Lo staff è davvero professionale, gentile e disponibile. Ci hanno trattato come graditi ospiti non facendoci mancare nulla. L'atmosfera è caratteristica e le stanze sono ben organizzate e pulite. Abbiamo cenato presso la struttura e la cucina è davvero ottima! Colazione abbondante! Posizione comoda e in zona tranquilla. Il direttore della struttura è stato molto bravo nel consigliarci esperienze a buon prezzo.

Niezwykle piękny riad z podświetlanym basenem na patio i szumiącą wodą. Pokoje były bardzo komfortowe. Podczas pobytu byliśmy w dwóch i oba przelroczyły nasze oczekiwania. Doskonałe śniadania na patio. Nie było też problemu, żeby otrzymać śniadanie o 6.30 w związku z wyjazdem na wycieczkę. To był świetny pobyt. Ogromne podziękowania dla załogi riadu.

Personeel is echt super vriendelijk en staan gelijk voor je klaar als je een vraag hebt. Alleen maar glimlachen gezien. Karima zorgt goed voor je!. Wij hadden een 3 persoons kamer en dat was prima. 2-persoons bed groot genoeg. Het eenpersoonsbed was een beetje aan de harde kant. Ontbijt was lekker, traditioneel en genoeg om de eerste paar uur op te teren. Heerlijke chocoladecake! Mooi dakterras met lekkere ligbedden ook.
Cons: Het straatje naar de riad was een beetje schrikken de 1e keer. Er lag veel vuil aan het begin van het steegje. Gelukkig wel goede verlichting 's avonds en in de ochtend werd het vuil ook iedere keer opgeruimd (gek genoeg laten ze alles op straat liggen als ze 's avonds de winkeltjes dicht doen en gaan ze pas de volgende ochtend vegen). Maar dat had verder niets met de Riad zelf te maken. Daar was alles prima en lekker schoon

Love the ambiance and staff, they were amazing. It was very clean, hygienic and well maintained. Location is perfect. Breakfast was great and people were very friendly and accommodating. Their breakfast usually starts at 8am, but we were leaving at 7:30am so manager and staff went out of their way and arranged breakfast for us at 7am. This gesture touched our hearts. Love everything about this. Highly recommend ♥️🫶🏻

Риад превзошел все ожидания. Чисто, аккуратно, колоритно. Все как в фильмах/сериалах про Марокко. Сам риад расположен очень удобно - буквально в 10 минутах от площади Джамаа-эль-Фна. В номерах есть все нужное. Отношение хозяина (Abdel) - выше всяких похвал (и на букинге и в WhatsApp отвечал быстро, помог с организацией трансфера из аэропорта и бронированием экскурсии в Сахару на 3 дня по адекватной стоимости). Отношение персонала - также выше всяких похвал, все очень вежливые и учтивые. В риаде есть завтрак (стандартный в марокканском стиле как и везде), а также есть возможность ужина (в том числе можно попробовать местное вино Gris, дороже конечно чем оно стоит в магазине). Можно бесплатно оставить вещи как на несколько часов так и дней (оставляли чемодан на 3 дня пока ездили в тур в Сахару, т.к. снова возвращались в этот же риад). Мы остались очень довольны этим риадом.

The Riad is very nicely restored, clean and comfortable. The staff were all very pleasant and accommodating. The upstairs terrace was a lovely sunny place for breakfast. The location is very good for getting around different parts of the Medina.
Cons: It was rather tricky to find initially. Our taxi driver got hopelessly lost and we ended up having to walk about 700m through some rather dodgy back alleys with all our luggage. Clearer directions would be very helpful!

Cons: Poche ore prima di arrivare ci hanno comunicato che saremmo stati messi in un Riad diverso per una notte in quanto tutte le camere erano occupate. Abbiamo chiesto spiegazioni ma non ci sono state date e nemmeno chiesto scusa per il disagio,ovviamente nessuno sconto. Non ho trovato corretto questo atteggiamento da parte del proprietario.

Breakfast was lovely! The staff is exceptional! Absamman (hopefully I have not butchered his name) was great. Works hard all day, super helpful and always has a smile. Karima is a superstar. One of the hardest working people I have seen and again dons a smile all day and is extremely helpful. The staff here is just amazing and will make your stay worth it.
Cons: There were a few issues with smell and water pressure/heat in the beginning but the manager Abdel helped sort it out.

Cons: Bed was very firm, walls transmitted noise a little too easily (but not bad), aircon was quite noisy and toilet seat wasn't firmly fastened.

Nous avons passé, mon frère, ma belle-soeur, mon épouse et moi-même, des moments inoubliables dans un lieu magnifique, plein de charme et de sérénité. Les repas étaient succulents et diversifiés. Il en est de même pour les petits déjeuner différents chaque jour. Merci à Abdel, toujours disponible, pour ses précieux conseils et ses propositions de visite qui ont rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Merci aussi à Abdou, Karima, Laïla et à Kadiri, notre “pilote de tapis volant”, pour leur bonne humeur, leur gentillesse et pour nous avoir fait découvrir le fameux “whisky marocain” ! Vous êtes de très belles personnes, passionnées par votre travail, et cela se ressent dans chaque sourire et chaque attention.

