Excellent séjour dans ce riad à Marrakech ! Un accueil au top et un personnel adorable, toujours disponible et vraiment aux petits soins. La chambre était spacieuse, parfaite pour un voyage en famille, avec une literie très confortable. L’emplacement est également idéal pour profiter pleinement de Marrakech. Mention spéciale pour le petit-déjeuner, tout simplement magnifique : généreux, varié et délicieux. Une très belle expérience, nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Je recommande vivement ce riad !

The inner courtyard was quiet and had preserved the traditional decoration of the old riads, the sounds of the birds were the best company for your breakfast. The return from the chaos that happens in the old city stopped as soon as you passed the door of the riad. The breakfast was simple but filling, the mint tea was aromatic. The riad in general is very beautiful, especially the courtyard
Cons: The room was on the top floor and was very hot, but the air conditioning was unable to cope since there were many cracks in the windows and the entrance door, which were old and did not close properly, and the heat came in from there. This made it especially difficult for us at night. It's also okay not to have a TV, but not to have even a mini fridge in the room at this temperature and not being able to drink a glass of water at night was torture. The room was not cleaned in the 4 days we stayed except for garbage collection and the area outside the riyadh was full of garbage and didn't look very safe. Of course, this happens everywhere from what I understand in the entire old city, so it's not just a riyadh issue.

Un séjour inoubliable au Palais Tinmel Un grand merci à Abdeljabbar qui nous a super bien conseillés tout au long de notre séjour. Très accueillant, gentil, une personne vraiment incroyable ! Le riad est magnifique, les chambres sont jolies et climatisées, et la piscine fait vraiment du bien après une journée de visites. The riad was nicely decorated with so much detail in the way it was put together, all of the staff were friendly and helpful. If you need anything or want advice they are on hand to give you all the hints and tips. The courtyard is clearly very loved with all the plants and flowers looking beautiful.
Cons: We were really lucky with our stay it was very quiet. It’s quite a walk from the town 20mins doesn’t sound far but when you add the Moroccan weather walking it in 44 degrees isn’t that pleasant. Having said that there’s plenty of taxis and tuk tuks to get around so once you find your way to those it’s easier.

Cons: I feel so deceived by a particular staff member (Nono). First she advised she organized a dinner show at a restaurant for 9:30pm and I would have to be ready by 9:00p.m., . She knocked on my room door by 8:00p.m. and stated she told me it was at 8:30pm. Then she was rushing me to get ready. Once I was inside the car with the driver, a few blocks away the driver picked her up, it didn't make any sense. Before arriving to the restaurant she advised me that the transfer would be 220Dh. I gave her 400Dh and she gave me the wrong change , she gave me first 70Dh and when I complained she gave me $1 euro. She confused me and kept 100 Dh I didn't think I would be taken advantage of a hotel that I was highly recommended by a friend that stayed here.

Cons: L’emplacement nécessite de marcher 8 mn pour avoir un point de rencontre avec un taxi. Mais les touks touks ramènent au pied de la porte et être à l’écart des zones les plus agitées restent appréciable.

Das Riad ist sehr schön anzusehen und man darf den Pool tatsächlich auch benutzen. Das Personal war freundlich und professionell
Cons: Leider ist die Lage nicht so gut. Zum Zentrum der Medina braucht man zu Fuß 20. Minuten. Da die Unterkunft in der Nähe eines Tores zur Medina und an einer breiteren Gasse liegt, war es durch regelmäßig vorbeifahrende Motorräder sehr laut.

UWAGA! Wspaniały hotelik!!! Jest to mały, 10-pokojowy butikowy cukiereczek!!! Hotel położony w samej Medinie gdzie nie dojeżdżają taksówki więc ostatnie około 200-300 metrów trzeba przejść po wąskich uliczkach. Hotel w stylu berberów. Wchodząc do dość dużego dziedzińca przenieśliśmy się do pięknego, cichego i przepięknie ozdobionego dziedzińca z małą fontanną i 4 dużymi palmami!!! W pokojach klimatyzacja i bardzo wygodne łóżka. Obsługa bardzo gościnna i pomocna. Zarekomendowali przepyszną kuchnię w równie ładnie urządzonej restauracji Limoni. Jedyną przeszkodą dla osób mniej mobilnych może być brak windy ale nam to nie przeszkadzało. BARDZO POLECAM!!!

Un grand MERCI à tout le personnel pour sa gentillesse, sa bienveillance, ses attentions, son professionnalisme et tous ses bons conseils pour avoir rendu ce séjour INCROYABLE ! - c'était une surprise pour l'anniversaire de ma fille et elle n'a vraiment pas été déçue :))... Nous avons été reçues comme des princesses, et nous nous sentions comme à la maison. Je recommande à 2000% ce riad et c'est certain si nous revenons à Marrakech, nous reviendrons au Palais Tinmel MERCI beaucoup à toute l'équipe pour cette belle expérience !

Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich. Haben uns super betreut von Ankunft bis Abfahrt. Das Zimmer hatte hohe Decken, somit war es geräumig, obwohl von der Größe her mittel klein. Das Badezimmer mit einer großen Badewanne war auch sehr angenehm. Obwohl es um 23h kein Essen mehr gab im Restaurant, da es schon zu hatte, hat uns der Rezeptionist Glovo empfohlen und geholfen, das Riad gezeigt, und uns mit einem Tee&Kekse begrüßt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Cons: Die Lage war angenehm weil direkt an einem der Tore, allerdings sehr weit vom Trubel entfernt und abends etwas Respekt einflößend, da es ein eher ärmerer Medina Teil ist. Dafür ruhiger und abseits des überfordernden Marktangebotes. Nicht auf die Kinder eingehen, die sind frech Touristen gegenüber, die Erwachsenen waren respektvoll und lassen einen in Ruhe, obwohl die heruntergekommenen Gassen erstmal beängstigend wirken können.

Cons: En la descripción pone que hablan español y nosotras excepto con un camarero no pudimos hablarlo con nadie El Riad está a 30-35’ caminando del centro donde tienes normalmente todas las actividades y la vida de la ciudad, aún así el hotel te gestiona taxi si se lo pides sin problema Nuestra habitación daba a la calle y un par de noches tuvimos mucho ruido fuera que no nos dejó descansar bien ya que la ventana no insonorizaba apenas.

There was a leak in the room itself with water leaking into the electrical sockets. One morning during breakfast there was excrement on the floor under the tables that once pointed out but was not cleaned for several hours.

Het paleis was absoluut fantastisch. Het personeel doet er alles aan om je verblijf tot een succes te maken. Wat een lieve mensen werken hier. Ze spreken ook nog eens verschillende talen. Het ontbijt was elke dag anders en gevarieerd. We hebben ook een keer in het restaurant gegeten, fijne kaart en lekker! De kamer was klein en de badkamer vooral functioneel. Maar de bedden waren prima.
Cons: We moesten echt wennen aan de buurt. Het personeel van het hotel doet er alles aan om je op je gemak te stellen, maar het bleef toch wat onveilig voelen soms. Nu is onveilig voelen natuurlijk subjectief. Maar het was onze eerste in Marrakech en we moesten de eerste dag echt even acclimatiseren.

Also , I think their cook is very good too , we have had the same chicken dish there and in a popular restaurant in the center. Hotels '' chicken tagine'' was way better than the high end restaurant's dish. It takes 25 mins to get to the center. You can find somewhere closer to the square but it would be hectic and loud in the evenings/nights.

This is one of the most beautiful hotels we have ever stayed in. It really is a palace with so many different areas to chill in throughout the day, all of them exquisitely decorated. You could spend a whole day just hanging out at the riad and you wouldn't get bored. Highly recommend watching the sunset from the top of the riad one night during your stay: the views of the atlas mountains on one side and the orange glow cast across the city on the other is truly magical. The wonderful staff also make this riad really special. Hassan, Nadir and the whole team treat you like gold and this made our stay even more memorable - thank you! We almost didn't book this riad after reading a couple of reviews that it wasn't in the best area. While I can see why some travelers might feel unnerved by the residential area - especially if you arrive at night - the team at the riad go above and beyond to make you feel safe, meeting you at the taxi drop off point and walking you to pick up locations, even organising your bookings for excursions. Nothing was too much trouble for them. With regard to the area itself, like anywhere, it's good to have your wits about you, but everyone seemed genuinely friendly or just minded their business. We didn't feel unsafe walking at night in the area at all, just the usual motorbike dodging and keeping an eye out for stray dogs (we barely saw any the whole trip). Breakfast was also delicious - varied each day with a range of Moroccan breakfast food - and the team even made us something earlier than the designated 8-10am slot on our final morning so that we had some food in us before a long journey. Overall, our experience in this riad was phenomenal and we were really sad to leave. One day we will definitely be back!
Cons: Not really a dislike per say but it is about half an hour walk to the souks and main square, which can feel daunting at first when sharing narrow walkways with motorbikes, cars, and donkeys, so if you're someone who knows you'd find half an hour of this each day overwhelming, try to stay somewhere closer to the main markets (but beware it might be a lot louder in this area).

The breakfast was local in nature. Very generous and varied. The staff was particularly friendly and attentive. Again the staff, no request was a problem.
Cons: The location in the Medina was not ideal after dark. This is not a critique but an observation. Morocco is a muslim country and is by and large a"dry" country, not wine, beer or alcohol. Not a problem for me but might come as a surprise for some.

