I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Riad Andalla Spa hotel. It is a beautiful building that totally met my expectations of what Marrakesh Riad would be. More importantly the staff there are so very helpful and courteous. Throughout my stay they went over and above what is expected to make my visit to Marrakesh as enjoyable and rewarding as possible. They even catered for the, shall we say, vagaries and idiosyncrasies of others in my party without any fuss. Beautiful hotel, beautiful people and fantastic food. Loved every minute including the hammam massage. Will definitely return.

Really great experience in the old Moroccan style of a Riad (an old architecture of a square house with an open courtyard to the sky. Staff was awesome, super helpful with directions and restaurant recommendations. Spa massage was also great. Area is in the Medina, and crazy busy with lots of small streets. Their driver hauled our luggage in, but it wa still kinda freaky arriving late at night in a busy street. But inside it was quiet and peaceful.

We could not ask for a more perfect Riad in Marrakesh! The staff are what make this experience so worthwhile. At every turn they are there to help you whether it’s recommending an authentic dinner spot or helping you get the best price when shopping in the Souks. The location is perfect and is less than a 10-20 minute walk to all major tourist attractions. The rooms were clean and well kept, the colorful light spilling into your room every afternoon made the space so special. Again I will say that the staff go above and beyond to make your time in Marrakesh extraordinary. When we return to Marrakesh we will be staying here again.

This property was beautiful, clean and in a great location. Unique architecture and beautiful attention to details. The staff is incredible and made us feel very welcome. The location was excellent — within the old Medina and walking distance to Jemaa el-Fnaa. It was a great experience to stay in an area where locals live, giving us a sense of being immersed in the daily life of Marrakech. We also opted for the rooftop dinner on our first night (we stayed for three nights), which was delicious and very enjoyable. However, the room was quite underwhelming compared to the photos. It lacked decor and had minimal amenities, which was disappointing. There wasn't even a rug on the tile floor, and the small chairs and table weren’t comfortable — the bed was essentially the only place to sit, which didn’t make for a relaxing stay. For a Junior Suite at over $200 per night, we expected a bit more in terms of comfort and design. If we return to Marrakech, we’ll likely look for another place to stay.

A Gem! Enter from the street into a welcoming and beautiful, authentic Moroccan Riad. Genuinely nice hospitality, they cater to you every need always with a smile. The food serviced rooftop, both breakfast and the dinner were delicious and plentiful. The rooms were decorative and comfortable with nice AC. The common areas and sitting areas beautiful. It's close to the souks, restaurants, and tourist attractions. But...NOTHING tops the staff and level of service! A must stay your Marrakech adventure.

This riad is beautiful and it's situated perfectly for what we wanted. It's just off one of a bigger road that feels safer and better lit than some of the smaller side streets. This main street takes you to the main square and areas of interest, this is the same for our pick ups for excursions. This was a big bonus for getting around especially as night. As two female travellers we felt safe staying here especially with a buzzer to get in to the riad and staff on 24/7. The riad was beautiful inside, with amazing AC and good showering facilities. The rooftop is a lot more peaceful than expected being in the Medina. The hotel itself was also really quiet bar birdsong. The staff were faultless, and couldnt help us enough. Abdullah in particular was really helpful with recommendations and making us feel welcome, but truly all the staff were brilliant Cannot fault our stay here and would 100% return if we ever came back to Marrakech

Best stay I have ever had! The Riad was so clean and beautiful me and my wife loved it there. The staff was the best thing about the riad. So welcoming and helpful i cant say enough. I would give them 6 out of 5 stars if I could. Abderrahim and Mohammad made my stay awesome. They were so helpful and always ready to help with anything. The room was nice, clean, and spacious. Location is also convenient as it is only 10 min walk from the souks and square. I had an amazing experience here and would highly recommend this riad :)

We arrived after 24 plus hours of traveling and it was like we were being welcomed home. We sat in the center of the Riad and were greeted with mint tea, snacks, and help getting oriented by Abdullah and the rest of the staff. We were a party of six and all of our rooms were well appointed, with different color schemes and had more than enough space for us. The breakfast was a highlight, as there is too much food!

The riad is really beautiful, walking distance to the souk and main attractions, and every staff is helpful and welcoming. We didn’t enjoy the tour booked through the riad though so I’d suggest booking it separately. Having said this, I would definitely stay in riad andallaspa again!

