Le riad était vraiment magnifique, et surtout d’une propreté irréprochable. Tout était parfaitement propre : les serviettes pour chacun, le linge de lit, la salle de bain, les toilettes… absolument rien à redire. La propreté était au rendez-vous à 100 %. C’était exactement comme sur les photos, voire même encore mieux en réalité. C’est un endroit parfait pour se reposer et bien dormir. Devant chaque porte, il y a une petite table privée où l’on peut s’installer tranquillement, ce qui est très agréable. Le personnel est également très sympathique et accueillant. Je donne un 10/10 pour l’établissement en général.
Cons: En revanche, le petit-déjeuner pourrait être amélioré : je lui donnerais un 6/10.

Cons: Petit déjeuner , Le personnel parle très fort Je n’ai pas aimé la chambre. Les serviettes étaient sales et on doit les garder pendant trois jours. Il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude, puis ensuite plus d’eau froide. Je n’ai pu me doucher qu’une seule fois. Il fait très froid dans les chambres.

La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de todos los puntos interesantes de Marrakech. La atención del personal es excelente, están super atentos a las necesidades, el desayuno excelente. Le Riad Bonheur bénéficie d'un emplacement plus qu'idéal : très facile à trouver, moins de 10 mn de la place Jema El Fnaa, dans un calme absolu et sécurisant. Le personnel est aux petits soins : merci à Arbi et à son collègue, et aux femmes toujours souriantes qui s'occupent du Riad ! We relied on Google Maps, got lost, and I had to leave my family in the car and walk to the riad to get help. Once we connected with the property, everything was sorted, and the stay itself was comfortable. Clear pre-arrival communication about parking points, walking directions, or assistance would significantly reduce unnecessary anxiety and improve the overall guest experience.

Bonjour, Un immense merci à toute l’équipe du Riad pour ce séjour absolument merveilleux. La chambre était tout simplement magnifique, décorée avec beaucoup de goût et d’un confort irréprochable. L’accueil a été exceptionnel, d’une chaleur et d’une gentillesse rares, et le personnel est vraiment incroyable : toujours souriant, disponible et prêt à répondre au moindre besoin, peu importe la demande. Le petit déjeuner était plus qu’excellent, d’une qualité remarquable et extrêmement copieux (presque trop 😄), un vrai plaisir chaque matin. I had a lovely time at this Riad. Everyone who works there is so friendly and helpful, which gives this Riad a lovely homely feel. The location is amazing and everything is in walking distance (yet no outside noise can be heard). The breakfast each morning felt quite special because they bring you everything to your seat and you can fuel up for the day (I believe you can just ask for seconds if you're still hungry but I was full every morning).
Cons: I came at a very cold time of the year, so the rooms did feel a bit chilly although I had a heater that helped a lot. I believe for the warmer months this Riad would be perfect.

You could not go wrong with Riad Bonheur, very close to Jemaa El Fnaa. Staff is very friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable, always smiling and willing to give you the best tips for the best experience. Arranged for us a pick up and then a drop off to the airport which is a no-brainer. Located in a quiet alley, it's a peaceful retreat from the busy medina, within a short walk to all the main attractions. We were able to easily explore nearly everything on foot. The access alley is narrow, but always felt safe without any problem. This Riad is a definite YES and we can't recommend it enough. We will definitely come back!

Gli spazi comuni sono belli e curati. Il riad si trova in zona molto comoda e sicura per visitare la Medina, al contempo defilato dal caos. Il personale tendenzialmente gentile e amicale, anche se una volta terminati i pagamenti il livello di attenzione e cortesia è palesemente diminuito. Unico lato positivo della stanza è la terrazza.
Cons: Avevamo la camera con terrazza. La pulizia della stanza non era ottimale, benché sistemassero tutti i giorni. Il bagno della stanza davvero scomodo, piccolo e senza possibilita di appendere il doccino al muro. La tavoletta del WC bastava toccarla perché si smontasse. I letti molto scomodi sia come materassi che come cuscini. La colazione mediocre, sostanzialmente pane e marmellata e miele. Avevamo chiesto la stampa del biglietto aereo del ritorno, il personale si è offerto di di farlo ma al momento della partenza i biglietti non c'erano. Nel complesso, visto il costo della stanza ed i servizi non all'altezza, non penso che ritornerei.

