J’ai sollicité à plusieurs reprises l’accueil pour leur demandé un lit supplémentaire qui était payé , j’ai également demandé à ce que les lits soient fait à 16H00 de la près midi ainsi que le ménage . J’avais l’impression que je travaillais pour l’hôtel. De plus à notre arrivée on nous fait payé la taxe de séjour pour 3 personnes alors que la troisième personne arrivait le lendemain. La réceptionniste m’a répondu que ce sera déduit à notre départ. J’attend toujours le remboursement depuis plus de 15 jours. Le service n’est vrai pas à la hauteur surtout quand on nous dit à la réception que c’est un hôtel 5 étoile mais non de luxe et que c’est normal. Bref je n’y retournerai pas . Le concurrent Hyatt Regency est clairement mieux sur tout .

We have just come back from a 5 night stay here, it was so lovely. We had to wait for our room to be ready as we had not let the hotel know in advance that we had an early flight, however we did not mind this as we waited by the pool for a couple of hours which was nice. Then they upgraded our room from a standard double to a suite which we were pleasantly surprised by. The staff were generally lovely, always saying hello and the reception staff helped with any questions we had regarding the beach. The cleaners were polite, it seemed it depended on which cleaner you got as to if they would stock up your coffee ect. The food was very good, we enjoyed the breakfast and the a la carte menu. However, it was clear that there may have not been enough staff to cover the amount of guests having dinner in the evenings. We had to wait to be served for quite a long time, which we didn't mind as we are patient, but it was concerning to see the waiters running around from table to table. We spent a day at the beach, taking the shuttle bus in the morning and then chilling on the private beach front. The views are beautiful, however this could do with more development. If we wanted a drink/ snacks we had to walk and find a bar at a different hotel to use which was a bit inconvenient. There is not much around the beach area a few shops, nothing major. We went to Agadir the next day and there was much more on that beach front that the hotel one. Great stay overall just needs tweaking

Fantastisch verblijf bij Hyatt Place Taghazout – alweer voor de derde keer! We hebben wederom een geweldig verblijf gehad bij Hyatt Place in Taghazout. Dit was onze derde keer hier, en het hotel blijft ons keer op keer positief verrassen. De service is uitstekend, het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam, en de kamers zijn ruim en comfortabel met een prachtig uitzicht. Wat ons dit keer extra blij maakte, was dat zelfs suhoor perfect geregeld was. Dit laat zien hoe goed het hotel inspeelt op de wensen van de gasten. De sfeer is ontspannen, de faciliteiten zijn top, en de locatie is perfect voor een rustgevende vakantie. We kijken nu al uit naar ons volgende bezoek! Een absolute aanrader voor iedereen die in Taghazout wil verblijven.

Terrible hotel and terrible experience, the premises is that of 3 or 4 star and certainly not for 5 star at all, depressing low ceiling and crammed tiny family rooms Extremely poor customer service, they have not refunded my processed cancellation 4 weeks down the line despite numerous chase up and numerous false promises staff refuse to state their names, and cowardly hang up when asked location in the middle of nowhere over priced mediocre food no access to beach contrary to their ads Just horrible experience, I will never recommend it to anyone at all

Our stay was rather disappointing despite the friendly staff and beautiful grounds. Cleanliness was a major issue—dust everywhere, mouldy bathroom tiles, stained furniture, and broken fixtures. Our room, booked for three, was only set up for two, and we had to request basic items. A dead cockroach stayed in the decorative pool for three days, even after we notified the reception. The pool area had broken tiles, food quality was average (watery eggs, malfunctioning coffee machines), and an awful sewage smell filled our room on the second night (no extractor fan in the bathroom). There were also no signs indicating restricted areas, yet security stopped us twice when walking near the golf course and hotel grounds. Additionally, it turned out that you are not allowed to use Hyatt Regency’s facilities, which is unclear upon booking and check-in, leaving many guests confused. This is mostly due to how they sell (and explain upon check-in) the shuttle bus service and the private beach facility at Hyatt Regency. The "private beach" is just a small, unclean fenced-off area with cigarette butts. While the staff were kind and the setting was lovely, better maintenance, cleanliness, and clearer communication are urgently needed.