The riad itself is beautiful. However, there are absolutely no facilities. There was no fridge in the room, or a kettle or an iron. We didnt even get slippers for the room. We booked this Riad because of the restaurant, turns out the restaurant is not open most of the time. They only serve dinner which you have to reserve. If you need a light snack like sandwich or chips, they dont have it. The dinner was very overpriced for what we were served. However, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay so much at Riad Andallaspa. It was perfectly situated - off the beaten path but still just ten minutes from the main square and other areas of the old city (eg the Bahia Palace). The staff were amazing - nothing was too much trouble for them. Mint tea on tap and advice on trips or airport transfers, all spot on. The food was fantastic - the breakfasts were huge and we would regularly take the pains au chocolats or French bread with us for lunch later as we couldn’t eat it all. The evening meals were also excellent - there are set menus so you just need to ask for the one you’d like. We even had a refreshing dip in the courtyard pool which we appreciated. In the afternoons and evenings, we loved sitting out on the roof terrace, which was often deserted. The only thing was that there was no way to order drinks once we were up there, so we would order them from reception. (For soft drinks, the little shop directly over the road was even cheaper but the hotel wasn’t expensive.) The room was brilliantly decorated and the bathroom and plumbing modern. The toiletries were fantastic too. I can’t recommend this Riad enough. The ratings are good for a reason.

Straightforward check in service with affable staff, our room was wonderful, clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful with directions and suggestions for our itinerary. Lovely terrace for daily included breakfast, although it was carb heavy, a few more protein options would have been nice to start the day. A mini fridge and hooks in the bathroom would be good touches for the rooms. Comfortable stay in a beautiful well curated Riad. Thank you to all the kind staff members for a memorable stay.

Excellent hospitality and excellent place to stay to get an authentic experience in Marrakech. Staff is extremely helpful with anything you need, be it to get transport, help you with your bags or make recommendations of where to eat or a good price of things. This Riad is located just minutes walk from Jemma El Fna Square and the souks of the Medina in the old city. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Only thing I would change is the hour of breakfast which is 8-10am. This is later than the pick up times for most day tours and you can miss breakfast. They can pack one for you, but it doesn’t compare to what you get when you dine at the restaurant. Eggs should also be included in breakfast.

Riad Andalla Spa is conviently located in the historic Market section of Marekesh. It is very walkable to the market area and the staff is excellent. We took the option on the roofop dining the first night of our stay and then the staff was able to give us dining recommendations for the following night. They were very willing to store our luggage while we took a night away in the desert in the middle of our stay

I am reluctant to write this in fear that the word will get out. This place is a hidden gem that may seem unsafe until you explore, acclimate and experience the neighborhood. The staff is as helpful as they can be and breakfast on the roof delightful. Safety tip, it's easy to get lost in the sooks.

The Riad Andalla Spa is an oasis of calm in the centre of the bustling Medina. It’s central location. means that most attractions are easily walkable and when you feel tired and hot you can use Tuk Tuks or taxis arranged by the incredibly helpful staff. In fact we can’t speak highly enough of the welcome we received. Staff were so hospitable and the accommodation was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was a veritable feast and set us up for the day. We would return in an instant. Thank you so very much.

Our stay is good. Service is good. The Manager has a warm welcome and helpful with places we want to go as well as giving tips on how to bargain with prices of goods in the market. The reception staff is good and help with our luggage on our way to the taxi. Everyone is nice and courteous. The place is clean. Food is delicious. It’s worth the price of what we have paid. We will definitely recommend it.

The staff was so helpful , they ensured we had all information to see all landmarks and were available 24/7. Breakfast was fantastic and we had a supper on the rooftop the first night we were there which was incredible. We had to check out at 6 am to catch a train and they even had a breakfast packed for us when we checked out. Top notch all the way!!! Cannot say enough good things about this property. I would recommend this Riad to anyone that was visiting marrakesh to make your stay memorable.

Culture shock, for sure but is was amazing! The Riad staff and the way they went out of the way to organize all the details based on the language barrier was greatly appreciated. From the morning breakfast, service, massages, to someone getting up at 4:30 to make sure we make it to the taxi for the outing we planned was way more than we could have asked for. They taught how to navigate the city, negotiate the prices in town with the vendors, which we were not successful based on them being smarter at the math with the money. That’s fine though, it’s expected. Thank you to everyone for making this a great trip for my family!

