La chambre est spacieuse. La situation à côté de la gare est pratique.
Cons: Le bruit de la rue jusque tard dans la nuit que les fenêtres même fermées ne couvrent pas. Les oreillers gros et durs ! La moquette très sale (taches qui ne partent plus et donnent une mauvaise image de la chambre). Les remarques sont écrites pour améliorer car on aime le Maroc et les marocains 😁

The hotel is across from the central train station in Rabat. The room was comfy and clean. Onomo hotels are more minimal, and I appreciate that. The lighting was great for working in my room.

Cons: First of all the security supervisor was a very impolite person whenever i want to enter the hotel he keeps asking me where are u going i have visited many countries stayed in many hotels never encountered this kind of situations okay i understand that for safety and security purposes but multiple times in one day it’s exaggerated, second thing, next day my sister came to see me we were stopped in the hotel entrance we were going to go up to the terrace, my sister came with her suitcase as she needs to finish her travel, i told her let’s just put the suitcase in the room and go up, and then i was surprised by a call from the chef security yelling at me like i’m his friend the way he talked it’s not how we speak with a client literally he said “ DO YOU HAVE A BRAIN, how do i know if she’s your sister or something else” such a staff like that will ruin the reputation of the hotel.

Cons: The room was not properly cleaned — ants were visible in the corner near the wall/skirting board (photo attached). Breakfast was poor in quality and variety, not worth the price. For over €120 per night, I expected far better standards. On top of that, every time I disconnected from the Wi-Fi, I had to re-enter my name and email to reconnect, which was frustrating and unnecessary.

I think the prices in the rooftop are too expensive, like 90 dhs for a coffee or a redbull is way too expensive. Overall a great experience. Cons: En el desayuno si llegabas un poco tarde ya no quedaba de algunas cosas. Si lo pides te lo traen pero no te lo ofrecen ni siempre rellenaban. También, si lo pedías te hacían una tortilla o un huevo al momento pero los primeros días no lo sabíamos y no nos lo dijeron. En la planta 4 se oye el ruido de la terraza pero a las 11.30 ya cierran el restaurante.

J’ai passé un court séjour dans cet hôtel confortable et idéalement situé. Tout était parfait, du cadre agréable au service exceptionnel. Un grand merci à la réceptionniste Najwa, qui m’a accueilli chaleureusement, m’a aidé à trouver une adresse précise, et s’est arrangée pour que je puisse avoir un petit déjeuner très tôt. Sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme ont vraiment marqué mon séjour. Je recommande vivement cet établissement.

Cons: A améliorer : le repas du soir est plutôt cher. C'est un buffet, très bon, mais le prix n'est pas négligeable. Les chambres ne sont pas spacieuses, sans que cela soit un véritable problème.

Onomo Hotels has great properties in Morocco. The one in Casablanca near the airport is great if you’re traveling, and the one in Rabat is right in the center of town and a great option for tourism or business travelers. Overall, this is a nice hotel in a great location. The rooftop terrace is fabulous and the food was very good there.
Cons: The breakfast was picked over by the time I got there at 8 or 9 am. I arranged to have my laundry done and it wasn’t returned on time, I think they lost it and I finally got it hours later. No apology. I asked to book a pedicure at the spa, was told a time late in the day. I rearranged my plans and then was told the appointment had to be canceled. Again, no apology. I don’t think they should say they have a spa—it was basically closed the whole time I was there (2 nights). The bed was very hard and I didn’t find it comfortable.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für eine Geschäftsreise ist die Lage ausgezeichnet.
Cons: Leider sehr laut, da die Fenster nicht gut isoliert sind. Auch die Wände sind extrem hellhörig – man hört jede gespülte Toilette sowie Geräusche aus den Nachbarzimmern von allen Seiten. Das Frühstück war leider sehr enttäuschend. Die angebotenen Speisen wirkten alt und unappetitlich, und die Tische waren weder sauber noch ordentlich gedeckt. Insgesamt hätte man von einem 4-Sterne-Hotel deutlich mehr erwarten können.

Staff with attitude and hardly any English spoken. Asked for quiet room - given room facing busy square with cars beeping at all hours, music playing etc. so we go back to reception and ask for room facing courtyard- the lady helping us has an attitude but gives different key. New room is on first floor and facing busy street:( we go back to reception and same lady has a meltdown and says something angry in French to her colleague. Finally he gives us a room facing courtyard. Unacceptable attitude in that lady employee for someone working in hospitality.

