Great location, clean, excellent and friendly staff ! The room was on the last floor (3rd) and not on the side with the street so it was quite silent. Well, you could hear some street traffic and scooters but this is to be 100% expected in the Medina. Everything clean, daily room service. Very good breakfast (pancakes, juice, coffee, eggs, cake). Hot water in the shower etc (mentioning this because a lot of Riads I viewed on Booking had comments related to the hot water situation)

The Riad is well located, on one of the main alleyways and close to the main square. We chose a bigger room and paid more as a consequence. It was worth it as we had plenty of room. The breakfast was the same as all Riads but was tasty enough. The staff were very good, particularly Omar who looked after us very well.

El alojamiento es muy bonito y está bastante cuidado. Fuimos en noviembre, por lo que la piscina no la usamos y no puedo valorar ese servicio. La atención estupenda por parte de todos los trabajadores. La habitación cómoda, las camas cómodas y todo limpio. La terraza de arriba súper bien también porque te permitía estar al aire y salir un poco del bullicio. El desayuno simple pero todo muy rico :) pedíamos huevos por la mañana y nos los preparaban al momento, así que genial! La ubicación también perfecta! A 2 min de la plaza .

La présence d’une piscine dans un Riad mais l’eau était un peu froide car le chauffage n’était pas encore activé La propreté de la literie
Cons: Petit déjeuner plutôt froid (msemen froides ou dures). Le jus n’est pas pressé, c’est dommage. L eau chaude ne vient pas vite et des fois c’est tiède, c’est pas agréable. La douche est à entretenir car se dégrade (carrelage abîmé..) L’accueil et le séjour était bien meilleur la dernière fois. Il faut toujours demander si on veut quelque chose. La dernière fois, nous proposait un café ou un thé le long le journée, c’est ce qui faisait la différence avec les autres riads. J’ai accepté ce prix là en espérant être aux petits soins sans avoir le sentiment de deranger. Je ne sais pas si j’y retournerai, assez déçue..

I had a tour with an early departure and requested for a “to-go bag” of breakfast items. The staff member woke up very early (6am) just to prepare me my own breakfast and coffee. They normally serve breakfast at 8:30am. I went to give him a tip as a token of appreciation and he literally turned and rushed away refusing to take the money. The same man also stayed up until midnight waiting for me to arrive from the airport (my flight was delayed). I was not able to contact the hotel to update them of my new expected time of arrival. So he sat by the front door waiting and waiting for me to knock so he could let me in. He did not complain about this inconvenience and greeted me with a smile and warm hospitality. I am so impressed with this member of staff. He is excellent. Will definitely stay here again. The location is perfect. Very easy to get to the main attractions. It is a clean and charming hotel. WiFi was excellent. 5 stars!!
Cons: I had trouble finding the hotel. It does have a light and is well lit. I think I missed it because there is a small restaurant in front of it and the hotel is tucked in a corner behind the restaurant. So I noticed the restaurant but not the hotel. It’s not a fault of the hotel. They do have a sign and it is clear. Just be aware of this when looking for it for the first time.

Riad calme et bien entretenu. Dans la médina sur une charmante placette. Omar et ses deux collègues sont très avenants et aux petits soins. La décoration des chambres est authentiquement marocaine, les lits très confortables. Petit déjeuner généreux et varié. Hospitalité et accueil très agréables.
Cons: Proposer un petit déjeuner sur la terrasse abrité du soleil en aménageant des coins ombragés. Ajouter deux tablettes murales en guise de table de nuit dans la chambre 7 et supprimer une petite table et fauteuil qui encombrent.

Il riad migliore che potessimo scegliere, una nota di merito allo staff, Khalid in particolar modo super gentile. Abbiamo dovuto anticipare la colazione 2 giorni per delle escursioni e non ha esitato nemmeno 2 minuti. La colazione ricca e buonissima,cambia ogni giorno. La piscina pulita e piccola, super vicina alla piazza centrale. Che dire..scelta migliore non potevamo farla. Torneremo sicuramente.

