds are really well kept. The hotel lobby has a nice smell as you come in and lots of nice furnishings. Pool: There was no subbed hogging which is great! You could turn up to the entertainment or quieter pool at any time and easily get a sunbed (this may differ depending on time of year) plus I think a lot of guests go off golfing during the day, freeing up pool space. The quieter pool had a fair few tiles missing and didnât seem as fresh as the main pool but both still good to swim/sit in. Gym: Surprisingly managed 3 visits to the gym this holiday which is a first! You get a bottle of water and a towel which is a nice touch. It is quite decent size, they just donât have air con so it can be really warm making it harder to work out! Late checkout â We asked reception the day before our flight about late checkout opens but were dismissed advising to ask the morning of departure but that it wouldnât be an option as the hotels fully booked. We checked again the morning of as we werenât getting picked up until 6:15pm so it is just so much easier to have your room accessible but again we were instantly dismissed with the âweâre fully bookedâ excuse, no check was made and I know their reasoning was a lie because you could book a room for that day on booking.com and direct on the Be Live website. I am always happy to pay for a late checkout for convenience. It left me feeling frustrated at being lied to, it just seemed that the reception staff couldnât be bothered and that it was a hassle to organise this. Weirdly another group were given a 3pm or 6pm late checkout optionâŠleaving me even more annoyed! The spa changing rooms feel small when there are others getting ready around you. No plugs to use or hairdryers making it difficult to get ready! Although Iâve listed a fair few negatives, if there were some improvements made on these points it would make the experience so much better! We had a nice relaxing time but I wouldnât be quick to overly recommend this hotel to friends/family.

The food was great, lots of choice, the evening entertainment was brilliant. The rooms were lovely and some of the staff were very smiley and helpful. The spa was also great and the whole vibe across the hotel was great.
Cons: The pools were freezing, and needed more tables and umbrellas at lunch by the snack bar. Also needed more tables at night by the lobby bar outside. The cocktails also need to be improved and in nicer glasses.

From the moment we arrived, everything about our stay was absolutely perfect. The facilities were amazing â beautifully maintained, modern, and offered everything we could possibly need for a relaxing holiday. The staff couldnât have been more helpful; every single person we met went out of their way to make us feel welcome and ensure we had a great experience. Their friendliness and professionalism really stood out. The food was another highlight â the choice and quality were superb! Every meal felt fresh and well-prepared, with plenty of variety to suit everyone. A special mention has to go to the team at the SNACK BAR (especially OUALID) â they were so much fun and brought such positive energy to our days. Their smiles, sense of humour, and enthusiasm really made a difference and added something extra special to the holiday. We honestly couldnât fault a thing. Itâs rare to find a place that gets everything so right, but this hotel truly did. We canât wait to come back!

My partner and I had a wonderful time at this hotel. Our room was lovely, well appointed and spotlessly clean. From the start to the end of our stay we could not fault a single thing. All of the staff went out of their way to look after us. Special thanks to Ghizlane and Kaouter in Public Relations who were so helpful when I asked about a recipe for Mint Tea and also about the delicious biscuits on the buffet. Zineb, the Restaurant Manager and Youssef the pastry chef were also very helpful. The swimming pools were really nice and all of the bar staff and waiters were very attentive at all times. We did not use the Animation pool but, as we passed by, it was clear to see the team there were working hard to keep the guests entertained. There was some excellent entertainment each evening. The hotel is located a little way out of the city and the Medina, but the free shuttle bus service made it easy to get there in about 25 minutes. We will definitely go back to this hotel!! Daily ctivities were varied and good fun, but weren't forced upon you. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Loved the dual pools and the swim up bar. Evening entertainment acts were very good. Rooms were spacious and well-appointed.
Cons: 4/8 of our group developed stomach upsets. None of us used tap water. I can only presume it was the ice/salads/food hygiene or pool hygiene.

Large groups of mainly blokes and in the evening, accompanied by their wives. Itâs gets a little busy and over powering in The buffet restaurant, but the staff will always sort it for you đđ. Beautiful Oasis in Marrakesh. Well appointed rooms, tentative, friendly and hard working staff. Two pools one of which is the 'quite' one with a swim up bar. Food is delicious. 20 mins in a taxi or 25 by the courtesy shuttle bus to the medina. Excellent evening entertainment....very chilled. Only negative for me is the location. In the middle of nowhere so can't go off site for a walk. Half decent gym.

