Un riad grande e pacifico. Bellissimo. Nessun rumore. Mohammed, Mohammed e Ibrahim persone carine, gentili, sempre disponibili. Ci siamo sentiti sempre a casa nostra. Il terrazzo è meraviglioso. Abbiamo anche usufruito dei servizi spa, che sono stati davvero apprezzati. Si possono prenotare anche escursioni, reception h.24. Insomma spero di poterci ritornare presto.

Nos atendieron como si fuésemos familia y eso siempre se agradece, destacar a Ibrahim y Mohamed porque nos hicieron sentir como en casa y siempre estaban dispuestos a lo que necesitásemos, fueron lo mejor del alojamiento y sus ricos desayunos cuya cocinera era un encanto y siempre nos tendía con mucho cariño y nos preparaba unos desayunos exquisitos! Si vuelvo a Marruecos creo que volveré a este Riad.
Cons: Algo negativo fue encontrarnos una cucaracha en la habitación… lo cual en el centro de Marruecos puede ser normal, nos comunicaron que no es habitual pero que a veces con el calor alguna se puede colar, todos los trabajadores del hotel nos pidieron mil disculpas y estuvieron avergonzados por la situación, sin embargo a una de las dueñas/ encargadas del Riad pareció darle completamente igual y ni unas disculpas recibimos por su parte… no es de los Riad más económicos de Marruecos y creo q una disculpa por parte de los dueños habría sido lo mínimo…

L'accueil chaleureux et le personnel au petit soin et discret. Une mention spéciale pour Douce. Le riad se trouve dans une ruelle calme à quelques minutes de marche d'une station de Taxi. La terrasse Rooftop est très agréable en fin de journée avec un petit thé à la menthe. Le petit déjeuner traditionnel est fabuleux, de très bons gâteaux, avec msemmems et crêpes au mille trous. Nos ados ont adorés. La chambre est fonctionnelle, propre et la literie est très bonne. Service de qualité du transfert privé organisé par le Riad. Chauffeur très professionnel est agréable, personnel du Riad qui vient vous chercher et vous emmène au parking pour les transferts avec la navette même à 3h du matin.
Cons: Pour les personnes sensibles, les chaises au petit déjeuner peuvent être Bryant pour les chambres du dessous. L'équipement de douche qui fuit et se fait peut être un peu vieux mais ça fonctionne Transfert privé un peu onéreux mais service 5 étoiles

The staff were absolutely lovely and made us feel very welcome. The location is perfect, close enough to get to everything but off of the main street so that you didn't hear traffic/hustle and bustle of the area. The bedroom was very comfortable and decorated very nicely

Riad agréable avec un personnel accueillant et aux petits soins ! Toujours souriants et arrangeants — ils nous ont accompagnés dans la rue à 4h du matin pour prendre un taxi vers l’aéroport et nous servaient le petit déjeuner avec le sourire même à des heures tardives.
Cons: Riad un peu plus bruyant que celui que nous avions avant mais bien plus calme qu’un autre que nous avons connu. Il y avait également une légère odeur de canalisation dans la salle de bain, mais rien d’insupportable ni gênant pour le séjour.

Desayuno tradicional muy bueno, lo sirven en la terraza superior. Además puedes hacer uso de ella cuando quieras, grandes sofás muy cómodos. El personal muy amable, nos dieron exactamente la habitación contratada. Nos facilitaron mucho la estancia. Además cuenta con una zona de Spa en el que contratamos el Hamman y un masaje relajante muy recomendable (eramos 3 amigas y nos lo hicieron simúltaneamente). Contratamos el servicio de transfer con ellos y muy bien, nos vinieron a recoger al coxe y nos acompañaron hasta el Riad. Muy recomendable sin duda volveré.

Es un Riad fantástico y con una decoración excepcional, lo tiene todo: belleza, cercanía y tranquilidad. Un lugar perfecto para descansar después de una frenética jornada en Marrakech. El personal de recepción nos proporcionó todo lo que necesitábamos y se mostraron muy amables y dispuestos a solucionar cualquier cosa que pidiéramos. Dulces distintos todos los días para desayunar, además del pan típico, tortitas y crepes. La llegada y salida de la estancia fueron de madrugada y el personal de recepción nos acompañó hasta el transfer, que no podía pasar por las calles tan estrechas. Agradecimientos a Abraham su simpatía y profesionalidad.
Cons: No hay nada que objetar. Todo fue perfecto, la estancia, el desayuno, el transfer, el guarda equipajes, el personal....

- The overall design of the riad was beautiful, it gives you the authentic Moroccan vibe (courtyard with pretty architecture, conversation pit, terrace, rooms etc.) - Offer lots of services (spas etc.) - 24hr staff, all very attentive
Cons: - Not the greatest area (very old, although we knew what we were getting ourselves into, we didn’t expect it to be surrounded by nothing) - No first-aid kit - Wasn’t the cleanest place. Didn’t seem like they washed the towels and robes as our towels still had the same stains on them the next day. Bathrooms were also not the cleanest (hard to tell with the tiles)

Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Het ontbijt was zeer goed, het waren onze eerste dagen in Marokko, dan weet je natuurlijk niet of het ontbijt goed is of niet. Maar achteraf was het dus zeer goed als we met onze andere accommodaties vergelijken. Je kon/mocht ook altijd bij vragen. Ook dat was geen probleem. Vragen die je hebt, daar doen ze het oneindige voor om je te helpen. Zowel Mohammed (meer ervaring op toeristisch niveau) als de rest (dames die voor het ontbijt zorgden) , elk op hun eigen niveau. Altijd op een goed gezinde en welgemeende manier. Dus UITSTEKENDE RIAD !

