Rooms were huge, balcony was like a terrace, everything was clean, quiet, comfortable. I felt like queen in my room!

Cons: Breakfast was bit sad. I was expecting more fruits and fresh options. I asked for omlet, that i never got. And for room upgrade, some chairs and table on balcony would be very nice, to enjoy that place and view maximum!

J’ai passé 3 nuits à l’hôtel Tamuda et j’ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour. Les chambres sont propres et confortables, le personnel est chaleureux et toujours à l’écoute. L’emplacement est idéal, proche de la mer et dans un cadre agréable. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel pour des vacances réussies à Tétouan.

Cons: La nuit trop frais il manquait une couverture.

Cons: - Nous avons plus eu l'impression d'avoir logé dans une chambre d'hôte que dans un hôtel. - Etablissement désert , vide de personnel et de touristes. - Petit déjeuner pas top. - Impossible de faire une grasse matinée car vous avez les femmes de ménage qui effectuent leur tâches sans aucune discrétion. - Aucun service bagagiste ni personnel présent pour vous aider à porter vos valises. Un agent de sécurité posté devant l’établissement n’ayant aucune once d’empathie, laissant une femme tirer 2 grandes valises tout en l’a regardant les charger dans son véhicule ! - Hôtel pas à la hauteur de ses plusieurs étoiles et ne vaut surtout pas le prix !

Cons: Une expérience terrifiante – sécurité inexistante, à fuir absolument. Nous avons vécu l’expérience la plus effrayante de notre vie dans cet hôtel. À 6h du matin, un homme a pu entrer par effraction dans notre chambre, alors que nous étions deux jeunes femmes endormies à l’intérieur. Le plus choquant ? C’est l’hôtel lui-même qui lui a donné les informations sur notre chambre et lui a fourni une carte d’accès. Aucun contrôle, aucune vérification, aucune sécurité. Cet homme s’est retrouvé dans notre chambre, nous terrorisant — nous avons eu très peur pour notre sécurité. Et malgré la gravité de l’incident, l’établissement n’a jamais présenté d’excuses ni assumé sa responsabilité. Aucun soutien, aucune empathie, aucun professionnalisme. Nous sommes encore sous le choc. Un hôtel qui met ses clients en danger et protège un intrus au lieu de ses propres clientes est un établissement qu’il faut absolument éviter. Votre sécurité ne vaut rien pour eux. On ne peut en aucun cas faire confiance à un hôtel qui agit de la sorte.

Mooie luxe hotel. Comfortable bedden, overkapte parkeerplaats. Mooie ruime kamers. Schoon. Wordt iedere dag schoongemaakt. Complimenten voor het schoonmaak team. Het personeel was vriendelijk. We werden door de dames van de receptie vriendelijk ontvangen en geholpen. We mochten eerder inchecken en de kamer betrekken. Het ontbijt was prima, alles is vers, het personeel zorgde ervoor dat alles werd aangevuld. Mijn speciale dank gaat naar de chef van het resraurant Khalid, een aimabele en aardige man. Dank voor de hartelijk ontvangst en je klantgerichte opstelling.. Mijn dank gaat ook naar Mourad, een vrolijke energieke man die alles met een smile bracht naar de tafel als je iets nodig had. Ahmed van het zwembad, een leuke animator voor de kids En attent voor iedere zwembad bezoeker. Niet te vergeten de rest van het bar personeel die allemaal even attent waren en prima werk leverden. De volgende keer boeken we zeker dit hotel. Mdiq is een mooi plaatsje om te vertoeven. Gezellig stadje! Marokko heeft mij positief verrast. Lekker eten, vriendelijke mensen en prachtige natuur.

Cons: Het inchecken bij de Bali was even een gedoe, ik had een familie kamer geboekt die erg klein blijkt te zijn, dus gevraagd deze om te boeken naar twee lossen 2 persoonskamers, dat was mogelijk als ik een kamer bij boekte voor 300 euro, 2 dagen eerder was 3 nachten 198 en nu moest ik 100 euro meer betalen terwijl ik al voor 4 personen had betaald. Dit kreeg ik niet aan het verstand van de medewerker aan de Bali! Boos geworden en maar betaald, want wat moet je anders maar dus nooit weer een familie kamer die niet groter blijkt dan 2 bedden en 2 opklap bedden en noet meer kunnen bewegen!@

Cons: Ik vroeg een taco poulet in het restaurant maar kreeg een kip gepaneerd. En de frietjes waren gebakken in vuile olie er waren zwarte korreltjes op de frieten. Maar het personneel was wel zeer vriendelijk. De badkamer kon een vleugje silliconen gebruiken was wat oud en roest. De rode tapijt in de gang stinkt enorm deze mag weg is niet hyginiesch.

Moroccan tea tasted bitter, we ordered mojitos while at the swimming pool and they were practically lemon extract, impossible to drink, sent them back and got Moroccan tea instead and again it was black and bitter. My kid cut his foot while swimming due to damaged tiles in the pool!

