Il riad si trova a pochi passi dalla piazza Jmal El Fna, su una strada "principale" della medina. La stanza è piccolina, ma abbastanza comoda. I letti sono comodi e la struttura è abbastanza pulita. Il proprietario è molto gentile e disponibile. C'è la possibilità di prenotare una navetta a prezzo conveniente da e per l'aeroporto.
Cons: Il bagno è molto piccolo e non molto funzionale. Il lavandino è minuscolo e il rubinetto si muove. La doccia ha il soffione rotto. La camera è un po' rumorosa.

The location is great. the staff super kind. We had internet connection and HOT water in the bathroom. They provided us the towels as well and extra thick blankets for the cold.

It is important to understand this is not a riad, but for the price and the location it is a good place to stay. I don't know if this was the case for us (because we didn't asked) but they dont do the room. Which is kind of a problem for the bathroom. Over all this were minor inconveniences

Muy buen alojamiento. Trato excelente por parte del chico de recepción, siempre atento. Contratamos el servicio de recogida al aeropuerto y vino a buscarnos donde dejamos el coche, para que no tuviéramos que ir solas, y al marcharnos hizo lo mismo. La habitación triple con baño privado estaba muy limpia y cuidada, con todo lo necesario y aire acondicionado, que se agradece. Además, nos imprimieron la tarjeta de embarque. La ubicación es ideal, a solo dos minutos andando de la plaza. Muy recomendable.

L’hôtel bénéficie d’un emplacement idéal, à seulement 4 minutes de la place Jemaa el-Fna.
Cons: mon expérience n’a pas été conforme à mes attentes. J’avais réservé une chambre avec trois lits, mais à mon arrivée, on m’a attribué une chambre comprenant seulement deux lits et un lit séparé, de type dortoir. Lorsque j’ai demandé des explications à la réception, il m’a été indiqué qu’il n’existait qu’une seule chambre avec trois lits, déjà occupée. Or, lors de ma réservation, le site affichait bien la disponibilité de cette chambre. J’ai choisi cet hôtel exclusivement pour cette configuration, ce qui rend la situation particulièrement décevante.

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Aday. All staff members were super warm and welcoming, and the bed was clean and comfortable. Although I stayed there around New Year’s Eve and it was cold and raining outside, I didn’t feel cold inside my room at all and I had several blankets to warm up if needed. Hot water was also available in the shower. It was very quiet, and the location is perfect, just a 2 min walk from Jamaa El Fna square, in a quiet alley close to the souk. WiFi worked great too and they arranged my shuttle to the airport in the middle of the night (3:30am), at a great price. Overall a great budget option as long as you don’t expect luxury facilities!

Cons: The hygiene is very questionable... the bathroom we had on our floor didn't have the soap, the floor was dirty brown from other people's shoes, it had no proper towels provided (we had to ask and they gave a hand towel for the body), the worst thing is the shower - it will make your hair wet even if you don't want to, the pressure makes the water go in ALL directions. The toilet paper was always slightly wet and the bucket for I assume cleaning your lower parts was on the sink, where people wash their faces... it was disgusting. It was very cold in the place, thankfully they gave us very warm blankets. However, I doubt they clean them because of their material, so using the blanket after many people feels unhygienic.

O staff é muito incrível, super educados, prestativos e generosos. O quarto estava muito cheiroso e limpo quando chegamos.
Cons: Não tinha água quente no final do dia, ou seja, saímos para passeios e quando voltávamos não tinha água quente para tomar um banho. A lâmpada também estava fraca mas o staff logo consertou. O lençol tinha furos. Também apareceram algumas baratinhas, o que foi estranho porque o hotel estava muito limpo.

I liked all the booking process and communication with the accommodation before and during stay. Hafid and other staff members were really help full! They picked me up at the taxi at night, which for a mother with a 6 year old kid was really pleasant and felt secure. they were always there for any request!
Cons: The fact there they didn´t allow a refund or changing of dates of a room a friend that couldn´t come. Even when I asked exactly on the 5 day before.... the humidity on the wall of the twin room falling on the bed and some noise at night coming from disrespectful guests... that the reception wouldn´t say to shut up....