I recently spent four nights at the Be Live Collection Marrakech Adults Only, and overall it was a really enjoyable and relaxing stay. Positives: The rooms were lovely and spacious, with both a shower and a bath â a nice touch. We received bottled water daily and fresh towels, which was appreciated. The staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and helpful, and the spa was a real highlight â Iâd absolutely recommend booking the hammam experience and ask for an offer! The evening entertainment was great and added a fun atmosphere each night. Food-wise, the buffet was decent â nothing spectacular, but there was enough variety to suit most tastes. As the hotel is adults only and popular with golfers, the pool area was pleasantly quiet during the day, and there were always plenty of sunbeds available. Negatives: There were a few areas that let the experience down slightly. The pool with the swim-up bar had quite a few missing tiles, some of which were sharp, and there were no visible markers showing the depth of the pool â which could be unsafe if someone dives in without realising itâs shallow. The main pool bar could definitely use more staff, as service was quite slow at busy times. While the hotel is marketed as 5-star, it felt more like a solid 3-star experience compared to international standards. Small touches, like having dressing gowns in the rooms, would go a long way to bringing it up to the level it claims to be. Overall: A lovely adults-only resort with friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and great entertainment â ideal for a few days of sunshine and relaxation. However, itâs not quite the luxury 5-star experience you might expect, so go in with realistic expectations and youâll have a great time. Location wise - it is about 20mins from the medina but the hotel provide regular free shuttles. There is nothing around the hotel at all.

Hotel is very boring and not 5 star. Room was clean and it was nice having a swim out. However the swim out pool is not deep and only goes up to your waist if that. Food is awful and cocktails were terrible (0% alcohol). Evening entertainment was also boring, they need to invest in that- Iâve never gone on holiday where Iâm in bed by 8/9pm Cutlery and glasses were always dirty. I personally wouldnât recommend. The main positive was that Staff were friendly

The hotel was very clean with a warm welcome. Nice aroma in the air in reception. Rashid on the main desk, a very helpful individual along with all other receptionist. Our room was alway cleaned sheets changed towels replaced. The pool attendant Momo who is part of the Animation team was a very attendative young man. Who looked after everyone by the pool, (there is two pools one for those who want to be entertained and take part with the Animation team, while sunbathing and other pool not as deep as the other pool for those who just want to chill sleep read a book and chat) Momo supported us with any problems we may have by the pool and keeping the area clean and safe as some customers are not that caring sometimes. His attitude was professional his communication skills excellent, he knew we needed help and just appeared. Entertainment was excellent extremely interactive and professional with great fun. Bar staff did a amense job in providing the drinks from tea to beer and snack all day long into th late evening. At this point i will say tipping is good for them and they do appreciate it But we just couldn't afford to tip them all. The grounds people have and are doing a great job on the vegetation in this heat. Restaurant al a carte was amasing great food. Well done! for everything. On the flip side they could improve on hygiene. Coffee pots needs a good clean out Food was nice need more choices. Would come back to Morocco

The rooms are clean and well presented, the communal areas are less impressive, whilst the âanimationâ pool is fine, the other âquietâ pool has many missing tiles and no depth markings or clear signage of steps etc of which there are many. Drinks were poor all over the resort, and the food was average at best. The staff were friendly and the spa treatments were very good and well priced.

We went as a group of golfers, more pros than cons as a whole. The hotel was spotless, the rooms spacious and clean. The hotel grounds and pool area was clean and very well presented. The food was ideal for our 4 day stay, decent quality and variety at breakfast and dinner, also enjoyed the Ă la carte. The cons, thereâs nothing outside this hotel so you will rely on cabs and the shuttle into Marrakesh. The golf courses are a drive away but we knew that. The real downside are the drinks, warmish beer and cocktails that contain very little alcohol all served in plastic glasses outside the restaurant. The Rose wine was passable. Whilst respecting the location and alcohol not being their top priority, it still needs addressing for the groups they are targeting and their 5 star pitch.

