Le séjour a été super toute l'équipe est aux petits soins surtout à l'animation et au coin snacking pour le All inclusive. Le seul bémol c'est le déjeuner et le dîner je pense clairement que la direction pourrait faire plus d'effort à ce niveau là. Le petit-déjeuner est très qualitatif mention spéciale au stand de msemen et à celui des omelettes.

Très très bruyant. Nous avons réservé une chambre avec1 grand lit, nous avons eu 2 lits jumeaux. Vue sur Jardin = à 30 mètres à vol d'oiseau de la Nationale P2017, "route d'Ourika" ; rien a voir avec les indications géographiques du site Hotels.com donc prévoir des bouchons d'oreilles pour dormir ! Dommage, la piscine est sympa.

L'hôtel est très excentré. Il n'y a rien à proximité. Le personnel est sympa. La piscine est agréable, il ya beaucoup de transats. La chambre est confortable. Les deux restaurants sont très moyens.

Truly horrendous, this property needs closing down. It is not 4* I would say 2*. My 1st room had cockroaches, when I then moved rooms the key card would not work & staff had to remove the card panel from the actual door meaning I slept in a room with a door unlocked and the room had no safety deposit box. As I had got back to the room at 11.45pm their staff tried to “fix” the key panel for over 45mins before telling me I had to sleep there and they would find a room the next day. They were unwilling to change my room at night. The hotel is overall very dirty, the food was disgusting with flies and ants all over it and there was only 1 restaurant for All Inclusive which had no AC. The bathroom in my second room had black hairs on the floor, and dirty marks on the bed linen. The staff were rude. All drinks were warm and came in dirty glasses. Apparently the hotel had no ice. We did not eat or drink at this hotel after 1 occasion. I would never allow guests to book such an unhygienic hotel. This breaks all H&S regulations. When I told the Customer Service Manager all of this she offered me a free bottle of water. They were unwilling to provide a refund.

We booked two rooms and arrived at 2:50 pm, they only had one room available. Also the pictures are of two hotel that are attached by a pool area. Not sure why they also use the other hotel photos on the listing. The rooms need improvements, they are run down. Also very noisy all day and night.

Une baignoire bouchée malgres l'intervention de l'hôtel. Une chasse d'eau qui vous tombe sut les pied et apparement c'est normal. Lit confortable mais le reste de la chambre reste tres simple.

Excellent séjour familial dans cette hôtel qui mérite bien ses 4 étoiles. La chambre était nettoyer tous les jours avec changement de serviettes sur demande. L'hôtel compte 2 grandes piscines donnant sur différentes parties et 2 paddlles pools pour les plus petits. Le petit déjeuner était excellent avec jus d'orange fraîchement préparé et différents choix de vienoiseries. De plus, L'hôtel est plutôt bien placé dans marrakech, pas trop loin de du centre-ville et avec un accès a Carrefour market juste à côté. En bref, nous avons passé un agréable moment et nous recommandons cette hôtel pour un séjour au calme en famille.

Strange experience. Was travelling with my wife and two children. We came from a 1,5 month trip so had a lot of luggage. Needed to take several trips to the car to bring everything. When I started to bring luggage to our car I was stopped outside the front door, and the two suitcases was held back by some guy working there. After some time the guy in the reception came and told we that i need to check out before leaving. I told him that I am not checking out, just carrying luggage to my car, and that my family and the rest og my luggage is in the room. That was hard for them to understand. I spend 35 + days in hotels over the world in a normal year. This is not normal behaviour. And a clear reason not to come back and to recommend to others. Hotel is ok. Is quite a bit from town center. A little worn out, but free parking. Breakfast is below average, but most placed in Morocco is compared to Western standard. Because of the remote location we tried a restaurant at the hotel. Below average. Probably ok to stay there one night when travelling since it is close to the airport.

