Biz de öyle yaptık, ertesi gün check-in yapmaya geldiğimizde; bize gösterdikleri odaları değil farklı odaları teslim etmişlerdi.(Booking’de sadece iki oda müsaitti, o da bize gösterdikleri ile aynısıydı) Bizim arkadaşlarımızla kaldığımız oda oldukça bakımsız, çok kötü bir tuvalete sahipti. Fakat diğer odada ailemizin kaldığı odada klima su kaçırıyordu, böcek doluydu. Peçetelerin içlerine kadar girmişlerdi. Bir hayal edin, kilometrelerce uzaklıktan huzur ve mutluluk bulmak için geldiğiniz yerde cehennemi yaşadığınızı hayal edin. Bunu resepsiyona belirttiğimizde böcekleri öldürmekten başka çözümleri olmadı. Fakat bu da işe yaramadı, çünkü yuvalarından on dakika sonra çıkıp yine etrafta dolaşmaya devam ettiler. Fakat bu söylediğim iki üç tane böcek değil, gerçekten çok fazla böcek vardı. Fiyatına bakarsak asla buna değmez, alerjisi olan insanlar buraya asla bakmasın. Kendilerince bir taktik bulmuşlar, kendi yerlerinin ne kadar iğrenç olduğunu bildikleri için otel girişine “iade söz konusu” değil gibi bir tabela asmışlar. Net tavsiyem uzak durun.

Cons: On nous a demandé 500 B de caution, on arrive dans la chambre, on vois une lampe cassé la clim à moitié cassé et une grosse fuite d’eau, le sol était trempé, il y avait pleins de fourmis sur les lits, on demande à changer de chambre on nous dit qu’ils sont full … on cherche un autre hôtel et 5 min après la réceptionniste nous donne une clé pour une autre chambre, les lits était pas fait on a dû lui demander de nous mettre des draps, de faire le lit, les sols étaient pas propre

One of the best showers I ever had was the only good thing. People in reception were helpful and friendly!

Cons: Noisy at night, one guest was living in the reception for several nights, not very clean and furniture very worn. No shower curtain, water sprayed all over while having a shower! Time to replace some of the towels. Old fashioned television - time to up grade!?

The location was perfect. The reception staff Ms.Thuzar was very polite and helpful. She helped us to get a cheap taxi to reach airport. Top 24 is a 24 hours store just below the hotel. A nice restaurant just 50 meters away. For the price we paid it was a fantastic hotel. They have balcony also, but a small one just to fit 2 people.

Cons: Im a tour operator and i liked the location, staff and room. Overall its highly recommended.

قربه الشارع الحيوي وقريب من شارع العرب الممتد إلى شارع جهنم و حولي جميع المرافق الخدمية و غير مزعج والمكان واضح ، وكان السعر مقابل المدة الطويلة سعر جداً ممتاز انصح فيه إذا مدة إقامتك طويلة وغير مهتم بجودة المكان والإطالة ، بمعنى مكان تنام فيه وبسيط جداً غير مهتم بالفرش لأنه عادي جدا والغرفة صغيره .

Cons: قلت انه الغرفه صغيره و الفرش عادي جدا وجود بعض الحشرات الوزغ الصغير والصرصور ، لكن هذا ليس لهم دخل فيه عليك انك تحتاط بعدم فتح الباب لمدة طويلة او البلكونه واذا لمحت حشرات يوفرو لك مبيدات حشريه .

Lo mejor era la ubicación, que te tenian botellas de agua frias y colchones bien comodos.

Cons: - The internet! I work online and the connection keeps dropping often on the 4th floor. The Internet is generally fast and strong once you get the connection. Please do something about it because many people nowadays work online and it's not fun when you lose connection multiple times during important video call! This can be easily fixed by the hotel and fixing this issue will improve the overall quality and satisfaction! Invest in some Wifi Range extenders please!

Cons: Сняла значит на 4 дня, смогла переночевать только 2 дня и мне было очень мерзко спать там, хотя приходила только ночевать, мебель старый, не помешает ремонт в номере, персонал приветливый, улыбались, но в номере не убирали, постель грязный и пропитан сыростью, такое ощущение было что я не в гостинице а у алкашей погостить остановилось. Просто фууу, из плюса только хорошая локация это рядом банзан рынок и бангла роуд, трц. Цена слишком завышена для такого номера я считаю, максимум за такой номер заплатила бы 200 батт. Ну и соответственно я после 2х дней сразу же переехала в другую гостиницу. Не советую от слова совсем.

The staff was very nice, I appreciate how welcoming they were. They even let me check-out 1 hour later.

Cons: Unfortunately there were two things that completely ruined my stay here. I spent 1 month in Patong and the worst two nights of sleep were here. First, the bed. More specifically, the linen: they are made of some sort of synthetic fabric that didn't transpire. As soon as I layed down on the bed, the linen would get increasingly hot, which made me sweat all night. And second, the air conditioning: it seemed to be working just fine in the beginning, but then I realized the temperature was capped to about 23-24 degrees Celsius. Which means that even if I set the room temperature at 18 degrees, or 16 degrees, the A/C device would display 18 degrees but it's not real - as soon as the room temperature reaches 24, the aircon would stop. Combine this with the bed linen, and the result was sweat, heat, lack of sleep, the worst two nights of the entire month. I'm sorry for the staff of the hotel because they are really nice, but I will never come here again.

