Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, man kann zu Fuß ohne Probleme die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen. Das Zimmer war geräumig und die Betten bequem.

Cons: Das Frühstück und das Personal beim Frühstück. Keine Abwechslung bei den Produkten, jeden Morgen das gleiche Obst, der Kaffeeautomat war zweimal defekt. Das Personal war nicht besonders aufmerksam und teilweise unfreundlich. Nicht passend für ein 4 Sterne Hotel. Sehr schade.

lokalita - asi 15 min od Rambla a asi 20 min od Barrio Gotico. okolo dostatek restaurací a kaváren. jinak klidné místo. Bazén je na střeše, ale je studený. Bar je hezký a nabízí lehčí a chutná jídla - tapas, burger,.. a víno, nápoje.

Cons: Snídaně poněkud skromná a ne úplně skvělá, komplet selfservice. Malý výběr. Pokoje do vnitřního traktu nemají světl ani výhled - byli jsme ve 3 patře a byla tam tma, ale myslím že obdobné je to v celém hotelu.

Cons: The staff in the breakfast room were very noisy, banging plates, running the dishwasher, clearing plates away when just finished and playing very loud music, and the coffee wasn't very nice. The shower took forever to get hot and changed temperature from too hot too cold on the same setting.

The hotel's location is fantastic, both quiet and close to everything, and the overall architecture is very nice. They were also very helpful with parking, thank you very much.

Cons: The hotel's common areas are only the rooftop bar and pool, and the lobby. The terrace bar and pool were closed due to the winter season. Only the lobby bar is open, and it's closed in the mornings and at certain times. There is no staff present. Unfortunately, a bad smell emanated from the plumbing in the bathroom of my room at certain times.

Cons: Location although central was still a long way from main attractions. You need to get on a tube to go anywhere. Most tube stations are at least 15 mins walk away. Barcelona is huge.

Cons: Al llegar a la recepción, las dos personas que nos atendieron fueron muy descorteses: ni saludaron, ni dieron la bienvenida. La televisión no funcionó durante las cuatro días y tres noches que estuvimos allí, a pesar de que lo reportamos desde que llegamos a la habitación. Solicitamos cambio y nos señalaron que el hotel estaba lleno. Nos ofrecieron una copa en el bar por el percance sin solucionar, como si eso solucionase el problema, cosa que me parece una falta de respeto.

La ubicación es genial, todo queda muy cerca. El personal muy simpático y amable. El bar, muy acogedor y además música en directo.

Cons: La habitación era doble e incluía el desayuno, pero solo para una persona. No lo entiendo si es doble. Y otra cosa que se ve en otros hoteles, es el no tener un cepillo para limpiar el WC. Al final el personal de limpieza es por desgracia quien tiene que aguantar ese problema.

The hotel looks modern and it has big and light rooms. Staff was friendly.

Cons: My room had a broken bathroom ventilation fan, and it ran all night on high speed. It was impossible to sleep because of noise. I asked maintenance to fix it, but the fan started squeaking. Staff moved me to a different room, but it has a broken and rusty bathroom door, so it was hard to open the door.

The only good thing about the hotel was the very kind lady receptionist and how clean the hotel was

Cons: The hallway was way too dark in my opinion, and the first problem we noticed when we walked into the room was the light switches you can’t tell which switch is which and was very annoying and confusing, then the tv started to turn off half way into the movie or going all black with only the sound on and also no English speaking channels at all , uncomfortable pillows , the fridge is filled with lots of drinks /beer /sweets and crisps but if you drink or eat they will charge u for it which should have been mentioned beforehand !! , and on to the main thing that really made me never want come back here was the shower ! It suddenly out of nowhere started pouring boiling hot water and burned me and I couldn’t get it to normal temperature of water for atleast 10min!! , toilet seat was making noise and didn’t feel stable when sitting on , I don’t recommend this hotel at all I’m very disappointed as it didn’t meet the price expectations, I will not be returning

Only positive was that the rooms were clean and fresh but this place functions more like an unserviced apartment with a cleaner than a hotel. No help, wifi only available on mobile, no access to rooftop outside of narrow hours, no service, no actual amenities when you need them.

Cons: Very poor experience and absolute lack of services. Despite positioning as a business hotel, their wifi does not work on work computers, and they have no 5G on the premises. The front deck promised to compensate me and never did. Rooms facing the street are loud at night. The room has no expected amenities beyond basic soap. The roof terrace is only open during specific hours of the day, and closed when you want to go there. Staff at front desk are not equipped to make any decisions without their manager, cannot offer support or compensation for missing services and don’t even have a key to the rooftop without their manager. I was very shocked by a complete inability to resolve any questions, and failure to deliver on promises. I understand that the staff have no control, no keys, and no way to actually help their guests without manager present. For the price and for being positioned as a premium hotel, this was a very poor experience all over.

