Cons: - Endroit censé être calme mais un anniversaire( tout l'après-midi et une partie de la soirée) était organisé ce samedi avec orchestre et music à fond et une centaine d'invités . - Des gens qui étaient en tenue de fête se sont retrouvé à prendre des photos au bord de la piscine ce qui était extrêmement gênant. - Petit-déjeuner basique

Les deux piscines magnifiques et bien entretenues. Le cadre, les jardins, la vue depuis la grande terrasse d'où l'on peut admirer le coucher de soleil. Le petit déjeuner typiquement Marocain un pur délice, les serveurs pour leur gentillesse, toujours au Petit soin, particulièrement Saïd, les femmes de ménage. Tout le personnel est sympathique sans oublier une mention particulière pour la qualité de l'accueil et la gentillesse de Yasser.
Cons: Un peu loin de la place Jemaa el Fna il faut compter entre 30 et 45 minutes l'été à cause de la forte circulation.

the staff were very helpful and went beyond to help and make sure we were fully looked after all the time, Fatima the Manager was so helpful with a taxi and facilities all the staff were so polite , the hotel is excellent so relaxing and a lovely atmosphere the food was excellent great value for money and so many choices and the flavours were exceptional

We only had one night here unfortunately, we would have loved to stay longer. A fabulous place, easy to get in and out of the city centre, driving or they can arrange a taxi for you. Hosts were so nice and helpful. Breakfast lovely and setting just fabulous !!

I loved how the hotel had lots of greenery and trees and it was a beautiful view and had lots of plants that grew amazing fruits and it was so quiet and relexing

An absolutely amazing place away from the busy Marrakesh town, about 30 mins by taxi. From the moment we arrived, we were served like family, food, drinks whilst our rooms were being prepared. We were shown around and got to select our rooms to suit our comfort. The grounds are amazing including their seating areas, pool, villa, and veg gardens. The food was fresh for every meal we had there, carefully prepared by the in house chefs. Our kids did not want to eat out after trying the BBQ’s from Weedan. The traditional breakfasts were amazing and had variety to meet all our needs as we were a group of 7 people from young kids to adults. The hotel manager, Fatima, was constantly in touch making sure our needs were met. She also arrange days out for us to several locations. Overall, the homely feeling won us over from the moment we arrived and were provided sandwiches for our journey home back to London and a free drop off to the airport. Definitely returning with more of my family. Until next time Weedan and it’s lovely team

Only way to contact them is to active your cellphone & call - they don’t answer anything else. This was our first issue. Second was when we called and told them we needed airport pick up and when we arrived at the airport NO ONE was there for us. It was 11PM and we were exhausted and needing sleep. No one was there to get us. This hotel is really far out of the city therefor the taxi cost us 500... 5 0 0 dirhams. More then the hotel. They didn’t seem to care at all. Our room had AC but wasn’t on before we arrived so our room was extremely hot. The toilet was broken. Our bed was harder then the floor. They played drums outside and was extremely loud for HOURS. In the morning no one was around and there was no lights to guide us out. We had to leave the key in an office and hope for the best. Worst hotel stay. Even though it was yes clean and the grounds/pool were gorgeous - I would never go back. I want my money back.