El Riad está en una ubicación perfecta. Muy cerca de la plaza Jemaa El Fna, los Zocos, etc. Al entrar en el Riad dejas atrás el bullicio de las ruidosas calles. Es muy tranquilo, acogedor y silencioso. El personal muy bien todos. El desayuno muy bien también. La piscina nos vino genial para refrescarnos en los días calurosos de agosto. Fuimos con dos niños y nos quedamos en la suite privada, con decoración muy auténtica. Estuvimos muy cómodos y el aire acondicionado funciona muy bien. Calidad-precio genial.

Redouane, the manager, was very polite, welcoming, and always smiling. I enjoyed our little chat after breakfast. Mourad, Khalid, and Omar were also very polite, friendly, and professional. I really enjoyed how they were always smiling, and I especially appreciated the Moroccan tea Omar made for me. I also enjoyed the breakfast and the variety of pancakes they made on daily basis.
Cons: The cleaning ladies weren’t happy about cleaning my room every day, and they rarely smiled. There was an unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom drain in the room. I have eye allergy and this disturbed me a lot.

Todo el personal que trabaja allí, un trato muy cordial y pendientes de que disfrutes de tu estancia. Está en una pequeña placita de una calle muy concurrida que conduce a la plaza de Jemaa Elfna. Excelente ubicación, a 5 minutos andando de la plaza por una calle concurrida de la Medina, con el Palacio de la bahía o la madrasa y el museo de Marrakech muy cerca, a todo se puede ir andando desde el Riad.

Located right on the streets of the souks, this is the perfect place to stay if you really want to be in amongst it all. Just a short walk to the main square, with many shops and restaurants right on its doorstep. The Riad itself is very well-maintained and the staff are very helpful, albeit rather sarcastic so be prepared for some traditional Morrocan humour! They helped accomodate our requests to have breakfast early and leave are bags for a short period after check out. A welcome drink on arrival too - The coffee was to die for! Very impressed, thanks.
Cons: Not much really. The front door to the riad is locked at night and you don't get an external key, so you're relying on a member of staff to greet you - which they fortunately promptly did. Also their sarcastic humour may not be for some!

Staff were incredible, very accommodating and engaging in addition to being very honest and easy going. location was right in the centre, even though overwhelming at first as it is bang in the centre of the Medina, you get used to it very quickly and are able to experience true traditional Marrakesh. The hotel isn't luxurious but it was very traditional hence making it a great place for a culturally experiencing trip.

O pequeno almoço era tradicional de Marrocos mas muito bom e completo. Os quartos eram confortáveis e muito limpos, inclusive trocavam toalhas e lençóis diariamente. O staff do hotel era muito simpático, flexível e prestáveis . A localização sem dúvida de que era excelente 8-10 minutos a pé para todo o lado , havia um bocadinho de barulho noturno o que é normal mas por volta da 00h costumava parar até de manhã pelas 9h00 . Ficamos lá em casal e amamos a experiência. Uma excelente escolha de Riad <3

Les trois garçons qui font accueil sont le plus de ce Riad. Très chaleureux et de bons conseils pour tous les sujets logistiques de la visite de la ville et des environs, même si vous ne réservez pas via l’hôtel. Petit bassin en rez de chaussée mais ultra pratique pour se rafraîchir en journée. Terrasse pour prendre le soleil, à l’abri des regards. Petits déjeuners copieux, de 8 à 10h. 5/8 minutes de la place Jama Eff n’a à pied; emplacement très pratique pour les visites ( à 5 minutes du palais de la Bahia). Le Riad Celia n’est pas un Riad de luxe mais un très bon rapport qualité/prix, pour pouvoir y rester plus qu’une nuit de passage.

Cons: It is a 5 minute walk from where taxis can drop you off and the Hotel because of the narrow streets. I highly recommend the hotels transfer service from the airport, it will save you a lot of hassle and is not much more than booking the taxi yourself.

The double room was a bit tight for space but our friends had the suite and that was beautiful! The street outside was really busy with motorbikes etc tearing past but it was a stones throw from main square and souqs so those things will always go together, you couldn’t hear the traffic in the riad.

