Staff were beyond helpful. The whole atmosphere was welcoming. Rooms were clean, light and spacious. Price was more than reasonable and we definitely got value for our money. Considering it situated on one of Sukhumvit’s busiest roads, noise level was minimal. Service could not be faulted. The staff wherever situated be in at the main entrance, breakfast area, restaurant, concierge, front desk, lobby floor or lift, you were greeted with a welcoming smile and requests were actioned Immediately. Amenities offered were of a high standard. Overall an excellent experience. Definitely will recommend to friends and family and most importantly will stay again.

I didn't like the receptionist named Smile. Her attitude was very bad. She spoke to us loudly and condescendingly, and she refused to return our security deposit. She kept making excuses, like asking for the receipt or invoice. After we checked in, she checked the room multiple times, looking for something missing or broken so she could take our security deposit. Afterwards, I went to another employee named Amy, and I thank him for his excellent service and for returning our money. I don't recommend this hotel to Arabs because of this bullying employee who never treated us well. She should be replaced. Everything else in the hotel is great except for Smile.

This is our second stay at skyview as we enjoyed ourselves so much the first time! We were given a quiet room and enjoyed our first two nights as expected. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was unbeatable with its proximity to the BTS and Emporium/ Emquartier malls.
Cons: Hairdryer was barely functioning (would automatically turn off each time after less than 10 seconds of use). There were visible brown stains on our fresh bath towels and we had to call for a new set. The air conditioning broke down at 9pm on our third night and they sent staff to fix it (took 20min but thankfully they resolved the issue). We received a note in our room apologising for the inconvenience the next day, but it is disappointing as these did slightly mar the experience and maybe indicate a problem with upkeep in the facility.

Our stay at Skyview Hotel Bangkok was excellent from start to finish. We stayed here twice during our holiday—three nights at the beginning and three nights at the end—and both stays were fantastic. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Sukhumvit, within walking distance of the BTS Skytrain, shopping malls, and countless restaurants. The rooms are modern, spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The staff were always friendly and professional. A very special thank you to Concierge OH, who kindly stored our extra suitcase while we traveled through Thailand. His outstanding service made our trip even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again!
Cons: We had an excellent stay and honestly have no complaints. However, we would like to offer a few suggestions that could further enhance the guest experience, especially for a five-star hotel. A complimentary welcome drink upon arrival would create a great first impression and generate a lot of goodwill. Many guests have just completed a long international flight, and this small gesture would be greatly appreciated. The reception team could play a bigger role in providing this warm welcome. At check-out, it would also be nice if staff asked guests whether they enjoyed their stay and if everything met their expectations. This personal touch was something we missed. The breakfast was of good quality, but the selection seemed to be heavily focused on Chinese guests. A wider variety of Western and other international breakfast options would make the experience even better for non-Chinese travelers.

The hotel is located near the bts. Welcoming and clean. The beds are comfortable. Nice pool and excellent breakfast with a lot of variety.
Cons: Really bad soundproof in the rooms ( we stayed on the 20th floor) so on our first night we heard the neighboring guests very loudly and that kept us from sleeping. I would not expect that from a 5 star hotel. The view from the room was disappointing. No place to hang wet towels or bathing suits. I would maybe rate it 4 stars.

Ontbijt prima, maar op sommige momenten erg druk en dan is er een redelijke wachtrij. Weinig tafels voor 4 personen, tafels voor 2 personen worden regelmatig samengevoegd. Verder is er voor iedereen wel wat. Pannenkoeken-station is perfect! Nooit eerder gezien, maar veroorzaakt lokale drukte ;-) Geur van White Tea Scent komt je tegemoet bij entree, heerlijk. Kamers dik in orde, echter vroegen we om kamers dichtbij elkaar en niet dichtbij schoonmakerskamer. Uitgerekend wij krijgen een kamer tegenover de schoonmakerskamer en de kamers lagen wat uit elkaar, nog wel op dezelfde verdieping. Rooftopbar is aanwezig, maar die ene op de bovenste verdieping ondergaat renovatie. Mojjo is niet meer, heet nu Madura. Redelijk geprijsde drankjes en prima uitzichten. Laundry, 7-11, shopping-mall en BTS allemaal erg dichtbij.
Cons: Wensen m.b.t. verzoek kamer niet nagekomen. Beetje jammer.