Cons: It is a good walk to the souk and the main square. If you are prepared for it. There is not a problem. As in any big busy city, don’t walk around with belongings and keep your phone and money in a safe pocket or bag. Marrakesh is becoming a highly sought touristic destination and with that anything can happen.

Cons: Eiskalte Zimmer, unbequeme Betten und ein Frühstück in einem völlig kalten Raum mit wenig Auswahl. Im Sommer kann man diese Unterkunft vielleicht noch ertragen, im Winter auf keinen Fall. Hinzukommt: Es war dreckig, heruntergekommen und die Zimmer entsprechen überhaupt nicht den hier veröffentlichten Bildern. Nur der Innenhof ist schön gestaltet, alles andere nicht. Wir haben die Reise nach nur einer Nacht abgebrochen und weder eine Entschuldigung oder E-Mail noch auch nur einen einzigen Euro erstattet bekommen. Sehr enttäuschend.

Ho soggiornato in questo riad e l’esperienza è stata davvero molto positiva. La struttura è accogliente, ben curata e in una posizione comoda perché lontani dal caos dei souk, ma si riesce a visitare la città e muoversi a piedi. Le camere erano pulite, ordinate e confortevoli. La colazione molto buona. Anche gli spazi comuni erano sempre ben tenuti. Il vero punto di forza però è lo staff: tutti sono stati estremamente gentili, disponibili e sempre pronti ad aiutarci con il sorriso. Ci hanno dato consigli utili su cosa vedere, dove mangiare e come organizzare al meglio le nostre giornate. La loro attenzione verso gli ospiti ha fatto davvero la differenza e ci ha fatto sentire accolti fin dal primo momento.

Struttura accogliente in vero spirito marocchino. Servizi efficienti e ambiente pulitissimo. Staff pronto a darci tutte le informazioni e indicazioni per districarcinella Medina. Un ringraziamento particolare a Nadir sempre pronto a soddisfare le nostre richieste.
Cons: Unico appunto alla posizione della nostra camera che purtroppo dava nella via dove si soffermavano fino a tarda notte gruppi di ragazzini.. Problema comunque risolto da Nadir che sppena ha potuto ci ha data una stanza più interna e silenziosa.

Un très beau Palais traditionnel, les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables, très propre, bien placé dans la Médina. On fait tout à pied. Les personnels sont d'une gentillesses, très serviables que ça soit à l'accueil, au restaurant et les femmes de ménage. Ils sont prêts à rendre service avec la sourire. Je conseille vivement et sans hésitation.

E' un bellissimo riad situato non molto lontano dal centro (circa 15/20 minuti di passeggiata). L'odore di acqua di rose che ti accoglie, ti da subito la sensazione di relax. Lo staff sono la punta di diamante di questa struttura, sempre accoglienti, disponibili e pronti a soddisfare ogni tua richiesta. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Mouad, Hassan e Moustafa che durante il soggiorno non ci hanno mai fatto mancare nulla!

All staff were extremely helpful, kind and friendly and arranged airport transfers and a Hammam booking for us which was fabulous. Breakfast was different every morning, traditional, home baked goods and tasty. We ate dinner one evening which was lovely, home cooked local dishes

Palais Tinmel è un Riad che si trova nella Medina in una posizione ottimale per poter raggiungere il centro di Marrakech agevolmente. Lo staff è stato sempre gentile e presente, in particolar modo Mouaad, sempre disponibile a dare informazioni e suggerimenti. La colazione è stata sempre all'altezza delle aspettative, offrendo una varietà di cibo ottimale. Tutte le attività organizzate con l'aiuto dello staff sono state divertenti e ci hanno fatto scoprire aspetti diversi del Marocco.
Cons: L'unica nota negativa che possiamo sottolineare è forse legata alla temperatura della camera. Abbiamo trovato un tempo non molto bello con delle forti escursioni termiche, quindi la sera la stanza era un po' fredda e nonostante lo staff ci abbia munito, su nostra richiesta, una stufa elettrica, questa non si è dimostrata sufficiente sia per la poca potenza sviluppata sia perché i soffitti erano molto alti. Potrebbero potenziare questo aspetto.

Cons: Имейте ввиду, что риад - это отель внутри старого города за стенами. Ты идешь к отелю буквально по грязным катакомбам (туда машины не ездят), надеясь, что никто из местных тебя не прижмет к стенке и не ограбит. Пешком до входа тоже не дойти. Рядом ужасный местный рынок и куча странных личностей. Только такси. Мы были на Новый год. Отопления центрального в Марокко нет, ужасно было холодно., в ванне невозможно раздеться, плесень на потолке, белье и полотенца мокрые всегда. Фиксированнный завтрак только в 8 утра, если ты хочешь раньше, персонал тебе скажет ок, но на деле никакого завтрака хотя бы на 15 минут раньше не будет. Мы пытались два раза попросить завтрак раньше - нет. С персоналом невозможно ни о чем договориться. Они не передают друг другу информацию, подобные проблемы были с другими туристами, застали пару скандалов.

