Остановились семьей после длительного путешествия по Марокко. Это то что было нужно всем! Сервис и персонал превосходный. Мы брали два номера, поскольку дети взрослые Сотрудники заранее уточнили у нас, хотим ли мы смежные номера и по приезду предоставили нам такие, это было очень удобно и заботливо. Номера большие, чистые, есть все необходимое. Кровать очень удобная. Сотрудники реагировали на каждое пожелание. Очень рекомендую!

Cons: I did not realize the property was alcohol free. When I went back (after booking the reservation) to look at the booking.com entry - it stated in the very fine print at the bottom of the description, This should be called it more boldly. We went on NYE and expected to dine at the hotel - but it's no fun doing a New Year's toast w/o alcohol. The property was also much more dated and I expected more for the amount we paid. Overall, our trip to Casablanca was disappointing. The concierge tried to be helpful, but gave us pretty poor and un-researched recommendations - for example, sending us to another hotel for a brunch - when they did not tell us the brunch at the other hotel was over $200 a person.

L’albergo è posizionato molto bene con vista sul giardino e sul mare. La camera era molto grande e molto confortevole. La prima colazione che ho pagato a parte (41€ a persona !) era buona ma non valeva questo prezzo quando sappiamo che il costo della vita in Marocco è molto più basso che in Europa. La localizzazione era anche buona per fare anche belle passeggiate sul lungo mare.
Cons: È troppo costoso per il servizio malgrado che l’albergo è molto bello ma sono prezzi alti per un paese come il Marocco

he breakfast was delicious, but in terms of value for money it was a bit expensive. I can get the same thing much cheaper at nearby places. The staff were nice, especially Ahmed at the pool. We liked the pool and the room. It was a very good location.
Cons: Unfortunately, our first room had a very musty, moldy smell, but luckily we were given another one, and they handled it very kindly — we even received breakfast in return.

The staff were very kind, especially Ahmed from the bar. Breakfast was delicious, and the dining options were excellent. The rooms are spacious, and the twice-daily cleaning was a wonderful touch. Overall, it was a great experience!
Cons: Unfortunately, on the first day we received a room that was beautiful but had an unbearable smell. However, the next day we were given a complimentary breakfast and a much fresher, nicer-smelling room. The staff handled the situation very professionally! In my opinion, though, a long-term solution should be found for the unpleasant odors (similar to mold). It might be an insulation issue?

Me and husband stayed ! And everything was just perfect except whenever you need a car the claim it’s not available!!!!!! Or you had to wait 1h , This was an issue always ! Then on the day of our check out , we were sure if we wanted to extend the stay or check out these people started calling and coming up to our rooms before the check out time lol so we just ended up leaving going to another hotel ! Other than that the staff are really nice

Cons: التلفزيون ما فيه تطبيق يوتيوب و الموظفين حاولوا يساعدوني بس للاسف ما عرفوا يشغلونه بوفيه الفطور بسيط جدا و ما فيه تنوع و لا يعكس المطبخ المغربي الجميل ، كنت اتمنى اشوف اصناف محلبة اكثر مثل الاجبان المغربيه ، الزبده البلديه ، العسل بانواعه و الزيتون المغربي من الغريب و العجيب ان بوفيه في المغرب و في فندق 5 نجوم يحتوي على جبن واحد و زيتون اسود بدون اي تنويع او نكهات مغربيه اصيله لا توجد لحوم بارده و ما في اي خيارات شرقيه مثل الفول ، الطعميه ، المتبل او الخضار المشويه و لا حتى السجق بصراحه كان مخيب للامال جدا و اعتبره من اضعف بوفيهات الافطار اللي جربتها رغم روعة الفندق في باقي الامور

I mean it's to Four Seasons, what else is there to say other that it's quite affordable compared to other locations. The pool and poolside restaurant are excellent. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The spa is great. Listening to the sound of the waves from your balcony is amazing

Love this hotel, the room was exceptional, the staff is amazing but the only negative this hotel has is no alcohol! Don’t know why but that’s a negative for me. Other than that, highly recommended! Shopping mall walking distance (3min) and restaurants nearby.

