Le personnel est à l'écoute. C'est propre. Emplacement correcte.

Cons: Il n'y avait pas de voiturier et le parking sous terrain implique une pente vraiment raide. Les voitures avec un bas de caisse bas frottent forcément. Personne ne monte et descend votre valise. La salle de sport est minuscule et il n'y a pas de climatisation la bas donc même avec la fenêtre ouverte c'est étouffant et irrespirable. Le petit déjeuner n'était vraiment pas bon bien qu'il y avait beaucoup de choix. La piscine est petite et à cause de la terrasse, elle est à l'ombre l'après-midi donc on ne peut pas bronzer. L'eau est glacée.

Cons: La vue est sur le bâtiment d’en face… très déçu. Manque de prise à côté du lit. Quand on est arrivée pas de bouteille d’eau. Quand on demande quelque chose, l’attente est longue. On nous réveille tôt pour le ménage alors que nous sommes en vacances. Si vous pouvez trouver mieux alors n’hésitez pas.

Ce que ça suggère Le petit-déjeuner est quantitatif et varié, donc l’effort côté cuisine est là. Le problème, c’est l’écart de prix par rapport au marché local : 16 € au Maroc pour un petit-déjeuner, ça se rapproche plus des standards européens que de ce que proposent la majorité des hôtels (souvent inclus ou autour de 8 €).

Cons: Tu touches un point subtil : l’attention du personnel, quand elle est trop insistante, finit par étouffer le confort qu’elle cherche à créer. Ce que ça suggère 🌱 L’équipe est soucieux de bien faire : disponibilité, rapidité, anticipation des besoins. Mais le dosage n’est pas juste : trop de passages, trop de sollicitations, ce qui enlève le sentiment d’intimité et de détente attendu surtout pendant les repas.

Very nice rooftop infinity pool, the depth is perfect for children but also good enough for adults. Breakfast was good, there was a lot of choice and you could get fresh eggs/omelets with several toppings. The rooms were spacious and clean. Housekeeping were fast and effective. There was always a parking spot available underground. The staff was very kind and helpful.

Cons: The gym is in desperate need of new equipment. The cardio machines are old and dirty, there is no ventilation, the gym is very small, the all-in-one weightlifting machine is very hard to use and it's worn out. The dumbbell handles are dirty. The layout of the rooftop swimming pool, bar and chairs make it so that the sunlight is obstructed after 3-4PM.

Cons: Je suis très déçue de mon séjour. • Lors de mon arrivée, je n’ai pas reçu de lit pour enfant alors que ma réservation prévoyait un lit bébé/enfant. • À 16h, la chambre n’était toujours pas prête pour le check-in, ce qui est inacceptable après un long voyage. • Le lendemain, à 16h, le ménage n’était toujours pas effectué dans ma chambre. Ces problèmes montrent un manque évident d’organisation et de professionnalisme. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement et n’y retournerai pas.

Enkelte ansatte var profesjonelle og hyggelige. Mehdi på rooftop-baren, Yassir og hun dama i hvit sjal som lagde omeletter ved frokosten og Khadija i rengjøringsteamet gjorde en innsats for å være hjelpsomme og imøtekommende. Og eneste grunnen jeg gir dette stedet 2 stjerner og ikke 1.

Cons: Oppholdet vårt var dessverre svært skuffende og langt fra det man forventer av et hotell som markedsfører seg som 4-stjerners. Allerede ved innsjekk ble vi møtt med en kald og lite imøtekommende holdning fra personalet. Kort tid etter innsjekk gikk min kone og vår nyfødte opp til bassengområdet på taket. Der ble hun fortalt at det ikke var lov å amme der. Først etter at jeg selv gikk opp og forklarte at amming er lovlig på alle offentlige steder i Marokko, ble hun motvillig tillatt å bli værende. Dette skapte en ubehagelig og unødvendig situasjon. Senere samme dag, etter å ha spist og drukket på hotellet i flere timer, ba jeg om å få belaste rommet og gjøre opp regningen ved utsjekk. Jeg gikk ut for å spise med familien, mens min kone og baby ble igjen på rommet. Midt på natten kom personalet og banket på døren – og krevde umiddelbar betaling fra min kone, som da var alene med vår nyfødte på 4 måneder. Dette var både uprofesjonelt, påtrengende og stressende, og kunne uten problemer ha blitt tatt opp neste morgen da vi skulle være på hotellet i 12 dager. Neste morgen var jeg på rommet og passet babyen som sov, mens min kone gikk til frokosten. Da hun spurte om hun kunne ta med litt mat opp til meg før det stengte, fikk hun først et blankt nei. Først etter diskusjon og forklaring om situasjonen ble hun motvillig gitt et lite stykke brød. Da vi igjen brukte bassengområdet senere, var det ingen tilgjengelige solsenger. Vi ba om å få flyttet en ledig parasoll for å gi babyen skygge, men fikk beskjed om at de ikke kunne flyttes. En time senere så vi at personalet flyttet parasoller for en gruppe lokale gjester som nettopp hadde ankommet. Dette opplevdes som forskjellsbehandling. Dette var de første 24 timene så jeg valgte derfor å sende en e-post til hotellet hvor jeg ba om å kansellere resten av oppholdet og finne et annet hotell. Jeg fikk aldri noe svar. Rengjøringen var også under enhver kritikk.