Les petits-déjeuners étaient bons et variaient chaque jour; la chambre quelque peu exigüe, mais literie confortable. L'établissement a bien pris en compte nos demandes à l'arrivée, ce qui a facilité notre installation, car il n'est pas simple de se repérer initialement à Marrakech.

Personale e proprietaria gentilissimi e disponibili. Spazi comuni confortevoli. Hanno accolto senza problemi la nostra richiesta di lasciare in deposito le valigie dopo il check-out. Solo qualche pecca nella qualità dei materassi di una stanza. Non fornisce cena (ma la zona è piena di ogni genere di ristorante), colazione nello standard. A dieci minuti dalla piazza centrale di Marrakech, in zona tranquilla.

We liked everything, from the room itself to service. This riad is so authentic in its design and features. The rooms were clean and were tidied every single day whilst we were out and about. Most importantly it was the staff members who we liked the most. Eveything done by them was done with the most care and genuineness.
Cons: The only thing to mention most probably is breakfast. Whilst everything was delicious and traditional to Moroccan breakfast, we were lacking some vegetables to compliment it.

Una visita a Marrakech no está completa si no te alojas en un Riad. El Riad Bonheur me gustó por su inmejorable ubicación en un sitio estrategico de la Medina, a unos pasos de la plaza, en un pequeño callejón sin ruidos, un remanso de paz que vas a agradecer. El personal muy servicial y amable, está siempre disponible para ayudar y hacer que tu estancia sea agradable. En cuanto al lugar en si es precioso, habitaciones amplias, limpieza impoluta y el imprescindible aire acondicionado, todo funciona bien. El Riad tiene unas pequeñas terrazas y zonas comun por si quieres relajarte fuera de la habitación, estás terrazas me encantaron. Recomendaría una y mil veces el Riad Bonheur. Without a doubt, this guy is one of the best people I've met in Morocco. Attentive, professional, helpful, and kind, Asdine took care of our stay in the beautiful medina of Marrakech from the very beginning. He gave us excellent recommendations on what to do, where to eat, and provided us with great advice for traveling in his beautiful country. He knows perfectly how to deal with guests and has excellent problem-solving skills. He also speaks fluent English and French. We couldn't have had a better experience thanks to him. Highly recommended, I will definitely return when I return to Marrakech.

Cons: Nous n’avons pas apprécié le fait que certains profitent des touristes au Maroc. Les prix sont souvent doublés, voire plus. Par exemple, nous avons payé une petite bouteille d’eau 4 €, ce qui est vraiment excessif.

Las zonas comunes estaban muy bonitas, la piscina limpia y súper fresca. Todas las habitaciones tenían aire acondicionado y se portaron muy bien porque pudimos llevar antes nuestro equipaje y dejarlo allí el último día. Estaba limpio, pasaban a recoger las habitaciones. El desayuno estaba bueno y uno de los días necesitamos desayunar antes del horario porque teníamos una excursión y pudimos hacerlo.

Cons: Não aceitaram cartão para pagar as taxas, tivemos de pagar em euros 10€(4pessoas/noite) e tem de ser notas. Moedas não aceitam. O transporte não vai até ao Riad, temos de andar 10 minutos a pé com malas e crianças naquelas ruelas. Chega a ser claustrofóbico, num primeiro momento.

El personal, los chicos son super agradables, se preocupan por que estes bien y no te haga falta nada. Si quieres te te lo sirven sin problema, limpian la habitación, esta todo impecable y nuevo. La ubicación excelente. Lo que te despertará por la mañana es la pareja de pajaros que viven en el riad y que hacen el espacio más familiar y tranquilo. El desayuno excelente y muy completo! Gracias por vuestra hospitalidad.

The Riad was beautiful and yet felt like home at the same time. Communication was great and our hosts even welcomed us with Moroccan mint tea and some biscuits on our first night. They were friendly, very kind and generous throughout. The location was amazing, right in the middle of the medina and close to some local attractions, but quiet enough that you still feel you are in a peaceful oasis. Our children also enjoyed the dipping pool especially in the middle of a hot day. The adjoining room for the little ones was really handy as we could still have our own privacy whilst being able to look after them. Finally, there are plenty of food options just steps from the riad, you will never go hungry even at 1:00am. We felt safe in this riad and would definitely recommend it to anyone with a family visiting Marrakesh.

