Lokacija je odlična, na samo 20-ak minuta od ulaza u Medinu ili na samo nekoliko minuta od velikog, predivnog javnog parka koji se začudo ne naplaćuje. Isto tako hotel se nalazi na rubnom dijelu gdje još uvijek po cijele dane i noću patrolira policija. Zasigurno ostavlja dojam veće sigurnosti.

Cons: Možda bi trebalo poraditi na ponudi za doručak, jer ukoliko gost boravi duže od nekoliko dana, možda je dvije iste vrste doručka svaki dan malo nemaštovito. Iako je zaista ukusan i obilan.

Cons: Petit déjeuner disponible dans une chicha voisine, de piètre qualité et avec en prime l’odeur de la chicha de la veille, manque de professionnalisme, pas de chaussons, bar de la piscine inexistant, rooftop et dernier étage laisse à l’abandon cela donne un effet un peu sur la fin d’un hôtel pourtant hyper bien situé avec un bon potentiel.

La ubicació em va semblar fantàstica: queda en un lloc molt tranquil i agradable, però prou a prop de la medina com per anar-hi a peu sense problema. També vam gaudir molt de la piscina: amb la calor que feia a finals de setembre, era molt d'agraïr.

Cons: Dans la première chambre, la porte-fenêtre ne fermait pas correctement, le robinet et les tables de chevet étaient sales, et la peinture de la salle de bain laissait à désirer. La tablette censée servir de bureau était instable, plusieurs ampoules étaient défectueuses et la lumière restait très tamisée, même après remplacement. La housse d’oreiller était déchirée et la climatisation extrêmement bruyante, ce qui a rendu la nuit difficile. Enfin, le petit déjeuner annoncé à 8h00 sur Booking n’était en réalité pas disponible avant 8h30. Dommage, car avec un peu plus de soin et d’entretien, le séjour aurait pu être bien plus agréable.

A lovely hotel in the modern Gueliz district, close to cafes, restaurants and with quick links to the Medina. The staff were friendly and attentive, and everything ran seamlessly. Our room was lovely and comfortable, with a terrace and a beautiful, spacious bathroom. We also enjoyed the rooftop pool.

Cons: The only improvement needed would be better sound insulation, as the traffic can be a bit noisy, including at night.

Cons: This hotel does not qualify as a four star hotel. While it is in some residential street, there is a night club at the base of the hotel that is open till 4am in the morning. The room was vibrating with the boom boom noise all night long and I could hear the people outside shouting and taxis honking. I did not sleep the entire night. The room itself was weird in design with the bath and basin in one end and the toilet in another end. The worse internet connection was in this hotel and the TV kept buffering. The AC was noisy and not cooling at times. Phone from the room didnt work. I had to ask about thr breakfast (was in my booking but not told at checkin). I was told to ho yo some side restaurant where prople were smoking shisha. I did not have this breakfast but instead walked across the toad to Amazonia and paid again for breakfast there. Due to the sudden political situation, i preponed my flight and also briefed the hotel on checkin of the situation. I asked for a partial refund but was denied without consideration. Will not stay here again. Horrible hotel!!!

It’s a nice hotel in Gueliz, the new side of Marrakech. We got an upgrade to a better room with a nice bathroom and a balcony. There was a coffee machine with Nespresso capsules and complimentary water. The rooftop, with the swimming pool and the bar, offers a nice and relaxing view. Breakfast is served in the restaurant round the corner, Huqqa. You can choose from 2 breakfast types: Moroccan and International (brunch style). Both are rich and delicious, but we preferred the second one, named Le Rocher. We appreciate getting breakfast box the last morning because we had an early flight. The receptionist helped us with a taxi when leaving for the airport.

Cons: Other rooms got complimentary water, fruits, toiletries and coffee capsules without requesting them, as we did. We had no slippers in the room, had to ask for as well. Cleaning ladies do not speak French or English, we could not understand each other. At arrival we were told our room would be ready in 1h so we could go for a walk leaving our luggage in the reception area, and we would find it in our room at return. But it was not so, our suitcases were still in the lobby. On going constructions in the building across the street caused some noise. Be aware it's far from Medina, about 40 min walking from Jemaa el-Fna square or Jardin Majorelle.

A lovely hotel, with lovely facilities, with a rooftop pool. The room was clean and room service was regular with really good staff, we enjoyed our stay we were roughly 20 mins walk from the jamaa el fna. The location was lovely with lots of amenities surrounding us.