Прекрасный ресторан с Шефом Александром из Питера. замечательный завтрак на крыше. Мягкая удобная постель с качественным бельем, все что необходимо в ванной комнате, хорошего качества. В номере ванна с видом на океан, на балконах медель для комфортного отдыха. Комплименты от отеля. В общем, все соответствует 5*!
Cons: Главный минус, в отеле, из-за близости к мечети, не продают алкоголь) Ну и муниципальный пляж конечно не соответствует уровню отеля и если бы отель взялся за его организацию и уборку, было бы правильно.

Начнем с того что это безусловно лучший отель в Касабланке ! Расположение , гостеприимство , забота , уют , комфорт и внимание к каждой детали и конечно персонал - все на высшем уровне . Нам сделали бесплатный апгрейд нашего номера . Сделали сладкий комплимент для детей . Завтрак был просто безупречным и невероятно изысканным . Очень комфортные кровати. Если еще раз вернемся в Касабланку то несомненно только сюда .

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. This property is awful. It does not feel like a Four Seasons. It was so overcrowded and there were children literally running and screaming everywhere from 7am until midnight. There was no clean, quiet place to sit in the lounge or dining area and the pool looked like a kids pool at the community center. No seats. Filthy. The room was filthy and disgusting. The staff was nice but very slow and poorly trained

It was a perfect hotel, the staff is so friendly and nice. Really makes you feel special and you can ask them anything. They helped with any questions we had and were able to get us into some restaurants that needed reservations. They also found out it was our honeymoon and upgraded us as well!

Het personeel was super vriendelijk, en behulpzaam. We werden heel lief en aardig geholpen door Yasmine bij aankomst en we konden heel op tijd in onze kamer, we waren daar heel dankbaar voor. Dit hotel ligt ook op een geweldig locatie en het zwembad werd ook erg gewaardeerd, vooral door mijn 11-jarige zoon!

Cons: For a Four Seasons we were disappointed by the level of service although people are genuinely nice, still doesn’t cut it when you have to wait and ask to be served at every outlet. Porters/Concierge at the entrance wouldn’t even assit my wife with her luggage when she was checking out. They could do a lot better with service provided there are plenty of people around, shouldn’t they be busy chit chatting among them. Housekeeping did a very good job overall, except the minibar was never replenished throughout the 4 nights we stayed there.

Cons: The hotel is a bit old & out dated. The food at the hotel was really bad! It’s was inedible in some cases, except for the Moroccan dishes. We were very surprised that simple things such French fries, margarita pizza & club sandwich which are considered basic across all hotels was so bad we couldn’t eat it! Public facilities were not clean especially the rest rooms.

This is not the best Four Seasons Hotel as its a bit older and not as fancy as others. But the staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurant has good food. No liquor license is a major limitation of this hotel and it really is not well advertised. It also seems that much of the area is in transition with not a lot of dining or entertainment options nearby.

The stuff was so kind and helpful. We had an amazing time. Starting from reception, we asked for late check out and it was arranged with no questions. The boys at the parking and a lady in the restaurant were just the best. (Unfortunately don’t remember their names). We were with motorbike and everything went smoothly.
Cons: The breakfast wasn’t included in the price, its a little annoying for such a hotel. Of course we paid and had a breakfast which was just amazing.

I have had the pleasure of staying at several Four Seasons hotels around the world, and my recent visit to the one in Casablanca, unfortunately, did not meet the high standards I’ve come to expect from the brand. While the location is beautiful, there are definitely areas for improvement to align it with the exceptional experiences found at other Four Seasons properties. I believe it has the potential to be much better.

However, two minor things that might be looked after were the food as it was average comparing to other Four Seasons that i have stayed in. The second part, the spa was okay.

Four seasons review We were very disappointed with this hotel. We are not sure if it was just the particular days we were staying there, maybe someone inportant was staying at the hotel. They have an xray security scan at the entrance so everytime you come in you have to go through it, definitely not a 5 star feeling? Not only through the front entrance, but when we were walking along the beach, we entered through one of the side entrances and the security asked for our room number and we had to go through the security xray scan as well. This is definitely an older property, rooms are a bit outdated. The hotel just looks a bit bare, it looks like any traditional hotel. They didn’t have turn down service. We left our shoes for shoe shining inside the bag provided for housekeeping to come and take them. When we came back, our shoes were untouched and not shined. Overall experience was just not something you think of when staying at a Four Seasons. Utterly disappointed with the branch in Casablanca.

