The location is a cab journey into the centre of Marrakesh and the hotel doesn’t supply a shuttle! I was aware of this when I booked the hotel. To get a taxi is easy through the hotel, the cost is between £8-£25 depending on the driver. So can be expensive if travelling in daily. The room 149 ground floor pool view was clean and had a fridge, the bed was comfy and I slept really well, it was cleaned daily with fresh towels etc. the food had a great selection and I didn’t get hungry however I can see why some people might not like it. What made the hotel was the staff (fati in the bar and restaurant) she really did look after us. I feel only my opinion that it would be mayhem in the summer if you were all inclusive as only one bar, I don’t drink alcohol however there wasn’t much choice for people who did, if u want a hotel that is away from the hustle and bustle this is the one for you.

Cons: I specified in my booking 1 double bed and I got a twin bed room, I had to change the room twice, the 2nd room didn't have Wi-Fi network neither a 4G coverage, 3rd room no Wi-Fi I had to use my 4G, also the room had no towels, no welcome water, no flip flops, for a 5 stars hotel these are the basics, additionally there's hair inbl bathtub from previous occupiers, and the electrical socket is in bad position ergonomically under the drawer next to bed. I rate maximum 3 my expérience in a 5 stars hotel.

Cons: Les toilettes pour un 5 étoiles laissent à désirer. L’entretien de la chambre n’était pas fait au quotidien. Les tasses de café ont traîné 4 jours malgré nos demandes répétées de les changer. Nous avons dû insister à l’accueil pour que notre linge soit pris en chambre malgré nos multiples relance par téléphone. Le personnel pas très accueillant, on vous regarde à peine en vous répondant. La salle de sport pas du tout entretenue. La piscine intérieure pas opérationnelle. Pas d’eau en chambre.

The building itself was very nice and well located near the friend I was visiting. The staff at the reception was extremely nice. The swimming pool and bar made for a very peaceful enjoyable time.

This hotel is an absolute disaster. Any positive review is a lie. Just the parking lot and lobby feel like a nightmare — dark, dirty, and falling apart. No one helped with our suitcases, the hallway lights barely worked, and plaster was falling off the walls. The room was horrifying: thick dust everywhere, a rusted bathtub, cracked walls, a stained toilet, torn and nicotine-stained lampshades, dirty mirrors, and a huge spider waiting for us. Everything felt neglected and filthy. The all-inclusive is a joke: the pool bar was closed, and the indoor bar had five half-empty sodas and one vodka that smelled awful. This experience was shocking for the price we paid. If you value your time and money, stay far away. The 70+ one-star reviews are telling the truth — this place should be shut down immediately.

Any positive review about this place is 100% a lie. This hotel shouldn’t even be open, let alone have five stars. Without exaggeration, this is a one-star hotel at best. Even pulling into the parking lot felt like arriving at an apocalyptic movie set. The lobby and reception were dark, depressing, and in terrible condition. We pushed our own suitcases in because nobody offered any help. After handing us the key, we walked down a hallway where the lights turned off after about 15 steps — and the plaster on the walls was peeling and falling off everywhere. The moment we opened the door to our room, we knew we weren’t staying. We immediately started taking photos for Booking.com and began searching for another hotel. The carpet looked like something out of a horror movie. The dust was so thick I could literally write my name in it. The bathtub was rusted, the walls were brittle and cracking, the toilet was stained, the hinges were rusted, and a huge spider was waiting for us. The lamp shades were torn and nicotine-stained, the mirrors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in 3–4 years, and everything felt dirty, old, and neglected beyond belief. The only remotely positive thing I can say is that the bed had linens and was a decent size — and that’s where the positives end. We paid for all-inclusive, so we checked the pool bar (closed) and then the indoor bar, which had five nearly empty Sprite bottles and one bottle of vodka that smelled like gasoline. That’s what they call “all-inclusive.” This experience was genuinely shocking, especially considering the premium price we paid. It’s not even close to meeting the standards of a 1-star property. If you have any sense, stay far away from this hotel. Read the other 70+ one-star reviews — they’re all telling the truth. This place should be shut down.