Nous avons été très bien reçus au Riad après une longue journée de voyage. On nous a offert des gâteaux marocains et du thé à la menthe à l’arrivée pour reprendre des forces. Le riad est très beau. La décoration est jolie, les chambres spacieuses et la localisation idéale pour faire du tourisme à Marrakech centre (2 mn à pied de la place des Ferblantiers où il est possible de prendre des taxis). Merci à Abdel et à toute son équipe pour cet agréable séjour !
Cons: Se rendre au riad (une première fois, sans l’avoir préalablement repéré) n’est pas très pratique puisqu’aucune voiture ne peut accéder à la ruelle où il est situé. Mais ce n’est pas un gros inconvénient pour les personnes qui voyagent léger et n’ont pas besoin de traîner de lourds bagages sur les pavés de la medina.

Cons: Le riad est situé dans une ruelle douteuse en piteuse état. Le lit simple de notre chambre triple était doté d'une planche sous le matelas qui a valu un mal dos à l'une d'entre nous. Ce fameux matelas devait être changé le matin dans les 10min et cela n'a pas était fait. Nous avons reçu un message à 22h nous disant désolé nous n'avons pas changé le matelas! Nous n'avons pas apprécié ce mensonge!!

El riad es maravilloso, nos encantó!!! Esta super bien ubicado, a solo 10 minutos caminando de la plaza, en pleno barrio judío, estaba muy limpio, las habitaciones muy bonitas y cuidadas, la piscina limpia y una maravilla poder disfrutarla. Sin duda, si volvemos a Marrakech volveremos a este riad.
Cons: En la primera noche nos dijeron que nos cambiarian de habitación a una mejor ( nosotros son pedirlo), pero no lo hicieron hasta la mitad de la instancia de 4 noches. Las dos primeras noches tuvimos que dejar todo recogido, esto no nos gustó nada ya que mareo nuestra estancia y el día del cambio no sabíamos ni a que habitación teníamos que ir. Quitando esto lo demás me gusto mucho.

El personal súper amable y atento con nosotros. Nos vinieron a buscar al aeropuerto para llevarnos al hotel. Abdel habla español así que genial. La habitación genial, camas muy cómodas y todo super limpio. Hay gel y champú en el baño. Está dentro de la medina, a pocos minutos llegas andando a la plaza y a sitios de interés. Recomiendo no ir en coche puesto que no se puede aparcar por allí. Nosotros fuimos en taxi. Hemos comido y cenado en el Riad y todo buenísimo. Desayuno buenísimo. Recomendamos este lugar. Gracias por todo!

Începând din prima seara când am ajuns și am preluați din zona sensului giratoriu până la plecare personalul a fost extrem de binevoitor și implicat sa îți ofere tot ce ai nevoie. Camerele foarte frumos aranjate ,unicate ca și culoare dau o autenticitate aparte. Orice e nevoie indiferent de oră Abdel și echipa sa sunt mereu cu zâmbetul pe buze și pregătiți să te ajute,recomand transferul de la și spre aeroport prin ei(sigur,comod,la timp iar prețul este fix și transparent). Un mare plus cele 2 țestoase Mulțumim și sperăm să ajungem cât mai repede sa vă fim iar oaspeți.

El mejor Riad en el que he estado en Marrakech y eso que era mi quinta visita a la ciudad. Fuimos 3 amigas y nos mejoraron la habitación sin solicitarlo. El personal encantador, nos ayudaron a organizar las actividades, nos indicaron locales comerciales donde ellos mismos adquieren las especias, a la llegada nos recibieron con una merienda marroquí con pastas y té... La piscina con el agua bien limpia sin olor a cloro nos vino genial pues hacia muchísimo calor. La terraza en la azotea tranquila ideal para secarse. El desayuno bastante completo y servido al momento. La habitación amplia y cómoda, así como el baño. Muy limpias todas las instalaciones. La ubicación genial para llegar del aeropuerto y no tener que rebuscar por la medina. Entre la Kashba y la medina y detrás de una plaza repleta de cafés y restaurantes donde poder comer sin el bullicio de Jemaa El Fna. Les dije al irnos que volveremos a alojarnos en Riad

Le personnel était aux petits soins. Le Riad est très bien placé, de plus, les excursions proposées étaient très bien (le prix est attractif et l’accompagnement est VIP). Nous avons eu l’occasion de dîner à une reprise au Riad, le couscous était ma foi excellent (et je sais de quoi je parle). Le petit déjeuner était au top et la terrasse offrait un havre de paix appréciable.
Cons: Nous avons résidé au sein du Riyad à trois personnes, les chambres étaient un petit peu trop petites. Nous étions un peu trop à l’étroit. Ceci étant dit, nous pouvons expliquer cela de par l’incroyable, emplacement de l’hôtel.

The Riad was beautiful. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was lovely and plentiful. The Riad is placed within 5 minutes of Bahia Palace, and the Koutoubia mosque. I would definitely recommend this Riad if you are holidaying in Marrakesh.

What a stunning Riad! The terrace is the best for stargazing. The room is very spacious and beautiful, the staff very kind and helpful.

No tenemos palabras para difinir tanta hospitalidad y cariño. Shukran! Además, el riad es cómodo, limpio, tranquilo y muy bien situado. El desayuno muy rico, y el cuscus que nos prepararon para comer un día buenísimo.

