De tudo, desde a simpatia das pessoas, sempre dispostos a fazer o melhor e a satisfazer os nossos pedidos, desde a recepção até ao restaurante. A localização do riad é excelente, dentro da medina, perto da praça central e de outros locais a visitar tudo entre os 10 e os 15 minutos. Recomendo quem quiser visitar Marraquexe.
Cons: O maior problema foi mesmo o calor, mas isso não tem a ver com o riad.

Las instalaciones muy bonitas. La terraza para el desayuno y la piscina estan muy biem. El personal muy amable. El desayuno muy bueno. Nosotros hicimos el hamam alli. Y fue una experiencia super bonitq. Lo hice con mi hija a la vez y nos encanto a las dos. Hamam Vintage por 25 euros cada una. Lo recomiendo.
Cons: Lo unico malo fue que los dos primeros dias se fue la luz varias veces. Pero hicieron lo posible por arreglarla cuanto antes.

La gentillesse du personnel en particulier Oussama,syhann,et Mbarca. Toujours là pour rendre votre séjour encore plus agréable. Le petit déjeuner est top. La piscine en rooftop avec une eau à 30.
Cons: Il faudrait juste penser à restaurer la piscine qui s est un peu abîmé au fil du temps. Mais ce sera probablement possible avec l ouverture du nouveau projet.

We had a short trip to Marrakech and stayed at Riad les Olivers and we could not have picked a more wonderful Riad. It is right in the heart of Marrakech with the shops and souks all within a 5 min walk. We had breakfast and dinner here and food was delicious served extremely helpful and attentive staff. The staff in all aspects of this Riad were the loveliest most helpful people i have ever met. I did not catch names however 2 you g men done everything to ensure our trip went well. They gave directions when needed, helped us with a desert trip and carried our luggage from taxi to room. I could not recommend this Riad highly enough. I will visit the beautiful city of Marrakech again and I will look no further than here! We travelled 2 adults and 2 children and found the room spacious and the beds very comfortable and fully air conditioned

Il Riad è signorile ed elegante, lo staff molto cortese e professionale. Essendo un viaggio di famiglia, con due figli adolescenti, abbiamo scelto la suite con due camere. La suite era splendida, composta da un ingresso che portava alla stanza matrimoniale con bagno ed un piccolo salottino con la tivù; una scala finemente decorata ed illuminata portava alla stanza dei ragazzi con il loro bagno. La piscina sul rooftop non grandissima ma molto apprezzata per rinfrescarsi prima e dopo il giro nella medina.

El Riad está de lujo y los empleados te tratan como un rey. Para una excursión a primera hora que teníamos y no podíamos ir al desayuno nos hicieron un picnic de primera.
Cons: La TV. No la pudimos utilizar por qué hacía falta un ladrón de enchufe para poder conectar el receptor y la TV a la vez. En su defensa decir que no lo pedimos.

Cons: During our stay of 3 days, construction worker was going on. Real construction work! With drilling all day next to the swimming pool. The reason we choose the location was to wind off upon arrival in Marrakech and enjoy some peace at the pool. But this was impossible. We mentioned it to the staff. But it did not change the situation. We understand that this work needs to be done, but they should have informed us, so we can make our planning around it, or even choose a different place. And a proper discount would have been in place. The price per night is not low and running away from the noice was not what I expected to do at the start of the holiday.

Posizione comodissima per visitare la Medina. Ottima colazione e cena, servita sulla terrazza rinfrescata da nebulizzatori. Buono rapporto qualità \ prezzo. Camera suite familiare grande (composta da due camere con due bagni). TV non sono riuscita ad accenderla, ma onestamente non mi interessava, non ho chiesto, forse ero io che non avevo capito come si faceva. Ottimo avere la piscina per un bagno rinfrescante nel pomeriggio, dopo aver girato tutto il giorno; forse necessita di una revisione \ sistemazione perché internamente si staccavano dei pezzetti. Lo staff stupendo. Ci hanno aiutato in tutto anche nell'organizzazione delle escursioni. Lo consiglio.

La localisation à moins de 10 minutes à pieds de la place Jemmaa el fna en traversant le souk, Chambre Essaouira très calme, petit déjeuner buffet varié avec des fruits frais, accueil chaleureux et personnel aux petits soins, piscine propre et suffisante pour se rafraichir.
Cons: Dans ma chambre la pomme de douche fixe est située à 1,70 M de hauteur, je fais 1,80 M, donc pas pratique. L'éclairage naturel est faible, ce qui est normal, mais l’éclairage artificiel est trop faible dans la salle de bains. La TV dans la chambre avec les chaines françaises c'est super mais le système de connexion internet à revoir car de nombreuses interruptions et coupures de réseau.

