Cons: Das Hotel ist eher für Gäste gedacht, die gern morgens in der Einbauküche selber Kaffee oder Tee kochen wollen. Frühstück gibts aber auch direkt nebenan im Picasso Cafe. Wer Ruhe braucht sollte darauf achten, dass man kein Balkonzimmer bucht.

Le petit déjeuner était bon, le personnel de l'hôtel a été très sympathique. Les excursions proposées par l'hôtel étaient vraiment dépaysantes. Pour visiter la vallée d'Ourika l’hôtel nous a proposé un chauffeur privé du nom de Medhi qui était sympathique, il nous a également accompagné à l'aéroport à la fin de notre séjour

Appartement conforme à la description. Un peu vieillot, sans charme mais permettant de loger une famille de 2 personnes adultes et 4 enfants dans un seul et même endroit plutôt que d’avoir 2 chambres séparées à l’hôtel. Les femmes de chambre passent tous les jours pour le remettre au carré. Le petit déjeuner est tout à fait correct. Comptez environ 5€/personne si vous le rajoutez en plus. Si vous cherchez un relais château, je vous conseille de passer votre chemin mais ce ne sera pas le même prix. Pour le positionnement, il faut savoir que les déplacements à pied ne sont très pratiqués à cause des trottoirs. En revanche, il est à 3min du restaurant numéro 1 de Marrakech : Ya Habbibi. On va cependant facilement à Carrefour en 5/7min et au Jardin Majorelle en 5/7min également. Pour la médina, c’est pas fou d’y aller à pied mais c’est possible en 25/30min.
Cons: Les points noirs étaient principalement : ▪️le bruit si vous y êtes sensible car l’isolation n’est pas folle et entre la circulation et les Klaxons, ça y va fort. ▪️la connexion wifi qui saute parfois et avec une vitesse plutôt faible.

Il servizio h24 della reception è veramente cordiale e disponibile .
Cons: Abbiamo avuto dei problemi con degli insetti nel bagno una notte. Abbiamo soggiornato 5 notti e una notte abbiamo ritrovato 2/3 scarafaggi nel bagno. Nonostante ciò il personale è stato cordiale nell’aiutarci, dicendo che probabilmente erano uscite dall’aerazione. Ma alla fine sono cose che possono capitare perché comunque le camere erano molto pulite e ogni giorno venivano pulite e sistemate le camere in modo ottimale

This apart hotel is very well located in the new area of Marrakech. It is about a 30 min walk or a quick taxi ride to the old medinas. There are plenty of eateries and shopping places in the area to take advantage of. Our stay was too short to take advantage of the kitchenette but it was very well furnished for those choosing to stay longer.

The man at reception was very polite and welcoming.
Cons: The WiFi was terrible, we could hardly get a connection and had to go the door to get any signal. The bed was like cardboard and had some hard plastic underneath the covers that made it uncomfortable to sleep on. The cot was cheap and not suitable so the baby had to sleep with us. I had booked after reading positive reviews, so was very disappointed with the reality.

Un vrai apart hotel avec 2 chambres avec portes, salon et cuisine (nous étions 4 personnes). Un petit dejeuner super varié et à la carte au restaurant de l'hôtel. Tajine aux œufs super bon. Un personnel disponible, accueillant et sympathique 24h/24. Un nettoyage quotidien. Transfert aéroport impeccable aller et retour. Change / restaurants variés à pied.

The hotel was clean with daily housekeeping, the location was excellent as it was very accessible, the room was really big with enough space for a family, the breakfast options were good and the WiFi worked very well contrary to what some earlier reviews had indicated.

Extremely spacious and the location was close enough to most tourist attractions - so the value for money was great. There was always somebody at the reception. The adjacent restaurant was kind and flexible to prepare a "lunch box" for us because we could not have breakfast the following day (due to a tour with early pick-up).
Cons: The room was a bit older than how it appears in the photo (but still comfortable!). The door did not "double lock" from the inside (the single-lock was automatic, so safe enough). The lights on the hallway could be lit a bit longer so that we have enough time to unlock the door.