Le Riad Bonheur est très bien situé en plein cœur de la Médina. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Azzedine et Zaid. La suite avec les 2 chambres sont joliment décorées et la salle de bain est assez grande. Les pdj été bien avec des petites spécialités.
Cons: Malheureusement la climatisation d'une des 2 chambre n'a pas fonctionné pendant 2 nuits donc difficiles de bien dormir entre chaleur et bruits extérieur mais Azzedine et Zaid ont fait leur possible pour la faire réparer assez rapidement. Dommage pour ce désagrément.

The hotel was authentic and traditional as what was expected. We stayed right in the middle of the souk market, the heart of Marrakesh which was very convenient to get around. To add, we were a group of girls on a five day short break in Marrakesh. We felt safe where we stayed. Another plus was we had a very warm welcome from Raid Bonheur, the staff goes out there way to make sure you had a pleasant stay with them. Breakfast was cooked fresh daily, including fresh squeezed orange juices. The room we stay in was on the top floor and so we had access to a private roof space/sun lounge. Our room was clean and well maintained, with fresh large size towels, and good working air con. We had a big size double bed however the single bed was smaller so fits a child or a slim person. The only downside was the beds sleeps hard but then we are used to sleeping on soft mattresses at home so it’s based on personal preferences. The only thing I would say is that the wardrobe could do with an upgrade/maintenance as it was flimsy and wobbly.
Cons: The size of the swimming pool but it’s a small hotel which is understandable. To mention, majority of the hotels we searched for a pool were small sizes unless you want to go four to five stars hotel and pay but more. The price reflects what you pay.

Cons: Que la habitación acordada no sé correspondió con la que nos ofrecieron. Reservé (y me cobraron) una habitación superior "con" terraza. Al llegar, me dijeron que la terraza era para todo el Riad, no para nuestra habitación. Además, la habitación tenía la cama en un habitáculo superior al que había que subir por una escalera de madera muy estrecha y super inclinada. Muy peligrosa para personas con algún problema de movilidad. Algo que no se especifica en la publicidad.

Nous avons eu un superbe accueil de la propriétaire et de son équipe. Notre chambre était sur 2 étapes et assez petite, donc nous avons profité des aires communes. Le déjeuner était délicieux et on nous a proposé du thé à plusieurs reprises, ce qui était très généreux.

Cons: The only thing we struggled with was the location - yes, it is very central. Because it's within the medina, but not on the main road of the medina, you have to navigate down a couple of very empty and dark alley streets to get there. This wouldn't have felt quite so problematic, but as two females, we just didn't feel especially safe. I think this is just something to consider in all urban areas of Morocco, not necessarily a negative but definitely wasn't a positive.

Tuvimos problemas con el Transfer contratado con ellos y me mintieron varias veces sobre el motivo(la realidad, se habían olvidado de nosotros) La habitación no era la contratada. Primero discutieron conmigo negando la evidencia y luego, me dijeron que las fotos eran pre-pandemia, que la habitación la habían reformado y tenían que actualizar las fotos. ¿La realidad? Otra mentira más, la habitación la tenían otros amigos alojados en el mismo Riad. Torpes. ¿Porqué mentir tanto? Con sinceridad todo habría sido mejor, hablando se entiende la gente y no me habría ido con el sentimiento de que me quisieron tomar por tonto de forma reiterada.

Très bon séjour pour quelques nuits, en revanche Riad difficile à trouver, nous nous sommes fait accoster par des enfants qui nous ont emmenés devant le Riad mais qui ont par la suite réclamer des sous. Personnel très agréable, chambre propre mais un peu humide, petit déjeuner très bon mais peu copieux.

the hosts here were so incredibly caring and friendly, they were always welcoming and happy to chat or give advice about souk prices, places to eat, and have a glass of delicious mint tea together. Karima is an absolute angel and Zaid was also so welcoming and kind. Our room had an absolutely beautiful terrace and incredible views. We will definitely come back!

Le riad est très beau, dans une petite ruelle, loin de l'agitation et du bruit. Il est bien indiqué au début de la route, facile à trouver. Très bien placé (proche de la place Jemaa el Fna) . Nous avons été très bien reçues dans la chambre pour 3 avec un lit simple en bas + la salle de bains et un lit double en mezzanine. Il y avait une belle terrasse qui nous permettait de nous retrouver tous ensemble sur les toits de Marrakech.... Chambres et salle de bains très propres. Bonne literie et belle décoration. Le petit déjeuner était parfait. Nous avons été bien renseigné par les différentes personnes du riad, extrêmement gentilles et bienveillantes. Mention spéciale à Kalima.