It was a typically gorgeous facility with magnificent views and food options.
Cons: I respect the management for there being a no alcohol policy ever in order to make it available for the majority local and foreign Moslem community. They showed the strength of their convictions for which I salute them. That being said, I would have appreciated knowing that as a non-Moslem tourist I would not have been have been allowed a glass of Moroccan wine with dinner. The not knowing is my only complaint.

Hotels in casa weren’t the best to be honest, checked couple of ones and probably four seasons was the best among them, but still I consider it as my least favorite four seasons. Night shift manager Anass was really good and accommodating
Cons: They made me wait for hours before they check me in! They allocated the room at 5 pm even though I went since 7 in the morning and went again at 12-1pm but they said 3 and when I went at 3 they gave me the room two hours later! I had water leakage in the toilet at night but was so tired to waste my time and allocate another room, also the bins were rustic!

As far as Four Seasons properties go, we have stayed at better in terms of how well the hotel is maintained. Nevertheless, the bed was reliably comfortable, service was good and the view of the ocean from the lobby restaurant was stunning. It is well located on the Corniche.

The room was massive and kept nice and tidy when we entered. We liked how the staff was very understanding and accommodative of our requests. Thank you very much.
Cons: The room didn't have hair dryer which usually we think should be available. We had to call to get the hair dryer. The balcony didn't have lights outside so it was dark at night time if we had to enjoy the evening fresh air.

The location was excellent as it was near everything specially with a mall next door which is less than a minute walk providing access to food places, a carrefour and pharmacy (just what you need when travelling with kids). Лучший отель в Касабланке, это знает каждый житель. Таксист что вёз нас в этот отель так и сказал - я вам завидую) прекрасное расположение, рядом океан, вид из ресторанов шикарен. Самая вкусная еда в ресторане у бассейна, рекомендую. Персонал на высшем уровне, все вопросы решают сами, от вас только запрос и лучший результат. Отель большой, но с гостями мы почти не пересекались. Спасибо, вспоминаю с теплотой, обязательно вернусь)

Ощущение сопровождения от «А» до «Я», внимательность персонала к деталям, гостеприимность и отзывчивость на все просьбы. Номер был безупречными и очень удобным с видом на океан. Каждое утро подавался вкусный завтрак. Идеальное расположение для отдыха в Касабланке: безопасный район, пляж, океан, при этом наличие всей необходимой инфраструктуры (ТЦ, рестораны, кафе, достопримечательности). Этот отель - это душа. Персонал, сотрудники настолько искренне приветливы, вежливы и дипломатичны, что хочется возвращаться снова и снова.

The hotel is very nice and the staff are very very good. I would have given 5 stars across the board but there was a wedding the hotel and the festivities lasted from midnight to dawn - right outside our room. Did not sleep at all with the noise throughout the night. I wish they would have given us another room or notice that this was going to happen. Lack of sleep and no real foresight by the front desk sullied what would have been an otherwise great stay - the rest of the staff were top notch.

Красивейший ресторан с видом на океан и прекрасной кухней на обед. 5. Персонал оооочень очень вежливый! Все вопросы решали очень быстро 6. Сад и бассейн в отеле- красивые! 7. На территории так же есть ресторан авторской испанской кухни- очень вкусно, очень красиво! 8. Чисто!
Cons: Это не совсем минус, но лучше добавит алкоголь. Очень хочется с таким прекрасном видом выпить бокал вина. Но это никак не портит отдых

The property is beautiful with a huge beach area right behind it. You can see the large Atlantic Ocean waves rolling in from the restaurant. The food at the restaurant was very good, especially the local cuisine. The room was spacious and very modern. And the best was the staff. They took care of us very well throughout our stay. And it wasn’t one person but everyone. Very big focus on customer service.

The staff in all areas are amazing. They are all focused on one thing and that is the care and satisfaction of their customers. Everyone is always asking how they can help you, and if you do need help, they provide it. So it’s not lip service but actual customer care. The dining experiences were all wonderful and the hotel is wonderful. After staying at this Four Season hotel I look forward at staying at more. Yes their price is on the higher end but you definitely get what you pay for - great accomondations, fine dining and extraordinary hospitality
