Cons: The elevators are small. At times you wait long to take them. Also I have witnessed that the hotel staff uses the guest elevators even though there is a staff elevator for service. I found it a bit unprofessional to make the guests wait because a staff member has to go 2 floors below taking the guest elevators.

Location of this Hotel is perfect as you have accsess to BTS within 2 min walk easy to get a Grab, the room that we stayed in was the Skyview Executive Suite and it was a good size with good views
Cons: Unfortunatly the Hotel is not a 5 star as it boasts it's a 4 at best, when we booked one of the reasons was the Vanilla Sky Roof Top Bar and 2 days before we arrived our credit card was charged and from that point there was no refund available so around 10 minutes after the card was charged we received and email telling us that the Roof Top Bar was closed for renovations, well how convieniant had we have been told this upon booking which they most certainly would have known we could have booked another Hotel and that was only the tip of the iceberg if I was to list all the issuses with this Hotel it would be longer than the book War and Peace

Top Lage in einer schönen Gegend. Direkt an der BTS Station - sehr von Vorteil wenn man die Stadt erkunden möchte. Schöner Skypool und Rooftop Bar. Betten sind sehr gemütlich, allerdings ist die Ausstattung im Zimmer schon älter und weist Gebrauchsspuren auf… Hervorzuheben sind die sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiter - besonders am Concierge desk! Hier wurde uns immer bestens geholfen und empfohlen!

Nel complesso è un hotel molto carino, curato e confortevole, con una posizione davvero ottima e una vista bellissima. La stanza era pulita, spaziosa e piacevole, e anche lo staff si è dimostrato gentile e disponibile durante il soggiorno. L’unica cosa che non mi ha convinta completamente è stata la frequenza della pulizia della camera: nel nostro caso è stata effettuata ogni 2-3 giorni, o almeno così è capitato durante la nostra permanenza. Personalmente avrei preferito una pulizia più frequente, soprattutto considerando il livello della struttura. Il personale è sicuramente cordiale e disponibile, ma devo essere sincera: avendo soggiornato in diverse strutture a Bangkok, ho incontrato persone che sono riuscite a distinguersi per un’ospitalità davvero speciale, fatta di piccoli gesti, sorrisi e attenzioni che fanno la differenza. Qui, invece, ho trovato un servizio corretto e professionale, ma abbastanza nella norma. Detto questo, ci tornerei volentieri. È un hotel davvero bello, con una posizione fantastica, ambienti confortevoli e una vista che sicuramente rappresenta uno dei suoi punti di forza. Semplicemente, non posso dire che mi abbia lasciato quella particolare sensazione nel cuore che altri posti a Bangkok sono riusciti a regalarmi. In definitiva, una struttura che consiglio per chi cerca comfort, una bella posizione e un ambiente piacevole, ma che potrebbe fare quel piccolo passo in più per rendere l’esperienza davvero speciale e memorabile.
Cons: La frequenza della pulizia è stata l’unico aspetto che non mi ha convinta del tutto, nonostante al nostro arrivo avessimo trovato l’hotel e la stanza impeccabilmente puliti.

Modern and elegant hotel. Lovely staff and great facilities. Especially the rooftop bar with entertainment. Very rich breakfast with a few changes in dishes from day to day. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. And the room is very spacious with a lovely view. The staff remembers their customers and makes the experience more personal.
Cons: Not necessarily negative, but it’s like 10-15minites away (walking) from all the popular clubs and bars in case that’s what you’re looking for. I think it’s nicer this way.

L’emplacement est idéal, à proximité du BTS, des commerces et de nombreux restaurants, ce qui permet de se déplacer très facilement dans Bangkok. La chambre était confortable, propre et agréable, avec une très belle vue sur la ville. J’ai particulièrement apprécié la piscine et son restaurant, qui propose une cuisine de qualité avec un très bon rapport qualité-prix. Le dîner le soir est également très agréable, avec une belle ambiance pour terminer la journée. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent et très varié, avec un choix permettant de satisfaire tous les goûts. Le personnel est également accueillant, souriant et professionnel. L’ensemble de l’hôtel offre une atmosphère agréable et soignée. Quelques petits détails et certains équipements pourraient mériter un léger rafraîchissement, mais cela reste secondaire par rapport aux nombreux points positifs. Globalement, un excellent séjour à Bangkok. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel, notamment pour son emplacement, ses prestations et son très bon rapport qualité-prix.

Staff were beyond helpful. The whole atmosphere was welcoming. Rooms were clean, light and spacious. Price was more than reasonable and we definitely got value for our money. Considering it situated on one of Sukhumvit’s busiest roads, noise level was minimal. Service could not be faulted. The staff wherever situated be in at the main entrance, breakfast area, restaurant, concierge, front desk, lobby floor or lift, you were greeted with a welcoming smile and requests were actioned Immediately. Amenities offered were of a high standard. Overall an excellent experience. Definitely will recommend to friends and family and most importantly will stay again.