Fijne airco in de kamer, je kunt bijna heel de dag wat eten, hamam was relaxed en zwembad was groot voor een hotel midden in de medina. Personeel super behulpzaam en kwamen de koffers ophalen van de parking. Oase van rust midden in marrakesh

El riad es precioso y se encuentra muy bien ubicado, a 10 min andando de plaza Jemaa y muy cerca de la plaza de los hojalateros pero en una zona tranquila. La habitación muy bien decorada y limpia, el aire acondicionado supersilencioso y las camas son comodísimas. La terraza es espectacular y grande, con zonas diferenciadas. En ella sirven todas las comidas. La piscina tiene un tamaño ideal para refrescarse e incluso nadar. Tiene 1,5 m de profundidad.

Er was 1 gastheer die de hele dag in touw was, zowel bij het ontbijt, zwembad terras en avond. Hij werkt hard en bleef altijd zeer beleefd en vriendelijk. Verder heb ik over niemand wat op aan te merken. Het personeel was er erg vriendelijk, behulpzaam. Als je een boeking had gemaakt voor een excursie of als je er vroeg uit moest om naar het vliegveld te vertrekken stonden ze voor je op, hadden ze een taxi besteld en brachten je dan tot aan de taxi op de parkeer plaats. Je kreeg een uit gebreid ontbijt mee voor onderweg naar het vliegtuig. Dit mag je trouwens mee nemen in het vliegtuig, behalve de drank. Wees niet bang dat je denkt wat moet ik ermee, je kunt het lekker oppeuzelen in vliegtuig . Echt aan te bevelen Riad. Zeer mooi onderhouden en zeer kleurrijk. Ben echt verliefd geworden erop.
Cons: Ik heb niks op aan te merken, alles was in een woord Geweldig. Zoals ik al omschreven had, was gewoon uitstekend goed georganiseerd.

The property is presented beautifully which identifies itself as the genuine Moroccan Riad. It’s tucked away like an oasis on the edge of the Medina, close to the spice market and the Kasbah. The rooftop pool and outside seating area is a real bonus. Staff were amazing.

We were picked up by the airbus shuttle, and then at location someone else lead us from the taxi to the riad. Upon entering we were served tea and got an explanation of the city. The staff was wonderful, location was perfect, room was very nice and cleaned daily. On the way back we had an very early flight. The hotel arranged a taxi and we got breakfast packages with us to eat at the airport. I can honestly recommend this Riad!
Cons: There was no wifi in our room. Which was maybe for the best, helping me connect with my partner. Just outside the room the wifi was perfect!

Fabulous. We had an amazing stay in Marakesh. Our room was comfortable and clean. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff who were very polite and friendly. English was spoken very well. Lovely breakfast and enjoyed sunbathing and relaxing by the pool. Very central. Short walk to the taxis, palace ,markets, shops, restaurants and coffee bars. We have had an amazing holiday. Enjoyed the excursions. We went to the waterfalls in the atlas mountains and went for dinner and a show. All were excellent. Can only recommend this hotel for a fabulous holiday.

Lo staff sempre gentile e disponibile. La piscina sul terrazzo ed il rooftop molto bello e funzionale. Le sdraio non sono molte. Abbiamo anche cenato, il cibo era di buona qualità e cucinato bene per i miei gusti. Abbiamo usufruito dei servizi spa. Il massaggio per me e mia figlia è stato effettuato con molta professionalità in un ambiente dedicato pulito profumato con una musica rilassante. Ci hanno dato anche la colazione da asporto. Consiglio questa struttura.

Cons: Wir hatten leider ein Zimmer direkt unten im Innenhof, dort herrscht Bahnhofslautstärke, die Gäste werden dort empfangen und halten sich auf, leider immer laut. Gerade in Marrakesch braucht man Erholung. Der Pool ist ab 19 Uhr geschlossen, wir hatten 39 Grad, da wäre es schön, ohne starke UV Strahlung zu baden. Es fehlt tagsüber Schatten. Das Frühstück lief auch schleppend.

Très bonne position pour visiter la Médina. Accueil excellent de la part de tout le personnel, de la réception, au service petit déj, en passant par les filles du spa! Suite 2 chambres spacieuse. Le petit déjeuner une belle découverte avec chaque matin une nouvelle spécialité. La piscine agréable et un réel plus à Marrakech. Mention spéciale pour le parfum de fleur d’oranger qui nous a accompagné depuis la rue pendant tout notre séjour ;)

Great location right in the heart of the Medina, close to the markets and within walking distance of attractions like Bahia Palace, which was only around 8 minutes away. Other tourist sites were roughly a 15-minute drive, and the water park was also about 15 minutes away, which was great for families with children. The staff were extremely attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay, and gave us some excellent recommendations for places to visit and eat.
Cons: Very minor point, but the breakfast area could benefit from food being covered more consistently. As expected in a hot country, there can be flies and insects around, so it would be good if items like fruit were re-covered more regularly or if additional measures were used around the breakfast table to help keep flies away.