L’accueil est chaleureux, les chambres sont spacieuses et jolies, la propreté est remarquable, la piscine bien que petite, est très agréable, le petit -déjeuner est copieux, savoureux et change chaque jour. Le Riad est très bien situé ( proximité inférieure à 5 mn du palais Bahia et du palais El Badi). Abdel propose des excursions clefs en main à un tarif tout à fait raisonnable. Je n’oublierai jamais le chant des oiseaux au petit -déjeuner ainsi que la magnifique terrasse du dernier étage.

Abdel e il suo staff, ci hanno fatto sentire a casa e si son resi disponibili a venire incontro a tutte le nostre necessità, con anche consigli preziosi per le escursioni (organizzate in modo perfetto da Abdel). La situation à proximité de tout à pieds. L'accueil et la gentillesse de tout le personnel du riad sans aucune exception. Le calme, le repas du soir très bon et à 15 euros entrée plat dessert, excellent rapport qualité prix. Tout les matins un petit déjeuner différent, très bon. Ils gardent les bagages à l'arrivée et au départ. On a même pu se rafraîchir dans le petit bassin avant de prendre notre avion à 20h. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Ce fut un vrai bonheur, si nous revenons à Marrakech ce sera là.

Os funcionarios eram muito educados e simpáticos. O dono organizou o taxi para a ida e volta do aeroporto e apesar de ter esperado um pouco no aeroporto, foi um serviço cómodo e que aconselho aos que visitam Marrocos por primeira vez. O quarto era grande o suficiente para duas pessoas. O pequeno almoço era muito saboroso e todos os dias nos surpreendiam com alguma coisa nova. A musica e o cantar dos passarinhos enquanto tomava o pequeno almoço é uma das coisas que sempre me vou recordar. O Riad está numa rua com aspecto descuidado e com um edificio derrocado mas nao tivemos nenhum problema mesmo quando voltamos á noite.
Cons: Havia um cheiro a humidade/mofo. Entendo que deve ser pela estructura antiga da casa de banho que nao tem nenhum tipo de extração de vapores ou algum tapete que nao estava muito bem seco porque notava o cheiro especialmente na zona onde havia tapetes. Era difícil arejar o quarto sem perder a privacidade talvez uma cortinas podiam ajudar. Gostava de ter sido avisada de que iam arrumar o quarto todos os dias.

The location is very central. You are in the heart of the city with most attractions within walking distance. You also get a true 'riad' experience in this heritage property. Very friendly staff. The breakfast is amazing!! The Riad helped me book a local guide as per my request and also book a prepaid taxi to the airport. It is not too much inside the narrow lanes so easy to find and a short walk from where the taxis drop people off at Place Mellah.

Super vriendelijke mensen die er werken, geen vraag was teveel. We hebben samen met Karima en Dara gekookt en kruiden gekocht. Abdel was supercorrect in de organisatie van luchthavenvervoer en activiteiten zonder exuberante prijzen te vragen. We gingen zwemmen in de woestijn ... bleek dat het zwembad nog moest vollopen (met een tuinslang :-) . Abdel heeft onmiddellijk voor een alternatief gezorgd. Peaceful and very friendly. The breakfast was fresh and tasty. I booked for dinner for first night. It was a real surprise. It was fantastic value; the food was fresh - even homemade sweet bread. Good location, just a short walk to everywhere: markets and also the sights.

Our stay at Riad Bayti was amazing as we liked everything about this place. We never expected such a beautiful home like place in the middle of busy medina streets. Everyone one treated us very well during our stay. Kareema made us delicious breakfast with refreshing Moroccan tea and Abdul Samad helped us with the luggage drop off to the taxi which is a walking distance to the square as cars cannot come to narrow medina streets.

La habitación era muy amplia, bonita y limpia. El desayuno bueno! Una empleada nos acompañó a una tienda donde nos recomendó comprar las especias. El Riad está en pleno barrio judío pero en un callejón silencioso! Cómodo si quieres estar en plena zona turística y así acortar distancias a los principales atractivos turísticos. La verdad es que es un Riad recomendable
Cons: La habitación olía un poco a especias o a madera al entrar. Mi marido estaba malo de la tripla y preguntamos si tenían algo suave de comida que pudiera tomar y no tenían nada. Había una familia con niños que 1) se estaban bañando en la piscina mientras la gente cenaba, 2) se subieron a la azotea donde estaba nuestra habitación a hacer bastante ruido a las 11 de la noche. Quizás se debería indicar no hacer ruido por la noche arriba y no usar la piscina en horario de cenas por respeto al resto de huéspedes

Caratteristici il bagno e il soffitto della camera. È possibile godere di una terrazza per rilassarsi grazie alla presenza di divani, lettini e gazebo. Buona la colazione. Possibilità di pranzare o cenare. Ottima la tajine de poulet. Luogo che consiglierei a chiunque. Torneremo sicuramente!

Ci hanno preparato la cena alle 23:30 con un Tajin che è stato il più buono mangiato da me a Marrakech. Camere belle e grandi, nella nostra c’era solo un po’ di odore di naftalina.

