L’hôtel est très propre, il est idéalement situé dans une zone proche des commerces et du centre… j’ai pu visiter oujda à pied! L’hôtel dispose d’un bureau de change pour changer les euro en dirham c’est très pratique. J’ai voyagé seule et je m’y suis senti en sécurité dans l’hôtel et partout dans la ville

Cons: Honnêtement, je ne reviendrai jamais dans cet hôtel. J'ai trouvé des cafards et d'autres insectes dans la salle de bain, ce qui m'a empêché de prendre une douche. Le lendemain, j'ai déménagé dans un autre hôtel qui était beaucoup plus propre et mieux entretenu pour le même prix. C'était une expérience dégoûtante, et je vais joindre une photo du cafard pour illustrer mon propos.

Good basic hotel, not far from city centre (20 minutes walking). Cleaniness was not the best but acceptable, warm water available and comfortable beds.

Cons: *Far from the center *No taxis wants to pick you up they all point with their fingers forward like they only go this way not any other way so they hmget more money. *I went with my wife we only found one small shampo of 5ml i think *One minuscule soap *One towel. I called to get a second towel it took him 30 minutes to give it to me. I called to get a toilet paper it took him 1 hour Imagine am there with my wife we couldn’t do nothing but waiting him to come. Before we leave we left our luggage just in the entrance and we told him we are waiting for our taxi driver to pick us up to the airport, he said no problem let it there We went and taxis didnt want to pick us up because they wanted farther so they hey more loney we arrived 7 minutes late, We found our taxi driver waiting for us disappointed he bought we left after i mqde him come for nothing because the receptionist told him that they left already and taxi told him no he texted me in WhatsApp and he said he will wait me and the receptionist insisted that we left already trying for our taxi to leave and then we miss our flight and we pay for another night, anyways *room was so noisy because of the street *No wifi , only works in reception or first floor, second floor there is no 1% of wifi. That was pretty much everything.

Nice clean, well run, economical ,four floors establishment. Just 10 minutes walk from the centre. Lots of cafes in the vicinity. Would certainly look to stay here again next time 😉

Breakfast was not included in my booking but I asked and found very tasteful and recommended .
Cons: Location is on a noisy roadside and 1 km from the old city. In the Evening the two old receptionists spoke only Arabic.They checked myEU passport suspiciously and slowly.I was the only foreigner I think in the hotel.I had only cold water inthe shower.The hotel restaurant was closed at 20 pm!On my way tothe city I found a hotel for half price (8 EU s) on the spot next time I shall book atthemnotvia booking. The city does not accept tourists well.No museums no sights no maps nothing for tourists😥

Cons: the hotel reception made us wait more than 3 hours and it was so cold, and they were disrespectful and rude the way they were talking to us . They denied all the informations we showed them about the reservation i pay for one night but after few hours at the horrible room i left without spending the night out there ,and i choose to go to another hotel . first of all the room was so Cold the food was so bad the bed wasn't comfortable they added 45 dh more than what is booking was asking me to pay .im really upset with my experience at that hotel and i ll never go back to that city again cuz of that experience .

Qualité prix bien, la propreté est bien aussi mes le problème c'est que le lit est dur j'avais mal au dos le matin, il y a pas d'ascenseur ça ces un problème chez les personnes âgées et l'eau chaude il y a un problème a chaque fois il faut appeler la réception et des fois on a pas l'eau est je prends une douche froide. Mes enrevanche je félicite l'équipe qui travaille dans la cuisine (il nous sorte des bon plat, il on le service au chambre et surtout il on un bon café comme je suis plus café j'ai beaucoup aimé... Merci a l'équipe...
