Magnifique riad à 2 pas de la place. Nous étions 4 et nous avions la suite au dernier étage. 2 chambres très spacieuses et 2 salles de bains avec WC. Literie impeccable. Très bon petit déjeuner. Nous venons très souvent à Marrakech et c'est sûr c'est sera notre riad de référence. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Le personnel est charmant et très accueillant.

Petit déjeuner sans choix , imposé, un oeuf au plat par personne, une crepe Marocaine, un mini bout de pain a l'anis et du miel en portion individuel, un petit jus d'orange ! Bref pour le prix en base saison ça les vaut pas !

Io e il mio compagno abbiamo scelto questo riad dopo aver letto tante recensioni positive online, e devo dire che ha superato ogni nostra aspettativa. Dal momento in cui siamo arrivati, siamo stati accolti con una calorosa ospitalità marocchina. Il personale era estremamente gentile e disponibile, e ci ha fatto sentire come a casa fin dal primo istante. La struttura del riad è semplicemente meravigliosa: gli interni sono stati restaurati con cura e gusto, mantenendo l'autenticità e la bellezza dell'architettura marocchina. I giardini interni sono un vero e proprio oasis di pace, perfetti per rilassarsi dopo una giornata di esplorazione della città. Inoltre, il riad è situato in una posizione strategica: a pochi passi dalla Medina, dai souk e dalle principali attrazioni turistiche. Abbiamo potuto esplorare la città a piedi, immergendoci nella sua atmosfera unica e vivace. Cons: La entrada hasta llegar al hotel da miedo. Las fotos son de hace 20 años y no se ha llevado a cabo ninguna tarea de mantenimiento. Está sucio, huele mal, está lleno de gatos. No es un 4 estrellas ni de broma. Por el precio que tiene, puedes conseguir cualquier cosa mejor. Camas incómodas, roñosas. Una verguenza. No había ni hedredón estando a 5 grados por la noche. Experiencia muy desagradable.

It is very difficult to find the property. Parking is far away, and if you are travelling with family or children, reaching the property becomes even more challenging. It is located in a dark, narrow lane, which makes it hard to access. No one from the hotel assists with luggage or provides guidance on how to reach the property. They also do not help with finding nearby parking options. There is no proper window for ventilation, and the pictures do not reflect the actual environment.

Riadul este foarte aproape de piata centrala Jemaa el-Fnaa din Marrakesh. Arata destul de original, mobila veche in stil marocan, desupra riadulul unde se ia micul dejun este o priveliște spectaculoasă. Noroc cu aerul condiționat, altfel muream de frig.

Desi au venit doamnele sa ne faca patul in fiecare zi, prosoapele le a împăturit umede si le a pus pe pat, nu au pus in nici o zi gel de dus, personalul de la recepție destul de ignorant. Am rugat o data sa mi se dea gel de dus si au spus ca doar doamnele se ocupa de asta, altădată am rugat sa ne cheme un taxi in piata si mi s a spus ca nu are timp, trebuie sa astept o ora.

Cons: La habitación estaba en la azotea del edificio y su techo era una lona plástica. Con una temperatura exterior de 9ºC por la noche, y un aire acondicionado que no calentaba prácticamente nada, pasamos frío ya que entraba mucho aire desde el exterior. Por el precio de un hotel no esperábamos dormir en la versión 2.0 de un camping. El acceso al Riad es por un callejón sin iluminación. A quien le de reparo salirse de las calles principales no le va a gustar. En su nombre pone Spa pero lo que tienen es un pequeño Hammam (con reserva anticipada de 2h) a precios iguales, o mayores, que en cualquier capital europea. No lo recomendaría. Hay muchos otros Riads en la ciudad, y en la zona, mejores en relación calidad/precio.

nous avons séjournée une nuit dans le Riad Ghali & spa. nous avions la suite Safran, jolie suite, déco locale, assez confortable pour 4. La literie est confortable. emplacement correcte 10 minute de jamae el fna, mais accès un peu compliqué dans les ruelles. donc prévoir d y aller a pied et pas trop de bagage. point négatifs en arrivant, al suite n'était pas chauffé. La cheminée dans la chambre n'est pas fonctionnel; un chauffage a air est sur place qu'on a allumé pour la nuit. a notre arrivé pas de verre d'eau. nous avons demandé une bouteille qui nous a été facturée. la petite piscine (ou plutot bassin n'est pas chauffé donc fonctionnel que l'été). LE COMBLE est le petit déjeuner qui est médiocre. on ne voit pas la générosité des marocains. a 5.5 € par personne, on a un mini voir micro pain (batbout) et un mini biscuit (krichel), un oeuf au plat un peu de confiture et 5 olives pour 4 personnes + the et café.. Un cout total du petit dej même pas 20 centimes d'euros. Dommage le lieu est jolie mais ont sens l'arnaque à touriste ou on essaie d'optimiser au maximum sur le dos des vacancier ce qui gache le séjours..