Le Riad est très bien situé, juste à côté du marché aux épices et le personnel fait tout pour que vous passiez un très bon séjour. Les chambres sont confortables et surtout c'est très calme. Le soir vous pouvez manger sur place un excellent couscous ou des tajines fabuleuses avec le repas complet à 15 euros. Abdel s'occupe de vous organiser des excursions dans les meilleures conditions et je vous conseille si vous le pouvez de faire le vol en montgolfière. Le riad est proche des palais de la Bahia et El Badii. Il vous faudra environ 6 minutes à pied pour vous rendre sur la place Jemaa El Fna. Merci à Abdel et à l'ensemble du personnel pour cet accueil qui représente bien l'hospitalité marocaine.

Superbe Riad très bien rénové, décoré avec goût. Les chambres sont magnifiques ( on en a fait 3!) avec plafond en bois sculpté d époque. Personnel au top, tous adorables et aux petits soins ! Abdel le manager nous a aidé bien en amont à organiser notre voyage et nous a très bien conseillé sur place. Le hammam qu il nous a réservé était exceptionnel… La cuisine du Riad est délicieuse, fraîche, faite le jour même sur commande. Bref, je ne peux que recommander les yeux fermés ce riad, tant tout était parfait ( même la tortue!).

We booked Riad Bayti at very short notice after a mix-up on my part and they were excellent. The only available room was a double but we needed a twin. Abdel's team were fantastic and set about changing the room to suit and provided us with complimentary refreshments as we waited. The evening meal was very good, as was the included breakfast,. Our checkout was on our last day and Abdel was very helpful in taking a mixture of Dirhams and credit card so that we used up all of our local currency. Abdel also arranged for us to have an early breakfast so that we could get our taxi on time. Image below The location is very central and still quite charming. It is only a short walk through the market from the square at Jardin Sidi Hmed El Kamel and the Riad entrance down the narrow street from the market gives it a very Moroccan feel. Excellent stay on the last night of our hiking trip to Morocco, a little bit of calm luxury to end off the trip.

The staff were extremely welcoming and always willing to help. Everything was neat and tidy. The food was excellent, all home made. Apart from breakfast, we ended up having dinner every night at the hotel.
Cons: On arrival, the taxi we had booked (not through the hotel) couldn't fit within the narrow streets, so we ended up having to cross the entire Mellah on foot with luggage in the evening. It was not great, and we sometimes felt a bit unsafe. In the end, we found the hotel and everything was fine. But if you are coming by taxi/car, ask to be dropped off at Tinsmiths Square - the hotel is just around the corner.

Abdel la persona encargada del Riad nos facilitó desde el primer momento información y transfer desde el aeropuerto. Lo que facilita la llegada al riad. La ubicación es magnífica dentro de la medina, situado en el barrio del zoco de las especies. Y desde él se puede visitar todo lo imprescindible, en un agradable paseo. Abdel y su equipo es de lo mejor del riad. Atentos y pendientes de cualquier necesidad que tengas. Además Abdel habla español. La sensación de paz y calma en el riad es brutal. Su piscina es muy agradable para refrescarse después de recorrer la medina. La terraza en la que relajarse es genial. La mascota del riad, una tortuga, nos hacía la visita diaria durante nuestro desayuno. Todo está muy limpio. Nuestra habitación estaba situada en la planta baja, justo al lado de donde se servía el desayuno, pero en ningún momento eso fue un inconveniente, ya que no había ruido. Sin duda es un alojamiento muy recomendable, al que volveremos en nuestra próxima visita a esta encantadora ciudad.
Cons: Los colchones eran un poco blandos para nuestro gusto. En nuestra habitación el armario tenía un poco de humedad, con olor un poco desagradable. Pero repetiriamos experiencia en este alojamiento.

The location was exceptional ! The staff were exceedingly helpful (they made breakfast for us early because of our early flight, they walked us to a nearby restaurant (without us asking) because we didn't have data on our phones and were worried we might get lost, they ordered a cab to the airport at a very reasonable price). The riad was beautiful and quiet; the rooms were nice and beds comfortable.

All’inizio può impensierire il fatto di dover passare nel mercato, che la sera è vuoto, per raggiungerlo, ma in realtà è un posto molto tranquillo. Contratamos el servicio de transporte con ellos desde el Riad ,recogida en el aeropuerto y al llegar Marrakech se pasó un chico recogernos ya que el Rial está entre calles escondido tanto a la ida como a la vuelta. Das Riad Bayti ist wirklich ein absoluter Volltreffer gewesen: Wunderschön authentisch eingerichtet, sehr sauber und es wird einem alles möglich gemacht wie es individuell passt. Abdel ist der Manager des Riad und er war sehr behilflich beim Aussuchen und Buchen von Aktivitäten. Ich würde empfehlen vorab nicht zu buchen, man bekommt den besten Preis vor Ort und es kann auch sehr spontan gebucht werden. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr nette und hilfsbereite Menschen, die immer ansprechbar sind und versuchen das Beste für den Aufenthalt zu garantieren. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Köchin kocht wirklich fantastisch, ich kann die vorherigen Kommentare dazu nur bestätigen. Wir konnten auch bei der Zubereitung der traditionellen Tajin mithelfen und so einen Einblick in die Küche bekommen. Die Lage des riad ist perfekt: man kann alles fussläufig erreichen, der Trubel der Märkte ist nicht weit entfernt und doch kann man nachts wunderbar ruhig schlafen weil es in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße liegt. Frühstück ist absolut ausreichend und es gibt jeden Tag ein bisschen Variation. Man kann auf der Dachterasse essen wenn man möchte. Wir sind wirklich froh hier gebucht zu haben und würden es jedem empfehlen!