Estar tan cerca de la Plaza y a la vez disfrutar de la calma que transmite el Riad. La azotea es un sitio perfecto para desconectar y darte un baño para escapar del calor. Ademas, nosotros comimos en la terraza y fue muy agradable. Destacar la atencion del personal que nos puso todas las facilidades para ir al aeropuerto a las 6 de la mañana, incluyendo un desayuno para llevar.

Le personnel nous a très bien accueilli.apres nous avoir offert un thé ,la responsable nous a fait visiter le riad avant de nous donner la chambre . Tout le personnel est très aimable et poli,toujours a notre écoute et de bons conseils. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et excellent . C est un riad que l' on recommande.on s' y sens très a l' aise. Ce riad possède une belle piscine et rooftop.

Cons: Down an alley way. Booking.com transfer didn’t arrive and we got a cab that dropped us.. but not outside the riad. Got lost.. phone maps weren’t working.. Booked as had a bar and wine/champagne available. Heavy sales in arrival for additional trips. Rubbish start.. we cancelled and went to a 5 star at great expense because we were scared after getting lost. So just be warned.. dry hotel, down an alley that cabs don’t go to.. get Marrakesh data for maps in advance

The beauty of the riad, the spa, the rooftop restaurant and pool, the food, the personnel. It was so calm and relaxing. It always smelt lovely with the spa in the building. Always relaxing music. Great comfortable beds. Great breakfast changes every day. Authentic and in the medina so you are directly in the souk. Kind and helpful staff. I'd love to go back. It's such a beautiful riad.

Ce Riad est bien situé, juste à côté du palais Bahia, environ 10 minutes à pieds de place. Dans une petite rue où il n’y a pas l’affluence des scooters de certaines rues de la Médina. Le personnel est très sympathique
Cons: Il n’y a pas le bruit de rue mais par contre le matin c’est compliqué de dormir parce que les gens parlent fort et c’est pas très bien isolé. On peut pas trop fermer les fenêtres de la chambre sinon ça sent les égouts. C’était notre première fois à Marrakech alors on a pas de comparaison avec d’autres Riad.

Le petit thé d’accueil avec des recommandations de visites très est appréciable, et le petit déjeuner maison, copieux et différent chaque jour était royal ! L’emplacement est très vivant, à côté du palais Bahia, et 10min de la place
Cons: Difficile d’y venir en voiture, le parking est à 4 min à pied, non dédié à l’hôtel, comptez 100MAD la nuit et peu de place, il faut laisser ses clés de voiture dans l’attente d’une place.

We really appreciated and liked the staff. They were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very clean with a very nice bathroom. We also really enjoyed the breakfast, especially that it changed a bit each day.
Cons: The room was just a bit dark and it was a bit loud. But both are totally normal for a Riad so we would have to go somewhere else for a difference experience.

Die Lage ist bestens, wenn man mitten in der Medina sein möchte. Die Erfrischung im Pool auf der Dachterrasse herrlich.
Cons: Wir hatten ein Zimmer für 4 Personen. Vor unseren Fenstern war gerade die Lobby, wo sich immer wieder die anderen Gäste aufhielten. Dies war sehr unangenehm und teilweise laut. Es hatte ausschliesslich Fenster zur Lobby. Deshalb war das Zimmer auch dunkel und wenig einladend. Das Preis-Leisungsverhältnis hat so für uns nicht gestimmt. Auch das Essen fanden wir nicht sehr empfehlenswert.

Le Riad est très confortable et très bien situé. l'accueil personnalisé autour d'un thé a été apprécié. La piscine sur le toit terrasse est trèes jolie. Le petit déjeuner en style buffet est correct et les petits dejeuners à emporter pour notre vol tôt le matin ont été préparés et appréciés.
Cons: Le bruit des scooters dans la rue, les chambres ne sont pas très bien insonorisées et le bruit des travaux sur la terrasse au moment des repas.

Tout est super ici, que ce soit du personnel à l’établissement lui même. Riad très plaisant, propre, chambres agréables et de bonne taille pour un Riad, nous en avons déjà testé plusieurs et elles sont chouettes avec suffisamment de rangements. Le personnel est très gentil, arrangeant, aimable et souriant, il prend bien soin de ses clients. Communication en amont efficace. Petit dej très bien. La terrasse est superbe, d autant plus qu on a une vrai piscine avec transat.

