A lot of potential but disappointing service let it down. Given all the prior reviews we had high hopes but the service wasn’t even satisfactory. From the start our rooms were missing basics and every daily we had to ask multiple times for towels (they would be taken and not replaced). Our room had a blind that wasn’t long enough for the window so people could see in from the main path and it was light in the room at night, this was never resolved. There was also a sewage smell in the shower. Service in the bar and restaurants was also poor with us having to chase constantly for drinks or the bill, or being overcharged. The main restaurant was ok but has a few cats wandering around which were walking on the ‘clean’ plates and jumping on tables to eat our food. Breakfast had some really nice options but the cooked food was usually barely warm. Dinner options were buffet which was very good, Italian restaurant which was mediocre and tapas in the bar which were great. Lunch had a range of delicious options. There were far better and cheaper food options in the town which is a 15 minute easy walk, well lit at night. If we didn’t have young kids we’d have eaten in town every day. The hotel could do with a little shop selling snacks and a coffee shop. It’s a shame because it’s a lovely setting. The chalets are nice because you don’t get noise from other guests, though the beach bar is extremely loud at weekends. The pool is excellent for all ages and was never too busy or a problem getting sunbeds. The beautiful beach is only one minute from the pool and has a private area then long stretch to walk to town or watch the surfers. For kids there are swings and trampolines, and the kids club did creative activities every day. The only entertainment was a singer in the Italian restaurant every night, which would have been better as central entertainment for all guests. Overall we expected more from a Radisson and wouldn’t return.

A fabulous location on a very nice beach. Waves, sunshine and golden sand! A perfect few days. The accommodation has everything you need and is comfortable and quiet. Lots of nice restaurants 10 walk along the beach, the street food grilled fish restaurants are out of this world. We used the suf instructor Mohammed on the beach for surf lessons who was kind and patient and got us going.

We rarely go back to places but the Radisson Blu Taghazout made us make an exception. It ticks all the boxes: right at the beach and surf spot, lovely guests, great food, immaculate service, just 10 minutes walk away from the cute town of Taghazout. Special shout out to Zakaria from Reception, Mustapha from the restaurant and both Fadoua and Naima (they are such angels) from the Kids Club. They went above and beyond for our disabled daughter and we can’t thank them enough. Thanks for another great holiday!

A lovely relaxing break. Zacharia looked after us well and all staff were very helpful making it a great stay at the hotel. It’s in a great location with the best beach bar around and an easy path to walk (15 mins) or cycle into Taghazout where there is a big choice of restaurants and cafes plus local shopping. Be advised, alcoholic beverages are very costly everywhere and soft drinks in the hotel are also pricey.

I am so grateful me and my two kids (1 & 4) ended up at Radisson Blu Taghazout. The staff continuously went above and beyond to support me and make us feel welcomed although there were not many children there this time of year, and it was generally very quiet (so I often felt out of place with the two little ones!). But whether we were at reception, in the Italian restaurant, at the pool or the beach bar, everyone was so kind, friendly and welcoming. My children LOVED Fadoua in the Kids Club! She was absolutely amazing. My daughter called her her bestie :) I had no idea there was a trampoline, swings, etc - which made our stay even more enjoyable for the kids. We loved dinner at the Italian restaurant on site and tapas at the beach bar. The tiramisu was delicious & mocktails from Carpe Diem were great. The location being the closest big hotel to the Taghazout Village was a perfect & beautiful beachside walk. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Housekeeping team was wonderful. Attentive to our needs. We loved being able to walk right down to the beach - left my bags at the pool and always felt very safe. I also appreciated the guards at the gate and felt so safe our entire visit. I was told not many Americans visit there so being there solo with my two kids, I cannot recommend it highly enough! Thank you especially to Faiza at Reception for being so supportive.

Just home after a fabulous week and probably our best holiday in a long time.Everything about the Radisson Blu is excellent including the location.It is spotless,the accommodation is superb and spacious,the food is very good with an excellent breakfast buffet and an equally good a la carte menu on offer throughout the day.The private beach and beach bar offer an excellent area to soak up the sun.The biggest tick in the box for me was the friendliness and efficiency of every member of staff with special mentions going to Faiza in Customer Relations and Sukina our housekeeper.Wether you are a surfer or not this is a must visit hotel.

Second visit and still Radisson Blu Taghazout is awesome. I was looking for criticism, and I found only one breakfast the same as last year but plenty of choices. What I and my family found most amazingly shocking is when we went for breakfast, MOUINAIM remembered what table we sat on last year and what we liked. Everything was on the table, ready and waiting for us. I mean, how did he remember that? I have to say every member of staff at Radisson is amazing, always smiling with a positive attitude and can't do enough for you. The resort is stunning and in a very peaceful area. Thank you everyone at Radisson for making our holiday so memorable. See you next year.