Quick efficient check in and only 25/30 minutes from the airport. Located about a 10/15 minute cab journey from the medina, 150 MAD during day, 200 MAD in evening, each way. The hotel arranged cabs for us to take us to the medina and restaurants arranged them to come back. Surprised to be charged a 1,000 MAD deposit on arrival which is refunded just before departure, against any damages in your room. Local taxes are also charged, approx 440 MAD, this was expected. The room was large with spacious shower and bathroom. A coffee machine and 2 coffee pods. We bought more for the week. Very comfortable beds. It was good that the complex was only over 2 floors. We had to change room as the patio was in shade till 3pm and this was dealt with efficiently and quickly, thank you. A couple of half bottles of wine were complemented to our room. A nice touch, thank you. All the staff in the bars, reception, restaurants (buffet and Moroccan) and housekeeping were professional and efficient. Allowed 1 visit to Moroccan during 7 day stay. We went another time and were charged 350 MAD each, though when I enquired the day before it was 250 MAD each, not too much of an issue as the food was delicious. Always seemed to be difficult to change currency at the hotel into smaller denominations for tips, which was a little annoying. Air conditioning in the rooms was efficient and housekeeping kept the room spotless. The buffet was always fresh, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Exceeded our expectations. Fresh pasta station daily for dinner. Lots of fresh fruit, salads, cheese, meat dishes, pizzas. Good variety of dishes and replenished throughout the service. Friendly servers. Lots of entertainment daily though we stayed in the room as it had a swim up pool. There was a pool side bar, always busy, serving drinks and snacks; burgers, salads, paninis. The only other bar was the main bar that lacked atmosphere. Serving local branded spirits and beer, not as strong as in UK, so on the whole we drank wine. Service was always efficient and quick. Take a cab to the medina for a few hours, or use the shuttle bus service, not sure if that is free.

Cocktails niet echt lekker en alles in plastic glazen. Het buffet is uitgebreid maar helaas zijn we er beiden ziek van geworden en waren we niet de enigen.

Cons: Loud music at night. Maybe those booking a pool view should be made aware of this. Also, booked a pool view but didnât really get that as it was lower ground. Tables not cleared and set in the dining room so often had to sit at a dirty table and clear it ourselves. Staff were run off their feet so maybe need more staff in the dining room.

The hotel and facilities were nice and well maintained. The rooms were nice, plenty of room and the beds were a good size. Plenty of sun beds around the pool so no worries of not getting.
Cons: The service around meal times was awful! massively understaffed, meaning most tables were sat without drinks for a substantial time or the full meal whilst waiters were extremely busy clearing tables. The food was extremely poor, always cold and not even close to the standard of a 5 star hotel, more like 1 or 2 star quality. The drinks were awful, all alcoholic drinks were watered down and of terrible standard, the only drink worth having was a bottle of beer. No wine list available, unfortunately the house red, white and rose were very very poor quality. Food and drinks totally let this hotel down, very disappointing.

The location was good only a 10/15 minute drive into the centre. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We was lucky enough to get upgraded to one of the garden suites which was a great room and the beds were extremely comfortable and overall the hotel is great value for money
Cons: I struggle to understand how this hotel is rated 5 star, having been to many other all inclusives I would rate this the same level. We only stayed for 2 nights but had I booked this for a weeks stay Iâd be very disappointed. There is a bad issue with wasps everywhere, I understand there are going to be wasps but I think more protocols should be in place to try and prevent them as they are constantly flying around drinks, all over the bar, I even got stung by one on one day. The level of maintenance was poor, the pool had cracked tiles and someone I spoke to had sliced there toe open from it and there was also rusty nails on the floor around the pool waiting for someone to tread on. The quality of the food was also naff, we ended up eating out both evenings during our stay as after eating lunch and breakfast at the hotel we couldnât bring ourselves to eat there

Cons: Staff are very rude. A simple request to get a come of tea they give attitude. Holding fee deposit was not given as it was group booking and we were checking out at different times. Hotel promised to issue a refund when everyone has checked out. 4 days down the line, no refund. Hotel staff not responding to messages. Called several time, no response buy you get charged for calling abroad. One staff answered the phone and cut off the moment i asked him to confirm if refund has been issued. Very poor customer service.

I stayed at Be Live Adults Only Marrakech with a group of 10 friends to celebrate my birthday, and my experience was mixed. Overall, the hotel itself has potential, and I did appreciate the efforts of the cleaner who went out of her way to make my birthday special. However, the inconsistency in service, lack of responsiveness, and the initial cleanliness issues really took away from the experience.
Cons: On arrival, the check-in process was disappointing. The pillows in my room had visible stains, and the bathroom floor had hair on it. I had to request clean pillows, which was not the welcome I expected from a 5 star hotel. While my room was cleaned daily afterwards, and the cleaner was very friendly (even decorating my room for my birthday, which I appreciated), the initial impression was not great. The service throughout our stay felt inconsistent. Some staff members were polite, but others came across as rude or unresponsive. At breakfast, I once waited over five minutes for cutlery, only to see another guest (of white background) served almost immediately after requesting somethingâwhich left me feeling uncomfortable about the service attitude. We also faced difficulties booking a table at the Ă la carte restaurant for our group. Initially, we were told we had to split into different times with no real explanation or flexibility. When we arrived at the restaurant, however, we noticed plenty of free tables and were eventually accommodated as a group after asking again. It felt like we had to push for even reasonable requests, which was frustrating.