The hotel is very clean, great rooms and amazing beds. We had a family room with a terrace overlooking the pool. It was great. The pools are very good too. The big one is big enough to be able to do some lengths. It is deep. The small one is great for little ones. It has a gym with lots of equipment. Although we didn't find it open every day because it was low season. The hotel was so quiet, there were few guests and the double glazing keeps the sound out. It has automatic blinds that keep the room very dark to be able to sleep well. The breakfast was ok. It could do with more variety. It has a snack bar with some fast food. Pricey but ok for an emergency. The beach is only 7 minutes walk and it is lovely. This time of year is the best as it is very quiet. We loved M'diq, an authentic Moroccan town with great food. Tetuán is beautiful too and worth a visit, ,it is only 25 minutes away. Chefchouen is not 1h 30min and it is worth the visit too.

Cons: There was no warm water, cold water that came out of the shower was full of sand. Towels where dirty and they couldn’t even provide an iron. By the way, they didn’t even notify the clients about the lack of warm water! At the end they didn’t want to compensate me for anything.. acknowledging that everything went wrong but still it didnt bother them. a simple “desole” is what I got.

I would probably stay here again in winter for the discounted price, but not for the full price. Im not sure where the four stars are coming from, seems weird compared to european three star hotels. Extermly low water pressure (for Marokko) and warm shower. Good fitness romm. The room was nice and warm (very important in winter). The matresses were a bit hard, but that was the case in every single hotel in Marokko.

Cons: Apparently their card reader didn‘t work with our German Visacard (it did at several other places in Marokko) so we had to go and get cash to pay. Pay in advance over booking.com to avoid this inconvenience.

Firstly, would I go back? Yes - Why? It was well priced, good location and clean. The hotel is situated away from the main road and offers a good amount of parking space. The staff is exceptionally friendly and makes an effort to accommodate guests to the best of their ability. If you're looking to reach the beach, it's approximately a 10-minute walk from the hotel. The hotel features a compact pool area with about 20 sunbeds, which proves to be sufficient for those utilizing the pool. The design of the pool is simple and square, with some areas partially shaded. The main town (Mdiq) is a 10 minute 3-4km drive from the hotel which is great its away from the hassle of parking etc. Breakfast at the hotel is satisfactory; however, the coffee is not of the highest quality. The food items are prepared and placed in metal dishes for guests to serve themselves. The hotel houses a coffee shop and restaurant, but I would recommend exploring other dining options. Fortunately, there's a small supermarket just a 2-minute walk away, making it convenient for basic necessities.

Cons: The room featured a spacious terrace, albeit lacking chairs, making it impossible to sit outside. The terrace was essentially a square area facing a wall. I was surprised to find that the hotel imposed an additional commission on top of the commission they already charged through Booking.com. As per the staff, this practice is standard for all guests. Personally, I consider this an unfair practice akin to theft, especially considering it amounted to around 40 euros, although not an exorbitant sum. I strongly advise against ordering food from the hotel's restaurant if you're seeking a prompt meal. On three separate occasions, I placed orders and each time, the wait was at least one hour, stretching up to 90 minutes for a pizza. This seemed excessive, especially given that there were only around 20 people enjoying coffee in the restaurant. Frustrated by the delays, I ultimately opted to cancel my order and leave.

Family room is very comfortable and large. Very Clean, the hotel is brand new and the swimming pool is nice. The staff at the Spa is very kind and helpful. The food is fresh, the breakfast buffet is generous.

Cons: Heavily due for an in and out renovation. We got a room at first where the AC did not work at all. The room was a sauna and it was impossible to sleep. Worse even, the AC did blow out smoke from the restaurant, meaning we basically slept in a hot and smelly kitchen. Cleanliness is mwehhhh and could be much much better. Upon seeing the toilet brush we didn’t want to look at too many things up close anymore 🤢🤢🤢 It’s more a 2-star than a four star. The staff was friendly and wanted to help but wasn’t able to do much, meaning it’s more of management matter. The next day after finding out the AC could not be repaired we got another room. They call this a suite but it’s basically a similar room with a different lay-out and a larger bed, but at least the AC worked. Cleanliness again left a lot of room for improvement. Initially the AC also brought in a lot of kitchen small. The “fix” for this was to switch off the AC for 15 minutes and switch it back on. This actually also sums up the hotel, it’s a place with lots of “fixes”.

Le personnel très accueillant, les chambres sont spacieuses, le petit-déjeuner est très copieux. le calme de l'hôtel, la propreté des chambres. Piscine bien entretenu avec un maître nageur, bien pour les enfants. Personnel encadrant à l'écoute des clients et restaurant de l'hôtel très correct culinairement que pour les tarifs. Pas de mauvaises surprises concernant la note en extra.

Cons: Les abords de l'hôtel avec le lotissement privé, qui est derrière. Cela gâche un peu le décor avec la vue sur le terrain de foot.

