We had a wonderful time at Riad Kaiss. The riad is truly beautiful and the service is exceptional — from the airport pickup assistance to the warm, attentive staff. Our room was cozy, spotless and thoughtfully prepared every evening, always with a warm hot-water bottle waiting for us, which we loved. Breakfast was fantastic, and the team was always happy to arrange an early meal when we had excursions booked. We also tried the hammam for the first time and absolutely loved it. The location is perfect as well — just a short walk from the main square and very convenient for catching taxis. Highly recommended, and we would happily return!

We had a great stay at Riad Kaiss. The riad is beautiful, spotless and comfortable. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They even sent someone on foot to meet us and guide us there when we arrived. Recommend arranging this as at first it could be tricky to find. A perfect spot for exploring Marrakesh !

Our stay at Raid Kaiss by Anika was excellent. The staff was all super friendly and helpful. We got a little briefing of the area and map at the beginning of our stay which we found very helpful and referenced quite a few times, because even with google maps there was occasional 3G outages or lack of cell reception at some areas in the old city. The staff was always wiling to help with whatever you needed to make your stay positive. For example, they helped us in booking a nice restaurant reservation for later same day. If we were to stay in the area again, we would seek out this Raid in particular again. The overall experience was excellent, especially for the value.

The hotel is beautiful and in excellent condition (although it takes a little while for the hot water to kick in) and is a quiet location a very short distance away from the busy Marrakesh medina. The staff were just great - friendly and eager to please. When I asked if they had any hot sauce for my breakfast omelet, they paused and five minutes later they came back with harissa which they had run out and purchased in the medina! Very friendly and always available to answer questions about laundry or taxis or whatever. We would definitely stay here again.

We were staying at Riad Kaiss in Marrakesh. Everybody especially El Hassan in the hotel were very good to us. Very supportive - amazing - very polite - respectful too. We can’t fault them hardly. Rooms were amazing culturally as Moroccan. Beautiful xx. Very clean. Breakfast awesome!! The waiter (I forgot his name) was fantastic and polite. We were sad leaving them and we shall remember them for a very long time. Thank you again Sarah Aaron Pippa and Julian.

We cannot recommend this hotel enough. It’s an oasis of peace in the heart of the bustling medina. Not only is it a stunning building with an incredible inner garden, but the staff were just wonderful. Everyone was extremely accommodating and kind, they truly made our stay so much more enjoyable.

I truly loved every minute of being here in Riad Kaiss. It is a truly authentic experience with the very best of staff. From the minute we arrived, Nawal, Kathleen & Oussa took care of us. Check in was seam less & we were provided with an unexpected but welcome breakfast on arrival. Like all holidays, the food experience is high on the agenda. Nawal helped us seek out great eating experiences & we are very grateful to her for helping to make our stay very special indeed. She is a wonderful young lady. Hassan & Yasyn looked after us at breakfast every day thereafter & throughout the day. I particularly enjoyed afternoon Moroccan tea in the cool of the Riad dining area. Hassan & Yasyn are such lovely & considerate people who provide the very best of customer service. Roid Kaiss are most fortunate to employ them. Our room was just beautiful with an amazing terrace where we could enjoy both sunshine & shade on demand. The entire Riad is spotlessly clean. Thank you to the lovely domestic ladies and the team who are up early to make sure the Riad is swept clean of leaves & looking amazing. It’s been a long time and a world wide travel that any accommodation has made such an impact on me. I really loved my stay in Riad Kaiss but only made truly remarkable by its wonderful staff. Thank you very much for making this a wonderful experience. I’ll be back …,.,.., We dined in and the food, in addition to breakfast, was first class. Enjoyed it all.

When we first arrived in marrakech, we stayed in a hotel called dar anika, then we went for a few nights to the desert, and when we cane back, we went and found out that dar anika was fully booked, so we searched and found another riad nearby called riad kaiss, and after booking, we were pleased to find out that riad kaiss and dar anika were the same management, so we recieved thw same quality of kind and efficient service.