Do not look too much in to the bad reviews, we are on our last day here (of 7) and it’s been fantastic. If you want a lovely relaxing holiday this is absolutely the place. I really do not understand why some people do not see this, probably they are the sort that are never pleased or been very unlucky! So, Staff.. couldn’t be more helpful, waiters, chefs, reception, manager all brilliant! It’s not difficult to be nice to people is it?! Im sure they would have been just as nice even if we didn’t tell them what a great job they were doing. Food.. I loved every meal.. you’re in Morocco! Not UK.. some people obviously need reminding. Amazing Moroccan food cooked by excellent chefs .. really nice. Accommodation.. Great rooms very spacey .. absolutely no complaints Drink.. You have to go to the side bar to get your drinks not the one by the side of the pool (unless you want to pay for the cocktails etc) but that’s no problem at all.. it’s still right next to pool but inside. Entertainment.. music around the pool and chat to people you meet.. theres nothing else but there is loads to do out and about. Tip.. Download the Get your Guide app (orange G) cheap trips on there .. Overall if you’re expecting a 5 star UK type experience then go to a five star hotel in UK. Everyone who works here were fantastic.. it’s been a very relaxed week away.. thanks to all the staff 🤘👍

Me and my partner came to stay at this 1 star hotel , because that’s what is really should be absolutely dreadful and dirty . as we arrived to the old dusty building , the reception staff was RUDE . Room was dirty blood on sheets , stains on walls dirty cups plates ,flys everywhere !!! all over the food in the food hall and cold . we also had to buy drinks as this was the only way to get any service at times bearing in mind i booked all inclusive. leaving the hotel i was hit with all different charges and even told to pay for drinks i already paid for i chose not to argue and just paid to be told by reception staff that the bar staff were actually charging me double per drink(180MAD)equivalent to about £15 !!. they didn’t want to refund us ! also the toilet and stains all over it they don’t change the sheets . towels were dirty even when we called for new ones still dirty flys in cups it’s just too much to say about my experience at this dirty place also the lights in the hall way it’s like something out of a scary movie , they don’t automatically come on so it’s very dark very dark like someone could be waiting for you in the hallway and you would see . very unsafe please do not stay they need to close the whole Place DOWN !! This property does not reflect the standards of a five-star hotel. Throughout our stay, we encountered consistent arrogance and unhelpfulness from staff, with information often being misleading or contradictory. Unless you are booked on an all-inclusive basis, even basic services such as ordering a drink or arranging a taxi are unnecessarily difficult to access. The experience overall was disappointing and far from the level of hospitality expected at this category of hotel. Additionally, while the location may appear close to Marrakesh’s Medina, in reality it is costly and time-consuming to travel to and from the city, with no nearby shops or conveniences available.

This was by far the worst “five-star” hotel I’ve ever stayed in. On arrival, my room was dirty, the bathroom bin hadn’t been emptied, and the toilet was unhygienic. The food was extremely poor, with some dishes looking reheated from previous days and birds flying around the buffet area. Choices were very limited, and since I was travelling with someone with allergies, we often had to eat out or order in to avoid going hungry. There was no complimentary water, and the WiFi barely worked in the rooms or around the hotel. Even the sun loungers and communal areas were dirty. Nothing about this place reflects five-star standards — it felt more like a neglected budget hotel. Overall, a huge disappointment and not worth the money. 0/10.

We booked this hotel as we were unhappy with the first one we arrived too. It was like a palace compared to the first hotel we arrived at. The pool area is stunning, especially of a night. The staff are very helpful. The rooms are defo 5 star for Morroco. The restaurant is nice, we went all inclusive and the adults were very happy but if you have picky teenagers prepare to buy a few dinners off the menu so they actually eat something lol. Drinks were fine. Service was wonderful. Spa was nice. WiFi isn’t great but they have an English film channel on the TV if you want some background noise going to sleep or need some time out of the heat. Music playing by the pool and a gentleman singing in the evening which was lovely. I really don’t understand the other reviews about staff rudeness because they were all exceptional with us. Very clean hotel as well, but flies and wasps by the poolside were very annoying (I know there’s nothing to be done about that but just a warning as we had to chuck and replace drinks after leaving them for literal seconds)