Cons: To show flexibility from hotel management when it comes to amending your vacation stay, as well as when you add or remove room with breakfasts to accommodate visitors requests when needed. Breakfast selection needs to be improved. I tool 4 rooms i was ok with the breakfast , however my other guest wasn’t happy about the breakfast and wanted to cancel . I was able to add breakfast if i want to, however i was not able to remove the breakfast for other room and hotel representative directed me to contact booking.com agent.

Unser Aufenthalt im SKYVIEW Hotel Bangkok war einfach hervorragend. Das Hotel ist modern, stilvoll und aussergewöhnlich sauber. Unser Zimmer war sehr komfortabel und wurde jeden Tag perfekt gereinigt. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet – direkt in der Nähe von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und der BTS-Station, sodass man Bangkok bequem erkunden kann. Ein besonderes Dankeschön geht an das gesamte Personal. Alle Mitarbeitenden waren unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Sie haben unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas Besonderem gemacht. My first visit to this hotel , the price I received the room for including breakfast was very good , Ot all comes down to price these days as many different similar hotels in this area of Bangkok . Hotel staff extremely friendly and helpful English knowledge is pretty good . Rooms , we stayed on the 27th floor , are ok . Comfortable without being beautiful . Bathroom is fine , shower is really grate and water flow is perfect . Breakfast is excellent . Pool and gym are fine even if I had no tome to use them . Bar in the 32fl is nice the other bar in the 35th same as I remember it many years ago nothing special . The hotel is just a few steps from several famous shopping malls and very close to BTS. I enjoyed my short stay in this hotel , 3 nights , I will be back but that will surely depend on the price they charge compared to other hotels in Bangkok .

Walking distance to an amazing mall. Lots of good eats here. Can’t say enough about this place. Great views of the city from the rooms. Stayed here for 8 days room number from what I seen on line how good this hotel is I would say it was a disappointing experience due to number of reasons we checked out on 17 June 26 on a daily basis their were issues starting from we left the light on everyday for cleaning the room and come back in the evening yes the room was done but it was only done partially the dirty cups were still there and then every night had to ring up housekeeping for towels and some days toilet paper which is very disappointing if you are supposedly staying in a premium hotel on a daily basis when we went down to the buffet breakfast on level 8 I think or 7 can’t remember due to the glasses sizes being so small for juice like it was a struggle everyday asking for bigger glasses when I can see they are behind the juice corner the staff were least interested to helping a client because I don’t beleive in walking every few minutes all the way to the Juice bar to fill the glass it’s eaiser when I am requesting for a bigger glass which are sitting there at the back it should not be a mission for the staff to be able to Accomdate me not asking much one of the days there was some smell coming through the vents and when we reported it the staff that came to Check said yes she can smell it but only little wtf if you can smell it pls fix it don’t just walk away saying it’s only little smell so it’s ok the whole experience staying there was not very pleasant

The staff were incredible, so kind and chatty and the concierge in particular was a very nice touch, I’ve never had anyone open a car door for me before 🤣 it made us feel very special. The rooms are unbelievable and the bathroom was very nice. The view from the room was jaw dropping.
Cons: The food from the bar was not great unfortunately, took a while to come and was quite average for the price. This is my only complaint. But we did not eat in the main restaurants which looked incredible.

Absolutely loved my stay at Skyview Hotel Bangkok! The hotel is stylish, the rooms were spotless, modern, and very comfortable. What really made the stay special was the amazing service. A big thank you to Nan, who went the extra mile by bringing my Grab food order up to my room—it was such a thoughtful gesture and truly appreciated. The location couldn’t be better, with the BTS station, shopping malls, great restaurants, 7-11 and nightlife all just a short walk away. I also had a fantastic time at YANKII Bar. The staff there were incredibly friendly, energetic, and made the whole experience so much fun. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Bangkok. Highly recommended!