Everything was perfect. The staff could not have been any more pleasant , approachable and helpful. The riad is in the quieter part of the madina which suited us well and was only 10 min walk to the hustle and bustle. Breakfast was different every day and served in a beautiful room in the riad. The sociable Riad cat,zubeeda, made our stay even more homely. The rooms were very clean and the housekeeper did a wonderful job tidying the room everyday.

There is plenty of terrace space to relax, a refreshing pool available to guests, and lots of greenery that contributes to the peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and kept in a lovely traditional style that enhances the overall experience. Breakfasts were mainly on the sweet side, but tasty and fresh. Both the mint tea and the coffee were very good.
Cons: The area is okay, but it’s about a 30-minute walk from the main square. You won’t see many tourists here; it’s mostly a residential neighborhood. In the evenings, you might not feel completely comfortable or entirely safe, especially if you’re not familiar with the area. There are quite a few local people approaching or trying to engage you in conversation, which can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming.

Cons: Nosso quarto tinha apenas uma janela pequena, ficou um pouco confuso com as fotos do booking. A localizacao não é muito conveniente para quem quer ficar perto do mercado, a caminhada é longa e o hotel é localizado num bairro mais simples. Acho que é muito bom para quem tem interesse tmabém em conhecer a parte nova da cidade uma vez que é muito perto de um dos portões da medina.

We had a wonderful stay at this riad! The place is very nice, clean, and beautifully decorated, but what really makes it special is the incredibly welcoming staff. Before arriving, I had read some of the less positive reviews and shared my concerns with them — they were very reassuring and responsive. When we arrived (even though it was midnight), they met us at the drop-off point nearby and greeted us with delicious Moroccan tea. Mouaad was amazing — he helped organize our taxis to and from the restaurants we had booked, and even prepared a takeaway breakfast for our early departure. The location is a bit farther from the main square, but there’s easy access by car and a nearby drop-off/parking area, which is a big plus in Marrakech. Overall, we felt very well taken care of and would definitely recommend this riad to anyone visiting!

We had dinner there 2 nights and the food was really tasty. The breakfast was abundant with local cuisine, fruits. The hospitality was above expectations, including the staff. Nadir ci ha accolto all'arrivo a notte fonda avendo cura di accompagnarci dal parcheggio all entrata del Riad. Mouaad ci ha coccolato con le sue fantastiche premure per assicurarci un soggiorno fantastico.. Fue un acierto sin duda, desde antes de llegar la atención es muy personalizada. Mouaad es como tener un asesor de viajes incluido, que está pendiente de las necesidades que puedan surgir, desde lo más básico como una coca cola hasta conseguir excursiones o datos para hacer shopping. Sin el, no sería la excelente evaluación, es clave él en que de la máxima calificación a esta estadía.
Cons: Lo unico que no me gusto es que para ir a cualquier lugar se debe tomar un tuk tuk, ya que en la medina de por si es complicado ubicarse y si falla el internet es imposible saber donde uno está localizado. Sin embargo, Mouaad nos ayudó en tener siempre eso resuelto.

We were treated amazing by Mohamed and the staff. The room was very nice and specious with our own terrace and another large terrace outside our room. It was safe because they always lock the door of the riad. It is located inside the medina but not near the heart of the medina, maybe a 10 to 25 min walk from it which was very walkable. We are grateful for the great service we received from all the staff!

I loved the hotel. It was a traditional Moroccan hotel with beautiful decor. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They organised all our tours and the kitchen was open when ever we wanted to order some food. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We even had a small pool to jump into at the end of the day to cool off after being in the streets all day.

We had a great stay at Palais Tinmel and the staff members were amazing. They were accommodating and friendly, assisting us with transportation and more. The property is also beautiful and we enjoyed our time there. However, be sure to schedule your pickup and drop offs in advance because taxis do not fit in the small streets. It is easy to get lost walking but tuk tuks are a common form of transportation.

Everything was truly exceptional. The buildings and room were beautiful, the breakfast and dinner we had were gorgeous, and the staff really went above and beyond. As two women traveling together in Morocco for the first time (and without cell service), we were a little unsure what to expect, what exactly to see, how to get around, etc. Mouaad especially made the best recommendations, gave great advice, coordinated our transport around Marrakech by tuktuk, and arranged our transport back to the airport. He took care of so many things that would otherwise have been stressful, allowing us to just enjoy our vacation in this beautiful city and riad. Definitely highly recommend Palais Tinmel.