+ Friendly and helpful staff + Lovely breakfast with a lot of choice and plenty of fresh food. The evening buffet was nice but only had it once as it was quite expensive. + Our bungalow was lovely - spacious and clean + The gym was great, open 24h and normally empty + Rooms were cleaned daily + Staff were very quick to resolve any issues + Clean warm pool and plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas around + We loved the private beach + Local beach was lovely and clean. Busy though, especially with surfers and boats. The sea is a bit choppy but really clean, clear and quite warm. + Only 10 min walk from the shops and restaurants where you can get a lovely meal for 4 people for less than £30. We enjoyed Josephine’s restaurant and World of Waves (the only restaurant serving alcohol we found too) + Beautiful clean grounds with lovely flowers + Visited the spa with my daughter. Staff were lovely although I found the Hammam a bit over zealous and wasn’t expecting it to be so intimate! - Our bungalow had 2 double beds which didn’t go down well with my teenage son and daughter. I asked for the bed to be separated into twins (they were 2 twin beds pushed together) but for some reason they said no. This wasn’t ideal. - Many reserved sun beds early and then went off and left them for hours. There were a lot but not always enough. - A barking dog woke me every night. Turned out the security guard owned it and kept it tied up under a tree for a lot of the time. It didn’t seem happy. Poor thing. - There is a lot of rubbish dumped everywhere outside the hotel’s direct perimeter but in their car park and could be seen from our room. - Maids took the dirty towels and glasses away and then often didn’t replace them so we had to chase this (but they did then resolve this very quickly) - The hotel is quite expensive but I guess this is to be expected. The hotel was really the only place to buy alcohol around. - No-one warned us that Agadir is generally misty/cloudy in August! It’s still very hot and the sun generally broke through the mist/cloud mid afternoon. This would be disappointing for sun seekers although we quite liked it.

A world class hotel at a prime location but very disappointing experience at Check in. Room 2 - We arrived for 1 night only therefore, time for us was important. The door locking system was broken upon check in . Wasted an hour the family to wait around in the lobby and in our other room for the staff to fix the issue. When finally gained access the room hadn't been prepared for x3 people. Lots of amenities were missing that were not provided despite reporting to the reception. Room 2 - small issue with the safe. It had to be fixed and swapped over but issue persisted for a while until total resolution. Not ideal for a family as the discotheque went on till 4 am and couldnt sleep. Lots of stray dogs around which was scary. Below satisfactory service and guest care. No goodwill gesture or compensation was offered despite the inconveniences. Will not stay again.

Had the choice among many hotels in the area, I chose, with my family, to come back to Radisson Blu. The feeling is not of a hotel, it’s more of a home… the rooms , just wonderful setup, you don’t feel in a hotel but in a garden. The FOOD… well, the main reason we came back… just ridiculously delicious The PEOPLE, the SERVICE….. best service I had in years… very friendly staff ALL the staff from entrance to the room staff…. We booked this hotel to start our Agadir trip at. Staff team were great, we felt welcomed and well attended to. Everyone spoke good English which was good because we don’t speak French or Arabic . We had a standard room which was fine for a few nights but next time we will get a bungalow. The room was functional but our sea view room had a not so great view of air conditioning machines on top of a roof. We were glad to be close to pool though. The beach bar La Brise was really nice and the stretch of beach is endless, it’s clean good for long walks, and sun down is not till 8.30 pm so the beach life can go on! Taghazout is popular with the locals and as the kids are on holiday it was busy but this only ads to the atmosphere and its nice saying good evening to all the locals on the promenade on the 15 min walk to Taghazout village. We ate there one night at Dar Josephine. …great value … three courses for 12 pounds…. Breakfast at Raddisson is deeeelicious…highly recommended…we loved it ! The fresh orange juice and all the detox juices and Moroccan pancakes were very very very nice. Dinner was also nice ..set menu three courses….no complaints..great desserts, good steak and fish etc . The pool is a nice size and will be even lovelier when kids are back in school. !!! The gardens are well tended to and it’s a relaxing vibe. We signed up with Radisson direct and we’re offered various add ins . We took early check in for 25 pounds as our flight got in early. There were a few things missing in room ,and not working in room but maintenance came quickly and we were happy to see coffee pods and a plate of macarons after a while.Unfortunately the fridge never worked . We took the hamman and massage offer but it was not as good as ones we have had elsewhere. The spa is small and basic and the masssage was not very good. There is also no room for two people to have a hamman but they attempted to do it and again..not best experience so that was the only disappointing part for us. We missed the Saturday night beach party and would like to come back for that next year 😎 All in all ….great stay , great staff team . Happy days.