We had a wonderful stay here. The hotel was beautiful, very clean. The bedrooms were bright, clean, beautiful decor and comfortable. . The bathroom was spacious with a brilliant shower. Breakfast was delicious! Our evening set meal was delicious. Most important, every member of staff was wonderful, very friendly, very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. This was one of the best group of staff I’ve ever encountered on a holiday. Thank you & I will have no hesitation in staying here again!

Great family friendly Riad if you have older kids. We stayed is the Yazid family suite with our 12 and 9 year old. Not sure I would recommend if you have toddler age or young children as the kids beds are located up tile stairs in a loft area of the room. A quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle of the Medina.

We stayed 4 nights at this riad. We were welcomed by friendly staff and the front desk was always available for any questions or assistance. I loved the ambiance and serenity that the place provided (very quiet and peaceful). I would recommend this place 100%. We enjoyed our time in marrakech and was happy to experience the proximity of Jemaa el Fnaa and all the souks within the area. Bedroom and bathroom were clean. The only note I would make was that the mattress was a little too firm.

We stayed at Riad Andallaspa for two nights. The moment you enter the riad, you can tell it is special. Beautiful place! From the lobby to the rooftop dining/sitting area. Stunning. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was an easy walk to Jemaa el-Fnaa. Be aware that taxis cannot take you all the way to the riad entry, since it is in the medina, and the roads are narrow. But it's only a couple of minutes walk and a small inconvenience for what awaits you.

This is a beautiful property in the heart of Marrakech. It is very charming and the staff were extremely kind and helpful with everything we needed. The breakfasts and dinners were delicious. The property is 20 minutes or less walk from ever thing worth seeing in the Marrakech which made it very convenient to sightsee. The only negative is that the entrance is on a street that is not very accessible by vehicle. A taxi can make it to the front but it is not recommended. This was a minor annoyance as we had to set meeting locations with tour vans and taxis a few minutes from the hotel. Absolutely not a big issue for the many benefits of the staff and locations.

All the staff here are amazing and have great hospitality! Location is great for shopping and walkable to many areas. It can be a little difficult for grabbing a taxi with luggage but if you communicate with the staff they will help you arrange transportation.

There was much to pleased about. The advice on what to do when we were in Marrakesh. The suggestion to use their transfer taxi to the Riad. Vital, saves the hassle of the taxi driver struggling to locate the property. We used their suggestion to travel to the Hi Atlas mountains. We went on a Monday and the driver suggested a side trip to the Monday market which was possibly the best visit we did in 6 days. Amazing! The less good on most Expedia Riad properties was whether they had an alcohol licence. The longer one stays more the need for a solid cocktail! None want to be honest and say no alcohol on the premises in case it effect sales as in deed it would.

Me and my friend arrived around 8PM and were greeted already near the taxi that had to leave us some metres away from the entrance due to road restrictions. The staff was super friendly, helpful and the stay started very welcoming. We had dinner on their terrace. Be warned - no menu is given, you are just served the food they cook for that day (we paid 25eur/each for 3 course meal). The food was delicious and loads of it. The rooms in the riyad are beatiful, unique, has its identity! Be ready to be woken up around 5am by Prayers from outside. Breakfast was also lovely, also in the terrace. During whole stay, the staff, the manager were very helpful, always with a smile. I would love to come back to Marrakesh and would stay in the same riyad. Advise to have local cash to pay for hotel, it saves on extra fee for card payments.

The complete experience and especially the staff and service were top-notch at this Riad. The rooms, common areas and especially the rooftop terrace are fantastic and very clean and immaculate. But frankly it is the staff that made the experience so wonderful. They are so warm and welcoming and quick to help with any need- the ones you ask for and the ones you don’t even realize you need. Abdula, Mustafa and Younes in particular treated us like family and would go back just to see them again. The location is also great. Just close enough to all the blessed chaos of Marrakech but just far enough off the main soul areas that you feel relaxed and in a zen zone when you return from your adventures.

We had a fabulous time in Marrakech and at Riad Andalla Spa. The staff at Andalla is unbelievable. Hands down the best place we have stayed in all our travels. The riad is beautiful, it’s conveniently located to everywhere we wanted to go and everyone there treated us like fabulously and took care of our every need. We will definitely go back to Marrakech and will stay here. The only problem we had was we didn’t stay long enough. Thank you Riad Andalla Spa, we loved staying with you!!!!