Vous ne tarderez pas à perdre vos étoiles, et ce serait tout à fait justifié. Tout a changé : les lits sont cassés, nous avons eu des problèmes de climatisation pendant les deux jours de notre séjour. Sous 46 degrés, avec deux enfants de moins de 5 ans, c’était extrêmement difficile. Pour un hôtel censé être un 5 étoiles, c’est tout simplement inacceptable. Le petit-déjeuner n’a plus rien à voir avec ce qu’il était : des produits surgelés, du pain rassis de la veille, du jus qui n’est plus frais, stocké dans des cartons infestés de fourmis, et du fromage dur comme de la pierre. Concernant l’état des chambres : du vomi sur la fenêtre de la première chambre occupée par mes parents ! Un lit cassé dans la seconde ! La moquette est dans un état lamentable, je préfère ne même pas en parler. Des prises arrachées, dangereuses pour les enfants… J’ai honte d’avoir emmené ma famille dans un tel endroit. Nous étions huit, et vous venez de perdre huit clients d’un seul coup. Le gérant est conscient de la situation mais ne semble pas vouloir faire d’efforts pour redresser la barre. Je suis reparti triste et profondément déçu. Quelle honte.

Nous étions huit, et vous venez de perdre huit clients d’un seul coup. Le gérant est conscient de la situation mais ne semble pas vouloir faire d’efforts pour redresser la barre. Je suis reparti triste et profondément déçu. Quelle honte.

I didnt stay in this property long enough to find something I did like, however based on what I seen, which was the reception and pool area its safe to say there probaly wouldnt have been much to like if anything.
Cons: I managed to see the entrance, the foyer and the pool area. I didn't like any of them and I cant recall one thing within this hotel in my brief stint I was there which would give me any promise this it would improve through out the hotel. As you enter through the old rickety wooden gate into the 'yard' you will already have a feeling that the stay here isn't going to be great. Through the old front wooded main entrance into a dark and dreary foyer area surrounded by old brown leather recliners you will not be greeted with a beverage but with an unprofessional receptionist. The receptionist while you booking you in will have multiple conversations with other people as they pass and completely ignore you all whilst you are checking in. At this stage, after peeling myself of the recliner while still waiting to check in, I ventured into the 'pool' area to have a look around. It's certainly a pool and its in an area however its not an area you would enjoy spending time and look to relax. More prison court yard with a hole in the ground filled with water. At this point, we decided to check out albeit we still wasn't checked in and after being refunded for the tourist tax, which to confirm we were incorrectly over charged for requested for a refund and a taxi to leave. The refund I was told to take it up with booking.com. 15minutes later as the taxi arrived and the bell boy done a deal with the taxi driver we was on our way. As the saga continues regarding the refund (I was being polite to the hotel before this stage and explained I booked the wrong hotel in error, which I booked that day) HOWEVER due to the fact the hotel continue to ignore my request for a refund and haven't even acknowledged my message/email a week later I thought it would be easier to provide genuine feedback and honest review for other people traveling to the hotel.

This hotel is wonderful. We are a couple wanting to reset and step away from life for 6 nights. This is bliss. The food is varied, fresh and lovely. The staff are friendly and wonderful. If you want an English breakfast, expect the staff to speak English, go to Benidorm. Rooms are spacious and clean and pool area lovely and contrary to previous reviews the pool was not "too cold". Highly recommend for couples looking to step away from their usual European vacation.

I booked this hotel as we got a great deal. After booking I read some negative reviews and was anxious about staying there. The hotel far surpassed our expectations. The staff were incredibly helpful and responsive (especially in the restaurant and at the poolside). The pool, sunbeds, room and communal areas were lovely and spotless. The food was somewhat limited but we enjoyed each meal we had. A really enjoyable break.

