The room was spacious and so was the bathrom that had bot tub and shower. The beds were very good for good night sleep. Staff very friendly and polite. The only negative was dirty carpet that should be replaced.

The Grand Mogador City Center is now trading as Double Tree by Hilton and it seems they have not had the time to bring it up to the Hilton standard which is a pity because sullies the Hilton brand in its present state. When I got to my room, it had not been serviced from the previous night. I was given another room and the carpet was covered in stains which I hope were mostly wine. The tea making area has a light which is on some sort of sensor and it stayed on all night.

Cons: Our bath towel had a hole in it. The staff were not able to give good directions and was not very helpful in giving advice like where to go. We asked them to mark out where the hotel was on a printed map. They said that the hotel is not in the printed map. It is beyond the map. Then I used google and found where it is .. on the printed map. The hotel is there. Sometimes, they miss putting bottle of water for us and we have to ask. I asked about light switches in the room and they said they will send someone to show me but the person never showed up.

I will rate this Hotel 0 out of 10. We have had the most horrible experience with the Hotel. The hygiene and cleanliness of the rooms was very, very horrible with hair all over our bathroom and carpet. The housekeeping and service is worse. It took them three hours to get us one hair dryer, and not putting any coffee and water in our room.

We stayed at the hotel for a total of ten days, and everything was excellent. The food was delicious, and the cleanliness of the rooms was truly outstanding and deserves special mention. A particular highlight was our waiter Ayous, who always served us exceptionally and very kindly during dinner. Also, waitress Kamila (I hope it’s the correct spelling) was extremely attentive every morning at breakfast and made us feel very welcome by making coffee without even asking. Thank you very much for everything!

I traveled on an international tour with 16 people in our group. Two of our rooms seemed to be targeted against Americans by the hotel staff. Upon check in, one room had a pile of feces in the bidet and another room had urine sprayed all over the entire bathtub. We went to the front desk and tried calling multiple times. This issue was never addressed by the staff. Unacceptable.

The location was very convenient. The atmosphere was a mixture of corporate, serene and kid friendly. Merriam from the front desk deserves a star. I was sorry to hear that she moved on to another hotel nearby. The rooms were very spacious with big windows and an excellent view of the mosque. The carpets and headboards were stained. The rates were very comparable. My children were in the room next door, and I did not hear a word. The service was excellent! I just wished the room attendant would have provided wash cloths and replaced a hand towel when one was used. I was the first guest to have a massage at the spa. It was FANTASTIC! Jenelle was absolutely fabulous! I made another reservation during the holidays and cannot wait. By far, the service was in the restaurant. I became familiar with the staff and look forward to breakfast every day. Kudos to Asmaa, Mouna Kamelia (my favorite!) , Amal, Khadija, Oumaima, the manager (beautiful smile).

Cons: The hotel is not in the best area in Casablanca. I stayed here as it was the starting point for a 10day tour. Unfortunately it seems to be in an industrial part of the city. For people not familiar with Casablanca they will not venture outside.

The staff at this hotel are very nice. My wife did a review of the staff at breakfast Yesterday. I would like to mention Zakaria in the gym. Zakaria is a former Moroccan kick boxing champion and works as a personal trainer. Zakaria is a very friendly and open person. He trained our 17 year old son four times in kickboxing - and myself in weight lifting. He even showed up on his off day, because He knew, we would be there. Outstanding service. Also the room cleaning lady did her utmost to make our stay as pleasent as possible. Always with a smile and thorough cleaning.

He was not friendly, he dialed the restaurant # and past the phone to me and said you can talk to them yourself. He was playing on his phone half the time. Also, there is a foreign exchange rate board at the front desk,. Im expecting them to have the m9ney exchange service but the same staff didnt exchange for us when we asked to exchange some local currency. Very bad attitude and poor customer services.