My family and I had an amazing experience at Riad Kaiss in Marrakech. The staff were very kind and welcoming, thank you Hassan and Yassim for being so attentive and helpful throughout our whole experience there. We booked the Hammam at the hotel as well, I cannot recommend it enough, it was a heavenly experience. The hotel is very close to the center, so one feels in the heart of it all—it is very fun, safe, and there is tons to do in the area.

If I could give this riad ten stars, I absolutely would! From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel completely welcome. The staff truly went above and beyond — their kindness, thoughtfulness, and genuine care meant so much to us and made our stay unforgettable. The riad itself is stunning — beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and full of charm and character. The central courtyard is absolutely gorgeous, a peaceful and serene place to relax after a busy day exploring. It feels like a calm oasis away from the bustle of the city. Breakfast each morning was excellent, and everything was prepared and served by such friendly staff. Our room was lovely, and having our own private terrace made it feel even more special. The location couldn’t be better, just over a five-minute walk to Jemaa el-Fna, yet tucked away enough to feel quiet. This riad exceeded all our expectations — it’s the perfect blend of comfort, hospitality, and authentic Moroccan charm. A huge thank you to all the staff.

What an incredible place to stay. This really is the best Riad in Marrakech. Such amazing service from the moment we were greeted by Hussain til we left. Also special mentions to Yassim and Kate who also took such good care of every aspect. Just a short walk from the main square it’s a calm oasis of palatial beauty. We had a lovely room with a private terrace. Breakfast is made and served with love and everything is so fresh.

I am giving this place 4 stars because of an issue that bothered me. First I want to give a shoutout to Fatima, Yasin, and Nawal. Without these 3 employees I doubt this place would run as efficiently as it is today and also be as clean as it was while I was there. I mistakenly booked one of their suites and I got to say it was a good mistake. It was one of their best rooms there and was very spacious. Then I asked them for a table to use my laptop they brought me a table and chair to do work on. They do offer breakfast with the room. I usually don't eat breakfast but sometimes brunch. They allowed me to have a brunch instead of breakfast for the 2 days I did eat there. Food was delicious. They also ensure that you are safe. They will escort you to the main square and back if you need it. Even if you need to go exchange money you can ask someone to escort you for safety. The one issue I had was that when I went to book an excursion through them, they charged me almost double what a travel agency outside would charge. This would be something that the owners would set. When I asked for another excursion, I realized it was too high as well and never booked it with them.

This is a beautiful road, staffed by beautiful people. Unfortunately, the chef was ill, so we only ate breakfast there, which was served in the open central area, surrounded by trees and birdsong. The room was very comfortable and air conditioned, which was just as well, because we arrived unwell and had to spend a lot of our stay (two nights) in our room. At one point, one member of staff sought out a 24 hour pharmacy and brought back drugs to help out recovery, for which we will be forever grateful. The roof terrace offered sun or shade and plenty of places to chill out. The location was ideal for us: about 5 minutes walk from the taxi drop off, where there is a small square with a few small restaurants, far away from the mad main square (about 15 minutes away). Thanks again for looking after us during our stay.

Stayed for 3 nights when arriving in Marrakech. The pick up from the airport was smooth and they ensured we arrived at the Riad without any drama. Easily worth the €20. The staff were incredibly friendly and always helpful. They genuinely care about their guests experience. They even offered assistance if you wanted help negotiating (if wanted) in the souks & shops via WhatsApp. Breakfast was made fresh every morning and delicious. The location was convenient to the hustle of town, easy walking distance but just removed enough you couldn’t hear the noise of the Medina. If you are considering Riad Kaiss, stop your search and just book.

An Exquisite and Exceptional Riad in Marrakech. It's absolutely perfect. I love the design of the rooms, both exquisite and tasteful in it's decor. From the garden, to the pool, and the terrace, just lovely. No detail overlooked where old world charm meets modern amenities. And what hospitality. Such a gracious staff. Thank you Jiji for your restaurant and activity suggestions and Mostafa for helping with my transport services well into the eary morning hours. I highly recommend this Riad!

