A beautiful place right on the Mediterranean. Wonderful facilities including private beach, two pools, several restaurants and spa. The landscaping is beautiful and the service impeccable. The staff is very friendly. Also convenient transportation to the Tangier airport. Definitely worth a stay.

Les employés sont très sympas, l'emplacement est magnifique, le petit déj est super. Cependant il faut maintenir cette installation. Revoir le service des chambres et effectuer des contrôle pour s'assurer que tout est dans l'ordre en terme de nettoyage et propreté à la loupe.

We booked a sea view room but they gave us a corner room with a lateral view where you should guess the sea. The furniture is getting old and rustic, you can’t even connect the Bose hifi to Bluetooth and the radio is not working. The window doesn’t close completely, fortunately the weather was ok

Ne vait definitivement pas son prix. Trop cher pour le Service mediocre. Personnel non qualifié. Aucun gestionnaire sur place. Priorise les externes qui viennent au So sur les residents de l’hotel. On a attendu 2h pour recevoir nos plats, nos enfants se sont endormis a table sans manger. Le personnel est perdu, ils essayent du mieux qu’ils peuvent mais il n’y a aucun gestionnaire sur place pour les orienter. L’hotel et le service s’est degradé. Nous etions des habitués. Pas du tout le standard du sofitel. Dommage! On n’y reviendra jamais.

On a apprécié les équipements Haut de gamme de l'Hôtel ainsi que la qualité de la gastronomie proposée par le restaurant et le room service. On a aussi et surtout apprécié l'accueil , notamment de Mariame et Driss qui ont toujours été à l'écoute de nos attentes et ont toujours su y répondre? De vrais professionnels ... C'est aussi cela le "haut de gamme".

J’ai aimé les propriétés de cet établissement à savoir la piscine extérieure outre une plage privée ,cependant et comme j’avais Réservé une chambre deluxe vue mer je n’ai pas eu la chambre que j’attendais car ils m’ont octroyé une chambre qui donne sur la cuisine , et je sentais les odeurs de la cuisine à chaque fois je m’y rendais . J’ai confié la voiture au service voiturier mais j’ai vu Qu elle a été touché au niveau de la carrosserie après l’avoir récupéré. Cependant les femmes de chambre étaient très aimable et le serveur de soir ( Room service ) était très courtois et sympathique . On a eu un soucis de bouteille de champagne qui n’était pas bon du tout et qui m’a fait tomber malade , on a essayé d’expliquer la situation au service concerné ils n’ont rien voulu savoir et ils l’ont facturé quand même , tout en sachant que j’én avais pour 1100 eur d’extras ( a part la chambre qui a été réglée) , la situation m’à vraiment déplu comme ils se sont montré à l’hötel rigide et pas professionnel , alors que je suis membre Accor et client vip Expedia Cordialement Mr Badr

The hotel is Very clean, fast check in, everyone is happy and ready to help. The manager was Fantastic (thank you MR Ammen ). the location is great, you walk few step to the water. the pool was fantastic, it was indoor pool. the spa is out of this world. i van go on and on about this hotel, but until you get there and see all of it on your own, its not going to be the same. I love the hotel, and when i get back to the same city, i will be going back for sure.

Great location, on a beautiful beach. The staff attentive, and multilingual to help those monoglots. Idriss at reception deserves a special mention. Pool looked great but was closed for renovation. Our little boy played for hours on the beach anyway. Good breakfast

The hotel is great in regards to it's location, the food, and outdoor pool/beach area. We've been here twice and we were hoping for another great experience. Our biggest complaint is with the staff and most likely management. For some reason, the hotel thought it was a wise idea to have a band practice around 12am-1am in the inner courtyard of the hotel. This could be heard from our room, and I assume every other room, as it was extremely loud. While the night manager stopped the music after I called, it still shows that the hotel management may not have good judgement in even allowing the band to practice playing music at such a late hour. This is not what I expected from a Sofitel, as I have been to several. I was even more surprised, when explaining the issue to the day manager when we checked out, and all I got was a surprised look and "I'm sorry". No other explanation, no attempt to reconcile our evening that was disturbed, or other comment.

The suite was spacious and comfortable. Our only problem was that we were on a low floor and there was a lot of street noise (and we're from a big city). I'd stay here again but only on a high floor. We also asked the concierge for a restaurant recommendation and he sent us to a food mill in Times Square (we asked for something special and different). Should have used yelp.
