居心地の良いリアドで快適でした。 部屋名がついていたので部屋に対して指定の人名を書いて予約しましたがよく見てなかったようで間違ってました（私たちは一人一部屋づつ２室を予約）。ですが基本的にはどちらも素敵で快適な部屋でした。 旧市街の中でも北側で車が乗り入れ可能な場所に近かったので車移動も楽でしたし荷物を持ったままスークを歩き回ることがなくて便利です。
Cons: 事前に知っていなければわかりにくい場所です。Booking.comの指している地図とGooglemapが指している地図が異なっていますがどちらも間違っています。迎えに来てくれるとおっしゃってましたが、言葉の壁があってやり取り困難な場合は日本人経営者がやっている「Riad Sakura Marrakech」の隣り（手前）を目指してください。Googlemapは「Riad Sakura Marrakech」のある小道でも確実に到着できる正確さがあったので安心して到着できると思います。 朝食は量には問題なかったのですがパン類メインでその他の食材がなかったのが残念です。

Cons: Le petit déjeuner standard, hormis les galettes, rien de particulier, très basique. L'homme de service (on n'a pas retenu son nom...), très gentil mais fait le service minimum. Faut tout demander : café, serviettes de table (on a eu un paquet de mouchoirs...), etc. On n'a jamais eu le plaisir de voir le ou la responsable, Nadia....?

Me encanto mucho el sitio ya que el personal era super amable y intentaban ayudarte en lo que podían aunque fuese difícil la comunicación entre nosotros. Luego la habitación y el desayuno estaban muy bien.
Cons: Lo único que no me gusto, fue que la cama era un poco dura, y que la puerta principal no cierra del todo por lo que puedes escuchar todo lo que pasa en el ojo patio. Y para mi lo que menos me gusto fue los alrededores, ya que a 50 metros de la entrada al Riad(por donde había que pasar si o si) había un punto de droga, lo cual por la mañana te puede dar un poco igual pero de noche no hay nadie en la calle y te da bastante respeto ya que son muchas personas con cara de pocos amigos. Además añadir que por esos mismos alrededores en nuestro ultimo día en Marrakech fuimos a buscar un sitio para imprimir los tickets ya que el Riad no tenia para hacerlo, y buscando un sitio cerca de la calle principal que envuelve el propio Riad se nos acerco un hombre con buenas pintas para ayudarnos, donde nos sugería acompañarle para encontrar una papelería y es donde caímos en una trampa donde casi nos roban todo lo que teníamos y digo casi porque nos dimo cuenta a tiempo pero aun así nos sacaron 20 euros sino queríamos tener problemas(ya que nos amenazaron en un callejón con 7 hombres más). Esta ultima experiencia no se la recomiendo a nadie claramente y lo comento para que los futuros viajeros lo tengan en cuenta porque Marrakech no es tan segura como parece, no hay apenas policía, la gran mayoría de las personas de la ciudad intentaran jugártelo sobre todo los hombres ya que las mujeres parecen ser honestas. Ojala que el Riad puede subsanar estos problemas.

Cons: Rien, nous avons globalement tout aimé mais pour que cela soit parfait, nous avons 3 suggestions : du thé à la menthe au petit déjeuner, un meilleur entretien de la piscine et le remplacement de la clim qui a fait son temps ;) La robinetterie à l'ancienne est un peu difficile à ouvrir/fermer pour les enfants et pour éviter les fuites mais c'est aussi ce qui fait le charme de la salle de bain.

sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, sehr sauber, es wurde jeden Tag die Betten gemacht, was mich überrascht hat. Sehr zentral und dennoch ruhig. Schönes kleines Pool. Meine Kinder haben es sehr gerne genutzt. Es ist nicht groß, aber es reicht zum abkühlen und Spaß zu haben. Sehr kinderfreundlich. Es gibt mehrere Sitzmöglichkeiten. Frühstück war in Ordnung. Wir durften den Kühlschrank in der Küche nutzen und bei Bedarf Teller und Besteck aus der Küche holen. Das fand ich sehr gut, da wir uns oft Obst gekauft hatten.