I liked property the room , breakfast and staff but not happy with getting a company invoice for the past weeks . They told me at checkout that we had to get it from booking dot com but I checked and they do not provide . I’ve written to hotel several times and no reply . Plus they charged me tourist tax which is not applicable since was there for Gitex exhibition show .

The room was spacious with a large bathroom & balcony. The staff were really friendly & helpful, sorting any requests & minor issues straight away. The location was convenient for short walks to lovely restaurants, rooftop bars & the Medina.

Cons: It felt a bit like they weren’t fully ready for guests as the rooftop pool area had all cushions stacked behind an unopened bar & tables upturned. They did layout Sun lounger cushions & towels on request. But it felt a bit neglected up there!

Cons: It took them three hours to send up complementary water, fruit(an over ripe banana, apple, and orange)....the coffee they promised never arrived. The room was dark and looked out to a construction site. Even after turning on all the lights, it was still dark. The lavatory was in a separate closet, with a sloped wall over the toilet that had a foul odor. I would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located outside of the Medina in a really nice area 10’ walk by the central square. If are not a big fun of the Riads it’s a really nice option. The stuff was very helpful and kind with everything we asked. They gave us information, suggestions and tips for the city. The room was specious with big bathroom.

The front counter staff and all others that worked there were excellent, they were all very friendly and helpful all through our stay, and were always ready to help. - Overall it was really a good place to stay. All staffs I met were kind, friendly and lovely. They all speak English. - Room was generally clean, and big enough for the price. Shower, toilet works also well. - Only 5-10 minutes to Medina by taxi. Only 10-15 minutes for the airport.

Cons: - There was a fly in the room. However, the staff quickly prepared the different room. - Noisy. You can hear sounds from the street until midnight. Don't forget to bring ear plugs, then it doesn't disturb your sleep. - I was planning to pay by card, because the hotel accepts card according to the previous information I got. However, the hotel said that the machine is broken, and told me to go to ATM to take cash. It took 35 dirham for taking out the cash, but the hotel didn't give me any compensation. - I ordered the taxi to the airport. The front desk I was told it's 150 dirham, but the driver asked me to pay 200. It was a negative experience at the end of the trip. Just take a taxi by yourself, that's much much cheaper. To the reply: yes, the woman first asked me if I have cash and I said no, then she said I can pay the next day by card when the machine is fixed. However, the next day a man asked me to withdraw the cash because the machine was still broken. I don't care who's problem was it, but the fact that I used my time to withdraw the money and I paied myself for transition fee. You really should know this fact.

Excellent new hotel in a safe, central and quite neighborhood. It has to be noted that the staff was very friendly and more than welcoming to help you with any issues you encounter. I was also very happy about the availability of TV channels. Great selection and especially for me the availability of Al Jazeera ENG, BBC and CNN was a big plus. AC was also working very reliably. I also liked the big shower.

Cons: This is whining at a very high level, but it is worthile pointing out to my fellow travellers which have a super light seep like myself (noise and light sensitivity), that there is a low constant humming sound, probably of some appliances on the roof

Wow how impressive was this hotel. I have to say staying here has truly been the best stay in terms of accommodation in my many visits. All staff have such a friendly and welcoming approach and never said no to any of our requests and when not sure if they could help always said they would try. Great service! From when I walked in to when I left I felt welcome and would consider being here everytime I come. If you're looking for a amazing room with a great view in a great part of town this is it. Close to everywhere and a really nice coffee shop next door.

Cons: I can't complain I enjoyed my whole stay. They met up to every request I had.

Staff are so kind, helpful, frindely, and professional, i would like to thanks Mr. Ameer thr manager, also, Shimaa, salaaheldeen, nooreldeen, and Abdullateef Location is excellent, located in the pertegious suburb of Marrakech, close to everything Rooms are very spacious and immaculate, Very safe Breakfast is limited to two set menus, but excellet quality of ingredients and professional preparation and presentation If hapend , you sleept in beyond breakfast time, they still makes you happy and offer you the breakfast

Amazing hotel with exceptional staff, clean, comfortable and great breakfast. The staff is exceptional, thoughtful and very respectful. The rooms are clean and housekeeping, makes sure of that every day. The hotel is situated centrally. Routes to the central places are very close by (max 10 min) if you go with a rental car. Close by good restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well.
