Cons: Утром рано с 4 часов распевались петухи, все не могли понять откуда они там взялись. А самое ужасное с 6 утра по соседству начиналась стройка .

Персонал и их участие. Огромная благодарность Mesut, который работал на ресепшене. Помогал во всем. И прекрасная женщина в клининге, имени не узнала. Завтраки отличные. Кровать, постельное белье, ванная комната.

Cons: Leider hat uns an der Unterkunft nichts gefallen. Das Bett war für meinen Mann und mich viel zu klein, und die Matratze war sehr unbequem. Das Badezimmer war stark veraltet. Die Belüftung hat selbst im ausgeschalteten Zustand dauerhaft Geräusche gemacht. Die Zimmer waren extrem hellhörig; alle Geräusche und sogar Gerüche aus dem Flur und von draußen drangen ins Zimmer. Über die Belüftung kam zudem Zigarettengeruch hinein. Zu allem Pech befand sich direkt neben dem Hotel eine große Baustelle, auf der rund um die Uhr gearbeitet wurde an Schlaf war kaum zu denken. Auch das Frühstück, das vorher so hoch angepriesen wurde, war sehr enttäuschend und äußerst mager. Die Frühstückszeit von nur 8 bis 10 Uhr ist ebenfalls ungünstig und wirkt, als wolle man vermeiden, dass Gäste tatsächlich frühstücken. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt leider ein absoluter Reinfall.

Cons: Les chambres n’étaient pas nettoyées chaque jours malgré le fait qu’on a demandé un nettoyage. Les toilettes puaient les égouts. Le petit déjeuner n’est vraiment pas terrible. Et dans le chambre nous avions froid, nous avons demandé une couette, et une simple couverture hyper fine nous a été donné. Si vous êtes en voiture c’est compliqué de se garer à côté. Et le centre ville reste loin à pieds.

The hotel is very clean, and the staff are always available and do their best to make sure guests are satisfied. The breakfast was decent, and the beds were comfortable. There’s a bus stop just a one-minute walk away. The bus takes you to Konak Sahili in about 10 minutes, or you can get off earlier and walk another 10 minutes to Alsancak, where you’ll find plenty of restaurants and cafés. The neighborhood isn’t touristic — it’s more of a local area — but no one bothered or approached us.

С вокзала Басмане можно добраться ща 20 минут до аэропорта или отправиться в Сельской, если вы планируете отдых в районе Кушадасы. Очень отзывчивый и дружелюбный персонал, портье прекрасно говорит по английски, всегда готов помочь и ответить на любой ворос. Отель чистый, номера просторные, завтрак вполне приличный.
Cons: Рядом с отелем находится стройка, до 23.00 шум , грохот и пыль.

Hotel je na vedľajšej ulici na okraji centra a neďaleko zastávky vlaku IZBAN (8 min.). Privíta Vás milý a nápomocný personál. Izby sú čisté a priestranné, raňajky sú dostatočné a chutné. V čase našej návštevy bol počas dňa na ulici stavebný ruch, čo je však prechodná záležitosť, po ukončení prác to bude pokojné miesto nielen v noci ale aj cez deň.

Location is not as good as I expected, because near sea there are many beautiful hotels that are close to sea shore and very beautiful to walk around and enjoy various coffee shops and restaurants but al are long way to the Perla Arya hotel

Staff were great, especially Mesut bay, and that is about the only thing we liked about this place; I wouldn't call it a hotel at all. Indeed, a motel would have been better than this place. Rooms are terrible...walls and carpets are very dirty; the towels were extremely old and not hotel towels and they were brought in half dried every day. Breakfast would get 2 out of 10, ten being the highest, no kleenex in any room and there was no comforters in our room. They gave us a damp throw without any sheets, so I had to my my own sheet set so to be able to sleep at night. AC wasn't working properly, it was either freezing cold or hot...Not sure who had given a good rating to this hotel, that is how I got fooled into booking this hotel, but overall I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

I have stayed in many hotels throughout Izmir at all price points. I have been warmly welcomed by staff, I never touched my luggage, and never felt like an inconvenience. I was at Perla Arya for four nights. There were two instant coffees in the room. When i asked the man who works during the day if I could have more coffee he said "No, only two per stay". That was his general attitude all the time. The man who works evenings is a wonderful, friendly young man; eager to have friendly conversations with guests. I can overlook the location and the loud construction but not bad service.