J’ai passé un séjour exceptionnel dans ce riad ! L’accueil était chaleureux avec le réceptionniste walid et le personnel toujours disponible et souriant. Le lieu est magnifique, décoré avec beaucoup de goût, alliant authenticité marocaine et confort moderne. La chambre était propre, spacieuse et très calme, parfaite pour se reposer. The riad itself is beautifully designed — a perfect mix of traditional Moroccan charm and modern comfort. Our room was spotless, cozy, and very well maintained. Breakfast on the terrace was a highlight every morning, with fresh local ingredients and a peaceful atmosphere. The location is excellent too: close enough to the main square and souks to explore easily, yet tucked away enough to feel calm and relaxing after a busy day in Marrakech. What really makes this riad special, though, is the care and attention of the team. They were always ready to help with advice, organize transport, or simply make sure we were comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an authentic, warm, and relaxing Marrakech experience. We’ll definitely be back!

Staff molto professionale e disponibile: abbiamo richiesto una colazione anticipata e trasfert per muoverci dalla struttura, siamo stati sempre accontentati con la massima puntualità. Struttura molto ben curata, camera pulita e accogliente. La struttura gode di una posizione molto centrale e come molti altri Riad del Marocco si trova in una delle tante traverse delle vie principali, tuttavia, in questa vi erano numerosi altri Riad e piccoli alberghi rendendo il rientro sempre molto sereno.

La amabilidad del personal. Me ha sorprendido mucho lo bonito que era el Riad y lo bien situado que estaba. Las camas eran muy cómodas. El desayuno era muy bueno y completo. [ Pan,tortilla, creps, yogurt, frutas.....] El día que teníamos una excursión nos adelantaron el desayuno. Excelente la experiencia y el trato ofrecido. Repetiría sin dudarlo.

Man! Not only was it one very magical and beautiful looking Riad, but the staff there made us feel like family. Big shoutout to Ibrahim, he was not only a great and helpful receptionist, but also became a friend. A cool guy with lots of potential; I wish him success! Same goes for the kind and beautiful Zeineb, who made sure everything during our stay was right. The whole staff, also the wonderful breakfast lady made us feel greater and extremely welcomed into an already great place. Clean, wonderful smelling, gorgeous Riad. Cons: La ubicación, tuvimos problemas con un borracho fuera, hasta nos quitó el equipaje para meterlo él y pedirnos dinero. Nos lo encontramos en la puerta y él decía que nos lo trajo desde el aparcamiento. Le conocían en el hotel, supongo que es habitual de la zona. A la mañana siguiente temprano había mucha gente con mala pinta a la salida del callejón. Una pena porque el hotel es una pasada

Front of house staff were exceptional in their customer service. Especially Zaynab and Imane. They both quickly sorted out any issues with a high degree of professionalism. Breakfast was also very good and freshly cooked to taste.
Cons: Swimming pool was only available to use on our last night due to constantly needing cleaning. The owner should sort this out by not allowing spa users to use it until they have showered! Otherwise, I would have given a 10/10.

The location was perfectly near everything we needed. The pool was very small, but the entire lobby/common area was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was on the roof and was very good with a variety of options. The staff was overly nice and very accommodating to us. The rooms were also quite large, with an amazing bathroom. I've already told others about this place and would 100% stay again. The lady at the desk also made us numerous reservations to eat and was the nicest person ever!!
Cons: The pool was quite small but the rest of the common area made up for it with the conversational pit and various couches. I also was not a fan of the strange man (unrelated to the hotel) who "carried" our bags for us and then demanded money, felt as though the staff should have warned us a bit there.

Cons: Al hacer la reserva me dieron la opción de escoger habitación doble y una tienda cual fue mi sorpresa que al llegar la habitación doble estaba bien pero en vez de en tienda nos pusieron en una habitación normal y a pesar de que reclame varias veces no hubo manera que si hacía calor mil excusas que no me creí por supuesto ya que vi que estuvo ocupada mientras estábamos en el rihad Además a pesar de que especifique claramente que íbamos con dos personas celíacas tuvieron bastantes problemas en el desayuno

Il personale è stato incredibilmente accogliente e gentile, sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni mia richiesta, un grazie a Ibrahim.La struttura è un vero e proprio gioiello di architettura marocchina, con dettagli e decorazioni che ti fanno sentire come in un sogno. We had a fantastic stay at Les Sources Berbères Riad & Spa. This beautifully presented Riad was an oasis of calm and well located in Marrakech to access the Souk and many points of interest. The staff were most friendly and went out of their way to make our stay special. We especially appreciated the surprise cake presented to my daughter on her 21st birthday and staff teaching my son some phrases in Darija to use when out and about! We’ll definitely return to Les Sources Berbères next time we come to Marrakech. Shukran شكرا

Beautiful luxurious interior spaces, relaxing atmosphere, friendly welcoming staff, good breakfast, very close to city centre so no transport needed, parking close by for excursion pickups.
Cons: My second stay, I was looking forward to relaxing in the jacuzzi on arrival but this was disappointingly no longer available. There is a pool downstairs but this is not the same as the fun and privacy of the jacuzzi on the rooftop. We had two beautiful rooms but the lights in mine were impractical, we had to use phone torches to search bags so this should be improved. An extension lead from the wall socket to the bedside table would also be a good improvement for phone charging. Still a gorgeous property and thought I would never stay anywhere else, but with the changes to the entrance lobby (magical waterfall gone) and loss of jacuzzi, I felt some of the wow factor from the initial stay had gone, so I hope the new owners will appreciate my feedback (mainly on the jacuzzi) so that I will feel confident to book again and recommend to friends.

The Riad is absolutely gorgeous and is a great choice for one wanting to experience Moroccan culture to the fullest (in terms of accommodation). There is also a spa which was a nice experience, and a very relaxing sitting area both in the main hall and upstairs. The staff is also very kind.
Cons: The only complaints I have is that the lights in our room were a bit dim - so a bit difficult to see during the day. Also the pictures on the website do not do justice to the Riad itself.