Fantastic location, a short walk from Jemaa el Fna, in the heart of the medina. Easy walking distance from all the main sights, souks, restaurants. Bear in mind with its location, there are no cars in the medina, the only way to and from the hotel is on foot. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable.
Cons: Wi-fi was slow and frequently cut out. One issue with the bathroom with the basin leaking onto the floor sometimes.

Nous n’avons rien apprécié. Cet hôtel ne mériterait pas d’être ouvert. De plus sur le site le paiement pouvait se faire par carte et à l’arrivée il nous ont imposé de payer en espèces.

Cons: Las habitaciones no están climatizadas por lo que hace bastante calor y faltaba higiene en las habitaciones. Encontramos una cucaracha entre las sabanas y hubo un recepcionista muy irrespetuoso que nos habló con desprecio cuando le dijimos que nos dieran sabanas nuevas (aunque todas las sabanas que tienen alli están rotas) porque no íbamos a dormir en un nido de cucarachas. El me dijo que ese no era su trabajo y que el veía normal que hubieran cucarachas… Desde el primer día sabia que no iba a ir bien cuando este mismo hombre dijo que no podia pagar las habitaciones con tarjeta teniendo que gastar todo el efectivo en pagar el alojamiento cuando puse expresamente que quería pagar con tarjeta desde booking. Me dejo sin dinero en efectivo en marruecos lo que se hace muy cuesta arriba. No veo normal inventarte que se te ha estropeado el datáfono y esconderlo en mi cara para sacarme el dinero en efectivo

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit fünf Betten gebucht, bekommen haben wir aber nur zwei Doppelbetten und ein Einzelbett. Das Zimmer war extrem heiß – es gab keine Klimaanlage, was bei sommerlichen Temperaturen ein großes Problem war. Man konnte kaum schlafen. Zum Glück war es nur für eine Nacht. Für Familien würde ich diese Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen

The beds and pillows were not comfortable. Although it is written on Booking that they accept payment by visa, the staff did not accept my payment by visa upon arrival and asked me to pay in cash. It would have been good if they wrote on Booking that they do not accept payment by cards so that the person would know before booking. The terrace does not have a good view.

Cons: the location is good and bad. good in that it is 2 minutes walk from the action. bad in that there is a lot of street noise from early morning until after midnight. you can hear everything that is happening outside; wheelie cases as late flight arrivals arrive at their riads, moroccans talking to each other, lots of scooter noise. nothing wrong with the hotel, just be aware, there will be quiter places to stay

Mon avis est un peu biaisé dans la mesure où j'ai réservé au dernier moment suite à des modifications fait par vueling. J'ai pas bien regardé l'emplacement et ce qu'offrait cet hôtel. Pas de serviette. Juste une chambre des lits et toilettes et douches communes par étage. L'endroit est proche de la place principale à Marrakech. Beaucoup trop de touriste, pas de mon goût. Mais bel endroit si vous êtes en équipe.

Éramos 5 personas y pasamos 2 noches, teníamos una habitación de dos y otra de 3, la verdad fue genial, pagamos muy muy poco y no tuvimos ningún problema, nos dieron toallas el primer día, el chico de la recepción muy amable, nos recomendó dónde ir a comer y donde cambiar dinero, gracioso. Los baños eran compartidos pero estaban bien, por las mañanas siempre había una señora limpiando y no tuvimos ningún problema, además había wifi en los distintos pisos

Cons: Although the good things I think that something should be remodeled. E.g. the shower, is not well attached to the wall and sometimes the hot water is not easily regulated. The plugs are pretty fare frok bed, the rooms are too packed and little and the roof of mine was so short (only 1.80 m)!