Take up the offer of transfers from the airport, make sure you dine at the rooftop at least once for dinner. Our room was spotless , spacious and very comfortable . This was the absolute perfect stay. Close and easy access to everything in the Medina, but a serene sanctuary that is a welcome break from the hustle and bustle. It is beautifully decorated, with many areas for relaxing, and great, comfortable rooms. All the comforts of home with gorgeous Moroccan style. Very helpful and hospitable staff. I highly recommend. We had a wonderful stay at Riad Andallaspa. It's a beautifully-styled building - fabulous tiling and furnishings, a real feast for the eyes. But it was also very welcoming - as were the whole team, who made us feel immediately at home and were always patient and helpful. Our family room was spotless, stylish and very comfortable - and we loved our colourful shower. Would definitely recommend the generous breakfast on the rooftop. We also had dinner on our first night - probably the best tagine of our trip. The area was convenient for exploring the medina (once we got our bearings) without being too busy or noisy. We are genuinely delighted we chose to stay at Riad Andallaspa. A huge thank you to all the hard-working team for helping us have a really fab trip.

First time visiting Morocco and couldn't have asked for a better accommodation. Everyone was so warm and welcoming. We were greeted with moroccan tea and given a run down of things to do. They went above and beyond to help us with our endless questions and requests. From booking a restaurant for lunch to arranging a last minute massage for me as we were unable to find any hammam appointments on Eid(Thank you so much again!!). The rooms were immaculate and the overall service was top notch. The location of the Riad is extremely close to all major site seeing spots. They also arranged our travel to and from the airport. We want to personally thank Christophe and his team for such a lovely experience. Will definitely recommend Andallaspa to our friends and if we ever come back to Morocco we know where we'll be staying :)

The location is very close to the centre, which is fully of restaurants one of particular note is the grand bazaar. Excellent food, service and very friendly. I thought it was very beautiful place with very caring staff. They were all extremely helpful and went out of their way to take care of guests. Location is very central and close to all historic places which comes at a cost. You are close to history but also have very heavy traffic and congested streets. Hotel provides breakfast which really needs to improve as menu doesn’t change from day to day and is very limited options. But overall I had a good stay. I loved the mint tea that was available all day almost.

We arranged an airport transfer via Andalla Spa’s management team, which was wise given the Riad’s location. The team met us nearby, handled our luggage, and escorted us. We were welcomed with Moroccan mint tea, starting our stay delightfully. The Riad was as beautiful as online photos. We stayed in the Warda junior suite, ground floor in a quiet corner. The room was charming and clean, though noise occasionally filtered through thin glass panes and from a sealed-off door leading to an alley. Thankfully, noise subsided at night. Breakfast included fresh fruit, yogurt, croissants, and pain au chocolat—perfect start. The Medina’s main square was a 10-minute walk, navigating bustling streets with motorbikes and donkey carts. On departure, we arranged another shuttle transfer, arriving at the airport with ample time. Our experience with the airport was smooth, with security and passport control efficiently handled. Our five-night stay was memorable thanks to the exceptional hospitality of the Andalla Spa team. Their impeccable service and readiness to assist were impressive. A minor suggestion is to replenish the complimentary water bottle in the room ;-) Overall, a heartfelt thank you to the team for their incredible care. We wholeheartedly recommend this Riad for an authentic Marrakesh experience!

From start to finish we experienced exemplary service at Riad Andallaspa. Upon arrival we were served Moroccan mint green tea and snacks and we were educated on the lay of the land. With a map and circles around all the amazing things to do in Marrakesh. The Riad is in a great location just steps away from Jemaa el-Fnaa (the main square in Marrakesh) and the souks. All of the tourist attractions are walkable except for the Jardin Majorelle which was a quick cab ride. Service at the Riad was impeccable and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and valued. The whole place is just gorgeous. Breakfast was included and served at the rooftop restaurant. By Thursday I was ready for a relaxing massage and I will say it was one of the best I’ve ever had. What a great experience. I would definitely recommend Riad Andallaspa to anyone travelling to Marrakech.