My second stay at this hotel and was again a lovely experience. The staff are really friendly, the rooms are well equipped, everything is nice and clean, and there are plenty of places nearby for food etc, and its a 30 minute walk into the centre of Marrakech.

The location is excellent, within walking distance of Le Jardin Majorelle, the YSL Museum, and many restaurants/cafes. The hotel gives good deals on activities such as hot air ballooning. The apartment was cleaned every day.
Cons: The bathrooms are small; the photos are pretty deceiving as the bathroom is smaller than shown in the images. The apartment was freezing the first few hours we checked in; it took hours for the heater to heat up the apartment. There was no microwave. The use of keys instead of keycards for the door, and you are given only one key. There were no curtains on the windows in the sitting room above the kitchen sink, which meant at night people outside could see into the apartment.

Cons: No complaints.....my only frustration was the WiFi......most of the time it was OK but at night it kept losing Internet connection even when changing to different connections. I managed to cope with it ok so maybe it was just a 4th floor issue that didn't have a router close enough. It didn't put me off from wanting to stay here again because everything else was very good

The breakfast at the adjacent restaurant was terrific. The bed was very comfortable and the room was perfectly clean. The receptionists were all friendly and helpful. It would probably be a good budget option for a longer stay if making meals was an interest. The kitchen appeared to be pretty well-equipped in terms of pots and pans but there were absolutely no provisions (salt, pepper, oils, etc.) so you would have to start from scratch.
Cons: The internet was spotty at best. Most of the time it didn't work. THe furnishings were outdated and the room felt sterile.

The service was first class. The apartment was spacious and clean. The staff were really friendly and accommodating. The reception staff were very helpful and went out their way to help us and signpost us to places of interest. We booked a balcony apartment but on arrival moved to the rear of the building where there was less traffic, soundproofing was good and we were undisturbed. The breakfast was also ample and very good.

Good location. About 15 minutes from the centre of Marrakech by taxi. If you're fit you could walk it in 30 minutes. Someone on reception 24 hours a day. A couple of very minor glitches (e.g. a loose shower rail) were fixed almost immediately. Safe for valuables inside bedroom. Daily cleaning and fresh towels. Heaters in living room and bedroom. In January it gets cold at night.
Cons: The bed was a little firm for me but not excessively so. The sofa is also quite firm. The bathroom is very small. Only enough crockery and cutlery for 2 people so you have to do the washing up after every meal. No microwave.

The hotel room is very spacious and gives a vibe of a luxury place. The place has a kitchenette and I appreciated an option of making tea and cooking. The location of the hotel is superb - there is a lot of shops around, including a big shopping mall, but also Jardin Majorelle gardens, which is the top attraction in Marrakesh. For breakfast, you can choose from a menu with multiple breakfast options in the near-by restaurant.
Cons: The kitchenette in the hotel room doesn't have a lot of things, such as a knife for cutting, or a detergent to wash dishes properly after using them. Also water in a sink was getting away quite slowly. There are also no small/ambient lights in any of the rooms, neither over the kitchenette. So you need to use just the ceiling lights, which are not enough for cooking, or are too much to create a cozy evening atmosphere.

Cons: The hotel is located right at a busy intersection . We were given a room facing the busy road . There was traffic with constant honking and loud vehicles throughout the night. Could not sleep on all days of our vacation. We requested for a change of room to the other side but the receptionist said there are no rooms available. The windows are not sound proof. If you are allotted a room facing the road please get it changed .However I don't know the situation of rooms in the other direction. The sleeplessness ruined our vacation. You can't sleep at night or during the day.

The property was very clean. Even though there was a foul smell on day one, the apartment was cleaned and the smell issue was addressed quickly. Our friends visited the apartment to spend an evening together. They were asked to submit their passports for record keeping. When questions were asked about data protection, the front desk person was unable to answer and felt irritated. Our guests felt uncomfortable during this conversation. Having said that, Abdul Malik at the front desk was brilliant and always helpful. Overall a good place for family stay.