Séjour horrible. 1 heure d attente pour obtenir la clef de notre chambre. On arrive dans notre chambre pas d électricité ni d eau chaude. Nous sommes 4 et seulement 2 serviettes. Nous les réclamons et les obtenons au bout de 2 jours à répéter que nous n avons pas de serviette. Enfin les serviettes arrivent elles sont dans un état déplorable.deux lits simple alors que nous devions avoir une chambre familiale. Une mention sympa pour les dames du petit déjeuner qui préparent les omelettes et les msemens. Celui qui préparait le thé très sympa aussi.

No he podido realizar esta estancia porque Marruecos no permite la entrada a su país y el vuelo se canceló. Estos esperando su respuesta para el reembolso del importe íntegro, y no obtengo la solución por su parte. Sigo esperando noticias suyas. Espero se soluciones pronto este problema tal y como se indica en la orden por la COVID 19 y siguiendo su política de cancelación. Un saludo, espero respuesta.

The hotel is ok. It wasn’t a bad hotel but it won’t be my first or second choice. The room was big but I am not the run was fully clean. We found a rack of an empty cigarette, empty bottle of water couple of other rubbish in the room. The hotel was okay it does the job. Saying that, I have only stayed for night. Also, don’t be fooled by the name. Nothing is inclusive as the name suggests.

Nella sala colazione l'igiene è molto scarsa poiché le tovagliette non venivano mai cambiate. Le caraffe delle bevande erano sempre molto sporche, Soprattutto quella del latte che non veniva mai cambiata. La piscina invece è stato un ottimo punto vincente della struttura che seppur poco pulita era molto bella e ben tenuta. Il personale della sala ristorante non sempre era attento alle esigenze della clientela. Nel nostro bagno l'acqua del bidet era solo calda, il personale delle pulizie non sempre metteva due asciugamani ma quasi sempre uno solo. I muri della camera erano sporchi così come i tappeti ma nel complesso però la camera può avere un buon grado di pulizia. I bagni esterni alle camere quindi ad uso pubblico erano sempre sporchi e non muniti di carta igienica. Quando abbiamo prenotato questo hotel abbiamo visto le foto di un altro hotel. Abbiamo poi scoperto parlando con il personale che la struttura dell'hotel era divisa in due ma appartenenti alla stessa compagnia. Quando siamo arrivati, Siamo entrati dalla hall più piccola, forse secondaria, quindi non abbiamo visto la haĺl pricipale, piu bella, piu grande e piu elegante e per giunta con lo shop. Da lì, dalla hall piccola, ci hanno portato nelle camere che non erano come quelle che avevamo visto in fotografia. La colazione, seppur molto abbondante e a buffet, offriva le vivande sempre uguali e poco variegate.

belle infrastructure, belle piscine, grande chambre, par contre il y a des cafards dans les couloirs et la chambre ...le personnel fait le strict minimum, souriant mais il ne faut rien leur demander car on a vraiment l'impression de les déranger...nous avions pris la formule 1/2 pension mais le restaurant est a fuir, le buffet est insipide et sans intérêt, aucun plat local , aucun jus de fruit frais. aussi attrayant qu'une cantine scolaire, avec en prime le ventilateur qui vous goutte dessus. bref je ne reviendrais pas dans cet hôtel et ne le recommande a personne.

This was one of my better stays while being in Morocco I was so pleased to see a bathtub and not a shower like most of the surrounding areas. They have a buffet all day they offer great affordable trips so you can truly enjoy your experience.There always a taxi nearby. The rooms are very spacious an comfortable . Overall I enjoy my stay here .

For a 4 star hotel i was very pleased. Only downside was pool was freezing because of the night time weather from Atlas snowy mountains, which affected the pool trying to warm up during the 21-23 celsius warm sunshine. It was winter time (December) in Marrakech but it was nice and warm (perfect t-shirt) weather) for someone from UK. But does get extremely cold by evening time and need something warm to wear, i wore a fleece and still felt a little cold. The other thing was they only have WIFi next to the reception area, does not work anywhere else in the hotel/resort because of the restrictions in distance, they will need to add more WIFI routers/hubs rest of the other sides of the building, it is a big place only just for one in reception area. Food was fine, could do with a bit more variety each day. They only do special items every other day. Breakfast was standard every day. Friendly staff. Be advised, if you booked with Expedia etc, hotel still charges you ‘Taxes’ on each person staying in, which i found bizarre thing to do. Airport journey from or to the hotel/resort is about 12-15mins drive depending on traffic, which from that side should be ok. Should be no more than 100 dirhams. Anything more, you’re getting riped off by them. But strong advise, if you are going from Marrakech airport to hotel, arrange transport from UK. Fridays to weekend traffic is crazy going into old town. Everyone is heading down from afternoon onwards. So plan well.