Un accueil exceptionnel malgré notre arrivée un peu en avance. Nous avons été accueilli à bras ouverts. Les chambres étaient déjà prêtes et propres. Le personnel est bienveillant et toujours souriant et surtout à l’écoute afin de répondre à toutes nos demandes très rapidement. Le personnel de l’accueil, les femmes de ménage en passant par la gouvernante et surtout la direction ont tous été formidable avec nous. Quant au service restauration c’est exceptionnel. En effet, les repas sont variés afin de répondre au mieux aux goûts de chacun😋. La piscine est exceptionnellement propre un nettoyage régulier est effectué ( il est visible par les personnes matinales comme nous 😉) et de la belle musique pour bronzer au soleil. Je conseille vivement cet établissement à toutes les personnes qui veulent passer des vacances inoubliables. Hâte de revenir l’année prochaine. Merci à toute l’équipe 🙏🙏.

I stayed at this resort in July 2025, expecting a relaxing, all-inclusive five-star holiday. Instead, I experienced one of the most upsetting and underwhelming holidays I’ve ever endured. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this resort fell dramatically short of its promises — both in quality and in care. 1. Appalling Food Provision and Health Negligence As a diabetic, I rely on consistent meals to manage my condition. The resort only offered three set meals per day, with no snacks or provisions in between. One morning, I missed breakfast and informed the staff of my medical need. After a long wait, I was given a menu — only to be told I’d have to pay for any food, despite being on an all-inclusive plan. This was not only disappointing, but genuinely dangerous to my health. There were no snack options, no ice creams, and nothing as snacks. 2. Limited Facilities and Zero Entertainment Only one restaurant was available to guests, despite another on the premises being strictly off-limits. This created an uncomfortable sense of exclusion. There were no activities, no entertainment, no evening programs, just an empty itinerary. Guests were left either in their rooms or by the pool with nothing to do. It felt more like a waiting room than a holiday. 3. Completely Unusable Wi-Fi The Wi-Fi was virtually non-existent. Even the DJ, who provided the only sliver of entertainment, had his music repeatedly cut off due to poor connectivity. In today’s world, such internet issues are unacceptable — especially at a so-called luxury resort. 4. Dirty Rooms and Shocking Hygiene Standards The in-room phone didn’t work. I received no towels. No toilet tissue. No housekeeping whatsoever. The room was infested with ants and cockroaches, which was both unhygienic and distressing. Basic cleanliness should be a given — this felt like neglect. 5. Communication Issues and Language Barriers Staff were largely unable to communicate in English, making even the simplest requests frustrating. I once asked for two teas and was handed two toothpicks. That moment encapsulated the sheer lack of training and support provided to staff, and the disconnect in service delivery. 6. A Cold, Unkind Birthday I was at the resort on my birthday — 13th July. Not a single member of staff acknowledged it. No kind gesture, no small celebration, not even a greeting. For a hospitality setting, the lack of warmth was truly disheartening. 7. No Compensation for the Final Day Despite the many failings throughout the stay, the resort made no offer to compensate or make amends. My final day (14th July) was treated like any other, with no goodwill shown for the distress and disappointment I endured. --- This holiday was emotionally draining, physically uncomfortable, and thoroughly unworthy of the price or promises made. I left feeling let down, disrespected, and hurt. I would not recommend this resort to anyone, especially those with specific dietary or medical needs. I sincerely hope the resort takes accountability for this experience. Until then, I urge others to be cautious when considering this destination.

Everything else, extremely disappointing, all inclusive was shocking, tucked away in the corner, very minimal selection and the drinks were warm. All inclusive guests were kicked out of the main dining area to allow for a big group who completely overran the hotel who treated it like a slum, spitting everywhere, being loud in the morning just very rude. Felt like we were an afterthought and a hindrance. Definitely not a 5* hotel it’s a mediocre 3 at best. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, it will put a negative on your visit to Marrakech.