We got upgraded to a bungalow. A bungalow is a must to have to experience the beautiful scenery while relaxing on your hammock. We spent most of our time at the hotels amazing beach setup having a relaxing beach vacation. All the staff was amazing and attentive cause it’s not those huge resorts so making it feel more personable . Taghazout is a beautiful peaceful quite happy clean chill surfing vibe town with soft golden sand. 6 min walk on boardwalk to the town which was nice chill beach surfer vibes and safe and clean. We had an amazing stay at the resort. The staff were incredible and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The bungalow we stayed in was fantastic! It was very modern and spacious with a lovely balcony and hammock. The private beach, bars and pool were wonderful. It was great being a 15 minute walk away from Taghazout and the staff were very helpful when we enquired about day trips from the hotel. There was a brilliant selection of food for breakfast and it was lovely sitting by the pool every morning. We would thoroughly recommend the resort and would love to return one day. I really dont know where to begin. I sometimes perform mystery shopping assignments.... this was not an assignment, this was my holiday. I booked through Jet 2. Transport and getting to our complex was smooth and straight forward, but it wasn't until we got here that the magic happened. From the moment of arrival, the staff made us feel welcome and special. We were taken to our bungalow in a buggy, although it would have been a 30 second walk. The apartment was clean, and welcoming. This was a bungalow type apartment, with no separate bedroom, but no complaints. We walked around the complex to the pool and restaurant areas. On our way, every single member of staff said hello to us, and greeted us with a smile, and made us feel as though we had known them for years. First impressions had reached excellent status. Lovely beach bar, private beach area which led to a beautiful beach with warm waters. We arrived late, but were able to get a lovely tagine from the restaurant, again restaurant staff caring and attentive, without being over the top. 1 m8nor issue, was that our bungalow was close to the rear of the restaurant and there was a hum coming from it. Didnt bother me but partner can be quite sensitive to noise and she didnt sleep too well, I slept like a log.we mentioned it to reception the following morning, not a complaint, but just asking if we could move a little further away. Immediate answer was "no problem". We were moved to a 1 bedroomed bungalow, an upgrade, and this was another level of customer service and accommodation, it was fantastic . The staff tolerated my pathetic attempts at both French and Arabic, and showed a genuine interest of us and other holiday makers. I have never been to a hotel, resort, complex where I have felt so safe. I would go to the pool bar, order drinks, and someone would offer to carry them to my sunbed which was 10 meters away. The spa staff are brilliant, I dont do spa stuff but had a massage and pedicure for first time. Everyday of our stay went up another level, I dont remember everyone's names but shout out to Mounaim , Muhammed, Brazil, Abdelhadid, Khalifa, Hassan, Rosa, Zaid and everyone else ! You have genuinely changed my life 😀 will I go back ? In an instant. Absolutely Parfait 💯 ❤️ no other place could compare.

My instructor, Sif, has been amazing, he’s super patient and always makes the lessons fun. He explains things very well and gives great feedback. Terrible. Beds are uncomfortable. Staff is extremely rude. Beach front area isn’t maintained properly. They let a lot of people come in for a day pass which makes the pool a crowded mess. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere. The only redeeming factor is the little houses give you some privacy.

Das Personal war großteils sehr nett und sehr zuvorkommend. Zimmer schön und sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr umfangreich und gut. Auch das a la Carte-Essen war sehr lecker, wenn auch etwas teuer. Schöne Strandlage mit eigenen Liegen und Schirmen. Umfangreiches Angebot an Aktivitäten und Serviceleistungen. Massage im Spa war gut, Pediküre nicht empfehlenswert. Gute Lage, in Gehweite zu Taghazout Ort.

just returned from a wonderful first stay the place is fantastic both hotel and its location zakarya on reception was most helpful friendly and professional- he helped with t many questions we had over our week long stay yoga / pilates/ stretch classes presented by Khalid were fantastic as a regular exerciser he really did deliver the beds could be improved somewhat in the rooms as the mattresses were not the best i wouldn't have wanted to share with a adult

