Very active to respond on chats as I was able to communicate and get things sorted even before our stay. Riad is located a good walking distance for some major attractions in the city.

Le riad est magnifique et le personnel adorable et très attentionné. Ils nous ont rendu le séjour très facile. Le petit-déjeuner était complet et au goût de tout le monde. Nous avons dîné deux fois sur place et nous nous sommes régalées.

Cons: Tout était super. Le seul détail est que sur la description booking il y a noté qu'il y a une piscine intérieur mais ce n'est pas le cas.

It was honestly a beautiful riad, exactly like the pictures, maybe even better! We stayed here for two nights and also did a hammam+massage which were good quality and reasonably priced. I would’ve loved to stay longer if I didn’t have anything else planned

The location is quite comfortable compared to other riads. The breakfast can be more diverse. Because lots of food material was sweet , it is not healthy to starting a day , but they make omlet if you want. The employees and owner are also super nice they kept in touch with us , I really like their communication style! + The hotel definitely clean even smells like a white soap <3

The location of the property is amazing as it is just a few minutes walk to the centre. The property itself is very traditional and the room was spacious. We had a suite. The staff were very welcoming, warm, attentive and friendly. Breakfast was good, plenty of food but basic. It took less than 15 minutes to get to from the airport and the staff were helpful in arranging taxi's and telling us where to go.

Cons: Luxury is not the same in Marrakech as it is in the UK or other countries, so we were surprised by the lack of facilities. The air conditioning didn't work properly the first few days, so we were cold in the morning (January) and the bathroom had a small heater and was very plainly finished ( no luxury, no toiletries). The Wifi was very good and consistent. The hot water in the shower was only available for a short time - around 5 mins, so only one person could have a shower before it went cold, so we had to have very quick hot showers each. I struggled with the bedding. I think they steam clean the sheets rather than washing and I really dislike blankets as I think they are unhygienic and never get washed from one guest to the next. There is no TV, no hairdryer, no mini bar, no clothes steamer and the safe in the room you need to pay 2 euros a day extra (though they wavered this for us) I felt this hotel could offer so much more for guest comfort and I would rate it as very good rather than exceptional. The exchange rate as we had to pay in Dirham compared to being quoted on Euros on Booking and that made the hotel more expensive by around 80 Euros, all these little things that you do not expect. You will have to pay in local currency - not EUROS! Breakfast was the same every day, no fresh fruit which was disappointing so by the end of the trip we were bored with the same breakfast (there was beautiful fresh fruit is readily available in all the markets) but delicious msemen (morrocan pancakes) were prepared every day and the local honey was really very good. If we wanted an extra glass of orange juice we had to pay for this which was disappointing for the money we spent! I have never had that in a hotel before when breakfast is included. Overall a good little Riad and fab location but compared to other peoples' experiences, it didn't exceed my expectations but I travel a lot so I get to see many hotels.

Overall the design is very beautiful. It's quiet, almost too quiet. We had been upgraded to a bigger room which was nice.

Cons: The lighting is very dark and the bathroom is dated and needs some urgent renovation. The bed had a terrible metal board at the head which made a bang sounds if you accidentally touch it or moved your head to close to it. The breakfast needs more fruits and savoury options.

This property is a true hidden gem in Marrakech! The service was outstanding, and even though I traveled alone with my teenager, we felt incredibly safe and well cared for. The location is fantastic, within easy walking distance to many amazing attractions. Highly recommend for a memorable stay!

Cons: What we didn’t like about the property was the lack of clear signage. Without assistance from our transfer service, it would have been challenging to locate the riad, as there were no signs along the main street or by the archway leading to the entrance.

Beautiful Riad with extremely clean facilities! One of the best places we stayed in Morocco! The staff were incredibly friendly. The even accommodated a 5 am breakfast for us the day we had an early morning flight! Rooms were large and spacious! Given how large the Riad is, and the quiet, serene atmosphere, it's a little bit of a walk from attractions. We preferred the quiet atmosphere, and loved being able to catch a taxi pretty close by. I would definitely stay here again when I am in Marrakech!

The room was a good size, clean and had a nice balcony. Bed comfy, but shower wasn’t good , over bath type .Breakfast was ok but we had had better.

Cons: We were asked to no pay straight away at check in but we were in a rush as we had a trip booked. We returned at 1130pm and the night porter insisted we pay there and then before bed. Using card they tried to apply a 3% charge but we refused to pay it as it was not stated in the terms and conditions so they backed down. Then check out was 1130am and we had the lady standing outside the room from 1110 onwards staring at us. The riad is also down a slightly dark and quiet dead end street that for some people would be a tad intimidating and taxis cannot drive to the door. For us not a problem , but would be a consideration for some.