Good points won’t take long! Very spacious and very clean rooms, serviced every day. Mini bar is no such thing it’s a small chiller!!! Tiny ants everywhere, they didn’t really bother me but if you don’t like stuff like than then it will be an issue. Pool area is stunning although a lot smaller than the photos suggest. Hotel was very quiet so no problem getting a lounger. Took ages to check in they couldn’t find our booking and Wasn’t shown around when arrived and had no idea that there was a shuttle bus to Marrakesh throughout the day. The hotel definitely favours French guests. Staff can’t do enough for them. Quiz night:French Kareoke night:French Music:day and night; mostly French. Even when the staff know full well you are English they speak to you in French and I know more Arabic than I do French! But that wasn’t appreciated at all Just makes you feel a little left out that’s all! Nothing wrong with French people and obviously it was a French colony so I get it but doesn’t stop you feeling left out! Not sure if it was because of eid but looking at the reviews at other times possibly not but didn’t seem like a lot of staff working so service was very slow, drinks selection available wasn’t great and there was an extensive snack menu advertised 3-5pm but there was nowhere near anything Like what was advertised. Bar also shuts at 11pm and not 1am like advertised on holiday sites, all inclusive guests are not allowed to use the pool bar which makes no sense whatsoever. Food is ok at best and not a huge amount of choice and if you go late on whatever sitting there is hardly anything left even though the hotel is quiet. Not worth the money paid that’s for sure and at a push this is a four star because of the facilities, defo not 5. Would I return? Maybe if it was half the price!

Only two plug sockets work at a time in the room, kettle broke, hot water cold, all the hallways are so dark probably to save electric, that you can’t see where you are going, the “ entertainment” was the WORST we have ever seen, it’s a staff member of their choice singing along to the bar music with no idea what the words are. Music is SO incredibly loud you’ve no chance of even TRYING to go to sleep before 11pm whatsoever. The worst thing about this hotel out of all of it was the “ FOOD”. My god, all the places we have been to, never seen anything like it. Absolute “ slop”. Like stuff you find in the bottom of a sink. Absolutely disgusting, no exaggeration. So sooo dissapointing!! How on EARTH this hotel is classed as 5 stars Absolutley baffles us. One person here made our stay tolerable. The concierge guy with glasses normally at the front door of the hotel. He ordered us takeaways off the app on his phone because other wise let’s face it, we would have starved if we had eaten the “ sewage” they have on offer here, and he personally delivered them to our room, and also helped us with phone chargers. In my 50 years of travelling this is one of the worst All inclusive hotels I have stayed in. No wrist bands so you were questioned every time you asked for something. The room was reasonably clean and beds comfy. Big crack in the sink. We had a small flood in our bathroom from the shower so asked for more towels as we used them to mop up the girls face was not very happy especially when we asked for more toilet roll. When going back to your room at night the corridors are unlit. Unless you know to press the button outside your door you use your phone to find your room. Our button was broke. Now the worst part. Food 🤮 For some reason everything tasted of petrol. Porridge was like wallpaper paste. A very bad limited selection at every sitting. Had to ask for everything. ie cutlery, sugar, water. We ended up going to Macy Ds and KFC where we saw other people from the hotel We were told cocktails not available as the drinks machine was broke but they would mix you one. When I say it would have melted your teeth I’m not joking they tasted of paint stripper.This is defo not a 5*. I would say 2*. And it was by no means a cheap holiday. Love Morocco and have visited quite a few times I will continue to visit this country but defiantly not this hotel. 😡

Hôtel calme hors saison. Quartier calme loin de l'agitation du centre ville. Personnel serviable et accueillant. Propreté des parties communes et de la chambre. Cadeau d'accueil apprécié. Climatisation ok. Petit déjeuner varié. Piscine extérieure vidée pour maintenance permettant de constater son bon état.
Cons: Deux prises décrochées du mur dans la chambre. Multiples tâches sur la moquette de la chambre. Robinetterie et tringle de douche abîmées dans la salle de bain. Détails inadmissibles dans une chambre d'un établissement cinq étoiles européen mais peut être acceptés au Maroc?