Check in was super easy and fast and Rachid (hotel manager) was extremely polite, professional and helpful. Breakfast included a delicious traditional Moroccan spread. Our family of four spent a glorious 7 days at this beautiful property. We rented a villa which was impeccable with stunning views of the mountains and sea. The grounds were so lovely and the staff was friendly and professional. We had daily maid service and complimentary waters delivered with fresh linens. We spent the mornings surfing and the afternoons by the pool (1 heated in January) soaking up the glorious sun. I had a massage at the spa which was amazing! I had debated booking the Regency by the beach but so glad we opted for this property and the Villa. The nightly sunsets overlooking the ocean were not to be missed. There is a foot path that takes you to the beach boulevard and we were able to walk to the Regency (ave 10 mins) and get a shuttle to Taghazout and Agadir. As mentioned by other guests the breakfast was incredible. Everything was fresh and beautifully presented. I was able to find a few local restaurants that offered delivery which we utilized for dinners at the Villa. Also recommend World of Waves and DFrost in Taghazout. We cannot say enough good things about our visit and the management. We cannot wait to return on our next visit to Morocco:))

A beautiful looking hotel with a wonderful kids club but the food available in the evening was not child friendly. Our children woukd have been happy with chips and chicken nuggets but only local food was on offer. There are no local restaurants within walking distance either and uber or local food delivery services are not available.

Hyatt Taghazout exceeded all expectations! The stunning location, overlooking the ocean, provided the perfect setting for relaxation. The staff were incredibly attentive, making us feel truly welcomed. Our room was spacious, spotless, and offered breathtaking views. The dining options were exceptional, with fresh, delicious meals at every turn. Whether lounging by the pool or exploring the area, everything was top-notch. We enjoyed our stay at Hyatt Place and would recommend the hotel. The breakfast was excellent with lots of variety for all. The pool was heated however on the first couple of days it was still cold. We complained to the manager and he had it rectified the next day! We enjoyed the snacks at the pool side bar. Staff were lovely and tried to help as much as they could as there is a language barrier. The reception staff were great especially when EasyJet lost my luggage! We would like to thank Mohammed, Majid and Ibrahim for all their help to make our trip enjoyable. Thank you.

This is a really brilliant place to come and unwind, with faultless staff, amazing views, and well designed room (yay to not having key card slots). Everything is comfortable, the view perhaps the best in the region, and it is hard to leave. Mostly smoke free, even outside few people smoked, and you relax within moments of arrival. The location is stuck out the way, bigger water bottles, better toilet paper, balconies easier to open, and an outdoor hot tub would all be great additions, but this is miles ahead of most hotels in the region and makes the case that good hotels are better value than bad ones. Come for the views, stay for the service, and be grateful that whoever designed the hotel had stayed in them before.

The rooms were clean, the the pool was lovely, the hotel itself was in very good condition and the staff are very friendly. The food in the restaurant was not particularly good and the service was a little slow. The reception were very helpful and the concierge quick to respond to any requests. There is a lack of water on offer, only tiny bottles were provided, meaning it is possible to get very dehydrated. There is a lot of noise coming from the surrounding areas that unfortunately not a lot can be done about. The free roaming dogs are extremely load every night and their barking kept us up a lot!

Great views over the bay, excellent breakfast, good lunch options, didn’t try dinner. We stayed at one of the villas on the golf course. The pool was a bit cold there, but we could also use the main hotel pool. The staff were all very polite and helpful. We didn’t realise that the Hyatt Place was not part of Hyatt Regency, so while you can walk there (all downhill) in 10 mins or take a shuttle, you can’t use their facilities such as the spa and swimming pool. They have a really nice restaurant KM17 on the beach and particularly nice for Sunday lunch

Stayed at the Hyat place over the weekend for my sisters birthday and we loved it. Wasn’t too happy about the room we was first given however as we spoke to the staff they managed to get us another room the next day with an outstanding view. The staff were so friendly and the hotel was very clean and safe. Eveything was explained detailed and if we had any questions they were happy to help. The view from the balcony on the third floor was amazing it was a beautiful view with the whole of the hotel garden. We would defo recommend and will tell family and friends to stay here. Such a beautiful and lovely experience we had with them thank you!!!

Nice hotel, good breakfast and dinner options. My only complaint is the shower issue. They need to find a better shower system. There’s no reason why I need to place 5 bath towels on the floor to ensure that the shower isn’t leaking out onto the floor.