La ubicación, aunque en una calle pequeña, es perfecta. Está suficientemente lejos del bullicio pero a la vez cerca de todo; en 10 minutos estás en la plaza principal y en cualquier lado. The riad was really central, tucked just behind a spice market, which was a great location for our family. It was quick and easy to walk into the souk and all other attractions, even for our 2 children. The Riad itself was beautiful, especially the courtyard and roof terrace - a real oasis in the middle of Marrakech. The staff were friendly and helpful and the food was excellent. The bonus swimming pool and friendly tortoise were big hits with the kids. The owner was really helpful before and during our holiday. I would definitely recommend Riad Bayti to everyone looking to visit Marrakech.

Eccezionale tutto quanto si possa dire di questo riad, dallo staff persone gentili e pronte a qualsiasi cosa tu abbia bisogno. Il riad molto bello ti rilassa e ti fa passare un piacevole soggiorno, alla colazione , con prodotti tipici marocchini, il giorno della partenza si son svegliati alle 6 di mattina per prepararci la loro tipica colazione . I liked the patio and the tarrace. They were also helpful with taking us to the taxi that we ordered to Imlil, that was nice. Bathroom had cosmetics. Overall clean. There are shops with great spices near by, recommended.

Notre séjour en famille au Ryad Bayti a été tout simplement magique. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été séduits par l’emplacement idéal du ryad, qui nous a permis de découvrir à pied les principaux sites de Marrakech. Que ce soit les souks vibrants, la majestueuse place Jemaa el-Fna ou les paisibles jardins, tout était à portée de pas. Le ryad lui-même est un véritable joyau. Magnifique et authentique, il offre des chambres spacieuses et décorées avec goût. Chaque recoin de l’établissement respire le charme et la sérénité, nous transportant immédiatement dans une atmosphère de rêve. Les matins au Ryad Bayti commencent de la plus belle des manières avec un petit déjeuner royal, varié et délicieux. Chaque matinée était une nouvelle découverte gourmande, un véritable régal pour nos papilles. Mais ce qui a vraiment rendu notre séjour inoubliable, c'est l'accueil et la gentillesse du personnel. Toujours disponibles et attentionnés, ils ont su répondre à nos moindres besoins avec le sourire. Leur hospitalité a ajouté une touche chaleureuse et personnelle à notre expérience. Nous repartons avec des souvenirs merveilleux et l’envie de revenir très vite. Si vous cherchez un lieu où vous sentir chez vous tout en étant dépaysé, le Ryad Bayti est l'endroit rêvé. First of all when you step into the area outside the riad the smell from the spice market is divine! The riad itself smells also beautiful ,with nice music and birds around. Our room was beautiful, clean, quiet and spacious.It was on the terrace and we loved it ! The bathroom was fine , always enough hot water and good pressure. The stuff was very kind and the manager was very helpful with everything you could ask.We felt very safe and comfortable there. We also like the location! Very close to the main square Jamaa el Fna, next to the palaces , close to few great restaurants and souks full of shops! It is also very easy to find and not get lost like in other parts of Medina.
Cons: The bed was kind of hard for me but the linen and the pillows soft and fresh. The narrow road leading to the riad is a little dark but it's only 10 or 15 meters till the door and you shouldn't be discouraged.

Absolutely loved our stay at this Riad. It's well located with plenty of local shops and restaurants nearby and the Medina a short walk away. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The Riad itself was very interesting and interesting and importantly - clean. Breakfast was fresh and filling. There is no lift here but that wasn't an issue for us. There is an excellent roof terrace with plenty of loungers and seats to accommodate. Overall we thoroughly recommend this accommodation if you're looking for Moroccan experience.

La situation est idéale pour visiter la ville à pied, bien que le quartier soit peu agréable, mais on l'oublie dès qu'on franchit la porte du riad. Le riad ne manque pas de charme et la chambre donnant sur la terrasse est un atout pour se reposer au calme et dans un joli cadre. Petit déjeuner et repas de bonne qualité. Le personnel est adorable et vraiment aux petits soins.

Plusieurs aspects justifient cette note : la chambre, traditionnelle mais spacieuse correspondait à nos attentes. Le petit-déjeuner était complet et diversifié. Et enfin le personnel est discret mais à l'écoute et le contact avec le manager Abdel est très facile. Sur n'importe quelle demande personnalisée, lui et son équipe font le maximum pour y répondre. Il y a une réelle volonté dans ce riad de satisfaire le client et de façon assez désintéressée puisque en fin de séjour j'ai proposé un pourboire à un jeune homme quil l'a refusé précisant que c'était juste son travail !!!! Assez rare à Marrakech tout de même ! Enfin l'emplacement est idéal pour les départs des excursions depuis la place des ferblantiers à 3 minutes de riad.
Cons: En cherchant bien tout le monde pourra trouver un petit quelque chose à redire mais je ne vais pas faire la même chose... Alors oui il peut y avoir un peu de bruit parce que c'est un riad et que nous sommes dans le centre de Marrakech mais ça on savait !! et oui cela peut-être un peu plus frais parce que c'est un riad et que nous sommes début février et ça on le savait aussi.....

