We have had another most enjoyable stay in this beautiful riad. Bright and spotlessly clean with a stunning roof terrace. The staff are always welcoming and friendly and we are always well looked after. Breakfast on the terrace is always a great start to the day. A few steps away from the noise and chaos of Djemma el Fna yet so tranquil

Riad Linda is dark, drab and dreary—at least in a ground-floor room with one window opening to the lobby and kitchen. Old towels and sheets, no soap, no glasses. Not my idea of a “superior” room. The breakfast was average,Given the many other options in Marrakech, look for another place to stay. …I know because our first and longer stay in the city was infinitely better, cleaner, brighter, in great location and cost less. I’d give Riad Linda one star at most and that’s being generous. So, don’t but too much faith in every Booking star or Lonely Planet recommendation.

Cons: The cleaning, sheets, towels, light bulbs—-for a start

Breakfast was good and the terrace was a lovely place to have it. The riad location was ideal for exploring the medina. The staff was very friendly and helpful and arranged for a pickup at the airport.

Cons: The AC could use an update and it broke down twice, even though this was swiftly fixed by the riad staff.

The location is amazing. Right outside the lane you have you have everything sorted! Clean and great breakfast.. amenities provided in toilet! Spacious… Hot water running well! 👌🏻 And the staff gets 10/10 rating!

Cons: We were given a room near the kitchen, it was quite disturbing in the morning! We were aware of it as it showed on the booking so we were prepared. Also, the door is kinda loose, so it doesn’t lock well, which means no sound proofing at all. Keep an eye out on city tax collection, as I had one of the guy collecting a lil more than what he should.. Rest all was amazing👌🏻

Good central location, although at the end of a long dark alleyway, staff very welcoming, friendly and so very helpful with a nothing is too much trouble work ethic. Beds comfy and nice warm shower. Breakfast was nice with omlete, various breads, fresh orange juice and hot drink which can be taken inside or on the lovely rooftop. Aircon unit also provides heat for chilly evenings and free safe was a bonus. Good communication from hotel ahead of arrival. Use google maps and not maps on iPhone for true location for riad Linda

Cons: Toiletries are just shower gel and shampoo, so bring soap for the sink. Building work next door starts at 8, but not a problem as you are up for a day of sightseeing

Location is great, it's litterally 5 minutes by walk from Marrakech main square. The riad is a lovely family run B&B, the rooms are nice and clean and the staff is nice. We appreciated that the guy at the reception is always on site h24, which kinda makes you feel safer when you travel abroad. The breakfast is also very nice we stayed on February but it was warm enough to have it in the cute terrace.

Cons: This is not up to them but you need to know that the streets in the Medina are quite narrow and you feel like you're in a labyrinth. So if it's your first time in Marrakesh and you arrive with a late flight it can get quite scary to reach the B&B at night.

Cute riad in an old building for a great price in the heart of Jemaa el-Fnaa, hidden off some quiet side streets. Friendly staff with an English-speaking manager, and expat-owners who are on site to answer any travel questions. Our room on the upper floor was cozy with a comfortable bed, and the terrace was a nice place to rest and have breakfast.

Cons: Since it's an older building, some areas could use improvement, i.e. doors/windows not soundproof (heard prayer alarms from mosque everyday at 6am), shower & faucet could be tricky, room smelled musty if windows weren't left open, etc.

Location is great - minutes away from Jemaa al fna but away from the hustle and bustle.

Cons: Photos give the impression of bright and airy rooms when in fact, they are quite dark and enclosed. The bed in our room was crammed in and difficult to manoeuvre around. Our room was located on the ground floor and was.right beside reception, breakfast area and the kitchen. This meant there was no privacy and no chance of sleeping past 8 when breakfast service started. The staff kindly moved us to a room on the first floor at our request. The riad is a little tired looking and lacks atmosphere - a little like being in a library. Unfortunately during our stay there was extensive building work going on in 2 adjacent buildings which reverberated throughout the riad (particularly loud on the roof terrace). I understand that this is not the fault of the riad but a heads up would have been nice - there was no chance of relaxing. Also note that tourist tax is €3 per person per day, not €2.50 like it says on booking.com.

Apart from the noisy Jardin room the staff was very pleasant, the room was clean and breakfast was delicious. If we stayed in a different room and wouldn't have had this conflict with the owner, I am sure we would have enjoyed our stay at this Riad. But after this experience I am sure I will not recommend it nor stay in it ever again.