This property is aboslutely a delight from staff, room, amenities, location and esthetics. I would highly recommend this riad to anyone looking for a beautiful place to rest and relax. All of the staff helped with everything. Even when we were set to leave early due to our flight, the prepared the breakfast just for the three of us way before the general scheduled breakfast. This was so appreciative and a step above. When i come back to Marrakech, i will be staying here... no question. Ahmed and the other female and Mohamed were also very helpful and thoughtful. Thank you.

La camera era piccola e non molto pulita, la colazione scarsa, servita su un terrazzo piccolo per niente panoramico: Potrebbero migliorarla decisamente! La spa piccola e i lettini massaggi tutti vicini: non c’era alcun tipo di privacy: ogni lettino massaggi era affianco all’altro e rischi di fare massaggi affianco a persone che non conosci. The location is perfect as it is in the medina and close to the hustle of the markets, but also far enough to be peaceful. The beds are very comfortable, the showers are great and the staff are very helpful and friendly. They make you feel welcome and at home.
Cons: The breakfast was a bit minimal! For example, the tea wasn't hot and there wasn't a lot of choice.

Avevamo chiesto un matrimoniale ed un singolo e ci è stata assegnata una camera con tre singoli, alla nostra richiesta di unire i due letti ci è stato risposto che non c'era problema ma non e mai stato fatto... pazienza. L'impianto idraulico del bagno inizia a manifestare i suoi anni e potrebbe essere migliorato con poco. La colazione potrebbe essere un po' più ricca.

Adoramos tudo. O Riad fica no centro da Medina, mas em um bequinho mais reservado é muito silencioso. O quarto era confortável e o banheiro bastante espaçoso. O café da manhã (bem bom) era servido no rooftop: uma excelente maneira de começar o dia! Os funcionários eram extremamente gentis e simpáticos: sempre disponíveis para nos ajudar e nos recepcionar a qualquer hora do dia (especialmente o Anas que nos recepcionou no primeiro dia). A hospitalidade do Riad fez nossa estadia em Marraquech ainda mais especial.

Das Riad überzeugt durch seine sehr zentrale und dennoch äusserst ruhige Lage. Das Personal ist freundlich, aber überhaupt nicht aufdringlich. Das Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse ist ein weiterer Bonus.
Cons: Leider hat es mit dem im Voraus reservierten Shuttle vom Flughafen nicht auf Anhieb geklappt, so dass wir ziemlich lange warten mussten. Aber das war auch das einzig Negative.

The riad was very grand when entering and the staff very welcoming. The room was a great size, with a very comfortable bed. Along with this, it was an excellent shower and the included toiletries were great. In the morning, the breakfast was on the rooftop terrace in the sunshine and had a great selection of foods with the ability to eat as much as desired.
Cons: No real negatives, initially there was some struggle to find a parking place nearby, but if you're going only to Marrakesh and don't have a car this wouldn't be a problem. If you are planning to drive, I would recommend getting advice on parking prior to travelling from the hotel.

Colazione ottima, posizione centrale, comoda e silenziosa. Silenziosa quando non ci sono i lavori in corso. L'unico impiegato presente la notte del terremoto è stato estremamente gentile ed attento, veramente ammirevole. Anche la solidità del Riad direi che è stata comprovata dalla scossa che vi abbiamo vissuto.
Cons: Nell'albergo erano in corso dei lavori molto molto rumorosi. Inoltre eravamo praticamente i soli ospiti e quando ho chiesto una consumazione dal loro menu mi hanno detto che non c'era servizio. Senza offrire una qualche forma di risarcimento. Avere i rumori, entrambi i giorni del soggiorno, e inoltre non poter usufruire dei servizi meriterebbe una controfferta di compensazione. Avrei apprezzato almeno lo sconto sui 3 massaggi che abbiamo fatto dentro la struttura. Li ho debitamente pagati la mattina dopo il terremoto, andando via.

Kahvaltı self-servisti ve herşey vardı mükemmeldi , kahvaltı hazırlayan ekip son derece profosyonelce hareket ettiler, omlet harikaydı. Doyurucu bir kahvaltı var. Konum olarak marakeşin göbeginde heryere gerçekten yakın, kendinizi rahatlıkla evinizde hissedebileceginiz bir ortamda konaylayacaksınız. Ayrıca sitede gördügünüz fotoğrafların yani otelin resimlerinin daha fazlası daha güzel fotoğraflar canlı olarak otelde görebilirsiniz. Güzel konsepti var ve fotoğraf çekmek işin fazlaca otel içinde yer mevcut.

The staff there all work so hard to make your stay the best. I don't normally write reviews but its such a lovely tranquil place to stay.

This is an amazing riad with a lot of attention to guests and every wish we may have. Staff are super helpful and courteous, and they have a huge amount of local knowledge and work tirelessly to make guests comfortable. The riad is beautiful and very quiet. Cons: El acceso al Riad era complicado porque solo se puede ir en moto o bicicleta además si llevas muchas maletas se hace un poco más difícil. No se puede acceder en coche, nosotros llegamos caminando.

Cons: The hotel hosted guests very late at night, right next to our room. They were extremely noisy. The same guests left early in the morning, also making a lot of noise. We couldn’t get much sleep that night, and the staff was unhelpful, even rude.