We love everything! The minute you walk in is like a completely different place from the noisy souks, it's very relaxing and smells beautiful! We were welcomed with traditional tea and cakes and our room was great. Breakfast was always tasty and fresh. We booked a couple of trips and hamman via Riad and it was perfectly organised and the idea to have dinner in Riad after hamman was the best! Food was beautiful and delicious and a nice end to a super relaxing evening. Our room was cleaned daily, beds comfy and everyone was very helpful. We love the roof terrace as an escape from the busy town. Our flight was in the evening and we could also store our suitcases till later and have been treated with a lovely tea before our departure! Thank you All! Our 5 day stay was amazing, it felt like home.

Le ryad est très bien situé, dans une ruelle éclairée la nuit, sans aucune circulation automobile et bien sécurisé au niveau de l'entrée où vous sonnez. Il y a toujours quelqu'un pour vous ouvrir la porte à toutes heures car un gardien ou veilleur de nuit est sur place.
Cons: Rien ! Tout était parfait du 1er au dernier jour (5)! Merci à Abdel, le manager du ryad qui a tout mis en œuvre pour nous satisfaire !

No sabría por dónde empezar, porque todo fue maravilloso, fui a este Riad por las buenas críticas que tiene y debo de decir que son más que merecidas, el alojamiento está muy cerca de todos los lugares de interés en la Medida, pero no es eso lo único bueno que tiene,la limpieza es excelente, el personal siempre atentos a cualquier cosa que necesites, y el dueño encantador ,te soluciona cualquier problema,te aconseja lugares de interés para visitar y si quieres hacer alguna excursión desde el mismo Riad te la gestionan, con lo que ya sabes que vas seguro,sin sustos en el precio, cosas muy importante cuando estás en un sitio desconocido, si el vuelo sale por la tarde te puedes quedar en el Riad y te guardan las maletas además de gestionar el taxi que te recoge y te lleva al aeropuerto, lo recomiendo al cien×cien

Het was een heerlijk verblijf, initieel gingen we twee nachten verblijven echter hebben we bijgeboekt. Je kreeg een gevoel van 'thuiskomen'. personeel was ook super vriendelijk! Je zit om de hoek van Bahia & Badi' paleizen en ook 8 minuten wandelen van het jmaa lfna plein. je kan alles te voet doen dus. Het basis ontbijt (brood en beleg) is hetzelfde echter elke ochtend veranderen ze iets zodat je niet elke dag hetzelfde eet.
Cons: Het was in januari dus het was iets kouder in de badkamer echter heb je een verwarming dat je kan aanzetten indien je die nodig zou hebben.

Questo Riad è perfetto. Appena arrivati, ci hanno accolti offrendoci dei pasticcini e del te caldo. Si sono occupati di prenotarci l’hammam e il massaggio che consiglio a tutti perchè è stata un’esperienza unica e molto più conveniente rispetto ai prezzi delle altre spa. Alla spa ci ha accompagnato il ragazzo dello staff che si chiama Abdel. Lui ci ha anche accompagnati al taxi verso l’aeroporto alle 4 di notte, preparandoci una fantastica colazione in piena notte. È davvero gentile e professionale, si è sempre preoccupato che non ci mancasse nulla. Consiglio anche di cenare lì perché la cena al Riad è stata la migliore che abbiamo fatto a Marrakech. Tutti gli extra si pagano al check out in cash ( euro o diram) o con carta di credito. Solo l’hammam non potete pagarlo con carta di credito (purtroppo non ci era stato detto e pagandolo separatamente abbiamo terminato tutti i contanti) Dimenticavo, c’è una terrazza bellissima dove poter abbronzarsi nelle ore più calde.

Riad Bayti was everything we hoped it would be. Our room was comfortable, especially the beds, and the upstairs terrace felt like we were in sun heaven. The staff were kind and helpful and breakfast delicious. The best part was the location, however. It was so nice to have an escape from the bustle of the spice market but it also gave us the opportunity to see it all with out being overwhelmed.

Das Ryad ist wunderschön, das Familienzimmer großzügig und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, das Personal unheimlich freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Frühstück ausschließlich süß und sehr lecker. Unbedingt dort Abendessen - es ist das beste Essen, das wir in Marrakesch gegessen haben! Im Januar unbedingt ausreichend warme Kleidung mitbringen. Vor allem nachts wird es sehr kalt.
Cons: Das Einzige, das uns nicht gefallen hat, war die gebuchte Kameltour mit Abendessen. Der Ausritt ging nur zehn Minuten, das Abendessen war überhaupt nicht gut, so dass wir den Fahrer gebeten haben, uns früher zurück zu bringen. Besser etwas Anderes aussuchen (sehr schön war zB die Tour ins Atlasgebirge) und unbedingt den Ablauf konkret vorher abfragen. Das Riad ist hierfür aber wohl nicht verantwortlich, weil es nur eine vom Hotel vermittelte Tour war.