L’emplacement trop éloigné de toute les activités et restauration (30min à pieds). Serviette de toilette trouée et tachée. La piscine pas chauffée, trop petite et pas éclairée. Accueil exceptionnel par Morad, digne de la légendaire hospitalité Marocaine. Tout au long du séjour, Morad et Mohammed ont été â l'écoute et disponible, toujours prêts à nous aider, jusqu'à même amener nos valises à la place lors du départ. Ce qui était très pratique car nous étions en famille avec 2 petites de 2 ans et 4 ans. I was honestly very pleased with my overall experience at Palais Tinmel. The staff was kind, we were treated very well since our arrival. The place is beautiful, a true oasis! The breakfast was also very good, with both savory and sweet options and the staff was always available to attend our requests on more fruit or coffee. We were blown away by the overall feeling of the place when we arrived: nice ambiance, incredible smell and a lovely welcoming tea with Moroccan pastries. We also hade one dinner at the hotel and the food was delicious, although a bit on the pricey side. In general I would highly recommend staying there and I feel we had a beautiful and positive experience in a true Riad.
Cons: I'm rating a 9 because, although the place is amazing and we loved our stay, there is still room for improvements. I would recommend making sure the lighting in the rooms is always warm (we had a couple of cold-lighted light bulbs which were not very pleasant) and perhaps a choice of lower pillows, since the ones we had were a bit too high for us. The location is also a tiny bit further away from the center of the medina — which for us was not really a problem, but for others less keen on walking could be.

Yet still very easy to walk to restaurants and the centre of the medina. We came back to Marrakech a week later and wished we stayed at Palais Tinmel again. Comfortable and clean.

The riad is truly beautiful with traditional tiled floors, Berber rugs, carved shutters and beautiful Moroccan stained glass lampshades. The rooms are large and comfortable. We had a family room which was perfect for travelling with two children. There is a small swimming pool which the kids enjoyed and places to relax and sunbathe. As soon as you step into the riad you leave the hustle and bustle of the Medina and souks behind. It's a haven of peace and tranquillity with birds singing in the courtyard.
Cons: It would have been nice to have a hamman/ massage at the riad. There was an offer of this but at another nearby riad.

Muhamed torna seu café da manhã uma experiência 5 estrelas. Ele é elegante e cortês, parece um bailarino servindo os pratos. Procura agradar todas as solicitações. Nos sentimos muito acolhidos por todos os funcionários do hotel. Tivemos uma estadia longa de 7 diárias então observamos bastante. O salão comum tem uma música suave e um jardim muito agradável , sempre ofertam cha de menta e é um espaço muito relaxante.
Cons: Gostei muito de tudo mas a ressalva que faço sobre a localização, que é boa, próximo dos pontos turísticos principais mas fica localizado dentro da medina( a cidade amuralhada) a aparência externa dos imóveis , as ruas estreitas e com curvas assusta no início principalmente para nós brasileiros que vivemos em um país com muita violência urbana e assaltos, mas marrakesh é muito segura para turistas. O hotel oferece sempre algum funcionário para acompanhar até o ponto onde os automóveis estão ( fora das muralhas) são 5 a 8 minutos de caminhada. Dessa forma nos sentimos muito seguros e aproveitamos o trajeto para conhecer como as pessoas realmente vivem em Marrakesh. Se tem a mente aberta é diferente mas seguro e uma vivência única.

Cons: Die Dusche und der Abfluss waren defekt und mussten repariert werden. Reklamation wurde zunächst bezweifelt („marrokanische Dusche“). Das Zimmer entsprach nicht dem angekündigten hellen Zimmer und lag dunkel im Erdgeschoss. Abends laute Musik bis nach 23h im Innenhof (unbedingt Ohropax mitnehmen!). Beim Frühstück sahen wir, dass die Nachbarn zusätzliche Speisen hatten, um die wir dann bitten mussten (unangenehm). Hinterließ das Gefühl wegen unserer Beschwerden nicht mehr willkommen zu sein (übertriebenes Nachfragen und Freundlichkeit). Wifi durchgängig schwach.

Schönes Riad, sehr stimmig eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Eine Insel der Ruhe. Personal außerordentlich zuvorkommend. Zum Frühstück wird jeden Tag verschiedenes Gebäck frisch zubereitet. Das Riad liegt in der nördlichen Medina, man lebt also mitten unter den Einheimischen, in einer engen Gasse, das Riad ist also nur zu Fuß erreichbar. Aber die nächste Straße ist nur ein paar Gassen entfernt; dort gibt es auch immer Taxis. Auf den Platz Dejma El Fna kommt man zu Fuß in ca. 25 Minuten.
Cons: Abends braucht es zum Heimkommen immer ein Taxi, weil man durch die Gassen zu Fuß nicht "heim" findet. Aber das nimmt man wohl im Kauf, wenn man in der Medina wohnt.

