Cet hÎtel, trÚs propre, est bien localisé à Rabat à quelques centaines de mÚtres de la gare ferroviaire de Rabat-ville. Le mobilier en bois présent dans la chambre avait sans doute été fait sur mesure et avait fiÚre allure.
Cons: Lâensemble de lâhĂŽtel est un peu dĂ©fraichi et le personnel Ă la rĂ©ception apparaĂźt quelque peu dĂ©sabusĂ©. Le petit dĂ©jeuner est fort dĂ©cevant. Il est offert dans une salle dĂ©pourvue de fenĂȘtres au sous-sol de lâimmeuble qui sert sans doute en soirĂ©e de bar oĂč on offre des spectacles. Il comprend un choix limitĂ©, dont des gĂąteaux et des viennoiseries enveloppĂ©s individuellement dans des sachets en plastique. On ne sait que penser des portiques dĂ©tecteurs de mĂ©tal Ă lâentrĂ©e de lâhĂŽtel et de la salle en sous-sol.

Hotel trĂšs bien situĂ© au centre-ville de Rabat prĂšs de la gare de train dans une rue assez tranquille. PossĂšde un bon restaurant avec une petite sĂ©lection de plats vĂ©gĂ©tariens, et une trĂšs belle carte de vins et de boissons. Le personnel est vraiment trĂšs gentil et attentionnĂ©. Les chambres sont presque toujours moins bien en vrai que sur les photos, ce qui crĂ©e forcĂ©ment une petite dĂ©ception, mais elles sont trĂšs bien quand mĂȘme: grand lit, confortable, table de travail, canapĂ©, clim pas bruyante (critĂšre trĂšs important pour moi). Bon rapport qualitĂ©-prix. J'y reviendrais sans hĂ©sitation.

Hotel is located in a great area. We picked it for the proximity to the train station. Turns out it was near quite a few things, we had just one day but were able to walk to the Medina, a grocery store, the Hassan Park. We had a family triple room and it was spacious enough. The breakfast had a great spread. The woman in the bistro was the nicest! Actually, all the staff were very kind. It was a surprise, as was Rabat itself, and I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was comfortable and good priced. The staff were friendly and supportive: reception, breakfast and cleaning staff all. Every morning a wide variety of delicious choices were available at the breakfast menu.
Cons: Outside could be noisy at night; therefore I had to close the window and opened the AC unfortunately. THe towels should be renewed; they are kind of greyish and old. Other than these, thank you for the comfortable stay.

This was a standard double hotel room as advertised, nothing wrong with it, but nothing that made it stand out in any particular way. It was clean and reasonably comfortable. The breakfast provided was adequate. The staff were pleasant but not particularly helpful.
Cons: Unfortunately, there was a significant religious holiday while I was in Rabat which meant many places were closed, including the hotel restaurant for dinner. The staff were quite blase in referring to where you could go to eat. There was no pre-emptive action. They had to be asked.

Globalement, l'hĂŽtel "fait le job". Tout fonctionne et le personnel est normal sans ĂȘtre particuliĂšrement agrĂ©able. L'emplacement est certes intĂ©ressant, mais de toute maniĂšre le centre ville de Rabat est petit, et il y a un tramway trĂšs pratique.
Cons: Nous sommes restés trois jours, et nous devons signaler un problÚme avec le petit déjeuner. Le premier jour, les pùtisseries étaient rassies, l'omelette froide, les viennoiseries ramollies et le café imbuvable. Heureusement, ces problÚmes ont été réglés les jours suivants. Par ailleurs, la chambre donnait sur des bùtiments en ruine, ce qui n'est pas trÚs plaisant.

It is a really good hotel, it has everything you need to enjoy and visit Rabat. On the Terrace you can enjoy beer wine or other alcohol, they serve amazing food, really good standards, breakfast is amazing, fresh juice, pancakes, and other tasty bites, everything freshly made, a lot of choice. In the evening the restaurant and terrace are full of people, great buzz. The staff is very polite and professional. The hotel is very clean. Shops and restaurants nearby, really good location.

Le Pietri Urban Hotel exceeded our expectations! All the staff were very helpful at check-in and throughout our stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. A great breakfast was also included. The hotel was in an excellent location, with the train station only a few blocks away and many stores and eateries nearby. The central market and medina were also within walking distance or a short taxi drive away. We would definitely stay here again!

The location was ideal, a few minutes' walk from the Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art, Museum of History and Civilization, Assounna Mosque, and close enough to the Medina and the Kasbah. The facilities themselves were excellent--the rooms were clean, the WiFi was stable, and the staff was super helpful.
Cons: Not much, since everything was good. The only thing I can think of is that the breakfast offerings, though delicious, came out of the kitchen in small portions. Everything finished soon, and we had to wait a while before they were refilled. It's not a major inconvenience, as the was always something yummy to eat.

Probabilmente in quest'ultimo caso per questioni di politica ambientale ma va segnalato comunque al cliente. Bene tutto il resto!

The staff are exceptional in being polite and accommodation. The location is very near the contemporary modern arts museum and 20-dirham taxi ride to the Kasbah. The breakfast was average. We had small black ants marching largely in the bathroom, but they also showed up by the bed and in a glass of water. The staff arranged for a ride to Fez for $1500 Dirham. The car was filthy and the scruffy driver did not have a GPS to find the destination. The review portal rejected my photos.

Same from cleanliness: I was invaded by ants, like hundreds of ants. I killed some and left them on the sink to show staff... but no definite action, as if it was normal. The staff just cleaned the sink but no further action. As a result, the day after there were "zillions" of ants in my bathroom. Disgusting. How can a decent manager let this happen?

Comfortable room, good buffet breakfast with very good coffee, the usual foods and Moroccan pastries and fruit. Very well located, within walking distance to most of the tourist sights. The area was quiet and safe at night even during the weekend. Reception was open 24/7. Very good restaurant on site. There are jazz nights during the weekends but we didnât hear it from our 3rd floor room. Unfortunately the terrace/ patio was not open during our stay in late September but I guess it was a bit chilly for breakfast or dinner 18C even when very hot during the day 30C.
Cons: The entry to the bathtub was rather tricky even if the glass pivots open. The floor gets wet after a shower making the floor very slippery when coming out of the shower (we would rather have showers)

The hotel is located in the center, everything is close by from train station to shopping places. The staff are very friendly, we were welcomed with a smile all day long. The breakfast was fine. The only downside are the towels, it is time for them to be replaced. A big thank you to the whole team of staff who unsured us an amazing stay.

Cons: Dans l'hÎtel rien . hormis une cliente hystérique ... Mais on ne peut rien reprocher à l hÎtel qui reste un hÎtel dont le staff est inapte à gérer des cas relevant de la psychiatrie . Bravo a eux pour leur patience