Magnifico riad nel cuore della mellah (antico quartiere ebraico) della medina di Marrakech. La struttura è magnificamente restaurata ed è un'autentica oasi di pace, silenziosa e pulita, nel cuore della caotica città vecchia. Il personale è estremamente cordiale e disponibile, sempre pronto ad aiutare, anche nell'organizzazione di trasferimenti in auto ed escursioni. Nota di merito per l'ottima colazione e la possibilità di cenare presso la struttura: il cuoco è una persona gentilissima e i suoi piatti sono assai prelibati. Un posto dove tornare!
Cons: Il wifi non funziona sempre al meglio, probabilmente anche a causa dei muri spessi dell'antico edificio.

posizione del Riad comodissima per visitare la città. Siamo stati accolti fin da subito in aeroporto in maniera impeccabile, il Riad è molto bello e pulito, le camere spaziose e anche il bagno. Colazione super e anche la cena è stata molto buona. siamo stati accompagnati e consigliati a fare un hammam che è stato divino. ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. mi è piaciuta la gentilezza e la facilità di comunicazione con l'host, davvero una persona stupenda e sempre pronta ad aiutarti. il Riad è davvero molto bello.
Cons: purtroppo abbiamo sentito molto rumore la notte (c'erano molti ospiti e la nostra camera dava sulla strada).

Lovely locally run Riad with beautiful roof terrace. It’s a shame you can’t have breakfast or dinner on the roof so you are always down in the courtyard which means the pool does not feel very suitable for swimming as there are tables and people eating around you. The shower in my bathroom was just a hand held douchette and not much pressure. My room was quite noisy from the street and quite dark. Staff were very helpful although didn’t speak much french or English but that didn’t bother me. The location is excellent as you are 1 minutes from the places des épices with all its charm and delicious restaurant and only 10 mins from the main square. Wifi was excellent on all floors. Thank you very much!

Ya la llegada al Riad nos impresionó al acceder por el zoco de las especias, es una preciosidad. El callejón final más destartalado, pero ningún problema de seguridad. Acordamos la recogida en el aeropuerto. El Riad es precioso, tanto las habitaciones como las zonas comunes, el desayuno muy bueno. Es un placer estar allí. También hicimos allí comida y cena, muy rico y abundante y a buen precio. Ahmed y el resto del personal son muy amables y colaboradores, dispuestos a ayudar en todo. Fuimos al hamman que nos propusieron y nos encantó. No hemos podido hacer muchas más actividades que proponen por falta de días. Nos quedamos con ganas de volver! Gracias!

Abdel was the ideal host manager. There was an issue with our room and he resolved it straight away. Samad the young bellboy was a delight. As was Kadhiri the older man, he may look frail but he was strong and absolute gem. Zaira the cook was so accommodating with breakfast.

I stayed here 10years ago and never forgot it, this time was just as delightful. During my first visit Aziz looked after us amazingly taking us touring around, this time his brother Abdel was just as charming, he was super kind and helpful with super English and very helpful knowledge. Delicious and very plentiful breakfast! Stunning rooms, well equipped bathroom and a gorgeous Riad in a quiet corner of the spice market with quick access to the square.

D'abord l'accueil tres chaleureux, la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel. Tout était fait pour que l'on se sente bien et ce fut le cas. Une pensée particulière pour Abdel, Soukaima, Kader et Samad pour keur gentillesse et leur dévouement nous ne les oublierons pas. L'emplacement du riad, la magnifique terrasse ou nous avons pu nous détendre avec grand plaisir. Enfin les delicieux repas qui nous ont regalees. Un grand merci à tous.

The location is central and close to markets. The staff is extremely helpful and accommodating with everything we needed, breakfast was delicious as well. The rooms are clean, quiet, and spacious.
Cons: Not really any complaints. The location is in a bit of an alley, so we were a little more careful at night, but it was safe and everything was great overall!

Voglio raccontare la mia esperienza perché questo riad merita. Il primo giorno Abbiamo chiesto il trasporto dall’areoporto che ci ha accompagnate fino alla piazza piu vicina. li ci stava aspettando la receptionist che ci ha accompagnate fino al riad. Ci abbiamo messo 2/3 minuti a piedi. abbiamo apprezzato molto questo gesto perché l’entrata é in una via secondaria e avremmo potuto metterci di piu da sole invece, in questo modo ci ha mostrato subito la strada piu veloce per raggiungerlo e nei giorni successivi é stato facile orientarci, inoltre, ci siamo sempre sentite sicure. Appena entrate ci hanno offerto del te e dei biscottini al tavolo mentre abbiamo compilato i documenti per il check-in. Il che é stato davvero rilassante; Sedersi nella calma del riad al riparo dal caldo e dalla confusione dopo il viaggio era esattamente quello di cui avevamo bisogno. Le camere erano spaziose e pulite. Lo staff é stato per tutto il soggiorno super disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. Abbiamo dovuto fare colazione per due giorni alle 6:30, prima dell’orario normale di colazione del riad e ci hanno fatto trovare sempre tutto pronto. La colazione é di alta qualitá con cibi tradizionali e abbondante. Una sera abbiamo fatto l’hammam e subito dopo la cena in struttura ed é stato tutto sopra le nostre aspettative. L’hammam é un esperienza fantastica e la struttura consigliata é veramente bella. É a dieci minuti a piedi dal riad e ci hanno accompagnate all’andata. Abbiamo finito tardi le docce e ci hanno aspettate senza problemi per le cena. Anche a cena ci siamo trovate veramente bene. meglio di altri posti nella medina. Abbiamo mangiato Briouats e Tajine sorprendenti. Il pollo si sfilacciava e il cous cous bagnato con il sugo e le olive del tajine era fantastico. Abbiamo passato la serata a rilassarci vicino alla piscina sui divanetti con le luci soffuse e un atmosfera magica. In generale é stato un soggiorno fantastico e sorprendente.