De Riad is op een perfecte plek in de medina, overal dichtbij, veilig in een mooi stukje Medina. Mooie Riad met 14 kamers met het mooiste dak terras met uitzicht op de Koutoubia Moskee en mooie daken. Een airco die ook kan verwarmen was zo fijn want het was de eerste dagen koud. Lekker ontbijt, iedere dag iets anders. Het allerfijnste waren de lieve mensen die daar werken, ze deden alles voor ons, echt heel aardig. Dank je wel lieve dames van het ontbijt, Yassin en de andere jongen, ik weet zijn naam helaas niet, het was top!
Cons: De Hammam in de Riad viel echt tegen, we betaalde 45 euro per persoon voor geen uur. We waren met zijn 3en, 1 dame smeerde ons in met zeep, daarna lagen we daar zeker 20 min voordat ze weer terug kwam, in een paar minuten lichaam gescrubd, ze deed creme op ons gezicht en werden afgespoeld. Nat en koud liepen we naar de massage tafel. De massage was best lekker maar het werd echt een beetje snel afgedaan, was ook kort, de meiden waren in het begin aan het kletsen met elkaar. Ook toen we in de wasruimte lagen hoorde we alleen maar stemmen. Er was een zitje voor thee, maar hebben we niet gekregen. Ik ben al zeker 8 keer in Marokko naar een Hammam geweest, het is overal anders dat snap ik. Maar dit was erg veel geld voor weinig, het was koud, onrustig, snel en niet bijzonder. Heel jammer. Wij hadden ons er zo op verheugd. De 2 meiden waren wel heel aardig.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo Riad per una sola notte, quindi la nostra è un'idea generale, ma l'impressione è stata davvero ottima. La posizione è eccellente, a pochi passi dal centro e comodissima per girare la città. La struttura è accogliente e conserva il fascino del tipico Riad originale. La nostra camera era situata sulla terrazza panoramica: una sistemazione eccezionale con una vista meravigliosa. Il personale è stato di una gentilezza e disponibilità uniche, facendoci sentire subito i benvenuti. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.
Cons: Nulla di negativo da segnalare. È utile solo sapere che il Riad serve abitualmente colazione (non so se anche il pranzo), ma non la cena. Tuttavia, la gestione è stata impeccabile: nonostante il nostro arrivo in tarda serata, lo staff alla nostra richiesta si è premurato di farci preparare e servire la cena da un ristorante vicino direttamente all'interno del Riad. Un gesto che abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo!

They didn’t meet us, they said that it was due to miscommunication, but when we checked out they didn’t help us with the luggages up the car parking as they promised when we checked in. There was no complementary bottled waters in the room. They didn’t even offer welcoming tea, we asked ourselves for that. The breakfast was poor with one egg per person with little options on the table. The tea was served warm not hot.

We came to the riad early and they provided us a room to store our baggages before our check-in time. The receptionist was very helpful and calm. He explains everything we needed to know and gave us a printed map with some annotations on it too. The centre of the riad was beautiful, but we didn't go for a swim in the pool. The room was exactly like the photos, with working AC as heater. They have Italian bidet instead of the handheld kind. The riad is in the heart of Old Medina, which comes in handy after a whole day being on foot. The rooftop was also really nice with tons of space. And of course, loads of friendly cats.
Cons: I had a bit of a bumpy beginning, as I accidentally booked the wrong date (one day later than what I intended). They couldn't change my date unfortunately, so I had to add an additional booking to stay there on my intended dates. And I don't know if it was language barrier (which seems unlikely since we communicate just fine on site), my request to extend my stay in the same room throughout both of my bookings was processed slowly. I end up drawing (literally) for them, and the issue was settled after :)

Cons: Lo primero la TV no funcionaba, nos dijeron la iban arreglar , dando largas , 3 veces lo dijimos y nos decían que iban a mandar técnico y nunca llegó ...., ha llovido mucho en Marruecos y ayer noche lo pasamos muy may porque la habitación que nos dieron era como una carpa lo que es el techo ,al haber lluvias potentes y viento pensábamos que se caía, nos hicieron pagarles en cuanto llegamos , si hubiese sido a la salida , no sé si lo hubiésemos hecho , nada recomendable . He hecho muchas reservas a través de booking , deberían revisar sus recomendaciones .