This riad was a little haven in amongst the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We booked the taxi pickup which I would advise as it could be quite hard to find, the staff met us at the taxi to walk us to the riad. The breakfast was lovely each morning with plenty of vegetarian options (eggs, fresh bread, fruit and cakes etc). The rooftop pool was such a delight to cool off and bigger than expected. Would also recommend their spa, we had booked a hammam and massage which was perfect after a long day of exploring.

La struttura è veramente fantastica, pulita, curata e profumata. La piscina sul rooftop è un valore aggiunto così come la colazione davvero piena, varia e di qualità altissima, ogni prodotto era eccellente soprattutto lo yogurt.
Cons: La nostra camera era un po' piccola e umida, in alcuni momenti, soprattutto dopo la doccia, a causa della scarsa circolazione d'aria, l'umidità era veramente elevata e il climatizzatore non era funzionante, dunque non è stato possibile deumidificarla. Inoltre in diversi momenti si sentiva un forte odore di umido.

Lekker en gevarieerd onbijt in een gezellige setting met Marokkaanse specialiteiten. Heel vriendelijke staff die altijd bereid is uitleg te geven of iets te vertellen over de Marokkaanse cultuur.
Cons: Het is onmogelijk om te douchen zonder dat (kleine) badkamer volledig nat wordt. Douche bestaan uit glazen paneel met spleet van 1 cm. Tijdens ons verblijf (april) heeft het heel veel geregeld en werden we 1 van de 4 nachten wakker omdat het binnen regende op bed. We dienden de nachtwaker te verwittigen om bed te verplaatsen en andere lakens te vragen.

Cons: La température dans la salle de petit déjeuner et de restauration. A peine 9 degrés sans chauffage, le chauffage a été mis une fois. Je comprends que les températures étaient exceptionnellement basse mais un minimum. Les joints dans la douche étaient noirs et le tuyau de douche idem. Pour un hôtel à ce prix je pense que les dames de ménage pourraient faire attention. Odeur dégoût dans la chambre très désagréable chambre qui au passage nous a été vendu comme une suite.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce riad, décoré avec goût et plein de charme. L’accueil était chaleureux, le personnel toujours attentif et disponible. Le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse était délicieux et le cadre typique très reposant.
Cons: Seul petit bémol : le bruit des mobylettes dans la rue en soirée, mais cela fait aussi partie de l’ambiance locale.

The location is very good next to La Bahia Palace. The design of the inner court yard and the room is very pretty. The staff is friendly and helpful. Prices in the restaurant are higher than in the city. The breakfast had a choice of dishes and some variation every day. The staff booked us a day trip to Ourika valley for a good price. Highly recommend to stay here.

Le lieu est très très beau et au calme, tout en étant à 3min de marche des rues du souk. Le petit-déjeuner et les repas sont à tomber! Nos chambres étaient un peu sombre, mais nous avions deux chambres communicantes, et ne donnions pas donc sur l'espace central du riad. Je recommande le massage, absolument divin qui fait oublier toutes les tensions! Le personnel est absolument adorable; nous avons eu un souci lors de notre réservation, mais ils ont tout arrangé et ont été très rassurants. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés!

The riad looks amazing with moroccan architecture and the staff are very nice and helpful 💯 The breakfast is good, its on the rooftop with a nice view and such a nice place to chill. The location is walking distance to everywhere like 7-15mins walk i.e. Bahia Palace, Jema El-Fnaa Square, Souk, Ben Youssef, pickup point for day tours, etc. They also arranged our airport transfers and we tried their hammam and massage! Really thankful for the staff for being amazing, helping me with a bday cake for my partner and we will surely be back in this place! x

Il raid è molto bello ed accogliente, ottimo profumo di olii in tutta la struttura . Bella la terrazza dove fare colazione. Pulita la camera prenotata . La posizione è perfetta per visitare la Medina a piedi e la zona fuori dalle mura perché vicina all’area di sosta dei taxi. Abbiamo trovato la zona tranquilla ed illuminata bene per camminare anche di notte.Lo staff molto gentile e attento. Abbiamo prenotato tramite loro vari servizi (transfer da/per aeroporto, transfer per visitare i giardini e museo YSL e per uscire a cena la sera nella zona moderna, tuk tuk per visitare la Medina avendo avuto un problema nel camminare ) e ci siamo fatti consigliare sui ristoranti. Ottimo rapporto qualità/ prezzo
Cons: La zona ristorante, dove servono anche la colazione in inverno, dovrebbe essere più pulita. Sicuramente con il bel tempo e’ più piacevole fare colazione in terrazza all’aperto. La colazione può essere migliorata offrendo più prodotti sia nella parte salata che dolce ma per pochi giorni va bene. Molto buono il caffè all’americana

The location of the riad is amazing. Close to main sites. You can walk to pretty much everywhere. We decided to book the airport transfer on our arrival through the riad. The driver was amazing; he gave us a few insights into the city and the country. Breakfast was also very good. The staff was very attentive and helpful. They were able to book us transfers to places we wanted to go, as we didn't want to use taxis.