The beauty of the riad was outstanding. The staff was so welcoming and always very helpful. The breakfast was served every morning either outside front of the plunge pool or inside in a lovely Moroccan garden with orange trees. The room was spotless and very clean. The riad is located in a super quiet location away from the noises of Marrakech. It's about 10/15 minutes walk from the souk and main square. Overall a fantastic place.

The bathroom was really beautiful, but the faucet was placed a lttle too far from the sink so the water would spill out when you're washing your hands. I kept hitting my head on the light when standing up to use the toilet. Shower wand holder was not adjustable, water sprayed too high. Air conditioning didn't seem to reach the bedroom. Air conditioner was a bit loud. My aunt slipped on one of the outdoor steps, I think more anti skid tape should be placed on the edges. Dinner was a little expensive, we ended up canceling when we found out it would cost twice as much as going to a nice restaurant.

Excellent location . William, the owner, even introduced himself. We got into a long conversation and he even showed us to the main market on his way home in the evening. This place feels like Morocco.

Cons: The only problem is that taxis can’t get right to the hotel. But if you want to stay in the Kasbah, that’s common. It’s only a half block from where the taxis can drop you and staff will assist getting bags in and out .

We had a beautiful stay at Riad Jardins s’Henia - it is a true oasis in the heart of the Kashbah Medina, full of plants, gorgeous decoration and a lovely rooftop to enjoy the sun. (It was a winter stay so much needed.) We took advantage of the hammam and massage on site and it was a relaxing experience and we enjoyed the breakfast with the different moroccan breads and pancakes and pastries, egg and jams. Staying at Les Jardins d'Henia was great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from places such as Badi palace, Behia palace, and Jaama el Fna. There are a lot of small restaurants and shops in a street nearby, but the place itself is very quiet. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

We particularly appreciated the wonderful riad inner courtyard, when we arrived in the evening we knew we made the right choice! We also truly loved the attention to detail, the lighting, music and simply the ambience. And of course the very warm hearted, kind and service orientated staff. Moreover we can highly recommend the intimate and unique hammam and massage experience this Riad has to offer. The food (breakfast/dinner) was so lovely that we enjoyed it on multiple occasions.

Lovely Riad with an amazing staff. We were welcomed with mint tea and cookies, then got a free upgrade because of my birthday so we moved to a bigger room with access to the terrace. The owner also gifted me with a rose water, which was very unexpected! The breakfast in the paio with the swimming pool was delicious. Totally recommended!

Cons: Bathrooms lights could be a bit brighter, but shower gel smelled amazing :D

Our stay in Riad Jardins d’Henia has been outstanding. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. The dinner was also good and very romantic, and our leftovers were even kept in the fridge for us to take with us on a long trip the day after. This Riad was the most beautiful of all Riads we had booked (10 day trip), the room was good, the shower was good and the riad was very cosy and relaxing. The location was quite close to the main street, which is a plus in the confusing Medina of Marrakech. The price is fair for the great Riad and the hosts definitely made the stay outstanding. This riad is a strong recommendation.

The staff were exceptional- they were so welcoming! Catered to our needs and when our baby got sick they called the doctor immediately. The massage was phenomenal, the best food seriously and such a hidden gem!

Cons: Neighborhood was not so pleasant. Despite the riad features say there is a nearby parking space, there wasn’t. Staff were not speak English very well so it was kind of difficult to communicate. Breakfast was mediocre.

Das Riad eignet sich perfekt füt die Erkundung der Stadt. Es ist sehr sauber, und das Frühstückspersonal freundlich. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und uns fehlte es an nichts. Leider war der vereinbarte Transfer nach unserer Ankunft nicht anzutreffen und wir kontaktierten das Riad telefonisch, worauf ein Fahrer uns dann eine Stunde zu spät abholte. Wir empfanden es als nicht sonderlich schlimm, haben allerdings keine Entschuldigung vom Fahrer oder des Rezeptionisten im Riad bekommen. Wir nahmen das Dinner im Innenhof einen Abend in Anspruch, dieses war reichlich und lecker. Serviert wurde dazu eine Flasche Wasser. Der Nebentisch hatte eine Flasche Wein bekommen, bei der Nachfrage ob wir auch eine bekommen könnten, bekamen wir leider die Antwort dass sich keiner mehr im Haus befände und uns für den nächsten Tag eine reseviert wird. Leider bekamen wir die darauffolgenden Tage bei der Nachfrage immer die Antwort dass wir "später" eine bekommen könnten, was aber nie der Fall war. Im Wissen, dass in Marrakesch kein Restaurant oder Supermarkt eine Alkohollizenz hat dachten wir, dass es vielleicht einfach nicht üblich sei, verstanden aber nicht warum wir immer auf den nächsten Tag vertröstet wurden. Unglücklicherweise stand am letzten Abend nach unserer Ankunft im Riad bei einer Gruppe eine Flasche Wein auf dem Tisch uns wurde nach 3 maliger vorheriger Nachfrage keine mehr angeboten. Sehr schade, wir würden das Riad aber aufgrund seiner guten Ausstattung noch einmal buchen.

