What an incredible hotel and what an amazing team. The front desk, concierge, housekeeping, and the staff at breakfast and the sky bar are all outstanding and always willing to help in any way they can. I have been coming here for ten years in a row, and every time I am reminded why I love this hotel so much. They truly take care of their guests and make you feel at home. Hotel is very welcoming and our room was a good size, clean and comfortable. It is the on a very busy road but you don’t notice that. Breakfast was plentiful and lots to choose from. Staff were really friendly, particularly the concierge team.
Cons: Not a lot of sun beds available- we tried twice and couldn’t get one. There is a seating area but most people sitting there smoked and due to my health, I couldn’t sit there.

Tout d’abord un grand merci à tout le personnel de l’hôtel : de la réception, au personnel de chambre en passant par le concierge et le personnel du prime pour le petit déjeuner : tout était plus que parfait. L’hôtel en lui même était grandiose. Nous avions une très belle suite située au 31 eme étage avec une vue magnifique. Le lit était très confortable, la salle de bain très belle avec douche et baignoire avec vue. Nous étions là pour nos 40 ans de mariage et tout plein de petites attentions pour nous : c’était adorable ❤️ Petit déjeuner très varié et copieux pour tous les goûts Belle piscine et très beau roof top Hôtel situé à côté d’un centre commercial et a côté de la station de bts pour les trajets très pratique En résumé hôtel que nous recommandons à 100% Avec l’espoir d’y revenir un jour Merci encore

The hotel is quite close to the Ekkamai bus terminal so it is easy to get to other places from here. Breakfasts were tasty with a lot of options to choose from. Room was clean and the bathroom was really nice. We didn't use the pool but it looked ok (small, but not many people used it).
Cons: The AC would turn to 28°C every time we removed the key so it was almost as warm inside as outside. We stayed in the room on 11th floor (with an opportunity to pay extra for a higher floor, which we ignored) and since all the buildings around were super tall, it meant that the sun never reached us and the room was always dark. I guess we didn't miss on much because the pollution was so bad, you could barely see any sun at all. The room was so small we had to put our suitcases on the bed every time we wanted to open them because there was not enough space on the floor.

ロケーションがとにかく最高です。でっかいショッピングモールの隣にあるので、買い物も便利だし、BTSにのるのにもモールの中を通っていけたりもするので、快適でした。部屋の清潔さや設備も申し分ないです。ホテルの職員のみなさんも親切で不満ありません。あと、ロビーに秤があるので、スーツケースの重さがわかって最高でした。
Cons: 敷地内にいわゆる日本風の「居酒屋」もあるんですが、そのプロモーションビデオがエレベーターや部屋のテレビにうつるのですが、とても下品で、なんだかなーと思って不快になるのでホテルの情報が移るテレビはみないほうがいいかもと思います。あと、プールは常に混雑しています。全体的にチャラいのがコンセプトのようでとほほとなりますが、それとロケーションとを天秤にかけて、ロケーションがちょっと勝つので泊まっています。

It’s close to BTS station that makes getting around the city very convenient. Very nice and modern, loved the Japanese style toilet 😃 The room is large and comfortable.
Cons: We loved everything about this hotel. There’s only a small detail that caught me off guard when we checked out. We were charged for a few drinks that were put inside the full size fridge in the room. There was no sign nor price list for it. It’s not a mini bar. It’s not a big deal, but I think they should have it disclosed clearly so guests won’t be surprised. I would still give them a 5* for their hospitality

Rooms were spacious and luxurious. It really depicts luxury without being tacky. It is fully furnished with all essential amenities. Location is very close to BTS train station and lots of restaurants, shops and a park nearby. My booking came with buffet breakfast included - breakfast had a wide range of selections, with plenty of sitting space, very good service and very efficient. There are two stylish bars - Mojjo Rooftop Lounge Bar (level 32) and Vanilla Sky Rooftop Bar. Beautiful views and great atmosphere. Staff were courteous and professional.

The room is according to photos, location is TOP, especially when you want to avoid taking a car and instead use the BTS. THE ROOFTOP BAR is awesome!!
Cons: Hmm, I think the hotel could have been up-kept a bit better, for example the sitting options around the pool and the carpet in the lobby etc. My boyfriend did not enjoy the morning coffee (important to him!!). Such details stand out to me, but don't necessarily impact the experience itself.

Location is convenient, near BTS & malls. Local eateries, cafes & massage parlors are within walking distance.
Cons: The bar at the ground floor makes the lobby very noisy in the night, lucky the room was not affected by the noise. Most of the nights there are no staff near the entrance to help open the super heavy glass door. The housekeeper only emptied the dustbin in the toilet and did not empty the dustbin in my room, I hv to ask one of them to clear it.when I spotted her at the corridor.

The hotel is also a few steps away from emporium, super convenient. Aircon is very strong. Gym is large and stocked with good equipments.