Le quartier est très animé la journée et calme le soir, aucun bruit la nuit. Le personnel est très accueillant, dévoué, ce sont 3 humoristes ! Tout est très propre, la chambre, draps, rien à dire. Location was excellent, Taxi from airport 15euro. Right in the middle of the Souks with plenty of shops restaurants and about 5 min walk to Jemma el Fna. Breakfast served daily was perfect, eggs made whatever way you wish, fresh coffee, fresh orange juice, pancakes, breads, yogurts, jams pastry and cakes. The riad was clean with a beautiful courtyard and rooftop wtih sunbeds. The staff were out of this world. So kind and friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them. Omar, Maroud and Khalid. btw despite our walking tour guide telling us we had to print off our boarding cards aswell as having them online this is not correct, Ryanair and I think all airlines require you to check in at the airport and receive a paper boarding card for some reason.

He estado 9 veces en Marruecos y este es de lejos el mejor Riad en el que me he alojado. Habitaciones de 10, camas firmes (me encanta) y almohadas cómodas. Estábamos en todo el meollo, dentro de la Medina y nuestra habitación era exterior. Aun así, el doble acristalamiento hacía su función y la habitación era tranquila. El resto de habitaciones pude ver que eran interiores y en ese patio (en la planta baja se desayuna) la verdad es que solo se escuchan el silencio y los pájaros, bendición absoluta. Eran flexibles por ejemplo con el desayuno si te tienes que ir antes etc, esto lo valoré positivamente. Todo el personal te atiende con una sonrisa y es eficiente en la resolución de incidencias. Cenamos en el Riad un par de noches y la cena estaba recién hecha y casera. Hizo frío estos días en Marrakech, debo decir que la habitación estaba en la temperatura perfecta.
Cons: Por quejarme de algo, diré que el desayuno (que estaba delicioso) carecía de opciones saladas y adolecía de grasas y proteínas (unos huevos, un poco de queso, un poco de bacon .....), era todo dulce.

The staff are absolutely fantastic. Mourad met us from taxi organised by Omar. He was so smiley, kind and nothing was too much trouble. His colleague was also fabulous with great sense of humour! Comfy beds, lovely breakfast downstairs beside the small pool, nice places to sit on the sun terrace outside our room at the top (deluxe double). Good location to easily access the sights of the old town and to meet trips (usually from cafe de France on main square) 5-10 mins away.
Cons: The old town is busy, that’s its charm so you would expect it to be a bit noisy but having said that, the riad is in a little square so feels a bit like an oasis to come back to.

We felt very good there, all the staff were very nice and helpful with everything. We hosted guests from another hotel, and it was no problem, Omar prepared coffee ( for free ) and ensured the comfort of the meeting. All the staff are very nice, fond of joking ,calm and helpful. Boarding passes despite problems with the airline being printed without any additional costs, too. When I got food poisoning from the restaurant, they brought me tea and took care of my peace (so that other hotel guests were not too loud near my room ). My husband and l highly recommend this place. We hope to see you someday.
Cons: Our room was on the street side, and we wouldn't open the window during the day because it would smell a lot of exhaust fumes. Of course the air conditioning worked fine, but my husband and I like to have fresh air, so we aired room late in the evening when there was no more traffic.

All of the staff are so friendly and helpful. The riad is only a five min walk from Jemaa el-Fnaa and Tinsmiths Square. Breakfast, a reasonable choice of fruits and cake... omelettes are the thing to have! Very nice! Marrakesh is easy to navigate, very friendly, very busy. Extremely comfy bed!
Cons: It's good value for money with fabulous staff eho have a lively sense of humour, understanding British sarcasm is an art in itself and they have it mastered No complaints and will definitely go back.

La piscina cubre más de lo que imaginaba, hasta la cintura más o menos y es perfecta para refrescarte, abierta 24/7. La terraza genial para cenar en verano y quedarte "a la fresca". La habitación limpia, cama muy grande y cómoda. Importante, tienen aire acondicionado!!! El desayuno te lo hacen a la hora que les pidas, hasta las 11 más o menos, muy suculento. En definitiva, buenísimo! Éramos 2 parejas de unos 30 años.