We had a lovely room which was one of the suites which had a double bed and two single beds and two bathrooms, it had plenty of space and there was fruit and treats in the room. It was also great that they gave us a bottle of water every day. Also loved the indoor courtyard, it was a nice touch to get some fresh tea when we arrived. The rooftop pool was a great place to sit and chill after being in the city.
Cons: Nothing although the riad could be hard to find if you didn’t know where it was, but someone from the Riad came and met us from our taxi.

Il Riad si trova in una stradina poco trafficata a 10 minuti a piedi dalla piazza principale. Il personale che ti accoglie è gentilissimo e la struttura ha una corte stupenda, tutta verde con piante ed al centrouna fontana. E' tutto è in stile marocchino dalle maioliche (STUPENDE) alle magnifiche porte ai divani dai toni del verde e oro. Dentro l'hotel c'è anche una piccola spa con Hammam. La mia camera era un pò buia, ma credo sia frequente nei riad, ma era pulitissima. Il Riad ha una splendida terrazza dove puoi mangiare e dove si fa colazione (ottima) dove si trova anche una bellissima piscina. E' un posto magico!!!!!

La flexibilidad y la amabilidad del personal. Nos hemos alojado 14 personas, entre ellas niños y ancianos con movilidad reducida, y todo fueron facilidades. Nos montaron la mesas del desayuno en la planta baja para poder desayunar todos juntos y hasta nos consiguieron una silla de ruedas. Sin duda, repetiremos si decidimos regresar a Marracheck.

Cons: Breakfast was poor and restaurant itself is small and very basic. The bar that is included in the list of facilities is non existent. Those reasons alone meant the Riad did not have the feel of being an escape from the hustle and bustle of central Marrakech.

We loved everything about this lovely hotel. Staff are all so helpful and attentive. Rooms were lovely, cleaned every day with clean towels too. The breakfast was great, so much to eat. We ate in their restaurant a few times. The meals were lovely, definitely recommend going there. The outside area is great, lots of comfy touches and chairs and also the pool. The location is perfect, right in the centre. Couldn't have picked a better place to stay, it was just the best 😊

Cons: The smell from the bathroom in the master bathroom were pretty bad. We were totally understand and didn't mention about this to the staff because we were out mostly all day. The wall were very thin. You could hear other people or they could hear us.

Het personeel is ontzettend behulpzaam. Geen vraag was te gek en ze deden alles voor je om het je naar de zin te maken. Onwijs veel respect voor deze harde werkers.
Cons: Sommige kamers zijn minder fijn. Zitten bijvoorbeeld aan een straatkant en hebben echt veel lawaai. Ook hadden sommige kamers geen warm water. Het is denk ik echt de moeite waard om hier een duurdere kamer te nemen.

We loved our stay at Riad Les Oliviers, it is along a narrow lane but an easy walk to all of the attractions you would want to visit during your trip to Marrakesh. The staff could not be more helpful, it felt as though you were living in a family home. The communication was exceptional, the Riad helped arrange a walking tour, a TukTuk trip and Hammam treatments during our trip. The Riad had its own Hammam facilities and the therapists were excellent, it was a treat to have this opportunity and our skin felt transformed following the treatments. The Riad had a roof top pool and a rooftop cafe, where we had delicious breakfasts and the occasional lunch, nothing too fancy but enough to keep the energy levels high, we could not believe the beauty behind the wooden door, the rooms were small but perfectly equipped. We had one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. I would have no hesitation in recommending anyone to stay in Riad Les Oliviers, it was perfect for our needs. We travelled as a group of 5 women and felt safe throughout our travels, daytime and nighttime. Thank you to everyone at Les Oliviers. You treated us with such kindness we are grateful to you all.
Cons: Our room on the ground floor was occasionally a little noisy as there was a small sitting area outside, however it was only a minor annoyance, and the surrounding beauty made it all worthwhile.