The first room we were given had bugs. We noticed them later and changed rooms. Also, the water was soapy and very sticky. The room cleaning wasn't done properly and on time. They only did it when we told them to. I wouldn't recommend it at all.

The cleanliness was very good. Breakfast was tasty, although the menu was mostly the same every day. The breakfast staff were friendly and attentive. The welcome at check-in was warm. Thanks to the location, we could easily visit places like Ephesus, Çeşme, and Kuşadası using public transportation (train, metro, ferry, and bus) with the İzmirKart.
Cons: It was disappointing that the staff only recommended taxis for transportation. In reality, İzmir has excellent public transport options that are easy and affordable, but we weren't informed properly. Also, the area around the hotel felt uncomfortable at night due to many nightclubs and adult venues nearby — not ideal for families or those seeking a quiet environment. In addition, they did not accept my early check-in request and refused a late check-out, which was a bit frustrating.

The staff was wonderful, helpful & friendly. The breakfast was delicious. The room was clean. The shower head was one of the best I've ever used. It's an incredible value for the price. It's conveniently located within 10 minutes of the train, and about half an hour from the airport.
Cons: The bathroom had a bit of an odor sometimes, but that's fairly common here. Some other people who stayed in the hotel were noisy (but that's obviously not the fault of the hotel).

We travelled from Fethiye and stayed here for 5 nights, it is situated between and within easy walking distance of Basmane and Kemer railway stations (so if you can, get yourself an Izmir transport card, as there is a Metro and lots of buses available too). It is also ideal for walking to many local attractions such as the Agora, Kültürpark, Kemeraltı bazaar, Saat Kulesi and the Kordon. Breakfast was great for us, cheese, meat, olives, bread. jams, eggs, pastries, cereal, tea, coffee and juice. We stayed to see the sights having not stayed in İzmir before and also to see two football matches. The English speaking gentleman on reception was very helpful on arrival of where we could eat nearby and also helped us to get where we needed to be for our first match.

The hotel manager was polite, friendly and helpful. He met our request for a room change and our second room was much nicer. Double glazed windows helped keep the room quieter. It was good to be able to open windows for ventilation and to look out on this part of Izmir.
Cons: Our first room ( 201 ) was not suitable. Carpets need replacing and the bathroom was gloomy & old. We were woken at 2 a.m. by the sound of water pouring into our bathroom shower space through the ceiling as someone showered above. It is a shame that this hotel has not seen its surrounding area develop well. We did not feel comfortable going out after dark. Perhaps if the hotel was surrounded by a better neighbourhood the owners might spend more on renovating the interior.

You get what you pay for - mattress was like a plank, pillows you could bounce off the walls, basic breakfast with coffee like dishwater and in a very unsafe neighbourhood by some very dodgy looking eating & drinking holes in the wall but hotel itself was ok. Functional without bells & whistles - nice size room & bathroom. Best part was water pressure in shower was superb! Towels clean & replaced every day as were water bottles.

Nothing really. We were struggling to obtain information for some actractions in Izmir. The language was also a problem. Musut tried to assist us in his way.
Cons: We ask for a room without carpets and when we arrived we were given a room with carpets, but was promised to move us the following day. The afternoon of the following day we were told they cannot move us due to a water problem. Then we ask for milk and also that was a problem, because they only provide this in the morning. I will not recommend this hotel and I left there as a very unhappy guest.

Dirty. Steined and dirty towles and blanket and when we told them they told us it is ok. Rude and impolite staff they are super rude. The worst hotel you can get in Izmir. You can see from my reviews I have been all over the world in different hotels but trust me this one is the worst of them.