Distanza dalla piazza centrale davvero breve
Cons: Stanza pessima eravamo in 3 e ci hanno dato un buco di camera dove lo spazio per passare tra un letto e l’altro era di 10 cm ,in mezzo alla stanza c’era un tavolino basso di legno che praticamente i bloccava tutta la stanza .Neanche una bottiglia d’acqua in camera al’arrivo, nessun guardaroba neanche mini ,neanche mensole o semplici ganci per appendere un giubbotto assurdo abbiamo dovuto dormire con i giubboni sul tavolino insieme ad altre cose poggiate lì .Spazio pari a 0 addirittura in bagno neanche un gancio per apprendere le asciugamani dopo la doccia .cosa più grave di tutte che comunque facendo freddo e nonostante il condizionatore accessi tutta la notte a 27 gradi aria calda so gelava entravano spifferi e vento sulla testa da una tettoia ricoperta da telone .Risultato son tornata a casa piena di raffreddore.Colazione deludente e premetto che 8 mesi fa sono stata a Marrackesh in altro Riad e il servizio era comunque decente .avevo prenotato una suite atelier ma circa una settimana prima mi hanno contattato chiedendomi di spostarci sulla camera vicino alla terrazza per alcuni problemi al piano terra dove era prevista la mia camera e ho accettato poiché mi avevano detto che sarebbe stata della tipologia ma a questo punto ho seri dubbi .Comunque esperienza pessima ma essendo una persona che si adatta a tutto ed essendo con tanti amici che hanno beccato camere spaziose e migliori non ho voluto creare disagi ma in tanti anni che viaggio ovunque questa è stata di sicuro la camera peggiore che abbia mai trovato peccato!

Cons: I know people have posted positive reviews about this place but our experience was utterly disappointing. The riad is located quite in the middle of the Medina which apparently seems to be a positive thing but in reality the location is quite difficult to approach and very unsafe during evening and night times. The pathway leading to the riad is quite shady and you feel very unsafe going there. The room that was given to us was very unhygienic. Even the bedsheets had not been washed and changed. We had booked the place and paid in advance for 4 nights but when we arrived looking at the room and place we immediately booked another hotel and moved there the first night as spending even one night here seemed too unsafe and difficult. I would suggest them to kindly make some changes to the place. The staff was generally nice but the service and hygiene was awful.

Everything! An authentic place to stay right in the Medina. The staff were all very welcoming and friendly, especially Ritif and Ash. The breakfast ladies were also lovely. The whole experience from being picked up at the airport to being returned there at the end of the week was wonderful.
Cons: Nothing! As first time visitors to Marrakech, we felt safe and very welcome. The Riad is perfectly situated for exploring and the roof terrace is great for relaxing after a long morning in the souks.

La gentillesse et la disponibilité des réceptionnistes. Ils étaient bons conseils pour nous dire quoi faire à Marrakech. Le personnel est très dévoué. L'était dejeuner très bon.Merci a Loubna ,Nadia ,Karim et les réceptionnistes dont je ne connais pas le prénom. Je recommande ce Riad qui est très bien situé.

La decoración, las vistas desde la azotea, la ubicación, el personal... Impresiona el callejón la primera vez porque no te imaginas el oasis de color y belleza que hay detrás de la puerta. El personal sale a buscarte donde te deja el transfer o taxi del aeropuerto y te acompaña hasta el alojamiento para enseñarte el camino. Una vez lo aprendes, estás en casa. En la calle del riad hay una tienda de especias entre otras muchas tiendas lo que hace que huela de maravilla. La ubicación es excelente a unos minutos andando de la plaza jeema el fna y en una de las entradas al zoco. Dudaba por la diferencia de precio con otros mucho más caros pero me ha sorprendido gratamente. Relación calidad-precio inmejorable.
Cons: Por poner un pero una de las camas era muy dura y la luz del baño se puede mejorar. Nos pusieron el desayuno para llevar el último día ya que el avión salía muy pronto y echamos en falta la miel, la mantequilla o un café pero claro eran las 6.30 am.