We had a great stay at Riad Kaiss. We booked a suite to have our own outside space which was lovely with sun loungers and a cabana for shade. It was slightly overlooked from the roof terrace in some parts but also had areas not overlooked. Also metal outside furniture did get hot in 45 degree sun. The Riad is very well located to the south of the Medena a 5 or 6 minute walk from Place Mellah where we were dropped off by our transfer. On our arrival we were met by GiGi and invited to the inner courtyard for traditional Moroccan tea and snacks, a lovely setting among trees with cheeping birds. After this GIGI spend time with us going through local information such as places to go, good restaurants and some very good tips for our stay such as how much to expect to pay for taxis and best times to visit the main square and souks, she also gave us a local map. A tip envelope for the end of our stay was given to us. There was absolutely no pressure to give any tip but it was explained that if we felt we would like to leave something any tips would be shared equally between all the staff. This was a fantastic idea as there were staff who we would see less often (or not at all) but who would have contributed to our great experience. It also took away any awkwardness we might feel about when and where to tip. The Riad is really nice and I would recommend it as a place to stay but the thing that really stood out were the wonderful staff who were all very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. A special mention also has to go to Nawol who was often on reception. She always had a lovely smile and greeting and showed a genuine interest in us, how we were enjoying our stay and would often ask us how our trips or meals had been. Service was exceptional, we even received a call to our room on the morning of a very early excursion we had booked, not through the Riad, but had mentioned we were doing. This was to check that we were up if we needed anything. Note to the management and owner. You Riad is lovely but the true strength is your staff, too many to mention individually but all of them were great. Always helpful and friendly, nothing too much trouble and remembering any needs we had. We had asked for ice in our room a couple of times to cool our drinks, after this Ice buckets were offered to us if we were in reception with a smile and a friendly joke

Staying at Riad Kaiss by Anika was an unforgettable experience! The riad is absolutely stunning—full of traditional Moroccan charm, beautiful courtyards, and peaceful corners that feel like a dream. Every detail is thoughtfully designed, blending elegance with authenticity. Our room was spacious, cozy, and spotless. We especially loved the rooftop terrace—perfect for a quiet breakfast or sunset tea with views over the city. A special mention to Fatimazahra, who made our stay even more memorable. She was warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. Her hospitality truly made us feel at home and taken care of. Whether it was offering local tips, arranging anything we needed, or simply checking in on us, she was exceptional. I wasn’t sure what to expect since it was my first time to Morocco, but this riad in Marrakesh completely surprised me—in the best way. It’s beautifully designed, with all the traditional Moroccan touches that make it feel like a little escape from the world. What stayed with me most, though, was the warmth of the people. Fatimazahra welcomed us like old friends, and every interaction felt genuine. The staff didn’t just do their jobs—they made us feel seen and cared for. It’s rare to find a place where the atmosphere and the people come together so naturally.

Just got back from staying at a riad in Marrakesh and honestly, it was such an amazing experience. The decor was stunning—classic Moroccan vibes everywhere, from the beautiful courtyard to the tiles and arches in the room. You could tell everything was really thoughtfully done to give that authentic feel. But what really made the stay special was the staff. FatimZahra was incredible—she welcomed us with traditional Moroccan snacks when we arrived, gave us a full tour of the riad, and made sure we felt totally at home. She was so warm and helpful the whole time. The rest of the team was just as great. The food servers were super friendly, always laughing and joking with us—it just made the whole atmosphere feel so warm and inviting. This wasn’t just a beautiful place to stay—it was a genuinely memorable experience because of the people. I’ll definitely be coming back, not just for the riad itself, but because of the amazing staff!