To be honest! The Bed, Air conditioner, hot water will high pressure are Excellent. Very flexible location, 24hr convince store just below 100m away, we just walk to patong beach, bangla street , Jungceylon mall and ext all just so nearby. Just need to improve with the room furniture and keep clean. Overall, it is a recommended place to stay!

Good value for money. Not only it was a cheap option, but surprisingly it had comfortable bed, good ac, clean washroom with good water pressure and hot water. It's located very near to the Bangla road. Patong Beach is about 15 mins walk. Grocery and other utilities are close by.

Cons: Can't complain at the price we paid compared to other stays in the area.

It's a clean hotel in a central part of town. I didn't hear my neighbors. The street is not quiet but unless you want to spend 4x the rates here you better expect that. Nice balcony. Staff was nice. I re-booked multiple times even when cheaper options were around. I like it and would come back

Location is perfect. Right near Patong beach but not too close that you cannot sleep. The women on the front desk were amazing, so helpful and kind to us for our whole trip.

Cons: The only thing I could fault was that the shower was not the best. However, this seems to be normal in Thailand.

The room itself was fine, bed quite comfy and air con ok. Bathroom is tiny with no shower curtain, so basically it's a wet floor everywhere when you shower. If you want to be near the action and hustle and bustle of Patong then the location is quite handy.

Cons: The residence was nice enough but a ridiculous price ... that's what you get when you need to book last minute. (I was stuck in phuket at the hospital and missed the last boat to phi phi). Price gouging at its finest, but it is that time of year. I couldn't get a room in phuket town so had to stay Patong and it was like close to 5500b.... absolutely ludicrous.... and that was with a genius discount! I own a guesthouse on phi phi and my top price per night for similar room is 2000b, but non refundable is only 1800b. I was stunned at the prices. Book well in advance is all I can suggest! Oh and side note, they'll make you pay a deposit for the room key... another thing I don't do at my own guesthouse and had never had to in phuket either. But then again I avoid Patong at all costs lol. Oh and I was on the third floor and had to listen to garbage trucks at the end of the lane till like 10pm or so.

Very close around 1km to the patong beach. Near road with less traffic. Close to good restaurants. Polite staff and very Co operative

Cons: Room cleaning was not done timely. Bottle was replaced daily only after asking for it. Mosquitoes in room. Towels not replaced everyday. Done after asking. Sanitary was not replaced. A C swing not working. Direct on face causing cold.

Cons: On a attendu longtemps pour avoir notre chambre Le lavabo était bouchée et dégage de mauvaises odeurs La salle de bain est très ancienne Le lit pas très confortable Nous sommes restés 2 nuits et la chambre n’a pas été faite. On nous a répondu ici il faut demander sinon on ne fait pas la chambre. Alors que nous avions mis le panneau sur la poignée de la porte pour avoir une chambre faite et changement de serviette. Avec un peu d’entretien les chambres pourraient plus agréable

We stayed in Moon Inn for 4 days. Service was very good. All the staffs were very friendly. Hotel was very clean too. We had a chance to meet Madam Moon, she was a very nice lady. Really worth it. They made our trip memorable. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone

Great value for money if your traveling on a budget, close to all the fun of Soi Bangla rd. Good security, and guest friendly if your single and meet a friend. Massage available in the foyer and competitively priced. Moon the owner runs a tight ship and doesn't tolerate fools. Great place to stay if your traveling on a budget.

The price per night i think is the cheapest in the area. There is everyday room service, fresh towels everyday, free 2 bottled water in the fridge, room is very clean once you arrived. Water pressure in the toilet is strong with available hot water. Although the aircon was not that strong at the beginning but it was addressed right away by the management. You got the worth of the amount what you paid for. Tip: get a motorbike across for 250baht per day. It is cheaper than calling uber or hiring a tuktuk.

Excellent location! Amazing staff! Great masseuse ( They have a massage parlour inside the hotel). The staff is courteous and the massage therapists are experienced. They have a great hair braiding styling parlour next to the hotel. walking distance to the patong beach and Bangla road.

Stayed with my family for 4 nights and although the room was basic, it was clean and well-maintained. Location is amazing; 5-minute walk to Jungceylon mall and Banzaan Fresh Market with Studio 13 cafe and Eddiez Nutrition Station just a mere 2 minutes away. We arrived at 8am and they were able to provide us with early check-in at no extra charge. They also arranged for a driver (luxury van) to pick us up at a reasonable rate from the airport. Staff are extremely friendly and understanding and more than happy to guide you should you need any help. Would not hesitate to book another room at the Moon Inn again should we ever re-visit Phuket!

We stayed for a night. All 5 of us in a room. The room is spacious and clean. Just less than 7 minutes walk to the famous Bangla Road and around 10 minutes to the beach. There's a Family Mart just a few steps away from the hotel. There's also massage service available at the hotel. Parking is available and can be booked. Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay at this hotel.