I like my stay in the hotel and additional that they provide. Especially surfing from the surf academy - the teacher Ahmed was really professional, thank him about best surf experience ever! Also it was a photographer on the surf session, so I get memories for all the life! Highly recommended!!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, peaceful yet conveniently situated. We stayed in a duplex, which was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. A special mention to Zakaria at the reception for taking such good care of us throughout our stay,he was always helpful and welcoming. Also, a special mention to Karima from the breakfast team, she made the most delicious eggs every morning! Truly appreciated the warm hospitality. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Le site est très beau. Petit bar/resto La Brise sur la plage très sympa. Question communication et accueil c’est décevant. J’ai envoyé un message le jour avant mon arrivée pour demander à ce que ma chambre soit prête pour 2hpm le lendemain. Aucune réponse. Résultat, ma chambre ne l’était pas et en plus elle ne l’a été qu’à 3:45 pm après me l’avoir promis pour 2:30-3h puis pour 3:30?!? Une fois dans la chambre (4h15) je reçois réponse à mon message disant qu’ils ont reçu ma demande et qu’il vont faire de leur mieux?!?! C’est une blague… Le service est correct mais on est en droit de s’attendre à beaucoup mieux. En gros l’expérience était correcte.

L’endroit est tout simplement merveilleux, très agréable pour se détendre. Le personnel dans l’ensemble est attentionné et dévoué, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus plaisant. Nous avons eu la belle surprise d’être surclassés dans un bungalow magnifique, spacieux et parfaitement entretenu. Un vrai plus qui a marqué notre séjour ! Le village de Taghazout est à 10 m à pied par un magnifique sentier. Le petit-déjeuner était complet et très bon, avec de bons produits et un large choix qui convient à tous les goûts. Petit bémol toutefois du côté du service bar/restauration le midi. L’attente a été étonnamment longue pour simplement obtenir une carte, alors que la terrasse était quasiment vide. De plus, j’ai commandé des cocktails sans glaçons (par précaution vis-à-vis du risque de tourista), mais ils ont été servis avec. Après les avoir renvoyés, on m’a assuré qu’ils avaient été refaits, alors qu’il s’agissait visiblement des mêmes verres avec seulement les glaçons retirés (certains flottaient encore). Un manque de rigueur dommageable pour un établissement de ce standing. Un immense merci à Fadoua du kids club, qui s’est merveilleusement bien occupée de notre fille. Sa douceur, son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse ont vraiment fait la différence. Elle mérite d’être félicitée ! Malgré les quelques points à améliorer, l’expérience reste très positive. Nous recommandons cet hôtel pour son cadre, son confort, la qualité de ses prestations et la gentillesse de son personnel.

Over all fairly adequate. Bungalow room was cute, clean and bed comfortable. Pool ans beach were great but found the food ordinary and boring, only a small selection of Morrocan dishes, the rest was Tapas and Pizza. And I think the wine had been watered down. One night there was very load music blaring all night until 2 in the morning. I found this inconsiderate and disrespectful to other guests. WiFi in the room was inconsistent so had no TV most of the stay. The best thing was the Happy helpfulness of the staff.

+ Amazing surf teaching by my favourite surf teacher Ahmed Hmidox (@ahmedsurflife on IG) from the surf lessons organized by the hotel + Also amazing surf teaching by a guy named Samid + The breakfast was nice and had a wide selection + Good and fast service by the workers + Perfect location since the hotel is so close to the center of Taghazout that you can make it in 5 minutes by walking + Good behaving guests and tourists overall - First we had a bunglow where there was this projector that shined a bright colorful lights on our window at night which made us change the bungalow to another - On the other hand our second bungalow's sink was making a dripping sound endlessly and was leaking water to the floor - I can say from experience that I would recommend the apartment rooms rather than the bungalows since the bungalow was not quite worth it - I ordered a wine from the bar and it tasted like it had been mixed with water, however I got a new glass which was normal tasting - The hotel organized a beach party which had music blasting loudly until 2:00 at night

We stayed here with our two year old and had an amazing week! The accommodation was bigger than expected and it was really nice to have our own bungalow with lots of storage and hammock outside. Breakfast was great and the pool area was much nicer than in the photos. The trampoline was very popular with our two year old too. Khalid’s yoga classes were fantastic and he made everyone feel welcome. We chose the hotel for the location and it’s definitely the best placed hotel. Lovely beach and nice short walk into the village where there are lots a great places to eat out at a really good price. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday!

Lovely and spacious accommodation in the bungalow suite. Pilates and Yoga classes run by Khalid Ouhassou were excellent and the highlight of our day! Good choice of hot and cold food in the buffet style restaurant. Taghazout village was within 20 minute walking distance along the sea.

An excellent place to stay within walking distance of Taghazout. Staff friendly and efficient. Accommodation clean and spacious (we stayed in a bungalow) There was no kettle in the accommodation but one was produced very quickly. The pool was a good size although a bit cold to swim in during our stay in early March. It helps to speak French !!