Era cómodo, silencioso, espacioso, el baño genial, buena presión de agua... Para dormir genial, además la terraza estaba bien para ver el atardecer/amanecer.
Cons: Difícil llegar al principio, una chica intentó ayudarme a llegar (una local) y se perdió, le preguntó al chico del riad si podía salir a indicarme el camino pero se negó. Otra experiencia negativa fue el desayuno, actualmente está cerrado el restaurante del riad y te envían a otro. Solo fui un día y estuve esperando 45 min, no me trajeron nada a pesar de hablar con el personal, ni rastro del desayuno aunque los demás si lo recibieron rápido. Después de los 45 min me fui sin desayunar amargando mi día. Posteriormente lo pedí para llevar, siempre con retraso, frio y no lo mismo que los otros recibían que si tenía buena pinta. Si vas Y puedes optar por no pagar el desayuno, mejor.

Cons: Mi habitación estaba en un subsuelo, había mucho olor a humedad y poca muy poca ventilación. Esto fue lo peor. Las puertas se abren y cierran con un pasador y un candado que resulta ruidoso. Por lo tanto me desperté cada vez que alguien llegaba a su habitación o se iba. La pileta no la usé, pero está apenas en la entrada al lado de la mesa de la recepción.

All.the staff were very welcoming when we arrived and helpful throughout our stay. Ashraf was super helpful whenever we needed information and assistance. We loved the Riad itself, the superb breakfasts and fun location. Riad Ghali was an oasis of calm to return to after being in the medina.

Ottima posizione nel cuore della Medina a pochi minuti dalla piazza Jame El Fna. Riad inserito nei vicoli del Suk,ma tranquillo. Lo staff giovane e molto disponibile. Un ringraziamento speciale ad Ashraf che ci ha seguito e trattato con tanta disponibilità e dedizione,e alle ragazze che si occupavano della colazione e pulizie delle camere, veramente gentili e disponibili. Il Riad ha dato valore aggiunto ad un bellissimo viaggio. Noi eravamo nella camera Safran davvero molto bella e molto ampia.
Cons: Nulla. A voler dare un suggerimento, potrebbe esser variata di più la colazione. Non abbiamo avuto nessun problema.

Cons: Pour le retour du Riad , il y a eu un problème, nous avons du annuler notre transferts avec leur agence EM.LUXURY TRANSPORT et nous n’avons pas été remboursé malgré ça, on a donc perdu 60€ pour un transfert qui n’a pas été réaliser. Cons: Personnel qui gère le petit déjeuner pas du tout avenantes ni souriantes. Petit déjeuner vraiment pas de qualité, même dans le désert, on trouve de la confiture ! Ce matin plus de miel, du pain pas frais, msemen ou crêpe marocaine pas du tout quali. Sincèrement le seul point positif c est l’emplacement. Après avoir vu une dizaine de Riad sur Marrakech, je trouve que celui-ci ne mérite absolument pas sa note ! Ce qui est sûr que je n’y reviendrais pas et si j avais pu annuler ma 3 eme nuit sans frais , je l’aurais fait.

Ce Riad est magnifique, et est très bien situé au cœur de la Médina ce qui permet d’être à proximité des lieux touristiques. Les chambres sont confortables et la literie est récente . Le personnel est extrêmement gentil ( notamment les dames du petit déjeuner et des chambres ( Karima, Samia, Loubna et Nadia ) et toujours souriantes. ). Nous avions choisi la demi pension et les repas étaient très bon. À recommander sans hésiter !

The location is absolutely perfect for the main market area. It is important to know that cars/taxis cannot get to the hotel so there is a short 5 minute walk to the pick up through the narrow streets. Bit? That doesn’t take away from the stay. The rooms are very nice, clean, and tidy.
Cons: The only thing I would say is the room we had was a little tight for a family with luggage, but that is easy to get over.

