They have a great team from the doormen to Reception, cleaners and restaurant staff are excellent at their jobs and very pleasant to deal with. Special mention to Fatima and Warda for looking after my room everyday, fixing the blocked sink, Fatima showing me how to use the TV, replenishing water, Tea and coffee and tying by curtains in a nice ribbon shape. It’s nice to be greeted with a smile every day thanks Fatima and Warda 🙏🙏👌👌 you are both great ambassadors for the hotel 😀

Did not feel welcomed on arrival, check in took a long time and no hotel information was provided. Room was 29 degrees on entry and took a while to cool. No towels or hairdryer in room. Housekeeping and reception did not answer telephone so had to return to reception to resolve. Staff member delivering hairdryer entered room without seeking permission while my partner was in a state of undress. Hairdryer delivered did not work properly and smelled like it was burning. Fitted sheet did not cover bottom third of mattress. Slow WiFi.

Our 4 night stay at this hotel was memorable. As a wheelchair user, I find breakfast buffets a challenge, The breakfast team made up of Abdsamad,Aziz,Brahim,Malika,Rajae,Syrima,Taufik and Wijdame made my stay easier. They are a credit to the hilton garden inn. They were always on hand to help when I needed it. On my third day, Malika got me a table and told me that she knew exactly what l wanted and then brought everything to my table the attention to detail was much appreciated even down to the 2 glasses of marrocco mint tea ( which I had daily during my stay A special mention to Wijdame who manned the omelette station, she always had a smile as she attended to her orders. I will definitely visit again.

The staff is really nice They say they have air conditioning, but our room was at 24° and they did not have fans to provide. It was very, very hot and uncomfortable. The breakfast is phenomenal and delicious The facility is beautiful, but they need to work on their air-conditioning We asked in the morning to have them fix it or switch us or do something to make it better as we were checking out very early in the next morning and they came back with a solution at 10 o’clock that they could give us a free dinner when the restaurant closed at 11 and we were all going to bed at that point Overall, it was OK. I won’t go again, but most of the staff was great and the restaurant breakfast was delicious

2 minutes walk to the beach. Could see lightings in Spain from my room. Zero noise and very central. 3 minutes walk to the train station and with a shopping mall. You will miss nothing here. Excellent location and good food. The staff are excellent, you get services as quick as you want it. My family love it.

I had a lovely long weekend with with my mother. The hotel staff could not have done more to make our stay wonderful. We had an excellent service from Inaas and Iliyas at reception (but all were very good). The room was spotlessly clean and the cleaner whose name I did not jot down was excellent. The staff at breakfast were truly amazing especially Malika and Sanae. Sanae in particular went out of her way to make sure us and others were well catered for. Breakfast was plentiful and very relaxed. I would highly recommend this hotel for, service, value for money and standard of accommodation. It's a stone's throw away from the shops and the sea and the medina is about 40 minutes walk away.

Best hotel!! Convenient if you’re traveling by train, the train station is just up the street and there’s a mall nearby to walk around in and then it’s a five minute short walk from the beach. The customer service is great. They are kind and friendly and very accommodating. Especially a man named taha is he was great help!

We had a great time. The staff were courteous, helpful and timely with requests. The food was tasty but it would have be nice to know that the dinner buffet wasn’t available on the weekend as originally explained. Prices were also reasonable. This property is conveniently located in close proximity to the train station (5min walk), it’s also around the corner from an extensive stretch of restaurants and other shopping. We were expecting a roof top pool but that was at the other location. Nonetheless the beach was very close but get there early on the weekends. It wasn’t as clean as I would have expected but not bad. The water however was spectacular. Overall I definitely would recommend this property.

Excellent location come off the train. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable and roomy. Great location to walk along the promenade and to the beach. Many restaurants along the way. A meeting point for tour pickups. Food at the restaurant/bar was good. There is an almost hidden restaurant next to it La Duquesa that is excellent. It is easy to miss but it is worth a visit.

Room size was ample but bathroom a little smaller than we would have liked. Pillows were far too soft - every 4 & 5* hotel should offer a pillow menu. We dined there but at one point the waiters had two televisions blasting out a football game until I complained. Check out was easy and staff helped us get a taxi which was much appreciated.

The hotel is of a good standard and situated close to the beach and shops etc. The room provided had a side view with a not so pleasant outlook towards a 'building site'. The room was clean, bed comfortable. The only slight negative was that only one coffee and tea packet available (I'd be quite sure more would be provided on request) Reception and Dining staff were excellent and all very helpful clearly a well run hotel that valued customers Breakfast was excellent with a good choice including Moroccan.

This was my second time staying in the Hilton's and I chose it because you can walk most anywhere. It's safe and the boardwalk is just a minute away. The hotel itself is great. Free laundry! I came back with a clean load of clothes instead of dirty for once. The room was great with all the amenities you can need. Wi-fi was strong and maid service was lovely. It has a bar and the food was good and nicely priced. The best part is service and staff. They really are amazing here and Mohamed at the front desk is just a rock star and I know rock stars! There is nothing that will have him say no in trying to help you.