This riad is very convenient for central Marrakech and Jemaa el fna. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. It is extremely clean and fresh looking. The rooms are furnished in typical Moroccan style. The beds are nice and firm and comfortable. The shower is lovely and hot. Unfortunately I had to leave early so wasn't able to have breakfast. But I highly recommend this riad. Good value for Marrakech, great location, very nice and clean. Helpful staff.

Riad Celia, situated in the heart of Marrakesh was a little oasis in the freneticism of the city : the cool multilevel interior courtyard offered respite from the searing heat of the day, the lovely atmospheric rooftop balcony with views was ideal for relaxation in the evening. Cons: The room & bathroom are a bit small & there is very little space for clothes and luggage. The bathroom was basic but adequate. There was no bottled water in the room and we had to purchase water daily from the shop or the Riad itself which was a bit annoying. They don't serve normal tea, only Moroccon tea so I had to have coffee instead. It would be quite simple to have normal tea bags for guests if they wanted it.

Beautiful riad in probably one of the most beautiful squares in the city. The terrace is amazing and the riad itself is decorated with very good taste. The breakfast is excellent and the staff working there is very friendly and helpful.
Cons: My feeling was that the property is overpriced. Two things marked my stay somewhat negatively: - The price is expensive for what you get. The riad rooms are average; you can find similar or even better rooms in the city for half the price. We booked the 'Deluxe Room' as a treat to ourselves on the last two nights of the trip. We chose it based on the pictures shown on Booking. However, we got another room that was more average-looking. It was also on the terrace but lacked the charm of the one in the pics. I believe there is only one room like this, with those two floors, but we didn't get to see it, so I'm not sure how it looks. It felt a bit scammy. - The electricity went off the last night for the whole night. We tried to find the staff to let them know but we couldn't get a hold of them. So we went on doing everything in the dark: packing, showering, etc. We couldn't charge our phones and we ran out of battery, which was stressful knowing we had to take flights the next day and go on a long journey back home.

Cons: De accommodatie zou een opfrisbeurt kunnen gebruiken. Het dakterras is mooi, maar het meubilair is verouderd en niet meer in goede staat. Alle paraplu’s zijn kapot. Wij hadden op de kamer regelmatig een rioolgeur. Wanneer je wil douchen tussen 7-8u komt er amper water uit de douche. Het ontbijt is verzorgd maar niet erg uitgebreid. De ligging is centraal en dat is leuk maar het straatje is erg druk en overspoeld door bromfietsen die tussen de wandelaars razen.

A lovely riad situated just outside of the central soucs, everything is walkable so you can properly explore the medina. The staff were amazing, Omar, Khalid and Ibraim really looked after us from start till finish with recommendations, organising cabs/day trips and even had a tea/coffee for us on arrival! Rooms comfy, rooftop great to chill on and the facilities were all up to scratch. We will be back guys!
Cons: If you get dropped to the medina by cab watch out for the locals looking for a quick buck to take you to the riad, they do not work there!

A wonderful stay at Riad Celia. We've stayed in Marrakech many times, so know what to expect with both riads, and staying within the medina walls. The staff here are all excellent, warm and friendly and were very helpful with everything we needed, including keeping us supplied with ice for my ankle injury! The riad itself is lovely, small plunge pool on the basement level where the breakfast tables are and a lovely sunny roof terrace at the top. Our room was small (Deluxe double) but had everything we needed. The beds are on the firm side, but comfortable. The shower had plenty of hot water and really good pressure (often an issue in some of the riads). The entire place was spotlessly clean. Breakfast breads, juices, cakes and yoghurts were all served self service buffet style, which is the first time I've seen it done this way in a riad, but I actually liked it as it means less waste than when the whole selection is brought to your table and you don't eat it all! Each day there were at least 3 types of fresh breads, a cake, a selection of fresh fruit, olives, jams and honey, yoghurt, and jugs of fresh orange juice. Eggs are made however you like, to order. We had omelette every day because it was perfect. Coffee and tea is made to order - the coffee is made with a machine, it was good but I personally prefer a cafetiere / french press. The location is ideal, 5 minutes walk in one direction to Tinsmiths Square / Bahia Palace / Badi Palace, and 5 minutes the other way to Jemaa el Fna. The little square the riad is on has 2 lovely restaurants (one is the perfect place to sit outside and drink mint tea watching the world go by) and a couple of nice shops / stalls. The street is full of all of the usual places you would expect for the souk selling clothes, bags, pottery etc. Street always felt safe. Taxi drop off is very nearby.
Cons: Not a negative but something to be aware of - the "intersection" outside is quite busy with mopeds - if you're a light sleeper you might want ear plugs. We had ear plugs and slept very well