Arranged a taxi to pick us up at the airport. We arrived in the square and was greeted, the Riad is a five-minute walk, Gigi gave us a map and guidance of the area. Our room was stunning a four-poster bed so comfortable, a massive shower, fridge, water and fruit, the pool was an added bonus. We ate our dinner on the rooftop, food hot, tasty and plentiful, breakfast was amazing in the courtyard. Stayed in room 5 for two nights and what an amazing experience. Flew in at around 10:30hrs and had pre arranged with the Riad for a pick up, which was flawless. Then dropped off at the closest point to the Riad and picked up by one of the staff who took us and our bags to the Riad, navigating us there with ease and no stress to us. Got there and was sat down in the court yard and went through the checking process with Gigi. Lucky enough got our room early and got everything sorted out and went out for the rest of the morning and early afternoon. We pre booked dinner with the Riad as we didn’t want the stress of going out for dinner the first night! Food was amazing and authentic and large portions! Great night sleep, on all nights. Second day did the palaces and secret garden…. be warned when navigating yourselves to these places the local salesmen will tell the palaces are shut for the day but don’t worry they’re open to shop!! 😂 ALL the staff at the Riad are amazing and very helpful. They gave us some great suggestions for lunch and dinner the next night. Just ask they will book everything for you if it’s needed. Use the pool in the afternoon for a cool down and relax after busy days out round the medinas and the sights and sounds of Marrakech and obviously the dodging of the mopeds!!! And cleanliness is amazing, before I forget.

Every moment from our late arrival at the airport - we found someone from the Riad waiting for us despite being an hour late - they took us to the closest stop to the riad in a taxi and then carried my cabin luggage for me. We were offered tea and dates after we checked in. In the following two days, the Riad staff was always ready to to help us with any question, request, etc, often going out of their way to do so - coffee and tea in the room, advice, sometimes even just banter and good conversation. Honestly, I felt at home away from home. On the last day they allowed us to leave our luggage there and use their facilities after check out so we could use the swimming pool and the hammam shower. Cleanliness: Everything was VERY clean! You could see the employees scrubbing away each morning, everywhere across the riad. Room: Room and bathroom were spacious and clean - we had a twin room - AC was the right strength (as it sometimes is way too strong in hotels). Food: We had breakfast in the big garden every day - they offer a traditional Moroccan breakfast (crêpes, what looked like fried bread, cake with honey, jam, and butter) as well as yogurt and fresh fruit and, upon request, omelettes. We only had the traditional breakfast and it was amazing every morning - gave us the right energy to face the Moroccan heat! They also offer coffee. The garden was beautiful - I regret not asking how old the trees were because they were magnificent. And we had mommy and kid tortoises and cats as company. Swimming pool: Beautiful, clean and quiet - truly a small oasis in the middle of Marrakech. Location: PERFECT location! Very easy to find from Bar Mellah and extremely easy to reach Jemaa-el-Fnaa without the noise that comes with being closer to the centre of the Medina (and google maps works!).

We enjoyed our stay at Riad Kaiss. The staff was extremely kind and friendly - they treated you like family which was special. Our room was great - we had a private terrace, the bed was very comfy and the AC was nice! We appreciated the care and attention to detail that the staff offered - Younes and Gigi were a great help to us during our stay. When we checked out the Riad gave us a parting gift and snacks to go which was such a sweet touch.

Just returned from a 4 night stay at Riad Kaiss. Immediately we found the Riad to be a welcoming , comfortable and luxurious place. The Riad itself is full of design features that keep surprising you the more you look around . Food was tasty and the breakfast a delight but this is all eclipsed by the staff employed here. Everybody was cheerful and friendly . The reception team of Mohammed and Gigi go above and beyond to make sure your day will run smoothly by organising trips and taxis etc. The Manageress is truly on the ball dealing with customers , agents and staff alike . Don’t stay here without having the in house Hammam experience ….now that really is a treat not to be missed.

This Riad Kaiss was outstanding in so many ways. We were a family traveling with young adults so had two rooms connected with a courtyard which we enjoyed. The room decor was so intricate. The location was perfect right in the center near the Medina. The hotel has plenty of hidden areas to hang out and we especially enjoyed the beautiful main courtyard and the rooftop where we played cards and overlooked the city! The entire staff was fantastic. Very welcoming and accommodating. JiJi was great. Other staff too were so helpful. We loved the turtles that lived in the courtyard. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was also delicious. The breakfasts each morning were so plentiful and varied offering local cuisine. We had so much for breakfast we weren’t hungry for lunch. We also had an enjoyable hammam treatment on site with Khamisa. Highly highly recommend!!