Restaurant- food was amazing, plenty of choice, no queues. Staff ensured that everything was fine. Entertainment- different choices every evening of our stay, good entertainment. The room was beautiful and comfortable. I stayed with a friend and we had a big double bed each which was we loved, pillows were heaven. The two pools were fab and we had a lovely massage at the spa on our first day. Staff were nice, hotel was kept very clean and manicured.
Cons: Each meal was buffet style, apart from one night allowance in the Moroccon restaurant (beautiful). The staff at the buffet were rushed off their feet every day, and it was hard to order any drinks. Again at the snack bar outside, they seemed understaffed so it took a while to order and for the food to arrive.

Lovely pools, friendly staff and decent food in the restaurant. We had a quiet room at the back (block 3) and it was perfect. Bathroom was great with both a shower and bath and the room was a decent size with a nice balcony.

There was a relaxing pool area which we liked and another pool for loud music and activities, so it was nice they were separated. The gardens and grounds were beautiful and the staff were all so helpful, welcoming and pleasant. I loved the whole stay! Drinks were nice too, lots of areas to relax and enjoy the warm weather. There was also a very useful shuttle service into Marrakesh included and we also got to eat at the on site a la carte restaurant, the food there was so tasty and we really enjoyed it!
Cons: The only thing I would say was there is loud live music each night and if you are a light or early sleeper it would be best to request a room a bit removed from the area where they do it. Other than that everything was perfect!

Staying at Be Live Collection Marrakech was incredible, but the real highlight was Oussma. Heâs seriously one of the kindest souls Iâve met, always going out of his way to make sure everyoneâs comfortable and happy. Heâs not just helpful; he makes you feel cared for, like youâre more than just another guest. And then thereâs his archery class⊠absolutely amazing. Oussmaâs a natural teacher, super patient and encouraging, even with beginners like me. He didnât just show us how to hold a bow and shoot; he turned it into something worth coming over to play each day. Honestly, it felt like more than a sport, it was an experience. Thanks to him, my stay felt personal and unforgettable. Oussma really makes the magic of Marrakech come alive.

It was out second time here at this hotel and we just love the place, we came here for 10 days but after 3 days of being there my wife was taken sick (nothing to do with the hotel) and a doctor was called and my wife was taken to hospital and after a scan was told she had a kidney stone and was kept in hospital for 1 night, when we got back to the hotel we had another 3 days there where my wife was still not well and we had to fly home early and lose 3 days off our holiday, now I would like to say that the staff and management were FANTASTIC with their help and service, they went above and beyond with what they did for us, so I would like to say a big thank you to them and we might come back at Xmas for another holiday as we love the place. Nice enough hotel to stay in for the week, food was ok but got a bit repetitive but we ended going into the city centre for one night and you also get 1 night in their Moroccan restaurant. Rooms were lovely and spacious, be careful of leaving drinks out in them as the ants get them. Theres a lively pool with music and games in the day and then a quiter pool with the pool bar and the lovely lifeguard Mono who will do anything for you to help with sunbeds and umbrellas. Staff were friendly enough but often got orders wrong and long waits on drinks at the snack bar (I recommend ordering 2 at a time as the queue got really long). There was also a book stand with a selection of books and magazines you could read for free which was lovely. 2 small shops inside the reception for snacks and fashion were helpful but expensive (ÂŁ18 for 2 bags of crisps, 2 cans of pop and a packet of skittles). City centre is about 20-30 mins drive away and as thereâs nothing else around the hotel in walking distance, we found the free shuttle bus service really helpful (it always came bang on time as well). Entertainment on every night which was good as not much else to do in the area. All in all a decent hotel.