Das Hotel liegt inmitten der Medina, wirklich ganz gut gelegen um die Stadt zu erkunden und leicht wiederzufinden. Die Herzlichkeit aller im Hotel ist grandios, so dass wir nachdem wir ein paar Tage in einem anderen Hotel während unser Rundfahrt am letzten Abend nochmals vorbeischauten und uns für den tollen Aufenthalt im Celia bedankten. Die Kinder beschrieben es schnell als ihr Zuhause in der Zeit in Marokko, weil es sich so anfühlte, auch der kleine Platz vor dem Haus! Wir werden das Riad sicherlich weiterempfehlen und es auch Familie und Freunden ans Herz legen. Zimmer: wer Bedenken hat, dass man in der Medina oder im Hotel zu viel Lärm um sich hat, da kann ich versichern, dass wir in unserer Suite am Abend eigentlich völlige Ruhe hatten, wenn wir die Türen schlossen (es hat eine Vortüre) und sonst hörte man morgens einen lustigen Vogel zwitschern, mehr nicht! (ich bewerte gerade noch andere Hotels in Marrakesch Umgebung, die bezüglich Ruhe überhaupt nicht dem Standard entsprechen). Auch oben auf der Terrasse, hört man die Stadtgeräusche eher gedämpft! Also wir haben hier länger geschlafen, wie in einem Hotel ausserhalb der Stadt.
Cons: Hmmm. kleine Kritik - die Teppiche in den Gängen müssten dringendst ausgewechselt werden und die Handtücher/Badtücher dürften auch ersetzt werden (sie sind sauber, aber etwas abgenutzt). Mit beiden Sachen konnten wir jedoch leben, weil es sonst sehr sauber war.

Von Anfang unseres Aufenthalts bis zum Ende hat er sich intensiv um unser Wohlergehen gekümmert;-)

The rooms were clean and comfortable . The rooms ones were very quiet given the business outside . The breakfasts were good. The staff were very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make the stay enjoyable . The location was extremely convenient . A short walk from a taxi stop and easy to navigate into the markets and squares .

For my 1 day stay I got a GREAT breakfast at the terrace and a 3 course DINNER in the basement with a Morocco luxury I never expected: tiles, small pool and comfortable restaurant inside with a great service.
Cons: BEWARE of the people outside who tries to take advantage of your tourist`s situation. I almost got robbed in daylight trying to find this hotel inside the sook, DO NOT ASK the police as they will give you WRONG directions. Trust Google Maps only. Hotel has a small door behind tables and chairs of a restaurant, so NO EASY TO FIND, next to an ARC in the Souk.

Omar, Mohamed et Khaled ont été à nos petits soins durant notre séjour. Merci pour leur bonne humeur, leur bienveillance et leur disponibilité. Merci également aux dames (discrètes et efficaces) qui assuraient la préparation des repas et le ménage.
Cons: Le riad est à proximité d'une petite rue très passante du souk (non loin de la Place Jemaa el fna, pratique pour les rendez-vous des excursions à l'extérieur de Marrakech) mais surtout cette rue est très utilisée par les mobylettes d'où des nuisances sonores. Cependant, les nuits sont calmes.