Dear General Manager of Onomo Terminus, I am writing to convey my profound disappointment with my recent experience at your hotel. Regrettably, the service and conditions fell drastically short of what I had anticipated, casting serious doubt on the standards of hospitality at your establishment. Before our arrival, we called to inquire about the availability of the superior room we previously stayed in and enjoyed. Although we had already reserved through your website, the person on the line responded dismissively, stating, "You should have called in the morning; why are you calling now?" This tone was shockingly unprofessional and disrespectful, especially coming from hotel staff. Upon arrival, already weary from a long journey, they were asking for more money , white the confirmation e-mail mentioned 5000 dhs inclu ding taxes they were as king for 5400 dhs and insisted on getting 400 dhs extra. we checked into the room, only to find that the hot water was not working. I was left with no choice but to shower in lukewarm water, a dismal start to my stay. Furthermore, the air conditioning failed to provide warmth. Despite multiple visits from your technical team, the issue persisted. When I called the reception to explain that the room was unbearable, the receptionist coldly suggested we "wait until morning." Can you imagine being told to endure a freezing room overnight after paying a substantial amount for the stay? This response was as disappointing as it was unacceptable. Eventually, we were moved to another room, which involved repacking and relocating with my young child—a needless hassle that further tarnished the experience. This new room was at least clean, and initially, we thought things might improve. Today, however, after requesting the "Make My Bed" service, we returned to find the windows open, the room teeming with mosquitoes, and reeking of cigarette smoke. To make matters worse, my child suffers from allergies and asthma, making this situation particularly distressing and unacceptable. I am thoroughly appalled by the lack of basic service standards, courtesy, and care exhibited by your hotel. The experience was more reminiscent of a run-down, two-star hostel than a reputable hotel. This is not just a complaint about minor inconveniences; it’s a reflection of how poorly your establishment regards its guests. Now 3 days later each time they give me a key Card its functioning only 1 days, each time and day I have to come back to the reception for a new key. It’s 1 o clock morning and I am standing already 20 minutes with my child at the reception nobody is there and the key is not functioning. Do we have to sleep at the reception sofa ??? It a disaster this hotel such a bad service !!!!! I hope you take this feedback to heart and make immediate improvements. No future guest should be subjected to such a subpar experience. Cons: -I was asked to present the marriage deed although my wife's national ID has a mention "Epouse (my family name)", and when I stated that, the receptionist told me the address is not the same (it is 90% the same, avenue, appartment number and floor are the same, one includes the residence name the other the residence number). She had to call another lady before approving, I was not confortable at all. -bed is very firm and everytime you move on the bed it makes big noise, it was not confortable. -When we park the car, the valet should be more attentive to guests, and they have not even offer to carry our luggage which was weird. -The worst thing in my experience is when I woke up at 5:30 am to take a shower and no shower gel was at the container at all ! realy nothing at all 0000.

Emplacement de l'hôtel parfaitement situé. Les sites à visiter sont accessibles à pieds à quelques exceptions près à savoir le parc zoologique. La chambre était sobre et surtout très propre. Le petit déjeuner offrait de nombreuses possibilités. Le soir, une bonne ambiance sur le toit terrasse avec orchestre.

Fantastic hotel in a central and convenient location near train station. The buffet breakfast was outstanding. Highly recommend this hotel. The rooms were clean and bright and cheery. One thing to note is that they don’t provide toiletries. They do have a soap dispenser and a shampoo/conditioner dispenser in the wall but it felt a little cheap. Otherwise wonderful.

Convenient to the train station
Cons: The front desk person was kind of trying to not use my credit card payment saying it doesn’t go through. He told me to go to the atm ! I had just purchased tickets at train and it worked ! Also I saw my statement right away and there was a payment and a return at the same time ! I feel he was trying to get cash and not the cc ! Finally my husband used his and magically worked !!!

I love the location of the hotel, the fact that there's a parking space out front, the rooftop restaurant, the modern feel of the rooms. All of that is wonderful. But it's really the staff that make the experience exceptional. Fares and Nadia, at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure my friends and I were settled and had what we needed. We were in good hands with Said in the restaurant. Thank you, I'll be back!