Lo que más me gustó del alojamiento fue el personal que hay trabajando allí. Son personas muy muy agradables atentas y siempre están a tu disposición, te hacen sentir como si estuvieras en tu propia casa. La ubicación está genial, céntrica y hay y ambiente. Tiene una mini piscinita que para los días de calor va genial para darte un baño refrescante. Y en la azotea hay para tumbarte tomar el sol y relajarte

Fomos muito bem recebidos pelo nosso anfitrião, Bashir, que esteve sempre pronto para nos ajudar incluindo providenciando transporte e jantar quanto solicitamos. O pequeno almoço foi sempre bom com produtos locais variando de dia para dia. Ambiente e noite pacíficas. Os quartos eram limpos todos os dias assim como a troca de toalhas. Internet também estava disponível nas áreas comuns assim como no quarto. Recomendo!

Jeg har boet i denne lille riad tre gange, og det har hver gang været en god oplevelse. Den ligger i den stille ende af souken, hvilket gør det nemt at komme rundt til fods, uden at man bliver overvældet af larm og kaos. Værelserne er enkle og behagelige, og badeværelset er overraskende stort og pænt. Det hele er rent og velfungerende. Morgenmaden er god og frisk, og personalet er imødekommende og hjælpsomt uden at være påtrængende. Et fint sted til en kort ferie, hvor man gerne vil bo centralt, men i rolige omgivelser.

L’emplacement : près d’une petite place pour prendre les taxis, et véhicules pour les excursions, à deux pas des souks mais à la fois (et heureusement) reculé de 2-3 rue, ce qui offre un cadre très tranquille. Les repas sont très copieux, délicieux et avec un très bon rapport qualité prix comparé aux divers restaurants de la medina. Le riad est très joli, la chambre est assez petite mais propre et nettoyée tous les jours. L’accès à la wifi est parfait. Nous recommandons ce riad !

The Extraordinary thing Was the people Who works in there...their empathies and the cure that they have towards the costumers Is the Key of this Riad. Cons: On a eu un petit souci de transfert à l'arrivée ,on a attendu quasi 40 min sans l'apercevoir, du coup on a pris un taxi, mais du coup en arrivant sur medina un type nous a guidé contre 50 mad alors que c'était à côté... Ça nous a donné le ton...😅 Souci d'humidité, eau qui remonte. Toilettes séparées par un rideau, un peu gênant pour un couple, surtout que le rideau cachait mal...

The Riad is out of the main area . You have to carry your luggage about 3-4 blocks unless you find someone to help you . Front desk guy is very upset and aggressive every time you ask something.
Cons: Everything was BAD , bad service , the guy at front desk is very aggressive everytime you ask for something , the bed in our room was stuck and you can’t walk around to lay down , you must jump. NO SPACE AROUND THE BED. Lot of mosquitos in the room . Shower had mold and smell a lot , they provided a spray but not even . BREAKFAST is horrible , only bread and cold and bad . Coffee really bad . My best recommendation is for you to find a better option .

Our host was very friendly and helpful and ensured our stay was comfortable. The rooms were very clean and airy and there was always plenty to eat at breakfast.

l'employé qui nous as reçu a été très désagréable nous avions questionné par mail si notre petit chien ne posait pas problème et nous avions reçu une réponse affirmative et à l'arrivée prise de tête pcq on pouvait pas laisser le chien pcq chez eux il y avait un chat !!! notre petite chienne était terrorisée dans les rues de marrakech mais ça on pouvait pas le savoir avant et ils n'ont pas été très compréhensifs et à la limite de l'insolence .... Localização e limpeza.
Cons: Por onde começar? Aquando da chegada fomos muito bem recebidos por um funcionário ao qual perguntámos quanto ao pagamento da estadia, tendo nós dito que pagávamos no último dia e o não voltámos a ver durante a estadia, tendo sido "substituído" por outro que além de rude é inconveniente. Além do mesmo dormir na zona de convívio durante a noite também ali dorme durante o dia e quando necessitei de esclarecer uma dúvida as 16h00 estava a dormir estando outro funcionário ao lado dele acordado e ao ver-me no atendimento não fez questão de acordar o outro e fiquei ali, a olhar para eles até que desisti. Quando pelas 21h fui à sala de convivio o mesmo funcionário estava deitado no sofá e quando perguntei se podia ligar a TV diz me que está estragada apesar de ser possível verificar que a TV estava ligada à corrente. Talvez não quisesse que o incomodasse no seu "quarto". Quanto ao pequeno almoço é sempre a mesma coisa, variando apenas num produto, e quando lhe pedimos mais café diz nos agressivamente que estamos limitados a duas chávenas e que se quisermos mais temos que pagar, não querendo ir repor o café na cafeteira, apesar de lhe dizermos que só bebemos uma chávena. No penúltimo dia, enquanto estávamos a tomar o pequeno almoço e, à frente dos restantes hóspedes, exigiu-nos o pagamento na aquele momento, e ao lhe ser explicado o porquê de o mesmo não ter sido pago até então, diz-me que apesar de o outro funcionário ter dito que o pagamento era no fim da estadia, ele estava agora a dizer que já devia ter sido no primeiro dia. Porquê esperar até ao penúltimo dia quando o podia ter feito no primeiro?! Quando questionado quanto era o pagamento em dihrams apresenta-me um valor com a conversão que ele próprio fez, na minha presença, tendo me facultado um post-it com o valor tendo eu ido levantar dinheiro para lhe pagar.