Environnement très agréable. Les bungalows mériteraient une remise à niveau des matériaux qui se dégradent en bord de mer. Le bac à douche de la salle de bain pas très pratique. Vitre de la porte donnant sur la terrasse fissurée. Le ménage étant très superficiel au niveau de la propreté des sols. Décevant pour un hotel de cette catégorie. Le personnel a été charmant, très professionnel et très disponible. Cet hotel plein de charme étant beaucoup plus agréable que ses concurrents à proximité.

The location is excellent - near Taghzout village and surf beach. However, the food is not very good (it made me quite ill on one occasion) and the noise is awful. The hotel runs a rave in the hotel premises every Saturday night until 2:30am. The music is deafening even in the rooms and it is impossible to sleep. It is like being in a sleep deprivation environment at Guantánamo bay rather than a 4 star family beachside hotel. Do not go unless you are prepared for a sleepless night caused by terrible rave music (I like dance music but this was really bad) that makes you feel like murdering the hotel staff the following morning.

The hotel provided a pleasant stay with a very friendly and helpful staff, always ready to find solutions. Zakaria at the reception was particularly outstanding, always answering our questions with a smile. However, the beds were not very comfortable, which was a downside for me. On the bright side, the rooms were clean and quiet, and the kids were happy and satisfied with our stay.

Wow what a beaituful resort and a great location. From check in, everything was amazing including an upgrade to a bungalow. Right on a sandy beach, the beach bar was memorable watching the stunning moroccan sunset. Surfing was great too.

1 out of 5 stars - Completely Misrepresented Accommodations, Avoid at All Costs I booked a stay at the Radisson Blu Resort, Taghazout Bay Surf Village based Tn the enticing photos pf the bungalows. the hotel's website, touting an "ocean view" two-floor bungalow-style layout. However, the reality was a far cry from what was advertised. Upon arrival, I was shocked to find that the actual room bore no resemblance to the online images. There was no ocean view whatsoever - the windows looked out onto a crowded, unimpressive surrounding area rather than the serene seascape depicted. Moreover, the room was a single-floor unit, without any stairs or multi-level layout as claimed. Even more disappointing, the website had falsely advertised the presence of a lush, landscaped garden around the property. In reality, the area was densely packed and devoid of the green, natural setting that had been portrayed. It's clear the hotel has engaged in highly misleading marketing, using deceptive photos and descriptions that do not accurately reflect the true nature of the accommodations. This kind of blatant misrepresentation is unacceptable and has resulted in a completely unsatisfactory guest experience. As a long-time, loyal customer of Hotels.com, I expected far better. The gap between the online promises and the actual conditions of the Hotel. Hotel.com carry some responsibility of this bad outcome.

★☆☆☆☆ Highly Misleading Accommodations - Booked 2 "ocean vie bungalows and 1 room based on the website photos and description, but the actual bungalows had no ocean view and did not match the online representation at all. The bungalows was also not a two-floor layout as advertised, and there was no garden surrounding the property as claimed. This was a completely different and inferior experience compared to what was promised. Extremely disappointing and I would not recommend booking this hotel. In addition, their staff were trained for three star hotels accommodation rather than five star hotel services and attitude. I am an around the year traveler and this is the worst thing ever happened to me.

Lovely hotel with superb staff. We stayed in a bungalow. Simple, but plenty of space. Large terrace with table, chairs and hammock. Pool area well kept with plenty of loungers and parasols. Good food. Stylish outdoor bar. All the staff were brilliant and we were very well looked after. Highly recommended.

I cannot recommend this hotel. The service was really really bad, staff was unfriendly, we had to wait for 45 minutes for beach towels and didn't get any and had to get our towels from the shower, the hotel was not clean, there were bugs and ants all over the bungalow. Almost every plate at the hotel buffet was somehow dirty, i got unwashed cutlery. When we ordered two beer we had to wait for 30min, when we asked if they forgot we were told they run out of that beer (but didn't think to tell us or offer to order another one and just left us sitting there). Almost everytime we had a question we received a rude answer. There were stray dogs all over the place. It is definitely not worth the money and i cannot recommend this hotel.

Un super sejour reposant, calme, apaisant dans une ambiance tres decontractée. Les bungalows sont beaux et propres, la piscine et le jardin magnifique avec uniquement des especes vegetales de la region, le restaurant est tres bon et le bar fait des super cocktails si l’envie vous prend. Surtout, le personnel est aux petits soins, d’une gentilesse à toute epreuve et le service est impeccable. Sans parler des soins au hamma fait par Rosa qui sont formidables! Un tout grand merci à Rosa, Ayman et tous autres qui ont tous contribuer à un sejour genial !