We have stayed at many Hilton properties around the world, but Hotel Grand Mogador City Center DoubleTree in Casablanca is truly one of the best. We booked last minute and did not know what to expect, but from the moment we arrived, we were blown away. As our taxi pulled up, the building’s size and bright lights immediately caught our attention. It was beautiful on the outside and even more stunning on the inside. We were warmly greeted, helped with our bags, and as soon as we walked into the lobby, we looked at each other and said WOW! The decor was elegant and welcoming. At the front desk, Hassan greeted us with the kind of Moroccan warmth and friendliness we have come to love. He quickly got us checked in, and the moment we walked into our room, we were amazed. The room was huge, the view was breathtaking, and I loved being able to open the window to feel the Casablanca air. Watching the sunrise and sunset from our room was such a gift. The food was also a big highlight. Every meal was delicious, and the macaroons made by the Chef were out of this world. Since everyone in our party works in the service industry, we notice the little details when it comes to hospitality, and this team impressed us in every way. The staff even surprised me at breakfast by singing happy birthday and serving me a signature Moroccan dessert. Thank you from my whole heart for celebrating my 50th birthday with me. You all made it even more memorable! A very special shout out and thank you to Hassan, Sara, Ramzi, Salma, Oumaima, Rajae, Mehdi, Mouna, Kadijha, Amal, and Saida. I hope I did not miss anyone. You were more than just great hosts and servers, you are wonderful people. Your teamwork shined, and you served with so much joy that it made us feel like part of your family. The hotel itself is very clean and well-maintained, and the staff were generally friendly. Upon our late-night arrival, we unfortunately faced booking issues, which dampened our first impression. Thanks to the helpful reception team, we found a temporary solution, and the hotel resolved the matter the following day. Breakfast was excellent – varied, fresh, and delicious. The warm and welcoming attitude of the staff created a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. Our room was spacious, beautifully furnished, and thoroughly cleaned each day by Nadine, whose attention to detail we truly appreciated. However, there were also some downsides. The Wi-Fi in our room did not work throughout our entire stay, and despite raising the issue, the reception staff did not provide any solution. In addition, the gym was closed without any prior notice. For three days we were assured it would reopen “the next day,” and only on the fourth day was it actually accessible again. The comfortable room and excellent breakfast made the hotel a pleasant base for our trip to Morocco. Still, due to the unresolved issues with Wi-Fi and gym access, I can only give the Grand Mogador City Center a rating of 3 out of 5.

We stayed at the Grand Mogador City Center Hotel for four nights, and it proved to be the perfect base for our travels. Its location made it easy to join tours to Marrakech and Tangier, and to experience the breathtaking Hassan II Mosque. As Diamond members, we were delighted to receive an upgrade to a stunning executive suite—so spacious it felt more like an apartment than a hotel room, truly fit for a king and queen. The service was impeccable from start to finish. Every staff member we encountered went out of their way to assist with genuine warmth. The breakfast buffet is not to be missed, offering a wide variety of cuisines ranging from traditional Moroccan favorites to Mediterranean options. When we had early morning tours, the restaurant thoughtfully prepared “to-go” breakfast boxes for us. A special mention goes to the wonderful hostess, Meryem, whose friendliness and attentiveness made our mornings even more enjoyable. For dining, the Oliviera restaurant is a gem—be sure to try the authentic Moroccan tagines, beautifully complemented by fragrant mint tea. The front desk was also very helpful in arranging taxis and even offering medical assistance if needed. We truly felt welcome, cared for, and valued throughout our stay. If there’s one area for improvement, it would be the front desk phone service. While we had no trouble in person, our attempts to reach the front desk by phone from the US before our trip went unanswered despite trying at different hours. Improving responsiveness on international calls would make the overall experience even better. Overall, our stay was exceptional, and we are deeply grateful to the hotel team for making it so memorable.