We had a pleasant stay. The staff is really friendly and helpfull. When we arrived late in the evening the give us tea and even some tangine to eat. The room is comfortabel. The bed are a bit small for large people. The bathroom was small but had everything you need. Overall basic but clean. The price per night might be a bit high but the perfect location and nice inside garden with small pool makes it worth it. We recommend staying here.

Nous avons passé un fabuleux séjour au sein de ce Riad. Malgré notre arrivée tardive (23h30), le Riad a effectué notre transfert et quelqu'un était présent pour nous réceptionner. Le Riad est très beau, propre et extrêmement bien situé (restaurant Le Jardin à 6 min à pieds, Medersa Ben Youssef à 9 min à pieds, Place Jemaa El Fna à moins de 15 min à pieds). La chambre et la salle de bain sont spacieuses, bien équipées (draps, couvertures, serviettes, gel douche, coton, sèche-cheveux...). Le petit déjeuner est différent tous les matins ce qui est très appréciable! Le personnel est très accueillant et disponible. Nous recommandons vivement !

Prijs/kwaliteit is zeker in orde. Elke dag verse lakens, handdoeken, opgemaakte bedden en kamer gepoetst. Vriendelijke ontvangst, hulpvaardig personeel en ideale ligging, in de Medina, doch op een rustige plaats. Ontbijt is typisch Marrokaans, doch voldoende.
Cons: Wij hadden doorgegeven gebruik te willen maken van de transferservice van de Riad. Bij aankomst op de luchthaven stond niemand daar. Gelukkig heeft een vriendelijke man ons geholpen en de Riad opgebeld. We zijn dan met een taxi naar de Riad gegaan maar gezien deze niet met de auto bereikbaar is, kwam iemand om ons te begeleiden tot aan de Riad, eigenlijk iemand die probeerde om geld van ons af te doen. Hij vroeg 200 dirham, maar uiteindelijk hebben we maar 50 gegeven, gezien het maar amper 200m was.

Uno stupendo Riad, nel cuore di Marrakech. Super pulito e con tutti i servizi indispensabili tra cui colazione e cena (quest’ultima su richiesta). La camera è stupenda, ma anche gli spazi comuni del Riad sono curati e tipici. Bashir é un host con i fiocchi, farà di tutto per venire incontro alle vostre esigenze ed aiutarvi a godervi al meglio la città e tutto ciò che ha da offrire. Se tornerò a Marrakech, Dar Soukaina sarà sicuramente il mio punto di riferimento. Grazie Bashir!

Ein hübsches Riad in guter Lage in der Medina. Sehr ruhig mit Dachterrasse und hübschen, gemütlichen Zimmern, so wie auf den Fotos bei Booking. Das Bad ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und das Wasser war immer angenehm warm. Bashir, der Host, ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung.
Cons: Im Januar ist es vor allem nachts noch ziemlich kalt. Der Heizlüfter im Bad funktionierte nicht, die Kamine wurden nicht angemacht und die Klimaanlage heizte nur sehr mäßig. Es war im Zimmer und vor allem im Frühstücksraum ziemlich kalt.