The staff (in particular Mesut) were extremely helpful and friendly. Mesut willingly made himself available to answer any questions we had and assist with organising taxis etc. I would advise speaking to Mesut about taxis directly so as to get assistance and the best option. The room was comfortable and clean with a fridge. Breakfast was also included. Our stay was very comfortable and practical for exploring the main part of Izmir. Would recommend a stay here.

Breakfast was lovely I personally love the tea they have, I did told the person how was looking after dinning area I will leave a good and positive review, I am sorry I couldn't remember hes name it's just my memory is terrible 😄. It was an fair stay. The breakfast was satisfactory, although it was not rich and the area is not safe and nice to walk, but if you have a car, the location of the hotel is convenient because it is close to the ring road of Izmir.
Cons: The bed sheet had a hole but it was changed the next day without telling anything. Also there wasn't a sheet unter the thin blanket and the curtains were not black out.

I read the reviews for this hotel before booking and they rated it as excellent! I'm afraid they are fake. I changed the room three times when I arrived at 10pm. The rooms are dirty. In the second room I was taken to, the tile was broken between the room and the bathroom, ready to cut your feet. Very dangerous. I checked out the next morning. The hotel is disgusting.

DO NOT HESITATE booking this hotel. The hotel is very conveniently located near all major transportation. Several buses stop right in front of the hotel and the Basmane train station to Denizli and Selcuk is only a 10 min walk. Shower has a TON of pressure, frankly we had to put it at half pressure because it was so powerful! That alone is worth all the 10 points!! The rooms are very spacious, one of the most spacious and well equipped rooms we stayed in Turkey!! The staff is very helpful and speaks English well. The bedding is comfortable, there is water and coffee refills everyday and the rooms are cleaned everyday unless you ask them not to. Did I mention the water pressure? It felt like a sin to not shower everyday, twice a day here :)

We stayed at this hotel for one night. From check-in through check-out everything went smoothly. The room was quiet and clean, the bed is big enough and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was hearty and there is a bathroom near the restaurant. It is very convenient for people to wash hands after meal. Overall, it was a great experience for me. Everything was perfect. The staff at the front desk was very friendly. Highly recommend and I will definitely stay here again when I visit Izmir in the future.

The lobby looks well and the Location isn't the best but its not the worse either. The staff were helpful.
Cons: Breakfast is not good and not worth getting up for. No hot food apart from the boiled egg. No Juice, No English Tea, No Fruit, No yogurts, 2 x Cheap Breakfast Cereals that nobody touched Etc... The Room was very NOISY and the furniture needed upgrading. The Fridge and carpet were filthy etc..

The neighborhood wasn't very convenient, it was about 20 minutes walk to restaurant and cafes and there were a lot of night clubs. Train station and bus station were near by which was a good thing.

The room is very spacious, luxurious and with great facilities. Very close to train station which is a good and cheap connectivity for airport as well. Petrol pump right outside is a great convenience for bottled water, etc.
Cons: There are no good restaurants around. After an exhaustive tour day, we had to order food online since there were none within 10 mins of walk. (Minimum distance 30 mins walk). Breakfast at the hotel had very few options.

Very bad hotel and I can say is the worse I have ever. The shower area is so dirty and old and I dont even want to step inside. It seems they never clean. The hair dryer is broken. The room is full of smoking smell and no matter how much perfume I pray the smoke smell cannot be covered. All my clothes is smell like cigarette. Breakfast is basic and I dont even bother to eat. Will never go again and I dont understand why the rating is so high which misleading me

We stayed here on our second trip to Izmir. First impression of the room was okay, but the shower head exploded on the first day. Breakfast provision was limited with the only protein on offer being boiled eggs and a sliced cold meat. The juice was unchilled and left out for who knows how long which was disturbing. Based on low expectations all of this would have been fine, but on our last day they insisted on charging us for a cup that was left in another room and removed by the cleaner the next day. This admittedly left a very bad taste in the mouth. We won’t be returning on our next stay in Izmir and would not recommend.

One of the worst hotel i have stay in Turkey. Room its big but need a lot of upgrading. No door on the shower, lots of mould around, the shower head needs changed the water go all over, the carpet its full of stains and very very dusty. Breakfast very poor. The only nice thing on this hotel, its the front staff from reception.