Insgesamt ist das Hotel nicht zu empfehlen, Es sind kein fünf Sterne wert , sondern höchstens ein Stern , Zimmern sind groß aber richtig dreckig, Schimmel , Betten sind hart , habe Rückenschmerzen bekommen davon, abends lauter Musik so das wir nicht schlafen konnten, früchtück sehr schlecht, viele fliegen , kein Besteck dreckige Tischdecken, kein Salz Kaffeemaschine sehr dreckig. Personal unprofessional, mehrmals vieles reklamiert ohne Erfolg. Für mich ist das Hotel nicht zu empfehlen. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Cons: Vi ankom hotellet på kvelden den 17. januar 2024. Vi var tre familier med små barn. Til sammen betalte vi ca 14,000kr for to netter. Romene var iskalde, vi måte ned til resepsjonen flere ganger for å be om hjelp. De kom ikke før kl 23:30. på badet så var det hvitt/grå aktig gamle håndkler. Mannen som stå i resepsjonen hadde på seg en sikkelig vinter jake da det var iskald der også. Dette så ut som de sparte penger på alle måter da det ikke var sesongen. Anbefales ikke utrolig dårlig opplegg til å være 5 stjerner

Cons: During my stay after paying so. Much, I encountered several issues. Firstly, there was no flat iron in the room, which resulted in requesting laundry service at an extra cost. Additionally, the bathtub had two rusty, broken pieces, making filling it up impossible. I reported this the next day after noticing the problem, but housekeeping noted it, and it was never fixed throughout my stay. As a result, I had to rely solely on the shower, even though I would have preferred to soak in the bathtub. Regarding the dining experience, I found the lunch and dinner options to be overpriced and lacking variety, as the menu was nearly the same daily. There wasn't enough fruit offered, which was quite disappointing. On a positive note, breakfast was better, but I still would have liked to see a wider selection of fruit, as it was extremely minimal.

Worst hotel I have ever had the unfortunate experience of staying in. Unsure where to start so I’ll make a list:- Cold dark dirty rooms shared with bed bugs, cockroaches the size of dustbin lids not to mention the ant infestation. Balcony doors didn’t close. Bed room was never cleaned. Bed sheets were hardly ever changed - I managed to watch a mascara stained pillow move around the bed rather than the cleaner bother to change the pillow case. Never hoovered and carpets were full of crap. Room looked like it had never ever been cleaned Tried to unplug the kettle and the whole socket and wiring fell out of the wall When I looked inside the kettle it was rusty Wall lights hanging off their sockets Chair and carpet covered in some kind of substance that’s never been wiped off Pool bar that plays music for nobody until after 11.30pm and keeps anyone poolside awake. When they finally turn off the dreadful covers of Lady in Red and you hope to get a moments rest the pool bar phone rings at full volume at 12 am , 1 am , 2 am , 3 am , 4 am , 5 am and so on and repeatedly just to ensure that any rest that could be had is completely avoidable due to constant ringing. At one point there were staff screaming and shouting around the pool at 4am in the morning - no idea why. If there is a break in the terrible music and the constant phone ringing it will be filled by the roar of motorbikes revving up and down the street as the diplomats children use the early hours of the morning to act like boy racers and with their diplomatic immunity the police do nothing. Once you’ve figured out you can’t sleep due to the noise and your skin crawls due to the filth do yourself a favour and don’t touch the food - or you may be met with uncooked raw chicken, over priced fruit salads that consists of a chopped up banana and an apple, or the breakfast buffet where you will be pleasantly surprised by baked goods with a layer of furry mould or such delights as a dried apricot that has already been bitten into by another guest on another day but returned by the staff to be served yet again. Disgusting. Not to mention the dead flies in the bowls of manhandled and recycled food. Was interesting to watch a poor guest enter the hotel only to be physically attacked by a security guard for having a 6 pack of water and a pizza in a plastic bag. The security guard tried to shut the gate on them, physically grabbed their bag and ripped it all while screaming in their face. Once they entered the hotel the receptionist then confiscated the water that the guest had purchased with their own money. Wtaf??? The dark corridors and stone staircases with no lighting are dangerous. The water is cold - cold showers, cold pool. Check out the spa where you can get a massage from a bubble gum popping lady, or step into the sauna where there is no water to throw on the coals, or go into a freezing cold jacuzzi with no working jets or go for a swim in the inside pool which has dirt and debris covering the floor and is filthy. When the water went off - yes - a hotel with no running water when it came back it was brown and filthy. The staff are rude and incompetent - or they give zero sh*ts. I can’t even carry on as the list is exhaustive and after having to stay in the hell hole for 5 weeks I finally made it home with a horrible chest infection and severe sleep deprivation. If you do get any water out of the shower be sure to Pat yourself dry with an off white over used towel that’s also just filthy.