First of all, the location was outstanding, and we were able to relax in a spacious, comfortable room. The hotel facilities were excellent, featuring stylish contemporary art displayed throughout the property. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and I particularly appreciated being able to order egg dishes exactly to my liking. The staff were friendly, making for a pleasant stay. Le personnel est au petit soin. On vous accueille en sortant de la voiture, on récupère vos bagages, on vous tient la porte, les gens y sont adorables. Au skyview en dehors des restos, on sent que c’est pas le même standing niveau service. Ils ne sont pas désagréables, mais on vous calcule pas. Il y a du boulot à faire dans la formation du personnel, alors que le prix est plus élevé. Très déçu sur ce point. Autre point les chambres sont modernes et sympa, mais dés qu’on sort de la chambre, c’est beaucoup moins stylé, très sombre

We loved this hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The check-in was quick and smooth. The receptionist realised it was my birthday while updating our personal details and instantly wished me happy birthday. When we came back to our room after fun day around the city we found a surprise birthday decoration and a greeting card. Thank you Mali and Nutch for making my day! The hotel is within few minutes walk from 3 shopping malls and the BTS station which made it easy to move around. There are lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The bar at the pool is great if you just want to relax and enjoye few drinks. The bar tender was friendly and makes yummy coctails. Would definately enjoy staying here again next time we vlgo to Bangkok.

Location is the best thing about this hotel. 3 huge EM malls are very close to the hotel. The bars inside the hotel are also great and the ambiance is nice. The staff is nice and friendly.
Cons: 1. The shower door was not locking properly so the floor outside of the shower was flooded after each shower session. 2. There was no hot water in the shower and since we stayed for only 1 night we decided not to make a big deal out of it and just showered in cold water. 3. There are no windows that you can open so the air inside of the room was very stuffy and there was an unpleasant smell. 4. We had dinner at the restaurant on the 7th floor and the quality of the food didn’t match the rating and the level of this hotel. We probably would be able to get much better quality for less money outside of the hotel.

I book one of the executive suites, which turned out to be a connected to another unit with a door, I did not even understand why would anyone have connecting suites?! when I asked for a non-connecting one, they could only offer me one with a much worse arrangement and view… so overall I wasn’t too happy with the suite

Super flot og moderne hotel tæt på Phrom Phong BTS-station og lige ved siden af storcentret EmPorium. Værelserne er moderne og har en flot udsigt over byen – mit værelse lå på 28. etage. Der er en fantastisk rooftop-bar på både 33. og 35. etage, som byder på en super lækker udsigt. På 33. etage ligger desuden restauranten Mojjo (Modora), som er en latinamerikansk inspireret restaurant. På 8. etage finder man en dejlig udendørs swimmingpool, et fitnesscenter og en bar med forfriskninger. Kommer du i bil, er der gode parkeringsmuligheder på 2. og 3. etage med indkørsel fra bagsiden af bygningen

朝食は美味しかった。食べたい玉子料理を書くメモがあり係員に渡すを短時間でテーブルまで持ってきてくれました。スタッフは親切で4拍のんびり過ごせました。室内の TV は NHK 海外放送に加え、NHK-G と民放数局が選べるようになっていました。回線の関係か時折画面や音声が短時間途切れることもありましたが十分楽しめました。トイレは冷水だけでしたがノブを廻すと水量が調節できるウオッシュレットと同様の設備がありました。私には、温かい部屋ですので、これで十分でした。
Cons: ホテルの Wifi は、他のタイのホテルでも同様でしたが、新しいスマホの設定に対応していないからか、実用にはなりませんでした。他の有料の手段で繋ぎました。

Couldn’t have asked for more - friendly staff, accommodating with storing our bags before check in, even allowing us to use the pool in the meantime. The pool area is lovely and well kept with a bar next to it. We particularly enjoyed the Mexican restaurant at the hotel - delicious food with amazing service. Breakfast also had everything we needed. The location is a 3 minute walk from Asok for easy public transport around the city. We would highly recommend this hotel ☺️

Cons: I’m commenting this having in mind it’s 5* hotel and what should be for that star level (compared to other good 5* hotels) and price paid: - Not the greatest welcoming staff at the reception. Was very cold and not overly welcoming. - I came very early in the day and would’ve appreciated earlier check in (if available of course) but was very coldly told by a staff which was pointing on a paper 2pm and pressing it to make a point. Not very pleasant for 5* hotel. - Shower hose was leaking when I came in. This is so simple and maid could’ve checked this when getting ready the room. In a 5* hotel this shouldn’t be something that i need to report the moment I enter the room first time. - Room was very hot when I came in and it took an entire day and night to cool it down. This should’ve been done prior to me coming in. - Gym (although great really) has a very strong mold smell and it’s obviously from AC which isn’t healthy at all. This is very strong and obvious to anyone who enters so I’m not sure why isn’t it sorted by the hotel. - Breakfast becomes a bit repetitive if you’re staying longer than 3 days (as I did for 8 nights). - TV in the grand executive room should really be a bit more modern and bigger

This is my 3rd time staying in this hotel. The service as a whole is top notch - from checking in (check in process was fuss free), to housekeeping (housekeeping was fast as well whenever u request for something), to helping you book cab, etc. Glad to meet Mr Oh again this trip. He’s been very cheerful and helpful to us. My parents love the service here and they love this hotel.