I didn't like the receptionist named Smile. Her attitude was very bad. She spoke to us loudly and condescendingly, and she refused to return our security deposit. She kept making excuses, like asking for the receipt or invoice. After we checked in, she checked the room multiple times, looking for something missing or broken so she could take our security deposit. Afterwards, I went to another employee named Amy, and I thank him for his excellent service and for returning our money. I don't recommend this hotel to Arabs because of this bullying employee who never treated us well. She should be replaced. Everything else in the hotel is great except for Smile.

Good location near Phrom Phong BTS and major shopping malls. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff are friendly, and the rooftop views, pool, and breakfast are good too.
Cons: Some rooms feel smaller than expected for a five-star hotel, the pool area can get crowded with limited sun loungers, and the overall experience can feel slightly overpriced. Also, the restaurant food quality was very disappointing and well below what we expected from a five-star hotel.

This is our second stay at skyview as we enjoyed ourselves so much the first time! We were given a quiet room and enjoyed our first two nights as expected. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was unbeatable with its proximity to the BTS and Emporium/ Emquartier malls.
Cons: Hairdryer was barely functioning (would automatically turn off each time after less than 10 seconds of use). There were visible brown stains on our fresh bath towels and we had to call for a new set. The air conditioning broke down at 9pm on our third night and they sent staff to fix it (took 20min but thankfully they resolved the issue). We received a note in our room apologising for the inconvenience the next day, but it is disappointing as these did slightly mar the experience and maybe indicate a problem with upkeep in the facility.

The hotel is located near the bts. Welcoming and clean. The beds are comfortable. Nice pool and excellent breakfast with a lot of variety.
Cons: Really bad soundproof in the rooms ( we stayed on the 20th floor) so on our first night we heard the neighboring guests very loudly and that kept us from sleeping. I would not expect that from a 5 star hotel. The view from the room was disappointing. No place to hang wet towels or bathing suits. I would maybe rate it 4 stars.

Our stay at Skyview Hotel Bangkok was excellent from start to finish. We stayed here twice during our holiday—three nights at the beginning and three nights at the end—and both stays were fantastic. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Sukhumvit, within walking distance of the BTS Skytrain, shopping malls, and countless restaurants. The rooms are modern, spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The staff were always friendly and professional. A very special thank you to Concierge OH, who kindly stored our extra suitcase while we traveled through Thailand. His outstanding service made our trip even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again!
Cons: We had an excellent stay and honestly have no complaints. However, we would like to offer a few suggestions that could further enhance the guest experience, especially for a five-star hotel. A complimentary welcome drink upon arrival would create a great first impression and generate a lot of goodwill. Many guests have just completed a long international flight, and this small gesture would be greatly appreciated. The reception team could play a bigger role in providing this warm welcome. At check-out, it would also be nice if staff asked guests whether they enjoyed their stay and if everything met their expectations. This personal touch was something we missed. The breakfast was of good quality, but the selection seemed to be heavily focused on Chinese guests. A wider variety of Western and other international breakfast options would make the experience even better for non-Chinese travelers.

Kamers dik in orde, echter vroegen we om kamers dichtbij elkaar en niet dichtbij schoonmakerskamer. Uitgerekend wij krijgen een kamer tegenover de schoonmakerskamer en de kamers lagen wat uit elkaar, nog wel op dezelfde verdieping. Rooftopbar is aanwezig, maar die ene op de bovenste verdieping ondergaat renovatie. Mojjo is niet meer, heet nu Madura. Redelijk geprijsde drankjes en prima uitzichten. Laundry, 7-11, shopping-mall en BTS allemaal erg dichtbij.
Cons: Wensen m.b.t. verzoek kamer niet nagekomen. Beetje jammer.

Some excessive expensive others are fair priced like this one . My first visit to this hotel , the price I received the room for including breakfast was very good , Ot all comes down to price these days as many different similar hotels in this area of Bangkok . Hotel staff extremely friendly and helpful English knowledge is pretty good . Rooms , we stayed on the 27th floor , are ok . Comfortable without being beautiful . Bathroom is fine , shower is really grate and water flow is perfect . Breakfast is excellent . Pool and gym are fine even if I had no tome to use them . Bar in the 32fl is nice the other bar in the 35th same as I remember it many years ago nothing special . The hotel is just a few steps from several famous shopping malls and very close to BTS. I enjoyed my short stay in this hotel , 3 nights , I will be back but that will surely depend on the price they charge compared to other hotels in Bangkok .