The principal matter was the friendliness of all the staff . We were met by the Taxi rank in Marrakesh by one member who carried our bags along the winding streets to the Riad . The room was comfortable and as we were late offered us a menu and we ate alone ( Dinner having finished by this time ). The breakfasts were more than sufficient and omelettes on order if we wished . Everyone was polite , helpful and accomodating . There was a sun area on the roof and a small pool by it . Congratulations to La Patronne Gigi and her staff for the wonderfully warm and genuine welcome and rapport .

I'm so glad we chose to stay in a riad in Marrakesh. We were originally booked at a larger hotel but upon reading reviews about a more authentic stay in Morocco I cancelled and booked at Riad Kaiss. We had the most welcoming check-in we've ever received at any hotel property ever. Gigi met us in the courtyard with tea and cookies and we sat with her for an overview of the property as well as where to eat, where to go and what to see in Marrakesh. Our room was amazing- we had our own private terrace with loungers and a day bed. The room was bright and clean. I loved the cats that visited our terrace and the birds that sang to wake us up each morning. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful- lots of variety and eggs made to order. It was a short walk (less than 5 min) out to the main square for taxis and day trip excursion pickup. They even provide a gift and snack in a handmade bag at checkout for the journey home. 10/10. You'd be remiss if you didn't stay here while in Marrakesh.

We had a great 3-night stay here. Staff were terrific and helped us with suggestions and reservations. The Riad is beautifully decorated. We stayed in the suite on the top floor and loved the private deck with cabana and lounge chairs and a table to enjoy breakfast at. Location is perfect - in the middle of the sites but still very quiet. Some noise from roof construction on the first day but it was not too bad after that. Price seemed a bit high but compared to other nice hotels / riads in Marrakech was reasonable overall. You will love this Riad if you choose to stay here - very authentic Moroccan experience!

We stayed 4 nights in Riad Kaiss and loved it. Very friendly staff and lovely accommodation close to many of the tourist attractions but far enough away from the souks to be quiet at night. Our room was spacious and had a large patio with outdoor seating, covered lounger and sunbeds. Lots of rustic features from a canopy bed to stained glass in some windows. It was great to be able to come in from the noise and activity of the shops to a tranquil haven where we could rest up before heading off again in the evenings.

We had a fantastic stay at Riad Kaiss. Mohammed is an absolute gem. Knowledgeable, kind and patient with all our questions since it was our first time in Marrakesh. The breakfast in the mornings was amazing and the staff was extremely attentive and helpful in every way. The Riad itself is very well kept and beautiful. They moved us to a larger room on our third night since the first one was bit tight for three without any upcharge. There were a lot of small thoughtful details like the beds at night have hot water bottles placed on each side to warm them since the evenings are cold.

Narwan and Muhammad were a credit to the place taking care of us impeccably. Food was very good too. I think the rooftop pool could have been lovely but it looked a bit grubby as did some of the roof top loungers. We can't recommend this place enough. From the moment we arrived until the day we reluctantly departed, the team at Riad Kaiss took care of our every need in the most beautiful and boutique of settings. The breakfasts were excellent, our evening meal on arrival was the perfect introduction to Moroccan cuisine and the coffee is some of the best I've ever had. The riad is situated in the middle of town, so perfect for accessing all of the souks as well as the main square and the nearby Bahia Palace. After the hustle and bustle of the markets, bars and restaurants, it really is a luxury oasis in the middle of all the action. When we next come to Marrakech, we will definitely stay at Riad Kaiss!

A fantastic hotel in a converted fifteenth century Riad, with just 10 rooms. A Riad is a walled home with internal gardens and the Riad Kaiss actually has two quadrangles, each with trees and plants, where breakfast can be served. The hotel keeps many features from previous centurys and the owners have added a wonderfully eclectic mix of furniture, lamps, ornaments. In short, staying in this wonderful building would be the highlight of any trip to Marrakesh. Finally, the staff are truly wonderful and really made us feel cared for throughtout our stay. Our thanks to all of them.