Palais Tinmel is een superleuke riad. Het is gelegen iets buiten de drukte van het zalige Marrakesh maar alles ligt op wandelafstand. De kamers zijn mooi ingericht en heel proper. Het ontbijt en het diner zijn heel lekker. En het personeel is supervriendelijk en behulpzaam! Kortom, de ideale uitvalsbasis voor een citytrip naar Marrakesh.

Das Hotel liegt recht zentral in der Medina, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten der Altstadt sind gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Personal war trotz Ramadan täglich bemüht, uns den Aufenthalt so nett wie möglich zu gestalten, das Frühstück war reichlich und wenn möglich, wurden alle Wünsche erfüllt. Es gibt innerhalb des Riad's viele Rückzugsmöglichkeiten, kleine Sitzecken und von der obersten Terrasse einen wundervollen Blick über die Medina bis zum Atlasgebirge. Die Zimmer waren traditionell eingerichtet und sauber.
Cons: Die Zimmer zur Strasse sind leider sehr laut und die Nachtruhe war schwierig, man sollte unbedingt ein Zimmer zum Innenhof nehmen. Die "Suite" wurde ihrem Namen leider nicht gerecht, es war ein Doppelzimmer, das kleine (aber durchaus ausreichende) Bad war leider nur durch einen Vorhang vom Zimmer abgetrennt.

Every staff member, Azzam, and unfortunately I don’t remember the other 2 guys from the reception are the best of the best, and the cleaning staff too, everyone super super super nice and kind, I can’t stress enough how kind and nice they all are. The first day of arrival book a transfer because it’s not easy to find the first time, it’s very close 4 min but the streets are small and a few turns, with a transfer they pick you up and then it’s easier. And then for the remaining days with google maps you get by. Can’t wait to come back :) Shukran to all the people that work in the riad ❤️

Cons: Situation : Le Riad est située dans une zone "délabrée" de la médina, à 30mn à pied des activités, des souks et de la place Jemma el fna ! Nous avons eu froid ! Chauffage inexistant dans les chambres et les parties communes * 12° dans les chambres : la climatisation/chauffage placée au niveau du plafond (à 4m de hauteur) est totalement inefficace ! * Salon et Salle à manger : 1 unique petit radiateur mobile ne permet pas de chauffer les 2 pièces. Nous étions 5 personnes pour les fêtes de fin d'année... Diner de réveillon avec manteaux et écharpes !

Cons: The room was very small, and the shower was old, with uneven water flow. The Wi-Fi didn’t work during our stay. The location is quite far from the main attractions (25-30 minutes to Jemaa el-Fnaa), and while the walk through the medina can feel authentic, some areas are sketchy.

Amazingly beautiful authentic Riad. With beautiful mint tea and sweets on arrival. Lovely room with a beautiful copper bathroom. Very romantic and well positioned on a stunning courtyard. Breakfast was great with a variety of local specialities fresh orange juice . Mint tea or coffee Our receptionist was so helpful in helping us send a carpet we bought home. My partner David had an Indiana Jones experience on the back of his motor bike with a five foot carpet. Thanks to the ladies that found the plastic to wrap it in. An amazing experience .
Cons: There was nothing we didn't like about the Riad it was all fantastic. We had a couple of experiences where we were asked for money for directions. So just be aware if you accept directions you will be expected to pay. Carry some low denomination notes in case . You can however always ring reception. To get about ensure you have roaming .

Overall was ok, if you expect to find regular amenities of a lodging such as iron board etc… this may not be your place. I was upset at check out when they made me pay a city tax which was not included in the price I paid in Expedia and was never mentioned in any website of communication, expedirá should be more transparent with this kind of things, does illy when you pay a price which confirms, all taxes and fees are included.

Das Hotel ist sehr hübsch. Der Besitzer hat mich zum Parkplatz begleitet und nachts abgeholt. Als allein reisende Frau würde ich das wieder so machen. Das war hilfreich. Das Hotel ist typisch marrokanisch und hat ein tolles Flair. Insgesamt war uns das Hotel aber zu weit ab vom Schuss. Ich würde das nächste Mal eines näher in der Stadt buchen und mir Taxi Fahrten sparen. Das liegt aber an der Lage. Das Personal und Hotel war sehr gut.
Cons: Das Hotel ist zwar in der Medina, aber doch knapp 30 Min. Außerhalb und in den kleinen Gassen fahren keine Taxen. Somit ist man immer angewiesen, zu laufen bzw. Vom Parkplatz ein Taxi für ca. 15€ zu nehmen. (Hin rück 30€). Das Frühstück ist gut, dauert aber lang. Wir haben meist 45 Min. Eingeplant und haben das Essen nach guten 30 Min. Bekommen. Das ist eben typisch für dort und wir sind es nicht gewohnt zu warten. Mussten uns dann also schon beeilen, da wir Ausflüge gebucht hatten. Diese jedoch nicht übers Hotel, weil hier schon ordentlich drauf geschlagen wurde. Trinkgeld ist gern gesehen.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce riad très typique et bien entretenu. La vue des différentes terrasses est magnifiques. La restauration est très bonne et s adapte à votre demande. Le personnel est très sympathique et en particulier HOUSNI qui a été de très bons conseils pour nous indiquer les bons restaurants dans la médina et nous organiser plusieurs excursions. Nous recommandons ce riad et ne manquerons pas d y retourner lors de notre prochaine escapade à Marrakech.