À notre arrivée dans la chambre, nous n'avions pas de tapis de bain, les serviettes étaient vieilles et usées, mini bar sans rien hormis une bouteille d'eau à moitié vide, donc d'un précédent client. Le sol collait sous les pieds, ménage superficiel. À part pour le checkin, tous les paiements ont dû être en cash (room service et dîner). Lors du dîner, j'indique ne pas vouloir de poivre dans mon plat, il y en avait tout de même, j'ai donc été indisposée toute la nuit. Le couloir de la chambre qui s'allume dès que l'on va à la salle de bain et qui réveille donc tous les occupants de la chambre. Un haut de gamme qui se retrouve dans les prix mais certainement pas dans le service. Notamment un tea time à 19h avec un pianiste qui joue des chansons de Noël en plein mois d'août. Entre autres détails pathétiques.

Very fantastic hotel with extremely welcoming staff. The property is being transformed. Very clean suite regularly managed by Nadia, excellent food from the restaurant managed by Ragaa and her well trained staff like Maryam. I got everything i needed in terms of experience and value for money with the kind and regular attention of Saad Maizi, the Guest Relations Agent. I hope to repeat the visit. Un grand merci à tout le personnel de l'hôtel. Les chambres d'hôtel sont confortables spacieuses et tres propres. Avec belle vue sur mer. Le petit dejeuner est exquis avec des choix divers . Je remercie Mrs Mehdi et Hamid pour leur service et leur gentillesse ainsi que tout le personnel de restauration qui est au top. Merci a MR ismail le responsable de conciergerie qui était a l'écoute et attentionné et un grand merci a MR zakaria le chauffeur de la.navette qui nous a emmenes jusqu'à l'aéroport et qui était aimable courtois et agréable tout le long du trajet . The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are extremely large. The Breakfast buffet was delicious. The staff is always looking to help. We finally met the housekeeper, Nadia, and told her that we would like extra towels, and our bathroom was always filled with extra towels for the balance of our stay. and she did an excellent job of cleaning our room every day. Just as an FYI when you pull up to the hotel for the first time and the sign on the building says DOUBLETREE....Don't be confused, its the right hotel

I had a truly enjoyable stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable, offering everything needed for a relaxing experience. The overall hotel services were efficient, timely, and exceeded expectations. I would especially like to commend the housekeeping team on the night shift. Mr. Hassan and Mr. Amin were incredibly helpful, professional, and attentive to every detail. Their positive attitudes and dedication to guest comfort made a real difference during my stay. Amazing hotel! Wonderful staff, incredibly nice, accommodating, and professional. The room was absolutely beautiful, clean and spacious. It is located more in the business city center near the ports (great view of the ports!), rather than in the downtown "medina" area, but that was much preferable as it was quieter and more tranquil, better sense of privacy. Very close by taxi to downtown, so still extremely convenient. Took several tours while visiting, and the hotel was always one of the preferred pick up locations. Highly recommend!

Room was lovely, clean and a great view but it was the hotel staff that made our stay amazing. Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and help. Ismail, concierge, helped us for an extended period book a train to Marrakech and even with difficult internet on our phone, he smiled! Tlias inquired on our food preferences and directed us to an amazing dinner. Upon our return, he was thrilled that we were satisfied. We were greeted in the morning by restaurant hostess knowing our room. The attentive hotel personnel made all the difference in our stay.

Worst experience ever. Not a single towel in our room when we checked in. Took over 45 min to get towels. Rooms are hot and ac won’t turn on without key. Only one key provided. Stains on carpet trash can and mirrors. Hall light wouldn’t shut off. Called desk and waited another protracted period of time. Very inconvenient because we have an early morning flight. Worst hotel we’ve stayed in Morocco.

As Diamond members we were upgraded to a nice spacious suite. The hotel has a good gym with Precor equipment. The staff was very helpful and one woman offered us complimentary mint tea, while we looked over the menu to reach a decision as to whether to have dinner in or out. We ended up eating in. My wife like the couscous but thought it a little dry. The bream tagine was excellent. Transportation from the hotel to the airport was somewhat more expensive than a taxi but was in a much nicer van. The only negative for us was location. The hotel is surrounded by apartments and warehouses and in its immediate vicinity there is not much of interest.