Google maps почти правильно показал дорогу, только сам вход в риад в противоположном направлении от очки на карте и нужно смотреть таблички с надписями в переулке куда вас приведет маршрут и таблички довольно высоко висят и ночью трудно читаются из-за небольшого размера. Чувство юмора паренька что нас встречал и все это время был в Риаде на любителя. Многие его шутки не уместны и не к месту, особенно когда касается важных вопросов и серьезных вопросов "по делу". Не понравилось что заказывали трансфер на одно время, но они почему-то решили сами (без предупреждения) что трансфер будет на пол часа позже...что заставило немного понервничать и не прибавляет гостеприимства.

Cons: El Riad está a media hora andando a la plaza principal. El personal no es nada profesional te los encontrabas durmiendo en los sofás de recepción, cuando te ofrecen excursiones o te informan sobre sus servicios de restauración parecen amables pero cuando no contratas con ellos cambian totalmente de actitud. Avisamos de la hora a la que íbamos a llegar y tuvimos que esperar una media hora a que preparasen la habitación. El desayuno pésimo empezando porque estando en Marruecos no tienen ni té ponen sobres de manzanilla y bollería industrial de mala calidad.

Localização. Gostei também do facto de se terem preocupado em encontrar uma solução para o facto do ar condicionado não estar a funcionar (precisa de ser substituído).
Cons: Começar por dizer que a minha escolha baseou-se nos comentários positivos que tinha. Pequeno almoço deixa muito a desejar (não havia ovos, e quando no primeiro dia pedimos mais uma panqueca para compensar isso, disseram que era apenas uma por pessoa - e assim, em pequenos pormenores, se perdem clientes 😔). Passamos muito frio na primeira noite (ficou resolvido pelo anfitrião na segunda noite). Apesar de muito simpático, o anfitrião deveria estar mais presente no espaço para saber se está tudo bem ou se falta alguma coisa aos clientes). Não voltarei a este riad, e por pura responsabilidade do anfitrião. Pequenos pedidos como uma panqueca, mais um sumo, ovos.. não se podem negar a um cliente, sob pena de não voltarmos a ter uma oportunidade.

Cons: nous avons connu le personnel il y a 2 ans et le ressenti n est pas le même. le propriétaire est gentil et très discret si bien que si nous avions été seul dans le Riad cela aurait été la même chose . il y avait des gens qui dormaient dans les canapés qui n étaient pas des clients ( merci les odeurs de pieds) l établissement n était pas soigné, la terrasse laissée à l abandon, les équipements de la chambre ne fonctionnaient pas comme la climatisation, il y avait une fuite dans la salle de bain… bref… dommage car si aux jardins de mandaline nous sommes sentis accueillis , chouchouter , ce fut l inverse dans ce Riad.

I booked a desert tour through the property, and asked lots of questions in advance before booking. I don't think this was communicated to the active staff as when I arrived, they weren't sure if I had confirmed or not. I asked for rooms that were similar to or better than my room at Soukaina, in a small shared tour group and over 4 days 3 nights. I was placed on random tour buses that happened to have space and going in the right direction. At one point I had to wait over 3 hours for my new driver to pick me up. I had no contact details for anyone. Accommodation was in shared rooms, and the desert accommodations were horrible. Unclean, unchanged sheets (hair and sand on the beds) and a communal bathroom with two toilets and two showers shared between the whole camp (maybe 2 dozen tents of 2-4 people). I called to complain and was met with excuses. I was promised a private room in the second camp which I received, as well as dinner (which I declined), waiving the payment of city tax and a transfer when I returned. The staff declined to pay for the transfer, and at that point I was too tired to argue.

Cons: Bathroom drains were very stinky, I wasn't given a way to lock my room which meant that anyone could enter when I wasn't there! You're also not given a key to the main door which is only a mild annoyance because you have to knock and wait for someone to answer. The dinner I booked was okay for a starving traveller who doesn't want to venture out. A bit overpriced, chicken was dry and the first course was defrosted. I also ordered the main and dessert but received a starter and main.

Disponibilizam um senhor bagageiro com um carrinho de mão, para transportar as malas e guiar até ao riad. É aconselhável combinar esse serviço e até o transfere do aeroporto. Silencioso o que permite uma noite descansada. Pequeno almoço com produtos típicos e caseiros varidados todos os dias.
Cons: Devia de estar melhor sinalizado. Perdemo-nos várias vezes, o gerente deu ajuda. É necessário ter cuidado com os homens que se mostram disponíveis e até forçam para ajudar e no final pretendem dinheiro, quantias pouco justas.