Que dire de ce merveilleux séjour passé au Riad Bonheur .. Tout d'abord le logement, le riad est très beau et typique représentant très bien la ville de Marrakech. La chambre était très jolie, située en hauteur avec balcon et rooftop. Tout cela aux pieds du souk tout en restant à l'abri du bruit environnant. Les équipements de la chambre sont adaptés pour passer une semaine sereine, la literie est très confortable et le ménage de notre chambre était quotidien et impeccable. De plus, sa localisation est géniale pour profiter pleinement de la ville. Le Riad propose le petit déjeuner qui est délicieux et varié. Lors de notre séjour le déjeuner et le dîner n'étaient pas inclus mais cela ne gêne en rien du fait de sa localisation pratique. Nous avons eu le bonheur de rencontrer Karima, Zaïd et toute l'équipe qui nous ont chouchouté toute la semaine. Cet accueil chaleureux et leurs bons conseils nous ont permis de profiter pleinement de nos vacances et de profiter d'expériences magnifiques. Toujours disponibles et à nos petits soins nous avons eu la chance de rencontrer des personnes en or. Si vous cherchez un joli petit coin pour une première expérience ou un renouvellement de visite à Marrakech le Riad Bonheur sera parfait ! Staff were very kind and welcoming. Offered tea on arrival and a lovely breakfast each morning. Kind enough to print off my boarding pass for my flight home too! The riad was lovely, the room was spacious, comfortable and clean. WiFi worked well throughout the accommodation. Well located in Marrakech, only a 10 minute walk away from the main square and all of the sights.
Cons: Only a small thing, communication could be slightly better. When I checked in, I was given tea and didn't see anyone for 45 minutes. Eventually found someone and was given access to my room. Told that it wasn't ready for when I arrived (at the start of the check in window), which is fine, but would have been nice to be told. Also there were a couple of occasions when the water supply stopped to the room. Just one of those things and didn't inconvenience me too much, only able to find staff on one of those occasions to let them know, and chatting through booking.com they weren't as responsive, so I guess you need to catch them at a good time. Only small things, and they would not stop me from staying here again!

Everything! Riad (super guy) met us on arrival and we left our bags as we were early no problem for anything we asked. The rooms were fabulous and comfortable beds, showers and plenty of hot water. Lovely area to relax outside my room with plants and birds singing and another area above to relax in the sun all beautifully decorated in Moroccan style. We met Karima (so charming and friendly)in the morning at breakfast, which was much more than we expected and really enjoyable. We talked and got advice and recommendations and Riad booked a massage for us which you should try (amazing). We were allowed to stay around after check out and we ate lunch (our own) in the perfect surroundings of sunshine and bird song. I would recommend this place and hopefully will be back.

Cons: building is open-air, so very cold during the winter nights and mornings. Heater helped a bit, but especially bathroom was very cold. I guess it is the same with all similar buildings. Still, I liked the building a lot, and this is probably the same thing with all buildings from the era.

La ubicación del riad, estaba cercano a la plaza central y al Zoco. Llegamos por la mañana y nos dejaron guardar las maletas en el Riad hasta tener la habitación a la hora oficial de la entrada. No pudimos probar el desayuno ya que tuvimos que salir bastante temprano, pero nos dejaron una bolsa para llevar.
Cons: La instalaciones estaban un poco descuidada y la limpieza un poco escueta. No había calefacción y tan solo había una sábana y una manta bastante fina, pase tal frío en una única noche que pase allí… No es algo malo, pero si que nos pidieron que realizáramos el pago cuando llegamos en la mañana, antes de tener la habitación, ya que entramos a partir de la hora oficial, de las 15h de la tarde, me hubiera parecido más correcto a la entrega de la habitación.