Das Hotel war genau das, was wir gesucht haben. Die Zimmer waren perfekt, mit einem bequemen Bett, einer Dusche, einer Badewanne sowie einem WC mit Klosomat. Eine Minibar war ebenfalls vorhanden. Durch die Fenster hatte man eine atemberaubende Aussicht. Leider gab es keinen Balkon, was in BKK allerdings eigentlich üblich ist. Das Hotel bietet zudem ein Frühstück mit einer grossen Auswahl, und alles war sehr lecker. Ausserdem gibt es eine schöne Rooftop-Bar etwa im 40. Stock mit fairen Bierpreisen. Fünf Stockwerke weiter unten befinden sich eine weitere Bar, eine Cigar Lounge sowie ein Restaurant.
Cons: Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer liess sich leider nicht wirklich gut regulieren, wodurch es schnell zu kalt wurde. Deshalb mussten wir sie mehrmals ausschalten. Wenn die Luft jedoch nicht direkt auf einen gerichtet war, konnte man trotzdem sehr gut schlafen.

The hotel is in a very central location for Bangkok city life. We especially liked the rooftop bar, pool area, and the artistic details throughout the hotel. Separating the rooftop bar elevators from the guest room elevators was also a smart touch for both comfort and security. The art-gallery-style corridor between the lobby and elevators was another lovely detail.
Cons: The first impression during check-in could have been better, as nobody initially assisted us with the luggage or informed us about the concierge service. We also found the tour prices suggested by the concierge quite expensive. The bathroom in our room felt a bit small compared to the room size, and the lack of a balcony or openable windows was the biggest downside for us.

Hotel robi naprawdę ogromne wrażenie — wszystko było bardzo eleganckie, nowoczesne i w wysokim standardzie. Pokój był przepiękny, łóżko niezwykle wygodne, a pościel i materiał były tak miękkie i śliskie, że aż ciężko to opisać 😄 Człowiek dosłownie „wsuwał się” pod kołdrę, bardzo komfortowe doświadczenie. Lokalizacja była świetna — ścisłe centrum Bangkoku, wszędzie blisko, otoczenie pełne wysokich budynków i miejskiego klimatu. Dużym plusem był też łatwy dostęp do kolejki nadziemnej BTS, dzięki czemu poruszanie się po mieście było bardzo wygodne. Widok z wysokiego piętra robił klimat, szczególnie wieczorem. Bardzo podobał mi się również rooftop bar i hotelowy basen, gdzie można było odpocząć i zrobić piękne zdjęcia. Na plus też samo „fancy” doświadczenie hotelowe — personel pomagał z windami, pokazywał z bagażami, z odpowiedziami gdzie co się znajduje i wszystko było zorganizowane w bardzo ekskluzywny sposób.
Cons: Największym minusem było dla mnie podejście części personelu podczas śniadań oraz na recepcji. Śniadania oficjalnie trwały do 10:00, jednak już kilka minut wcześniej zaczynano praktycznie wszystko sprzątać, odczuwało się presję, żeby szybko kończyć posiłek. Nie można było już skorzystać z ekspresu do kawy, bo był już wyłączony ani dobrać prostych rzeczy, jak owoce, bo tace zostały zabrane mimo że do końca nadal zostawało jeszcze trochę czasu. Przy standardzie i cenie hotelu było to po prostu mało komfortowe i niezbyt przyjemne dla gości. Miałam też sytuację z kartą do pokoju, która nagle przestała działać, przez co nie mogłam dostać się ani do pokoju, ani korzystać z windy. Pan pomagający przy windach był bardzo uprzejmy i próbował mi pomóc, jednak na recepcji spotkałam się z mniej przyjemnym podejściem. Zamiast od razu sprawdzić problem, początkowo sugerowano mi, że to ja źle korzystam z karty, przez co miałam wrażenie, że muszę udowadniać, że problem faktycznie istnieje. Podobne odczucie miałam również przy zameldowaniu — obsługa była raczej chłodna i sprawiała wrażenie, jakby była tam „za karę”. Oczywiście trafiały się miłe osoby, ale niestety bardziej zapamiętałam te mniej przyjemne sytuacje.