El trato por parte del personal y en especial el de Yassin, el cual habla en castelllano y varios idiomas más, nos indicó y asesoró muy bien El hotel está ubicado en un antiguo palacio en el que vivían las 10 esposas de un General. El sitio es precioso con unas azoteas y unos patios de ensueño. Está a una media hora andando de la plaza Jemaa el-Fna.

This is a gem of a place! Exceptionally clean, very comfortable beds and friendly, helpful staff. Located in the busy medina, it’s a hidden away oasis where you can truly relax after a day’s sightseeing. I was traveling alone and had some respect for walking through the small streets in the evening, so Housni showed me the city at night on my last evening, for which I thank him very much! Beautiful riad with terrific staff, pleasant breakfasts served in the stunning courtyards.
Cons: 20-30 minute walk into main area which meant negotiating the maze of streets that felt a little threatening at night, as not only are you dodging the countless motorbikes zooming past with no consideration for pedestrians, you’re also fending off self proclaimed ‘guides’ who claim to want to make sure you’re safe (despite not requiring their services) and then getting angry when you don’t want to pay their sudden demand for compensation. This isn’t a fault of this stunning riad but the location meant that we met a few of these men. Make sure you know where you’re going and politely insist that you don’t need them! We learnt the hard way!

We loved the ambience and the decor. Really beautiful riad, great location, and truly like an oasis to return to after a day spent exploring the buzzing Medina. Staff really welcoming and helpful from arrival to departure - truly wonderful.
Cons: As it's a historical building, the rooms are therefore not soundproof so you can hear other guests sometimes. Not a huge problem for us but may be for light sleepers.

Très bon riad que je recommande sans soucis.
Cons: Pas grand chose de négatif à redire, en cherchant bien je dirais le réglage de la douche un peu compliqué et l'attente un peu longue le soir au restaurant. Mais rien de méchant ce sont des détails.

Absolutely lovely hotel. Looked exactly like the photos on Booking.com. A hidden gem from the streets. Everyone in the hotel would go out of their way to be super helpful and make sure your stay went smoothly. It is about 30 mins walk to the main square.
Cons: The only thing which we think the hotel could improve on is breakfast. Breakfast isn’t buffet or à la carte. You get a set of dishes brought to your table which you can’t pre-select. In our case we didn’t eat too much sweet dishes and didn’t have much of choice. We requested more savoury dishes but go the same set up everyday. This mostly means you get one savoury dish and two sweet dishes plus fruit. I think it would go a long way if guests were asks what they would prefer before hand - also avoids food to go to waste.

The hotel was absolutely insanely good, cant skip mentioning the marvelous staff as they do everything for you to feel home and feel comfortable. Welcome is arranged with tea and exceptional Moroccan hospitality. They also helped us to organize some visits to the museums in Marrakech. First they had manage to change the day of our reservation so that they did not have a room for us, but this they did not teall us. Then they manage to miss to pick-up my wife from the airport. We did get a room after 45 minutes. Food OK but not more. The place has a certain charm and can be fantastic with the right management. Location is in the North of the old town, where most of the attractions and restaurants are in the south.

Well, there are always arguments about hotels, restaurants, etc, although for me, no matter how beautiful it is a place, the staff always make the difference. Very helpful, kind, and reliable. Nadir, you are my man in Marrakesh from now on 😁. All the people working there were amazing but my good friend Nadir made a huge difference. Till the next time, my friend. La gentillesse, la disponibilité et la bienveillance du personnel. Merci à Nadir et à son équipe vous êtes parfait. Le riad est magnifique, très reposant. Les repas servis sont très bons. Les petits déjeuners copieux. La piscine est petite mais suffisante pour se rafraîchir. Nous avions la chambre 10 la suite familiale qui est très spacieuse avec une très jolie salle de bain et sa terrasse privative. Comptez 15 min à pied de l'entrée des souks vous vous emmène jusqu'à la place. Et 5 minutes à pied d'une porte de la médina pour les taxis ou départ des excursions. Tout était parfait merci beaucoup.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Bei jeglichen Problemen und Schwierigkeiten halfen sie uns umgehend. Am ersten Tag saßen sie mit uns und gaben uns die besten Empfehlungen für den Urlaub. Sie nannten uns Orte, die wir besuchen können, gaben uns Restaurantvorschläge, halfen uns bei Buchungen und kümmerten sich liebevoll um unsere Nachfragen. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Auch gab es jeden Tag etwas Neues zum Frühstück. Das Hotel war sauber und sehr schön und traditionell eingerichtet. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und sehr willkommen:)