Grazie a Bashir abbiamo avuto un soggiorno perfetto. La posizione è in una via tranquilla e residenziale della Medina, che permette di essere leggermente fuori dal caos dei mercatini, ed è anche vicino a una delle porte della città. La colazione ci ha incantati ogni mattina, con prodotti freschi e variazioni gustose. La piccola piscina permette di rinfrescarsi dal caldo di Marrakech. Pulizia e ordine quotidiani vi permetteranno di sentirvi sempre a proprio agio. Il servizio di trasferimento dall'aeroporto è stato impeccabile e al giusto prezzo.
Cons: L'unica pecca sono stati i cuscini un po' duri, ma non abbiamo mai chiesto di cambiarli. Sicuramente la disponibilità di Bashir potrà risolvere anche questo piccolo neo!

The staff were all amazing, from the host to the woman who makes the breakfast. The breakfast was very nice and very filling. Overall I just felt very welcomed and comfortable to sit around the lobby if I wanted to just relax. Very good stay and worth the money.
Cons: The WiFi only worked in the lobby, it did not work in our room so I couldn’t use my phone when I was in the room which was annoying. Also, you cannot get to the hotel via taxi, it can take you to the local square and then it’s about a 5 min walk to get to the hotel (this isn’t necessarily a bad thing).

le déjeuner était très bien parfait, le personnel adorable, les deux hôtes masculins ont été au top, et toujours prêt à nous renseigner. Je recommande vivement ce Riad, et je pourrais revenir dans celui-ci. La localisation est top car nous étions au coeur de la médina on faisait 50 mètres et nous étions dans les souks. Quand nous étions dans le Riad nous étions très au calme, nous n'entendions aucun bruit de l'extérieur.
Cons: il faudrait enlever la bâche qui protège du soleil. Au coeur du Riad au dernier sur le rooftop il y a une bâche qui couvre le coeur du Riad et du coup la lumière et le soleil passent peu.

The one meal we ate (Lemon Chicken Tagine) at the Raid was one of the best we had all holiday - delicious!. The location was brilliant for exploring the souks and all the sites. Riad muy confortable que conserva la decoración y estética original. Se encuentra en una callejuela del Derb El Farrane, que aunque parezca escondido la primera vez que llegas, finalmente le suma encanto. Al camino a Jemaa el-Fna se aprende en el primer ida y vuelta. El trato del personal es excelente con la mejor predisposición para hacer la estadía muy agradable y confortable. Están pendientes de todos los detalles. Llegamos por la noche y nos consiguieron un excelente guía para hacer un tour por Marrakech a la mañana siguiente. El último día adelantaron el desayuno de debido a que teníamos que salir a primera hora. Les pedimos un par de botellas de agua y sin decir nada fueron a buscarlas y las trajeron en 5 minutos. Se merecen un 10.

Bachir es muy amable y atento, todos los días se preocupaba por que estuviéramos bien. El desayuno era de 10!!! Nos encantó alojarnos en su Rihad, la comunicación fue estupenda ya que sabía varios idiomas y nos ayudaba con las dudas que teníamos sobre la zona. Recomiendo mucho su Rihad sin ninguna duda.
Cons: Lo único que tienes que adentrarte en la calles y no está a pie de carretera con transporte. Pero una vez que lo haces una vez, es fácil y sin perdida .