A good option for those travelling with small children or otherwise want some more space. (We stayed here after some days in the medina.) The apartment was more than adequate and price seems competitive for Marrakesh. We could check in early. Central Guéliz with its food and shopping offers is a short walk away (with the Jardin Majorelle also within walking distance). Also, we noticed the meticulous cleaning every day - much more than I'd expect from a rental apartment in Europe, at the least. The included breakfast was a highlight; if everything was adequate, the food deserves a recommendation. A good range of Moroccan and Western options, with added tea/coffee, juice and baguette to ensure you'd definetly not go hungry.
Cons: The kitchen was fully functional, but utensils were down to the minimum for two people with a child. We wouldn't kill ourselves with a sharper knife, but we'd have a much easier time cutting our fruits and vegetables. Also not sure the standard in Morocco, but no water provided. (You can get one from the shop nearby, so not a great issue.)

The location near the French quarter was also good to find some excellent patisseries and supermarket. Breakfast in the Picasso was good also.

Compared to other places I stayed in Morocco, this apartment was in much better condition and better furnished than the others. The location is very convenient, a short walk from the YSL Garden. Room was extremely clean, and the living room and the bedrooms were nice and spacious. Bathroom was decently big and always clean. Shower pressure was also amazing. The breakfast was delicious, there were set menus and all the items tasted great but the crepes were to die for. Lastly the hosts were lovely, they were great to talk to and made our stay so much nicer.
Cons: The place was more or less perfect, met our every need. The only downside is the wifi can be a bit slow, other than that nothing bad to say about the place.

Loads and loads of draws , hangers and storage space for clothes , shoes etc. Fridge, oven, constant hot water with good shower pressure. Small shops and restaurants within a few blocks as well as a crepe stand.
Cons: None of these are real problems, but i thought i would mention them. The water from the shower goes all over the bathroom floor ( (including under the glass screen) . I think it would be handy to have a small squeegee to sweep the water away each time you shower. We ended up wetting towels to mop up the floor, which must cause a lot of extra laundry. The tv is only in arabic (subtitles not available) . We are not on holiday to watch lots of tv , but it would have been nice to watch the local news reports in the evening, to get an insight into Moroccan life :)

First of all the staff here are amazing, always smiling and asking if you need any help, great customer service! The room was great exceed my expectations, especially the fact that they decorated it for use with flowers.. Thank you! You get a large living room, bathroom and good size bedroom all with AC. We got upgraded to a balcony suite. Great value for money and excellent location. Can't remember all the staff names but Abdul Malik especially was amazing. Thank you again hosting us.

The entire staff were quite friendly and willing to support and help. The only issue was the Ethernet was quite slow and at times goes off, breakfast wasn’t a buffet.

As it is the property is not bad. It is a big apartment located in a bustling neighborhood close to a major mall and other shopping. The big issue is the lack of any help from the people on site. In all the properties we visited in various cities in Morocco, the people here were least interested in helping us tour Marrakech. Not only that we requested a Cab to the train station since we had to catch a train early in the morning and there was no cab waiting for us. With luggage and local cabs having a limit of two per cab made it difficult for us to find a ride at such an early hour. We barely made it time. Also we asked the timings to the mall knowing that it was Ramadan, the guy at the reception said no Ramadan open at all times, which was not true. The people at the reception have no interest in their guests.

The bed was big and comfortable good size living room with American kitchen. Location is great. The property is ok, bed is not comfortable, and it’s quite noisy because of nearby street. Don’t bother purchasing breakfast. It’s provided by the cafe nearby and the quality is awful, like really bad. They messed up our orders and it took forever to get the most mediocre food. Staff at the hotel itself was professional and nice. Overall, good place to stay if you’re tired of Medina and Riads but nothing special.

I wouldn't stay at this property again if I find myself in Marrakesh another time. the facilities were outdated, the water faucet wasn't working, the bathroom was not it, it takes about 5 minutes to get the hot water working.

Spacious apartment with kitchenette. Very convenient for morning coffee before starting the day. Plenty of room. A good deal for the money.
Cons: The kitchenette was sparsely furnished. This is a bit petty perhaps but the lighting in the apartment was harsh and uninviting. The shower was a disaster. Poorly conceived and worse executed. Water ran all over the bathroom floor and into the hallway. No way to stop it short of putting several towels around the shower enclosure to block the water.