They also joke a lot, so if you choose Riad Celia, you will laugh A LOT during your stay there :) Food is so delicious. Breakfast is self-service and you have many options, you can also order fresh coffe every day. Dinner was one of my favourire parts there, it was delicious and you always get salad, main course and dessert! And main course is traditional Marrocan dish. Besides I loved the Morrocan style in my room and in the whole building. Rooftop is amazing as well, because you have a lot of comfortable chairs and sofas, so you can relax after the whole day of walking around.

Os funcionários são 5 estrelas e muito prestativos. A localização é perto de tudo, no entanto é num sítio um pouco escuro, mas penso que seja natural da região. Piscina refrescante e a esplanada de cima, boa. Gostamos do pequeno almoço self service. No geral o alojamento é bom, mas tem alguns erros a melhorar.
Cons: O jantar era preparado em pratos individuais e a carne quase que não se via. Quantidade de carne muito pouca em comparação ao acompanhamento. A comida era exclusivamente típica, sendo um alojamento que alberga várias nacionalidades, penso que deveria ter outro tipo de pratos. Pois pagamos refeições que mal tocamos em algumas situações. Assisti algumas vezes a esta preparação, às vezes de forma duvidosa a nível de higiene. No meu quarto, não tenho nada a mencionar a nível de limpeza. Mas os meus colegas afirmaram que as empregadas mexiam nas coisas, desaparecendo uma vez coisas. No penúltimo dia filmaram e tiraram fotos, constatando que nada desaparecera, mas que as malas tinham sido remexidas. Isto foi reportado ao estabelecimento, que deu desculpas sem lógica, mas ok. Há fotos e vídeos do antes e depois, não há como negar. No entanto, só aconteceu isto num dos quartos. Assisti, quando varriam o andar de cima, atiravam o lixo para o rés do chão. Sendo a piscina no rés do chão, algum lixo parava na piscina. Um dia estávamos sentados na beira da piscina e levamos com lixo em cima de nós. No jantar, apenas ofereceram água. No geral é um alojamento bom, mas tem que melhorar a nível de higiene alimentar, jantar e o funcionamento das suas empregadas de limpeza.

Nous avons passé 6 jours dans la suite de Luxe du Riad Celia avec notre fille Maë. La chambre est splendide, le Riad très beau également, la petite piscine rafraîchissante pour les chaudes après-midi, le RoofTop très sympa pour les soirées. Tout est propre, et soigné. Les repas sont très bons et nous ont fait découvrir les recettes locales, merci aux cuisinières. L’emplacement est parfait, situé dans une ruelle bien agréable avec restaurants, épiceries et boutiques typiques et à 5min à pieds de l’effervescence de la place Jeema El Fna. Nous avons tout visité à pieds : Medersa Ben Youssef, Palais Bahia, les Souks, Jardin Secret, la Koutoubia … Tout ceci en plus de l’accueil chaleureux de tout le personnel : un très grand merci à Omar pour sa gentillesse et ses bons conseils, à Khalid pour son service et son humour et au jeune Mohamed pour sa délicatesse et sa discrétion. Un séjour merveilleux qui nous donne envie de revenir !

Nuestra estancia en este riad fue excepcional. La habitación pequeña pero con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. Las instalaciones genial, tienen varias terrazas con sillones, sillas, sofás que puedes utilizar para descansar después de todo el día haciendo turismo. La piscina también muy bien, y se agradece en los días de calor. El desayuno y la cena deliciosos. Sobretodo resaltar la calidad de las cenas, comida casera típica (pero no demasiado especiada) y recién hecha. Aunque si algo tenemos que resaltar es la atención de Omar y sus compañeros, siempre con una sonrisa y dispuestos a ayudarte en todo lo que necesitaras.

Nos quedamos 5 días con media pensión, en estos 5 días, el personal muy hospitalario, carismáticos, atentos, se acomodan a tus necesidades… agradecemos tanto a Khalid, Mohammed y Omar por toda la atención recibida. Los desayunos y las cenas súper buenas. Las diferentes estancias muy bonitas y limpias. Muy céntrico y zona tranquila.