Cons: Servizio spa pessimo. Ho speso 150€ per un trattamento “royale” della durata di 1.30h, composto da hamman, massaggio e visage. Complessivamente durato un’ora anziché 1.30, l’AC era rotta ma non sono stata avvertita e quindi dopo l’hamman mi hanno fatto il massaggio in una stanza freddissima, completamente bagnata dopo il precedente trattamento. Se avessi saputo dell aria condizionata rotta non mi sarei fatta fare il trattamento. Come se non bastasse le due ragazze che mi hanno fatto il servizio hanno riso e schiamazzato tutto il tempo, impedendomi di rilassarmi anche solo un secondo. Sintesi: freddo, rumore e truffa. Come se non bastasse ho presentato il problema alla reception e mi hanno fatto pagare ugualmente per un servizio pessimo. Mi hanno tolto 15 euro e offerto il taxi per onor del vero, ma comunque ho speso 135€ per uscire meno rilassata di prima, offesa e arrabbiata.

We had a friendly welcome on arrival and the Riad is really well done and had a great roof terrace. It's in a great location, only a 5 minute walk to the Bahia Palace and then on to all the other sites. We had a massage at the spa and it was glorious! Breakfast was a buffet style up on the roof terrace which was lovely.

The riad is beautiful and has a lot of potential, but there are several points that can be improved. Service was generally good (one evening they brought complimentary mint tea).
Cons: - Wifi didn’t reach our room - Hot water run out during showers and had to go to reception so they could turn the boiler on again - We left some dirty dressing gowns on the floor to get some new ones and realised they put the same ones back in the bathroom - When paying for the stay, they wanted to overcharge us as they claimed the city tax wasn’t included in the price Booking provided (but it was). After some back and forth, they realised about it and accepted we were right.

The riad was an oasis in the middle of the busy medina. Tucked down a quiet alley, you walk into the sound of a water fountain and a beautiful scent in the air. The staff were all incredible and couldn't do enough for us. I travelled with my husband and our 15 month old baby, we stayed for 5 nights and it was all just perfect. Thank you so much. We will be recommending this riad to others and would love to come back to stay one day!

Second time to Marrakesh. First trip we stayed in the far north of the Medina. This time we stayed more central. 5 mins walk and we were right in the mix. Great location and less of a maze to get to the places. Le Sources was comfortable, clean and as expected. Could do with a revamp but more of a petty moan than anything else. You dont spend an awful lot of time in the Riad so is perfect otherwise. Would likely book here again.
Cons: I would potentially of liked to use the 'pool' but it was not heated and situated in the main foyer. Would serve much better as a water feature in my opinion. There was a jacuzzi on the roof, but again not warm and by the time it would of been switched on we would of checked out. Breakfast is also on the roof. This time of year (NYE) it was not a good experience and surprised they did not use the restaurant on the ground floor?

Beautiful little Riad tucked away from the medina! Gorgeous rooms with HUGE comfy bed. Great location, walkable to everything. Breakfast was my favourite out of our 10-day stay in Morocco. We also loved that it smells amazing as soon as you walk in. Didn’t use the hammam as I went somewhere else. 10/10 Highly recommend. Would stay here again. Good value for money
Cons: Overall the staff were fantastic, helpful and friendly. But we were woken up by talking/shouting in the morning once or twice, as they tend to shout to each other across the Riad, which ruined the tranquility.

Alojamiento ubicado en el centro de Marrakech, a 10 minutos de la plaza. Tuvimos la habitación de la terraza y era ideal, grande, cómoda y preciosa. También nos dejaron albornoz para la ducha o por si usábamos las instalaciones del spa. El desayunos variado y muy rico, merece la pena. Facilidad para check in y check out, incluso nos imprimieron las tarjetas de embarque del avión, y nos facilitaron servicio de taxi al aeropuerto por 15euros.

Initial greeting from staff was lovely and welcoming with tea and biscuits provided on arrival. Knowledge of staff on surrounding location was very helpful. Breakfast was nice but think there was room for improvement.
Cons: Communicating face to face with staff differed due to language barrier but meant information being received was not consistent. On realising, the preferred method was to use whatsapp, there is obviously a delay due to lack of network in some areas so had asked for hot tub to be booked and used but it was delayed due to message not being seen. On then requesting to use it with notice, we waited patiently after the hammam only to find out, the hot tub was empty. Very disappointing after choosing this Riad over others for the spa service. Was told we were able to organise a slightly earlier breakfast due to departing for a tour but this proved difficult. On speaking to staff the following night, they were able to organise some cake and coffee. Hammam was quite a poor experience being in a very cold room.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gemütlich und typisch für eine Riad. Es gibt nicht zu viele Zimmer was den Kontakt mit dem Personal sehr persönlich macht! Die Dachterasse ist schön eingerichtet und perfekt um zu frühstücken, zu relaxen und sich zu sonnen. Alles in allem: top!
Cons: Mich persönlich hat es nicht gestört. Wer jedoch mehrere elektronische Geräte einstecken möchte, sollte eine Powerbank oder ein Verlängerungskabel mitbringen. Es gab in unserem Zimmer ebenfalls kein TV.

I spent one night at this Riyad with 20 students. It was a blast. The place is gorgeous, the staff is amazing, the food was beyond exceptional (My students and myself still consider we had the best tajine from our entire trip !). We loved this place and we didn't want to leave. It is a place where we feel we are at home. Thank you so much for welcoming us the way you did. I will definitely come back if I plan another school trip !

Sehr schönes und ruhiges Riad in der Altstadt von Marrakesh. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. In unmittelbarer Nähe sind viele gemütliche und leckere Restaurants. Die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fussläufig zu erreichen.
Cons: Der einzige kleine Minuspunkt ist, dass es aufgrund der Architektur recht hellhörig ist.