The spacious apartment, the cleanliness, and the ladies from housekeeping, which were doing more than you would expect, and the kind and helpful guy from the reception on day shift.
Cons: The poor breakfast (and the state of that Picasso - a lot of dust on chairs, tables, the baby chair was disgusting) and wifi connection, which is terrible.

This is an excellent apartment hotel, offering substantially more space than a regular hotel. It is modern and clean. The reception manager was very helpful. Small negatives: only one lift, the light switches in the stairwell turn off quickly

Located in the heart of the city, close from all major attractions
Cons: The room facing the main road are extremely noisy. The traffic is immense and goes on for the whole night. You can hear motorbikes roaring and ambulances alarms the whole night long due to proximity from a main hospital. We were not able to close an eye . In addition, the rooms smelled badly cigarettes so my daughter and wife had ashma complications. The hygiene was bad, curtains were dark from dust and smoke. The hotel in general requires serious maintenance. We have booked 1 week but had to leave early after the first, since it was impossible to sleep or breath. The owner refused to pay us back the remaining nights, with a pretext of reservation made via booking.com. even when customer support of booking.com contacted the owner to find a solution, the owner still refused to pay us back .

This was a great stay! Me and my family visited Marrakech and decided to stay at this apartment. We had everything we needed: AC, kitchen, living room, TV, kitchen utensils, separate bedrooms, shower etc. Everything was clean and in excellent working order. The location is great with malls and restaurants around to keep you occupied. The area feels safe and a good mix of lively/quiet. The staff were accommodating and there to answer any of your questions or needs. The balcony was a great touch with a good view. Cant think of anything negative to say here. Clean, tidy, useful with a great breakfast.

I would 100% recommend this hotel to everyone! I have never left a review before but the service was too good not to encourage others- the staff truly are wonderful, special shout out to Abdul Malik who ensured we were comfortable for our entire stay and provided information about day trips which we thoroughly enjoyed. Excellent service, a beautiful view and very convenient- the kitchen had all items required. Thank you to all the staff for making our holiday so lovely.

Spacious comfortable apartment. Wifi was spasmodic, very few English tv channels (only news ), 2nd tv didn't work (not tuned in). The apartment was spacious, however lacked a microwave and very few cooking utensils. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had problems with the apartment when we first checked in but the staff moved us to another apartment when they were made aware of issues. Location was good with many cafes and restaurants in the immediate area. Short walk to Carre Eden shopping centre. Number of bus stops close by. 35 minute walk to the Medina/Old Town. Upper floors accessible by lift. 24hr reception. Overall a nice comfortable apartment.

The property is situated in walking distance of many restaurants in the french section. It's a long-is walk to the main square and the souks but not too bad as long as you stay out of the sun. The apartment was large and we were placed in the back so less noise. We had booked for several days in a row but found a tour to the Sahara and asked to change Saturday (higher rate) night for a Monday night instead. After a couple of discussions they allowed us to make that change which was very kind. Taxi to the airport should only be a max of 100DAC despite what the front desk guy said (200 is ridiculous).

It was really clean and comfortable spacious apartment. The apartment is really well located, we thought it was better than the congested medina. The main road is a bit noisy but otherwise the location is great, and easy walk to the main shops. The staff were really friendly and helpful and breakfast was lovely with excellent service. If the owner had a couple of bedside lamps then it would be perfect! Kitchen had everything we needed and beds and sofa were very comfortable.

This was our first time in Morroco and we had stayed in a big 4 star hotel in agadir before heading to Marrakech to stay in this Apparthotel, such a lovely place and so much better than the 4* Hotel. Staff are incredibly lovely and welcoming and attend to all your needs no matter what. It’s a much more homely feel than big hotel chains. If your looking and pondering on what hotel to go for don’t hesitate to book this one as u will not be dissappinted. Rooms were lovely too with nice balconies. Close walk from a lot of main locations too would definitely come back!!

Fantastic reception staff....were always enthusiastic to help. Hotel's restaurant/cafe provided breakfast in room even at busy times in the morning. Good location. Excellent cleaning staff. Only negative point for hotel to improve is the shower experience - open cubicle on one side makes eh bathroom like a pool every time one goes into shower. Housekeeping did a good job of drying up the bathroom floor every morning so that bathroom was usable for rest of the day.