We had a quiet comfortable room. Noise seems to be a problem with some guests. The staff mostly seem a bit indifferent. The porter was great with organizing a 3am airport transfer and a certain TV channel. Restaurants were busy with bus loads of tourists which could be a problem ... we opted for a quieter restaurant as the one we wanted to go to was very busy. The food was tasty and reasonably priced. Overall not a bad hotel.

This is the worst hotel I have stayed in. It is certainly not a 4 star establishment. The staff, food, cleanliness, atmosphere and decor of this hotel is awful. The food and Reception staff being the worst I have ever encountered. Save yourself the misery do not book this hotel.

The hotel was very good,we liked the room and also the size of the room was very good.Service was good and they were very helpful.The pool is very cosy and it is secluded which we liked.The food was plenty especially evening diner.Facilities are very good and also the air conditioning in the room was excellent.Excellent location and taxis are available straight away if you want to go to town.We loved the complimentary mint tea which is available most of the time.Staff is very helpful and very friendly.

The hotel itself is nice, our room was great, the staff are mostly very friendly, helpful and entertaining but they're severely let down by being overworked especially when the hotel takes in huge numbers of coach tours that stay for 1-2 nights. Go to breakfast early just to avoid the carnage. We only did breakfast and not all inclusive and the food was poor. We tried some lunch from other guests and it tasted nice but can't comment on it really. WiFi was awful but you shouldn't need it when on holiday so it wasn't an issue for us. It's next to a big supermarket which was ideal for us stocking up on alcohol etc in the room. we hired a scooter from the medina and used that to get everywhere which was ideal.

Poor customer service. Dirty room. Staff is not helpful at all. We had to change room four times to get a room which was half decent. Asked for a fridge at least 10 times till we got one. Even then it didn't work properly. They do not give you water for breakfast or dinner. Rude staff. Very far away from Jamal Fana. Bed sheets had stains on them. Wall paint was old. Balcony was dirty and had pigeon dropping on it. Over all would not visit this hotel again worst hotel I have ever stayed in. they didn't give us a toilteraries at all for through out. WIFI DOES NOT WORK IN THIS HOTEL. PLS BE MINDFUL IT DOES NOT WORK. THEY LIE. MAKE MAKE FALSE PROMISES. JUST SO YOU GO AWAY. THEY WILL SAY YES TO EVERYTHING BUT WILL NOT DELIVER. THEY HAVE OUT ME OFF FROM GOING TO MOROCCO AGAIN. HAD REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE.

Cons: But it was close to the airport. Check in was long. Staff was friendly bell help was very nice and knowable. Room a/c did not work but it was cool anyway. No toilet paper towels are worn out , no hair dryer, iron, no room service after 7pm. No swimming after 8pm. Very expensive restaurant in hotel. No shopping selection in hotel. Pros: Close to airport. Cheap, can exchange money, nice bar

This hotel wasn't officially opened and nothing was working in it. Expedia should never have taken our booking.We had to move after checking in to another hotel. It was also dead I think we were the only two booked into it.

When looking for Club Paradidio, we spent a load of time to finally understand that the contact number provided by Orbitz was that of a middle man, who secures slots (reservations) at Zalagh Kasbah Hotel & Spa. The hotel description and amenities, described at Orbitz, are those of Zalagh Kasbah Hotel & Spa. When arriving at the front desk, they didn't know about Club Paradisio but one on them said "Club Paradisio! Yes, it's here and the man you were talking to is from a travel agency". That explained it. Another issue is that you will pay city tax separate from the hotel reservation dues. That's is around 20 dirhmas per person. All in all, it was a very unpleasant experience trying to find something that doesn't exist!