I had to call again that evening to request for urgent assistance cos after my mom showered, the entire toilet was flooded with water. Great place to stay when in Bangkok. Pool and bar at the 8th floor gives a great view. Very nice rooms. Bathroom was outstanding. They have high quality food and the breakfast was outstanding. The near by BTS Station makes it easy to get around but also TucTucs are available for a fun ride.
Cons: We arrived early in the morning and could not get an early check-in so needed to wait some hours which was a little heavy after an 11 hour flight. However, we could chill at the pool and bar so I would not count this as a negative but something to keep in mind next time.

It’s the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel, and I still highly recommend it. The location is perfect, close to shopping malls and the BTS train. Sukhumvit is crowded but lively, with many restaurants nearby. The Mojjo Bar and rooftop in the hotel are excellent, with a very warm and welcoming staff, especially the manager, Marjo.
Cons: Everything was perfect except for the cleaning. We stayed for five nights, and housekeeping only made the bed and changed the towels. Dirty glasses and cups were left for days without being removed, and the bathroom was not cleaned properly.

Die Lage ist wirklich sehr gut - ÖPNV direkt vor der Tür, viele Einkaufs-, Essens- und Transportoptionen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut (asiatisch und westlich) und die Aussicht vom sehr hohen Rooftop-Restaurant ebenfalls wirklich schön. Sehr nettes und höfliches Personal.
Cons: Insgesamt ist das Hotel sehr in die Jahre gekommen - was grundsätzlich nicht schlimm ist, aber es wird leider auch nicht instandgehalten. Abnutzung ist überall sichtbar und wird nicht korrigiert. Wir hatten die beste Suite gebucht und da erwartet man auch beste Ausstattung etc. Aber alle Möbel waren stark abgenutzt und teilweise defekt. Da dann auch noch im Zimmer ein Zettel aushängt, dass man Defekte bezahlen muss, haben wir alles per Foto dokumentiert, um Regress zu vermeiden. Die Schränke schlossen nicht richtig, der Teppich (warum unhygienischer Teppich in ein Hotel?) war befleckt, im eigentlich schönen Bad Schimmel und die (Plastik!!!!-)-Armaturen teilweise defekt (Duschkopf beispielsweise nicht fixierbar), überall angestoßene Ecken, die Tür zum Bad hing schief usw. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nur bedingt - auf 18 Grad eingestellt (und durchgängig laufend!) schaffte es gerade so, die Zimmer auf ca. 26 Grad herunterzukühlen. Wenn man nicht alle Vorhänge schloss, kühlte es gar nicht runter (und dabei wirbt das Hotel mit bodentiefen Fenstern!). Im Bad und Anziehbereich waren es durchgängig sicher 30 Grad. Auch die Steckdose auf der einen Bettseite funktionierte nicht - und es wird mit Steckdosen in Bettnähe geworben. Handtücher ausgefranst usw. Lessons learned: Bei "Klimaanlage" und "Steckdose" nicht nur auf Vorhandensein, sondern auf "funktioniert auch" achten!! Ganz schrecklich war auch der literweise Verbrauch von Perfum überall: Im Aufzug wurde bei jeder Fahrt ein Stoß aus der Duftanlage versprüht und im Gang zwischen Aufzug und Lobby musste man durch einen rund 20 Meter langen Gang mit unerträglicher Perfumwolke. Nicht dezent (was verständlich wäre), sondern wirklich unfassbar aufdringlich. Wir hatten nach 7 Tagen immer richtigen Horror, da durchzumüssen. Aufgrund dieser Mängel wäre es eigentlich eine 1er-Bewertung (zumal durch den hohen Preis), aber durch die Lage mehr Sterne vergeben.

La struttura è molto bella e la colazione è ottima, ricca e varia. L’hotel è pulito e lo staff è sempre gentile e disponibile. La posizione, pur non essendo centrale, è comoda grazie alla vicinanza della metro che permette di raggiungere il centro. La zona è vivace e trafficata, un po’ come tutta Bangkok, quindi è necessario adattarsi a questa realtà.

Cons: The room was absolutely nothing like what we booked. We'd booked it from the images and description in Booking.com, but zero comparison. Smell of shit in the shower toilet room. When we went to the receptionist to talk about it, we were instantly met with cold attitude. When we informed her about the smell, she was less confrontational. When we went back later to ask what had been done about it, both members of staff preferred not to talk to us, preferring instead to have their own private conversation. We chose to just walk away. The walk to the rooftop bar was very difficult in high heels. The early evening meal was poor. At the breakfast buffet, a plate was thrust on to the table in front of my partner without the waiter even looking at us or even stopping as he just continued on his way. Hilariously, it wasn't even our order. This place is either a decent 3 star or a poor 4 star hotel. It's absolutely nothing like a 5 star hotel.

In addition, the “shower room” advertised by the staff turned out to be simply a public toilet near the pool with a shower cabin that is not enclosed and cannot be closed off, which was disappointing. We have been to Bangkok around ten times and stay in different five-star hotels each time. This was by far the worst one so far. In our opinion, it does not meet five-star standards. Cons: Wir haben Silvester in der Vanilla Sky Bar verbracht. Das Buffet war ausgezeichnet und die Mitarbeitenden sehr aufmerksam. Aber dafür, dass wir vom Feuerwerk etwas weiter entfernt waren hätte das Hotel etwas mehr Unterhaltung bieten können. Die 2 Elfen die zur Unterhaltung da waren, hielten sich meistens nur an der Bar auf, aber auf diese hatten wir keinen Blick von unserem Platz. Wir hatten das Hotel bereits im März 2025 besucht und damals gab es bei beiden Bars noch Happy Hour und die Speisekarte auf der Vanilla Skybar war besser. Da wir mit der Erwartung angereist sind, dass alles noch wie im März ist wurden wir doch etwas enttäuscht. Am Pool sind für ein Hotel dieser Größe zu wenig Liegen.