L’établissement est bien situé, il dispose d’un parking sous terrain avec privé. Le rooftop est clairement le plus de l’hôtel. La chambre était propre.

Cons: Nous avions demandé lors de la réservation la mise à disposition d’un lit bébé, demande renouvelée dès notre arrivée. Le lit n’a été installé que le deuxième jour après que nous ayons dû relancer. Malheureusement lors de notre séjour il y avait des travaux juste à côté de notre chambre, ce qui a entaché le séjour. De manière générale, la prestation pourrait être améliorée avec des petites attentions (quelques fruits dans la chambre par exemple) et un personnel plus chaleureux (bien que très poli, il est assez impersonnel).

Ai été malade suite à un repas pris au roof top.

The room was very clean and comfortable. We did not do breakfast but the evening meals we had was very good. We did not use the pool but enjoyed the bar facilities. The overall service was really good. I especially want to let you know that Loubna, on reception, was exceptional in her service. She was so professional, and pleasant, providing service with a smile. She was always so helpful with my many, many questions, going above and beyond her required duties. She made our stay so memorable. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

Cons: Not being able to get a receipt for any cash conversion we did, at the time of the transaction was a little unusual. I like hard copies, but I was told that I had to wait until the final bill when we checked out, but it never showed up on there. I did not make a note of the transaction, so it was a little inconvenient when it came to reconciliations when we got home. Other than that, everything was great!

Cons: I had a very unpleasant stay at Kenzi Sidi Maarouf. I have never experienced a more incompetent staff at any hotel I have stayed in. At 6:45pm, when I returned to the hotel, I asked at the reception until what time the swimming pool was open. They replied until 7 pm, and there is nothing they could do about it, which was very frustrating. I still wanted to use the pool, even if it was just for 5 minutes. When I got upstaor I asked for a towel. First, they said they would bring me one, but then no one came. After asking again, they replied that there were no towels anymore and that the pool was closing. After asking what I should do now without a towel, they replied I could go and grab one from my room. They didn't care if I was all soaking wet or if I was cold or anything. The simple reply was, those are the rules. I am never visiting this hotel ever again! Advise: Stay at any other hotel in Casablanca. The staff is incompetent and very unfriendly. Customers here are not treated like customers at all! Horrible experience!!!

Frühstücksbuffet war sehr umfangreich, als Kaffee gab es leider nur Instant-Kaffee. Die Lage ist eigentlich nicht schlecht, die Tram 1 ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. In der direkten Umgebung gibt es leider wenig Restaurants.

Cons: Ich hatte um 4 Uhr morgens ein Taxi zum Flughafen bestellt. Die zuständige Dame an der Rezeption hatte es leider vergessen zu buchen, dadurch hatte ich fast meinen Flug verpasst. Das war ärgerlich.

Un incident m'a fait oublier tout ce que je pouvais apprécier lors de mon séjour.

Cons: Le voiturier ne m'a pas laissé le choix que de prendre ma voiture et l'amener au parking. Malheureusement, il a touché un pilier du parking en laissant des dégâts au niveau du pneu et la carrosserie , le pire est que le responsable de l'hôtel m'appelle plusieurs jours après pour me demander de passer ( je n'habite pas casa)pour faire un constat à l'amiable comme si j'étais responsable de l'accident. J'estime que c'est à l'hôtel de régler cet incident pas au client qui n'y est pour rien.

Very friendly receptionist whom provided us with a beautiful and very spacious room for a very decent price, we enjoyed it although it was just for one night. Close to the aiport, just half an hour drive, therefore very well located. Tram line 1 is opposite of the hotel and brings you directly to the city centre.