We had a great stay at Skyview Hotel Bangkok. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive, which made the whole experience very pleasant. The location is excellent — just a short walk from the BTS station, with easy access to malls, cafés, and restaurants, making it very convenient to get around the city. The room itself was comfortable and perfectly adequate for our needs. The bed was really confortable. One of the highlights was the rooftop bar, which has a great atmosphere, beautiful views, and is a lovely place to relax in the evening. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Vanilla Skyというのに行きましたが、眺めもサービスも素晴らしかったです。 ロケーションに関しても、駅が近いので割といろいろ行けます。余裕持ってアユタヤに日帰りで行ったりもできました。
Cons: 多分どこかに書いてあったんだとは思いますが、部屋のボトルの水飲んだ分は料金がかかります。気づきませんでした。そんなに高くないので、大丈夫でしたが。

Location was good. Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was fairly spacious. Bathroom facilities were good. Shower was spacious. Water was replenished on a daily basis, which was highly appreciated as it was very hot.
Cons: Coffee facilities could be improved such as coffee maker and possibly biscuits. Breakfast was good but could have a larger selection of options.

The Housekeeping staff and libby boys were really nice and polite.
Cons: The room service turned up incorrect twice despite telling them we have a food intolerance. The when it came to the bill the receptionist was rude.

Cons: La piscine était plus petite qu'attendu. Pas suffisement de transats au vu du nombre de clients. Lors de notre arrivée personne n'est venu prendre notre commande et nous avons donc renoncé à profiter du lieu. Malheureusement le rooftop était en travaux et donc inaccessible, ce dont nous avons été informé après la réservation et que le paiement soit effectué.

Honestly, there was very little we genuinely liked about this property. While there were some nearby shopping and dining options, these were not enough to outweigh the overwhelmingly poor experience. The anniversary bed display was a pleasant visual touch upon arrival, but it quickly felt hollow given the service and room issues that followed. This hotel may be suitable for business travellers who specifically need to stay in this district, but it is certainly not a property we would recommend for honeymooners, couples seeking a special experience, or tourists wanting to enjoy the best of Bangkok.
Cons: Unfortunately, nearly every other aspect of our stay was disappointing. From the moment we arrived, staff were cold, rude, and dismissive. Rather than feeling welcomed, we were made to feel like an inconvenience throughout our stay. Our original room was advertised and booked as having a “city view,” yet when we opened the blinds, we were met with a wall. When this was raised, staff initially stated that correcting this would require an additional paid upgrade, despite our booking confirmation clearly specifying city views. Only after pushing the matter were we reluctantly moved. The first room also had a strong tobacco smell despite being designated non-smoking, which was especially concerning due to a health issue. This strongly suggested smoke was seeping through the property. On top of that, both rooms we were shown had visibly dirty carpets and felt below acceptable cleanliness standards. When we expressed dissatisfaction and even offered to pay extra for a more substantial room upgrade, we were only shown very basic alternatives. The so-called “upgraded” room was essentially the same room with minimal differences, primarily just the addition of a bathtub and a slightly higher floor. It was far from what would reasonably be considered a meaningful upgrade, and breakfast was not included despite the circumstances or our honeymoon. Staff and management remained dismissive throughout, offering little genuine effort to resolve the situation. Most disturbingly, a staff member openly mocked a legitimate health concern, which was completely unacceptable. Ultimately, we felt forced to leave due to the poor treatment and discomfort. Despite everything, the hotel still charged us for the first night. Booking.com themselves clearly recognized how unacceptable this experience was, reaching out over several days to pursue a refund on our behalf. While they were unable to reach an agreement with the hotel, Booking.

Cons: My room aircond didnt work. I asked them to fix it. They can to fix it but didnt work much I have asked for to compensate some amount but they say they will upgrade my stay next time with the room

I would say this property is amazing and has absolutely everything, from the reception team to housekeeping team! Mat the housekeeper was always doing a really good job with the tidiness of the room! And the best part, the rooftop is breathtaking! Buffet in the morning I would say one of the best I’ve ever had in a hotel!

The breakfast was excellent and the hotel location was very good. It was only 5 minutes away from the train station, which made it easy to travel around the city.