The location was good, you had to enter through a dark small alley but once you figure that out it is well located! The pool area and rooftop are very pretty.
Cons: The beds were not confortable, very hard, only one pillow per person that were very small. The breakfast was very basic and the service of the breakfast was confusing. I was always confused on whether will someone come serve me (for example drinks were self serve, but nobody told me that, and when I asked they felt a bit annoyed by my question).

Goeie ligging, rustig in de nacht. Prima ontbijt op het dakterras.
Cons: Via booking gekozen voor betalen bij aankomst. Hier werd dan ook gelijk om gevraagd en dus gedaan via de booking app. Ik kon kiezen voor iDeal (betalen via je bankieren app) en vond dat wel handig. De volgende dag werd er gezegd dat ze de betaling niet hadden ontvangen en of ik kon laten zien dat ik had betaald. Dus ik liet de app van mijn bank zien dat het geld was afgeschreven en mijn booking app waarin stond dat ik betaald had. Het was niet voldoende voor hun want zij hadden het geld niet en zij wilden garantie door het geld alsnog van de creditcard af te halen?! Uitgelegd dat waarschijnlijk een aantal dagen kost en het nu weekend is waardoor het langer duurt voordat het geld er is. Het maakte niks uit. Hun gehele houding hierin dat ze het als ons probleem beschouwde en wij er iets aan moesten doen maakt me nu nog boos. Ze konden blijkbaar niet booking bellen dat kon alleen ik...ik heb het nog gedaan ook omdat er niks te bereiken viel met hun. Op mijn vakantiedag in Marrakesh ben ik hier belachelijk veel tijd en energie aan kwijt geweest. Ik neem het hun echt kwalijk hoe ze ons behandelden.

La posizione è eccellente, a due passi da Piazza Jemaa El Fna (non si arriva col taxi perchè è proprio all'interno della Medina, ma abbiamo usufruito del loro servizio taxi (50€ A/R per quattro persone) e ci hanno accompagnato a piedi, pochi minuti dalla porta di accesso alle mura). Personale cortese, abbiamo usufruito tutti dei servizi della spa e siamo rimasti contenti. La colazione è buona, servita sulla terrazza. La piscina non l'abbiamo utilizzata, è molto piccola e forse troppo fredda l'acqua in questo periodo (ottobre). La Suite Safran è pulita, ben arredata, con letti confortevoli. Ci è stata fornita la password per il WiFi, buona qualità. Abbiamo fatto il chek-out la mattina ma ci hanno tenuto i bagagli fino alle 19, quando col loro servizio taxi siamo andati all'aeroporto.

Tuvimos un problema con este alojamiento y es que no nos aplicaron el descuento Genius de Booking y nos cobraron más de la cuenta. Hemos intentado contactar varias veces con Booking pero no hemos recibido respuesta por lo que recomiendo pagar online y no en el alojamiento para evitar este tipo de problemas. Por lo demás todo bien, buena ubicación, desayuno y personal (Pedro) muy amable.

Ibamos a descansar y desconectar y ha sido imposible. También tenía pagado desayuno 2 noches pero la segunda noche nos íbamos de madrugada a las 3 y el recepcionista de dia dejó encargado un desayuno para recoger en recepción por la noche; pero cuando salimos no había nadie, ni desayuno ni recepción abierta y no pudimos comer nada.

Nos alojamos en el Riad Ghali y la experiencia fue muy buena. La ubicación es excelente, en pleno corazón de la Medina, lo que permite visitar la mayoría de lugares de interés a pie. El riad es muy bonito, con una decoración tradicional marroquí y un ambiente tranquilo que invita a descansar tras un día de visitas. El personal fue siempre muy amable y atento. En nuestro caso, como dos de nosotros somos celíacos, no pudieron ofrecernos pan sin gluten en el desayuno, pero se preocuparon en compensarlo preparándonos más huevos para que no nos faltara de nada, un detalle que agradecimos mucho. El desayuno en general fue variado y agradable, servido en un entorno muy acogedor. Cogimos la opción de media pensión y por las noches cenábamos en un restaurante situado muy cerca del riad, donde podíamos elegir un plato de la carta. Todo lo que probamos estaba delicioso y el personal del restaurante fue también encantador, lo que hizo que las cenas fueran un punto muy positivo de nuestra estancia. Además, tanto el primer día como el último día nos permitieron dejar las maletas guardadas en una habitación para poder seguir visitando la ciudad con total comodidad, lo cual fue de gran ayuda. En resumen, un riad con encanto, muy bien situado y con un trato cercano que hace que te sientas bien cuidado. Lo recomendaríamos sin duda para quienes quieran vivir una estancia auténtica en Marrakech. Y volveremos!
Cons: Como punto de mejora, creemos que deberían cuidar un poco más el servicio de picnic para quienes tenemos excursiones, ya que muchas suelen empezar antes de que abra el horario de desayuno. En nuestro caso, los picnics resultaron algo justos y no tan bien organizados como el desayuno habitual, y es un aspecto en el que podrían mejorar para ofrecer una experiencia aún más completa.