Cons: Het hotel is afgelegen en niet zo makkelijk te vinden. Ik was diep teleurgesteld dat er geen SPA was,kreeg te horen dat het alleen in de zomer beschikbaar is. Het ontbijt vond ik heel mager. Wel wat te eten maar weinig keus ivm weinig mensen die in het hotel verblijven in deze periode. Ik vond de prijs voor een nacht veel te duur met nauwelijks aanbod qua spa faciliteiten

Cons: Since there’s a Parking gate not functioning properly for guest to park, make sure have an attendant to assist the guest. My sister car was damaged (Windshield & Vendor) by arm gate and hotel staff did not wanted to take the responsibility. Likely We have video and pictures.

The staff were amazing especially the bell boy Hicham and the lady who cleaned our room. My son changed the sign outside our door to DO NOT DISTURB as a joke and I called for the room to be cleaned later in the day and she complied immediately. Fantastic staff. The only thing I didn’t like is that the hotel was not by the beach as the name suggests but I suppose I should have asked before finalizing the booking. Otherwise our stay was FAB.

Bij het uitchecken kwamen we erachter dat we €650 euro missen. Geld hadden we in een tas met een slotje erop. We hadden eerst niet in de gaten dat de ritsen toch nog op een kiertje open kunnen staan. Alleen de kamermeisje van het hotel kan het gepakt hebben aangezien ze de enige was die de kamer in was gegaan volgens de camerabeelden. Politie is het nu aan het onderzoeken. Maar uitermate vervelend dat we dit moesten meemaken. Voor ons nooit meer Tamuda Beach hotel.

ATTENTION GROSSE ARANQUE la piscine est ouverte que juillet et aout nous sommes partie en octobre la piscine nétait était sale on nous a dis quon pouvais pas nous baigné . enssuite le spa , le salon de coiffure ,sale de sport , et hammam pareil , FERMER tout es fermé de septembre jusqua juillet !! petit déjeuné on nous a dis cest au buffet gros menssonge cest a la carte pas le choix !!! et pour finir le desastre petit déj prévue a 8h mis cest FAUX pure menssonge gros retard !! donc prévoyer davoir le ventre vide un moment !! le personnelle dorment sur place et sont d'aucune utilité !! que ce soit lôtel ou le personnelle 0 , lit pour bébé 10 euros de frais par nuit ! ils savent que encaissé votre mécontentement ils s'en tapent royalment payer un hôtel 100 euros la nuit pour avoir aucune prestation une honte . ha oui même le nom de lôtel cest un menssonge " hotel tamuda BEACH alors que ya même pas de plage a côté !!!

Bon hôtel, propre et récent , chambre très spacieuse avec terrasse . Le seul reproche que je ferais c’est les portes des chambres qui claquent et vous réveilles ainsi que la vmc de la sdb qui fait du bruit quand on allume la lumière . Piscine propre avec de beau transat et une salle de sport.

An efficient and pleasant hotel, not too expensive even in high season. Good buffet breakfast, big clean rooms. WIFI could be a lot better and getting a taxi organised and to arrive was a real lengthy chore (mostly the taxi driver's fault I suspect) - but the hotel should probably have an exclusive arrangement during high season.

The hotel staff is very friendly and fully engaged in making the customer's stay very pleasant. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. The only negative is that the beach is not easily accessible. The view from one of our rooms was not good (white wall). Very happy with our stay there even if prices were a little high (Which is normal in July and August).

The hotell was nice, clean and near to the beach. The wi-fi wasnt so good. The breakfast was really good and the straff very helpful. Its 10 mins to Mdiq and around 30 mins to medina. If your take normal taxi Will IT cost alot, around 300 dh. But if you share with others you pay 5 dh to Mdiq and 12,5 dh to medina!

When it is: - Normal to find the receptionist forgetting essential information to tell the guests like the breakfast time, where is the hotel's main restaurant, what facilities the hotel has, etc.. things that is not even found with one star hotels..!! - Normal to put the "sleep" sign at your room door handle and you find someone entered the room as he is a "blind man" just to check on the mini-bar...!! - Normal to order a simple dish from the room service and you get the most awful very expensive dish you've ever tried, and you leave it uneaten and no one calls you to ask you why you left your dish uneaten just to check on the food quality...! - Normal to finally made it to restaurant - which you don't know where the hell it is - for your breakfast and all the hosts at the restaurant are speaking loudly and shouting to each other as if we are in a city market, or some one tries to take your plate that is in front of you because he believes you've eaten enough, or for 5 days the same breakfast is served as you are in jail not a 4 starts over 100$ a night hotel..! - Normal to have a very bad and slow "FREE WiFi" internet - Normal to stay in a hotel which its name ends with "... Beach" but its has no beach at all, and not even a public one..! - Normal to have an spa but with no married couple spa facility as its forbidden for girls to massage a man..! When all of the above is normal then, Welcome to Tamuda "Beach..!!" hotel

L'hôtel est bien situé (en 5 minutes on est en ville) et le cadre appelle tout de suite à la détente et au dépaysement. Le personnel est serviable et toujours à l'écoute et la propreté de l'appart irréprochable. Une belle surprise au petit déjeuner qui était bon copieux avec beaucoup de choix (impossible de ne pas y trouver on compte).