Cons: L’hôtel est vieillissant et semble peu entretenu, les chambres ne sont pas propres, la literie est de mauvaise de qualité, pas d’eau chaude pour se laver uniquement de l’eau tiède. Le service est médiocre, il n’y avait même pas d’eau dans le mini bar à notre arrivée et jamais rechargé durant le séjour. La nourriture du restaurant n’est pas fraîche le buffet est très loin de la gastronomie marocaine et on voit que c’est bâclé avec sans’ doute des aliments de piètre qualité. Bref rien n’allait et ne mérite pas 5 étoiles

Il est très agréable. la piscine et très grande et agréable.Il est au calme loin de l agitationLes chambres sont spacieuses, les lits tres confortables et sont équipées d un petit balcon.c est vraiment un plus de choisir une chambre vue piscine .On peut rejoindre facilement tous les points touristiques en taxis.Le petit dejeuner est tres bien.Pour les excursions on vient d ailleurs nous chercher à l hotel.Le personnel est très gentil et fait tout pour nous satifaire.

The staff was kind and helpful. The room was spacious. The gym was good and well-equipped.
Cons: Wi-Fi was unstable and mostly didn’t work, no Ethernet socket either. Breakfast was very basic and repetitive, with limited options. The restaurant was pricy, and the hotel taxis were overpriced. No restaurants or grocery stores nearby, so you’re stuck with the hotel’s expensive options.

Cons: Onbeschofte en onvriendelijke receptionist . Het begon al bij het inchecken , meneer had totaal geen zin om te werken en liet dat blijken ook. We hadden ook enorm veel last van de kamer naast ons met feestende dronken mensen . Toen ik de receptie belde nam hij heel geïrriteerd op alsof ik hem van z’n slaap had gewekt . Toen de buren om half 5 nog steeds luidruchtig waren en wij voor de 2e x belde stuurde hij de beveiliger, dat heeft gelukkig wel gewerkt .

Mon séjour dans cet hôtel à Marrakech a été exceptionnel. La chambre, spacieuse et élégamment décorée, offrait une vue imprenable sur la piscine, créant un cadre parfait pour se détendre. Le balcon était un vrai atout, idéal pour profiter de la vue et de la tranquillité. La douche était moderne et très confortable. Le service était impeccable et le personnel très attentif. L'emplacement est également excellent pour découvrir Marrakech tout en bénéficiant d'un refuge calme et luxueux. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel pour une expérience mémorable

Cons: J’ai récemment séjourné dans cet hôtel avec de grandes attentes, mais malheureusement, l'expérience a été loin de ce que j’espérais. Tout d’abord, la nourriture était une véritable déception. Le menu se répétait chaque jour, offrant peu de variété et très peu d'options intéressantes. Cela a rapidement rendu les repas monotones et peu appétissants. De plus, l’hôtel manquait cruellement d'animation. Il n'y avait aucune activité ou divertissement pour égayer les journées, ce qui a contribué à une atmosphère très morne. J’avais l’impression d’être dans un cimetière, où l’animation et l'ambiance semblaient absentes. En résumé, cet hôtel n’a pas répondu à mes attentes et je ne le recommanderais pas pour un séjour agréable ou dynamique.