Hotel má krásné Lobby, personál byl velmi ochotný a vstřícný. Snídaně fantastické a velmi chutné. Bar v 32. i 35. patře je unikátní a určitě doporučuji navštívit. Výhledy jsou tam dechberoucí. Pokoj byl dostatečně prostorný a bylo možné si tam rozložit dva kufry. Úklid byl také vynikající a vždy krásně uklizeno
Cons: Měli jsme požadavek na pokoje vedle sebe a i když jsme měli check-in až v 17.00, tak bychom museli čekat na druhý pokoj, který nebyl ještě připraven. Následně jsme měli pokoje v jiných patrech, ale nebylo možné se navštěvovat, jelikož karta od pokoje byla pouze do našeho patra. Alternativa bylo použít schodiště.

Room and hotel were clean and confortable. Location is very convenient, near the BTS and a couple of malls. Breakfast was great in a well decorated cafeteria. Pearl at the frontdesk was really helpful to provide me with my room as quick as possible due to my early arrival. Swimming pool is pleasant for a short stay and to refresh after a long and warm day. Bar and restaurant are great, with a nice view on the skyline.

Une belle piscine qui donne sur les buldings c’est juste dommage que celle ci soit peu ensoleillée ☀️ Le déjeuner est super variés … Difficile de ne pas trouver ce que vous aimez, sans parler des commandes minute pour des œufs à toutes les sauces possibles. The service was absolutely spectacular! The room was absolutely stunning as well! This will be a new years that I will always remember due to this experience. Want to give a shoutout and a huge appreciation for Mook, Smile who was absolutely amazing when it came to taking of my girlfriend and I when it came to the room and to getting us to where we needed to be in such a smooth, efficient manner. She was the absolute best! Can’t say enough good things about her!

It is a great hotel. The staff (and Lee and Nan when you come to holland well drive you around) is very nice they are helpfull and when we arrived the staff took our luggage and brought it to our room the sky bar was high and you could see all the building around and the breakfast had many different types of food from rice to donuts.

L'hôtel est bien situé, sky train , resto, salons de massages a proximité. Le petit déjeuner en forme de brunch est tres bien. La salle de sport est assez complète. Et ces deux sky bars permettent des soirées sans trop s'éloigner .

Cons: I think we got unlucky with the room because wc got clogged twice, even without using it at all. In the morning it was just getting filled with water and very slowly dripping away. After first time it was fixed in the afternoon, but in the morning it was the same. Finally, 3rd morning was fine The upgrade for the grand room is not worth it, even though it was only 1000 baht We were expecting some views, but we had only a very close industrial building in front of us. Only one side window was nicer Bathroom had thin cuirtains with gaps between them - considering that we saw people in the building that was 20m in front of us, it was not cosy at all, expecially trying to use the bath tub Pool was clean, it's at 8th floor. But the windows at the edges are not clean at all and looking through them when close was not nice Pool shower did not work once in the women bathroom The room keycard stopped working and it had to be changed, but I guess it happens. Good thing they were very quick to fix it

I had a lovely time at the Skyview hotel, staff were warm and welcoming and also super accommodating, I had booked two rooms separately and the staff managed to find us rooms on the same floor which was great. Breakfast was excellent, on check out Lee and Meng were phenomenal they helped with the luggage and made me feel super comfy. Thank you sky hotel for a memorable holiday in Bangkok

Hotel was just awesome and the room was clean and comfy. Special shoutout to Pai ( hope got the name right) and the housekeeping team for taking care of us and keeping the room clean daily. The Rooftop bar is a place to chill and njoy drinks with excellent view of the skyline. The breakfast was excellent and spoil for choice and the staffs are always greeting and smiling at you. Thank you Skyview for making our 10 days a memory we cannot forget. We will definitely be back to stay at our Home away from Home.

We had the best time there. The room was clean, very spacious. We had a fantastic view of the city. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety. There is also the hotel’s restaurant which offers all day dining and they make a delicious pad thai. If i would go again in Bangkok, I would stay at this hotel again.

A equipe de limpeza e o concierge nos receberam super bem, sempre com muita simpatia e atenção durante toda a hospedagem. A localização do hotel também é excelente, próxima ao BTS e ao EM District, o que facilita bastante a locomoção pela cidade. Recomendo visitar o TEN-SHOW Live Kitchen e também ao Mojjo Bar, ótimos opções no hotel.

This was a wonderful experience. The hotel is sublime but the staff really made this stay. They were so attentive and friendly. They are so polite and welcoming that I cannot rate this stay any less than 5 stars. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for someone who wants to stay in Bangkok.