Cons: I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience was so disappointing that I feel I have to. We had booked three rooms as a family, and on arrival everything seemed fine. However, we quickly discovered that the air conditioning in two of the rooms did not work, right in the middle of a heatwave. Staff assured us it would be fixed “tomorrow.” In the meantime, my husband and I were moved to another room, but my daughter and her partner had to sleep on the floor of my other daughter’s room, the only one with working A/C. No fans, no extra bedding, and the only “solution” offered was a noisy heater on its lowest setting, which they insisted could be used as a fan. Completely unacceptable. When we came back the next day after a trip, nothing had been resolved. We asked to speak to the manager, only to overhear her saying in French that she “had better things to do” than deal with us. It was not until the third day, after repeated complaints, that two staff members offered to move us to their sister Riad. Even there, one of the air conditioners didn’t work properly. Eventually, after pressing them, we were offered a free dinner as an apology, but only after being told that the A/C unit was “too old” and they didn’t have the money to replace it. Frankly, if that’s the case, then don’t advertise air conditioning at all. For somewhere so highly rated on Booking.com, the lack of professionalism, honesty, and basic hospitality was very disappointing. Staying here felt like a gamble, maybe you’ll get a comfortable room, maybe you won’t. Personally, I would not take the risk again, especially when there are so many lovely Riads in Marrakech that actually deliver what they promise. And one last thing, Booking.com has been very unhelpful with the refund process, which has made the whole experience even more frustrating

Although hard to find down a tiny alley just away from the bustle of the souk, once we entered through the old wooden door we were transported into a perfect, charming oasis of calm in a setting which was completely authentic which retained all of the original aspects which make Marrakesh so beguiling. The views from the rooftop were incredible, the pool was perfect and the breakfasts were very ample.

Estuvimos en distintas habitaciones, y todas ellas eran muy cómodas. Las dos personas de recepción que conocimos fueron siempre muy amables e incluso nos ayudaron personalmente con algún problema que tuvimos en la ciudad.

Personnel accueillant, c’est très propre et les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipées.

Le riad est magnifique, au coeur de la médina et à deux pas des souks... Le personnel est très sympathique. Yassin nous a très bien conseillé et a été disponible pour toute nous demande. Loubna et Nadia nous ont fait nous régaler avec de très bons et copieux petits déjeuners. Elles sont très souriantes et très agréables. Je vous conseille ce riad à 200%. Nous reviendrons c'est sûr.....

Le petit déjeuner est copieux : salade de fruits (pommes, banane) œufs au plat, crêpe et pain marocain…, jus d orange pressé, café ou thé… La chambre possédait un grand lit et un petit lit, les sanitaires avec la douche tout était parfait. Par contre pas de fenêtre dans la chambre.

Sempre somriguent i disposats a ajudar en el tot el que els demanes. El Riad sense ells no seria el mateix! Fins i tot ens van organitzar un sopar a la terrassa del Riad, va ser un dels millors moments del viatge.

Nell'hammam del Riad abbiamo vissuto un' esperienza di relax e benessere preziosissima, grazie alle dolci e sapienti mani della signora Soka, che si è presa cura di noi dal bagno turco al massaggio e ai trattamenti facciali, voto 10. Un grande grazie va anche a Yassine, il portiere notturno, per averci aiutato in ogni cosa, dalla sveglia al check out alle 3.30 con colazione pronta a portar via, fino al chiamare per noi il taxi che avevamo riservato. L'emplacement est vraiment pratique, proche d'à peu près tout, le riad est calme malgré le fait qu'il soit dans les souks. Le personnel est au top, merci à titif de la réception qui a été super agréable et serviable mais également aux femmes de chambres qui sont au top et toujours souriantes ! Le gardien de nuit aussi est patient et à l'écoute. Le petit dej est bon mais au bout de 3 jours, il devient un peu redondant, ce n'est pas un buffet et n'est donc pas très varié.. mais il reste tout de même qualitatif ! La chambre est propre et le nettoyage journalier de la chambre est toujours très bien fait.
Cons: Globalement ça reste un riad donc l' intimité est moins confortable qu'un hôtel .. le rapport qualité-prix est peut être à revoir.