The property was well located in a quiet street in the south Medina. Lovely property. Very nice room with very comfortable king size bed. Very good shower & exceptionally clean. The young woman who greeted us was very friendly and provided us with mint tea on arrival, which was very much appreciatedd. They kindly arranged for a taxi to take us back to the airport and escorted us to the pickup point & took my case, which was a really nice gesture. Continental breakfast was provided on the sunny roof terrace, breakfast options were fine. The breakfast staff could be a little more acrively welcoming, but were okay. Loud music at breakfast not ideal. Overall a lovely place to stay in a good location & would consider staying again. Thank you!

Super vriendelijk personeel die alles voor je regelt wat je wenst b.v. ook vervoer van A naar B zo dat je zelf niet in de drukke Marrakesh zelf op straat taxi zoeken. Voor ons was zelf geregeld een luxe overnachting in nabije woestijn met privé vervoer, avondeten, geweldige show en ontbijt. Het personeel staat letterlijk 24/7 voor je klaar.

Staff were very nice, someone met us at our airport taxi to walk us to the hotel and we were given tea and biscuits on arrival. The hotel itself is gorgeous inside, the rooftop terrace is lovely and has a hot tub. The breakfast included was also great!
Cons: The location is down some quiet streets, a short walk from one of the busy market streets. However this is the case for most hotels in Marrakesh, and the location is otherwise good.

Cons: Le Jacuzzi n'était pas propre. Il manquait de l'eau et les buses ne fonctionnaient pas toutes. A notre arrivée la chambre n'était pas prête. On nous a proposé un café ou un thé. Et la grande surprise, on nous a facturé le café à la fin du séjour ( 3€ le petit café). Très peu d'éclairage dans les chambres et dans la salle de bain. Très bruyant, on entend tout.

Marrakech feels safe and everyone we met in the alleyways around the Riad were warm and friendly. Highly recommend this Riad in a great location.

Schade für so ein schönes Ambiente. Im eigentlichen Spa Bereich war ich nicht. Das 'Schwimmbad' ist ein kleines Becken im Innenhof des Riad. In unserem Zimmer war Internet sehr schwach bis kaum verfügbar und es war sehr dunkel im Raum. Keine Alkohollizenz.

Un grand merci à Outman et Abdul de nous avoir conseillé, et de s’être « adapté » à notre emploi du temps (petit déjeuner à 8h, et nous devions quitter l’hôtel à 7h15 pour partir en excursion, nous avions le droit à des petits paquets fruits/yaourts etc.) Les lits sont extrêmement confortable, je n’avais pas aussi bien dormi depuis mon arrivée au Maroc. Le Riad se situe dans une petite ruelle à l’abri de la foule, ce qui amène un peu de tranquillité au milieu de cette ville animée.

Minik havuzunda ayaklarımızı suya daldırarak serin bir şekilde dinlenmek çok güzel bir deneyimdi. Ayrıca Behiye sarayına ve birkaç turistik mekana yürüme mesafesindeydi. Tekrardan gidersem burayı tercih etmeyi umuyorum.
Cons: Aslında bu genel bir problem çünkü Müslüman bir ülke olmasına rağmen tuvaletlerde taharet musluğu yoktu. Fransa ve İspanya kültürü ülke genelinde etkili olduğundan dolayı bu olabilir ancak temizlik konusunda biz hassasız ve konaklama işletmeleri bunu düşünmeliler ve gereğini yapmalılar. Otel odasında da banyonun ses yalıtımı çok zayıftı.

the Riad located in the medina, so pretty close to the market and places we needed to get to, upon arrival the staff were very welcoming and helpful, offering us free Moroccan tea and snacks and helpful tips and advice whiles getting around in marrakech, the riad itself exceeded my expectations, it had everything we needed from, breakfast, to a spa (which was amazing, fully recommend), to a laundry where we could get clothes washed, to sun beds on the rooftop with a jacuzzi to use at anytime.
Cons: I wouldn’t say there is anything I didn’t like, the only thing I’d maybe pick on is that where was no privacy in our room when using the shower as there there is just a glass window that separates the room from the shower, a curtain would have been nice.

Todo en este Riad ha sido perfecto, desde la atención del personal 24h, pasando por lo bonitas que eran las instalaciones hasta la amplitud e inmersión de la cultura Marroquí de la habitación. Llegamos cerca de la 1 de la madrugada tras vuelos atrasados y pudieron gestionar un Transfer desde el aeropuerto en poco tiempo. Las habitaciones que nos dieron eran preciosas con todo lo necesario dentro de ellas. Las camas eran muy cómodas y grandes. El desayuno es buffet y tienen mucha variedad y un par de empleadas haciendo crepes y tortillas al momento. Tras un día caluroso visitando Marrakech, nos dejaron darnos un baño en la piscina del hotel que entró estupendamente. Además, comentándoles que al día siguiente salíamos muy pronto de excursión, nos prepararon un desayuno a las 6 de la mañana. En general, la experiencia en este Riad a sido perfecta, probablemente siendo uno de los mejores alojamientos en los que hemos estado nunca. En caso de volver a Marrakech, seguiremos acudiendo a este Riad. Gracias por todo.

Logo à entrada sentimos o contraste das ruas movimentadas para um local acolhedor, relaxante, limpo e cheiroso. A nível de espaço exterior é muito bem aproveitado e sentimos que entramos num cenário à filme. Os quartos têm camas incríveis, super confortável, tem cofre, armário e a nossa casa de banho era gigante com um chuveiro incrível. As pessoas são super simpáticas e acolhedoras, fomos logo recebidos com chá de menta e bolachas. A localização é muito boa a cerca de 3 minutos de uma praça de táxis e perto do Palais Bahia.

Our only complaint, we booked to stay in the berber tent on the roof, when we arrived we where told it was too hot to stay so where given another room, but it was clear that the tent was undergoing renovation. We should have been informed this before arrival and not when shown to our room and hoped that we wouldnt notice.