Cons: We had bad experience at Riad Linda. We booked a double room over the Booking.com mobile App and nowhere in the photos nor in the description in the app was written that our room is a "Jardin room" (= very noisy room directly next to the main lobby with reception and breakfast area divided only by a thin wall). Our door and small window (which both couldn't be closed properly) aimed directly to the lobby and breakfast area. When we were going out from the room, everybody could have had a look directly into our bed. From our bed through the little window we could see (and mainly hear) people having breakfast like they would be sitting directly next to our bed. We felt like having no privacy because our every word could be heard properly by people in the lobby. However the most disturbing fact for us was that our sleep was disturbed in the morning by the first people having breakfast. Immediately when we saw this room, we knew we do not want to stay there. We asked politely for a different room somewhere in the upper floor because we really needed a good night sleep that night. The owner lady told us that no room in the upper floor was available. So we asked her politely for returning us the money. She started to behave very arrogant that we should be satisfied with that room "like all her customers before" and that she will not return a cent. She told us that we should leave the room if we are not satisfied but she will not give us our money back. Nice idea, isn't? So we had a little argument in the evening with her. We could feel that she was interested only in our money. She didn't care if people are satisfied with the room or not. In my opinion not a good quality in a host. Money is not everything. Satisfied customers should mean more. And we were definitively not satisfied customers. But yes, she won.

Perfect location to explore the Medina, all sights are within easy walking distance. Helpful and very kind staff, good breakfast, clean room. The whole place has a very authentic riad atmosphere, highly recommended.

Cons: Nothing significant! There could be more power plugs to charge devices - I know this is an old riad and we absolutely managed with what was available, but be aware. If you have a car, do not try to navigate to the hotel - some apps may try to do that, but it is just impossible. We lost quite some time learning this… use one of the inexpensive parking lots around Jemaa el-Fnaa and walk to the hotel.

The Riad and its hosts are great, in every aspect. The location is in the lower part of the Marrakech Medina, which means that most of the sightseeing spots are accessible by walking, which for us was important because we felt Marrakech that way. The breakfast is truly Moroccan and the lady serving too kind. Internet was superb. It is definitely a value for money.

Cons: One particular moment that shocked us at first sight was the fact that you could hardly find the Riad (and majority of all the riads) by yourself, i.e. if not guided by the people who transport the luggage with 'ricksha' (paid service). The shock was actually the trajectory which leads through a total crowd, and then immediately the 'driver' turns in a small/narrow totally quiet street. We were passing through this narrow street for about 10 minutes until we reached the riad deep in the medina labyrinth, but surely felt fully insecure (despite knowing that Marrakech is considered quite safe). The days after was fully fine from this aspect and once shown, the Riad could be easily found again. Moreover, riad is not a hotel and visitors are advised to familiarize with the concept of riad before booking, and avoid it in case they strongly prefer a hotel. If not, the riad experience is rather unique and fantastic!

we really liked the riad: beautiful, comfortable and with excellent service.

Cons: We point out three problems: the bed frame has springs and the mattress wobbles.  another issue is the lack of a map of the medina, which other riads provide.  Finally, there is a lack of guidance for those arriving by car or taxi, as there is no direct access to the riad.

Breakfast was so good, every part of it was tasty. Location of the riad is good and quiet but also really safe. As most riads in marrakech, there isnt a car parking area or even you can not get close to riad by your car. Sonif you have a car i suggest near parking areas. Cleaning lady was lovely, she always tried to ask questions and was always smiling

Cons: Everything was good, thank you :)

The staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was fresh every morning. The rooftop ambience was nice at night.

Cons: the location was so bad it was a long walk where the taxi will drop you into the small street, difficult to find the way for the first time if you don’t have internet. The doors won’t close properly, the towels were awful, there were no toiletries provided, you have to ask for toilet rolls.

It is so central - just a 5 minute walk from the square. you go in and it's a haven of tranquility after the madness of Marrakech. The beds are so comfy and the showers are very hot and strong. I love the decor - amazing artwork and antique Moroccan dresses. The staff are lovely and breakfast on the terrace is a treat.

Cons: I love the property.