The hotel is very well located on top of a hill. The views are amazing. Its clean and well maintained. The staff members were very helpful - esp mention to Badiaa and Hussein at the reception along with Ahmed in the waiting staff. The food and service was great. We enjoyed the pool area and the hill top bar immensely. One suggestion -an adults only pool area would be very welcome. Overall an excellent stay...highly recommend Agadir and Hyatt Place for a vacation. Special mention for a fantastic cab driver - Aziz who drove us around to the interior / non touristy areas for a feel of the authentic Morocco. Utterly helpful and trustworthy. We left with amazing memories.

Awful experience! Totally unprofessional staff…reception staff is a total disaster….it took us 5 hours to check no towels broken air conditioning…after numerous attempts to get things fixed they moved us in a new room..we have been begging for a quiet room they put us in front of the pool where a duo of singers were offering a miserable performance. My wife and I decided to leave first thing next morning..we preferred to leave 2 nights on the table and avoid further frustrations!

Really enjoyed our stay & would come back/recommend, however feel like it’s more a 4 start hotel rather than 5. Good things: . Free shuttle bus (every like 45 min) to/from the beach which has a small private area reserved for hotel guests . Free shuttle bus to Agadir town centre (however there’s only 2 departure times at the end of the day which isn’t very convenient) . Really nice pool and the whole outdoor area with a bar with an amazing beachfront view . View from the room was 10/10 (sea view), perfect sunset from the balcony . Very good breakfast with a lot of variety . Food from the poolside restaurant is also nice (we had a few different salads and they were very good) . Staff was nice Not so good things: . We had an issue in our room as there was a really bad smell coming from the shower drain (staff came and fixed it but seemed like old drain/pipes issue) . We ordered food whilst at the pool and asked to bill our room which the restaurant staff said it was not possible so we had to go all the way to our room just to grab money to pay there and then. It’s not the end of the world but it’s the type of situation that, for me, it doesn’t give this hotel 5 stars . We really wanted to get a massage done but they were absolutely fully booked on the duration of our stay. Understand we were only there for 2 days and it was the weekend but due to the size of the hotel they should have more staff at the spa. Also their English isn’t the best

Shuttle available to the beach (private beach of “sol house hotel” with seats and unbrellas, just take towels with you from hotel) it takes only 5 min. 20 min to marina agadir and shuttle is available too following the schedule. Food is very good either buffet restaurant or pool restaurant.

The hotel was very nice and we would definitely consider coming back. Positives: > Thank you for having vegan and Daisy options - I have stayed in hotels all over Europe that have struggled with basics like Soya Milk but you guys had it out with the breakfast stuff. > All of the managers we spoke to were very helpful and considerate. > The free shuttle to Agadir was a great touch - especially given how expensive taxis to and from the hotel were. Negatives: > My main complaint was that some of the maintenance was not in keeping with a 5* hotel. There were loose tiles in the pool, a light had come loose and was floatin for two of the three days. The pool bathroom had not been cleaned for a while. > The room bathroom similarly was not well maintained. There was black mould around the shower which was disappointing for a 5* hotel.

I couldn’t possibly ay enough good things about the property or the staff at the Hyatt Place in Taghazoit. It was my wife’s birthday trip and we came into the hotel after a few days staying elsewhere. The kids had some upset tummies from being on the road and the entire staff just did everything they could to ensure we could all relax and be comfortable. A tremendous success all around. Couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. Definitely a great place to stay for any reason at all.

The property has a wonderful location with amazing views. Our Junior Suite was perfect, very quiet and with an oustdading view. It was a family trip and we were looking for a quiet and peaceful property and this hotel was a perfect choice. We spent most of the days out so didn’t have chance to experience much about the service and staff. The luggage porter Hassan was very helpful and very proactive. He was always ready and available to help and even asked me twice if everything was ok with our stay. Good example in Guest relations services.