Honestly we didnât expect to enjoy the hotel that much but it turned out to be an amazing vacation. I came with my wife, her sister and her husband, and we had such a great time. The entertainment team kept us busy and laughing the whole week. Every day there was something new to try. I really liked the aquagym and darts, but also had a blast with beer pong and cornhole. My wife loved the belly dancing sessions and even made me dance some salsa near the pool. It was all in good fun. Emma was just the best. Super friendly, always around, and really good at what she does. You can feel that she cares and enjoys making people happy. Big respect to her and the whole team. Canât wait to come back.

We came here for a family holiday, and honestly, it was a great choice. The hotel is clean, quiet at night, and the pool is just perfect to relax during the day. What made the difference though was the animation team. They gave life to the place. During the day we tried a bit of everything. Aquagym was a fun way to start the morning, then we played darts and cornhole in the afternoon. I even joined belly dancing with my wife and it was actually a lot of fun. Beer pong and salsa by the pool brought a good atmosphere and good laughs. A big thank you to Emma. She's full of energy, always smiling, and really knows how to make people feel at ease. We came as a family, two sisters with our husbands, and spent some unforgettable days in this hotel. Everything was smooth from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean, the garden was green and peaceful, and the pool area was our favorite place to relax. What made our stay really special was the daytime entertainment. Every day was full of activities. We started with aquagym in the morning which was so refreshing. Then we enjoyed darts, cornhole, and fresh boules in the afternoon. We hadden een heerlijke kamer van alle gemakken voorzien. De schoonmaak was heel goed. Het terrein zag er prachtig uit de mensen van de tuin werkte echt heel hard Het personeel is heel erg behulpzaam en willen je overal bij helpen. We hebben 1x in het kleine restaurant gegeten op reserveren dit was een heel mooie ervaring zeer goed gegeten. De entertainment was goed, geen flauwe shows maar optredens met klasse wij hebben er van genoten. Heel de dag kan je drinken en eten perfect geregeld. De bus naar de medina is goed geregeld.
Cons: De ligging is niet fijn echt in the Middle of nowhere. Geen winkeltjes in de buurt ook niet mogelijk om even een rondje te lopen. Het eten was niet altijd even goed soms echt droog vlees. Wel voldoende keus. De man van de hamman was niet fijn, wij hadden in de planning staan om hier een dagje door te brengen maar hij bood alleen een 4 daags behandeling van 400 euro aan. Dagelijks kwam hij hier op terug, hierdoor dus geen behandeling genomen.

Cons: Massages were average at best - especially when the masseuses during the second half of the 2 hour hammam were yawning, the odd belch and nails were long enough to be felt....they really didn't seem interested at all. Upon learning we were English and couldn't speak French, there was a lot of whispers and giggling in French while massaging. Very disappointed and would not recommend the spa - especially considering it's not cheap - 2x 2 hour packages + 2x 30min relaxing massages (we had the smaller massages upon arrival), should be 3400Dhs, roughly ÂŁ275.

Everything... the Spa is a must! Hammams were fantastic... we would definitely return to this hotel if we return to Marrakech
Cons: Perhaps a little further out from Centre than I would've liked however, there is a shuttle bus and it didn't really effect us... I'm clutching at straws to find a Negative

Personnel agréable. Chambre spacieuse. Salle de sport bien équipée.
Cons: Hotel bruyant : musique toute la journĂ©e au niveau de la grande piscine ( notre terrasse Ă©tait Ă 10m), clientĂšle anglaise trĂšs bruyante. Ce n est pas un hĂŽtel "Adult only" pour ĂȘtre au calme. Restaurant trĂšs bruyant aussi. Buffet avec du choix mais la cuisine n est pas leur fort.

The grounds where lovely, the room was a good size and nice and clean.
Cons: Where to start: firstly the food was very average, most of the staff especially reception men where rude and not welcoming, but the clientele was the main issue, I was not made aware this was a golf related hotel so there where big groups of men in the afternoon and evening all drinking beer trying to out shout each other, I know you cannot dictate none smoking but Iâve never seen so many overweight beer drinking salad avoiding chain smoking people in a hotel before. Such a shame, never again..

The food was excellent and the staff couldn't do enough for you. The entertainment was very good as well.

Good size, clean room. Common areas and reception well maintained Nice planting in common areas
Cons: Patio door in room broken and wouldnât lock - had to ask 3 times for it to be fixed. Not enough dining room staff so tables were often left with dirty plates and glasses for longer than necessary. Often flies on food. Bar staff quite selective in who they served. Overall a little tatty in some areas. Pool had green algae in some areas