I arrived with no plans and was thrilled to meet the team who did everything to make sure that everything i hoped for, happened and well! From Ramses who met me at the car to Sara and others at the front desk and Ismael, the concierge, EVERYONE was wonderful. I truly felt like the goal was to make my stay as unforgettable as possible. Ismael was able to help with transportation and my next hotel and little things like finding a charger. He is GREAT at his job, both kind and generous with his time. Yusef was the driver to Marrakesh and he was fantastic too, super accessible and responsive. He really went out of his way to make sure i saw what i wanted. My room was great, the hotel is beautiful and with the incredible service, I would HIGHLY recommend a stay at the Grand Mogador in Casablanca.

This hotel is very dated. The facilities were old and dirty. The area in which the hotel was located had very few restaurants and was run down with many vacant buildings. We asked for a wake-up call for an early morning departure and did not receive one.

J'étais une cliente fidèle et je n'ai rien contre cet hôtel , mais j'ai récemment contacté cet hôtel par téléphone pour des informations concernant la réservation de mon conjoint et j’ai été déçue par la manière dont l’agent de réception m’a répondu . Le ton employé était impoli , peu professionnel et désagréable, et je ne parle pas de Nabil ni Kawtar , ce qui m’a mise mal à l’aise. J’espère que cet aspect pourra être amélioré afin de mieux représenter le service attendu dans un établissement de cette catégorie

My wife and I came to Casablanca, Morocco for a three day couple’s weekend and stayed at the Grand Mogador City Center Hotel. It was an absolutely incredible experience. We were welcomed as Hilton Diamond members by Kawta (front desk), got early check-in and were then upgraded to a beautiful Suite on the 15th floor overlooking the port. A lovely welcome gift of fruits and savory snacks was then delivered to our room by Mouna who was exceptional all through our stay. On our first day we ordered room service for lunch. The food (and presentation) was excellent. During our stay we had amazing Moroccan breakfasts served by Mouna, Asmaa, Ismail, Oumaima, Amal and the rest of the restuarant team. Their dedication to making us enjoy ourselves was unmatched. On the spur of the moment we decided to visit the blue city of Chefchaouen. The hotel quickly organized taxis and train travel to the city. I highly recommend this hotel and commend its wonderful and dedicated staff and look forward to visiting again soon. Charles

As with any visit out of town, especially in a foreign country, your hotel is Very Important. I would rate this hotel at the top of my list. The rooms and the entire hotel are well maintained and clean. The best part is the staff from front desk to the restaurants, and management. Kawtar and Saad are great! Hilton did a wise move in this addition to their hotels.

Las habitaciones son enormes y están en perfecto estado, con unos dulces riquísimos. Y el silencio es total . El personal es muy amable, desde las chicas de Recepción, el chico de puerta, hasta Mustafá, que hablaba español y que fue quien me despidió antes de tomar el coche de vuelta al aeropuerto. Erg hartelijk welkom door receptie personeel. Uitstekende plek als uitvalsbasis voor mijn werk: wel dicht bij het centrum en toch goed bereikbaar zonder al te veel files. Upgrade naar grotere kamer gekregen. Zeer stil, en rustig, echt heel erg comfortabel. Ruime kamer met erg prettig groot bed. Fijn zitje en prima bureau om aan te kunnen werken met snelle wifi. Ruime badkamer met bad en inloop douche. Separate wc. Enorme keuze bij ontbijt; 4 buffetten met alles wat je maar wensen kan. Enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam en geïnteresseerd personeel. Bezienswaardigheden en top class restaurants op 20 min met taxi. Anders wel andere restaurantjes en winkels op loopafstand.

Cons: Het hotel gaat volgens mij opgeknapt worden, een kleine opfris beurt van de tapijten en badkamer zou welkom zijn. Verder helemaal niets, aanrader dus.

Mir hat besonders die Sauberkeit der Zimmer gefallen, die gemütliche Atmosphäre und die freundliche, hilfsbereite Art des Personals. Auch die Lage der Unterkunft war ideal – sie war sowohl ruhig als auch zentral gelegen, was meinen Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Zudem fand ich die Ausstattung des Zimmers sehr komfortabel und gut durchdacht.