We only stayed there for 1 night as it was a pre tour booking but everything about the hotel was excellent. I requested a smoking room and we were given a lovely large spotlessly clean room on the 8th floor. There was a mini bar and a kettle. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious with a wide choice of food in very comfortable surroundings. As a bonus there is a great shopping mall right next to the hotel and it's only about a 20 minute walk along the sea front to the medina. This is an ideal place to stay. Many thanks to all the staff who were friendly and helpful.

The hotel is very clean, rooms are spacious and quiet. It’s a three minute walk to the beach. The breakfast buffet (6:30am - 11:00 am) is worth the extra charge. It has a very good variety of hot and cold food options. All types of coffee made fresh for you. Fresh juices and tea. Service and staff are very friendly. We stayed 5 days and I would recommend and stay at this hotel again.

Staying in Hilton has always been awesome! Check in was smooth and fast. The bell service attended to us and promptly delivered our luggage. The room was cleaned with simple beautiful decor and everything in the room was in good working condition. The housekeeping service was superb on the cleaniness and prompt service. We stayed 2 nights for our final nights in morroco. Mohamed at the frint desk was very nice and helpful. The room was large and the bedcwas very comfortable. The hotel is about 10 minutes drive to medina and ferry and its a few minute walk from train station, and beach across the busy street. So conveniently located. Breakfast buffet is totally worth it, has a large mux of food and drinks. Great spot overall!

The staff was amazing, especially the Front Desk and the breakfast team, but also the security and housekeeping teams. I especially would like to mention Tawfik and Claire from the restaurant staff that helped me during breakfast. They were super attentive, very efficient and friendly. They realized I was not feeling well, and had a very soar throat, they did everything to make me get better. As someone who works in customer service for nearly 20 years, their level of care was amazing, and very genuine. They are great assets for the hotel.

Such a great hotel to stay at when visiting Tangier. Its a 2-3 minute walk from the Tangier train station, right beside a mall with a theatre and a 2-3 minute walk to the beautiful beach and boardwalk. If you walk the boardwalk, you will make it to the medina and park which is about an additional 20 min. The staff were great and the rooms are super nice, clean and large. Highly recommend!

The hotel was like a dream come true. It passed all expectations. As you drove up, you were met by the bellhop who ushered you in to the most magnificent of settings with a very friendly staff. You felt at home. The room was quite large with all the amenities needed and if there was something lacking, you simply had to ask. We arrived there the day after my birthday. This was noticed by the clerk who checked us in and he sent some of his staff to welcome me with sparkling candles as they sang Happy Birthday to me both in English as well as French. The dining was also out of this world. The entire experience has left us exhilarated and happy. We would recommend this hotel to any one. We would give them a 5 star rating.

The hotel, staff and area around the hotel are all very nice. We had no complaints as far as that was concerned. Our first night there we wanted to order room service. The room service button on the phone would dial but the line would always be busy. Same with the front desk button on the phone. It would dial but the line would be busy. Took the elevator down from the 12th floor to ask at the front desk for room service. They apologized profusely and then gave me the 3 digit number to call room service. Why not just have it printed on the info sheet instead of saying to press a button on the phone that did not work for room service or the front desk. In addition our TV in the room never worked. We told the front desk about it the morning after we arrived. I wanted to see the UEFA Champioship when I came back that evening. They said they would send someone right up. 2 days later when we left, it still wasn't working. Everyone was nice but things get done whenever.

It's right across the Tangier highspeed train station, about 6 minutes walk. There's a supermarket & shopping mall next door. We're upgraded to a seaview room, very nice staffs at reception. Also arranged airport transfer for us, €38 per car. Beware there's a big construction site next to hotel, not sure how noisy it'll be in near future.

Stay at hilton tangier was very good the lobby smells great with oud and room was clean. Area around is walkable and was also safe. All amenities and necessities are easily accessible, theres a mall nearby where you can buy anything you want, you can take taxi to any tangier famous locations/medina etc and we enjoyed that. Just be careful with the taxi fares as some may charge a lot until you figure out what is a good rate. Tangier is beautiful and worth a visit. We also visited Tarifa spain for a day trip on the ferry as the port is nearby. I reccomend this location.

Upon check-in we were given a room with a very nice sea view, but it was a smoking room that smelled terrible. We asked to move to a non-smoking room, but we were told there were non left, only smoking rooms were available. We attempted to do a load of self-serve laundry but the only dryer was broken. The staff were very nice and helpful, especially the front desk and our maid, Amih. The staff was the best part of the stay.