There's no way around it, I LOVED Riad Kass from the first minute I stepped into this small hotel. Everybody here was genuinely kind, especially the two receptionists Houdaifa and the lovely Olaya (sorry for butchering your names, I lost my notebook). They made me feel so welcome every time I returned from the sweaty city. But absolutely everybody was courteous and kind! At first, I wasn't too happy with my room since I asked for one with lots of light, but the Arabian decor quickly won me over. Another delight was the great breakfast in the courtyard. The courtyard is the stomping grounds of four well-behaved turtles as well - a touch I loved. Just don't step on them, please. That would be bad karma. A small gripe is that I paid 22 Euros for the shuttle service from the airport to avoid infights with the local cab drivers. I was told somebody from the hotel would be waiting with a sign with the hotel's name. That was NOT the case. I waited for an hour for my pickup while the driver was waiting next to a sign with a long list of hotels - a list I couldn't see because a tour group was standing in front of it. So, demand that the driver has a sign with your hotel or your name! (The driver was wonderful when we finally connected though) So, don't get me wrong. I became a true fan of this hotel within the first 24 hours, and I bet you will love it, too unless you think you should have a TV in your room. You sure don't. The city of Marrakech is a great TV in itself!

Riad was in good location and had excellent staff. Riad had a nice courtyard and a great breakfast; wine was also available to order. Rooms were small and could use some updating (considering this is supposed to be a 5 star property). Mattresses in the twin room needed to be replaced. I'm not sure if they mop under the beds. My roommate dropped something and it was not clean under there. Doors do not seal great so you can hear people in the courtyard. I would also think when it's hot outside, this will heat up the room more. Finally, this hotel quotes you the room price in Euros. At checkout, they convert to Moroccan Dirhams. Why don't they just quote in dirhams from the get go? I didn't check math to see if they are converting at a good rate. They charge an extra 3% if you pay by credit card.

The hotel was difficult to find and get to. The hotel can definitely use an uplift. The linen and towels didn't seem fresh. The toilets were extremely small. No matter what care you took there was a pool of water outside the tub. The AC didn't work well at all. The day we arrived there were guys who came in to fix the toilet for about half an hour. Not worth the amount they charge for the room.

Riad Kaiss is an absolute gem! The grounds are beautiful. The garden is peaceful and serene; the pool area is relaxing; and the rooms are decorated in authentic Moroccan decor. The location is great - about 5 minute walk to Jemaa el Fna. It was so central and everything was easily accessible. There are some great restaurants nearby and I never felt unsafe navigating the neighborhood. Most important though, is that the staff made me feel like family from the time I arrived. A big thank you to the assistant manager, Houdaifa, for planning tours for me, arranging dinner plans, and ensuring that I was well taken care of. This riad is so much more than just a place to sleep. Stay here, you won’t be disappointed!

When you are there you feel like you are being taken care of by family and treated so well. They help arrange tours at the best price to best any tour company out there. In the courtyard you can sometimes find them whipping up fresh watermelon frozen drinks to really refresh. That will have you asking for their recipe. Everything is beautiful and clean. choosing to stay at the riad kaiss was one of the best decisions we made in our trip to marrakech. The staff is so welcoming and acommodating. Houdaifa and Mourad specifically exceeded all expectations in every way to give us the best experience. Houdaifa gave us so many recommendations of things to do and places to see. He made sure to stop by every morning during breakfast to see what we had planned for the day and to see if he could help in any way. We are so glad we took his suggestion of the Hammam spa. It is a must-do! (It was such a cleansing and relaxing experience we did it twice!) The entire riad is gorgeous with accent tile flooring and great rooftop views. Breakfast in the lush vegetated courtyard was a great way to start each morning. They even prepared breakfast early for us due to an early tour departure. Our stay was so great we moved our reservation from a different riad to make sure we were able to return to the riad kaiss once we got back from our desert tour. In short, we would recommend staying here to anyone looking to spend time in marrakech and would absolutely look into staying here again when we come back.

Our checkin was smooth. We opted for the paid airport shuttle, which is essentially a taxi that the hotel hires to meet you at a designated time. Later we found out that the price of an airport taxi is about 70-80 MAD but The breakfast was hearty. Our favorites are the fresh squeezed orange juice, homemade yogurt, tea and hot chocolate. We also enjoyed a private hammam experience inside the hotel. While I’m aware there are less expensive communal options outside, this was exceptional and a great way to relax without traveling outside.

