I booked a room for my sister for 2 nights for her wedding. I personally went to the hotel to arrange their stay as a newly married couple. The first impression was disappointing: the reception desk was unattended, and I had to wait 10–15 minutes before anyone showed up. When I went to see the room, I won’t comment on the size (which is indeed small), but what really stood out was the attitude of the staff member who showed it to me—she was rude and dismissive. I asked about upgrading the room and decorating it for the newlyweds, but she bluntly said, “We don’t do that.” Fortunately, the receptionist was more polite and offered a decoration service. I requested they also add water and a plate of fruit (and I was willing to pay extra), but they simply ignored that request. My sister and her husband were equally dissatisfied. At one point, they ordered food from outside, and the security guard refused to let the delivery person bring it to the room. The groom had to go down himself to collect it. Overall, this is a “hotel” in name only. The service is poor, attention to guests is lacking, and staff courtesy is inconsistent. I would not recommend staying here unless your only other option is sleeping on the street.

Je viens de passer un séjour à l'hôtel Relax ! L'établissement est d'une propreté impeccable, du hall d'entrée aux chambres. Le personnel est à l'écoute et attentif à chacune de mes demandes, ce qui a rendu mon séjour encore plus agréable. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel pour son confort, sa sécurité et son service de qualité. Je reviendrai sans hésitation.

Bon séjour, hotel loin de la ville avec une deco moderne, assez calme, piscine agréable avec un maitre nageur souriant et très sympa. Les chambres sont propres, le valet de chambre fait parfaitement son travail, très aimable et poli. La literie est extra, très confortable avec des vrais coussins c'est agréable. Petits points négatifs tout de même, le petit dej continental en effet à 70 dh par personne (gratuit tout de même pour les moins de 10 ans) est plutôt simple avec des plats emballés dans du cellophane pas top pour se servir, café et lait en thermos mais froid, idem pour le thé et cela tout le long du séjour. Ce qui est proposé au buffet ne vaut pas le prix demandé, assez déçu tout de même. Mon époux et mes 2 ado ont préféré prendre leurs petits-déjeuners complets et "beldi" à l'extérieur à prix plutôt abordable avec un bon café et un pur jus d'orange pressé. Second point négatif, logés au rdc nous avons réservé 2 chambres avec nos enfants c'était parfait et calme côté piscine, cependant nous avons pu croisé à deux reprises des prostituées leurs chambres étaient plus loin au fond du couloir, pas très correcte sachant que nous y sejournons en famille. Ils ne nous ont pas dérangé mais c'était tout de même gênant et surtout interdit il me semble au Maroc. Espérant que le responsable de l'hôtel lise cet avis et améliore ces petits points négatifs car nous avons bien apprécié le calme de cet hôtel.

Everything went great the hotel is out favorite hotel in Oujda, is the only one that you can feel like home staff is always professional and very friendly receiving you at the check in to the check out , Aya at the reception desk she is always treat us with respect and great us with a big smile, sabbath is always nice and welcoming in general all staff and administrators are the best in all hotels we had ever stayed at. The hotel is a great place to stay, staff is great , friendly and professional all the time , the hotel director is always on top of every need of the hotel guests, they offering to their guests the best they can offer, always clean and organized. I will keep coming back to this hotel. Very convenient for kids recreation, pool is clean and well maintained, outside the hotel you have access to the public transportation and taxis, shopping and kids recreation as well.

The Relax hotel of the oujda is a very welcoming and clean hotel, starting by the reception staff, the security, all staff are always welcoming the guests and ready to provide us with any help we need, the hotel Director is always out of his office checking around and making sure everyone is happy with their stay. The restaurant on-site is great, the chef work very hard to create tasting and well decorated dishes, the restaurant staff are wonderful as well, the relax hotel of Oujda is not just a hotel , it make you feel like home.

You feel like you are at home..the great stay starting with the greatest Mohammed, and the two young woman at the reception desk, and continue at the arrival to your room yiu can always find the best smiles of the service ladies, then continuing to the restaurant with Hanza and Hassan, and the others servers, the great food created by the hands of the wonderful cheff..they all try their best to pleased you..this is what make us keep coming back..thank 's again..see you guys soon..

Always trying to get above and beyond how to help and make the guests happy...reception team great, service staff, restaurant all from the chefs to the weitress always trying to please us....and of corse the Director is always there for welcoming the guests and talking to them asking if is anything else that hey can do to make our stay more pleasant.....love this hotel and their staff members.♥️💖♥️💖. The Relax hotel has become our favorite hotel to stay in our travels to Oujda...you feel welcome there from the moment we park our car in the parking lot..outside areas are very well maintain and green, reception has very friendly and smiling welcoming faces...the hotel manager is always on site checking everything thst can make our stays the greatest...service is the best...restaurant service is amazing all of the weitress are kn top of your need to make your eating time very pleasant...a big A+ to the chef great flavors, plate presentation and quality in every Plate it is amazing and no easy to find it in any other hotels that we stays....keep it up and we will comeback everytime.....

Mr. Cherkaoui always there for your needs and working hard for make our stay a pleasure , Mohammed at the front desk he is the greatest staff..he is always checking what us and /or another guests need, also big thanks to Sabah and the other services ladies, great job with the restaurant staff, they are always very attentive to make our eating time the best...hamza,lshsan and Hassan....it is not words to describe how great our stay in the Relax of Oujda always been, I had there the best birthday that I had in many years....I am very happy and for sure I will continue coming back to this hotel on our regular travels....keep it up guys..see you all soon.❤️

Clean and the staff are very jive and attentive to all your needs starting by the check in with Mohammed, the hotel director great us at the check in, and service personnel that clean the rooms are very nice and professional at their job..we had dinner at the restaurant and Wow it was awesome....the flavor of the food and the service were great...specially Lahsan and Hamza......you all make our stay a pleasure.♥️

We had been staying in this hotel for long time, more than 3 years, I was very surprised this stayed, most of the staff were new, and with bad and unprofessional customer service, the breakfast were awful, I was charged 25 dh for a really bad supposed to be an expresso coffee, the bed sheets and towels were gray no white, the reservation were made for two and only one towel was in the bathroom the bathroom was not clean, cthe toilet were dirty on the bottom, we are very very disappointed, specially this time where hotels has not tourists and are struggling with the pandemic time I will comeback soon and I wish the administrators take my comments very serious and fix all the problems to make my stay a little more pleasant.. The old staff were very nice and professionals, and staff at the restaurant were very good also... Hand sanitizer were only at the hotel entry.. None in the room... I hope next time will be better.

We stay in the hotel only for one night and it's was terrible the room too small also the the A.c. was broken we talk to the staff they say is nothing is to do about it in the 45 c in summer time the child 3 years old I would not recommend this hotel for any one

Overall this hotel is comparable to 3 stars American style. Pros: The bed and pillows are fairly comfortable. Stand ip shower is excellent. Room very clean. Heat works very well and controlanle with thermosta. Lot of light switches options. Cons: room a bit too small for 2 peoples compare to American standards. Toilet set is comfy but watch for splashes when flashing. Expect to pay about 6% taxes cash at the hotel even when paying by credit card. Staff at the front desk as well as security follow your move too closely when in/out of the hotel which is annoying. Security also follow you to your car forcing his way to help you carry your belonging even no help is needed. When parking or leaving parking he is also there to imply some $ tips is highly suggested but not required.

This hotel is in a shopping area, industrial so ideal if you are on the road.. and not wanting to stop for the city. It has a great breakfast, they will try and charge you extra for city tax, after you have paid for the room online. No one checks their email, so you will need your reservation on you.