Notre chambre située au 3 eme niveau avec l’ouverture sur la magnifique terrasse sur laquelle nous buvions un thé le soir, l’ambiance familiale. Abdel est vraiment de très bon conseil pour toutes les activités. Ne réservez rien avec get your guide. Attendez d être sur place, c’est moins cher avec Abdel et ses partenaires.
Cons: Le petit déjeuner pourrait encore être amélioré mais vu le prix, c’est difficile de se plaindre.

Staffs were wonderful. Abdel was extremely helpful with information and recommendations. As we had a late flight, we were able to keep our luggages with Abdel, while we did last minute shopping. This was extremely helpful. We were also able to relax in the riad, while waiting for pick up.

Just about everything. Walking through the door felt like walking in to an oasis from the noise of Marrakech streets. It smelled like a Spa, was comfortable, quiet and all around lovely.
Cons: There was a lot of construction nearby which made it extremely difficult to find. Of course the cab driver didn't call the Riad which would have solved the issue. It would be helpful to have a sign showing the direction of the Riad from the nearby shops.

Estuvo todo muy bien , la limpieza , el descanso ,la cocina y los camareros todo de 10. Realizamos aparte de los desayunos ,dos cenas y una comida, todo muy bien elaborado y de excelente calidad y presentacion . El precio fue de 60 euros total de los tres comensales por una cena mas bebida aparte y el mismo precio nos cobro por la comida. En todas las comidas incluyen ensalada mixta , tajin variado y diferente en cada comida y postre.

The Riad was an oasis of calm and piece in the midst of the Medina. We were picked up at the airport by a driver arranged by the Riad and then walked to the door by a member of staff. Mint tea and pastries were served to us before we were shown to our comfortable and traditionally decorated and furnished room. The rooftop terrace was a great place to relax. Each mornings breakfast was a bit different but equally delicious and filling. The staff were warm and welcoming. The manager, Abel, is clearly focussed on guests having as perfect time as possible.

All the staff at Riad Bayti were super friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic - a little difficult to find down a narrow pedestrianised alley but Abdul came to find us from where the taxi dropped us. Once there, we were 1 minute walk from the main square so easy to head back during the day for a chill on the roof terrace before heading out again. The rooms were large, plenty of space, good air conditioning. Breakfast was good quality and traditional.
Cons: Hard to find anything we didn't like so I'm being really picky here...we had a double room that had bunk beds in, it would have been nice to have a sofa instead of bunk beds. The bed was very hard which worked for us but not if you like a soft bed!

Room on the top floor had its own terrace and really more of a suite. Pretty furnishings, quality bed and bathroom linens. Beautiful rooftop terrace and the seating areas downstairs are traditional and so pretty. Quiet neighbourhood. bit of a back alley vibe, but actually we felt quite safe. 2 minute walk to hail a taxi or 10 minutes to enter the medina. Highly recommended.

The location was excellent, right in the heart of Marrakech, making it easy to explore the city. The staff was fantastic – always friendly and helpful. The riad itself is beautiful and tastefully decorated, with a comfortable rooftop space to relax. Breakfast was delicious, adding to the overall positive experience. They were very attentive and even arranged a small cake to celebrate my wife’s birthday, which was a thoughtful touch.
Cons: On the not-so-perfect side, the bed was a bit small for my height and not the most comfortable. But honestly, this was a minor detail in an otherwise lovely stay.

The booking and check in process were very easy and straightforward. We liked how Abdel, the manager, welcomed us on our first day and introduced himself as well as explained about the whole thing; the room, the breakfast time, the tour options, etc. We booked our Hammam through the Riad and it was great. We also got help when buying some spices nearby (Thank you Abdel and Khadija). Abdel also booked us a taxi to bring us to the airport early in the morning. He organized everything for the check in and out. The breakfast was ready at 05.30 and the taxi waited for us at 05.45. The staff worked so hard to prepare the breakfast and clean the rooms, etc. They are 24 hours ready to accomodate our needs. Marrakech can be overwhelming but the Riad is such a calm and wonderful place to be after the whole day out in the hustle. We recommend this Riad for your stay in Marrakesh.

Demandez et vous recevrez ! Très belle terrace sur le toit avec des chaises et sofas, idéal pour relaxer après une longue journée de marche. La nourriture est excellente. Les chambres très bien décorées et confortables. Merci Abdel et Zarah pour votre accueil, nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Je le recommande sans hésitation pour votre passage a Marrakech.

Todo. Es precioso. La ubicación es inmejorable: a 1 minuto del Palacio de la Bahía. Y, una vez allí, ya te metes en la vorágine del zoco. Pero, para mí, una de las cosas más importantes, es que al estar a esa distancia justa, puedes dormir tranquilamente porque no se oye ni un ruido.
Cons: NADA!!! Lo resumo muy rápido: si pudiera dar un 20, un 30, un 40... de puntuación, se lo daría.

Everything! The place is beautiful, clean, quiet and the host and the staff are great. The only thing I would change is making the pool water a bit warmer so we can swim in it! Breakfast was really good with fresh juice and homemade yogurt. Bread and pancakes and coffee with milk.
