Iba con miedo porque había leído en otros hoteles o riad no había presión para el agua y aquí no tuvimos problemas con eso. Agua caliente y con fuerza. Yo si vuelvo, repetiré.

Cons: Quizás, los baños necesitan un lavado de cara. Y el desayuno en la terraza es muy bonito, pero en diciembre hacía un poco de fresco a la hora del desayuno.

Egy kellemes szállás, kifejezetten jó helyen! A személyzet maximálisan segítőkész volt. A reggelit eltérő időben is készséggel felszolgálták. A szobában napi szintű teljes takarítás volt. Es un lugar bonito, típico de marrakech, con mucho detalle. El personal muy amable en todo momento desde que llegamos, nos aconsejó varias cosas sobre el viaje. En nuestro caso no pudimos disfrutar el desayuno normal porque teníamos que irnos muy temprano, pero nos pusieron para llevar, todo un detalle. Limpio, bonito, cerca de todo, personal muy amable. Volveré seguro.

Cons: Por poner algo, que me pareció curioso y extraño es que la ducha y el retrete comparten el mismo espacio. No es incómodo, pero es curioso.

This is a good place to stay if you want to discover Marrakech and stay close to Djemaa-el-Fna. The location is perfect. The rooms are well maintained, clean, and nicely decorated. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. The breakfast on the lovely roof terrace is great. This riad has everything you need. It's quite simple, but to a very fair price. I would definitely recommend it!

Cons: The place is a bit hard to find maybe, but people are friendly and will guide you. The rooms could've been a bit bigger, but it was not a problem to me as I only stayed one night.

The riad is a lovely old building but the facilities are in dire need of updating. In particular all the taps and showers need to be replaced. One of us was scalded in a shower where the hot tap would not turn off. We were allowed to change room, and discovered that other guests had moved out of the same room just before us at for the same reason. Breakfast on the terrace was very nice. All staff are very friendly and helpful, except that an older gentleman tried to show us that he was perfectly able to turn off the hot tap - with difficulty, and not with soapy hands. Back home we have plumbed two houses and do know when a tap has had its day. Satellite TV did not work properly in either room.

Staff were so nice and welcoming. Big shout out to Aziz and Abdelhefid for being so helpful. Location is also easy to find, few minutes walk to the the main square. They kept our bags as well when we checked out and roamed around the city. Good value for money.

Cons: Nothing really! Happy with what we got with what we paid for. Maybe the only thing we would have loved to have is easy access to hot water. But the staff were happy to boil us water from the kitchen.

Staffs are very helpful in particular Ayoub at the reception. They were keen to assist and advice on how and where to go and how to book. I would advice anyone visiting seek their guidance as they may be able to get you best deal for excursion and taxi with their contact. The facility is a stone throw away from Jima El Finna, shops, eatery. For the price and short stay, it is worth considering this place as most of the time one will be out and about.

Cons: A bit dated and bathroom fixture need renovation. There were virtually no cupboard space for hanging clothes. Found extract fan not working and shower faucet broken. But upon request, Ayoub replaced the shower faucet. The towels were clean but had some minor stains. Considering it is close the main square, it can noisy. I would have rated this placed higher if these issues had not been present.

- Location to square, shops and amenities like airport, train station, shopping mall etc. - Free breakfast. - Air-conditioning in room. - Hot shower. - Friendly and helpful reception staff.

However, actual start around 9.30 (some days noone around and we ended up skipping it to go on about our plans). - The alleyway to the riad is quite scary. - No washing machine, hair dryer, kettles, basic toiletries given, - No lift and having carry heavy luggage up small staircase. - The pictures in advert is nothing like the hotel. All looks so old and run down. - Bed was not too comfy and pillows were hard. - Bathroom sink was clogged and extremely rusted. - Having to hand the key at reception when going out and collecting it back was quite inconvenient and unsafe. - Zero noise cancelling as we didn't sleep at all a few nights due to loud speaking, music and walking around of other stayers at late night and early morning.

Also Helpful and friendly staff then this is the place for you. Nice terrace for breakfast and very pleasant lady serving it. Enjoyed the freshly-made crepe, served with jam/honey, as well as flask of coffee with flask of hot milk, and glass of fresh orange juice. Also a bread basket and pastry. A very adequate start to the day! We would particularly like to thank Mounaim, at Reception, who always went above and beyond to help out with any request and was always pleasant and helpful.

Cons: The room we had (Standard) was on the ground floor, so prone to noise from guests returning at night. There was a narrow cupboard for clothes with two coat hangers - one was broken - but as there were two very large blankets stored in the cupboard, it didn't leave much room. I asked at reception for a replacement hanger, and was immediately given two new ones from another room. We put our clothes on those and placed them on pegs on the wall. The room itself seemed humid - mould above the shower - which meant that towels didn't dry out during the day. However, fresh towels were readily supplied when asked for, as was toilet paper.

it has a beautiful decoration, the breakfast is very good and the best part is the staff! super friendly and nice! it’s easy to find after you know your way around Marrakech and super close to some historical landmarks

The accommodation's decoration was unique. Hotel is more butique family hotel than just a hotel. The receptionists Mehdi and Monaim were very polite and friendly. Amazing breakfast on the roof. When we will be in Marakesh we will stay definitely again.

Cons: The hotel didn't have any sign and google get us just near by but there are many other hotels around and when we have asked (in English) they have showed us where to go exactly.