Left my clothes in the suitcase so they wouldn’t leave eggs on the garments. I ran out as soon as I saw daylight. Asked for a refund on my second night since I did not stay. They refused to refund me and had to pay for another hotel the second night. Unfortunately, I was so nervous about the situation that I did not take photos. I just wanted to get out of there!!!! Do not recommend.

The air conditioner would stop after a certain time (although according to the hotel staff the fifth floor had an issue and gave us the chance to switch rooms… we kindly declined, as it was too much hassle to move and after checking the new room the AC seemed the same to me. The shower’s water pressure was extremely minimal, and it took a long time to adjust the temperature. The wi-fi had to be reconnected multiple times during a single day. The worst was the cleaning crew, they did very superficial cleaning, you could still see dust in some spaces. My wife is allergic to dust, and she was having a very bad time. Also, they never restocked regular coffee (only decaffeinated). One day they didn’t even supply toilet paper, so we had to ask for one at the front desk. We stayed for 7 nights, and they never changed the sheets, we replace more often at home. The hotel needs some TLC, it might have been beautiful many years ago, but the maintenance is very poor. If it wasn’t for the friendly staff (big shout out to Erica) and the location, this hotel would have an even worse review.

Amazing location, super friendly staff (shout out to Nathalie at the front desk - she was outstanding!) The breakfast buffet was also great (and opens early if you’re hungry before 9am). The hotel looked impressive at first glance, but it didn’t quite live up to expectations. For the price, I think there are better options in the city. The bathroom had mold in the caulking and shower, and even after asking staff to address it, nothing was done. The AC was weak during the day and only cooled properly at night, likely because of the outdoor temperature. The location is decent within Eixample, but depending on where you want to be, you might find more convenient spots. Overall, my stay was okay — but with so many hotels in Barcelona at a similar price point, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

A top hotel in a fantastic area. The rooms were modern and well designed overall. We were here during a heat wave and the aircon worked exactly as we’d hope to retreat after a day of exploring. The roof bar/pool area is very nice and delivered exactly what we were looking for.

Cons: The breakfast was okay and was a little overpriced as a result. We were given what appeared to be an accessible room meaning the full bathroom got wet after a shower as there was no enclosure. This was slightly disappointing as we paid for better. However, we still loved this hotel.

The location was good, with easy access to public transport. Reception was pleasant at arrival and departure. The room itself was comfortable but was a little dusty and tired. Coffee and milk was not replenished daily and we had to ask, on top of some toilet paper replacement! Basic essentials seemed to be looked over. Towels were changed frequently but on our last day we were given several stained ones. The reception area was well kept but never any staff on the bar and was always empty. Overall a decent place to stay but wouldn’t say it was 4 stars.

Modernes Hotel i Top Lage mit toller Dachterrasse, mit toller Bar und Pool, die man kostenlos nutzen kann. Man konnte die Fenster im Zimmer komplett abdunkeln, was für uns sehr wichtig ist und die Fenster sind schallisoliert, was in Barcelona absolut von Nöten ist. Man kann viele Sehenswürdigkeiten ohne Probleme vom Hotel aus zu Fuß erreichen. Ebenfalls gibt es rund ums Hotel viele Restaurants, Cafés, Supermarkts usw..

Cons: Der Kaffee beim Frühstück war ganz schlimm. Den konnte man nicht trinken. Weder vom einen, noch vom anderen Apparat. Das finde ich beim Frühstück schlimm, da ein guter Kaffee am Morgen für einen guten Start dazugehört. An sich war das Frühstück ok etwas wenig Auswahl und täglich gleich. Wir waren eine Woche, daher ist es aufgefallen. Butter gab es auch keine.

I like the friendliness of the staff but also that it was quick checking in. Not too much small talk. I liked the corner room a lot. It was clean and spacious. The rooftop after a day out walking was a real bonus. The breakfast buffet looked very delicious. Although I just went and got a coffee. I enjoyed that there was a Nespresso machine plus a regular hotel machine with all different kinds of coffees. The location was superb as well for my purpose. I will be back.

Chose this hotel because of its ratings on Booking.com. We walked to the hotel from the metro and also left the hotel on foot to pick up a rental car. Nothing outstanding about their service. We didn't eat or drink in the hotel as the staff didn't really sell this aspect of the hotel. We didn't use the pool as the weather wasn't great during our stay. The beds are comfy and we navigated our way using buses and the metro to the main attractions using our Hola Barcelona card which I would recommend to anyone staying in Barcelona for a few days.