We had a great year end vacation in Taghazout! Smooth check-in, nice room with a great view, amazing staff, great food, good gym, lovely pool area. I usually don't enjoy buffet restaurants, but here the quality was great, dinner buffet varied and you were really able to select healthy food according to most diet options. Only breakfast could have had more variety. Even the evenings were cool, we were able to dine outside most of the nights thanks to the heaters. Pool area was nice and plenty of place. As it was a peak season (X-mas and New Year), so there were more guests than chairs, so you actually needed to reserve your place in the morning. There were lot of families with kids, so would have been great if there was a separate space for adults only. Rooms were spacious and had enough storage space for a longer stay. Only issue for us was that the pool area cleaning started already around 3.00 am, and even with closed balcony doors it was too noisy to sleep well. And air condition didn't work well enough to keep the door closed. We didn't use the shuttle bus, so cannot say how that worked, but for us it was easy as we had a rental car in use. I would definitely recommend this hotel and we are planning to come back:-)

I’ve stayed in countless luxury hotel suites and chains and have never been more disappointed and disgusted by the staff particularly at this establishment. They were rude and racist. Yes, I don’t throw that word around easily but when their own staff say the same thing to me (in private), then it solidifies the thoughts you were hoping weren’t true. There was a particularly unpleasant man by the name of Samir/Sameer on the front desk who should not be working there! He was rude, ignorant and completely dismissive. Upon asking his name to make a complaint, he refused! Luckily I managed to peep his name on his badge which he then opted to remove altogether later - too bad I had already caught it. We’d ordered some cocktails which arrived to us warm and tasted awful. On top of it, the waiter never returned with my change (over 100MAD). Of course in contacting the front desk, this Samir gentleman was unhelpful and dismissive which resulted in my having to take the drinks back down to the reception and demand a refund. Even then, there was no apology for not receiving my change, or having waited for nearly an hour for the drinks to be collected (they never had the intention to). People like Samir should not be at the front desk, or working in the service industry whatsoever! We made friends with other guests at the hotel who echoed the same sentiment with the way they were treated. They were Asian..and they too felt there was racial discrimination. Hyatt should be ashamed!

This experience was truly scarring and means I will be very hesistant to visit Morocco again. Barring the waiters, spa ladies and cleaners, the rest of the staff were untrained, unprofessional, openly rude and racist towards my black travel companion. The facilities are over exaggerated in the description - for example, room service was poor in choice, quality and speed of arrival. That’s when they bothered to pick up the phone at all. I had the phone hung up on me a few times by staff who couldn’t be bothered to continue a call with a simple request. The worst member of staff in a sorry bunch was a very very rude, incompetent and racist man working nights at the front desk. He left my friend quite distressed by his abysmal treatment. This place reflects so poorly on Hyatt and on Agadir in general. Avoid like the plague if you have any expectation of a five star hotel.

The hotel was phenomenal as you would expect. However, surrounding area is under development and so many construction sites and cranes. The local beach is not particularly great unless you want to get involved with the water sports (which looked like a lot of fun). Would have no issues recommending this place in the whole.

Nice hotel but they only do bed and breakfast. Breakfast was very nice, Dinner buffet not the best and expensive. Can order room service but less traditional food. Shuttle bus - limited slots, far from the next village

The recieption desk ask for my credit card for pre-authorization. I was very hesitant to give my card but they insist. I gave them my credit card and was charged unlawfully 1000 MAD on 21/2/2018. On check-out I asked the recieptionist to double check the my pre-authorization was cancelled and he confirmed that. But when I returned to Britain I found that my credit card was charged 80.50 £ includingbank commision for non sterling transaction. Today 27/2/2018 I got no refund at all. I called them several times and replied only once to say the payment should be refunded by Monday 26/2/2018. If you cannot handle a credit cards why you ask customer for them. If you are a decent respected hotel you should refund my entire booking plus 1000 MAD. Please, cutomers avoid this hotel at all cost. I want the manager to give extra training for the idiots in the reception.

Our check in was very poor, the staff rude and the room very cold. We did though have a pleasant day by the pool. I wouldnt recommend a stay here for longer than 2 days. It is a little faceless which is a shame in such a vibrant country. The hotel is also surrounded on all sides by construction.

Lovely resort. Beautiful gardens. Plenty of space. Pool amazing and very attentive staff catered for every need .5 star all the way can't recommend it high enough! Can't wait to go back

Lovely hotel - a little remote but had shuttles to the beach and to Agadir. The local area is currently undergoing major development work with new hotels and apartments being built so there is not much to do within walking distance. Hotel itself was self contained and very relaxing, although very expensive for drinks etc - didn’t reflect the comparable prices in the local area and thought it took advantage of the remote location. That said, staff were particularly friendly and helpful and the whole environment was very relaxing.