I wish to thank everyone who took care of my sister and I during our visit. From the front gate, the front desk, the dining room to the spa we felt pampered, safe and comfortable. We arranged transportation ahead of arrival and Adil was very kind and the ride was smooth. We were greeted with hot mint tea and moroccan snacks upon arrival. The riad is richly and comfortable furnished with options to sit and read, play chess, or enjoy the sights and sounds of the Red City from the rooftop. The food was absolutely delicious! I enjoyed the breakfast especially which included freshly squeezed orange juice, coffee, drinkable yogurt, french pastries, a flaky frangrant flatbread (mssemen, sp?), moroccan bread (khobz, sp?), assorted jams, fresh fruit and a well appointed table and dining room. We chose the oriental ritual which included a full body scrub in a wet sauna and an exquisite massage. The rooms had bottled water, moroccan snacks and clean bed and bath linens. At the front desk, they will call a taxi for you and let you know what the typical price would be. Lastly they are happy to give you directions and guidance if you are looking for something specific in Jemma al-Fna ( ~10 min walk to the medina). So, if you are interested in peace, rest and full stomach around genuinely kind people this is the place for you! Thanks again Riad Andallaspa❤️ 🙏 .

My partner ones not like noise so requested the music to be turned down on occasions. There was nothing that could be done about the outside noise (when it occurred) from coming into our room on the top floor. A lovely Riad that is only a short walk to the main square. Like most Riads, it is accessed from a small street that might make you wondered what you have booked, but the place itself is lovely. Most of these small streets in Marrakech are chaotic, with vendors, tourists and others going about their daily business, mostly on small mopeds, but we never felt unsafe and it all added to the character of Marrakech. Christophe, Abdullah and the rest of the team at Andallaspa were fantastic and couldn’t have been more welcoming. Breakfast was nice and the dinner we had when arrived was fantastic.

The Riad Andalla Spa is a wonderful place to stay in Marrakech. It is a lovely place. The staff is very friendly and competent. The breakfast offerings were fine. We had dinner there one evening and the food was delicious and very well prepared. We booked the Junior Suite and the room was spacious, including the bathroom. The rooms have a safe, but note that they do not have a small refrigerator. The walk to the central plaza of Marrakech is only a 10-15 walk at most. There is someone at the property 24/7, so if you are arriving late at night, all that you need to do is to buzz/ring the button to be allowed in. One of the outstanding features of this riad is the folks who work here - from the reception staff, to the cooking staff, to the folks who serve the breakfasts and dinners. This is a very welcoming place - an oasis in the hustle-bustle that is Marrakech.

I had one of the most amazing stays at this Riad. Given it's location is in the Old Town, naturally the area surrounding this property is poor with obvious cultural differences. Staff were polite, spoke English well, and we're available at any hour. Morning breakfast was delightful and served daily in their rooftop restaurant packed with charm and rooster's crowing. It was mainly comprise of various buns and sweets and jams and of course, Mint Tea. I would definitely recommend this place if you're into a mind-blowing, cultural experince like no other in Marrakech.

One of the best, if not the best, experiences I’ve had at a hotel. The hospitality, availability, and service in this place is unmatched. You could tell everyone from the manager to the receptionist loved their job. Everyone was very knowledgeable on things to do/not do, places to visit, and things to eat. Overall, we loved this place and will definitely book again if we come back to marrakech.

A wonderful Moroccan experience. Although the approach to the property seemed uncertain, the oasis that you find beyond the gate was fabulous. The staff were very gracious, helpful and friendly. The traditional Moroccan dinner on our first night was a treat. We felt we arrived as guests but left as friends. Would absolutely recommend this Riad!! Gary and Wendy from Canada.

The hotel was beautiful and quietly tucked away from the busy streets. Everyone at the hotel were so welcoming and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The pool was perfect to dangle tired, hot feet in after a day of exploring.

This Riad is superb. At first, the area seems questionable, however it is a safe, friendly and culturally rich neighborhood. The staff is first rate, the Riad is beautiful and the rooms are very comfortable.

This was an amazing stay. We had no idea what to expect but this place is a haven. We were treated like royalty from the start to end, nothing was too much trouble for the staff. As three female travelers they did their best to make us feel safe, escorted us from the taxi on the first day and organised the taxi to collect us outside the property. Special mention to Abderrahim and Abdullah who always went the extra mile for us!