La localización del riad
Cons: Mi pareja y yo acabamos de volver de Marrakech, habiéndonos quedado en Dar Soukania dos noches. Desde luego ha sido una lástima la elección de este riad, ya que nos ha estropeado totalmente las vacaciones en la ciudad. El primer día de nuestra estancia en el riad nos dimos cuenta al llegar a la habitación, de que a mi pareja le habían dado el cambiazo de su cargador de iPhone por uno genérico. Tras hablarlo con el chico de recepción, tanto él como la señora de la limpieza se pusieron muy exaltados, llegando a decir varias veces que iban a llamar a la policía. Finalmente y tras venir el manager del riad, que fue muy educado en todo momento, nos devolvieron 50€ por el valor del cargador desaparecido. A partir de ese momento todo fue mal. La situación en el riad era tensa, el recepcionista no nos dirigía la palabra y la señora de la limpieza se reía de nosotros cuando pasábamos cerca de ella. La verdad es que estábamos deseando irnos de allí. Una vez ya en el aeropuerto de Marrakech, cual es mi sorpresa cuando me llega un mensaje de booking diciendo que el alojamiento dice que nos hemos ido sin pagar 48€ por el traslado! Lo que por supuesto es totalmente falso, ya que el día de nuestra llegada dejamos pagado tantos los traslados de ida y vuelta (33€) como la tasa turística (10€). Eso sí, no nos permitieron pagar con tarjeta ni nos dieron ningún recibo de lo pagado. Pero 48€, a qué se corresponden? Claramente querían recuperar el dinero que nos habían dado por el cargador robado. He tenido que bloquear mi tarjeta de crédito y solicitar una nueva para que no me hiciesen ese cargo en la cuenta. En definitiva, evitad este sitio a toda costa. El personal que trabaja en él no es de confianza y por supuesto no saben lo que es la profesionalidad.

Cons: Hatte das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss in dem Bereich in dem auch die Küche ist. Das Zimmer ist sehr klein. Kein Handy Empfang. Kein WLAN Empfang bzw. langsamer als langsam. Zimmer war feucht kalt. Auf die Toilette kann man sich nur umständlich setzen. Nachts schrie/miaute ewig die Hauskatze.

Situé au coeur de la médina, le riad est très bien placé. Le personnel est très accueillant et donne de précieuses indications. Le petit déjeuner est bon et copieux. Les lits sont très confortables et la chambre que nous occupions est plutot spacieuse. Merci pour ce séjour et pour votre accueil.

Die Lage mitten in der Medina ist sehr autentisch und gibt viele Möglichkeiten sich ins Leben (zu Fuss) zu stürzen. ABER die Unterkunft ist schwer zu finden! Wir sind mit Navi ziemlich rumgeirrt. Nur ein sehr kleines Hinweisschild (Din A4) an der Hausecke der letzten Gasse. Nach einem Hilferuf per Telefon wurden wir aber eingesammelt (guter Service!) Eine direkte Anfahrt mit dem PKW nicht möglich, aber ein bewachter Parkplatz in der Nähe, erschwinglich. Man kann sich in den kleinen Gassen kaum vorstellen, dass hier eine RIAD (Hotel) ist. Sobald man die Anlage durch die Tür betritt, öffnet sich ein geschmackvoll gestalteter Innenhof mit Wasser und Pflanzen und diversen Sitzgelegenheiten. Sehr ansprechend. Die Zimmer sind relativ klein, entsprechen aber den Ansprüchen, eigenes Bad und Dusche runden den Eindruck ab. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und zugewandt und haben auch bei der Suche nach Events in der Nähe sehr hilfreich unterstützend tätig. (Telefonisch Buchen der Besuche und organisieren von Taxitransport) Das Frühstück war überschaubar in der Menge, aber das angebotene Gebäck und Beilagen lecker (guter Qualität) Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder (nachdem wir jetzt wissen wie man dort hinkommt)

Beautiful, well-maintained riad. We went almost everywhere by walking. Good restaurants around. The rooms are not soundproof, but the riad is peaceful. Very clean. After walking around, it gets easy to find this riad, but consider taking airport transfer when you arrive. Thank you Bashir, Nadia, Fatima and all the staff for your work in this riad. Our room was called Curry.

Cons: Concernant la taxe de séjour sur la réservation il était marqué 52,50€ soit 2,50€ par nuit & par personne. Pourtant j’ai été prélevé de 1,25€ en plus mais bon 🙃. Le monsieur a d’ailleurs énormément insisté pour que je paye la taxe au soir la veille de notre départ, il aurait dû demander le jour de notre arrivée, ou alors le jour de notre départ et non le soir à 21h de façon forcée 😏 Il a d’ailleurs toqué à notre chambre à 9h pour cette taxe, alors que nous étions encore en train de dormir, j’ai trouvé ça assez insistant de sa part, je comprends bien qu’il doit faire ses comptes, mais il aurait dû nous demander cela à notre arrivée ☺️

Podobnie jak w Rabacie, pobyt w riadzie w Marakeszu był dla nas doświadczeniem kulturowym - poznania gościnności oraz elegancji obsługi. Gospodarz obiektu zaimponował nam kilkoma słowami po polsku. Śniadanie było bardzo smaczne - z własnymi, gorącymi marokańskimi wypiekami. Urok przepięknego atrium z fontanną był wzbogacony kultowym strojem gospodarza - z turbanem na głowie.
Cons: Podobnie jak w Rabacie, zalecam gospodarzom umieszczenie na stronie w powiększeniu planiku mapy z dotarciem do pensjonatu.