Het dakterras is aangenaam en er is plaats om te chillen, zo ook het kleine zwembad met de ligzetels waar je kan uitrusten. Het ontbijt is tamelijk uitgebreid, een mix van europees/Marokaans, zo waren er, naast de traditionele pannekoeken e.d., ook croissants. De hamman zeer goed! Vooral Hannan geeft heel goeie massages om de stress uit uw lichaam te krijgen. Dat hielp me om toch monter de dag door te komen! Thanks Hannan!
Cons: Het personeel die op dakterras bedient is helaas niet zo vriendelijk. De tapijten in de kamers waren niet zo proper, beddelakens waren verouderd en onze slaap werd verstoord door het lawaai van de brommers die 's nachts doorheen de smalle straatjes raasden. Note: Jammer dat ze die brommers in de medina toelaten, anders toplocatie!

Posizione, Staff e organizzazione servizi TOP. Ci hanno organizzato transfer, guida, escursione. Tutto perfetto. Anche la SPA con i servizi di hammam e massaggi è buona. Dopo la prima notte abbiamo chiesto di cambiare stanza e il giorno seguente hanno soddisfatto la nostra richiesta.
Cons: Le stanze sono un pò più piccole di quello che mi sarei aspettato a dalle foto che avevo visto. Noi purtroppo abbiamo patito un pò la luminosità nelle stanze ma credo sia una comune nei Riad non avendo balconi esterni ma solo piccole finestre. La prima stanza in cui abbiamo soggiornato era veramente buia. La seconda era molto più luminosa avendo due finestre sul cortile interno ma purtroppo spesso arrivava un brutto odore dal WC.

Wunderschöner Riad in der Nähe des Palace Bahia, traumhafte Dachterrasse mit Pool. Dort wird auch das Frühstück serviert. Die Zimmer sind sehr heterogen, die Fenster mehrheitlich zu einem der beiden Innenhöfe. Unsere Suite mit zwei Schlafzimmern (und zwei Bädern) war für drei Personen ideal. Safe im Zimmer, alles sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Frühstück und auch die Gerichte des A-la-Carte-Menu waren ausgezeichnet. Flughafentransfers und Exkursionen, die wir über den Riad gebucht hatten, haben bestens funktioniert. Schade, dass man für das Personal keine 12 vergeben kann; alle sind unendlich freundlich und hilfsbereit, eine wahre Freude. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Dopo tre giorni di campeggio nel deserto siamo arrivate in questo splendido Riad, un’oasi di pace che ci ha subito rigenerate. Le camere sono pulite e confortevoli, con bagno e doccia caldi — un vero piacere dopo la sabbia e il caldo del deserto di Merzouga. La piscina è meravigliosa e la cena deliziosa, tutto curato con gusto e attenzione. Il personale è estremamente gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto ad aiutarci con un sorriso. A completare l’atmosfera rilassante, un piccolo gatto bianco e rosso adorabile che ci ha tenuto compagnia. Un posto silenzioso, accogliente e rigenerante: davvero il rifugio perfetto dopo il deserto!

This apartment is so amazing and it’s really surprised me, I very very like the style of decoration, the green of main color is applied so harmoniously, and the carefully prepared music in the top roof is truly captivating. And the manager Abdullah is so sweetly, he told me about the the things of tour in this city ,and showed me in the maps, he also helped me the next trip patiently and ask stuff helped us pick luggage when come and leave. Its a really nice place, stongly recommended

Nous avons séjourné au Riad en famille. L'emplacement pour nous était parfait. Le personnel est très gentil et très serviable (restaurant, femmes de ménage ou le personnel à l'accueil). Le petit déjeuner était très copieux et délicieux. La literie est très bonne. Les serveurs du petit déjeuner font vraiment tout pour vous satisfaire! Nous avons un dîner au Riad, c'était très bon également.
Cons: Le seul bémol était au niveau des bruits intempestifs chaque nuit au dessus de notre chambre (très bruyant à partir de 5h du matin...différents bruits non reconnaissables. Ca ressemblait à des choses que l'on trainait au sol, des bruits de mécanismes...bref cela nous a vraiment gêné). La qualité de notre sommeil a été impacté. Sans ces bruits le séjour aurait été vraiment parfait. Dommage que la piscine soit si froide avec des températures extérieures de 30 degrés.

Muy recomendable , sin duda repetiría.

Purtroppo per quanto riguarda la piscina ci sono dei pezzi che mancano proprio sul fondo e sulle pareti, ci sono pochi lettini in quanto il posto è piccolo e gli asciugamani forniti, così come quelli della camera, sono davvero piccoli e strausurati (consiglio vivamente di cambiarli). A livello di ristorazione la qualità non è proprio il massimo, anzi, i prezzi molto giusti.

La spa piccolina ma una vera chicca, abbiamo fatto Hammam e massaggio marocchino ed è stato tutto perfetto. Il personale è davvero gentile, ci hanno dato diversi consigli su come muoverci e sono sempre stati molto disponibili per qualsiasi richiesta.