We arrived late into Marrakech and took a taxi to the north gate of the Medina as can’t get to the door via car. It’s a bit of a maze in there so my family (including 11 month old baby) were very thankful the staff came out to meet us at the gate and help us with our luggage. Upon arrival we were served tea and given some excellent recommendations of things to do while in Marrakech (most of which we did and enjoyed). Would highly recommend. 10/10

J'ai récemment séjourné au Palais Tinmel pendant 2 nuits et mon expérience a été exceptionnelle. Le Palais Tinmel est un véritable bijou caché, n L'architecture et la décoration traditionnelles marocaines ont créé une atmosphère magique et authentique. Le personnel de l'hôtel était incroyablement accueillant et serviable, toujours prêt à répondre à nos besoins. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et confortable, offrant une vue imprenable sur la médina depuis notre terrasse privée.Le restaurant de l'hôtel nous a également impressionnés avec sa délicieuse cuisine marocaine. Les plats étaient savoureux et préparés avec des ingrédients locaux de grande qualité.Enfin, l'emplacement du Palais Tinmel est idéal pour les amoureux de la culture. En résumé, mon séjour au Palais Tinmel a été mémorable, et je le recommande vivement à quiconque recherche une expérience authentique au Maroc."

The riad overall is a pretty place to stay and has very welcoming staff. Unfortunately when we (my friend and I) arrived our room wasn‘t cleaned propperly (in the shower was still hair from previous guests, bedsheets and pillowcases with stains and hair on it). After demanding fresh bedsheets they only made the bed and didn‘t actually gave us new/clean bedsheets. We stayed for five nights and they never cleaned our room nor changed our towles. They only „made“ our bed everyday so the room seemed to be clean but it wasn‘t actually. We wouldn‘t recommend their breakfast because the quality was low and it wasn‘t really tasty nor diverse. We stayed in many different riads all around morocco and this one was the priciest but had by far the weakest price-performance ratio. our conclusion: the price isn‘t justified.

Cons: Un po’ lontano dalla Medina, raggiungibile a piedi ma devi fare attenzione a non confonderti con i vari vicoli. Il taxi non può portarti al Riad ma si ferma a circa 300/400 metri, che non sono tanti ma sono tutti vicoli

Es un riad muy limpio, con un personal muy atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Cuenta con diferentes zonas donde relajarse, comer o pasar el tiempo. La piscina está limpia aunque es algo pequeña.
Cons: La ubicación está algo lejos del centro de la medina, cosa que provoca gastos extras en taxi para ir y volver de la mayoría de sitios turísticos de la ciudad.

L'hotel est typique, propre et beau. Le personnel est accueillant et gentil.
Cons: En revanche je n'ai pas apprécié le fait qu'un individu extérieur à l'établissement porte nos valises (sans se présenter ni communiquer ses tarifs) à l'entrée du village et nous demande une rémunération une fois arrivé devant l'hotel. C'etait trés désagréable on s'est senti piégé. L'hotel devrait réagir face à ces individus malhonetes.

El trato del personal, el desayuno estuvo muy bien y estaba todo bastante limpio
Cons: Que en el "barrio" donde se encuentra hay muchas personas (masculinas) que te acosan, sobre todo si eres mujer (iba con mi marido de la mano y aún así lo hacían). También, en la calle, hay niños, jóvenes y mayores que te piden dinero por TODO y te siguen hasta que ya cedes a darles algo. Sobre todo niños pequeños, qué vergüenza que estén los chiquillos así. Otra cosa que no me gustó (aunque lo entiendo también) es que no había tele en la habitación.

Cons: Le seul bémol est le quartier où il n’y a pas grand chose à côté. L’accueil quand à lui est un peu réservé, en effet on nous a accueilli avec un thé et des biscuits mais aucunes explications de l’organisation de l’hôtel ( heure des petits dej, un code wifi, le quartier…) bref c’est dommage !

Security were very attentive.
Cons: We were mocked and chased by men who were trying to get us to pay them for helping us park. The hotel staff came to pick us up and was laughing when were so scared. The men called my friend a 'bitch' and threw glass at her. The staff were smiling and said they are just children. We were very scared. Very loud in the early hours of the morning. Location was poor and we didn't feel safe.

The staff was really nice and helpful, they tried to accommodate our needs (earlier breakfast), we had a nice welcome tea and they even recommended what to visit in Marrakech. I really appreciated they could offer gluten free meals for me as a Celiac.
Cons: We opted for a 'superior double room' listed as 19m2 with great photos, but we got a very small room downstairs with a weird smell due to (possibly) the sewage system. Had we known this before, we wouldn't have paid that much money.