Riad Posizionato nel cuore della medina, ma quando entri nel riad c'è una tranquillità pazzesca. Staff molto disponibile, super accogliente e troppo simpatici. Pulizia top! Colazione molto buona, con possibilità di fare richieste. Ci è stato preparato un sacchetto per la colazione dato che dovevamo andare all'aeroporto alle 4 del mattino. Ho amato tantissimo l'autenticazione di questo riad, tipicamente maracchino.

Sehr schönes Riad. Eine perfekte Lage, um die Medina zu Fuß zu erkunden und trotzdem angenehm ruhig und abseits vom Trubel. Der kleine Pool war zwar zum Schwimmen zu klein aber angenehm erfrischend bei den heißen Temperaturen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen es gerne weiter.

Le riad et très beau, bien décoré, on a apprécié le petit bassin pour se rafraichir. Le personnel est gentil et serviable. les chambres sont belles, bien équipées et propres.
Cons: C'est n'est pas très facile de se repérer et trouver le riad dans la médina où il y a plein de petites ruelles parfois sans nom, surtout quad il fait nuit. On aurait aimé plus de variété au petit déjeuner, plus de salé.

Ils faisaient mine que nous devions aller chercher ce qu’on voulait nous meme. Le pire c’est les valises comme par hasard cest quand on avait payé les taxes on lui dit de nous aider à descendre le valises ils faisaient mine d’etre occupés imaginez vous ils ne nous ont pas aidé et nous ont ignoré lors de notre départ. L’ingratitude est très mauvais . petit conseil : ne payez rien à l’avance payez lorsque vous devrez partir pour ne pas avoir de mauvaises surprises.

Instalaciones cuidadas, habitación espaciosa, buena temperatura dentro del establecimiento, una pequeña piscina donde refrescarse, buen desayuno, muy buena atención, incluso nos adelantaron la hora del desayuno un día por una excursión.
Cons: La ubicación, un poco alejada ( unos 15 min de la plaza)

Bellissimi i due cortili interni e belle anche le camere. Bagni molto ampi.
Cons: L'aria condizionata della camera in cui hanno soggiornato i ragazzi (tre posti letto) non era molto efficace. Abbiamo usufruito del servizio hammam, che è fornito da un'altra struttura, ma avrei voluto avere una descrizione più chiara di cosa si trattava per sapere cosa aspettarmi.

El Riad es muy bonito con espacio abierto y pequeña piscina para refrescarte. La habitación era muy amplia y estaba muy limpia. El personal limpiaba y hacía todos los días las habitaciones y hasta nos ordenaron nuestras cosas. El desayuno es increíble, mucha cantidad y variedad durante los días que hemos estado. El personal súper amable y atento las 24h. Les pedimos varios días que nos adelantasen la hora del desayuno debido a las excursiones y no hubo ningún problema. Muy recomendable!!!

L’accueil, la disponibilité et la gentillesse du personnel, notamment Bachir Le petit déjeuner très complet et bon ! L’emplacement en pleine médina mais dans une ruelle très calme
Cons: Pas de points négatifs particulier. Le riad mériterait un petit rafraîchissement. Le bassin est petit mais suffisant pour se rafraîchir après une journée caniculaire dans Marrakech

Very cute place (traditional riad) with a beautiful courtyard in the middle, friendly staff, the rooms were spacious and pretty, located in the old medina close by to the sooqs
Cons: Wifi didn't work well in the rooms, it's located off the main road in the old medina so it was a bit dark/deserted at night right around the Dar

Buen trato y con muy buena decoración. Está a 10 min de la plaza Jemaa el Fna, dentro de la Medina. Buena experiencia.
Cons: Está un poco escondido pero te facilitan un mini mapa por lo que ningún problema.