Een geweldige Riad. Mooie slaap- en slaapkamer. Hygiëne is top. Leuk zwembad met ligstoelen. Ontbijt Marrokaans en continentaal. Daarnaast kan je goed lunchen en dineren in de Riad. Lekker eten en niet duur. In de avond wordt er door een dj achtergrond muziek op het rooftop terras gedraaid. De Riad geeft ook een spa, van de hamman en massage en pedicure gebruik gemaakt. Ook dit was goed en tegen een redelijke prijs. Via de Riad worden excursies aangeboden. Wij hebben een tour met de ecologische tuktuk gemaakt (elektrische fietstaxi). Super leuk om zo door de stad te rijden. Ook hebben we van het transport naar de luchthaven gebruik gemaakt. Riad ligt gunstig voor het Bahia paleis, vlakbij de Souks en het grote plein. Wij bevelen deze Riad ten zeerste aan en als we terug zouden komen naar Marrakesh dan kiezen we zeker deze Riad.

Cons: Le Riad est très joli mais assez vétuste. En effet le personnel est très accueillant et sympathique. En revanche la propreté n'est pas au rendez vous. La décoration blanche de la chambre avec un petit canapé écru et un jeté de lit auraient été magnifiques s'il n y avait pas eu des tâches très douteuses. Si je les avais vues avant j'aurai demandé à changer de chambre. Sans parler des serviettes de toilettes qui sont toutes usées voire déchirées... Dommage...le cadre est joli mais sans la propreté c'est compliqué de se détendre. En revanche le massage du dos était parfait j ai passé un vrai moment de détente.

Ya es la segunda vez que me alojó en este Riad. El trato es excelente, atentos, amables, cercanos y profesionales. Total dedicación a sus huéspedes. No me refiero a que sean pesados ni pelotas, sino a qué cualquier cosa que necesites están disponibles y se esmeran en dar muy buen servicio, y lo consiguen. Los desayunos super abundantes ( tienes una pequeña zona buffet si te apetece fruta, zumos naturales, cereales, yogures, huevos, bacon, ensaladas y frutos secos) y aparte lo que te traen de la cocina, recién hechos todos los platos típicos Marroquíes ( tortos, panqueques, dulces, con sus mermeladas y chocolate típicos de allí). Las habitaciones espaciosas, limpias, cuidadas y las camas comodísimas. La piscina en la azotea es una fantasía y además sirven cerveza y cócteles ( en la mayoría de los Riads no tienen licencia para esto). Además muy bien ubicado, a 5 min caminando de la plaza principal Jemma L' Fnaa. Lo recomiendo para una estancia perfecta en Marrakech.

We loved our stay here. Staff were amazing. Greeted with tea and biscuits. Riad is quite luxurious for the price. Location was good but a bit hard to get to but it is Marrakech. Free breakfast was lovely. Dinner was great food. The pool was very welcome after hot days of walking around. I can't soak highly enough of the staff. Especially Usama (hope I spelt his name right)
Cons: Had to walk down a fairly long alleyway to get to accommodation but staff helped with bags. Bit dangerous with motor bikes driving past a lot. But this is usual for Marrakech.

Die Lage war absolut perfekt! Man geht nur wenige Minuten zu den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten und es ist auch leicht zu finden in diesem Labyrinth aus engen Gassen. Die Gegend ist sicher und auch das Frühstück lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Während man in den meisten Riads "nur" Süßes (typisch marokkanisch) zum Frühstück bekommt, gab es hier auch Wurst und Käse. Die Dachterrasse mit dem Pool ist auch super und perfekt für eine kleine Abkühlung zwischendurch.

Visto che nella camera dei miei figli non c'erano finestre esterne (solo finestre interne come tante camera in un Riad), era molto umido e si sentiva muffa. Ns. camera non aveva quel problema avendo una finestra esterna. Entrambi camere avevano porte di vetro per il bagno e il Ns. si apriva sempre e non si poteva chiudere. Il coperto del Ns letto aveva un gran macchio che ovviamente non è bello da vedere.

The riad was an oasis of calm from the busyness outside, and it always smelled lovely. The staff at the riad were exceptional, always friendly and very helpful with anything you needed.They were happy to arrange taxis and trips and whatever you needed.I was very impressed with them. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice. Restaurant was also very good with reasonable prices. Lovely calming spa. Very much enjoyed our stay here.