Cute Riad in the center of Marrakech, close to everything. The staff is friendly and helpful. We loved our stay there, service was great and they made sure we felt like it was home. We were fortunate to meet with Linda and her husband.

its a bit of a walk from the main road, which is at the square. taxi will drop you off at the square and you need to walk to the Riad, if you have baggage, you will need a porter (who will try to overcharge you), or atleast someone to show you to the hotel. its about 7 minute walk to the Riad from the main road. its close to the square which is great, and the square, and the path to the square consists of pastry shops and cafes, restaurants. Breakfast at the property is not very filling, although the staff is very friendly, and you will probably be better off just having breakfast at a cafe. staff here is very considerate, we were able to check in early morning after informing the owner of our early flight and staff assisted us with obtaining train tickets to Fes, as well as with arranging a porter and taxi at our departure.

A very warm welcome by the concierge, Linda then left her dinner on the terrace to come down and greet us herself. The riad is small, but lovely. Very tranquil, minimally but beautifully furnished. Waadi the concierge, and Fadila and housekeeper are more than helpful. We visit Morocco and Marrakesh every year and will definitely be back.

The Riad is fine. Nothing fancy. It can be loud if there are others coming and going because the rooms all open up to the center and the doors let in all the noise. This was our second time staying here and we would not hesitate to stay again.

I loved my stay here with Riad Linda. Service was great and made sure we felt like it was home. I like that it’s located in a quiet area in the medina which made the transition from total chaos to complete tranquility. I would definitely stay again. Their breakfast is also very lovely and freshly made.

Cozy Riad in the center of Marrakech, close to everything. The staff is friendly and helpful and the accommodations are vey nice. Breakfast is very good and you can have dinner at the Road if you've had a long day. WiFi was also very good (which was surprising). We walked all over the city and were able to come back in the middle of the day to rest. Make sure you ask the for pick up to and from the airport. It is cheaper and more convinient than getting a taxi yourself.

Ideal location. Good places to eat within a few minutes of Riad. Manager met us from airport transfer, which they also arranged by the Riad. Would have been difficult to find front door without guidance first time. Definitely recommend the suite room, able to relax here, or on the roof terrace. Would definitely suggest visiting the Majella Gardens, but go early to avoid waiting to enter.

This is a beautiful and quiet riad close to the main square and all of the action of Marrakech. The room was spacious and charming. The bed was quite comfortable. I didn't have dinner, but the traditional breakfast was very good. Everything was very clean. An overall pleasant stay. I will say that as a solo female traveler, it was a bit intimidating to walk to the riad after dark. However, after the first night doing it, I realized my fears were unwarranted as everyone else I met on my way was just going about their normal business. However, if you are the timid type, you may be better suited staying outside of the medina or somewhere right off the main streets. NOTE that Google Maps has Riad Linda in the wrong location and it's further back from the main street than what you think according to directions. Just keep your eyes our for the Riad Linda sign.

Staff were very kind and helpful, specially concierge Wadii, who was polite, friendly and extremely helpful.Room was cleaned daily. Breakfast was simple but nice. We had one dinner, which was expensive but well prepared. There were no toiletries in the bathroom and shower had to be used hand held as fixing was broken. We did not report it & bought own toiletries. No tea making facility in room. We used the driver (Habib) for a trip to high atlas. It was a great experience and recommended.

This riad is unacceptable. The high temperature was less than 60 F (About 13C) and there was no heat in the room or the building! There was a king-size bed with a football, and they had stuck a twin bed up against one side of the bed, making it impossible to get out of the bed from that side. I had to climb over my husband to get out of bed. We ordered dinner and the tagine was burnt on the bottom. There was no lock for the door of our room. We were booked for 4 nights and left after 1. Manager refused to compensate us for pre-paid room.

Very nice stay. Right in the Medina but out of the traffic flow and quiet. Good breakfast great price. Not a fancy Riad but we went to explore Marrakesh not hang out at the Riad. You can arrange a pickup if you need it (ours was 150 dh) or go to the Jemaa el-Fna and Google restaurant Chez Brahim. Walk past it to the second lane to the right- Derb Jamaa. Keep on that lane (it turns to the left) until you see the Riad Linda sign (high on the wall) turn there and go to the end, jog left and it is right in front of you. We walked to lots of great sites and only took a cab to the Jardin Majorelle. We were fortunate to be there with Linda and her husband so we got a lot if tips.