Walking distance to an amazing mall. Lots of good eats here. Can’t say enough about this place. Great views of the city from the rooms. Stayed here for 8 days room number from what I seen on line how good this hotel is I would say it was a disappointing experience due to number of reasons we checked out on 17 June 26 on a daily basis their were issues starting from we left the light on everyday for cleaning the room and come back in the evening yes the room was done but it was only done partially the dirty cups were still there and then every night had to ring up housekeeping for towels and some days toilet paper which is very disappointing if you are supposedly staying in a premium hotel on a daily basis when we went down to the buffet breakfast on level 8 I think or 7 can’t remember due to the glasses sizes being so small for juice like it was a struggle everyday asking for bigger glasses when I can see they are behind the juice corner the staff were least interested to helping a client because I don’t beleive in walking every few minutes all the way to the Juice bar to fill the glass it’s eaiser when I am requesting for a bigger glass which are sitting there at the back it should not be a mission for the staff to be able to Accomdate me not asking much one of the days there was some smell coming through the vents and when we reported it the staff that came to Check said yes she can smell it but only little wtf if you can smell it pls fix it don’t just walk away saying it’s only little smell so it’s ok the whole experience staying there was not very pleasant

Hotel was one of the best I’ve ever stayed in, pure luxury. The staff were incredible, so kind and chatty and the concierge in particular was a very nice touch, I’ve never had anyone open a car door for me before 🤣 it made us feel very special. The rooms are unbelievable and the bathroom was very nice. The view from the room was jaw dropping.
Cons: The food from the bar was not great unfortunately, took a while to come and was quite average for the price. This is my only complaint. But we did not eat in the main restaurants which looked incredible.

Absolutely loved my stay at Skyview Hotel Bangkok! The hotel is stylish, the rooms were spotless, modern, and very comfortable. What really made the stay special was the amazing service. A big thank you to Nan, who went the extra mile by bringing my Grab food order up to my room—it was such a thoughtful gesture and truly appreciated. The location couldn’t be better, with the BTS station, shopping malls, great restaurants, 7-11 and nightlife all just a short walk away. I also had a fantastic time at YANKII Bar. The staff there were incredibly friendly, energetic, and made the whole experience so much fun. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Bangkok. Highly recommended!

First of all, the location was outstanding, and we were able to relax in a spacious, comfortable room. The hotel facilities were excellent, featuring stylish contemporary art displayed throughout the property. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and I particularly appreciated being able to order egg dishes exactly to my liking. The staff were friendly, making for a pleasant stay. I would certainly like to stay here again. Highly recommend this hotel!

Cons: J’ai séjourné quelques jours avant au Movenpick de Bangkok (bien moins cher). Les equipements etaient un peu plus vieillots en revanche la qualité du service n’a rien à voir. Le personnel est au petit soin. On vous accueille en sortant de la voiture, on récupère vos bagages, on vous tient la porte, les gens y sont adorables. Au skyview en dehors des restos, on sent que c’est pas le même standing niveau service. Ils ne sont pas désagréables, mais on vous calcule pas. Il y a du boulot à faire dans la formation du personnel, alors que le prix est plus élevé. Très déçu sur ce point. Autre point les chambres sont modernes et sympa, mais dés qu’on sort de la chambre, c’est beaucoup moins stylé, très sombre

We loved this hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The check-in was quick and smooth. The receptionist realised it was my birthday while updating our personal details and instantly wished me happy birthday. When we came back to our room after fun day around the city we found a surprise birthday decoration and a greeting card. Thank you Mali and Nutch for making my day! The hotel is within few minutes walk from 3 shopping malls and the BTS station which made it easy to move around. There are lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The bar at the pool is great if you just want to relax and enjoye few drinks. The bar tender was friendly and makes yummy coctails. Would definately enjoy staying here again next time we vlgo to Bangkok.

Trip started chaotic almost missed my flight, I was rushing around. The peace came when I checked in at Skyview hotel, May was very pleasant and accommodating. Location is the best thing about this hotel. 3 huge EM malls are very close to the hotel. The bars inside the hotel are also great and the ambiance is nice. The staff is nice and friendly.
Cons: 1. The shower door was not locking properly so the floor outside of the shower was flooded after each shower session. 2. There was no hot water in the shower and since we stayed for only 1 night we decided not to make a big deal out of it and just showered in cold water. 3. There are no windows that you can open so the air inside of the room was very stuffy and there was an unpleasant smell. 4. We had dinner at the restaurant on the 7th floor and the quality of the food didn’t match the rating and the level of this hotel. We probably would be able to get much better quality for less money outside of the hotel.

Not wanting to share my personal e-mail upon check-in seemed to be a problem for the front desk person, took me a while to make them understand that they do not need it for checking me in. I book one of the executive suites, which turned out to be a connected to another unit with a door, I did not even understand why would anyone have connecting suites?! when I asked for a non-connecting one, they could only offer me one with a much worse arrangement and view… so overall I wasn’t too happy with the suite