Soggiorno da sogno a Marrakech Il nostro soggiorno al riad è stato semplicemente incantevole. Appena varcata la soglia, siamo stati avvolti da un’atmosfera di pace e bellezza, un’oasi di tranquillità lontano dal caos della Medina ma a pochi passi da essa. La cura dei dettagli è impeccabile: i cortili interni, le fontane zampillanti e le decorazioni tradizionali creano un’ambientazione magica e autentica. Le camere sono ben climatizzate, spaziose, pulite e arredate con gusto, anche i bagni completi di tutto il necessario, offrendo ogni comfort per un riposo perfetto. La colazione, servita ogni mattina sulla splendida terrazza panoramica, è stata un vero e proprio rito: succhi di frutta, crêpes marocchine e un assortimento di dolci e salati, il modo migliore per iniziare la giornata. La piccola piscina sul tetto, veramente difficile da trovare nel centro di Marrakech, è stata la chicca perfetta, fondamentale dopo una giornata un giro con quasi 50 gradi. E poi la fantastica spa interna, un meraviglioso luogo di pace e relax. Consiglio per il parcheggio Parking Riad Zitoun Jdid, a due passi ed evitate di finire in un dedalo di vicoli affollati. Ma di Riad più o meno simili, piscina a parte, se ne trovano; quello che fa la differenza e rende l’esperienza di un soggiorno davvero indimenticabile è il fattore umano. L’ospitalità e la gentilezza del personale è da 5 stelle. Sempre sorridenti, disponibili e pronti a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta, ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa. Ci hanno assistiti in tutto, cambiato stanza la mattina seguente perché il climatizzatore non era sufficiente, aiutati a risolvere un problema con l’autonoleggio e perfino preparato la colazione da asporto alle 3 di mattina, rendendo il nostro viaggio ancora più speciale. Un ringraziamento particolare alla direttrice Sihams e a tutto lo staff. Consiglio vivamente questo riad a chiunque voglia vivere un’esperienza autentica e rilassante a Marrakech.

La Riad, è stupenda, curata nei dettagli, vi regna una pace e una tranquillità incredibili pur essendo in centro città, la cortesia e l'ospitalità, avevo prenotato una quadrupla ma al nostro arrivo ci hanno offerto un upgrade gratuito e abbiamo potuto soggiornare in due stanze doppie comunicanti, ci siamo sentiti viziati e coccolati dal personale della struttura.

Está situado en un sitio excepcional. El taxi nos dejó a la entrada de una calle estrecha ya que en gran parte de la Medina los coches no pueden circular. Tan solo tuvimos que caminar 2 minutos y llegamos perfectamente al hotel. Las instalaciones están muy cuidadas, bonitas y la piscina es fantástica. Nosotros disfrutamos muchísimo, íbamos con una niña de 7 años y la verdad es que quedó encantada. El desayuno está muy rico, con parte de buffet y otra que te sirven en mesa. Desde luego si volvemos a Marrakech repetiremos.
Cons: Todo bien, lo único fue que quisimos comprar una botella de agua en la zona de la piscina y nos pareció un precio excesivo.

Le personnel était très gentil ,nous avons adoré Mbarka a la réception qui s est débrouillée pour que notre séjour soit le mieux possible. La piscine est a 30 degrés fin juillet ,top. Le restaurant et petit dej tout était bon

La piscina, el desayuno y la azotea son estupendos. El riad es precioso, me han encantado las zonas comunes. Estaba bastante limpio y el personal es agradable.
Cons: Apenas hablan español. Tienes que comunicarte principalmente en francés o algo de inglés. La habitación doble algo justa de espacio. Quizás por temas de presión no salía demasiado agua fría del grifo.

Riad bellissimo assolutamente in stile marocchino curato in ogni particolare. L'accoglienza del titolare eccezionale, gentilissimo e disponibile nel darci informazioni su tutto. Camera da 4 curata e pulita, un po piccolina, ma a mio avviso non è stato un problema.Bagno grande e con una bella doccia. Abbiamo cenato lì e mangiato molto bene a prezzi onestissimi. A chi non piace gustare il menù marocchino può comunque mangiare senza problemi. La piscina in terrazza è una coccola assoluta. Posizione comoda, via silenziosa , ma in 5 min a piedi già si è nel cuore della Medina
Cons: Dentro le mura , quindi ovviamente un pochino difficile trovare parcheggio per chi arriva con la macchina, ma comunque fattibile con un po di pazienza.

Staff were exceptional on every possible way. They organised a desert trip for us, arranged transport when we asked and took care of everything we needed. Particularly, our room was extremely noisy because of woks in a building outside. They made every effort to change our room, and managed. We were also given a complimentary massage.

La amabilidad del personal y las instalaciones. Son todos super amables y nos han hecho pasar una estancia increíble. La habitación es amplia, cómoda, con aire acondicionado y el Riad muy bien ubicado. Tiene restaurante, servicio de desayuno y spa para descansar de las largas jornadas por el zoco Además el hecho de tener piscina en la azotea es un punto a favor en estos meses de calor