1 . To wait for a lunch 1 hour and ask for a beer 3 time Unexaptable 2. We wanted to have dinner, the only options is buffet , I told the server we just want to order from the menu , he told us to order from the room service and have our dinnir in the room, ( so if I am not having buffed I have to stay in the room and have dinner in the room? ) if the hotel offering menu in the room why we can't order from the same menu and have dinner . We end up driving 45 min.( to the center ) to have dinner 3 . I asked for a night manager to talk but they told me no night manager on duty . (NO MANAGER IN 5star hotel ?) 4 . When we return from the dinner they stoped my wife and telling her the room booked for 1 person , is this joke? She have to prove she is my wife ? Are you kidding ? We checked together and provide documentation we are married ? I booked the hotel for a 1 day to see how is it and I told the reseptioniest I may stay couple more days more but absultly Nooooo

Mhamed and others pitched in with RAM to help me get back my bag, which did not make the trip from Casa. I liked the room, the pool is amazing, and the food is good too. I would stay there again.

Not a very satisfying stay - the pictures make the hotel look nicer than it is. Very hard bed & pillows. Food choices were extremely limited, especially at dinner time & the majority of food we had was below average. The floor of our room hadn't been vacuumed very well, with hair & fluff still on it. Pool & garden area was nice, although a lot of sun loungers could do with a good clean. As other guests have commented, it is not as close to the beach as expected.

This is not a 5 stars hotel by any means. The hotel needs a total makeover. Rooms are cheaply furnished and cleanses is a serious issue that the hotel needs to look at in rooms and in the restaurant as well. There's no direct access to the beach and the hotel is in a deserted area which still needs few years to be fully developed.

Fantastic hotel and service. Spa facilities are a must do, we went twice during a 7 night stay. As of March/April 2017 the whole of the bay area is a huge construction site as new hotels and a promenade are being built. We enjoyed some lovely walks down to the local town but it is unfortunate that we couldn't walk along the beach due to the construction which we were told by a local will likely take up to 2 years to complete. Evening meal service both at the restaurant and room service are limited.

We enjoyed our one week stay at this resort like hotel. The drawbacks are: 1. Distance from the beach (2km). Though, there is a frequent shuttle bus. 2. Restaurants and food varieties are limited. 3. Entertainment outlets at night are spotty. However, the peace and tranquility afforded by the seclusion of the area make the resort well worth the try when compared to the major noisy hotels of Agadir proper, some 18 km to the south ! The beaches are cleaner and much less crowded around Tazaghout.

The hotel was very nice, pool area was nice. It's not on the beach, but you get a beach view because it's on a mountain and they have a complimentary shuttle that takes people down to the beach. Rooms were very clean, all staff was professional and kind. My problem was with the front desk. Review your bill when checking out!! We were charged extra unnecessarily and after they realized they were wrong they said it was a problem with their system and that they had manually entered some information which caused problems. After I settled my bill, I was given wrong change. I was already frustrated for having to stand there for half an hour waiting for them to figure out what went wrong and that just made it more annoying. It was a great vacation but the checking out experience was less than pleasant.

Staff was friendly and helpful. It's about 20 minutes north of the port which was a bit inconvenient for my business trip but after trying a few other hotels in town, it's well worth the extra 20 minute commute.

Hotel is beautiful. Very spacious. Only downside, it is not near agadir central. They do a shuttle service but coming back from a late night cost about £30 for a 25minute drive. They are doing construction work on one side so if booking, book for the ocean view.

Far from the beach (30 min walking as you need to walk around the golf course) and in a sort of no men's land between Agadir and Taghazout which means that you need to get a cab anytime you want to enjoy a bit of night life. For such a remote location, a good reception service is key but unfortunately the personnel is clueless. They have no idea of the weather forecast for the same day and in the nearby places ... So if you are unlucky, as we did, and the weather is not great they are unable to help to make the most of a bad day ... We found out that it's quite common to have bad weather in Taghazout but sunshine in some towns nearby ... But they can't tell you .... The hotel is new and not bad but if you like the beach or the nightlife this is not the hotel for you.

The location was excellent, the staff were absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful and polite. The view was outstanding in and around the hotel. The beach was a bus ride away provided by the hotel and was well worth it. Agadir and tagazout was a lovely place and a fabulous experience. I will definitely be going back to agadir and will stay in this hotel only!!

Nice stay away from the city offering a nice sea view when you can observe the sunset, close to a nice/quite beach,staff very friendly and very helpful! Will recommend to anyone who want to get away from the city-stress.