I would highly recommend this hotel. I am returning visitor, been in the sam eplace back in 2019 and was happy to return. There is normally free parking on street close to hotel but I think it is not guaranteed. If you need an invoice for the company, be prepare to wait... it's whole procedure and this is the only bad thing I had. Everything else regarding the hotel itself is great.

We were surprised to see how Spacious and clean rooms were with closet, dresser, mirror and kettle. ok bathroom. Location average not walking distance to konak square was a long walk.
Cons: Oh my gosh. The pillows were horrendous. We felt like crying and checking out but it was 1.00. Went to reception to complain and he showed us all pillows in store room and all were same. God knows what were they filled with. Wonder how could people sleep. Somehow managed to sleep n woke up with neck and back aching. Mattress was not comfy either. Sheets were rough . Breakfast below average. Boiled eggs n lots of cheese to cater for local taste. No english breakfast..only found choclate spread and jam which v could eat so had tat on bread. Staff couldnt speak english and very not very friendly.

Our stay here was mixed. Lovely room, but a hard bed and pillows didn’t make sleeping easy. The shower was great as was the wifi. There was a bit of confusion in the morning as breakfast started at 0730, but we asked if it was possible to get it slightly earlier as our tour was picking us up at 0730. After telling us no, we went and brought food off a street vendor to come back 5mins later and have the cold meze dished up for us… but weird but maybe it was a breakdown in communication due to the language barrier? Either way, decent stay, but not perfect.

We stayed for one short day, but it was exactly what we needed for this short period of time. The staff was welcoming and friendly, the reception is open all the night so we could check in arriving late at 2 AM. The breakfast is very delicious, various things, it matches the pictures, is healthy and full. The rooms are beautiful and all you need to rest. It could seem like it is close to a big street so it has to be crowded and loud, but the hotel is in a very quiet corner, so we could relax and still were not far situated from everything, even by foot.

really nice hotel with exceptional service, the staff were very helpful in all directions, we arrived a little early for check in and received some coffee whilst we waited for our room, which was very nice, with coffee and tea, refrigerator and private bathroom. the hotel is situated in a back street just off the main road and a short walk to the centre of the district of Besame and 15 minutes from the main centre of Izmir. the only annoyance for us was the stray dogs around the area, which seemed to sleep all day and became very active at night.

While the reception is welcoming and nice the rooms are quite old and not very well maintained. We first received a smoking room that was very stinky and we asked to get it changed. They were very open to help and changed it to a much smaller one which was smelling bad too, but at least was not smoke :) Location was bad and we were scared walking around. An area with plenty of strip/dance bars which tells a lot about the kind of people around. Breakfast was nice and varied, the guys at the reception and the one servicing for breakfast were very polite and hard working. Big open (free) parking space available just outside the hotel.

Me and my girlfriend were traveling around Turkey and one stop was in Izmir. The hotel is easy to find with navigation and has a good parking space for private car. The surrounding were a little on the down side. Rooms are comfortable, spacious and nicely decorated. Breakfast buffet has nice varieties of food to choose from. Staff is nice, very helpful and hospitable. We had some problems with our trip and they helped us solved them. Overall we had a nice stay and experience i hope you will have the same LP Marko

The man working the front desk was very helpful, answered all my questions, and help me get in touch with my tour company. He was friendly and explained everything I needed to know about the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable and I would go back again. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the train station which was nice. The only downside was the hotel isn’t in the nicest neighborhood.

It is very close to local transportation the bus station is in front of the hotel that made our stay very comfortable. The front desk employees are very kind and helpfull. Breakfast is pretty good too, neighborhood is not the best in Izmir but in overall I am sutisfied with the price and service. Recommend :)

This hotel seems not to be well known among taxi drivers living not far from the area but it’s close to Kemer metro station which takes you almost everywhere in Izmir . The hotel is fantastic

The hotel is newly built (one year ago) and is very clean. Staff were helpful and professional. The location isn’t the luxury part of town but you can easily get around the city from there.
