Hotel muy viejo. No está mal situado del todo. Aunque hay que caminar para encontrar algo decente para cenar. Instalaciones que necesitan una buena renovación. Excelente opción de parking para la moto detrás del hotel de forma segura.

The staff were amazing. Khalid was very friendly and helpful to give advice how to spend time in the city. He works during breakfast. The location is perfect and so everyone in reception was helpful. I had a happy stay . The room was spacious and the cleaning lady for my room was lovely giving me tips what to do in the city.
Cons: If I might suggest, it would be nice to add fruit in breakfast. And it looks that runners in hallway is in time for change.

I ate here 2 lunches and 2 dinners and food was the same. Waiters are kind but i remained very disappointed from the manager mr. Adil. He is not there to help guests and offer assistance. Never more in this hotel!

Cons: Buffet style dinner quality was very poor. Items were of a poor selection and kept on warmers so long they were ghastly. Had the cost removed and ordered food in from the town. Did not enjoy the dated atmosphere in the public areas. Bathroom in room was dirty

We were doing a charity road trip from the UK to The Gambia and our cars were laden with gifts that we were taking to hand out at our final destination. Unfortunately a lot of gifts were of necessity inside the car and on display. A secure private car park was therefore a must and this hotel met that requirement. Best way to describe the hotel is faded glory - it must have been quite something in the 1970’s but is now a little tired and in need of a facelift / freshen up. Rooms were of reasonable size with somewhat dated furniture but were clean and comfortable. The staff however need to be singled out for special attention as they were warm and welcoming and helped make our overnight stay a pleasant one.

My stay was great. I messed up the dates as I was on an overnight bus from Marrakech. The man at reception was very understanding and changed the date of the reservation for free and I was able to check in at 8am. Staff were lovely and the location was great.

Cons: The ac was loud in the room. Room was stinky. Check out is 12pm and housekeeping stripped our beds at 930 am. Then upon leaving we were charged more because the receptionist that checked us in didn't do his math correctly so we ended up paying more. Interesting since I had to check out early as my room was completely stripped from housekeeping.

The staff can’t do enough. The corridor carpets are not cleaned. The Internet is terrible. Breakfast is “simple”. Room furniture is worn. Yea the only plus are the staff. It’s not a great place. Close to airport ( which is a review in its own right )

I would chose this hotel over others in Laayoune. The staff responded in an outstanding way to my comments about some general issues in the hotel. I also didn’t realise that my extended use of the room was not charged for. I must have seemed very ungrateful but they didn’t tell me !

The hotel concierge arranged for a car and driver to take me to Nouadhibou in Mauritania and I was required to pay the entire cost of the trip before departing the hotel. The driver dropped me off at the border in Guerguarat (Western Sahara) after the border was closed for the day and drove back to Laayoune. As a result, I was stuck at the border overnight for 17 hours with nowhere to sleep and no place to eat. The following day, I had to pay another driver to take me across the border and to Western Sahara. This is the most dishonest behavior I have ever experienced from a hotel and the driver anywhere in the world, and I’ve visited over 50 countries. In addition, the dinner in the restaurant is terrible. I had the chicken entre and I had to spit it out because the meat was rotten.

Seul hotel international de Laayoune. Hotel correct mais vieillissant suivant les chambres. Eviter les chambres coté rue (bruyant même la nuit) Rapport qualité/prix pas super. Repas du soir un peu cher mais nourriture ok (surtout brochette). Bon petit déjeuner (inclus)

Según lo que pude ver, el mejor hotel de la zona. El personal era amable, pero no hablaba español. Solo algún recepcionista sabía alguna palabra suelta. Todo limpio, instalaciones en orden y desayuno más que aceptable. El wifi fallaba mucho, eso sí.

TOILETTE STINKS OF URINE, SHOWER HEAD CLOGGED WITH WATER CONCRETION (ONLY 4 LITTLE HOLES OUT OF MAYBE 50, STILL WORKING) MILDEW ON THE FLOOR. A/C SUCKED AIR FROM SOMEWHERE FULL OF CIGARETTE SMOKE, THUS MAKING THE NON-SMOKING ROOM A GAS CHAMBER. SWIMMING POOL CLOSED. BREAKFAST VERY SAD.

I stayed here on a work trip to the W. Sahara for four days. I picked this hotel as it was the only one on Orbitz, but it did not disappoint in any way. It is located in the center of town, and it is never to dull as a large amount of U.N MINURSO peace keepers stay here. The rooms are high quality, and for the price you pay, you are getting allot.

I only stayed one night at the hotel and was impressed by its size/layout. My room however, was disappointing as it faced onto the main road and traffic noise was evident. (Window sealing poor). The bathroom had a dirty toilet and the shower water pressure was low. Lighting in the bedroom was poor, there was no clock or safe and the television had no English channels. The hotel information folder was empty. However, all was redeemed with the excellent food in the restaurant and the very helpful staff!

Das war mein erster Hotelbesuch in Marokko. Ich bin der Meinung das dieses Hotel in der marokkanischen Provinz. einen ausreichend guten Standard bietet. Der Zimmerpreis ist recht hoch, aber das liegt wahrscheinlich an der Auslastung durch Offiziere der hier stationierten UN-Truppen. Die Handvoll Sehenswürdigkeiten und der Flughafen sind im Umkreis von ca.30 min Fussweg. Der Atlantik ist mit einem sehr breiten Sandstrand und ständigem Wind in etwa 45 min. mit dem Auto erreichbar. Restaurants in der Umgebung sind brauchbar. Meine Empfehlung und auch die der Einheimischen ist Samir, ca 5 min. Fussweg. Das Restaurant im Hotel ist auch sehr gut aber leider auch sehr teuer. Die Geräuschkulisse einer marokkanischen Stadt ist immer present. Die ganze Gegend ist für internationalen Tourismus noch nicht erschlossen, was für manche ja auch einen Reiz darstellt. Teneriffa ist mit Binter Canarian nur 45 Flugminuten entfernt und wird einmal täglich angeflogen.

Considering than this hotel is in a remote location in Morocco I have to say it was better than expected. The room are specious, cleanliness is OK, breakfast buffet is fine and staff is very friendly. Wifi connection in the room doesn't work but it does in the lobby. So overall I would recommand staying here if you end up in Laayoune.