Security was great. Nice hotel, but terrible service!!! We booked NON-smoking family connecting rooms months ago. I could tell there was some issue when the two girls at the front desk were looking at the screen for a long time. They gave us our keys and upon arriving in our rooms we realize immediately they put us on a smoking floor. We go back to the front desk and are told they are sold out of all connecting rooms except the smoking ones. I show my confirmation and that I booked a non-smoking room, and they said they can give us two rooms next to each other but they’d both have king beds. This was unacceptable because we have teens, a boy and a girl, and specifically booked a room with separate beds that connected to ours. I was not comfortable being separated from our children in a foreign country. Finally they “upgraded” us to sea view rooms so the kids could have separate beds, but we were still separated from them. We also had to wait for over an hour for our luggage. Finally I had to go to the front desk to ask for it; it was just sitting on a cart in the lobby. We also asked for a new duvet because ours had a stain it looked like it was not a fresh one. Didn’t get it so had to wait for housekeeping late at night when we wanted to sleep. We were only in Tangier for one night and did not appreciate wasting two hours on check in issues and waiting for our luggage. A manager should have come out to expressly apologize and they should have done more for us.

I booked sea view suite , my suite came with literally no view . The suite had ceiling window that doesn’t show any view unless u get closer to the window . I asked the stuff to change my suite and I was informed that I will be charge $100 a night if I want to change to senior suite with sea view .

The service was excellent. From the doorman to the front desk (Mohamed, Hind, Reda) to the waitstaff (Malika Kaotor) everyone was professional and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The food at the restaurant and the breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious. Can’t wait to return, especially as it is walking distance to the beach.

It's a relatively new facility, but the problem isn't the facility, it's the poor management of the facility. First, I made my reservation at the property and paid for an ocean view. I didn't get an ocean view, but I was promised an upgrade on my next visit. This isn't useful to me, since I live eight thousand kilometers away. The rooms we were given had no towels. We called the front desk several times and had to physically go down to the front desk at least twice and request the towels. The towels finally arrived several hours later. The air conditioning did not work, despite management sending someone up to our room to look at it. We barely slept due to the heat in the room. The only thing good about the experience is that the breakfast is good. However, that isn't enough for me to be able to recommend this property. At the end I needed to convert a few euros into dirhams, but this request was denied since my euro bill had a tiny (<1mm) tear in it. I have to say absolutely avoid this property!

On the positive, the room was a good size, clean and there was a parking garage for our car. I was disappointed with the lack of service. The first day we had no towels in our room and when I called I was told they would send them up. I had to ask 4 times and wait 6 hours for a towel to take a shower. I asked in both French and English so I don’t think this was a language issue. The next day, they only left hand towels. They never brought me a bath towel and I gave up asking. I am wondering if they had a shortage of bath towels. I would have preferred having been told that then, “we will send towels right up” and never getting them.

They messed up our room booking by giving us a smaller room but did fix the issue and gave us the right one after. The service staff is friendly and goes out of their way to help, the front desk needs to be a bit more friendlier. Overall no major concerns or complains

Great stay. The staff was friendly, breakfast, delicious (paid extra) and self parking was included (with in and out privileges). The hotel is located right next to the train station and the beach, easy to walk around and in a very safe area.

Excellent hotel with an AMAZING breakfast (could be a lunch also) - with beverages, fruits, cheeses, meats, fish, eggs, omelettes, pastries, cereals, juices. I've never seen anything like it. Really nice service personnel. Next to the other Hilton and a stone's throw from the new train station. Near several cafe/bistros and a great McDonald's for those who consider this a sign of civilization. Large mall virtualy attached. Several hundred feet from the beach promenade.

The hotel, staff and all the amenities were on par for Hilton and its standards, above the rest as usual. Everything was clean, updated. We had a magnificent view of the sea and coastline. We chose the sea view room. The breakfast buffet was incredible, Ibrahim and Fatima took excellent care of us. It was a 5 minute walk from the train station, and a few minutes walk to the beach. Excellent location, right next to the mall. The nearest mosque was a quick taxi ride away for about a dollar. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Tangier.

After spending a month on a budget trip to Morocco, we decided to have a couple of nights of luxury. We had a lovely room with a terrific view. Our room had great window seats where we could look out at the beach and harbor. I generally prefer local hotels but this really was very nice.

Overall disappointed with our stay, the room was basic, everytime we ordered anything at the bar or at dinner it was wrong. (Willing to accept it may be a translation issue however we did get them to confirm they knew what we ment plus the site does advertise the staff as multilingual, fair enough they knew 2/3 languages just none of them was English) the room like I say was basic but very clean, the air con didn’t work the plug socket next to the bed didn’t work and the curtains were hanging off their hooks leaving light to enter. The location was perfect right next to the train station and a couple mins walk max to the beach. There’s a shopping Center next door as well as a McDonald’s if you are scared to try the local food. I will say if you get enticed in by the bar advertising the football matches being played go down 30 mins earlier as they had huge trouble getting it on (which I’m probably only moaning about as my team lost, and I had missed the first 30 mins) They were very helpful in letting us check in very early as the room was free which helped us out massively.