We kregen een upgrade naar een ruime suite wat werkelijk geweldig was. Alles was erg netjes en mooi ingericht. Er was ook een mooi dakterras maar met 48° buiten trok het ons niet aan om daar te vertoeven.
Cons: Het ontbijt was eentonig, elke ochtend quasi hetzelfde en ontbrak aan een beetje originaliteit. Wellicht had dit te maken met het feit dat we vaak de enige gasten waren in het hotel waardoor er misschien weinig proviand in huis werd gehaald. Maar dat is een detail, al de rest was picco bello!

Los chicos que trabajan allí Khalid, Ahmed..son maravillosos y grandes personas .Gente muy humilde y trabajadora dispuestos siempre a ayudar.
Cons: La ubicación aunque es cerca de todo ,muy céntrico , el caminar para llegar hasta el hotel es horrible , ya que las calles son super estrechas y el hotel está ubicado en un callejón donde las motos circulan en ambos sentidos , rápido , a lo loco y hay mucho riesgo de atropellos , de hecho atropellaron a mi amigo y gracias que no fue grave

Cons: Estávamos em regime de meia pensão mas quando lá chegámos indicaram que só tinhamos direito a dois jantares (em 5 dias) e que os restantes eram a 25€/pessoa. Sentimo-nos enganados e o Booking não respondeu ao nosso pedido de apoio. Mais do que decepcionado com o alojamento fiquei decepcionado com o Booking porque ao niveyde apoio ao cliente valem zero. Éramos 8 pessoas (4 quartos duplos) e fomos enganados em 3 dias X 8 pessoas X 25€ = 600€

Il Riad è in buonissima posizione e molto tranquillo. I tre ragazzi dello staff sono gentilissimi e disponibili ad aiutarti con informazioni di ogni tipo. La stanza pulita, la colazione ottima. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo. Spero presto .

L'emplacement est idéal, à 5min à pieds de la place principale. Merci à Aicha pour ses talents de couturière, elle nous a lavé notre linge à la fin du séjour ce qui a été très apprécié ! Les chambres lavées tous les jours également. Merci également à Mohamed et Khalid qui sont adorables et n'ont pas hésité à se plier en quatre pour nous. Super séjour dans ce Riad !

Location is prefect. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They even bought bus tickets to Agadir on our behalf for no extra fee. The air conditioning worked very well.
Cons: The deluxe room is a little small but that is probably expected in any Riad. There was no kettle even though it says there is on Booking. The shower was sufficient but not great. The breakfast is quite basic but good. They could have replaced one of the three cake/pancake options with vegetables.

Our room with all the decorations and the bathroom. The terrace right above. We sun lounged a lot because back home we do not have much summer. Plus above in the open you can also smoke and have mint tea. The view of the hall with a Palm tree reaching up and a pool at the bottom. The breakfast and its area decorations. The staff was kind, professional and on stand by for anything. The location wad so pretty, We walked through the lively market street with interesting and elegant shops. Medina square was right at the end. However we simply preferred eating on the market street, which is lively but safe. No seller pushing us to buy because they are more chic, whereas in Medina square they sell anything but not very worth and as you pass some seller harrassed us to buy these anythings. So we scrolled around the square because it is particular and leads to other historical ameneties. But we sat on a elegant and repaired from passer by corner coffe shop to enjoy the lively square in action. So Thank you for the confort and the intimacy we had received by staying here. We will come again. Marrakesh, its culture and people are soo beautiful.

Fuimos un grupo de 6 personas y reservamos 4 habitaciones, todas con cama grande. Desde el primer momento hasta el último, nos trataron increíble. Personal súper agradable, bromista, atento y hospitalario. Mucha higiene en todo el Riad. Flexibles en cuanto a horarios de entrada y salida. Calidad-Precio inmejorable. Ubicación excepcional a 5’ de la Plaza y el Zoco. Buen desayuno en el patio interior, junto a la piscina. Dos terrazas en la parte superior donde poder relajarte. Repetiremos.