A tranquil riad away from the bustle of the city. Our standard room was a good size with air con and a lovely view over the central courtyard with its bubbling fountain & orange trees. Breakfast each morning served in one of the 2 courtyard gardens consisted of various breads/pastries/cakes, homemade yoghurt, omelette, fresh orange juice and mint tea/coffee. A 3 course evening meal cost 15EUR pp. Delicious, good portion size and authentic. Meal varied each night. Simply book at breakfast. While there we went on an excursion into the mountains costing 335dh/35EUR pp, although it was great to explore more of Morocco, the trip was very touristy and the lunch rather bland. We had a hamman & massage whilst at the riad which was simply heavenly. You are taken into a gorgeous room which is hidden away to receive the hamman (think seaweed, hot water and mud - it's better than it sounds) before receiving an hour long massage. Simply divine. It cost 40EUR pp and was worth every penny. The location of the riad is in the Kasbah district, so quieter than the Medina area. It is very close to the palaces (El Badi and El Bahia) as well as the Saadian tombs. It is within walking distance to the souks and main square but to get to the Nouvelle Ville (French district) you will need to get a taxi. Really helpful and friendly staff although it helps to brush up on your French before you go as little English is spoken. In addition they do NOT take card for 'extras' such as meals and hamman.

Nous avons tout aimé dans cet etablissement qui nous avait été conseillé par notre fille. La situation geographique tout d abord. Ensuite l endroit par lui meme. Un havre de paix. L accueil parfait de William, le directeur du riad et de Moustapha. L excellente cuisine servie sur place. Tout d abord un petit dejeuner copieux... et les tepas qui suivent ne sont jamais les memes. Bref nous recommandons a 500%cet endroit magique.

Nous avons passé 4 nuits en famille dans ce superbe Riad plein de charme et authenticité. Végétation luxuriante et décoration digne des milles et une nuits. Notre petite fille a adoré donner à manger aux petites tortues. Très belle suite familiale et propreté irréprochable. Un havre de paix en plein cœur de la Médina et à 15 minutes à pied de la Place Jema El Fna. Le personnel est bienveillant et aux petits soins. Petit déjeuner varié et très copieux avec crêpes marocaines et jus d'orange excellent. Nous vous conseillons aussi de goûter les succulents tajines et couscous de Fatouma. Les enfants ont adoré les navets confits! Le spa est également à faire, 35€ pour hamman traditionnel et massage de 1 heure. Un pur moment de bonheur en famille. Nous tenons à remercier William, le propriétaire pour son accueil chaleureux, Mustapha qui s'est occupé de tout pour les excursions et Rachid, le guide, conseillé par le Riad, tout simplement formidable et drôle avec ses minis interrogations pour les enfants. Une adresse à conseiller vivement!

Een hele mooie Riad in de Kasbah, niet in de hectische medina, maar er vlakbij. Hartelijke ontvangst met muntthee. De kamers zijn zeer schoon en ruim. Het ontbijt is heerlijk vers en zelfgemaakt. Vooral heerlijke yoghurt!! Op loopafstand van de diverse bezienswaardigheden als het Sadii paleis, Bahia Paleis en Djema el Fna plein.

Beau Riad, à 2 pas des tombeaux Saadiens, très calme pour des nuits sereines, personnel agréable, excellent petit déjeuner surtout le jus d' oranges extra ! Riad très bien entretenu. Une bonne adresse à recommander. Exception faite d' une soit disant navette pour l' aéroport, qui n' était qu' un des nombreux taxis de la ville (une Dacia) facturé 20 €. prenez vous même un taxi à l' aéroport !

The hotel was located in the Kasbah. Located in a less busy place than the Medina but close by. Close to of many activities. The place is beautiful. The staff was excellent. I would however brush up on my French but you can still get by if you know English. Their food was great especially the mint tea. Even the kids requested that. Strongly recommend it regardless of the price which is excellent. Do it.