Stayed at the sister property Dar Anika which was fabulous. The staff, location, facilities and professionalism are unmatched. Congrats to Lyanne Kerr and the " gang " for making our stay so memorable. Do yourself a huge favor and access all they have to offer. Mike Talluto

The Riad was in a traditional Moroccan style and the ambience was lovely, it really does have the WOW factor. As soon as you arrive you are totally looked after nothing is too much trouble our stay was amazing. The food was fresh and cooked well - a must is the Moroccan breakfast you won't want any lunch!! One thing about the menu it could be a little more extensive but other than that it was fabulous.

The property was the home of one of the late sultans who kept his four wives. It has an interior courtyard with trees and birds flying free. The place is well maintained and clean. On the human side the staff are really friendly and professional. They treat you like family.

This Riad is truly magnificent! We loved our room, the gardens, exceptional service and breakfast. It is well situated within a short walk of the Medina on a quiet (and very safe) alley. Mona and Leila made sure we had guides to take us around and arranged for cars to pick us up from the airport. We highly recommend this riad for an authentic and beautiful experience in Marrakech!

Authentic life in Marrakech with very attentive staff, keen to make your stay memorable. January is off season but benefits from fewer tourists but be ready to wear a jacket for the morning and evenings. Eating in the hotel was very good value with good quality. Breakfast also excellent and could be taken at any time of the day so on a cold morning I often lay in bed a bit longer! An example of staff attentiveness. I was booked for a difficult to get-to restaurant. Not only do the hotel give you a local phone so you don't have to worry about not having internet for google maps but they got someone to guide me through the difficult sections of the old town's narrow alleyways.

Riad Kaiss was exceptional. A real gem. Beautiful and very well located. We were a party of 5 with 3 rooms, celebrating 2 big birthdays. We were greeted on our arrival with a birthday cake and flowers. The staff was extremely professional and attentive without being overbearing. They helped us with reservations, itineraries, tickets, excursions and transport. They made our stay in Marrakesh wonderful. The Riad itself is like a gorgeous private house. We felt like we were the only ones there although the Riad had no vacancies. Very tranquil after a day exploring this amazing city. A very special place. Laila and Mohammed in particular went out of their way to make our stay extra special. We loved it.

I and my sister stayed at Riad Kaiss for 3 nights. It was my first visit to Marrakesh and I'm glad that we stayed this Riad. Every hotel staff were very friendly, kind and helpful. And the food we had, breakfast and dinner, at Riad Kaiss were very good too. Also just before leaving on the last day they gave us the souvenirs, the delicious Moroccan sandwiches, fruits and the toiletry. Thank you!

It is one very cool boutique Hotel that looked like a mini palace. It has a gorgeous atrium and the traditional decor of the culture from a centuries old building. It has most modern amenities and Mona and her staff were so caring and personable.

As a solo traveler to Morocco; I was a bit nervous, but the staff here was absolutely amazing! They went out of their way to ensure I felt welcomed as well as safe during my time in Marrakech. From the delicious breakfast, to the tours they offer; I totally recommend staying at this riad while in Marrakech.

Best place we stayed in, everything from the architecture to the service of the staff blew our minds. Place is conveniently located in an alley right outside the square and everything is walking distance. It was an oasis in a market and would only stay here when we return.

This was an amazing experience with the Riad like an enchanting castle. The courtyard where we had breakfast and dinner was magical with the trees, water fountain and secluded alcoves very nicy done up. The staff here make the stay even more enjoyable. You are welcomed and treated as if you are royalty. They helped organise excursions, advice on places to see and eat and on your return where grated with an iced drink. We would highly recommend this place and will definitely come back

This was over-the-top service. From drinks brought to us on the rooftop terrace to a surprise lunch packed for our train trip upon departure, to refreshing drinks provided every day upon our return to the riad, the staff here made us feel welcomed and comfortable. All your needs are met. You feel pampered here. This is possibly the best hotel experience we’ve ever had.
