L'emplacement est top, cest dans un quartier vivant avec a proximité des cafés des snacks des épiceries meme un hamam, vous avez tout à côté. Le logement est équipé du minimum pour passer un séjour de courtes ou moyennes durée. Le logement dispose d'une machine a laver sur le toit
Cons: Il n'y a quasiment aucune isolation phonique, apres jai l'impression que les nouvelles construction au maroc sont comme ça. On entend les voisins discutait ou faire la vaisselle ca peut paraître un détail mais quand il ya beaucoup de vaisselle qui est faites à 1h du matin en supplément une video youtube assez forte vous ne pouvez pas dormir... a part lisolation phonique rien n'était a deplorer

„Die Dame, die uns die Schlüssel gegeben hat, war sehr nett, höflich und hilfsbereit.
Cons: Allerdings war die Wohnung recht laut, da sie sich in einem Baustellenbereich befindet. Die Dame hat sich jedoch dafür entschuldigt. Die Reinigungskräfte haben viel und oft miteinander gesprochen, was ebenfalls störend war. Die Wohnung war insgesamt akzeptabel, abgesehen von der Lärmbelästigung, und man hatte das Gefühl, fast auf der Straße zu sein. Auch der Preis hätte besser angepasst werden können

Cons: Le ménage des cheveux partout et quand j ai demandé a la femme de ménage de repasser elle a répliqué en arabe ...l appartement ne correspondait pas a celui que j avais loué...l acceuil de la réceptionniste ( n' écoutant aucune de mes attentes) même le taxi n arrivais pas a trouver la localisation.

Oui, malgré mon arrivée en fin de journée j'ai pu récupérer mes clefs et accéder au logement de façon sereine. La communication avec mon hôte et son accueil étaient agréables. L'hébergement présente un peu plus d'équipements qu'un hôtel classique : machine à laver commune mais à volonté, machines à café italienne, Frigo+Congélateur, gazinière, autres ustensiles de cuisine... Climatisation efficace : refroidit la pièce après 5 min seulement de fonctionnement.

Excellent experience! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and located in a very quiet area — perfect for relaxation. Cons: Unfortunately the address they have in booking is not the same where the real appartment is. It’s a complete scam we needed to pay taxi for a 15 minutes drive from the place where the hotel manager shared with us the address later on WhatsApp

This was by far the best accommodation we've ever stayed in! The apartment was exceptionally comfortable, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. We're especially grateful to our host, Fatima, who was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. Her hospitality truly made us feel at home. We can't recommend this place enough and would love to return!

Wonderful room with a great view over the rooftops. Well cleaned and equipped with an air conditioner that was great in the summer heat. The hostess was extremely kind with fast responses and incredibly understanding and polite. Thank you a lot for answering all our questions and being so kind! Will definitely come back here if I ever visit Morocco again

I could join the host immediately. It was a last minute deal, since I was a victim of a scammer on booking, and I had to find quickly a place to stay in nearby. The place is neat.
Cons: Maybe it would be better to add other landmarks on the map. The taxi driver didn't know the address. I had to contact the host. The bed isn't large enough for 2 people. No soap. The price is quite high in my opinion.

Cons: There was no sign nor any address or property number to locate the apartment and the area does not seem to be the safest. I had been lost for quite some time in the vicinity of the lodging before the manager fortunately happened to see me outside and come to find me. Their was no hot water, the shower drainage was blocked, thus flooding the bathroom and the room had cockroaches

The room was sparkle clean and the kitchen contained the necessary amenities.
Cons: Most of the amenities listed on the property description are missing, among the some very essential. First of all, the picture on the listing is clearly of another apartment. Equally important, this property is presented on Booking.com as "Beachfront" – and it is a clear fraud, since it is located almost 6 km from the beach! I took 15 min of driving to get there because of the traffic. "Private entrance" – it is an apartment in a townhouse located on the last third floor without elevator. "City view" is actually a view on the nearby roofs. "Seating area" and "Sofa" – there is neither seating area nor sofa in the apartment, only the double bed in the room and dining table in the terrace. This table in mentioned as 4 different amenities: Dining table, Dining area, Outdoor furniture and Outdoor dining area. "Terrace", "Balcony", "Kitchen" – there is one closed terrace with only two windows that can be opened, which also serves as a kitchen and as the above mentioned dining area. "Wardrobe or closet" – there is none. In addition, the following listed amenities are missing: Washing machine, Ironing facilities, Iron, Coffee machine, Hairdryer, Barbecue, Drying rack for clothing. The combination of "Beachfront", "Private entrance" and "Barbecue" in the property description, all of which are missing, creates a completely misleading illusion of a nice vacation house need the ocean, which this last-floor apartment in the middle of town with no touristic attractions and far away from the beach is clearly not. I complained to Booking.com, but on the time of writing this review, the property is still presented as a Beachfront, and the missing amenities are still in the listing.
