Personnel accueillant. Check-in rapide. Chambre 276 pour 1 personne coté rue vraiment très bruyante. Du fait des persoones exterieurs à l'hôtel et klaxons motocyclettes et voitures et des gens qui s'interpellent vraiment très fort! Nuit blanche impossible de dormir et je n'exagère rien! Petit-déjeuner varié.

Je suis tres déçue de voir que hotel. Com propose c est hotel ,car il est tres sale le cartier est horrible .par la même je vous fait une reclamatiom de remboursement de c est hotel, car même si c est est a 50 euros, il vaux 0 pour moi

If All you need is a place to crash at night , then this is the place for you . The bed was relatively comfy , bathroom clean ( no shower curtain though ) . The biggest problem was the huge amount of tiny ants invading the room .. and they had to treat it with pesticides so it smells .

Generally ok. Would be well if there is more lighting in the room. The gay at the reception (the male gay) was rude with us when he asked for an additional 88 dhs for what he called taxes because we booked the reservation via Expedia.

Für den Preis ein riesen Reinfall. Das Zimmer war dreckig und das Personal beim check out total unfreundlich. Es liegt an einer Kreuzung, die bis 2:00 Uhr nachts laut ist. Ob die Fenster geschlossen oder geöffnet sind, macht keinen Unterschied.

The hotel is VERY OLD, dirty and very nosy. It’s not safe area. Bathroom is dirty and bed is not comfortable. I would not recommend to stay there.

Very rude staff-too much noise on the street- this is not even 1 star hotel- The young lady at the front desk was nice. How come that the main entrance gets locked at night. I booked for 4 nights but I just stayed for only one night- It's not worthy at all to book there no joke. However, there is nice breakfast but the quality of the room the location are horrible. The old guy at the front desk was extremely rude & kakki.

In generale tutto ok ma c'è da dire che l'hotel è a conduzione familiare e molto semplice, senza fronzoli, però pulito. In simili casi ci si aspetterebbe un'accoglienza più calda e invece lo staff risulta molto freddo. Mi viene assegnata una stanza che trovo aperta e mancavano gli asciugamani. Avevo prenotato una stanza per due persone perché sarebbe dovuto passare anche un amico ma alla fine non è stato così, inoltre il mio volo mattutino non mi ha permesso di usufruire della colazione poiché alle 4:30 sono andato via in taxi. Ciononostante, con totale indifferenza, non mi è stata ridotta la tariffa, né mi è stata preparata una piccola colazione a portar via e addirittura hanno preteso 2€ di tassa di soggiorno prima di riconsegnarmi il passaporto. Sinceramente, non ripeterei l'esperienza e mi aspetterei da hotels.com un minimo rimborso.

A VERY QUIET HOTEL FOR SUSTAINABLE HOLIDAYS, . NEAR TO MANY SHOPS WHERE SHOPPING IS POSSIBLE. THE HOTEL IS LOCATED NEAR THE FAMOUS BAR "MARCEL SERDAN", WHO HAS BEEN THE HUSBAND OF EDITH PIAF. CASABLANCA IS A MAGNIFICENT CITY TO DISCOVER ... AND NOT ONLY BEACHES.

オーバーブッキングのため違うホテルになりました。 案内されたホテルは清潔とは言えず、またレセプションの従業員の対応も悪く、このホテル自体の印象が悪くなりました。 約2時間足止めとなり、計画していた日帰り旅行ができませんでした。 モロッコ滞在時の他のホテルが良かったため、非常に残念。 繁忙期であったわけではないので、オーバーブッキングにならないよう、改善が必要。

Esse hotel tem o quarto tão pequeno que não conseguíamos nem entrar com as malas, nem só para dormir é bom, o atendente ( parecia o proprietário ) não foi nada simpático , não entendia inglês e o pior pagamos o hotel pelo site e lá ele nos cobrou novamente alegando que não estava pago mesmo conosco apresentando o comprovante. Tudo péssimo

The worst experience during my Morocco trip. I booked the quadruple room with 2 king beds and 1 single bed. I was not provided with the room booked instead they gave me a room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed which did not accommodate the party of 5 i had. They were refusing to refund the money nor give me an additonal room to accommodate our group. Once we checked in there was NO ELECTRICITY for 5 hours meaning no AC in the room. To make matters worse they had the audacity to charge us extra hotel fee per person regardless of all the inconvenience they caused us. Expedia should not be working with such businesses and im requesting for a refund for this very unpleasant experience.

Not at all what was in the photos. The neighborhood is not for foreign guest. The first night I didn't sleep the room that Orbitz said they have was not available. We have to change rooms the next morning, which was not what I was expecting but a little better then the first night. The Orbitz operator said it was king bed in the suit but it is a full bed very disappointed.

when I arrived to the hotel i was told that they gave my room away, because checking in ends at 8:00PM!! Knowing that my flight lands in Morocco at 9:45PM, the only thing I could get from this hotel is an apology & a refusal to refund me my money, No room & no money . In conclusion, my experience with this hotel was very poor and not satisfying at all.

It's one of the worst hotels I was ever been to. The room was the roughly the same size as the bed, no other furniture. The staff kept saying "1 minute" or "5 minutes" forever during the check in; all in all it was 40 minutes of "5 minutes", "room is ready, please wait 1 minute". Breakfast was tea plus bread plus boiled eggs, no yoghurt, nothing. Everything smells of fried fish. The hotel is located in back streets, not a slum, but close to it, and 15-20 minutes from the nearest tram stop. I am sure that for the same price I could find something 2-3 times better.