Cons: معاملة سيئة من الاستقبال استغلال خداع رفض دخولي الفندق حسب الحجز وهو لشخصين أنا وزوجتي ومع ذلك رفضو مع وجود عقد زواج طلبوا منا أخذ غرفة اخري وبعد ذلك يمكننا ان نجتمع في غرفة واحده وهذا اسمه استغلال ومراوغة مع انه ظهرة لهم عقد الزواج الأصلي وليس صورة ومع ذلك رفضوا وطلبوا منا حجز غرفة اخري بسبب ان العقد ليس مغربي وانا شخص اجنبي وعقد زواجي يوجد به كود حكومي يمكنهم التأكد منه بثواني مع وجود جميع الختوم الحكومية لكن هدفهم هو استنزاف المال منك من اجل أخذ غرفة اخري

Hotel de 5 estrellas que se asemeja a la calidad de los hoteles de esa categoría en otros países. La habitación grande, silenciosa y muy cómoda. El wc y bidet separado en otra habitación. Tiene ducha y bañera en la otra habitación. El desayuno con un buffet muy variado, tienen a un hombre que se dedica exclusivamente a servir el té marroquí. Atendieron nuestra petición de la habitación al ir de luna de miel y nos prepararon el cuarto con una bienvenida muy bonita. Lo recomiendo.

Cons: A pesar de que es un hotel muy grande, ya tiene sus años, las instalaciones de las habitaciones les hacen falta un mantenimiento. En nuestro caso, la puerta del cuarto de baño no cerraba bien y se quedaba abierta, el tapón de la bañera no funcionaba y llamamos a recepción y enseguida vinieron a intentar arreglarlo pero aún así la bañera seguía perdiendo agua y se vaciaba enseguida. No nos gustaba que las luces del pasillo fueran con sensor y había que esperarse hasta que pasara un rato para que se apagaran....

This was the second time we were lodged in the hotel. We love it. Room service and cleaning staff very kind and helpful. I do not hesitate to give them maximum classification.

Cons: When we arrived, there was no one to help us with the bags. Then, when we asked in the reception to call us a taxi, the guy arrogantly told us to speak with the porter. The porter kindly told us that they had received instructions one week before not to call taxis for customers, adding that the reception guy shouldn't have sent us to him. While we were already outside the hotel, a staff member came and told us to stop a taxi ourselves.

This was not my first visit, and I had previously enjoyed positive experiences, so I was particularly surprised by the significant decline in service during this stay. We arrived on Tuesday evening, following a delayed flight. Despite having pre-booked and pre-paid for our rooms for myself and two colleagues, we were required to wait in the lobby for over an hour without any explanation or communication from the staff. It was well past midnight before we were able to access our rooms. This level of service is far below the standards I have come to expect from your establishment, and I would appreciate an explanation for the delay and the lack of communication. I trust that this issue will be addressed promptly to ensure it does not happen again.

Cons: I regret to say that my recent stay at your hotel was extremely disappointing, and I feel compelled to bring these issues to your attention. Unfortunately, very little about my experience met the standards I had come to expect from a hotel of your reputation. Upon arrival, despite having pre-booked and pre-paid for my stay, I was forced to wait for over an hour to check in. Once in the room, I experienced further issues, including a malfunctioning toilet that ran throughout the night, depriving me of sleep. Additionally, we were left waiting in the lobby for an hour to place our order, and the lobby itself was overcrowded with guests who had ordered numerous pizzas, ate all the available fruit, and blocked access to the elevators. The difficulties continued at check-out, where it took the reception staff over 20 minutes to provide my invoice. To make matters worse, there were ongoing construction works in the hotel, even during the night, causing excessive noise that made it impossible to get a peaceful rest. When I raised these concerns at the reception, I was told that I should understand the situation because your telephone system was malfunctioning. While I appreciate the challenge, this does not justify the poor level of service I experienced throughout my stay. This stay was far from the five-star experience I expected, and I would appreciate a response regarding how you plan to address these issues to prevent them from recurring in the future.