My room was good size, with traditional furniture and a sink. Plenty of blankets for the cold nights. The riad had some nice traditional decor in common areas. The common shower and toilets were clean and worked well (bring your own towel). The main disadvantage was that there was a small patio to which all the bedrooms faced, so noise traveled uninterrupted throughout the riad and other guests were very inconsiderate, loud and noisy, so I´d only recommend this riad if you have good earplugs. Location was great.
Cons: the riad design and type of clientele made for a very noisy night both until around 1 am and starting at 6 am...

El recepcionista del hotel fue muy atento con nosotras, éramos 3 chicas y cuando le pedimos encargar un taxi para ir al aeropuerto de madrugada estuvo atento a que no nos dejara solas el taxista en la calle. Nos imprimió los billetes de avión sin problema y estuvo toda la estancia pendiente a si nos hacia falta algo. El baño compartido estaba limpio y en buenas condiciones.

J'avais une chambre au rez-de-chaussée mais éloignée du hall d'entrée (n°23) donc je n' ai pas tellement entendu les autres voyageurs mais ma fenêtre donne sur l'entrée de l'hôtel voisin et les gardiens sont un peu bruyants. Mais j' ai réussi à dormir tout de même. La robinetterie de la salle de bain est à revoir.

It's a 2 star establishment, clean enough and easy to get to in the Medina. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Beds were comfy although room was cold at night, early in the season so wasn't that warm outside either. Only issue was that it was fairly noisy, other guests and from outside. No complaints or issues otherwise.

Un hôtel charmant qui convient tout à fait pour passer quelques jours à Marrakech. Parfaitement situé, à seulement quelques rues de la place animée de Jemaa el-Fnaa au coeur de la Medina. Malgré son emplacement, nous n'avons eu aucun problème de bruit que ce soit le matin ou bien le soir. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour entre amis, nous avons été bien accueillis ainsi que conseillés sur les lieux et les restaurants à faire au sein de Marrakech. Un grand merci au personnel ! Cons: No heating (we stayed in January) but extra blankets were provided. Our "room" was a painted out glass & half metal conservatory on the roof! No towels or toiletries provided but we didnt ask if towels were available because we had our own anyway. Poor maintenance evident in places within the hotel that would take minutes to fix, loose door handles etc. No wall bracket for shower head in one of the bathrooms. the temperature of the water varied from luke warm, just about ok to shower in all the way through to hot, though this could be down to the fact the hotel has a solar water heater and well, it was January :/ No wardrobe or drawers in our room, just one table. No working communal fridge available, no coffee making facilities, just non working items in the communal walkthrough.

Posizione comoda, nella Medina, a due passi dalla piazza in una strada comoda per muoversi e tranquilla durante la notte. Pochi rumori, nonostante la stanza fosse al piano terra. Staff disponibile e struttura pulita nel complesso.
Cons: Stanza fredda in quanto al piano terra, ed essendo nella Medina il sole arriva poco, non c’era possibilità di riscaldamento. Rubinetti rovinati e mal tenuti da cui usciva poca acqua calda. La camera non è mai stata pulita nonostante avessi soggiornato 5 notti.

Cons: se echaba de menos un asiento. El grifo del lavabo se moviabastante, tanto en el lavabo como en la ducha poco caudal de agua y no puedes sujetar la manguera de la ducha a la pared. no hay cortina por lo que es mejor dejar todo fuera del baño.

la ubicacion es el punto fuerte de este establecimiento. pedimos habitacion de fumadores, la cual estaba en el segundo piso y se accedia desde la terraza, en la cual se podia fumar, dentro de la habitacion no.
Cons: para mi gusto creo que el moviliario de la habitacion no era util, se echaba en falta una mesita cerca de la cama y por lo menos un asiento. Durante nuestra estancia de 3 noches a las mañanas no habia agua caliente, a la tarde si. El grifo del lavabo se moviabastante, tanto en el lavabo como en la ducha poco caudal de agua y no puedes sujetar la manguera de la ducha a la pared.