Cons: For such a high price, I don't think we got adequate service. The internet quality was poor and the top floor room barely ran at all. We also took advantage of the massages offered, but the masseuse was not very pleasant and the whole massage was quite rough and not relaxing at all. It was not a good experience. Most importantly, however, the CITY FEE SHOULD HAVE BEEN INCLUDED, WASN'T, AND IT WASN'T A VERY LITTLE MONEY.

Photos of this riad do not do it justice. It is incredibly beautiful! The staff were the most kind and welcoming of anywhere I've stayed. The riad is kept constantly clean by the team of staff working exceptionally hard. Weather you wish to relax on the roof terrace or escape the sun in the pool, this riad is perfect. The location is in a quiet backstreet in the medina and you are never more than 3 minutes away from a taxi. Thank you for such a wonderful trip, we certainly be back.

It would be nice if this property would have a mini-refrigerator in a room since it's very inconvenient to use a common kitchen downstairs when you need cold water at night. La habitación muy limpia y cómoda, la piscina ayuda muchíso sobre todo en verano, personal atento y amable. El transporte al aeropuerto lo contraté a traves de ellos y excelente, puntual, cómodo,buen coche y aire acondicionado.
Cons: Las bebidas algo caras, por ej. una botella de agua de 1.5 L 2,5 euros, cuando en la misma esquina del riad a 2 pasos en una tienda cuesta 7 dirhams (unos 60 céntimos) , lo mismo con refrescos, (tampoco es un hotel de 5 estrellas que lo entenderia) . Los de la habitación superior me molestaron con algo de ruido algunas noches, pero eso puede pasar en cualquier sitio.

O atendimento foi excelente, principalmente do Mohamed, que estava sempre a disposição. Só vale lembrar que os Riads, ficam nas ruas aperadas, perto do mercado e não se pode chegar de carro até o hotel, tem que se andar 5 minutos à pé pelas ruas típicas e demos azar de ter uma obra na nossa sua, o que dificultou a passagem com malas, mas o hotelé muito bom.

Everything about this place from the room, hammam, massage, food, and staff made our stay in Marrakech so warm. I took a chance and went for the "tent" option and we absolutely loved it. It was pretty hot outside, but the room stayed cool with the AC. The beds were the comfiest by a long margin compared to our other Riads and hotels in Marrakech. Taha and his partner were an excellent source of information and so accommodating. We both arrived to Morocco tired from our ongoing travels and the hammam body scrub, massage and tea just fully rejuvenated us. This was exactly what I was looking for in my return to Morocco and it delivered. They sent one of their staff to meet us at the Bahia parking lot when we arrived. I had booked transport via Booking and we arranged my partner's transport with the hotel. It was smooth. The location was great because it was only like a 2 minute walk after getting out of the taxi. This is not always the case when you're staying in the Medina. It usually only took use about 10-12 minutes to get to Djema El-Fna so getting around was very easy. Would happily return here each time we pop back into Marrakech.

Sehr atmosphärischer Innenhof mit toller Beleuchtung und sehr schönen Sitzgelegenheiten. Kleiner Swimming Pool, tolle Dachterrasse. Nur 5-10 Minuten vom Hauptplatz Jem El-Fnar entfernt. Sogar spät am Abend wird für die Gäste nach Vorbestellung noch gekocht. Abholung und Taxi-Service haben makellos geklappt. Zimmer ist groß mit Klimaanlage. Tolle Dusche.
Cons: Frühstück ist gut, aber nicht überragend. Süße Elemente überwiegen zu deutlich. Das Riad ist schwer zu finden im labyrinthischen Altstadtsteil von Marrakech. Unbedingt Abholung organsieren und wenn man auf eigene Faust unterwegs ist, sich den Rückweg von Dem El-Fnar gut merken falls man kein Internet auf dem Handy hat.

Primero que nada la atención de todo el personal. Desde el chico de la noche que nos hizo el checkin hasta la chica y el chico de del turno de la mañana. El desayuno muy rico que se sirve en la terraza así como la limpieza de la habitación. El baño super amplio y cómodo. Fue mi segunda vez en Marrakech y tengo claro que repetiré en este Riad.

When you enter this Riad, it is easy to understand why architecture is considered one of the fine arts. Upon entering, I felt like I was in a poem transformed into a house. Just as a poet chooses each word and pause to give rhythm, meaning, and beauty to the poem, in this Riad each element — from the structure to the decoration — was carefully chosen and positioned to create overall harmony. Situated in the heart of Marrakech, in the Medina, just a 5 to 10-minute walk from Djemaa El Fna square, this Riad is an example of Amazigh architecture. Considering that Marrakech was founded by the Almoravid dynasty and later expanded and modified by the Almohads, both Amazigh dynasties, with their own distinct identity within the vast panorama of Islamic art. In this Riad, you can appreciate Amazigh art, a unique fusion of local and tribal Amazigh and Islamic elements, which value simplicity and functionality, fundamental principles of this architectural style. It is a great place to work, with a good and stable internet connection, and the food couldn't be better. However, the most beautiful aspect of this Riad is the people who work there: the two Mariams, Ikran, Imane, Muhammed, Abdul, and Fouzia, the manager, always attentive to every detail, guiding the team like an astute conductor with her baton, an orchestra. I chose this Riad to celebrate my birthday as a gift to myself, and it couldn't have been better, not just for the beauty of the Riad, but mainly for the people who work there. To all of them, a big thank you for providing me with so many wonderful moments.

Le Riad est magnifique n'y plus n'y moins. Le personnel et les nouveaux gérants sont aux petits soins. Nous leurs souhaitons une belle aventure. Le Riad est très bien placé dans un endroit calme et à 3 minutes à pied de la Place.