An authentic old Riad in the centre of Medina (the old walled city of Marrakesh). It is located near the end of a nice quiet cul-de-sac, which has no cars (people only come by foot, moped, or with carts and horse-carts). We were told it is in one of the oldests parts of the Medina and consequently either a very old brick building itself, or on a foundation of very old buildings. It is in a nice neighborhood, very close to markets, local pastry shops, grocery shops, cafes and restaurants. Friendly staff. Our room was cleaned and beds made every day. The riad is tastefully decorated. I liked soap and shampoo in the bathroom, with local flavours, such as almond, and in refillable glass bottles with metal tops, embossed with Moroccan designs. The Riad has a nice roof terrace with table and chairs, as well as loungers: our favourite place to look at the stars, roof cats, rooftops of the Medina, to eat delicious local pastries and chill out. There were some noises, but all quite authentic, such as cats meows, muezzins calling for prayers, or neighbours singing/arguing over domestic chores, so we enjoyed it all:) The breakfasts were quite good (local pastries, jams and honey, coffee/tea, fried eggs and bread), though a bit repetitive, but perhaps we could have asked:) The Riad organised our balloon ride, and transfer back to the airport, and although it was a bit above what we would pay on the internet/taxi app, it was good quality. Si algo le salva a este establecimiento de mala puntuación es la limpieza, y uno de los trabajadores. La limpieza extraordinaria. Impresionante. De absolutamente todo. Está en plena medina, entre callejuelas que el primer día pueden dar un poco de miedo. Hay un hombre, quien fue quien nos cobró y nos despidió que era también uno de los grandes valores del riad. Muy atento y solicito. Nos dejo tener las maletas hasta la tarde en una especie de apartamento. La pena es no haber tenido con el más trato. La habitación en la que estuvimos limpísima, arriba del todo y grande. Quiero destacar la limpieza de absolutamente todo. No solo las habitaciones sino también las terrazas a diferentes niveles que tenían, con sus tumbonas y asientos. Nos tocó en una esquina a lo alto, por lo que apenas se oía a la gente dentro del riad.
Cons: De cinco días que nos quedamos solo disfrutamos tres del desayuno. Cuando llegamos el primer día comentamos que teníamos excursiones organizadas, indicando las horas, y si nos podían dejar algo. Pero fue el hombre muy claro que era a partir de las 8:30, no antes. Y al día siguiente observamos como a otras personas se lo daban a las 8. Eso ya no nos gustó. Leo en booking después en comentarios que incluso de madrugada les dejaron algo. Eso es quedar muy mal. Lo más cómodo de la cama era que estaba sobre el suelo. No me pareció cómodo que haya unas escaleras entre la zona de dormir y el resto de la habitación. Ojo, esto hace que la habitación sea grande y cómoda con zona de estar, pero me hace sentirme mayor, sobre todo cuando tienes que bajar para ir al baño. Todas las madrugadas te despertaba la llamada a la oración. Malísimas ventanas, la primera noche incluso pasamos frio, ya que entrabra por ellas. Después nos dejaron un edredón en la cama.

El hotel Riad está muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad, el personal te ayuda siempre y es muy amable y siempre con una sonrisa, el desayuno que nos trajeron era cada día con un dulce diferente y todo muy rico y el zumo natural, el día que nos fuimos tuvimos que salir a las 4 de la mañana y nos tenían hecho el desayuno, quedamos encantadas y volveremos

Cons: Abends ist die Medina nicht mit dem Auto befahrbar, daher ist es ein etwas längerer Fußmarsch um zum Riad zu kommen. An sich nicht schlimm, wir waren nur nicht darauf vorbereitet :)

La struttura è molto intima e familiare, sono stati gentilissimi e accoglienti. Non è un riad grande, ma molto piccolo gestito da persone educatissime. Le colazioni speciali fatte tutte dalla signora. La pulizia è molto buona, e non è scontato questo punto. Accanto al riad c’è una moschea e la mattina alle 6 iniziano a pregare, ma con le finiestre e porte chiuse non si sente nulla, la prima sera non avevo pensato a chiudere la porta della camera. Consiglio tutto.

Cons: The pictures were not accurate, just had a mattress in the floor and not a bed. Had a internal stair to reach the “mattress” that was not mentioned and since the toilet was down stairs was dangerous and inconvenient. As well did not have terrace or balcony as mentioned in the room type, just a shared terrace but this should not count as its available for all the guests.

El Riad es precioso. La atención del personal fue cercana y se adaptaron a nuestros horarios de desayuno cuando teníamos que salir antes por alguna excursión. Además, es un lugar muy tranquilo. El desayuno era muy completo. Todo estaba muy limpio y nos facilitaron el taxi para llegar desde el aeropuerto.
Cons: Nuestra habitación tenía dos camas individuales unidas, una de ellas tenía el colchón estupendo, pero el otro estaba un poco hundido.