Cons: Le prix pour l'excursion n'est pas le même que celui qui est affiché dans la chambre, après avoir demandé en dehors du riad le prix été de 80€ pour un groupe de 5 avec chauffeur privé et 20€ le guide pour vous montrer les cascades. Nous avons payé 100€ sans le guide, arrivé à la cascade le chauffeur n'était pas content car nous n'avons pas voulu faire les touristes, s'arrêter chez l'habitant, au coopérative..... Et j'ai même refusé de manger au restaurant proposé et le guide proposé, j'ai préféré prendre une autre personne, donc le Retour nous avons vu notre vie passée entre les voitures et camions, dépassement sur ligne continue aucun respect pour les passagers a bord. Donc très déçu et énervé. Si vous souhaitez faire des excursions vous avez des chauffeurs en extérieur qui vous coûtent beaucoup moins Cher. Donc très déçu de ce côté là.

Sad to write this because the place was ok to stay. But, we got SCAMMED out of approx 300dh (30euro) with some confusion on having an extra person. We booked for 3 people and on one booking.com email it showed 2 (their error). We had other proof of paying for 3 people, but the hotel insisted we pay 300dh for the additional person even though we booked 3 and have proof. So we paid in cash and were promised a receipt/invoice which NEVER came. The staff we are dealing with on booking and WhatsApp for this place are HORRENDOUS! They don’t send out emails to us of this receipt nor professionally communicate with us, trying to tell us we are in the wrong etc etc. Really poor from this riad, avoid this hassle and book elsewhere.

Le directeur est en France et ne prend pas en compte les doléances de la clientèle. C'est bien dommage car le prix de l'hébergement n'est absolument pas justifié.
Cons: Chambre nulle, très sombre, très petite pour 3 adultes. Pas de tabouret ou de chaises pour poser les affaires. Pas de tablette ni d'armoires dans la chambre de notre fils ; on a dû mettre ses affaires sur la petite table, du jamais vu. Chambre située sous la salle de restauration donc forcément bruyante de 06h30 à 10h00, horaires du petit déjeuner. Super le réveil avec les pas des clients qui nous marchent dessus, le raclement des chaises en fer, les gens qui parlent fort.Très franchement on ne recommande aucunement.

Mais ne sont pas capables d'honorer leurs prestations jusqu' au bout et en plus vous payerez le double du prix. Ils sont malhonnêtes. Pour nous dédommager de leur erreur ils nous ont proposé un aller/retour du riad vers les jardins de Majorelle loin de la perte financière que nous avons eu et de la frustration de ne pas avoir vécu notre excursion comme on aurait dû la vivre. Je ne recommande pas du tout de prendre les excursions avec le riad.

Breakfast was basic: fruit juice, egg, bread, cake, coffee and mint tea. All fresh and set you up for the day. Staff were lovely. The staff in the Riad were extremely welcoming most of our dealings were with Yassine, he gave us lots of recommendations and tips which were very welcomed. The Riad itself was spotlessly clean. The location was perfect for accessing both inside the Medina and outside areas.
Cons: Bedrooms were ideal, however, drinking water would have been welcomed and drinking glasses. Drinking water at breakfast would also have been welcomed. Our room #5 highlighted we had a terrace but in fact this was a shared terrace above our room, so no privacy sitting outside room as people walking past up and down stairs and also gave disturbed sleep.

La belleza del lugar, su arquitectura y el arte que se ve en cada pieza del edificio. La ubicacion es privilegiada, muy cerca de la plaza principal pero aun localizada en un calle tranquila. La habitacion en la terraza para mi solo, con una vista maravillosa a la ciudad. Pero por sobre todo la amabilidad de la gente, Yassine fue muy atento y gentil intentando dar solucion a todo cuanto pedi, por horarios de los tours y vuelos no pude difrutar del desayuno y el se esmero en tenermelo para llevar a tempranas horas. La proxima vez que vaya espero disfrutarlo en la terraza.
Cons: En realidad, lo unico que podria decir es que no funcionaban los canales de la television, pero la verdad que quien quiere ver TV estando de viaje por Marruecos.