Situado fenomenal, muy cerca de la plaza de los herreros (ideal para ver las puestas de sol en la terraza de cualquiera de los 2 restaurantes q hay: recomiendo tajine de ternera y pastilla, con vino. Y muy cerca tb de la plaza El Fnaa y junto al palacio real (otra maravilla para ver, además de la madraza, Al Bacha, jardines Martirell...) Muy limpo y un desayuno ideal: zumo, tortitas cuadradas con mermelada y chocolate, fruta , yogur, agua, pan ,tortillas...) Un sitio con encanto. Muy bonito. Cuidado con Ryanair, q a la vuelta sacan en metro y la báscula maleta a maleta.

Alles an der Unterkunft war top. Der Empfang am Flughafen, der Empfang im Riad, das Zimmer, Frühstück, nette Gespräche. Manche beschweren sich über das Frühstück. Aber diese Bewertungen können wir nicht verstehen. Abwechslungsreich, warm, oben auf der Sonnenterrasse - was will man denn mehr?! Wir haben auch ansonsten regen Gebrauch von der Sonnenterrasse gemacht. Da wir im Februar dort waren, haben wir den Pool nicht gebraucht - aber denken uns, dass er im Sommer für die nötige Abkühlung sorgt. Fußlöufig ist alles in der Medina erreichbar. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Cons: -The pool area cannot be enjoyed as it is in the middle of the riad where everyone walk by, next to the kitchen and reception -There is a lot of noise as all the rooms face on the same central balcony area where staff, and guests pass, talk,chat, clean, sort check in and check out and there is little sound insolation for the rooms -the breakfast could be improved, little choice.

Staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful. Especially the man who when we arrived collected us from the taxi (we booked via the riad) and when we checked out helped with our flight tickets. I didn’t get his name but we were very appreciative! Beds were comfy, riad was nice and peaceful, and location was excellent. Breakfast was also decent. I had a massage at the spa, which was nice, easy to book and a good price.

Fabulous Ria - I have stayed before and this time was as fabulous as the last. The staff are exceptionally caring and genuinely want you to have the best time whilst with them. They are always available and nothing is too much trouble. The Spa offering massage, facials and Hammam's is small and intimate making the experience personal. I just love all the staff at this Riad and the proximity to the souks and life in Marrakech is only a 2 minute walk. Love this Riad.

A Marrakech !!! pas de fruits secs !!! pas de fromage sauf de la vache kiri. des omelettes à la vache kiri !! non ! pas de jambon de dinde! en laitage un seul yaourt Danone nature. rien d autre. non franchement ce n est pas digne d’un bon riad. le personnel est souriant mais devrait être formé à accompagner les client.

Personale molto disponibile ed accogliente. Abbiamo chiacchierato e ci sono stati sempre d'aiuto per ogni richiesta. La colazione era buona, uova espresse al momento e pane caldo con anche delle fette di torta e marmellate/miele vario. La posizione ottima ,a 10 minuti a piedi dalla piazza centrale. L'atmosfera della struttura era molto accogliente
Cons: Il bagno non era isolato completamente e nella stanza poche superfici utilizzabili come appoggi. Qualche gancio appendi abiti ed un mobiletto sarebbero graditi. Armadietto presente ma piccolino

Walking distance to everything we wanted to tick off in Marrakech. Delicious breakfast with so many options served on the sunny terrace. Staff were very helpful and accommodating, always with a smile. Highly recommend the 'tent' room option, was definitely the best room in the best location of the Riad. So much bigger than the pictures. Also recommend a massage in the spa - one of the best I've had!

The staff was welcoming, the room was very clean and the bed comfortable. It was located very close to the square and the souks (even if the alleyway was a bit isolated)
Cons: Wi-fi connection wasn’t great, very poor breakfast (they could add some more patisserie and continental options). At the check out they had a problem with the pos and we had to stop at the ATM to withdraw on our way to the airport, luckily we were on time.

Beautiful tranquil property in the heart of the medina. Beautifully decorated, comfortable and the staff were excellent.
Cons: Stairs !! But that’s no one’s fault. I have a disability so it was a bit scary getting up and down the stairs. Better coffee as it wasn’t great. The breakfast was a bit one dimensional. Some cheese would have been good, maybe granola to go with the yogurt. Choice of eggs maybe. I think breakfast could have been a bit better.

J'ai beaucoup aimé l'accueil, la gentillesse et le sourire du personnel. Le Riad est un petit bijoux où raigne sérénité et beauté. Et il est super bien placer dans Marrakech. La propriété est juste parfaite, les serviettes sont changer chaque jours. Le thé à la menthe, de bienvenue, a été bien apprécié. Et chaque soir le thé, commandé, à été offert en fin de sejour. Le petit déjeuner est sur les toits, et est juste trop bon et très copieux!!! Je recommanderai ce Riad à tout mon entourage !!
Cons: Petit bémol pour le massage car étant estheticienne, trop de lâcher pris lors des mouvements, pas de pression, alors que je l'avais demander en début de prestation, j'ai trouvé que c'était très rapide pour un massage relaxant. Estheticienne sur son portable. Et trop d'attente entre la face du dos et la face ventral. Le hammam avec le savon noir et le rassoul était au top, ma peau est toute douce.

It was so beautiful and perfect for Marrakesh trip I love the interweaving of nature and plants within the riad. Also staff were extremely attentive and eager to make your stay very enjoyable.