Riad molto carino, personale gentile. Sono stati molto gentili ad aggiungerci un posto letto in più senza chiedere nessun supplemento. Colazione nella media anche se migliorabile.
Cons: Un po’ decentrato come posizione, si attraversa una lunghissima via molto frequentata da pedoni e motorini e ci si mette un po’ ad arrivare. Il personale è spesso assente alla reception; il bagno ha un forte odore di fognatura e necessiterebbe di alcuni lavori di manutenzione (il piano del lavandino incanala acqua e ti bagna mentre ti lavi), ci sono due dispenser piccoli e non è chiaro quale sia lo shampoo e quale il bagnoschiuma. Mettono solo un rotolo di carta igienica, una famiglia di 4/5 persone fa in fretta a finirlo. I due materassi singoli erano scomodi perché sembravano imbottiti di lana e materiale vario, e non veri e propri materassi. Per il prezzo pagato ci si aspetterebbe un’attenzione maggiore verso queste cose!

A nossa estadia neste Riad foi simplesmente maravilhosa. A simpatia dos funcionários, especialmente do Zaid, destacou-se e fez-nos sentir muito bem-vindos. A localização é ideal – dentro da medina, mas suficientemente afastada do barulho, proporcionando um refúgio tranquilo. O pequeno-almoço foi delicioso. Fantastisk Riad som kändes som hemma. Vi blev väl omhändertagna av personalen. Ett stort tack till Karima och Zaid som gjorde deras bästa för att vi ska trivas på boendet. Frukosten var utmärkt och personalen såg till att vi fick en god representation av den marockanska maten. Rummen var rena och A/C var bra. Rummen med 2 våningar hade AC på varje våning vilket uppskattades av oss. Tack Riad Bonheur för en fantastisk vistelse som var en minnesvärd del av vår vistelse i Marrakesh.
Cons: Lite svår att hitta första dagen pga Medinas smala vägar och GPS som inte fungerar så bra där. Annars var allt annat perfekt under vår vistelse

L'accoglienza di Zaid (my brother) molto disponibile e gentile, fin da subito ci ha fatto sentire a casa, servendoci dell'ottimo thè e dandoci tutte le risposte alle nostre domande, e poi la simpatia di Karima e di tutto lo staff, davvero in grado, con semplicità, di farti sentire il ben arrivato. La struttura molto bella ed in classico stile marocchino, si trova in uno dei mille vicoli della medina molto vicina alla piazza Jemaa El Fna, cuore di Marrakech, devo dire che la prima impressione della zona non è stata delle migliori, ma poi ti rendi subito conto che è un timore del tutto infondato, perché di giorno o di notte puoi girare dappertutto senza nessun timore. Es war einfach perfekt. Wir fühlten uns fast wie Familienmitglieder. Alle waren super nett. Es ergaben sich viele interessante Gespräche. Der kleine Pool war mega erfrischend. Die Lage ist perfekt. Los encargados del Riad te dan toda la confianza para que te sientas como en casa, muy atentos a cualquier duda o necesidad, siempre dispuestos a ayudarte. El Riad muy cómodo, situado en muy buena zona, muy limpio. Desayuno muy completo y bueno. Si viajas a Marrakech este Riad es muy recomendable.

Ubicación excelente por la cercanía de la plaza pero al mismo tiempo suficientemente distanciado para poder descansar sin ruido. El trato del personal y la limpieza fueron fantásticos, muy acogedores y con una excelente comunicación. La decoración del Riad fue también un punto a destacar.
Cons: El desayuno quizá fue algo pobre. La habitación aunque estaba muy bien quizá carecía de buena iluminación. En cuanto a la terraza era muy espaciosa y un espacio interesante, sin embargo no estaba acondicionada para su uso en verano por las altas temperaturas.

A gorgeous place off the crazy Medina. Lovely owner and a fun lil place - even in 40+ degrees the pool is icy cool (it's itty bitty) but great for a foot dip, and my 10 year old daughter loved her daily dips.
Cons: The room we booked wasn't really great for having a baby... my fault, I hadn't judged how steep the stairs might be. We later moved to the family rooms and it was much safer.