Je trouve ça vraiment triste de devoir payé un service à peine arrivé alors que c’est écrit différemment sur ma réservation. Photo à l’appui. De plus, nous avons eu des complications avec la police à l’aéroport et aucune aide ou réduction n’a été proposé par l’établissement alors qu’un seul d’entre nous a pu être présent.

Ancient look and feel is nice and it was relatively clean.
Cons: It’s an old style property with narrow steps which make it difficult to carry luggage, and is within a Medina, which is a walled neighbourhood within the city. There’s no vehicular access once you get into the area, so you have to walk into a maze to get to the location. This isn’t bad but if you have no idea ahead, it’s a bit shocking. Having to carry heavy luggage up narrow steps was a real chore. The hot water took about 10 minutes to flow

El Riad es muy bonito y está muy bien situado, cerca de todo. El recepcionista muy amable, habla un poco de español y nos dio muy buenas indicaciones.
Cons: Nada, todo estuvo muy bien. Para llegar al riad hay que atravesar un callejón pero es totalmente seguro, ningún problema.

The hotel is clean excellent customer service just so close the market, the reception informed as about exchange money , about food about the safety and about the area really very friendly you can ask any question they happy to help .

Great Riad in a very central location. Quiet but very nearby to the main square and the souks. Staff were very helpful in providing us with recommendations and even printed our boarding passes off for us which was very helpful. Breakfast was also great on the rooftop. Would definitely stay here again.

Riad très bien situé (à proximité des souks et de la place Jemaa el Fna). Accueil chaleureux et bon petit déjeuner local. Chambre typiquement marocaine mais avec le confort nécessaire pour y passer un bon séjour. Superbe rapport qualité/prix😀

Cons: unser Zimmer war sehr klein, das Bett in keinem guten Zustand. Das Badezimmer sehr einfach und Kalt. Warmwasser gab es nicht immer. Handtücher wurden selten gewechselt.

Cons: 友人がシャワーを浴びている時はお湯が出たが、私が入ると水しか出ず、水浴びになった。 友人のシャワー時間も10分ほどでそこまで長くはなかった。

Riad molto carino, la nostra stanza era una suite a piano terra, ampia, letti comodi, molto pulita. Colazione in terrazza molto piacevole, e cibo buono. Personale gentilissimo, simpatico e disponibile. Quando siamo arrivati non funzionava l'aria calda del condizionatore, in 5 minuti è arrivata la persona per sistemare. La posizione del Riad è fantastica, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla piazza. Via tranquilla alla sera. Lo consiglio.
Cons: Direi niente, forse ci vorrebbe un po' più di illuminazione in stanza.

The rooms were very authentic, they made us feel the real moroccan experience. The breakfast at the rooftop was the best. The food were freshly made for you and the view was just amazing. The staff are very friendly and welcoming too. The location was perfect! You are inside the medina but not as crowded and noisy. Highly recommended!

Cons: La pièce du déjeuner à l'étage ,exposé au froid avec 5 a7degré sest tres difficile plus le petit déjeuner médiocre. La chambre pendant le séjour le sol n'était pas lavé à par les lits qui étais fais tous les jours. Passage vite fait sur le sanitaire

Es muy bonito y acogedor. Exótico y tranquilo. El personal muy atento y servicial. El desayuno bueno en la terraza con bonitas vistas. Contraté el taxi con ellos y marcharme me acompañaron. Me imprimieron la tarjeta de embarque y ayudaron en todo lo que necesite.
Cons: Está a 3 minutos de la plaza pero en un callejón un poco oscuro para llegar si es de noche. Pero no he tenido ningún sobresalto ni problema. Y he pasado sola. Lo bueno de esto es que no hay ruido y se descansa bien.

Worth money. Great location, very helpful staff. The room was comfortable and clean. It got a bit cold at night, but the staff helped us with extra blankets.
Cons: The noise was bit too much in the night as the rooms are not properly noise insulated. They could a do a little bit better with the breakfast.