Wow, sincèrement, vous pouvez réserver sans hésiter. L’emplacement était parfait. Nous pouvions se déplacer à pied pour différentes choses. C’est un endroit sécuritaire pour les touristes. This hotel was right in between downtown and the airport, while they don’t have a shuttle you can communicate with the front desk and they will get a car to pick you up at any time you request! After a long trip throughout Morocco it was nice to be in a hotel with a full bar:) the rooms were spacious and comfortable and would recommend to anyone!

Cons: It is a sum of little things. The sink plug was broken. The TV was not offering any channels (I didn't have time to have staff look into it). The rooftop, which was supposed to be very nice, was not accessible because of construction. The food and beverages were expensive for Casablanca. I had lunch once and from the list of 10 or so desserts, they told me they had only 3 available. I ordered tiramisú, and they served it completely frozen... I told the maitre but they charged it to my room anyhow. The staff was in general friendly, but most had a very hard time with English. The staff is realtively inefficient. They are rather unorganized and e.g. my lunch took forever as they took so long to check if I was finished, etc., even if there were many waiters around. Once, staff were entering my room without even knocking at the door and I was in my underware... They need to up the level of professionalism just a bit. The location was in a modern area of Casa, close to the California quarter, but views in front of the hotel were really ugly, withn a huge dilapidated plot.

This should be rated at 3 star not 4 (they have a pool). The AC in my room did not work properly, air conditioner was running but did not cool the room. Unpleasant sleeping experience. All the noise from hallway people talking, door closing you can hear in the room. Not a great experience.

Cons: Dommage que la piscine ferme dès 19h. Il serait appréciable d'avoir des étiquettes pour identifier les aliments au petit déjeuner ainsi que pour prévenir qu'une personne réalise des omelettes au fond de la salle.

Karim at the front desk was so disrespectful, when I asked him to upgrade my room since i am platinum on Expedia he just laughed and didn’t say anything. L'hôtel très propre et bien entretenue, l'accueil du personnels. Le buffet petit déjeuner et la sublime piscine en rooftop

Cons: Petit erreur au check in lié a une erreur du service reservation de l'hôtel mais très vite résolu par la réception. Nous avions demandé un lit d'appoint pour mon enfant mais il n'y en avait plus. Il nous ont proposer une autre alternative.

I want to mention that although booking mentions that there is a shuttle bus from the airpot, there actually isn't. Other than that everything was up to the expectations. The breakfast is super diversified, room is super clean and bed truly comfortable. The stuff is very professional and kind, I highly recommand.

Staff could have been more helpful. When the AC did not work I has someone work on it while I’m in the room rather than transfer me rooms and then after he couldn’t fix it then transferred me. Incredibly incovnenient. AC not working in a lot of the property, there was old hun on the carpet and when I called for water at 2 am nobody would bring me some which has never happened at a 5 star. I suggest a better hotel chain. Poor management.

L'hôtel est très bien situé proche d'un centre commercial et de transport. La nourriture est très bonne et de qualité. Petit déjeuner copieux et variés. Le personnel au top est très professionnel. Je remercie Kaoutar, Loubna et Asmâa pour leur gentillesse et leur professionnalisme suite au petit souci rencontré lors de notre séjour mais qui a su trouver une solution. la gentillesse du personnel, l'accueil chaleureux de la réceptionniste et son service hautement professionnel ! très attentive. localisation très stratégique, ayant voulu éviter tout embouteillage, zone hautement sécurisée et de rester à quelques mètres de l'accès pour l'autoroute ! sans oublier le roof lounge, belle vue sur la ville.

Cons: bouilloire à café instantané dans la chambre, pour cette catégorie d'hôtel je pense qu'il est préférable d'avoir des machines à café, sinon une machine au lobby en libre service.

The staff at the reception were very nice and helpful. Two of the receptionists, Loubana and Asmara, went out of their way to make sure that we had a nice stay. The rooms were also spacious and well maintained. The only negative was the lack of dining options near the hotel

Cons: j'ai du insister lors de mon arrivée car j'ai eu une toute petite chambre qui ne correspondait pas à ma réservation. Donc la personne à mon accueil s'est trompé, et je n'ai eu aucune excuse de sa part malgré son erreur et son insistance à me dire que j'avais tort. Personne ne m'a aidé à bouger mes valises, après un long voyage, je trouve ça dommage de ne pas avoir eu un peu plus d'aide. Certains oreillers très vieux, les marrons sur le lit, qui s'effilochaient et a la propreté un peu douteuse.