Everything, the people are amazing, the room was exactly like in pictures, bed and pillows very comfortable, exceptional breakfast and they are very picky to details, all the atmosphere was magic. Warm room and quite place, another world comparing with noice streets of Medina. Last day we find out that there was also a jacuzzi including in the same price that we could use it anytime. Also we have a great face massage. Very happy with our choose .
Cons: the windows from the room was very small, didn’t enter enough light in to the room but we guess that is for the hot days from the summer to preserve the cold better

Accoglienza ottima, prima volta in Maracco ed è stata la miglior accoglienza mai avuta. Camera bella e pulita, le zone comuni ben curate. Colazione nella media, il the della sera ottimo! Nonostante il nostro inglese non sia così buono abbiamo passate delle piacevoli serate a chiacchierare con il ragazzo del Riad. Ci ha organizzato il transfer da/all’aeroporto. Abbiamo usufruito della spa ed è stata una nell’esperienza per l’ultima giornata in Marrakech. Buona la posizione la stradina un po’ isolata però tranquilla.

Exactamente todo fue increíble, pero cabe destacar que el personal es lo mejor. Desde que llegamos hasta el ultimo momento han sido muy atentos, siempre venían con una sonrisa, nos han ayudado en todo y siempre intentaban que nuestra experiencia fuese la mejor. Aún extraño los ricos desayunos que sirven. Volveremos seguro.

Property is very clean, bed and pilows are very much comfortable. Room is quite big and silent. Breakfast is the best in morocco, staff are very kind and helpful. Location is just walking distance to many tourist atractions. Decoration of the riad is amazing, you would love to spend much time enjoy the opportunities.

What a beautiful Riad! It was, by far, the loveliest spot on our trip. The location was perfect and the breakfast was suburb. The harira soup amazing.

Das Riad ist sehr zentral. Das Personal ist im Grossen und Ganzen sehr freundlich.
Cons: Das Licht in Zimmer und Bad war schummrig. Die Kacheln in der Dusche waren unschön ausgebessert. Das Frühstücksbuffet war nicht besonders. Das Bett hat geknackt jds Mal beim Draufsetzen. Insgesamt haben wir mehr Komfort erwartet für den Preis.

Chaima, Ahmed, and the entire staff could not have been more hospitable. If we needed ANYTHING, they were there! Breakfast on the rooftop was an incredible experience with views of the sun rising over the mountains. Location was great... in the heart of the Medina, minutes walk from Bahia Palace, about a 20 minute walk from the main square.
Cons: It was difficult to reach the hotel by phone before our stay and when we first got there. The room could have been pre-heated before our arrival. The lobby and rooftop would be much more pleasant with space heaters.

The staff could not have been more welcoming and helpful. On arrival we were warmly greeted and asked to sit in a beautiful lounge area where we were served tea. Our bags were transported to the room which was immaculate and everywhere we looked the riad surprised us with another beautiful area or architectural feature. We were given the whattsapp number and told to get in contact if we had any issues when we were out and about in town which was very reassuring. Once we got our bearings the Riad was easy to find and was an oasis of calm and serenity. The rooftop terrace was an absolute delight and I only wish we had more time to relax there. We used the Spa at the Riad and I highly recommend the Royal hammam treatment. (Bring your swimwear). This was an absolute gem of a place.
Cons: The Riad and staff are faultless . The only observation I would make is that the stairs were slightly dark at night so take care. Other than that tiny point though we thought this place was perfect.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen mit Tee und Wasser. Da es eine Überbuchung gab wurden wir in das Nachbar Riad für eine Nacht geschickt. Als Wiedergutmachung haben sie uns kostenlos zum Flughafen gefahren. Sie haben uns sogar ein Lunchpaket gemacht da wir um 4:30 Uhr das Riad verlassen mussten. Die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos und immer zielgerichtet. Die Lage ist zentral (8 Geh Minuten vom Hauptplatz entfernt) zudem ist es sehr ruhig. Die Betten waren sehr gemütlich. Das Bad ein Traum. Es gab sogar Obst als Willkommensgeschenk auf dem Zimmer. Was will man mehr? Wir fühlten uns hier willkommen. Leider mussten wir ein Tag in dem Gabsy Riad neben an verbringen, dieses ist um einiges schlechter.
Cons: Die Umgebung ist leider durch das Erdbeben in Mitleidenschaft gezogen, in dem Riad selbst sieht man nichts. Man sollte das aber wissen rund um Marrakesch gibt es noch Ruinen. Dennoch kommen sie her und unterstützen sie diese Menschen! Sie haben es verdient.

Oase van rust middenin de drukke binnenstad. De riad was centraal gelegen op wandelafstand van het Jmaa el Fna plein en Bahia paleis. Het personeel van de riad doet er alles aan om je een zo aangenaam mogelijk verblijf te voorzien (o.a. vervroegd ontbijt voorzien in geval van excursies). De riad serveert een uitgebreid traditioneel Marrokaans ontbijt. De Hammam is een must-do.

This riad is sooo beautiful! We loved the whole ambience and the smell was so gorgeous and calming as soon as we stepped in (we ended up buying the oils they use!) The rooms were very spacious and clean. Apart from the beauty of the riad, the five star service from all of the staff exceeded our expectations. On our first night Ahmed met us with such a warm and welcome smile and gave us a quick run down of the best places to visit in Marrakech as it was our first time. We met Soufian the next evening and he was also so lovely and helpful as well as the ladies (Shaima and all) on our final day (thank you to all of you). Breakfast was also delicious! We honestly loved this place so much and would 100% recommend it to all of our friends! And we hope to be back again!
Cons: Nothing! It was perfect! We wish we could have stayed for longer.

This is a beautiful, clean, cozy, calm and chic oasis in Marrakech. The location was excellent for exploring and also taking time out, the daily breakfast was fresh and filling and the spa and rooms were a haven for relaxation. The staff here were friendly and helpful - Ahmed, and all of them. My friend and I hope to come back!

Fantastic facilities, the people working there was so nice and couldn’t do enough for us! Loved the hot tub on the rooftop and the Hammam was fab and great value for money! We felt super relaxed all week. The property was beautiful and the location is perfect, easy reach of taxis and walking distance to the main square.
Cons: Nothing! I would definitely go back.