Je descends à la réception et demande à changer de chambre et on me réponds que non je n’ai pas finis ma réservation de 3 nuits donc je ne peux pas changer de chambre mais qu’un technicien va passer. Je dis Oke et on me dit que pr quel technicien passe je dois rester dans ma chambre et être présente. Vous pensez bien que je n’ai pas que ça à faire. Votre wifi c’est une catastrophe . Pleins de petites choses comme ça et bien évidemment pr finir mon séjour Je demande une facture et on me réponds que j’ai payé via booking et que c’est booking qui doit me faire une facture. Chose qu’ils démentent Je suis au téléphone actuellement avec eux ils vont prendre contact avec vous.

Cons: The hotel was terrible! The room was dirty and falling apart. The bed made horrible noises, like it was from 100,000 years ago. The toilet didn't work properly, and there was no coffee machine—just a few cheap coffee sachets. The carpet was disgusting! On top of all that, I asked from the hotel reception for a taxi to take me to Oasis train station, which is only 15 minutes away. But the driver was rude and kept driving around in circles for about 50 minutes, making me miss my train! I gave him 200dh (about 20 USD), and he only gave me back 30dh in change, plus a random old 5-euro note! So, he took 120dh for a ride that should have only cost around 40dh. A big hotel with such terrible service is really disappointing!

Back down to reception (I was on 16th floor) and I was allocated a new room. Lightning poor in room. At about 10.30pm I was woken by knocking on my door, I got up to discover room service got the wrong room to deliver food to. Next day on arrival back from tiring day my key card wouldn't work so down to reception again to get it fixed. I decided to have breakfast on my second and last morning as I had time - totally shocked by price - 175 dirham, I'd been for dinner at lovely restaurant previous evening and it was cheaper. The breakfast was just okay but not worth price. I had asked about getting currency changed at reception and they were very dismissive (chatting amongst themselves) and pointed vaguely in a direction where I could go.

Cons: Nessuno spiega niente, il parcheggio è una giungla, il personale a colazione è molto distratto, non vengono riforniti in tempo succhi, cibo, bicchieri e posate. Il buffet alla sera sarebbe buonino ma il costo non è in proporzione. Personale alla reception distratto e non pronto. Rapporto qualità/prezzo pessimo. Potrebbe essere un buon 3 stelle, certo non 5.

I had a very bad experience with A/C three times in eight nights, which enforced me to leave the hotel leaving two nights in my booking, and the hotel refused to return it back and to keep it as a balance for next stay which I don't think it will happen again. If you please help me in refund it to my credit card it will be appreciated.

L’accueil superbe fidèle au Maroc 🇲🇦. La chambre exécutive avec la vue fabuleuse finalement j’ai rajoutée deux nuits à mon séjour donc top 👍 un grand merci à Fatima-Zahra pour cette accueil chaleureux je n’oublierai pas.

Cons: Le buffet et le petit déjeuner. Dommage que le choix soit aussi restreint. Le petit déjeuner est à 22€ ce qui est conséquent et le choix n’est pas là. Je suis entrée déjeuner au matin entre 10h15 10h23 faute de réveil durant mon séjour . A 10h31 il n’y avait plus de buffet c’est dommage pour un 5* j’entend bien que le petit déjeuner s’arrête à 10h30 je sais que la réponse apporter sera celle ci. Mais quand on réserve la moindre des choses serait de laisser le buffet même 10 min de plus cela n’aurait pas retarder la mise en place du midi. Donc voilà le faite d’avoir vu des employés vite débarrassés ce qui restait pr l’emporter et le consommer en cuisine m’a vraiment déçu

Excellent reception staff. Got upgraded to a better room. Room service breakfast was good with generous portions. Fair parking area

Cons: Disappointed with room service where I ordered for soda and waited for more than an hour but the order never showed up. Room furniture needs upgrading. This affected my facilities and staff rating. However, I will consider this property in my next trip as a second option.