Todo. Habitación muy bonita y cómoda. En general el Riad entero es precioso. Desayuno muy rico y personal más que amable. El chico de la recepción “Harabi” fue increíblemente servicial, educado y amable. Me ayudó a imprimir el Boarding Pass y llamó a mi taxi para hacerme todo más fácil. Un persona fantástica.

C'était mon premier voyage au maroc. Jai apprécié du riad: La disponibilité, la gentillesse et professionnalisme des employés, des femmes de ménage, en passant par les cuisinières aux responsables à l'accueil. La tranquillité, car la ville est très animés La décoration soigné La vue de la chambre La propreté de la piscine et des lieux La disponibilité de la cuisine pour accueillir des invités ou manger dans le patio. Le riad porte bien son nom. Je recommande volontiers.

Die zentrale Lage, und das kühle und ruhige Klima in der Unterkunft war das Highlight, um sich nach einem ereignisreichen Tag zu erholen. Der Gastgeber war sehr nett und das Frühstück sehr ausgiebig und lecker!

Cons: Initially the confusing streets of the Medina were a bit confronting - but that is Marrakesh. Needed to walk from taxi to accomodation as cars could go no further - our luggage was carried for us, but this was unexpected.

Top Lage Lecker Frühstück mit Pancakes, Ei und Brot Super nettes Personal Sauber Tolle Terrasse Unbedingt Flughafen Shuttleservice nutzen, die normalen Taxen halten tagsüber vor der Medina und den Rest muss man dann alleine finden. Beim Riad Shuttle wurde man erst mit dem Taxi zur Medina gefahren und dann stand jemand, der einen bis zur Riad Haustür bringt und auch noch das Gepäck abnimmt.
Cons: Wasser läuft sehr schlecht ab Steckdose sollte mal wieder in die Wand Kein TV

The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. Ahmed in particular was very attentive and kind. It was really great to interact with him and learn from his experiences. Ahmed gave us an upgrade for our second night at the Riad, which we really appreciated. Staff goes out of their way to ensure you have a pleasant experience. The Riad Is clean and comfortable and breakfast is very good.
Cons: The bathroom in one of the standard rooms is a bit under-kept, with some humidity condensation on the walls.

Le riad est très bien ! Le personnel s est montré très gentil avec nous et nous a renseigné sur les choses a faire dans la ville ! Le petit déjeuner était excellent ! Le ménage est fait tout les jours. L emplacement du riad dans une petite rue reculée du centre ville était parfait (c'est calme !)

Riad jest położony w super lokalizacji, bez problemu się do niego dostałyśmy. Pokój był bardzo ładny, czysty i zadbany, tak samo jak łazienka, wszystkie potrzebna rzeczy takie jak ręczniki czy mydło były dla nas przygotowane. Wykupiłyśmy opcję ze śniadaniem które było pyszne i dało się najeść. Personel był bardzo pomocny i życzliwy 😊

Ottima e tranquilla posizione nella Medina, vicina alla piazza principale. Ottimo per un'esperienza completa nella vita marrocchina della Medina di Marrachek. Riad ben tenuto con cortile molto elegante a gestione familiare con la titolare che Ti accoglie, dandoTi informazioni utilissime per il soggiorno e mettendoTi subito a Tuo agio. Ringrazio per l'accoglienza. Ottima la stanza quadrupla (con camera doppia).
Cons: E' veramente difficile dare consigli per migliorare il soggiorno. Forse anche il tè alla mente a colazione che, invece, viene sempre offerto durante la giornata (ma potrebbe non rientrare nelle tradizioni locali il tè a colazione perchè non servito anche in altri Riad, ove abbiamo soggiornato). Forse un televisore - cha a dire il vero non abbiamo chiesto - perchè c'erano le partite dell'europeo di calcio, ma sarebbe diffcile da adattare all'arredamento e allo stile del Riad.

Accoglienza quasi familiare in un bellissimo Riad con cortile interno su cui affacciava più che la stanza quadrupla prenotata, il nostro piccolo appartamento con due stanze matrimoniali e bagno. Ottima e silenziosa la posizione anche se centralissima. Ottimo Riad per visitare la Medina.

Amazing hosts, very friendly and helpful. Great location in the middle of the Medina. Lovely rooftop terraces and a little pool to dip your feet. Great breakfast too!