Great experience.Flat was very clean.Daily cleaning by the cleaners with no extra cost.24hrs reception.Very helpful staff.Breakfast was included and was good quality.Good working airconditioners in both rooms and sitting area.Kitchen was very clean and had oven but no microwave.Good location. Supermarket and good restaurants on walking distance.

The bathroom is pretty nice, but it's designed poorly. The water from the shower leaks into the rest of the bathroom and then into the hallway. The parking was a bit confusing at first, but there is a small parking lot down around the corner from the building. You just need to pay 20dh for 24 hours. The reception was pretty helpful, but there was an extra city tax fee that we weren't aware of. There was no mention of this on HomeAway, but the fee ended up being very cheap, something like 10dh per person. But I think this was something HomeAway should mention on their site.

The towels they provided we dirty, stains all over them. The bathroom is extremely small in the 2 bedroom apartment. The stove and the coffee maker didn't work, no one on sight to fix them. The apartment faces an extremely busy intersection. The rooms and the living room were spacious the furniture and beds are OK

Very spacious, comfortable and well furnished apartment. It was cleaned daily and change of towels provided. The staff was very courteous and very sweet. Fatima was very helpful with reservation of train tickets. The apartment, however, was slightly away from the Medina area but taxis were available for about 2 euros or 20 dirham, provided you could haggle. Super market and shopping area of Gueliz was only 8 to 10 minutes walk. Complimentary breakfast came as a pleasant surprise.

We chose this hotel because it had a kitchen, so we could cook for our 18 month old baby. We were not disappointed, the kitchen had everything you need except a mircowave. The room was very clean and was maintained to a high standard throughout our stay. All the room facilities was good and breakfast was nice, however the menu was in french so I had to ask what it meant or google translate it. The staff were brilliant and always willing to help and give recommendations. Very friendly and they could speak English to a reasonable standard. When I needed to buy sim card and couldn't follow the instructions because it was written in arabic and french, the lady receptionist set it up for me easily. The hotel is located in a busy street with lots of shops, carre eden mall is 5 mins walk away. The center is 20-30mins walk or less than 10 mins taxi drive, which shouldn't cost more than 20 dirhams. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel and in Marrakech and would highly recommend it to anyone. 5 out of 5.

The hotel was good and lot of room and a big kitchen. The problem i had waa more that i had to show them proof that i was married to my wife. This they do not ask tourists but if you look somewhat indian or arabic or have a family name from india or arabic they think you are muslim so they have to ask you for proof. For muslims it ia forbidden to go stay in a hotel when you are not married. And i am not muslim still i had to find someone in my country to find a paper to show them we are married. This is not good.

The room we had was overlooking the road and was really loud. So many motorbikes zipping around at night!!! Also, there was a strong sewer smell coming from the bathroom that I think comes from the drains. Other than that the room was quite nice and the buffet breakfast was wonderful! Friendly staff as well. WiFi goes in and out.

My boyfriend and I stayed in a superior apartment from seven nights. Our apartment was very spacious, bright and clean. Upon arrival, the receptionist was very welcoming and spoke good English. During our stay our apartment was tended to by cleaners a few times who knocked before coming in, and were very thorough and friendly. Furthermore I was exceptionally pleased with the view from the restaurant where we shared some lovely breakfast together. The apartments were in a handy location being a 10-15 min walk from the centre of Gueliz where you can find western shops such as Zara, Samsung, Pizza Hut and McDonald's. A further 20-25 minute walk would lead you to the Jemaa El Fna and the Souks. On the contrary, the kettle and iron weren't in our apartment as specified, meaning that we had to ask at reception for them. There was also no ironing board which would have been handy. The bed was very firm which my boyfriend found very uncomfortable. During rush hour it was noisy because of all the car honking, and so the windows had to stay closed. There was also a hairline crack on one of the bedroom windows. We would be more than happy to recommend this to anyone looking for a good priced apartment in Marrakech, it was lovely stay and we were treated well. My boyfriend and I would like to say a big thank you to all the staff who did a good job.