Cons: Bonjour l’établissement ne est pas conforme aux 5 étoiles. Le personnel le reconnaît mais ne peuvent rien à cela. La nourriture très peu variée avec des cheveux dans les plats. Les femmes de ménage travaille à 4 pattes avec une balayette à la main pour nettoyer la moquette dans les chambres. Le spa n est pas fonctionnel , la piscine intérieure est vide d eau . La pédicure est faite par des filles non formées et avec des vernis secs. De plus on m a fait payé 30 euros de taxe de séjour en liquide sans facture alors que je suis seule et que je devais payer que 13e …. Je demande un remboursement partiel de cette réservation . Nous sommes victimes de publicité mensongère .

Cons: Très mauvaise expérience. Jai perdu un article de valeur et jai fait une réclamation et à ce jour aucun retour. Les repas sont très timides. Le maître d'hôtel nous a informé que le dîner commence à 21h alors que sur la carte il commence à 19h. Quand on a réclamé il a dit qu'il attendait un groupe étranger et quil croyait que nous en faisons partie. Aucune logique !!!!

Due to a cancelled easyjet flight we were transferred to this hotel. A discussion was happening about us having to pay for our food when my daughter was told to shut up by Aziz, one of the managers. She had her feet on a chair and was harassed by him shaking her feet off the chair. He was a very rude man. The rooms had to be changed 3 times as all were dirty. Very bad service, sadly.

Cons: Les conditions, trop vieux, les murs remplis d’humidité, même pas une bouteille d’eau dans la chambre, pas un stylo pour remplir la feuille pour les habilles à laver. Ils m’ont arnaquer sur les taxes prises 2fois, personnel à la réception très désagréables, ils m’ont bloqué l’accès à la chambre le dernier soir, pourtant j’avais payé 3 soirs à l’arrivée.

Check in was pleasant. Check out was unpleasant. He was very rude!! They need education & learn customer service!! The concierge tried to scam us. If you want a taxi please go outside the hotel & flag a taxi. They pass every few minutes. The concierge tries to make out it’s impossible to get a taxi & calls one of his friends scamming clients in the hotel!! Would never go back !!

La piscine , comme l’établissement était vide elle était agréable
Cons: L’épaisse moquette degueulasse dans les chambres , on marque pied nue et nos pied deviennent vite noir, je n’accable pas les personnes du ménages , c’est juste que c’est totalement inadapté pour une hôtel, la prise totalement décroche du mur heureusement les enfants sont grands et n’y on pas touché . La salle de bain pas très propre nous avons demandé a changé de chambre l’autre proposition etsit aussi sale alors nous sommes restés Le petit déjeunez, les même choses que la veille , c’est a dire pas frais alors que cela ne coûte pas très cher au Maroc des msemen acheté dans la rue. Ce n’était ni un petit déjeuner marocain ni occidental, bref on prenai café et un petit toast

Très belle hotel et très grand. Propre et bien placé. L'immense piscine et top. L'accueil est super ainsi que l'aide pour les bagages qasy immédiate. J'ai trouver une belle adresse.

Purtroppo le nostre aspettative pur avendo riservato un albergo che vanta 5 stelle, sono stata ampiamente disattese
Cons: L'offerta ristorante, tranne che per pochi spuntini disponibili al bar della piscina, era inspiegabilmente chiuso. Di conseguenza, ci siamo dovuti recare in centro (non proprio dietro l'angolo: 20 minuti in taxi), per poter cenare. Inoltre, invece della SPA, che era uno dei motivi della scelta, scesi con l'ascensore al piano indicato, in accappatoio, pronti per rilassarci, aperta la porta dell'ascensore,... ci siamo ritrovati un cantiere ! Peccato che nessuno ci avesse avvisato in merito. Piscina; sembrerebbe che il compito principale del bagnino, anziché sorvegliare i bagnanti, sia quello di assicurarsi innanzitutto che i teli vengano restituiti più volte sollecitati, addirittura chiamando in camera !

The hotel is very nicely decorated, the pool is great, the room was comfortable and clean, free wifi connection worked fairly.
Cons: The hotel is quite far from the city center. The personnel did not really understand needs and questions so service was not really up to expectations. The spa indicated in the hotel name does not exist yet (work in progress) which was really disappointing as I chose the hotel for this reason. The pool opening hours were too restrictive to allow me to use it (as I stayed there for work).