Cons: Staff also made recommendations on places to eat but we weren't really impressed with these and walked out of one place recommended without even ordering

Cons: No courtesy room or late check out option. Asked a few times but told they couldn’t offer anything as high season and hotel was full. We looked direct on hotel website, which offered discount and had 5 rooms available. Shared this with the reception staff and after a long conversation and 3 staff trying to sort, we were eventually able to have the room and pay for an extra night (at the discounted rate) even though we checked out at 8:30pm for our flight! Worth it though for 4 of us to freshen up after a hot day and ready for our journey home! Would be a lot easier to have a courtesy room available, even if you have to pay for it!

I'm going to TLDR it early: We rated this a four star hotel but could easily have been a five star for US with some minor changes. One of our biggest "complaints" about this hotel was the lack of hospitality. It wasn't something we'll cry over because a lot of this hotel is good. I had mentioned when booking that we were on our wedding anniversary and would also love if we can get a superior room with a balcony and even exchanged e-mails with someone at the hotel. Unfortunately they were not able to get me a superior room nor did they congratulate us on the anniversary or leave a little something for us in the room to celebrate like Ive seen in many other hotels (Even in the reviews for this one) - Not a major complaint, but we did expect one of the two. - Upon checking out we did overhear an argument between a customer and receptionist about the customers room bath not having an adequate plug, receptionist didn't really see to care and raised their voice and said the customer should take up with the manager. A bit of odd thing to see from a hotel. We did find It weird that even getting a "HOLA" from receptionist seemed like a big task. Again, I don't think anyone should NOT go here just because of my experience... Just bringing it up that all this was strange to us. It's not our first time in Barcelona so we know it's an isolated incident, don't know if it is for the hotel however? Will say we did enjoy most of the service on the Rooftop and our room was ALWAYS cleaned. Bed: Wonderful bed. Might be one of the top beds we've slept on in a hotel. We did love the pillow menu although we didn't need to use it. The bed was also a king sized bed. TV: Many international channels but only 3 English Channels and they were all news. That said, you can plug your phone or laptop to an HDMI slot on the wall and stream or watch whatever you want on the TV from your device. Bathroom: Nice bathroom. Shower head pressure was a bit lacking to what we were used to, but the shower it self was big enough for 2 or more. A rainfall or bigger shower head would have made this a perfect shower. Don't have to worry about the hot water, there is plenty. If you're wondering where the water pressure from the shower goes, its in the toilet... One of the strongest (and effective) toilet flushes I've ever used. No face towels, so you might have to use one of the medium sized towels or buy wipes. Minibar: As always, over priced. There's beer, coke, kitkat and water. That said, we just bought water at the stores and stashed them in the fridge to get cold. Views: Our room was on the 4th floor, so we had mostly a view of trees and some of the top of the buildings. That was disappointing, especially since we asked for a Balcony room when booking. Rooftop Bar had some great views though. Location: Really good. You're away from most of the tourist attractions, so it's nice and quiet most of the day. You're also 5-8 mins away from a couple of metros and 10-40 min walk away from top attractions. We did almost everything by foot except going to Park Guell and coming back from Monserrat from Placa Espanya. Taxi from and to the Airport was under 40 euros. ETC: We did find it weird that no robes or slippers were available? We always received slippers/robes at the hotels we've stayed at around the world (regardless of price) - Don't know how common these are in Spain, as the previous hotel we stayed in had some. So do I recommend this hotel? Yes. There is a lot of good in this hotel. Would I return? Probably not. We like to try different hotels when we return to countries and the price we paid was a bit much for some of the things we got including lack of hospitality left a little sour taste in our mouth.

My dad and I stayed at the Corner Hotel from Friday to the Sunday and we had a great stay! The staff are all incredibly helpful and friendly and took their time to make sure we were aware of all that was offered at the hotel. The rooms were nice and clean and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel itself is really well put together, the decor is lovely. One of its best features is the rooftop terrace, it has a nice sized pool and bar where you can have drinks in the sunshine. The location is good, it’s not slap bang in the centre, but is still good in terms of getting around to all the places you would like to visit. Just a short walk and you are near bus stations and the metro, or if you’re keen to explore, most places are within a 30minutes walk. I would definitely recommend the Corner Hotel for anyone planning to visit Barcelona, you won’t be disappointed!

Современные чистые номера, супер удобные матрас и подушка, отличная звукоизоляция, очень вежливый персонал. На мое имя должна была приехать посылка, но уже после отъезда. Предупредила на ресепшн, попросила мне сообщить, когда придет посылка, чтобы моя подруга забрала. Все сделали оперативно, чем очень мне помогли. Мы брали проживание без завтраков, поскольку ходили исследовали заведения вокруг, но пару раз перед ранними поездками брали завтрак в отеле - хороший выбор, все вкусно.

When we did this we were told on 2 occasions that we could not order food or drinks and would have to come back in 15 minutes as staff were on their break. Generally staff were rude and unfriendly. Breakfast looks good in the pics, but fried eggs were always cold, cooked bacon was taken out of a plastic container and put in a display warming pot. Same 2-3 fruits everyday. Worst hotel and staff and service I have experienced in Europe, yet it was the most expensive.