Cons: No he tingut aigua calenta, el primer dia vaig avisar però malgrat que van venir els operaris no va quedar arreglat. La porta del bany estava trabada, la van arreglar de seguida. A l'esmorzar hi havia molt de personal però faltaven coses, sempre s'havia d'avisar. La sensació és que hi ha molt de personal però poca eficiència a l'hora d'organitzar. Falten referents competents. He anat en altres hotels molt més senzills i això estava molt més cuidat. El servei de l'esmorzar dona molt a desitjar. Per una ampolla d'aigua d'1,5l a les dotze de la nit ens van fer pagar 5€ (el seu preu és 60 cèntims).

Starting from front desk receptionist Najwa, with welcoming nice smile and explanations, and proposal to take away our breakfast very early morning, as we left hotel at 5:45 am. Thanks to staff for professional service. BAR COFFEE on the top roof ( Azour restaurant) with a very nice view to Rabat fro top. Don't miss to visit this nice terrace.

This hotel was nice. Our room was comfortable and pleasant. The location was good for touring Rabat and it’s not too far from Casablanca. We would stay here again if we are back in the area. Staff was friendly and room was clean and adequate. No issues.

I stay at onomo at Rabat madina frequently also other location , I stayed here 1st time the lady check me in is terrible , staffs are not friendly and helpful , person check me in block the keys an hour before scheduled check out time , person on luggage / car park area stand and watch how some people struggle at times , it’s really poor experience.

I recently stayed at the Hotel Onomo in Rabat and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The breakfast was absolutely dreadful. The juices were tasteless, as if they had been watered down, and the selection of food was pitifully lacking in diversity. It felt like I was eating the same bland items. To make matters worse, one of the restaurant staff members was shockingly disrespectful. Their attitude was completely unprofessional and it put a damper on the entire dining experience. It's incredibly disappointing to encounter such poor service, especially when you're supposed to be enjoying a meal during your stay. Overall, I wouldn't recommend staying at the Hotel Onomo in Rabat if you value a decent breakfast and respectful service. It was a letdown in more ways than one.

Matelas moyen pour un hôtel à 100€ la nuit. Chambres méritent rafraîchissement Bonne liste de chaînes tv . Cons: It was a really bad experience, the conference room was next to us and they were some ladies working there or fixing the place, they woke us up in the early morning we call the reception and they did not stop like they did not took the claim seriously. The only free day that we have on the week and stayed to relax and sleep well was the worst day of the week i had to wake very early and ruin my mood. The funny part is that before going to bed at night i told the receptionist i had a bad experience in other hotel they were some workers in the morning … and the receptionist was like you should have asked for a refund it is not logic to spend your money for a bad services. I don’t need to talk about the comfort, the room i had 233 no bed side tables ( removed) pillows are the worst , curtains are bad the light comes on. The rate should be 2 stars hotel based on my experience.

Cons: Les quatre étoiles annoncées sont liées au hall de réception très agréable. En revanche, ma chambre était très petite et la salle d'eau à portée de mon lit. Je voyageais seule, ceci expliquant cela (peut-être). J'ai eu l'occasion d'aller à un autre Onomo (Rabat Medina) très proche avec moins d'étoiles mais un service équivalent (sauf le petit déjeuner), mais un prix quasiment divisé par deux...

Cons: La musique de la terrasse sur le toit : trop forte, limite insupportable, vraiment dommage qu'il ne la diminue pas qd on leur demande! Pas de bouteille d'eau dans les chambres sauf le 1er jour. Pas de prise près du bureau. Coffre-fort bloqué! Se situe entre un 3 et 4 étoiles.

Das Hôtel liegt super gut. Das Essen ist auch sehr gut und die Dachterrasse wirklich toll. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind ok.
Cons: Ich war schon mehrmals in diesem Hôtel und immer gab es einen leichten Geruch nach anstehenden Abwasser. Dieses Mal hat es richtig gestunken. Das Personal hat den Techniker gerufen, der hat einfach nur Geruchsspray im Bad verteilt. Ein anderes Zimmer wurde mir nicht angeboten. Es hat die ganze Nacht gestunken und ich konnte wirklich nicht schlafen.