Easy to get to from the airport via the metro. Public transport is very good here. Lovely warm welcome from reception and a surprise complementary room upgrade which was really kind and an added bonus. Our room was on 6th floor. Inside there was a free safe, small fridge, table and two chairs with a comfortable bed that had lovely linen. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided along with a hairdryer. Our room also had a city view with a small balcony too. The shower was good in the bathroom. We had breakfast included and there was plenty of choice catering for everyone’s needs. It was a relaxing area with hard working, happy staff. Breakfast and the staff was a real highlight. There was a roof top pool with a few sun loungers and chairs. Towels are provided. We had peaceful nights sleep too which is so important when you’re walking miles each day! I nearly didn’t give this review 5 stars just for the few little details like not replenishing the tea, coffee, water and milk in the room for our whole stay. Yes, we could have asked for some but thought that would be a given. There were no towels available by the pool when we went so my husband had to go back down the lift to ask for some. You’re missing a trick by not opening up the pool bar for a few hours. No one wants to keep getting up and going down to reception to get their drinks whilst sunbathing. As I said, just a few little tweaks required. That being said, your staff are happy, friendly and really hardworking and we had a lovely stay with you so thank you. If we come back to Barcelona again, we would return here to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Corner House. On arrival the receptionist spent some time talking us through what to visit which was incredibly helpful. The room was spacious and very clean, really couldn’t have asked for more. Really quiet in the rooms too which meant we got an excellent night sleep. Location is a little out of the main tourist area, which we prefer however all the main tourist attractions are walkable and it encouraged us to visit some more local bars and restaurants. Lots of places to eat near by. Couldn’t recommend high enough!

The test of a good hotel is not how it delivers on ordinary days but the level of service and care on extra ordinary days. Monday 28 April was such a day when Barcelona had a huge power outage, and The Corner passed with flying colors. With limited electricity many things were not operational, credit cards deposits were suspended and I was accompanied by stairs to my delightful 6th room with had a balcony and view of Basilica de la Sagrada Familia. The Corner Hotel managed to provide its guests with food and drink until 10PM so I was cozy and happy. The hotel continued with its excellent service throughout my three night stay. Many thanks to all staff members for their professionalism, warmth and grace under pressure. Meet me at The Corner.

Nice enough place in a great neighborhood and the staff was very nice. However, there was some $ stolen from my room. Yes, there was a safe and I should've used it. But I don't expect staff to dig into interior pockets of my backpack while I'm away. When I mentioned this to the front desk, they tried to help even as I knew nothing would come from it. But the indifference from the folks makes me think this is a fairly common occurrence. Based on that, I can't recommend this place and would suggest staying elsewhere.

We had a lovely stay at the Corner Hotel for our Silver Wedding Anniversary. We booked the superior room, which was excellent, as the windows had triple glazing to keep out the road and traffic noise. The bed was queen-sized and made up every morning by the housekeeping staff. The breakfast room is wonderful, with a lovely choice of food on offer. The public area and bar are great for spending an evening in. The recent power outage across Iberia made it interesting to get back to our room in the dark, as the corridors are dressed in dark colours.

O Corner Hotel tem ótimo custo beneficio. As instalações são modernas e bonitas e a localização é excelente, pois se pode ir caminhando a diversos pontos turísticos como a casa Batlló. Do rooftop, se pode ver a sagrada familia ao longe. Os funcionários são amáveis e o café da manhã é excepcional. Definitivamente recomendo!

Cons: O estilo do hotel é industrial, por isso muitas decorações são pretas. Seguindo esse estilo, o corredor dos quartos é bem escuro, o que pode dificultar a locomoção de pessoas com baixa visão. Além de possivelmente esconder sujeiras. Mas isso é apenas um detalhe que não prejudicou minha experiência.

Cons: In spite of the bathroom looking “nice”, this was possibly the worst shower I have ever seen in a hotel room (tiny shower head, low pressure and temperature control was not great). The staff simply did not clean our room one day even though we left the sign outside of the door. We had to ask for clean towels at the reception later that night, which were delivered to us (carelessly and not even folded) by a staff member. The rooms do not have WiFi (also something I have never seen - especially in a so called 4-star hotel) and the TV does not connect to any device or streaming service. This room probably had one of the most expensive tariffs of our trip (which included 5-star hotels in the beachside of Spain, for example) and simply does not deliver the quality expected for a 4-star hotel.

Personal muy amable ( me han sacado el coche que mi hijo lanzo a piscina y lo han dejado en habitacion. Muchas gracias). El diseno de instalaciones es super chulo.

Cons: El cuarto de bano tiene banera, al subir me resbale un par de veces y hice dano en la rodilla. Tal vez seria mejor tener plato de ducha en vez de banera. Calidad-precio.
